Lucy좋아: This is the best place to get your first bird, the staff are really friendly and always tell you things that you need to know when you want to buy your first bird. They have new birds every week, and they also have cats walking around the store but the cats don’t disturb people or the birds. If you are looking to buy your first bird, this is the place for you! (This is my bird that I bought from the, he is a cockatiel)

I feel like this is a great safety measure for their birds but could use a better spot due to someone being able to walk in and take yours...... they do great maintance on birds such as wing clips, nail trims and beak trims.

Simbads was the only one that told us to bring it in. Upon arrival the gentleman instantly said it was malnourished and immediately said he was going to help it get healthy again. Theresa Brock: I have been a customer of The Aviary so long that I can’t even remember how long. I have a daughter that is now 45 and she worked for The Aviary at the original location as a teen. The owners and employees (they’re so gracious and accommodating as well as get along so well) that you don’t know who is who !! In addition, so caring and knowledgeable. I just love them all. So does my eclectus Nemo. Their products, their birds, their treats, their foods are of the utmost quality. Also, very reasonable in costs and prices. My family feels the very same way. Keep up the good work everyone. I know that you will !!

Martha Cerda: The lady there practically choked my parakeets to clip there wings and nails, worst experience ever. The first time we went I noticed the lady doing the trimming was slightly rude I let this go but the second time she was impatient while trying to catch my parakeets I told her I’d help her get them out and she ignored me and proceed to complain how it would be easier if they weren’t In there cage and in a carrier instead.. she than proceed to keep trying to catch them and grabbed them by the neck and proceeded to tell my daughter not to talk to her bird as we were stressing it.. really maybe it was the fact that you had my poor parakeet in a chokehold than when we took them home I noticed my poor baby was acting strange and that’s when I noticed blood on his wing she clipped it wrong! Do not bring your birds!

Emilio Ferrer Dangelo: Great location & The best customer service. I have purchased 3 parrots there 2 quaker and an Indian ring neck . The best of all is that you get to put a deposit on your favorite bird when is a baby you can pay it while they hand feed it and get him ready for his new home. I live this place the employees are really clean , they are always sanitizing everything and mopping the floor. Specially with the covid-19 they make you use hand sanitizer before entering the birds Nursery. Best place Of all 😀😀

Isabella Gutierrez: I went there to get a bird on august and the cages where extremely overcrowded, the birds where all screaming, and when the owner tried to get a bird out of the cage, it bit his finger so hard that it bled. (the bird was a male cockatiel). We ended up getting a baby cockatiel and i loved him but sadly he was acting very aggressive towards me (i know how to take care of birds, i have had many in the past) and he ended up flying away :( The birds there are extremely miss treated so if you want a bird from there, expect this.
Jennifer Martin: We went today and purchased 2 cockatiels for my kiddos. The lady working there was beyond helpful and amazing. She even helped to set up the bird cage. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. The prices are also great! 😊
Karen DaCosta: Horrible customer service! It is Monday December 27 2:00pm My husband just called and got hung up on several times! I tried calling myself thereafter and no one answered. The lady that picked up apparently did not understand English and hung up on my husband and then wouldn’t answer the phone. The owner of this shop should be aware of this to better train staff, you are losing clients over this bad customer service! What a shame!!!

Anthony Baldrich: My dad went here to buy some koi fish, when he took them home I noticed that the fish had scales missing and look in bad condition. Wish they have a phone number to call to see what I could do but nope they don’t have any active number. And to top it off they don’t take any cards. Only cash! But I will be going back Monday to see what they can do for me since I got 2 koi’s and I will not be mixing them with the healthy koi Save your time and go to the fish farm!
Shawn Bishop: After reading all the bad reviews, I was hesitant to visit, but the store is so close to where I am staying right now. I thought I would try- so I called and spoke to Dagoberto.(said he was the owner) Not sure if he really understands that shopping for pets should not be a negative experience. He has no clue how to run a business. He was rude and condescending to me on the phone, and would not give any product or pricing information. I do not understand how a guy like this can stay in business. I promise to never visit this store. I found a small pet store online that shares product and pricing information got what needed picked up curb side. Done and Done.....

One2 B: This pet shop is a disappearing breed – it’s a small business - a “mom and pops”!! Dago, the owner, is very knowledge and just an all-round nice guy. I visit to see what tropical fish he has brought in. However, his specialty are birds – hand raise most of the time. When you walk in you will be song to by canaries – beautiful little birds with beautiful songs. If he doesn’t have it, he will order it for you – fish to birds and seeds to pallets he got it. Look, no more and come and visit this wonderful little treasure on Bird Road – you can’t miss it. Remember, support the Small Business industry. Valentino Dixon: I called to inquire about a particular bird and the owner basically brushed me off. When I told him I was looking for an African grey parrot he then replied people in Miami usually don’t want to pay the price for them so we ship them up north. Then rudely hung up, why be in the bird business and you can not answer any questions regarding birds to your customers. Just saying if you are expecting a nice owner this is not the place.

Jo Blo: Great service and selection. We have shopped here several times over the past year and always had a good experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, clean and orderly store. Prices are a little higher than Petco but worth it because the store is usually not packed with customers.
Pad Dap (DAPA): The store looks somewhat tired and not fully stocked. The employees were all chatting and talking socially. They were not focused on the clients or on sales. The store could be so much better if the employees cared and were focused on clients and sales.
Juan Hurtado: Very clean, they were having a clinic day for dogs/cats, however store was clean and other than the employees that were talking amongst themselves while we were waiting in line it was an overall great experience

Joe HARB: My son and I love it, we cone here alm the time to enjoy thr animals, mainly the cats, reptiles, fish aquariums, birds and ferrets. It is an experience for anyone with a little brother or sister, with a son or daughter. Pet Supermarket have all you need for any pet you have. You can adopt a cat or buy any of the availavle pets. They do NOT have puppies but they will direct you for sure. They Have all u need for ur little pet friends

Gabrielle da Silva Romero: Never have I ever been so disappointed. This place is the worst place to trim your birds wings. I bought a 8 month old love bird from this place around February and they asked if I wanted to trim the birds wings a bit, I was a bit worried because the last time I took my other bird to trim the wings it never grew back the same, but they said with time it would.. it’s been over a year and it has not. Anyways, regarding this poor 8 month old love bird, I decided to trim the wings, and it’s been 5 months and the poor birds wings have not grown, he cannot even glide. The lady that cut them is the wife of the owner. She has messed up two of my birds wings. It’s so disappointing, because I only wanted a trim, I didn’t want to destroy the poor birds wings. The bird might not ever be able to fly. So my advise to anyone is to stay away from this pet shop, they will NOT handle your bird with the proper care, they will just grab scissors and cut all of the important feathers. When someone trims a birds wings it’s supposed to grow back.

Nervus Pudendus: It is so sad to see the animals in this store suffer. I would not have a problem with pets being sold, but here they are stuffed into extremely small cages. Some.of them can barely move. Cats are locked in small cages, many fish are in small plastik boxes, some of them are dead.
Liz: My dog got a beautiful haircut here! I stopped going to other groomers because PetSmart grooming does an excellent job and their prices are good, too! My dog Arya looks like she is ready for a wedding, that’s how fabulous she looks after her haircut. I recommended PetSmart grooming to my friend and her Pomeranian got a gorgeous lion 🦁 cut, and she is so happy with the results!

Tania M: Poor management at this store. Hire more people!! There is only ever one cashier at the front and a line of people. No one answers the phone, no one tends to curbside pickup, no one inside the store to assist with anything. Also three-quarters of the shelves are empty and canned pet food are in boxes/cases that you have to open up to take out what you want. Will avoid and shop at Chewy or other online retailers from now on.

Natalia Acosta: It is a good store, whenever I visit through, I usually dont many animals up for adoption, so if you’re looking to adopt another petco would probably be a good choice. otherwise its a small but well stocked store, i usually go to get cat litter from the big refillable display they have

Sil: As a frequent customer of petco, i must say that the staff is friendly and the items i seek for my cat are always in stock and the food for my ferret however the rug at the entrance smells like urine and its very disgusting this needs to be removed immediately. also the restrooms at this location are disgusting. also the fish section always had dead fishes, which should be cleaned more often as my child gets sad when we go and she sees so many dead fishes in the tanks.
arelys zerpa: This store does not honor your money, I sign up for training lessons for my dog over the pandemic they never contacted me for cancelation or say they were offering the class under the circumstances the case is they wont consider my money as credit for something else I lost over $100 I believe is poor management and unethical to take customer money. The manager Michele gave me the mosto ridiculous excuse comparing the store with paying clases on college.

Kristen Pinero: DO NOT BUY YOUR BIRD FROM THIS SHOP. I bought a love bird and 2 weeks later she passed away. Not a reputable place. Seems like they don’t care for the birds individually because they’re is so many that they have. Please go to somewhere Like Simbads better place and they care better for your birds there.

Alik Mad: Please do not go here. I bought 2 birds for my son for Christmas and they both died within 2 weeks I tried reaching out to them to see if it’s possible they either give me a refund of $170 one of the birds or atleast one bird. I spent $440 and they didn’t even try to work with me. I would give them zero stars the only reason I’m putting one star is to be able to save someone from going there and purchasing birds that will die within 2 weeks. Pretty sad I really wasn’t asking for much just to do what is right.

Aileen Soto: I (Barro and mom) want to give mad props to Kristin for taking care of me while she did my nails and ears, as they call it a pawdicure. I am an old man at almost 14 years old and somewhat anxious, but she took care of me. I mean look at me can I get anymore handsome!! If you live in the area I definitely recommend this store!
Cherry H: This store is large and grand, reminiscent of a pet costco, lots of things on top of shelves you can look upwards at, incredibly pleasant. Was cursed by a white and grey spotted cat (not pictured), I was admiring the exemplary fuzzy quality of the cheek he had pressed to the glass, when he rose his head up, looked me directly in the eyes, and muttered a curse in a tongue I could not quite understand. I wanted a picture of him, but fearing for my immortal soul, I did not risk it. The two kits watched my doom in silence. You can tell the orange tabby is heartless.
Ashish Soni: I used to make all of my dogs grooming appointments here but the last two times they cancelled my appointments just prior or at the time of the appointment. The reason for the cancellations, both times, the groomers decided not to come to work. As my time is valuable, I have decided to either have mobile groomers come to my home or use Petco since I never had any issues there before. I would suggest finding a different place to groom your animal as the quality of services at this location has declined.
Joshua Hamann: This a nice store but relatively average. Nothing is exceptional and the check out lines can get to be longer than I think are acceptable. If they had a self check-out and more people on the floor I think it would make all the difference in the world.
Gringo In Peru: Easy to find layout lots of options and friendly staff. I got some things for my cat but saw happy people with their dogs new hair cut.

amanda orza: Extremely disappointed. I called yesterday regarding the Easter bunny photos for pets and was told I did not need to make an appointment and could just walk in. Never was told that there was a place online to book an appointment. I called again this morning and was told that if there was no more availability online I could go in and stand in line but if someone showed up with an appointment they would go before me. Naturally I understand that. But it appears that after waiting for half an hour, each dog takes about 10 minutes taking a picture (which you have to take yourself) so after waiting for a while I realized that there would always be a pet with an appointment. My message to this location is to communicate better and let staff know about online bookings. This is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I used to love coming here but the lack of common sense is too much to ignore. I look forward to taking my business elsewhere
Angela C: First time going to this location and I was surprised on how clean, organized and helpful was the staff. I went to return some left over supplies I purchased at another Petsmart for a fish tank that I didn’t use. I went to the store because I always go to the target in this shopping mall. So I decided to ask questions to the cashier about dog training, grooming etc since we are waiting for a puppy. She was extremely helpful explained everything and did recomendations. She even called another associate I think the manager to give me info on the training. I was very surprised because normally in other stores they are not that helpful and are always on a hurry. She gave me information about Bandfield the vet services there and the convenience of taking your pet there. I was really surprised and will define give it a try to this Petsmart for any of there services.
Ernesto Cuba: This PetSmart is by dadeland station, and it has a Banfield hospital on it which increases its usefulness by a lot, their staff is friendly and the Banfield doctors are nice to talk to, you can trust on their diagnosis. Best of all is most of their staff are bilingual, they talk both English and Spanish so you can go there feeling like they care for you :)
aShipmate: Worst experience with a groomer we’ve ever had. We have a sheltie. They’re long haired dogs so we know it takes time. 8 hours though? Dropped off at 930 am picked up at 530. He looked exactly the same as he went in didn’t trim his paws, nails, ears, butt, chest, groin. The big trouble areas. Barely even smelled better. I am submitting a claim for a refund. Their staff seemed ignorant of this breed and possibly others. Don’t come here if you have a dog breed with any amount of hair.

Dana Lawrence: The associate who checked me out this morning (a woman with short hair) was so warm and genuine that I had to leave a review. She was very kind - asking questions about my “baby” (dog) and just so sweet overall. In a stressful time she really helped start my day off on a really nice note and I’m very grateful.

Coach Pat: I love this store for my little four legged family members! They have so many toys and stuff that it is hard to contain yourself. They have everything you need and then some. They have a vet, training classes groomer, and more. Friendly staff and plenty of parking in the shopping center. The prices are a little higher than other places, but it is super convenient to just go to one place.

Jenny S: I’ve taken my dog here for puppy training and grooming! Both services were amazing and I keep going back for the grooming services. My dog is short haired so she does not need to have her hair cut just bathed and maybe a nail trim/other body parts cleaned and they do an amazing job each time!
