Sergio Arias: It looks like they don't care about their customers. I called early enough to get an easy answer. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. What rude people as well, the supervisor was rude. If you don't like your job, you should be a supervisor.

Londiewood Hendy: Customer Service is very, very, poor. I called to inquire about closing a company account and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and 14 seconds. I finally grew tired of waiting and disconnected the call. There is no excuse for placing a customer on hold and returning to assist the client.

Momma Love: I wish I could give this branch 0 stars. I was denied access to my bank account funds because the drive thru personnel did not have withdrawl slips or temporary checks available. I will not be banking with Ocean Bank ever again and taking my personal and business accounts elsewhere.

Alex Valle Marquez: They have just notified that they are going to start charging Maintenance Fee $ 15.00 / Month the only thing that differentiated this local bank with respect to national banks, so I really do not recommend it because there is only one in Miami and the others in all the States This was one of the few reasons that they had me as a customer, it was the big difference !!!!, maintenance charges that are eliminated when you use the debit card 5 times, the name of that fee is absurd.

User Mike: This bank is always a problem. As you can see from other reviews. Atm's steal money, customer service has no idea what they are doing and can't ever do anything when someone has a problem, and they never explain what the problem is either. I closed my account for these reasons. On top of that, this spit on the map of a bank, won't even provide your bank records after you close your account. You can't even access them online. If you want them, you have to go the branch where you opened the account, and pay $5 for every statement you want. Records that should be made available by the financial institution. But of course, this no reputable financial institution. Stay away from ocean bank. Chase or Wells Fargo is a much better choice.

Pookie Baby: LISTEN LUIS MIGUEL IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN. I had a issue with a couple of employees and he handle it the best way a manager can. Also Lahkina Gilbert is the best also. She is great hands down. I recommend her if you need a account.

Slow and understaffed, two ppl working the lobby with 11 ppl in line and one of the manager types sat in office chatting with the police officer instead of helping the entire time. Took 38 mins to get helped and back out. Hopefully they do a better job at this location other times. Can’t wait to close my account with WF & transfer time credit union.

Will Collier: I have been coming to this branch on and off for a few years and have had consistently terrible experiences each team. They never answer their phones, no matter how many times you call, and you shouldn’t even think of making a wire transfer as they will make you return multiple days in the future. Always understaffed and the staff who are there are undertrained. They have made my home-buying process terrible at every turn. Do not visit this branch.

Brian Cohen: This branch is terrible, and a poor representation of the Wells Fargo Brand. After the horrible and discriminative treatment i received from Banker Alexander Corona, and manager Lewis Espinoza, and their flat out lies to me about the requirements needed when trying to open a business account, i almost gave up on Wells Fargo after being a customer for 20+ years. I decided to call another branch near where i used to live in Pinecrest. They confirmed everything this branch told me is wrong, and a lie, and that i should come in to the Pinecrest branch and they would take care of me. This weekend i did, and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. Avoid this 8th street branch unless you like to waste your time and be treated poorly

Maria Abdala: I opened my account back when it was Sabadell United. I work for the Spanish bank that owned them so at the time I was considered an employee and had all the perks. I haven't had too many problems with them since the switch to Iberiabank, when I became a regular customer. If you like a smaller bank and personalized attention, this bank might work for you. Keep in mind that most of their branches close early (between 4 and 4:30) and they don't open Saturdays so that could be a problem for someone who works weekday office hours.

Raymond Paul: The worst bank. 4 hours on the phone with multiple disconnects to get a password reset! 2 weeks later I try to order checks online where it says "Order Checks" but that doesn't work so again over 1 hour in logins and customer service calls and they tell me I have to go to another web site to order, Why do YOU have an "Order Check" button? Iberia buys out my previous bank and all records are gone!! They decide to do this right before tax filing deadline. Thanks to the IRS for a hurricane extension. HORRIBLE BANK!!! I almost forgot this too, 3 days before hurricane Irma I go to get cash and the bank is closed with a note on the door we will return when its safe, are you kidding the storm was days away and all other banks were open, not Iberia. Thank heavens Wells gave me cash on my line of credit. When there is no electricity after a hurricane you need cash. When you have a tree on your house and need it removed the workers dont take credit cards or checks. Where was Iberia? CLOSED! Stay away!!! I moved my money.

Luis Galeana: Just the absolute worst. Humberto is as efficient as putting a band-aid to cure Cancer. Do NOT even try to open a business account here, they will just waste your time, give you incorrect/incomplete information and make the simplest process feel like a being needled in the urethra. I wish I could give him and Iberia Bank ZERO stars.

Arelys Ramírez: For starters I really dislike the hours of operation for Total bank. I run my parents account and had an issue with online banking I was told that I had to go in person with the account holder to get it fixed. Both my parents work late hours and so getting there before 5PM poses a challenge. My mother was able to make arraignments to go with me to TB around 4:40 which is 20 minutes before closing time. Two ladies were chit chatting when we walked in and one lady told me "sorry we are closed". I looked at my watch and replied "you still have 20 minutes, my mother took time off work to get here" and she replied saying that the computers were already shut off and it takes a while for them to start back up again. Needless to say I was very upset at the inconsideration, and lack of customer service. TOTAL BANK, YOUR EMPLOYEES THINK ITS OKAY TO CLOSE 20 MIN PRIOR TO CLOSING TIME. FOOD FOR THOUGHT.

genesis lezama: This is one of the worst regions I’ve encountered. When I made the decision to open a regions I had an option between regions and Bank of America, I chose regions. I first started using my account when I was in fort myers. I loved my bank lady. Time passes unfortunately I got robbed at larceny I was so distraught I didn’t do anything until I decided 3 days later to go to this bank and let my bank know with a police report . An older lady straight up told me she didn’t know what to do and what was best to go back to the bank where it happened? Okay? But can you Atleast mark it on the notes let them know that I was here and tried to report it? No. They made me go back to the bank where the other people called the cops and kinda of helped me more than this bank. Oh and just yesterday I went cause I needed a temporary card— AGAIN; they don’t do that. So what’s the point of this bank? If they can’t do anything. Hopefully I can save someone from wasting their time and going here.

But update my all informations or not.. it does not change or help me anything..nothing good for me at all. It just waste my time. So I just left.. Jack Martinez: If we look back at movies from different decades, we see that people habits, expressions, and reactions are often influenced by prevailing trends, that we today might not consider. Going forward, when this decade is remembered, one of the factors that influences our everyday lives is the consumer culture of online shopping and Amazon Prime. Wells Fargo has eliminated their Propel Card (American Express) along with their secured card. The “second opportunity” checking account still comes with a soft-pull on the report and no check writing other than online bill pay. There is a component of logic because there is no overdraft. However, it does send a message of going one step towards that bank that is there to be tolerated. It is not the Capital One type bank that wants to win you over by reducing the “if” fear factor of whether you will or won’t get approved, ultimately coming across as one who “is there” for “certain” customers - e.g high credit/net worth. Perpetrating this culture are horrible rates in foreign currency exchange. Their Rewards credit card is a Hotels.com which is towards the lower end of the scale and goes against the banks branding. I’ll tell you this: they do hire STARS who compensate for these challenges and I want to thank Janet and Karen for taking world-class care of me at their branch. These are truly WOW professionals. If not for them, the rating would be much lower. Wells hires them so that it is easier to not get angry at a person and find difference with the bank. These are the people that take the blows for the banking giant. The sad thing is that this bank has a LOT going for it. There is no need for this approach. Lise Juste: Went there this morning and entered the teller line. There was one person at the teller window who seemed to be processing a large transaction. Another teller advised that someone would be with me shortly and then she promptly went to lunch. I could see another teller whose lunch was just delivered standing in a little hallway to the left of the teller line talking with another employee. 10 minutes later, I am still the only person in line and no other teller has come to take a window. I left without making my deposit. Funny thing is that by the time I left it was 12:03 pm, a normally busy time. I think I will start going to the new branch on Biscayne Blvd. The Flagler branch used to be very good but since the pandemic it has gone down hill in terms of service. Now, I have to return to the bank before 5:00Pm to make the deposit I tried to do earlier.

Porsche Moultrie: I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for almost a decade and I have NEVER experienced customer service so horrible. I made an appointment to meet with a banker and open a business account but when I got there I was told to wait. There were 2 bankers and the MANAGER standing around talking. They were NOT helping anyone. I waited 20 minutes while they stood around looking and talking. They were aware of my appointment and CHOSE not to do their job. Needless to say I changed my appointment to a different location because I refuse to do business with CHILDREN. This location needs to take a course in professionalism and customer service because I know Wells Fargo Corp. would not approve.

Moe Fye: At this point I believe this branch wants negative reviews just for people not to show up. The Customer service it’s horrible and the management needs to be replaced. I had an appointment but when I showed up I was told I must be at the wrong location. Memelandia Xd: Terrible service. I got there at 9:20am and 2 agents with clients. The one in the front took my information but for some reason he wasn’t able to open the account I needed it so I had to wait for Valentin like for 30 minutes. Just Probably: Have been with the bank for over 20 years. Honestly have not changed banks due to the inconvenience of having to change my account number to all my billing information and direct deposit. However, this bank goes against federal banking rules. This bank does not protect its consumers from merchants. This bank functions as if it was still in the 20th century. Online banking with them is garbage. Employees are clueless. I have had my last straw with them and finally decided to leave. There is no purpose in banking with them, if you’re looking for a small bank, go to a credit union. If you have an issue outside of working hours which is on the weekends and past 5 PM on weekdays, you were basically screwed. They are constantly blocking your transactions with no reasoning behind it.

suzi salowe: City National Bank took over from TotalBank, which was a wonderful place. If a bank cannot get a simple cancellation of a monthly transfer of funds right, then what are they doing in the MONEY business. SIX MONTHS of getting it wrong, and it still isn't fixed. I don't need the kind, personal "hello" when I come in, or the chair to sit on when I make a transaction, or a front door that hasn't been open for nearly a year due to construction. I need a bank that takes care of my money. SS

Fundiendo: Be very careful with this bank. They have a ATM machine that swallows your card and DOES NOT give it back nor cash nor nothing!!! I had to catch a plane the following day, sent my wife with authorization to claim the card and the bank said they had to destroy it because the card wasn't from their bank. These people are inhumman, hope they never go through something like that. Will never do business with a bank with such inhumman treatment.

Gordon Groves: Wire transfers are often blocked for days, on the excuse that OFAC has listed the recipient as questionable or shady. The bank refuses to prove the allegation, simply citing a block by Treasury. This is illegal behavior and deplorable customer service. Makes me sick. You get calls from the branch manager asking what the wire is for and who the recipient is and what business they're in and what exactly the wire is for, meanwhile your wire sits blocked for days. Very difficult to transact business with this bank.

Michelle Brumwell: Extremely rude and disorganized. Called this location, and the lady answered the phone, "Maria!... ... ... Is this for the $33,000 check?" I told her I was calling to inquire about something else and she had me confused with someone else, at which point she put me on hold for an indefinite amount of time until I had to hang up.

DR VHS Production: One teller, they need to re-evaluate on how they serve their clients. There is no excuse for only having one teller that take 20 minutes per client.

John DeCaro: Tellers are exceptionally slow. And the whole sitting down thing is ridiculous. I am not there on a social visit.

Dave P: Unfortunately it's a terrible bank and the covid rules are a joke compared to chase bank.

Volkan Karahan: Very bad management. I don’t think the location manager knows what he is doing! He misleads me and put my friends in an impossible situation with an unsolvable problem. Daniel Mayo (Dani.L.Maybe): WARNING. I withdrew some cash with a Teller and then proceeded to drive to the supermarket next door. I was inside for 5 minutes and when I left the store I found my window smashed and the cash taken. This happened on a busy Saturday (12/18/21) around 1 pm with plenty of people around. Trish Santanelli: I needed to wire money and had to drive 6hrs to get there and 6hrs to drive back but it was all worth it. The staff are exceptional and extremely helpful. Juan Bravo who handled the transaction was absolutely the best and made us feel very welcomed. My only issue, please place more Branches throughout Florida. Even if only in Orlando would help immensely.

Michael Thomas: I opened an account for the $400 bonus. All I had to do was $5,000 in ACH deposits over 90 days. They Closed down my account, took my $4,000, and is making me mail a letter to Boston to get the money. And they said I may not even get it back! All because they said I didn’t verify my account via an email 3 months ago I couldn’t find. Not sure why they didn’t email multiple times, make a call to me, or send letters! This place was bad for business accounts 20 years ago and my family left. And it is bad this time around for a personal account.

Pits Love: This review doesn’t really have anything to do with the location but with the bank it self. I opened and account online and they approved me next they. I downloaded the app and set up everything even zelle some money then I see Is not reflected in the account and I called they said they needed to ask me a couple of identification questions that they will put make my money available in 5 days. Next day they called me to ask me the question and a few hours someone call me to give a welcome to the bank. Then I try to open the app and doesn’t allow me. I called and the manager “Dominic” say my account was closed because the bank doesn’t want a relationship with me. Is the first time I heard that. I don’t have any legal, clean credit, and US citizen. Mind that this was for a regular checking account with debit card and they they closed with no notice. Awful experience.

I was grateful for that fact. But when it came time to pay my first bill. I called to make the payment and the only way I could make my payment was to pay them more money to take my payment. And makes me have to pay them to take my money to pay my car note. That is a complete and utter disgrace. I unfortunately have to pay them to pay my bill on the car. But if anyone were to get a loan by this company I would recommend to steer clear and find other means. I need my vehicle so I have no other chose but if I can save someone the trouble I will. Cimone Campbell: Speaking to the manager Alehand or Alexandria Bautista was a completely unempatic situation. The night before the machine was broken she said it was out of cash when the next day you can clearly see it is a problem. The conversation is listening to deny help instead of assistance to resolve and help a customer. Now I will be charged a fee tomorrow when I put the money to cover my check! The ATM machine was not working inside either. I called my bank and it said it is a chip error the bank ATM is not reading it. Then they would not take a simple check deposit $30 Canadian! This is why I keep all my money elsewhere! It took 40 mins for a deposit!

Lunoa Pieces: I’ve been banking with Wells for over a decade. This is by far the most inconvenient branch that Wells Fargo has in south Florida. It’s not the employees they are great! It’s the ATM’s. This place only has the drive thru ATM that is out of service 8/10 times. It’s ridiculous and this is my experience after years and years of living in the neighborhood this branch is located at. Change the ATM or figure out why the heck it’s always out of service y’all have plenty of money to do so.

Kaderia Harrell: I am have been here wait in the line for 45min waiting for change... after my 45min of waiting I waiting another 15min because they took someone before me...they only had one line open... I address my complaint with the manager and she act like she can care less of the situation... this unacceptable and unprofessional of her not address the issue... The service here is very slow.....I feel Discriminated Against...This real did slow my day down from what I had to do today... and the fact the the manager and staff was unbother is bothersome to me....

Thierry Read: This branch is a major inconvenience in many ways. First of all, the bank entrance is in the back of the building, you have to drive around to get in. Second, they only have one ATM which is located inside the building, meaning no access when the bank is closed. And third, they don't offer bathrooms for their customers it's only for employees ! Good bye !

PrettyClean Florida: The amount of humility I experienced yesterday with Marcus Cox was beyond belief. My concern was not only ignored , it was completely a mockery to him. It wasn’t his inability to help me that caused this unfavorable review , it was his unwillingness to help me. Versus researching my concern and looking at valid proof I presented to him , he utilized his opinion and “prior knowledge”. As a previous employee in the banking industry, I know for a fact that polices and procedures could change frequently! His attitude and tone towards me was very rude and disrespectful. I asked to speak with the branch manager and was denied that. He told me to wait in the “lobby area”. After about 7 minutes another banker assisted me. Basically, I was denied management. Mr. Delgado assisted me to the best of his ability and my issue was resolved. He was very patient , respectful, and took time to listen to my concern. He reviewed the information I presented to him that Marcus Cox refused to look at . I was then provided a solution based on that information. During this very drastic time period , my family and I are experiencing financial difficulties due to the pandemic. We are facing eviction and I needed to withdraw my money . I have never felt so belittled and embarrassed in my life. People like him makes times like these even harder. Do better Regions!

Gerardo Sicignano: Been a Region customer for 10 years, first time i went in this location, and last one. People that work here they don’t really care in taking care of you, 0 customer service, looks like you are bothering them also if they are simply seated without customers. No one cares to help, or why you are there! Horrible! Worst Management ever, please replace that!

Reyssy Lopez: I came by for some personal matters on my account and SILVIO Arango was absolutely rude and not willing to help me in any way. There’s a solution to any problem , this guy didn’t want to help in anyway. Great bank , stay away from Silvio !!!

SBG Vision: They opened an acount yesterday for me, and its under review even tho I went to the bank to open the account, can't sign in online it say it need to verify my info, didn't get a debit card or nothing, had to wait even though it was an appointment. worst bank ever smh im currently on hold as I write this review.Staff don't care. No Customer service on the weekend either

Driving Stone: Honestly I believe people are giving bad reviews because this bank is located in a low income area (hood) in that the bank is very old looking building but far as the service they offer regular good banking service like any other bank. I mean it’s not the employees fault for the building and location. Giving they location in lower class people they give good friendly service

Nancy V: Everytime I come in here, (I'm standings in line as i write this) there is always 1 bank teller at the window, 1 at the drive thru, and 1 at the desk to help with other inquires. The lines for the inside teller is around the corner. The line for the desk agent is also long. I came in here to open another bank account twice and the wait was over an hour. I opened the other savings account at another bank. Thinking about moving all accounts due to the service, IT SUCKS!!

TScalibrate: Went in line to wait and the teller didn't say anything until I get closer to let me know I could have waited in another line. Then when I get there while having another person pass in front of me the other teller I get to leaves. Terrible communication. Been to other locations that have great communication between all employees

Jeff Wilson: These people completely wasted my time. DO NOT book an appointment with anyone at this office. The specialist was rude, unintelligent, condescending and inconsiderate of my time. They will try to book you for a 1 hour appointment and then keep you for hours! Whatever you do, DO NOT do any business with this location. Go to a different one.

Claudia Marrero: I am astounded by my experience at this location, I am not a member of the bank but wanted to open an account and the first thing was the person in the lobby greeting was not interested in helping me, I asks some general questions and she kept cutting me of and saying sit down. I walked right back out, I had no problem sitting but she was so rude and rolled her eyes at me, no one go here, no a.c and packed, one teller and long line. I was looking at creating this new account with at least $40,000, looks like chase will be appreciating my money a bit more.

Daniel Brener: I will not give less than 3 stars out of respect but they sure deserve it. I went to this branch last week to open 2 new business bank accounts on top of the one I already have. I was in the branch for almost 3 hours and they gave me my temporary debit cards, told me everything was taken care kf and sent me home. In summary, I asked for all 3 accounts to be linked, that never happened. I asked money to be transfer that never happened either. I got 2 emails saying that both of my cards were mailed to the wrong addresses. Now I can’t even access these 2 accounts. I called in earlier and they said they would call me back in 20 minutes. That didn’t happen either. I’ve called the branch over 5 times after that and nobody picks up. On a side note, I would like to add that the Bank of America app is terrible.
