Walgreens: what do users think?

Rita Marin-Pose: The staff at the pharmacy not only unprofessional, also disrespectful. I took a prescription in person. I was told 20 minutes wait. Five minutes later I received a text saying it was not covered by the insurance I go to the counter and I am told they were already on the phone talking to the doctor to change it. One hour later still waiting. I asked and then iscwhen they call the doctor but the office was already closed. The pharmacist threw the prescription and told me pay for it if you want it, with an attitude. I was in pain, real pain. They told me to come back the next day. I was the one that had to suggest to pay for at least one pill for tonight and try to contact the doctor tomorrow. On top of inefficient, unprofessional also attitude including the manager that seemed to be ok with his staff attitude. Not the first time unpleasant experience at that Walgreens. Discussed by their negligence.

Tanya Nguyen: I was waiting on a prescription that was delayed. Website said no action needed, will call when it becomes available. I figured they were restocking it, but turns out it was an insurance issue. No one called me. A few days passed so I called the store. It’s impossible to speak to anyone at the store. The techs are off-site and can’t tell you anything beyond what you can see on your online account. I kept getting transferred, waited 30 minutes each time, and then got hung on—each time. Will be changing my pharmacy.

Daisy Caldera: The pharmacy is terrible, they place you on hold right away. I waited 40 minutes before hanging up and calling back just to be placed on hold again without even speaking to anyone. Meds are never ready either, I always have to wait while they fill them. I only come here because of the pharmacy hrs. Otherwise I’d avoid it.

Marissa: Terrible Pharmacy. They don’t even try to help. My husband came in with irritated eyes and she didn’t even look at him. Just shooed him away. Not sure how you can be a pharmacist and hate people at the same time.

Daniella smith: Unbelievable rude service and staff! The call center is just as bad. How can the call center answer my questions if it is the pharmacist I need to speak to!? No one answers the telephone at the Walgreens. They left me on hold for 14 minutes before I spoke to someone! Afte reading the reviews, I am stunned that walgreens has not done something about this place! Walgreens is such a greedy corporation!

Ulta Beauty: what do users think?

Cindy Parra: I went in for a haircut and I was instantly greeted and had a really pleasant experience with Marion. She offered me tea and was really nice to work with. I will absolutely go back and highly recommend seeing her for any hair advice. She is also very knowledgeable of hair do and donts. I literally live upstairs so this was a great place for me to come and continued to get my hair cut. The staff here is the best

Dill Elizer: Amazing place for shopping and getting your hair done. Go & see Marion she is a very skilled master stylist with much experience and excellent taste. She really cares about how your hair looks/feels afterward more than anyone I’ve ever met. She is also a delightful, smart, funny, compassionate, entertaining, honest, and sincere lady who makes the daunting task of getting your hair done an outing to look forward to. Love Marion & Ulta only because of her💖❤️ See before and after a hot treatment after she corrected my color.

S. P.: I had to rush out of the house to take my husband to a medical appointment in the area. My hair looked horrible and I was in serious need of a trim. I wish I had taken a before pic…just trust me, no bueno. Anyway, I walked in to Ulta on River Drive and headed to the salon. The girls working in the salon were so sweet & welcomed me in. Nana Ramos said she could help me. She did such an awesome job! I am so glad that I took a risk and tried someplace new. I highly recommend Nana. I feel like a new woman. ❤️

Juliana Drolhe: Got my root touchup with Marion yesterday. She was very professional, did an amazing job, made me feel very comfortable and very well taken care of! Great result and my hair feels like silk today! Loved it! Thanks Marion!! You rock.

Casey nunez: Always a pleasure visiting my hair stylist María Jose at the River Landing Ulta location! She’s the sweetest and takes her time to get my hair to perfection. She is a gem and I’m so thankful that I found her. Never changing hairstylist again! Next time you’re at this Ulta location ask for her to do your hair, she’s incredibly talented and loves her job, trust me! As for the store overall: this is my favorite Ulta store in all of Miami. Customer service is always great, whether it’s getting your hair done, brows, make up, or simply shopping. I love that I always feel welcomed when I walk into this location.

Barbara Oliver: I highly recommend the services of Marion Velez at the Ulta salon at the Rivers Landing location. Her expertise with hair is impeccable. She is highly skilled, personable and dedicated to providing the customer with an absolutely wonderful experience. I have been with her for at least 4 years and wherever she goes I follow!

Jennifer Lazo: I’m not one to give bad reviews, but the hair service given to me here left my hair damaged. My hair was done by Marion and I requested a balayage and got charged for color correction and to top it off she left my hair damaged. I had to get my hair repaired by a professional without getting it further damaged. So please avoid at all cost doing your hair here, your hair will end up damaged

Target: what do users think?

Yakup Content AI Manager: Definitely a go to place for groceries even if this place is not the cheapest they have super friendly staff and a lot of cool products.

M. J: Been to this Target and the one down south towards Dadeland. Never once had a issue. They have amazing items. I felt like more so the clothes have found me rather I finding them. Will surely be my go to stores for simple things. Even the items near the front of the store that is like $10 or below are impeccable. Feels like I have found so much treasure in these two Target stores.

Mary Frenger: well, 1. Target stores have very good schedule. 2. there is a vast variety of products handy in a one-store in comparison to others. (would there be a Target in Bayside area?) 3. sometimes there can be some interesting clearance products. 4. Target is clean and organized. 5. personnel is very nice people.

Nicole Alejandra Castro Serrano: The best supermarket, well organized although some workers are not willing to help still the majority gave a great service, besides the location is splendid. Have parking spots, affordable and is next to good shops. Miami design district is just 6 minutes walking and wynwood is 8 minutes walking. Definitely midtown is one of the best locations in Miami.

Corie Rose Marketing: Not all Targets are the same. Glad I saw this one. A lot of snacks and food stuff. Their selection of t-shirts was fire this time, Rick and morty, metallica. They even had Lime scooters.

CVS: what do users think?

Keke Domingo: The “manager” here is the worst. He’s a creep and makes women feel extremely uncomfortable. Don’t know his name and never bothered to ask but if you go here frequently you know he’s a creep and a weirdo. Your workplace should not be the place you look for dates.

fation rrushi: I been costumer for 10 years, before was a great pleasure with an outstanding costumer service, after the lockdown for covid the farmacist (a man a round 40 years old)apparently he made a lot of money so he doesn’t give a s… about a costumer’s complaint ,or they don’t bother to send you a text if is ready eccc…

Narissa: If possible I would give them negative stars. This location is full of nasty employees. My mother called the store to let them know that she received a notification that someone was using her CVS account at this store and that she did not make the transaction, it was fraud and she wanted to remove her card information from the account. My mom explained the situation and the employee that answered the phone said “hold on” and then proceeded to leave my mom on hold for over 40 minutes. I also called 3 times and nobody answered the phone. I was able to get through the line by calling the pharmacy and having the call transferred. Then I was also put on hold for over 10 minutes. When the phone was answered I was greeted with nastiness. When the employee finally asked what I needed I stated “my mom has been on the phone on hold for over 40 minutes and she needs your help” the employee said “what’s the issue”, I explained the situation and she said “you need to calm down, I can’t even help you” I said “well why didn’t you say that to my mom 40 minutes ago when you told her hold on?” Then the employee hung up while I was talking to her. She was extremely nasty and rude and literally wasted 40 minutes of my moms time and never actually answered the phone for my mom. My mom hung up after never being acknowledged. This was extremely unprofessional and rude and CVS should not have employees like this working at their stores.

Sele Calero: I’ve been trying to call and every time i am put on hold call drops. Why is there a phone number if its not answered to help?

Lakeia Newkirk: I needed a mask and the manager gave me one. The cashier was extremely nice and patient with me as I tried to figure out what number matches my CVS care card account.

Rick James: This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Spent 40+ minutes on hold trying to figure out if my meds were ready. It’s insane to me that a place that carries things so vital to people doesn’t have a more efficient system. I will never ever ever go here again. This place is complete and utter TRASH.

Walgreens: what do users think?

John Chapman: While Generally I love Walgreens , there is one thing they could do to improve on that. If I have prescriptions waiting for pickup I’m not likely to make a special trip when I know I’ll have to be back in another day or so for the additional prescription. I’m not going to drive 20 miles if I know I’m coming back in a couple of days. Consider your customers time and convenience . If a new prescriptions arrive while others are ready for pickup, extend the pickup window of the older prescriptions a couple a days so all can be pickup in one trip. Yes that doesn’t help your store traffic numbers but your customers may thank you in other ways. Now you arrive and some prescriptions were put back on the shelves. While Walgreens might not wish to avoid the training opportunity afforded your customers by having them wait an hour for the older prescriptions to be refilled , you might consider your training might lead to behaviors you didn’t anticipate or desire!

Joe HARB: Walgreens, a very good store for almost anything from food items, to soft drinks and beers, wines etc... to over the counter pain killers, vitamins and many many more. Let me start by stating tgat the staff in here aee genuinely k8nd and welcoming. Anytine of the day ir night you enter here you are immediately faced with a smile and a welcome to Walgreens. It always feels good when you are greeted. Members of staff speak English and Spanish and ask you if you had everything okay and found what you need. I guess it is for them to report to their management just in case a customer did not find one or the other item. So, members ot staff, (the 1st reason that I go and become a repeat customer in any business) are just awesine and seem to have integrity towards their iob in this branch. I uploadee tons of poctures for you to check availaboe utems and prices. Always have discount in various items in here. Too many items to wrote about. Juat look at pix and see for yourself.

Dr. Abdul Ghaffar: visited this to buy few stuff. I heard there were discounts and special deals on certain products. I bought few in the sale. I would also like to admire and appreciate efforts of manager of the store. I was having issue inactivating a prepaid card, although I bought it from another county of the Walgreens, However, the manager haled all the way to assist and returned the card back. I also bought a replaced card for use there.

inssaf najid: No one ever picks up the phone at this store and it’s seriously frustrating and not professional to make people drive all the way there for no reason! And when I showed you I called again to see if it rings or not, and guess what… two ladies just discussing their week end in the middle of the aisles while the phone is blasting

Cierra Grabill: Terrible terrible customer service. There is always only one person on the register so there is ALWAYS a line wrapped around the store. Employees are all miserable and constantly rude. Disappointed every single time I come here. Extremely unprofessional. G to cvs.

Bill Williams: No complaints, I had my meds transferred there. And it was there in a timely manner. This location was clean. Nothing special, about this Walgreens.

Mauricio Ruiz: Pharmacist has been ordering the Adderall XR for 4 years has never received it. Huge waste of time. Pharmacy is a joke, pharmacies were more stocked in Chile where I’m from than here. Really weird

CVS: what do users think?

Mauricio Cardenas: This Lady in blue Very rude!!!! No Manners at all, Don’t approach customers or make them feel welcome. All she does is the opposite Has 0 Knowledge of what customer Service is !

Angela Laurinaitis: Very rude service! Woman without name, think is manager. said to me she don’t understand English! I told it’s America , not South America! She don’t helped me at all ignoring me!!!! I left so disappointed and sad. Went to CVS pharmacy on 888 Biscayne, nice empty, good service and appreciaten, thanks for wonderful service!

Marcio Tisza: Some old lady at the self checkout is pressuring and rushes the customers not giving them time . Really unprofessional is a self check out for a reason. I even heard other customers also saying the same thing.

Anisleidy Alfonso rey: A worker from this store I don’t know her name it was a lady with a high bun just got into a fight with her co-worker . what a uncomfortable moment . I feel very sorry for the other lady . I can’t believe this is happening in United State . That lady was very rude .

Chris Crowe: The lady’s that worked at the CVS were extremely rude, wouldn’t let us use the restroom. Likely because we were white.

Tristan Kalas: Get you prescriptions sent to walgreens because this place is terrible. Was trying to get my medication and they kept telling me my insurance card wasnt going through but they couldnt tell me why. They were no help and didnt seem to care too much about the customers. Got it transferred to walgreens and used the exact same card and was in and out in 5 minutes no problems. And if you go be ready to wait around for atleast 30 mins because the people move slow and dont know how to do their job. Will never go back to this place. Ever.

Kimberly Scott: Supposed to be open 24 hours but workers standing at the door saying they are closed from 12 AM to 5 AM. Very rude

Ángel: Not organized and dirty

Walgreens: what do users think?

Sarah Rodgers: Got a covid test done that was supposed to result in 2 hours and it’s been 18 hours no results… been on hold over 30 minutes over 3 different calls because I keep getting hung up on. Not calling again to be on hold over 10 minutes just to get hung up on.

E G: Horrible service at this store!!!! I called well over a month ago and I’m still WAITING for a call back from the manager about an Uber gift card that I was trying to purchase!! When I originally called the employee told me over the phone ‘Yeah, we have Uber gift cards’ , so I went out of my way to go there and purchase one and then I got there there weren’t ANY Uber gift card at all!! I was sook irritated, because the employee blatantly lied to me over the phone probably to just to get me off the phone, but when I called the store after I got to work and asked to speak to the manager it was like pulling teeth!!! They couldn’t transfer me to the store manager and I had to call back a second time jus to speak to said manager and he was not helpful at all either!! He just brushed me off and said that he would contact me to let me know when they do get the Uber gift cards again!!! I will NEVER do business with this store at all!!!

YARIEL DOMINGUEZ: Worst Walgreens Drive thru long wait, they don’t pickup the phone, never have the prescription ready, poor Customer Service.

Avik Paul: Big and clean store compared to other Walgreens. Excellent collection of dietary supplements. Found everything I needed.

Hendrik: Worst customer service ever. Has my booster scheduled and got it denied. Doesn’t make sense because the online form was already checking for my eligibility. Customer service was very rude and stolid. Staff could benefit from better training

Susan Tar: Amazing big Walgreens but the worse customer service I never had was here, I was in front of the register with my groceries and a lady came with her boyfriend talking and talking about her life, they both were Venezuelan wearing prescription glasses and this lady who was supposed to be working at the register was very Ruth, she ask us if we gonna pay? And we were just in front of the register with our groceries we tell her I believe if we are in front of the register with groceries it means we want to pay and she start answering that she is not a magician, but is common sense if you are with groceries on the line in front of the register of course people wanna pay unless it is free I don’t get it honestly. Terrible service

Jorge Sotres: Sorry guy but i never going to understand the reason to have a lane to paid at your store. Photo attach because maybe you need proof.

Sebastian Seabass: Awful client experience. First, it’s at least a 30 minute hold time on the phone even though they answer right away just to put you on hold. Second, each person that you speak with has contradicting updates. One minute you receive a text that your medication has been ordered. The next minute they call you to pick it up in two hours, only to tell you to check back next week. Awful location and staff!!

Danielle McPherson: Worst customer service. Nice store but the employees are horrible. I got to the counter and said hello… the woman at the register just looked at me rude after I greeted her. She then proceeded to ring me up and I stood up there waiting for my receipt and she just started yelling at me in Spanish with an attitude. I guess they didn’t have receipt paper…and I was supposed to guess that lol. Ultimately a horrible experience. I will never come back

CVS: what do users think?

Sofia fenselau de Felippes: I’m really glad to have a CVS pharmacy walk distance from home. I usually find everything I need and the staff is usually very attentive and polite. Today I bought a medication with Michael and I liked the service very much. CVS is also pet friendly and this is a plus.

Shannet Alexandra: Worst customer service ever!Self checkout machines are always broken they never have receipt paper when you ask manager to assist with a reprint they never want to everything is always out of stock vitamins and whatever else you’re looking foroverall worst service

Mandy Casals: Typically takes 24+ hours for me to get a prescription refilled when I use the app. Sometimes I receive no notice when prescriptions are filled. Service is slow whether I go in person or call in. When trying to transfer prescriptions here, I had multiple pharmacies tell me how difficult this pharmacy was to get in contact with.

Regina Lloyd: Requesting was extremely basic and was obliging patient, and understanding when I was having issues with my charge card more than once declining due to the out-of-country buys.

Tamara M: The new manager needs a fast track training or find another calling in life, I go to this store al least once a week and out of the 2 last experiences with the manager, both have been bad. CVS could just put a vase and save money, she just stands there. No ability to help people, no knowledge of the store after 2 weeks, no people skills.

Amy Lindenmoyer: This pharmacy is the most incompetent place that I have ever been to in my entire existence. If you actually want your prescriptions. Do not go here. Things are out of stock without notification, orders are canceled without notification. I honestly do not know how they are in business.

Walgreens: what do users think?

Gaby Lopez: If I could give a 0 star, I would. This place has a very rude, and unprofessional staff, including the manager. I called this store earlier for poster printing services and asked if they were able to do same day printing or have the job printed by tomorrow. I also asked if they had the dimensions of 36 X 48 and I was told that if I arrived prior to 7pm then the job could be printed by the same day. However when I went to the store with my mother, I rang the button for assistance in the photo printing area, and other employees would just stand by and watch rather than come to assist. It wasn’t until approximately 15-20 minutes later that I was attended. She asked me if I had done the printing request online via the app and I was clueless as to what she meant (I’ve never done printing at Walgreens, in fact I didn’t place the order online because I didn’t see a 36 X 48 option, yet the employee on the phone told me that option was available, so I assumed I had to go in physically for assistance rather than do it online). She rudely told me to use the app and make the order, so I asked which app and if I had to scan the QR code they had on the desk, but she seemed to not listen to my questions, so I just assumed I could use that code to download the app. I downloaded the app for absolutely no reason, since I got told later that they did not have the necessary paper to get the job done. She asked me who had stated that I could print there and I told her that I spoke with a male employee via the phone. I asked her if she could somehow have paper for tomorrow to do the printing. She stepped out for a second and called for her manager. The manager came out saying “Hello? hello?” And I honestly thought she was on the phone since she did not face me directly while supposedly addressing us. I explained the situation to her and her blunt and simple response was “Oh that employee was most likely new, we don’t have any paper to print.” There was no apology, nor proposal for a solution. There was no “I apologize for the inconvenience, let me try and see if maybe I could find some paper tomorrow or recommend you to another Walgreens that is capable of helping you.” Train your employees well if they are new, and if they commit a mistake it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as manager to apologize to the customer for the inconvenience, propose a solution to the problem, and organize and guide your employees to build a successful team that offers professional, polite and appropriate customer service. I did not appreciate the rudeness. Train your employees properly and show proper etiquette so that they follow in your footsteps. Thank you but I won’t be coming here again. I hope you provide future customers with better service as deserved.

niurmis valiente: I went to get my OTC meds for the 1st time at Walgreens, Not only was this store Isles full of buckets to catch the drips from the roof; only two employees working one of them did not know anything about OTC process and at the girl at the cash register had no clue how to do it neither. I had way too many issues, very disappointed at the over-the-counter medication situation at Walgreens I will stick 2 CVS from now on

Demar Metcalfe: Miami Firestone Building Built in 1929 and hailed as the largest Firestone station in all the USA. Firestone founder Harvey Firestone lived on a mansion in Miami Beach and is said to want a large neon sign he could see from the beach at night. This location was in business for over 50+ years but by the late 80s, business had declined and Firestone moved out leaving the building empty. Walgreens saw an opportunity to reuse the automotive center and though the iconic Firestone sign was removed, it was replaced with a large Walgreens sign.

NCF29YT: OK. With this Pharmacy, I have to give it 3 stars. It sort of takes a long wait, which is no problem for me. Others, maybe. But the main reason is because of the god awful etiquette outside. They can’t maintain safety out in the Parking lot. It’s theirs, and they should probably take care of it more. Inside, there’s an OK variety of items you can grab and purchase, no problem. Never called for support because I’ve never felt like I needed. 3 stars: my final verdict.

Bernice Perry: Great place with wonderful pharmacists and a compassionate staff.

Amin Gulamali: Terrible experience. Scheduled a flu shot at the pharmacy. Had to wait more than 30 minutes beyond appointment time only to be told that they were too busy for the appointment. Very inconsiderate. Not to mention the pollution and danger in the parking lot

ORLANDO DE VILLIERS: It is a serious place for farmacy and sometimes you find something else you need with some qualities

CVS: what do users think?

Albert Tamayo: This afternoon I stopped to pick up my medications like I normally do. I visit that CVS three to four times per month. The pharmacy professional was having a conversation with a colleague never acknowledging that I was waiting in line for about 15 minutes. After another employee asked her to greet and ask what I needed she acknowledged me with arrogance and pretending she could not hear what I was asking. As a caveat, I am always addressed with genuine care at the pharmacy however attitude coupled with arrogance in unacceptable. I asked her for her name and she laughed totally disrespectful. I spoke to the supervisor at that time Betty sharing my concerns adding why she did not give me a receipt. She said she would speak with the Pharmacy supervisor and that the attendant was on loan to this branch. Moving forward, I loss confidence on that CVS site second guessing weather my Medications will be tampered. I am pondering removing my Meds from that CVS. Thank you in advance with a follow up.

Alex Reid: Avoid this place if you are trans. Update: man vaping inside the pharmacy.

Mr nice Guy: Pharmacy Always the longest wait, either understaffed ir not working properly . Only 1 line for drop off pick up and everything my tia says its not fair!

I P: this is truly the worst pharmacy i’ve ever been to. it’s literally impossible to get ahold of them, you spend an hour on hold just to be hung up on. on certain days they will pick up the phone, they don’t acknowledge you or anything but suddenly the hold music stops and you can hear people in the background but as soon as you say “hello?” they hang up as if they hadn’t meant to pick the phone up and they don’t want to do their job, and they will do this over and over again. one day i spent a collective total of 2 hours on hold and was hung up on 4 times. this is all very frustrating considering they won’t just automatically fill your prescriptions when they’re sent over by the doctor (which is standard procedure at any normal pharmacy) you have to call to get them to fill your prescriptions but you can’t call because they literally will NOT answer EVER. going there in person is no better, you stand at the counter and are completely ignored, employees will look at you waiting and refuse to acknowledge you, it is beyond unprofessional and it’s not that they’re understaffed because every time i’ve been there’s been at least 10 people working in the pharmacy. not being able to contact the pharmacy that handles your prescriptions is a heath hazard, what if an elderly patient needs their medications and can’t get them because the staff here is so incompetent?? corporate needs to look into the way this place operates this pharmacy should not even be open please save your time and frustration and take your business somewhere else

Jose Otero: I was a client of this cvs but always had a issue so i transfer but my friend who has cancer went yesterday to fill a prescribtion the the oncology gave him so when the pharmacy employed saw the prescripción say the they dint have that medicine the they dont dispence it anymore it was 30 tablets of oxycodone 5mg por his pain i saw when i was there the they use to give it to clients he dint want to help my friend because i swuitch he took it against my friend very unprofesional i hope the one of they family member dont be in the same position the my friend is thats why i will take this matter as discriminación and will look for more información the farmacist is Eddie garcia this cvs is not giving me the meds my insurance paid for he just took it personal low blow that inethical

Turk Turk: This CVS Pharmacy is horrible send your medications to another location or another pharmacy. They have unprofessional workers, barely answer the phones. Just for a simple question they are giving round around. I will contact cooperate office.

Natalie Montesino: THE WORST CVS PHARMACY!!!!! Do not waste your time coming ever. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME THEY SAY “your prescription is not ready” without even looking at the system. They are so lazy and irresponsible. If you are trying to avoid waiting in line for 30+ minutes to argue with the pharmacy that your DR HAS faxed a prescription twice... DO NOT COME HERE! Go further than needed if this is the closest CVS to you. They are awful.

CVS: what do users think?

Mariana Martinez: The pharmacist at this location is extremely rude, I am a nurse and was trying to help call in a medication for a patient having trouble obtaining. When asking on how to send over the prescription for the patient, the pharmacist said “the doctor at your office should know the laws on this I will not explain it to you”. And hung up. In these times I understand frustration but she was rude from beginning to end when I was just trying to help a patient obtain the medication she needs

Hannah McKool: The absolute worst CVS I have ever been to. I was honestly holding off on writing this review thinking(and hoping) each experience was a one time sort of deal but unfortunate EVERY single time I come here it’s a mess. This is the absolutely longest wait time ever. I get texts that prescriptions are ready and I show up and wait in line for almost an hour (no joke) to find out they are not ready. I have also tried to call and have NEVER made it through to the pharmacist. I even called and proceeded to walk to the pharmacy and was on hold the entire time and even waited in line while I was on hold. I’m very unhappy with each experience and I will be transferring my prescriptions. With all of this being said, I want to say that the staff is very friendly and I don’t want to criticize their efforts but there is definitely a problem. I don’t know if this is an understaffing issue or an efficiency issue but this is a problem that needs to be addressed or you’re going to keep losing customers.

Danielle Wilson: Excellent pharmacy staff. I especially appreciate Dr. Vincent as he always goes above and beyond to help patients. My only complaint is it’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, but this seems to be a universal problem with CVS.

Joe HARB: The members of staff in this branch are friendly and helpful. I passby this shop quite often on my way from a nearby (other) shop or when I am taking a walk to sit by the ocean near Inter Contimental hotel. I cannot rememeber that staff did not welcome me well. I took so many pictures during this evening visit to CVS just to give you a full idea of the organiziation in this branch. The shop is always neat and tidy. And you know you will find most if not all your need. There is always a room for improvement in CVS as a business, to increase their sales and make their customer base grow and keep their actual customers happi-er.

Christina Urwand: The pharmacy needs more staff!! They are so nice but understaffed- cvs CORPORATE SHOULD BE ASHAMED of putting these people in such chaos to deal with. A mistake is going to be made and it will be corporate stagings fault.

Jack: Getting prescriptions has always been a painless experience for me at CVS, but this was absolutely not the case here in this branch. To provide context, I’ve called this location many times to ask if there are any problems filling my prescriptions. No one ever picked up. I said that’s okay, let me go in person. I went in around 1pm today and the pharmacy staff told me oh, we’re understaffed — it’s not my problem that we can’t pick up your calls. Okay, I understand, that’s fine, let me just figure out how can we work together to make sure I can get my prescription. The pharmacist said no, I can’t give you the prescription because I cannot reach the insurance to get the code to fulfill my order. Okay, I understand. You’re understaffed and you might have other priorities. Can you give one more call for me now that I’m here in person? No, he said. I know how this process works. Come back at 4 or pay out of pocket. I said okay, let me come back. I went again in person around 6pm. Guess what? The pharmacist said no, I still cannot reach your insurance — there’s a technical error and it’s not my fault. I said okay, let me call and see if that works. Let me give this a try if you’re not able to reach them directly. You know what? 5 minutes later, I was in touch with CVS Caremark on the phone and asked the representative to directly talk to the pharmacist to fulfill my order. I don’t know what’s going on. Understaffed? Okay. Technical errors? Okay. But I don’t see that you’re trying to help me. I can only think of this experience from someone who relies on CVS for medication. Who? Senior customers who rely on medications to live their day to day. Senior customers who cannot physically come in person multiple times a day to get their medications. Senior customers who cannot speak English and call their insurance for help. Sure, I can be patient. But can they? I have no right to say as a pharmacist, you should do this or that — because after all, I’m not qualified to be one. However, I’ve worked in customer service roles from fast food to retail. The least that we can do as a human being is to help each other. I just didn’t see that today. Didn’t experience. Was left helpless in this process when it shouldn’t be painful. I’m only here for my prescription and I can only think of the many others who rely on medications but face these troubles on a daily basis. I want to give them a voice and also empower them with the right information. I write reviews to empower others to make the best decisions with the most transparent information possible. I hope this review helps customers. I hope this helps CVS better address the understaffed pharmacy. And I hope that this experience can help the pharmacist understand that if I wasn’t physically and mentally able, if I wasn’t English speaking, I might not have gotten my prescription today that I rely on for my health. Thanks for taking the time to read this experience and I hope it helps others understand what is going on at this CVS Pharmacy branch.

Emily Singer: The people who work at the pharmacy are sweet but they have no problem putting you on hold for 45+ minutes. Awful.

Max Glasser: Jenina, or Janina, something along those lines (pharmacist), is extremely unprofessional and rude. Pretty much told me to F off.

CVS: what do users think?

Amil: Usually always busy especially the pharmacy sometimes you wait up to 20 min to pick up. Open 24 hrs. CVS yMas.

Miss B: This pharmacy is horrible, not the store but the actual pharmacy. Lines are always long. If you call the pharmacy, it will ring and ring. They never answer. This evening I called twice, each time for 1hour and 10 minutes listening to music. I finally called another pharmacy and transferred my prescriptions.

Jossie Zuniga: My family and I have been going to this CVS for many years. The staff are all very nice, helpful, friendly and professional and the store is very clean and everything is in the right place. Thank you for making it very easy for us to always shop there and pick up our medications. Keep up the good work!

RK RK: Service horrible u have to wait 1 hour to get medicine in the pharmacy really horrible

Signorina Miami: Nelson, the manager of this location needs a course on social distancing and Covid guidelines as well as customer service. It is his job to enforce all Covid guidelines for the safety of all customers in the store, which he grossly failed to do. I am so incredibly shaken up by my visit today. I was with my mother who is undergoing chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer and this woman in line thought we weren’t going fast enough at the register where we were playing the lottery, so she started coughing profusely, very loudly on purpose to have us leave quickly. The clerk then asked what he could help her with and she advanced now standing right next to me, still coughing on purpose. I asked her to move away and she said no. I asked the clerk to tell her to move and he did not, he called for a manager instead. Nelson, the manager came and when I explained that she refused to stand 6 feet from me at the register, he told me that I was “in charge of my own actions” basically saying to me that if I didn’t want to be near her, then I should move... when I was being helped first. Having been in customer relations for over 20 years this so completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Shame on you Nelson. As well as this review I will be sending a formal complaint to your head office and never using the services of this store again in the future.

Lourdes Portogues: I have been going to this CVS for many years, everyone is so nice and attentive of your needs. Claudio the pharmacist is simply the best, professional and courteous. Also employee Midalys Gonzalez is the best! She goes out and beyond to help us the customers always with a smile!

Juelene Beck: Everyone at this pharmacy is incredibly helpful and patient in solving the problem, whatever it might be. They are super customer friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about insurance, how doctors offices work, and the best way to make things happen! They go overboard to try to accommodate patients and to get the information that is required From Doctors. They are 100 times better than my old CVS pharmacy in Fort Myers, where I just moved from.

CVS: what do users think?

Jaaayyy: Staff was rude and denied me the bathroom. I explained I was in pain and needed to evaluate what is going on and then purchase in store something for the rash and they still denied it . This is beyond messed up and because of this I will stop using cvs over all . Complete bs. Angela you are the worse type of employee. Why did it take a manager to come out after I started calling corporate to finally get a bathroom? And I walked out with a purchase.

karla quevedo: This location has wonderful employees. I was assisted by a guy named Andres Rafael. He helped from the begging that I came to the store till the end at the register. I will be coming soon and I expect to be assisted by him or someone like him

Sundie Kyriaki: The staff here is super friendly, always say hi when you walk in the door. They keep the place very clean. The only issue is vagrants sometimes hang around the exterior but they can’t do much about that. There is security staffed just inside the door on a regular basis which makes me feel more comfortable shopping here late at night.

Andy Valencia: This CVS is conveniently located for residents in the condos above. Easy to find and pick up when you are running low on something. The staff isn’t welcoming or friendly. Service is also very slow, expect to stand in line and wait regardless of the time that you go.

Evan Guthrie: This CVS location on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami is a very convenient CVS that is easy to get in and out of when you are in the area and need those items that you need. I really like the location and the layout of the store as it is easy to find exactly what you are looking for and be on your way. I have been happy with all of the trips I have made here.

Milk Tyson: For the amount of foot traffic and chaos this CVS gets they are top of the line! The cashiers are always friendly and everyone is always nice and trying to save you money!

Kai Colucci: somehow always a brutally long line. usually well stocked, though.

Darvan Llc: Horrible service! Call them anytime even when it is empty , you enjoy the 45 mnts wait time ! Thank you for tour patience😁

Walgreens: what do users think?

G Leyva: I have never encounter a more and unprofessional staff. I arrived at 4:45 pm, there was a lady talking with one of the staff about the vaccination requirements to enter the US and Cuba. I had just come from Urgent Care and in desperate need of pain killer. After waiting for 15 mins, I asked if I could be helped, since the lady talking about vaccines was still there. I was told that the pharmacy closes at 6 pm, anything that I leave it will be for the next day pick up. I tried to speak with the pharmacist but she wouldn’t acknowledge me since she was still chitchatting with the lady about Cuba being a 3rd world country, etc. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by everyone in this place, specially the pharmacist is mind boggling. They were totally unfazed about a patient that was coming directly from the hospital with a lot of pain. They were more interested in chitchatting but than actually helping.

Christian Smith: This pharmacy states that they close at 9pm on Friday, but when we get there to pick up a script, they were closed at 6pm. WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO AHCA.

Natalia Rodriguez: This Walgreens always have a good sales today it’s a day for vitamin 🙃 the staff is very friendly and helpful.. Pharmacy open on time .

Leon Reed: The customer service I received from Gabriela was excellent there was a manager that was very friendly and helpful walked me right to the products i was there to purchase this type of customer service made my whole day better thank you again

Pedro Garcia: Most of the staff is nice except Jackie at the pharmacy. She is rude and very unpleasant. She lacks customer service knowledge. They have windows for consultation and drop off but they really dont work. No sign, so if you stand there they scream at you that there is only one line. The place is clean and well stocked.

Zelaida Rodriguez: If they close at 11 they lock the doors at 10:40. People from Saturday night shift saw us coming and locked the doors anyway and this is not the first time. We are not playing, we needed medicine for a sick child. Don’t come here if you don’t want to get disappointed

Janette Miranda: I have been a customer of Walgreens for over 25 years , the location on 67th Avenue and Sw 8th is horrible the lady in the pharmacy was extremely rude and non professional, I have never been treated so rudely at any Walgreens before her name is Jenny Alvarez, patients and or customers should be treated with compassion understanding and patience , this person lacked all of the above she should not be working with customers

Rafael Gonzalez: Horrible customer services I was waiting in the diagnostics section for 25 minutes before being attended to! Once I was helped i think by the general manager! This guy didn’t even seem to care that we were waiting there for about half an hour now. Store was empty btw. I do not recommend this Walgreens unless you want to sleep there.

Lauren Vila: Been on hold for 30 minutes with them, horrible customer service. Don’t go here for your prescriptions.

Walgreens: what do users think?

Yaili Pineiro: This Walgreens is a nightmare, there’s always one cashier and of course long lines of unhappy customers. No shopping carts and/or basket available, none! No change available!! So if you’re planing on paying cash, keep that on mind, they don’t have change! Incredible! Worst Walgreens on the area!

Ce Card: One star because they do not have 0. First they never answer the phone. They put you on hold without asking. This time I needed some ear antibiotic right away. No stores in Miami has it so, they ordered it on Monday for next day. By Wednesday no call, so I went back to the pharmacy, same lady who ordered it told me they will never receive it. She said that it was getting like in Cuba no medications available. I spoke with supervisor from photo booth and she said medications are delayed. I TOLD HER "Could you inform customers at least so I could find and alternative?"

Your Helpful Wendy: I went to this Walgreens for a quick return to FedEx and they have a corner where they except things that are pre-label to send by FedEx. The lady who took care of me in the cash register was nice and she helped me because the Apple store who I was supposed to send my product here had a problem and she help me solve it. They have a good amount of parking spots on the garage and it’s conveniently located in a corner. Everyone working here was wearing masks.

kinghardbody: Worst place to get prescription. Waited in line for 45 mins to drop the prescription. Called the place they said it was ready. Waiting in line for 30 mins to be told prescription is not ready and it’s going to be another 30 mins. I wish I had a zero star to give this place. I would never come back.

Al Guerrero: Seriously needed pain medication. pharmacy said to come back in an hour, came back in an hour and they completely lost the paper work and had no idea what I was talking about. Also BARELY spoke English..bruh... Had to wait another 30 mins

Ashley Samuel: I called this place and they continuously hung up on me. I will be there on Monday to talk to a manager because that is the worst display of customer service

Raul amador: Great place all type of household items beer wine ext.

Lucy Moreno: Best service for curbside pick - up. Ordered online for a curbside pick - up. Within minutes my order was ready. It said pick up inside yet I went through the Drive-Through and the technician went and got my online order and gave it to me through the drive-through. This pharmacist/technician team member was the best. Thank you so much for your help!

Fell Gonz: Worst customers service is ever seen in my life. The the lady attending the customers does not know her job. Unprofessional. Don’t go this Pharmacy.

G Garcia: The pharmacy never answers, rude employees. Go somewhere else!

Walgreens: what do users think?

Raquel Red: On several occasions the LabCorp personnel has patients who are fasting waiting since 7:00 am and no personnel. Today again it was 8:30 am and had not arrived. The last time the technician said she had to stop and get supplies she needed. When the Walgreens pharmacy was addressed they simply said they knew nothing because LapCorp is independent from Walgreens and would not offer any other assistance. I wonder if Walgreens Corporate office and LapCorp corporate office are aware of the uninformed staff and lack of professionalism at this location. Who is supervising????

Leah Mello: Waiting almost 1 hour in a drive thru line is pretty aggravating. How is that even possible when only 2 cars were in front of me? I would say this was an isolated incident but unfortunately, this is happened to me before.

miquavia bonner: This Walgreens pharmacy is the SLOWEST. Everytime I go I have to wait about and hour or more. It’s like there is always only one person working. I have to reorder my prescriptions multiple times because for some reason they was canceling it.. when u call u have to wait 30 mins or more, no guaranteed you will get help because they act like they don’t know what they are doing.. I make Covid appointments and still have to wait 1 hour after my time EVEN WHEN I GET THERE EARLY!! Multiple times I have not gotten my results back for some reason so I would have to go somewhere else.. No customer service. Plus they ACT like they don’t/can’t speak ENGLISH!! The worst!!!!!

Hanaela Dugar: Horrible service there’s a lady in pharmacy she does the vaccines she sounds Puerto Rican black hair and a tall skinny wish the call doctor he vaccinated me like I was I animal I mean they really need to get rid of non professional staff worst Walgreens

Solid Reviews: This is my neighborhood Walgreens and it’s great pharmacy in great selection of small groceries always works out also know you can get your COVID-19 vaccine here as well along with an appointment

Debra Peterson: Pharmacy attendant and the supervisor were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!Attendant refused to give her name and the supervisor refused to give the employees name!

Francisco Morales: I waited over one hour to vaccinate my 7 year old boy. After 1 hour the the Pharmacists reach over and let me know they will not be able to vaccinate kid andoffer me to go in two days (without providing an appointment confirmation). They were not clear to the reason. They were so overworked and understaff that seemed indifferent to the fact I had taken the kid out of school for this. This is a 3rd world country pharmacy.

April Graham: There’s legit NEVER enough cashiers to handle to customer load of this Walgreens. Just terrible

CVS: what do users think?

Merlick Portuondo: This pharmacy is a mess. A big line and just one employee attending. People that go to a pharmacy must of the time are sick or not feeling well , but over there they don’t care. There was more employees but talking and looking at a computer. The worst service as a pharmacy. It is very sad and indignant to see this.

aaron roman: Worst experience ever. EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF HECTOR COLLANTES WAS RUDE, DISREPSECTFUL, AND CHILDISH IN THE WAY HE SPOKE AND TREATED ME. IF I COULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. WHAT IS DISTRICT MANAGER DOING TO HELP IMPROVE SERVICE AND ENVIROMENT! 2 STARS THAT THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE!

alexis guevara: If I could give them 0 stars I would this place had the worst customer service. The pharmacy department is a complete disaster.

Alien Rodriguez: Unprofessional Staff in the Pharmacist. Stating mistake in insurance when I called they were charging wrong code. Called insurance and optum only issue is they were charging wrong code like I explained to staff and Pharmacist. Went to Walgreens explained they processed stated there were no mistakes. Unprofessional pharmacy staff pharmacist was moking me and telling me why did I give him wrong information. I felt he was putting information wrong to create inconvenience. Unprofessional staff for a pharmacy

Stephan Klos Pugatch: It’s a MESS. They hardly speak English, the payment line is a complete MESS, every customer seems to spend 10 minutes on the actual cashier station, doing nothing. Attendants chat with other staff about non-important things without being worried about how much time you are waiting. Customers try to skip line in front of you. In here you don’t feel you are in a developed country. Please come here only if you are in extreme need.

YUSNADI SANCHEZ: Pharmacy services is horrible, not employees available for customers , only one person in the counters

Fat and Funny: Service was lacking like many others said. I found it to be well stocked and the wine was really cheap. Would I come here again? Not unless I had to. I found the Walgreens to be a much better choice

Tamika Rodriguez: Understaffed, techs who claim to be Pharmacists and made an emergency pharmacy/script transfer 4 hours away, the most difficult process ever. Store is a hot mess.

Ce Card: I transferred a prescription from neighbor Walgreens, thinking it could be better but both pharmacies are like going back to a third world country. No customer services at all. I have been waiting for a medication reordered because copay was 175 for this ear drops. I told them to cancel it and my doctor sent a new order. They keep calling me about same old medication and nothing was reordered. Same lady, she has been there for a while. Long story short, I have not been able to get my medication after a week. Today is Sunday, it is hard to find a doctor.

Walgreens: what do users think?

Chaprice Bolden: Everyone is completely incompetent here. I placed a delivery order that was shopped but the store cancelled it. No one called to say anything or give me other options . I called customer service and was transferred to the store. A super ghetto ,rude , and unconcerned cashier answered. I explain to her my situation she states , “Oh I’m a cashier , let me get a manager”. I was left on hold and kept getting bounced around from the store to pharmacy for 40 minutes. The cashier picked back up and hung up completely when she heard my voice. Do not waste your time with this store. A preschooler could run this establishment better .

Joseph Giglio: Awful experience...terrible customer service at pharmacy woman was terribly rude. Booked a Covid Rapid test online arrived at store and was rudely told I had to be in a car and go thru drive-thru. I was a tourist , I needed that test and did not have a car. Stock is in the toilet for a reason.

Dominique Jako: Every department here is terrible, Pharmacy is understaffed and never put’s an effort to solve an issue the inly thing you get is “no we cant help” after you wait 30min in line. Photo department same, they lost 3 of my poster, never refunded my $30 and regular cashier takes 20min to check out in average

Matt Scott: Horrible lines. Totally disorganized. Good luck getting a hold of them via phone. I’ve been on hold for over an hour before. Prescriptions are not filled on time (based on their projections not mine).

Alek Matthiessen: THE WORST PHARMACY IN MIAMIThis is the worst pharmacy in miami - and we already have a low bar. Huge long wait, attitude from the pharmacist, and they stop filling new prescriptions at 6pm. Why be 24 hours then? These people need to be fired and the store needs to be closed.

morgan kennedy: Was getting on a cruise in a day when my auto immune disease flared up and needed my typical antibiotic. Called it in 24 hours before and wasn’t ready when I tried to pick it up. I tried calling hours before to make sure it would be ready and I was on hold the whole time, would get taken off hold and immediately hang up. Had to call multiple times and never answered. The line was so long when I went I wasn’t even able to get my prescription. Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had and I’m a FREQUENT pharmacy goer. I get it that they’re busy but medication is super important to some people especially if it only takes 2 minutes to fill my simple 1 prescription

Karimh Habayeb: This is the worse Walgreens I’ve ever been too! The pharmacy is super unorganized. Also there is always a line. They show up late to open. My doctor called in a prescription yesterday for me and it’s been a mission to fill. I don’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

mariquezes: Horrible pharmacy. Constantly have long wait lines. If you try and call the pharmacy they simply continue to pick up the phone and put you on an endless hold. Pharmacist had told me my prescription would be ready by 5pm. I arrived at 7pm to give them time. After waiting in line for 45 min l was told my medication wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow at 11 am. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only one who left annoyed. Many others were very unhappy due to the unprofessional service. Expect to waste minimum 2 hours of your day dealing with this horrible service and possibly not get your medication when promised.

Trevor Brown: I get there is a staff shortage but a tad bit of urgency would be nice. The lines could move much faster but the clerks really take their time.
