Took my phone to "U Break I fix" first what a mistake that was they had my phone for 24hrs and couldn't tell me what was wrong with it then I found IT Group left it with Daikel for 24hrs and he called me the next day, told me what was wrong, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Sebastian Contreras: If I could give it zero stars, I would. I told the "technician" that I believe my pc has an issue with the CPU. I was told it would be ready in 2 days but had to wait 1 week and a half. I paid $50 for a "diagnostic," came back to me and said it was a CPU issue, no further explanation because they can't tell. They might as well paid me 50 bucks. Terrible. Now, my pc doesn't even turn on, before I gave it to them, it could turn on. NOT RECOMMENDED!

On May 16, when you picked up your computer, I showed it to you working. I don't understand why you waited a month to say that it doesn't work, and you didn't communicate with us either. Even though it was their first time installing a MacBook screen protector they read the instructions, watched YouTube videos, and had the right tools to install it. My screen protector is very delicate. I left without a single bubble/scratch/imperfection on my screen. If you need to do anything on your electronics COME HEREEE! Antonio Crutchley: I have an outstanding experience with this company. My 2011 iMac stop working and would not boot up. I thought that the computer has run its course and there was nothing I could do about it. However, I had a few important files on the hard-drive that were not backed up elsewhere. So, I took the computer in and asked them to take a look at let me know if they could repair it or recover the data stored on the hard-drive. Their intake process were very organize and professional. Plus, they take the time to clearly explain to me what I can expect. The rouble shooting fee was fair plus it goes towards the repair cost. One thing that they did very well was keep me informed every time a technician touches my computer to preform inspection and repairs. So, at all times, I was knowledgeable of the status of my computer. I didn't have to followup for status report. To top it off, Prime Tech was very efficient in the turn around time. They exceed their promises and my computer was ready before I could event make the time to go and pick it up. I will be definitely using them for future repair and services. They are the best in Miami, Florida.

Jessie Jo: Customer Service seems amazing enough I guess they make you feel like your wrong when your not I brought my Microsoft Surface in to them because it wasn’t turning on. They told me they would have to take the keyboard apart to get inside and that the area around it may not stick together the same I said if that’s what needs to be done unaware that I would get it back with melted keys and for them to tell me oh well we told you… Which I was only aware of the adhesive not sticking the same not of the heat hun melting my buttons Also paid 150 to still get back a broken laptop They told me it’s just the charger it’s not the charger works fine I charged a friends laptop and it works fine I also have to keep a charger on the PC just to use it I’m lost on what’s actually gone wrong here but aye The CP is fully charged and I have to push down on one side just to get it to turn on I don’t want to return the cp for them to break anymore legs because it’s clear what was told to me wasn’t pure lies and I’m just take the lost of money and go somewhere else

I spoke to the person working with your computer, and I also checked all the notifications in the system, and there is a different picture from your comment. Our team is honest and we have to tell you the truth, and every step was communicated as well. 1) We asked permission to open the unit and let you know that the keyboard was glued in and there was a risk and you gave us permission because all your data was there. 2) After resetting all cables and testing your charger and measuring the power we determined that the charger was not sending enough power to your unit. The unit was Dead on Arrival (DOA) and we did everything possible to save your data as you mention, this is why we went far and beyond. The cost of the diagnostic, in that case, is $150.00 to do all the work to tell you that it was the charger not pulling enough power and that you need to change the power charger. I am sorry, one key ( backspace) does not look cosmetically right for you, and we are willing to replace it. The problem I see here is that we advised that this could happen, and this is why we don't see this review fair with the technician that performed the work and with our company that is always honest ( We didn't charge anything extra after all the work performed). Drone Permission: This is my third time using prime tech. My computer was slow and dirty and these guys told me exactly what I needed. They gave my custom built a tune up And replaced my WATER COOLING.Part: Water Cooling NZXT Kraken X53 --> I was able to order the part on Amazon and when I got the computer back it looked great and ran way better. They gave amazing prices and explained everything well.

Alex Meyer: Been here twice. The first time was my fault, as I tore my macbook pro keypad ribbon cable while replacing my own battery. For some reason this part took 3 weeks (i think, its been a while) to arrive, which seemed strange since I could find them on Amazon readily. Whatever though, it's my fault it broke and I had to deal with the consequences. I did get impatient in this waiting period and called them everyday, but they were corteous and thorough in explaining the progress. They repaired one other issue that trip and the computer came back in perfect working order. The second trip was great. I dropped off a totally dead computer. they diagnosed the issue and repaired it. before approving the work, i asked if they could fix one other issue i was having with the USB ports, which they did at no extra labor cost, i assume because they already had the computer open, so what difference does it make? I just had to pay for the part, which it why it took about 10 days start to finish instead of 5 or 6. for a dead computer, thats pretty good if you ask me. the computer is working flawleslly once again. I see a lot of complaints in these reviews about the diagnosis fee, which is pretty absurd. are people actually asking for free work? they have to pay someone to open up your broken unit and figure out whats wrong, and at the end, the fee is applied to the total. this is the go-to repair shop in a 30minute radius for sure.

I took my phone to the repair shop, and it was fixed in within an hour. The item was ready for pickup, according to an email I got. There was some excellent company and guys in attendance. Timothy Hall: After smashing the screen on my iPhone, my local phone store recommended Repair Your Mobile as the only place to send it. A brief phone call determined the cost of a new screen. I sent my phone in on Thursday, and they contacted on Saturday morning to advise that it had been repaired and that a glass screensaver had been recommended to prevent additional damage. The phone arrived on Tuesday morning, well-packaged and in like-new condition. I'm very impressed and will tell everyone about Iwireless Miami.
Charles Ellis: Repair your mobile was recommended by my local phone store as the only place to send my iPhone after shattering the screen. A quick call established the price of a replacement screen. I sent my phone off on Thursday and they called on Saturday morning saying repair was done, also suggested glass screensaver to prevent further damage. Michael Fedorko: Rocky and Issac go above and beyond at Southern Photo, after years of using Southern Photo, I consider them family now. They are extremely helpful, friendly and affordable. Their work is beyond my expectations always recently I purchased a Tamron 150-600 G2 lens for wildlife and it arrived damaged I sent it to Southern Photo and within 6 days of me paying the estimate it was back at my door in New Jersey. They overnighter the parts for me and fixed my lens the next day. They cleaned my Canon 1DX and 5D Mark III at no charge and shipped it back to me super fast. Southern Photo is beyond amazing!! Rocky and Issac are the best!!
Sam Dobrow: I would have rated them a 5 star for cleaning and repair but they changed my camera settings and deleted my custom functions while repairing it. I went to a photo shoot and my back button focus wouldn't work. When I got home I noticed all my files were jpeg instead of RAW. If you need to reset the camera, please be considerate enough to advise the customer before the service and at the pickup time. 🤯😳😟

After examining the back of the fridge, he determined the issue could be what amounts to a starter relay / capacitor piece needing to get replaced. He said that the cost was $329 for the job; at that point I wasn't entirely sure how long it would take and what materials he would be using/needing. I'm not a handyman/engineer and needed a functioning fridge so said OK. The work was completed in 30 minutes or less & looked stupidly simple to resolve. After Matt left, I started looking up the piece that was used online and realized it costs less than $50. I was ultimately charged $200+ as a labor cost... which even with a "rush" same-day service is steep. So my review is really to state that yes you will get a job done & done well - but I feel a bit ripped off at a rate that takes advantage of people who may not know better. John Acosta: Dropped off my surface pro 6 to get the screen repaired as it was cracked. Upon pickup, I immediately noticed silver scratch marks all around my screen (my surface pro is black). Leo advised that this is due to the process of removing the screen.... Seems like I went to get one thing repaired and left with another issue. Apart from this, there is visible glue all around the screen. I chose to take it to CPR miami because I wanted a clean job done, had I known I was going to receive my surface pro in the condition I did, I would’ve done the repair myself and saved me some money ($320 repair). 2 stars because the guys were nice, however, I think the work done on the surface pro should be rated 1 due to the scratch marks around my screen. Had they warned me in advance that this was a and had I accepted this possibility I would not be bothered. Won’t be doing business here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Pam Pam (sharkyboo): I would recommend this place to anyone if you need your laptop fixed. They provide great customer service and they are quick. I've gone to other electronic repair store and CPR is the best!! Both my husband and I needed our laptop fixed and the tech Leo made our day. We thought all of our pictures were lost but thanks to him we were able to retrieve all of our family pictures. Great place! 👌👍

I highly recommend CPR, I have fixed phone a MacBook Pro and an HP laptop there and I leave a happy customer. The staff is very friendly and always explain their process clearly, I also appreciate their energy when answering all the different questions I threw their way. I recently went to do a physical repair for my HP laptop, it was suppose to be a one-hour job they did it in less than 20 minutes!

Alejandro Martriv: My advice: only buy if you're in a hurry or don't care to waste money on cheap stuff. Terrible place, bad customer support, they sold me a defective camera protector for my iphone 13 pro and refused to change it even on the same day. They won't even give me credit to change for another product. Basically they sell cheap items and then get mad at you for trying to get what you expected.
Neoxenok: The guy I spoke to was professional and seemed to know what he was doing more than the apple store "geniuses" that told me my hardware was damaged. Absolutely recommend if you need to save your phone.

Max Baumann: This place is amazing! My phone’s screen was cracked and it was doing the weird ghost touch thing and it was unusable. I went to bestbuy, they told me 270$ for a replacement iPhone X screen. That did not feel right so i left and went here because it was nearby and the dude on the phone told me it would be way better and more worth it. I went and it was only 170$ for a repair. Unbelievable service. The dude working was so kind and chill and it was clear he enjoyed his job. I recommend anyone to go here to fix their iphone because it is so worth it!!! Highly recommend great service. The whole process only took an hour. They fixed my phone in 30 MINUTES!!!! It is flawless now and good as new. UPDATE: 2 Days later my screen started not working and I could tell they gave me a defective screen. I called them and they replaced it FREE OF CHARGE!!! AMAZING PEOPLE. They did it all with a smile on their face.
T B: They are nice and they work fast, but the replacement parts are not up to par. I had my iphone screen replaced here, the new one works, but it's significantly, noticeably lower quality than the original both as far as visuals and functionality. I didn't expect them to have original iphone parts, but there are several qualities of aftermarket screens, they say they have the highest quality of those, but I don't believe it.
Anthony Hernandez: All I wanted was to fix my phone. Not only did they make it worse, it's now totally unusable. I first came here because the audio was messed up. The people are nice, but after I got my phone back, the battery was messed up. I went back to change the battery, but it was only a little faster. But the battery deteriorated so quickly, it's like it was never fixed. Worse, they messed up the phone headphone jack. Eventually, it was not able to charge at all. Now I have to get a new Iphone. The people at the register are very nice, but I cannot recommend this place. You are better off going anywhere else.
