Candy Lemos: Amazing Assistance for my Baby Shower! I planned a huge Baby Shower to reunite families of FL and NY. We rented Venue, sent invitations and last minute the Decoration Planner called out and I decided to decorate the place with sweets and flowers and OSCAR was wonderful in everyway! i was asking quotations for venues and the prices were unbelievable, specially for someone that has never decorate parties myself. Luckily Oscar had worked with staff of my venue before and could give me some tips about how many flowers i would need to use to do what i had in mind. He quoted, He scheduled a delivery on a very friendly time and after delivery he still followed up about how to conserve the flowers beautifully until the event (on Sunday). My event was beautiful e looked like professional work. I got so proud of myself and the flowers were the soul of the decoration :)

Murrell Kaonohi: The most gorgeous fresh flowers and beautiful modern designs. We ordered the “Amore” - 200 red roses and are still gorgeous after one week. Also we ordered the “Modern flower design w Tulips and Peonies” and we are blown away at how gorgeous they are and the flowers are so new/fresh. Both worth every penny!!! We sent a 3 dozen balloon bouquet as well for a gift and they accommodated another color choice than what was pictured online. Thank you Anna and your team for above and beyond designs, quality and customer service ❤️❤️❤️ I grew up in a flower shop (another state) that my great grandmother founded, then my grandmother and now my mother so I know how much it takes to produce such good work and get the best flowers AND get everything delivered by deadlines. Hard work Thank you Anna and team. ❤️💐

Not only I had to call them at 4:00pm because I had paid extra for them to deliver the order by 5:00pm and when I called they told me they didn’t have roses that if I agreed to switch the arrangement, me trying to be nice, I said okay. They promised they were going to deliever my arrangement in the next two hours, by 6:00pm. It is 10:00pm and the order has not been delivered. I keep calling with no success, I keep sending messages and no responses. This is extremely disrespectful and ilegal. This is a scam. $300 on flowers that were never delievered and they don’t even answer the phone. Do not buy here. I fail to read the reviews. I have used uncountable florists and I have never witnessed this disrespect in my life.

Eileen: I ordered flowers and a balloon ornament to be delivered with a guaranteed delivery time from 10AM-5PM (which you have to pay extra for and it’s not cheap) at about 3 PM I called to get an update and the person who answered had a horrible attitude, she just kept repeating “it’ll be delivered before 5PM”, without even bothering to listen to what I was saying. It’s almost 6PM now, and I still haven’t received my order, I tried calling again... and of course no answer. “Luxury flowers”, definitely should change their name. I do not recommend ordering anything from here.
Lisa: Please DO NOT order flowers from Luxury Flowers Miami. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The flowers NEVER got delivered. I have called multiple times, they DO NOT answer the phone and they DO NOT return phone calls. I have emailed them but they DO NOT respond. I have left comments on their Instagram account but surprise surprise they DELETE COMMENTS and then blocked my account. So PLEASE save yourself money & aggravation DO NOT order from them. We have many other beautiful ,reliable, honest florists in Miami. I wish I could give them zero stars but since I can’t if this message saves 1 person from being ripped off it’s worth it.

However. We were out of town and the flowers were sitting in the sun for the day and the roses were impacted. This mix up was not the responsibility of Poinciana Flowers. They met the commitment made to drop off the flowers on Saturday. However. Upon learning of the problem they remade the arrangement in an even more beautiful way then the first and presented them to us before end of day. My Wife was thrilled and it made her birthday. Cynthia Fernandez: I needed to send a friend flowers for her birthday and I came across Brickell Glamour Flowers online. I placed my order through the website, it was extremely convenient and user-friendly. I contacted them to follow up and the florists designer who helped me was Yola. She was spectacular, the best of the best!!! She truly went above and beyond to make it happen . Not only did she provide the most amazing customer service but she was so understanding, knowledgeable and kind. Truly the best service I have ever received in Miami. Yola the florist is so professional and her work is beautiful. She has amazing talent. My friend was in love with the arrangement she received and everything was delivered perfectly. I will be using them for all my flower arrangement needs.

By the way, the man on the phone offered me to go to a grocery store in Brickell to purchase flowers. This place is NOT a Walk-in flower shop.

Paul Bertolozzi: They took care of our flower arrangements for our wedding in South Beach. Everything was impeccable. Beautiful arrangements, they guaranteed and got my dream Lilly if the valley bridal bouquet. Flowers came all the way from Holland in the middle of December!!! They were the only florist in Miami that I called that told me they could do it with 100 percent certainty. And they delivered! Wonderful, reliable service and gorgeous arrangements!!
Nicolas Ivulic: I hired terra flowers to do my whole wedding decorations. They were on point with everything, on time and good price. There were over 2,500 roses in my wedding and all the other decorations were amazing. They also delivered to the wedding place and set up everything. They prepared the flowers to be at the blooming point for the wedding day. 10 stars!

Olga Laffita-Marin: Awful experience I ordered three presentation bouquets for my daughters ballet recital. Explicitly requested miniature roses which owner guaranteed she had and would be perfect for recital $70 later. When I picked up order nothing was as requested horrible old roses, large NOT miniature like I was promised or on order form! So disgusted with entire experience! The ladies at shop did nothing to fix problem they just stared and shrug shoulders! Not ever going here again!!!!!

Jasine Garbalosa Rivera: If I could give this place a review it would be a 0 because I didn’t even have the opportunity to go in a make my purchases. If the owner continues to have poor customer services skills this place will not survive. It’s spring break and I have my 5 year old daughter with me who is well behaved. As soon as I walked it he came and told me I couldn’t be there since I had my daughter. I drove a far distance and wasted gas to be told this. I even kindly asked why she’s well behaved and will be hand held throughout. It’s just ridiculous there’s working mothers all over town and working fathers. They need to be more open minded and open. Inflation is high to be wasting gas over this stupidity. It’s unfortunate because I came ready to spend money for items I need for my work. I guess illl be going elsewhere with my money and business.
SAMANTHA SEDENO: Terribly rude to customers, don’t allow you to bring in your own base to purchase silk flowers from them. Don’t allow returns but you can’t gauge either by bringing in your base. Mind you they have no base in the style size and color I need. Don’t even treat you like a customer, lady yelled across the store, I’m thinking it’s the owner. Spare yourself, don’t give them your hard earned dollars. Would t even allow me to set it in front of her so she could see what I was doing and supervise me, instead just yelled again when asked a simple question and flailed her arms all over. Go elsewhere, where owners and staff treat you like a real customer and try to help you.

Lala Janine: I received a gift from this shop. The flowers I received where very lovely. The card did not have a signature. I called to find out who got them for me and the shop would not give me this information. I thought that was rather odd since someone sent something to my house and I should know who it’s from. The lady on the phone told me she placed the order and they said I would know according from the buyer. I definitely do not know and I find it very creepy. I’m recovering from major surgery and not many ppl are aware just my children and close friends. None of them placed this order. This makes me feel very uneasy.

Viaggio 2022: Ordered 2 dozen long stem red roses that began wilting the very next day! Now grant it the flowers were a birthday deliver two days after mother’s day – so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They offered to send a new arrangement that day, which they did. And – wait for it – the flowers began to wilt the very next day again! So, I’m not sure where they get their flowers from or how long they keep them BUT they have to do much better if they’re going to live up to the reputation as being voted “Best Florist in Miami”. Save yourself time, money and embarrassment and roll the dice with 1800 Flowers!

Katie Pugh: Colleague sent these to me as a thank you. Presentation is gorgeous and vibrant. Flowers came fresh and open and have been enjoying them for days now. Love the reusable decorative vase they come in as well.
Don’t be Nosey: (Revised) I was sent this arrangement for my luau bday 3 days ago on 7/23. Roses never opened and all died on the second day. I made sure to put fresh water everyday. I think the vase is too small for so many flowers. I received a replacement shortly there after and appreciate the effort to make it right. However, I still received the replacement arraignment with broken flowers and I feel as it may have happened during delivery. It was beautiful thought and the roses were amazing in color.
Response: So sorry to read this. I wish we knew there was an issue sooner we could have responded in time. We are open 7 days a week and we guarantee flowers to last at least a week. Idania espinosa: I order mothers day flowers through 1800flowers. I received them today Thursday which is clearly not mothers day and when I called Mia Flowers to ask what happened the man on the whole had a lot of attitude. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence and spoke to me as if I was a child. HORRIBLE service. The flowers were also not what I ordered on the website it showed lively beautiful flowers in a basket with a ribbon and a butterfly clipped on. I received half dead flowers in a different basket with no accessories. This is insulting. Not worth the money. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Response: Ms Espinosa, I would love the opportunity to track down all aspects of the issues you listed above. Orders sent to us by 800flowers arrive with a delivery date range because of Covid-19. If this was delivered on Thursday then we were given the delivery flex range as Wednesday or Thursday. So we would would deliver on the latter date of Thursday to try and get them delivered as close to Sunday as possible. That “flex” date system was not our decision. As for the bad behavior of the office I can only apologize. It is a very busy holiday but it is not ok to not be professional. I will address that with them. If you can provide me the order number, it is the 8 digit number next to the date on the card message, I will review everything you mentioned. My apologies for not proving kind & curious service on the phone. Let me get answers to the other issues too. Thank you, Tom
