Have him name and address of the person that took my stuff. They did nothing. Then I went there to ask for it back and he threatened to pull a gun on me. Told police and they put me on hold…. Wow..:TAXPAYER $$$$$$$$ WASTED

CARLOS A. SANCHEZ: So, I called the dept. to report illegal dumping, since the dedicated number for an office that is closed on weekends. It rings and rings, no answer, then it goes to a busy signal. Yes, Miami has become a banana republic and we have a police dept that shows it.

Gonzalo Ramia: WORST POLICE STATION EVER.!! I went to report a fraud and scam to this station, They treated me HORRIBLE!! VERY VERY RUDE!! with attitude make me feel like I was the criminal and not the victim . Did not listen to what I have to say or the evidence I have. Did not want to file a report!! The criminal is on probation for many other cases, keeps doing the same crime to others and they did not care. !! They are just lazy!! NEVER GO THERE!

Will Powers: Be prepared to wait and wait some more. Also, make an appointment!! You will be turned away without one.

Apparently they told me there have been a lot of changes the past 2 weeks because this was super smooth, easy and fast transactions. People are friendly, polite and helpful. Definitely different than the horrendous reviews I see here. Definitely was a great and easy experience.

Officers behind the window were distant and lacked communication and interaction. Ths is why these reviews are what it is. We need better SECURITY, and better INTERACTION. They said just call 911. You are NOT allowed to call 911 for that purpose! Also, I cannot call 911 from my work phone. So not helpful!

Alejandro Dalmau: They came over to mediate a dispute over parking fare that I was being unduly charged. She asked me to listen to her and then proceeded to take no time to listen to my side. I gave the officer the respect and time to speak which went on to be unreciprocated. The female officer left a bad taste in my mouth and I do not wish her well. This is why people think cops are asssholes. Good luck.
Justin Blankenship: Just called to report a scammer who attempted to get money using his children as bait. Hitting me up two times within 24 hours. When I called I was told to file a report with a detective who was off duty. This is an active and ongoing crime being committed. They told me to file a report. (Months long process) No action taken.

Patrick Kelly: I experienced a burglary and the policeman and CSI person who came were incredibly nice and patient. They were very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. Recommended ways I could better protect my apartment and were just all around amazing. Really made me feel better after such a horrible thing. Then I called the police department today and the lady that answered was so kind and courteous. I know police officers deal with the worst of the worst on a daily basis so I really appreciate the compassion they showed me! Thank you!
James Braun: This may not seem like a big deal, but Miami Beach police tracked down what we thought was a stolen iPhone X. The feeling we had when they asked us to describe the phone, and then an officer hands us our phone, was really indescribable. It must be an amazing roller coaster ride to be a police officer. Polite, respectful, courteous, from the initial call to meeting with three of their officers. Thank you, is all I can say!

J C Sanabria: Officer Kyle Collins is a credit to your department. He was the officer assigned my case. There is a saying that “no good deed goes unpunished” well I am here to tell you this true. I allowed a homeless individual to borrow my bicycle, which I believed was for a few minutes. Minutes turned in two days. I spoke with the individual over the phone several times to retrieve my bicycle. But, this was to no avail. Office Collins expressed to this individual that was in his best interest to return the bike immediately. This was all that was needed to be said, the individual brought back the bike in less than 15 minutes. Thank you, Officer Collins, for a job exceptionally well done.
