M R: Won't go back here again. The employees have more time for each other than the customers. I was there to purchase a Sony camera and wanted an employee's advice on which one to purchase, there was no problem with them wandering around doing whatever the hourly employed do for 8/10hrs. If you ask me if I want help and I responded, Yes, I do. That doesn't mean you do get someone else to get someone else. If you work there you work there. I then found the manager who was aware of me waiting for over 10 minutes tells and employee to assist me, the employees then tell me to wait until he was done speaking with the manager. He obviously couldn't be bothered with me wanting to purchase the camera or asking where are all the SD ®cards? The camera was $1200. Jeff Bezos will get the business.PAUSE!

Hunter Masi: Came in to purchase a laptop and of course no one was even there to assist at all with my purchase. Finally, I found someone who didn't even seem like they wanted to be bothered that I need assistance by the computers. He at least said he would get someone to come (30 mins later of course) and he was helpful to an extent. Moral of the story is that if you know what you want to purchase come here if not forget it, you will get no help from anyone. Luckily for me the service was much better at the Pembroke Pines location which I went to pickup my laptop purchase since they were out of stock there anyways.

Marco Watson: I was charged 213.99 for a phone I purchased when I arrived to the store I was greeted by the manager Steven they told me I couldn't get that phone and refunded me the purchase and then on may 4th I was charged again for the 213.99 and they refunded me but wouldn't show me a proper receipt with the refund amount and they refunded me 199.99 and told me in order to get the 213.99 back I need to call a number. They obviously did some tricky bull and tried to charge me for it. I will be getting it sorted.

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

Florin Babiciu: Unless only if buy a product from them, they won't help you with any other electric device. What's you're point of having a geek squad if it's useless. That's the worst excuse I have ever heard. I don't trust all the small shop of electronics on the beach that why i was hoping someone with more experience. But that won't happen here. That just gave me a reason to never buy any product from a place like best buy. I wonder how many more years will be until you're company is gonna go Bankrupt.

A business with hours posted yet not open to the public because they're unable to set up a proper team to execute on a daily basis it's very disappointing covid-19 is not even the cause of such lack at this point.

Tony Esposito: Tried to talk with a store manager about a stellar employee who helped me out of a real jam, but they can't be bothered to call back after 5 days. Best Buy is always my last resort, and this is a prime example of why

Edward Washington: My fiance's cracked the back of her iPhone XS Max and we got it repaired quickly in a few hours here. It looks as good as new! It was $99 and we also bought a front screen protector for $10. Hopefully we won't need another phone fixed but if we do, we'll come back here for the repairs.

Jason D: My Dell XPS 15 laptop is my workhorse computer and was completely dead (no sound, no lights). I took it to a shop near me and they told me it was an issue with the motherboard which would cost me hundreds for just the materials. I found Inside Laptops on Google and decided to give them a shot, even though they are located far from me. Alfredo was very professional and explained to me in much detail what he could possibly do. I don't know how he did it but my laptop is running good as new and possibly better than ever. The best part is I didn't even pay half of what the cost of just a motherboard would be. He even replaced the old bottom screws for me. He gave exceptional service, was always quick to answer or return my calls. I definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. I hope I never have an issue with my electronics again but if I do, I'm going straight to Inside Laptops and asking for Alfredo.

Antonio Crutchley: I have an outstanding experience with this company. My 2011 iMac stop working and would not boot up. I thought that the computer has run its course and there was nothing I could do about it. However, I had a few important files on the hard-drive that were not backed up elsewhere. So, I took the computer in and asked them to take a look at let me know if they could repair it or recover the data stored on the hard-drive. Their intake process were very organize and professional. Plus, they take the time to clearly explain to me what I can expect. The rouble shooting fee was fair plus it goes towards the repair cost. One thing that they did very well was keep me informed every time a technician touches my computer to preform inspection and repairs. So, at all times, I was knowledgeable of the status of my computer. I didn't have to followup for status report. To top it off, Prime Tech was very efficient in the turn around time. They exceed their promises and my computer was ready before I could event make the time to go and pick it up. I will be definitely using them for future repair and services. They are the best in Miami, Florida.

Jessie Jo: Customer Service seems amazing enough I guess they make you feel like your wrong when your not I brought my Microsoft Surface in to them because it wasn’t turning on. They told me they would have to take the keyboard apart to get inside and that the area around it may not stick together the same I said if that’s what needs to be done unaware that I would get it back with melted keys and for them to tell me oh well we told you… Which I was only aware of the adhesive not sticking the same not of the heat hun melting my buttons Also paid 150 to still get back a broken laptop They told me it’s just the charger it’s not the charger works fine I charged a friends laptop and it works fine I also have to keep a charger on the PC just to use it I’m lost on what’s actually gone wrong here but aye The CP is fully charged and I have to push down on one side just to get it to turn on I don’t want to return the cp for them to break anymore legs because it’s clear what was told to me wasn’t pure lies and I’m just take the lost of money and go somewhere else

I spoke to the person working with your computer, and I also checked all the notifications in the system, and there is a different picture from your comment. Our team is honest and we have to tell you the truth, and every step was communicated as well. 1) We asked permission to open the unit and let you know that the keyboard was glued in and there was a risk and you gave us permission because all your data was there. 2) After resetting all cables and testing your charger and measuring the power we determined that the charger was not sending enough power to your unit. The unit was Dead on Arrival (DOA) and we did everything possible to save your data as you mention, this is why we went far and beyond. The cost of the diagnostic, in that case, is $150.00 to do all the work to tell you that it was the charger not pulling enough power and that you need to change the power charger. I am sorry, one key ( backspace) does not look cosmetically right for you, and we are willing to replace it. The problem I see here is that we advised that this could happen, and this is why we don't see this review fair with the technician that performed the work and with our company that is always honest ( We didn't charge anything extra after all the work performed). Drone Permission: This is my third time using prime tech. My computer was slow and dirty and these guys told me exactly what I needed. They gave my custom built a tune up And replaced my WATER COOLING.Part: Water Cooling NZXT Kraken X53 --> I was able to order the part on Amazon and when I got the computer back it looked great and ran way better. They gave amazing prices and explained everything well.

Alex Meyer: Been here twice. The first time was my fault, as I tore my macbook pro keypad ribbon cable while replacing my own battery. For some reason this part took 3 weeks (i think, its been a while) to arrive, which seemed strange since I could find them on Amazon readily. Whatever though, it's my fault it broke and I had to deal with the consequences. I did get impatient in this waiting period and called them everyday, but they were corteous and thorough in explaining the progress. They repaired one other issue that trip and the computer came back in perfect working order. The second trip was great. I dropped off a totally dead computer. they diagnosed the issue and repaired it. before approving the work, i asked if they could fix one other issue i was having with the USB ports, which they did at no extra labor cost, i assume because they already had the computer open, so what difference does it make? I just had to pay for the part, which it why it took about 10 days start to finish instead of 5 or 6. for a dead computer, thats pretty good if you ask me. the computer is working flawleslly once again. I see a lot of complaints in these reviews about the diagnosis fee, which is pretty absurd. are people actually asking for free work? they have to pay someone to open up your broken unit and figure out whats wrong, and at the end, the fee is applied to the total. this is the go-to repair shop in a 30minute radius for sure.

Andrea McFann: I had the WORST customer service experience at this Best Buy last week when I was trying to upgrade my son's cell phone. We arrived at 6:45 and the woman behind the desk in the cell phone department ignored us for 10 minutes (completely engrossed in her own cell phone) until I finally went up to her and asked for help. I literally had to say "hello" in order for her to look up and make eye contact with me. The message that I was bothering her at that point could not have been more clear. She informed me that she could not initiate a cell phone activation because it was only about an hour before closing (hence her trying to ignore us until she hit the hour window). I asked if she could please go ahead and do it because there was an hour left and my son was having trouble with his current phone. She called for a supervisor who came over and proceeded to provide even WORSE service. If they couldn't activate the phone that's fine, but I was really amazed at how rude both of them were. If looks could kill, my kids and I would have dropped dead right there in Best Buy! We left feeling horrible. I told my son we could check the Verizon store 2 minutes away and see if they at least had his phone in stock. We walked in and the customer service was like night & day!!! I asked the manager if it was too late to purchase & activate a new phone and he said, no not all all! Not only did they take care of my son's phone, but my daughter's as well. Had us all taken care of before 8:00 with a smile on their face! I will NEVER try to get a phone from Best Buy again, not after that experience.

Stef Lee (Stef in Miami): Two AMAZING experiences! A few months ago I needed to update my cell phone. Ray was our sales consultant, and Sherry was the Manager on Duty. After choosing the phone, Ray called AT&T about activation and pricing. AT&T authorized the the lowest price. When Ray tried to ring us up the computer wouldn't allow the price. This is when Sherry got involved. She was able to honor the authorized price. Love them! This time Jeremy, has long hair, was our sales consultant. Jeremy and Carlos were not able to get the lowest price, but with Jeremy's help we found a better phone for what we needed. Jeremy was so helpful and knowledgeable. The sales consultants at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you need to get a cell phone at Best Buy this location is THE BEST in Miami!

Susy B: I am trying to buy a TV that is in stock. It was canceled 4 times. I went into the store today and paid cash/debit. Canceled again. Called in they said our account must be flagged give them 24 hrs its been 72! I am done.

Dennis Lanzada: My most recent Visit to Best Buy store today at dadeland Miami was horrible. The store manager on duty Kaitlyn refused to give me a refund on an item purchased as an opened item. She wanted to charge me restocking fee for an open item that does not have a restocking fee. As an elite member I have 30 days to return an item. I explained to this person with no knowledge that am returning an opened item purchased two weeks ago which half no restocking fee and that was verified by Best Buy customer service before purchasing the item. The store manager Kaitlin called me a “little aggressive” because I was saying that I am not paying a restocking fee on an open item. She make me wait in the store for 30 minutes with attitude. She told me that I was a little aggressive just because because I said that I was not paying a restocking fee on an open item verify my Best Buy customer service

Pandu Thadjudin: First ever experience with Geek Squad. I got really lucky to get an appointment within 24 hrs. I called in because I was going to be a little late and the agent assured me not to worry. Also, it was 30 mnts before closing time, there were a couple of people behind me. I was so sure I would be rushed. But that's not what happened, the agent who I think the initial is AG, took the time to listen to the issue and explained the possible outcome etc etc. The quoted days to finish the repair would be 5 to 10 days, my heart sink :( But then, at 11AM the very next day, Michael, the agent who's working on my laptop gave me a call to follow up. Unexpectedly fast, and he was able to repair it in no time. One happy customer. One little bummer, geek squad protection doesn't cover software issue, only hardware. Ps. They sanitize the desk and chair before every new consultation. Great assurance during this weird time. Highly appreciated. Thanks guys

Gumbee: Really bad .STAY AWAY. i should have known by the looks of the place. i thought I would save money but the guy ripped me off. I had to take my laptop there 3 times in 2 days and after charging me $300. He tells me I need a new Laptop. wouldn't refund or give me credit. Obviously I will never return.
Response: Sorry you you had a bad experience. The advisor there explained that you damaged your motherboard due to electrical surging or by using improper power adapter. Unfortunately your motherboard was no longer repairable and the best advice was to replace the laptop instead of continuing paying money to repair.

E McG: Buyer Beware: I purchased a GeForce GTX series card from this business. They proceeded to charge my card and try to steal the money from me, by never contacting me or delivering the card. I am currently still trying to get my money back. I would not even consider using this business again.

Andy Shook: If I can put no stars I would. Beware of this place. Brought my computer in to get updated, ended up getting it back with viruses. Now the guy telling me the viruses were already there. How the f***! Had to go to a professional, ended up finding out he downloaded a fake program which caused my computer to get the viruses. What an idiot. How do they stay in business, I don't know.
Response: Sorry you you had a bad experience. The advisor there explained that you visited inproper sites such as pornography, gaming, non verifiable certificate sites etc. We would easily remove the viruses again but unfortunatly it does cost an extra fee for this type of issue.

Patrick Nolan: One star is doing them a favor today. Went in to purchase a Fitbit watch. Knew what we wanted, purely just to actually get it. Firstly couldn't try it on, Fitbit regulations apparently, but still OK, we'll take it. Attendant says sorry no key for the cabinet, go to customer care. Went to customer care, the guy tells me they are short staffed so I must scan a QR code, then register, then put my name on a list to have an attendant come and get it out of the cabinet for. At that point I just said you have to be kidding, I will get it on Amazon. Good luck Bestbuy, you will need it!

Edmilson A.: When we think of Best Buy, we think of having the best option where we can test electronics and have the best experience to be able to decide on the purchase of what you want, when you get there, a good part of the items in the showcase are not working, we don't always want to just know the technical specification, we see this on the Internet, we want to have a unique experience testing one or more equipment (Canon RP mirorless, Nikon D7500), I went to 3 stores and none of the three had the equipment that I could connect, because either it was out of battery or not available in the showcase.

And of all the best buys that I have been to, this store has been able to exemplify that to the t. The store is management and leadership have been able to create a system that creates an efficient and positive store environment for the customers. Everything is always on stock and if it item is not in the store the team members always do their best to find an alternative solution for me. As an electronics not myself I'm always happy to see people who know what they're talking about what I have to do new setups for my clients Overall this store is the best place to get my electronics. And I know for sure I kids will work here one day.
