Nash Williams: I came to Miami with a very large amount of expensive prints I did at my local NY Staples. I had a problem with ones color when I went to mail it to the buyer. I went to this Staples and explained the situation and they still charged me a 1 hour up charge for the print. I thought Staples was better than that. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement!!!

Olivia Belardo: The worst place to go to. No one to help and then they have printer on the shelves but no printers in the store. Will never come here again.

Stephanie Castillo: I’ve been coming to print here for years now , but never have a received the service like I did on this visit . I definitely feel like assistant manager Alberto should be recognized for his customer service and dedication to the customer . He spent time explaining the best options for me , didn’t rush me or get annoyed . Thank you .

Yanai Nassar: I spent 2 days trying to send a package and I ended up sending it by UPS. I guess there are too confident that they are an empire but even bigger empires have fallen. All this happened at the store located at 2417 Ponce de Leon Blvd in Coral Gables. I just needed to send a package and include a return label. Simple, right? That is not possible without a FEDEX account (which can only be done with customer service over the phone). I went home and called customer service. Turns out that I had an old inactive account which could be reactivated. I thought: Great! it should be faster... no no no. It took me 1 and 1/2 hrs and talking to SIX people to get the account reactivated. Next day I then went back to the store with my package to find out that they can not look up my account # at the store, I must know my account number to be able to make the shipment. And how do I get my account #? BY CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! At this point I gave up and went to a UPS store nearby, my shipment was done in less than 20 minutes, without account #, without calling anybody and with my return address label. Note: Fedex office was empty, no waiting in line while UPS had a line of about 10 people. I couldn't help but wonder... why would all these people wait in line when FEDEX is a few blocks away? Could there be so many people unsatisfied with Fedex services? It looks like it. One thing is certain, FEDEX lost my business. I can't waste so much of my time just to ship a package. Their system is inefficient and archaic. I do not recommend.

E M: Used this location before and have no problem shipping out packages. Came in for 3 passport photos. The associate tells me ok then an older lady tells the two associates "no the baby won't hold still" She tells us no. We were in a rush to leave and she says "I was going to tell you where to go" and we responded "We can go to Walgreens, CVS" then she says " No they don't do it there." Now I'm at the Walgreens at Coral Way and they took great photos of our baby. I think she just did not want to deal with taking a baby's photo. The associate at Walgreens had so much patience and I think the other associates at the Fedex did too except for the older woman.

Nancy Castellon: I was very impressed about how quick they took care of me and the amazing service they gave me. Gladys, Yimmy and Kesha did an amazing job. They went beyond the call of duty in helping me and my friend get the picture how we want it. They took the time to find out why were printing that special picture. They were also very kind and friendly to my daughter, they made her feel really comfortable while we waited. I was beyond pleased with their service and attention given. God blessed them all and this business.

Suzette Smith: Hi my name is Suzette and I flew from NY to miami Tom give my daughter's in law a Baby shower. I had downloaded and paid for some game card, poster, and other rhinga to be printed put here. Thinking i could get it sone in one day being the shower was Saturday and I flew in thurs afternoon. Well not so due to shirt handed employees and ither orders it was nit going to be done in time. Thankfully for Alberto he heard my dilemma and went above and beyond to help accommodate my needs, I have to thank him for his professionalism and him actually doing the work. Carolyn: Bad customer service! I went on April 8 to buy 6-16x16x16 boxes at $4 each. I went today, May 23, and they went up to $10.99! I told the manager that the last time I came they were significantly cheaper and he gave me the dumbest excuse! Didn't even bother to work with me, left the register and handed the sale over to the a cashier. I bought 4 anyway because I really needed them and it was the closest FedEx to me, but you can see on the receipts the price difference for the quantities. How can you go up $6 in a little over a month?! The cashier rings me up for 4 boxes. I asked for a bag and she said they didn't have any for 16x16x16 sized-boxes, which is a lie because back in April I was given a bag for the 6 boxes I purchased. She gave me attitude and ignored me when I told her that they do have bags for this size! You would think being in a nice area, they would have a better manager and representatives. Not going there again.

Nikos Snyder: I know how inter office politics works so I’ll be the customer to say it Long Story Short: Dear Regional Manager, get rid of Dan and replace his position with Thomas. Long Story: 3 PM, store is slammed, staff is trying todo everything efficiently and effectively. Asst Manager Thomas is super helpful nice and reassuring his staff that they’re doing a good job. Dan or Danny whatever the manager at the time was, cracking under pressure, being rude and unreasonable to his team members. It was clear to not only myself but other customers who was the real team leader. No brainer for us because Thomas made the process enjoyable and his team was turning to him for help.

R G MIA: Very easy with great crew members. Helped me in many ways and prices were better than other phone calls I made to DHL, UPS and local movers. FedEx Ground is the way to go (IMHO).

belen v: I have to change my review and it’s a shame because I’ve always come here without a problem to send my stuff. Maybe it’s because I got a different employee but the man was super condescending from the start and really wasn’t as helpful and kind. I told him I come here and I always send it to the same address and he just kept on. So I decided to leave and he immediately started talking amongst other people about me and it was rude. I’ve always come here and loved it but this was probably my last time.

CreditBoss Customer Service: This is the third time I work with Rafael, first two times were perfect, very quick and good quality service. Well this is what is happening this time: I'v e been behind Rafael for several days and maybe weeks to get the esstimate, when I placed the order (25 October 2021, today is 11.12.2021) There were multiple excuses, I've been a couple of times in his office, one time I even sent one of my guys to pick up the order bcause he told me is was ready. Well the day before yesterday I went to his office and I was told that my order will be delivered tomorrow (yesterday) to my house. Nothing. Definitely I was with so much hope this time to get my order, but I'm loosing money and time. RJ Clyne: I called this place last week and asked if they could help resize a photo for me so that I could have it printed in the correct format. The Gentleman on the phone said no problem send it over to the email. I sent over the email and never got back a response. I attempted to use the live chat on the website over a period of a few days and never got a response. I now was going to go on the website to see if they were open so I can call again and my IP address is blocked. I do not even normally leave reviews but this time I am.

ellis2509: Went to this place around a month ago after getting useless service at dpd down the road - I dumped a couple of thousand page binding project on the poor girl working there who's name I've forgotten and she went above and beyond and took the responsibility to get it done for the next day as I was flying out even though it was her day off.. Wanted to tip her but had no cash so hopefully a few words get her a bonus!

1Freddy Angel: This review has been viewed 1,238 times. This is the second FedEx location we visited today. We had to come here to this location in Brickell - 901 S Miami Avenue Suite 214 because the FedEx Shipping Center in Walgreens down the street at 200 SW 13th Street was not able to print a shipping label due to a FedEx system failure (whatever that means)... Now, the first thing we noticed upon arrival to this location at 3:33pm is that their back entrance and exit is closed and locked shut (major emergency exit - violation with City of Miami Code Compliance), however they do seem to have their fire alarm system set in place. While analyzing the inside of the establishment for cleanliness we noticed everything is fairly clean, and well organized. Third thing we noticed is not one associate wearing a mask. One associate was helping a customer, while about five other associates on the opposite side were all chatting behind the registers (must have been a quick huddle or team meeting who knows). The associates here got upset with us because we were taking photographs of the FedEx business, and we got into an argument about privacy and company policy, but we wasn't taking any direct photographs of their staff at all, we were literally just snapping the business without harassing anyone. The manager seemed to be the most upset with us because we actually asked to see their company policy they were referring to, and she refused to ring us up for some Extra gum and Sourpatch candy. It's all good if you don't want us to take any photographs, but you don't have to lie about a policy, and make it seem like we were doing something horrible. Honestly your store is very clean and organized, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience here, and we wouldn't return as first choice even if it is the nearest FedEx Office and Kinkos. We don't want to come across as bad peaople, so we did edit your review to three stars because the store is actually in good condition. It's best not to argue with customers about things like this, and we do apologize, but this makes us all look kind of stupid. We were upset and they were also upset, it is what it is, we can all definitely learn from this experience though. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of are top main focuses because of demographics. Expect us very soon, Thank you.

Who is He: I received the most superb service from Mr. Jordan and Mr. Ivan. The staff here at the FedEx in Mary Brickell Village make you feel at home with their proficient customer service. The ease of which they take and give instructions is masterful. The observable care that they treated us clients with is masterful to the superlative extent. I went to print out a book of mine because the library was closed and it was an emergency Mr. Jordan and his associate Mr. Ivan walked me through the process and all 238 page were printed successfully and I was satisfied. I will visit Fedex more often because of the treatment and service I received.

Gigi Teller: Worst experience ever these people are thieves. DO NOT COME HERE. Took my money and told me I was able to ship a computer and mind u this was the assistant manager, after couple of days fedex informed me packaged couldn’t be delivered due to customs and didn’t want to give me a reason, it was a used 300$ computer lol. Called the store and they told me they didn’t know laptops couldn’t be sent due to lithium battery policy and said they couldn’t refund me to call fedex and open a claim like wow bro is that how they are trained to steal from people ? Ok now fedex is telling me I need to pay to get packaged shipped back to me another 600$ plus 500$ that I initially paid for shipping over 1,000$ 𝙻𝚘𝚜𝚜. The people at this office lied to me repeatedly telling me that they will look into this and that they were gonna go ahead and provide fedex with their account number so I wouldn’t be charged for the return which was all lies. Fedex tried to charge me for return on my credit card this is crazy DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES.

Simona Nagyova: I only recommend to come here if you are bored and having time to waste. The regular employees have zero knowledge and very bad customer service manners. After a 30 min wait in the line, the employee wasted at least 15 min. trying to process an international shipment with domestic airbill before she finally got the attention of the manager who told her what to do. Of course at the end she blamed it was my fault. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Give up on this FedEx location, the UPS few blocks away is fabulous, everyone is friendly and efficient over there. They handle many more customers in a much shorter time. I will rather pay a bit more for saving my sanity.

One of the attendants named Tay helped me resolve my issue and get my papers laminated quickly while helping others to her potential available. Thanks for the great service.

Roman Adrover: I drop off valuable packages and they get lost with no tracking info or update. Like they never received it. I try to call and no answer. Would recommend flying your package yourself instead.

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would, I’m a regular so I come to this specific store often - in a city where inefficiency rules, this FedEx location is a breathe of fresh air. The only downside is the parking because so many people come to this location and there are only 4 stores in front of the store - but I guess that comes with demand for great service!

The parcel was allegedly lost on the way, in fact, the driver took it seriously and kept it for himself! Protecting his company, fedex fooled me around his finger, deceiving me for 3 weeks and pretending that they were looking for my parcel! As a result, they changed the status to DELIVERED! Lavish Representative: I paid overnight air to have by business items arrive when I land in the state.. to my surprise my package never arrived and the contents were stolen... the driver stated that the receiver refused but they stated they never did.. I am currently in miami on a business trip where i spent over 4k and cant do anything due to these thieves stealing my items. I will be pressing charges for fraud! they had one job and it has costed me thousands ! they have no solution on me spending 3kon a room, 1k almost on a flight, and them stealing my items!!! STRAIGHT FRAUDS! I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MY PACKAGE WAS NOT LOADING ON THAT TRUCK DAMAGED SO 10/10 THE SHADY DRIVER STOLE MY ITEMS! I AM OUT OF THOUSANDS BECAUSE OF THEM!! BEWARE

Anna Turi: I HAD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT FOR THEFT AND FRAUD MADE AT THIS LOCATION. I have a P.O. box at this UPS location where I send all my packages. I recently ordered $200 pair of shoes and had them shipped to my PO Box. I received notification from FEDEX that my package had been delivered. I went to go pick them up but was told that my box was “missing’. A day goes by and still no call from the manager. I called them back and the manger Maria answered telling me she watched the cameras and noticed that she herself “handed the SHOE box back to the UPS driver by mistake when he came to pick up packages” she also mentioned she knew “exactly what box it was”. I NEVER MENTIONED WHAT WAS INSIDE THE BOX BUT SHE KNEW THEY WERE SHOES. She said she would have them brought back to the location. On this same day a FRAUDULENT purchase was made on my debit card for a $474 shirt. The purchaser used my PO Box as the shipping address. One day passes by and my box has been “found” I went to go pick it up and it was an EMPTY SHOE BOX WITH NOTHING INSIDE BUT THE SHOELACES. When we confronted Maria, she only took the defensive and in no way tried to offer us ANY KIND OF HELP to get to the bottom of what happened. If you are the owner of this establishment, I need to speak with you right away.

Josh Harmon: This UPS store runs quickly and efficiently, and the employees are pleasant and helpful. I have been going to it for over a year and have only had positive experiences.

Awalkadaywithjp “TossAnotherOne”: staff was super friendly when i went and the people are not asleep like they usually are at UPS around miami - walked in and out without getting attitude or complaining for the long wait - come here in the AM and it will feel like a breeze - a little small so when its crowded it gets packed but your fault for coming in during busy hours

Yesenia Alvez: This was by far one of the best UPS I've been too in a while. I was very happy to have been helped with a very complicated shipment to Europe. Sandra and Maria were both proficient in their job and helped get me all the supplies and shipment information I needed. This is definitely a placed you want to ship out of. I recommend this location to anyone that needs to have the best service.

Arthur Lyssenko: The staff at this location has always been friendly but the prices seem absolutely outrageous as of late. I was charged $115 dollars to send a 6 lb package (medium sized box) from FL to CA. This has happened a few times and every time I mention the cost being too expensive they're somehow magically able to provide a discount on the spot. I've also come to learn that UPS store locations are privately owned and so the prices are marked up significantly compared to 'normal' UPS locations- if you want to save yourself a lot of money I'd stay away from this location.
Response: Hello Arthur, thank for your comments about our staff, we always appreciate to hear about the excelent service that we strive to offer. Im regards to the pricing of your box, i did have a chance to review your shipment and make sure there was no mistake on it, but unfortunately this was actually the correct price. Just to be clear, yes we are independently franchise owned business, but whe it comes to UPS pricing we don't control or markup any cost, these are actually predetermined by UPS and it uses the same price you see online on the ups.com website. Now, sometimes prices may vary significantly depending on the weight or the size of the box you use, its a method called Dim Weight, and i can see why you are upset since you did not have a heavy box to ship but a large one in inches size. This might sound a little confusing, but i would gladly explain the details if you prefer over the phone or right here at the store. There are some ways to avoid this to happen again, i would be very happy to explain in no less than a 5 min call. Hope we hear back from you soon.

Franky Garcia: I came into the store about couple days ago and to start off I was already in a HORRIBLE mood from work. I always go to UPS to deliver all my packages for work and I had gone to another one and the service horrible but one of the employees at the store Mike, took care of my whole process which was good because he kind of got me in a better mood after we started talking. So I appreciate that your employees go out of there way like him to make my day. Love it. This is the store from now on.

August Keating: Great service during each and every visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Super efficient with all services - packaging, shipping, Amazon returns, printing, notary services. Shout out to Maria who is always at the top of her game, taking care of all customers with a smile!

Jamie Williams: I can confirm this location is open and staffed in the Intercontinental Hotel Downtown. There is not really any signage, but its just passed Starbucks which there are signs for everywhere. The person working was nice and helpful!

Violetta Szumilas: This is the best fedex location in the area. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful.

Merve Y.: On January 4 2021 I went to fedex 100 Chopin Plaza Miami. About 4 pm. That day worked in there Cintia, she was so rude. She told me you can't leave the package here. You can go another Fedex Service. And I said i try to find another Fedex but I didn’t find it. Can you write address on a paper. And than She back her cell phone. I can understand for a crowded place, employees can be tired and unhappy. But there were no customers and Cintia was playing with her cell phone. Fedex a good company and should be careful about their employees.

James H: Tried to drop off an express package, but was advised I would need to pay $25 to do so. I already paid for pick-up in the price of my express package, so maybe they should have given me $25 for saving them the trip. Chap behind the desk did give me directions to the ship center across the road who took it without an additional charge, so they get one-star for that part at least!

Jason: This place is a "FedEx Ship Center" but charges a $10 package drop off fee for no apparent reason. No other FedEx in the area charges this. Take your business elsewhere to the several other offices in the vicinity.

Gielena Lorenzo: Justin is the reason I no longer go to UPS. I went to this location ONE time and I never shipped anything with any other shipper since. I work for an art Dealer and we ship packages worldwide on a weekly basis I am in the store about two or three times and each time with multiple packages. I literally call ahead of time and ask if justin is in the store, he is so kind and always in an amazing mood. He is beyond helpful and truly goes above and beyond for any customers who enters the store. FedEx and any employer would be blessed to have someone working for them like this gentleman

Vanessa Mendoza: Let me tell you something about this place: They have an amazing employee called Jenethe that not only will go above and beyond to serve you, but also knows her stuff! I came here at 1 PM needing a bunch of materials printed that same day for a corporate event and whoa! the order was done so fast by Jenethe that I didn't have time to tell her I would pick it up later. Her skills were superb! She even helped brainstorm a solution for some place cards I needed to get done. It was a success! From now on, I'll only ask for her help when I go to this store to print.

Susie Glass: Totally Understaffed with poor staff. Had a printed label to avoid a line to send a time sensitive OVERNIGHT DELIVERY at 5pm and the two person staff forced me to wait in line for ten people to create shipments. Also, had no envelopes for overnight priority the front, barely had any envelopes period. Don’t recommend this location whatsoever, but what do you expect really? No friendly service, just miserable people in a miserable job running a miserable operation. I never write reviews because I don’t have time but I had time to write this entire review while waiting in line. I know FedEx pays by the hour, but I am an entrepreneur and every minute costs me money. Thanks so much to the heavyset lady with the black bun with no name tag and David. Still waiting btw…at 5:22.

Ben A: Prior to the CoViD pandemic this used to be my preferred location to ship items, two years later and this place has really gone downhill. I went to this location to ship an item and was treated rudely throughout the whole transaction, constantly talking sternly to me as if I had done something wrong. Then the clerk tried to tell me that they do not accept amazon boxes anymore. By this time I was ready to grab my box and go somewhere else which I am sure she noticed and allowed it "just this once". According to the FedEx website, you are allowed to used amazon boxes if all the prior labels are removed to avoid confusion. The site specifically says amazon boxes can be re-used. Don't fall for this!

Jeremy Green: Elizabeth was extremely rude for no reason. Nobody else in the store. She ignored me for literally 5 minutes. I waited patiently. She was talking to another employee. When she finally attended me she told me that my preprinted fed ex label from fedex.com could not be on the fedex envelope it was in (the standard envelope). Basically she was mean. I waited a long time. Reporting so fed ex sees this and speaks to her and if a common occurrence with her may handle appropriately. Too good a company for front line to be rude/mean

Isa A: Came to my local fedex to print some flyers out for my yoga event today. Very last minute for me, I was so lucky to be helped by David who was able to print and cut my flyers for me within just 15 mins. He even helped me pick out which paper and sizes looked best. I will be coming back again for all my future flyers. Thanks so much David!!

Gielena lorenzo: Just left the store and saw an upset customer and i watch the employee with the curly hair de escalate the situation with a lot of patience. He was soft spoken and really patient where someone else would of lost their cool. I see terrible reviews but they must have just been treated this way by someone else

Gladys Lau: Severely understaffed. Waited for like 20 minutes even though there were just 3 people in front of me, just to print a shipping label. When it’s my turn finally, the manager asked a staff member to help me and he then walked out of the store to help someone with their parcel outside. The staff member was not able to help because he was new. I had to wait for the manager to return to finally get my shipping label.

F Bensonjr: Manager refused to fedex return a spool of cable that was already sent via fedex. I had return label already and have done this at other fedex office stores. However she still refused, waited till after I was standing in line fr 20mins that this store does not "ship" and referred me to a fedex shipping center instead.

Time Reflection: The worse worse worse FedEx location ever! People that work there are sooo slow. They are too preoccupied talking between each other rather than helping customers. Ladies have such a long nails, it takes them 10 mins to hit the screen just to print the receipt. The first time I thought it was just a coincidence but unfortunately it is not. This is just a terrible service they are providing every single day. Plus they only want you to use FedEx box or buy a box. I asked a gentleman for a free square FedEx express box (I have an account with FedEx) and the guy told me they don’t have although boxes of that size were lying behind him. They just push you to buy boxes. This location needs a strong management. I try to avoid going there if I can. And the last thing. All the 5 stars reviews that are here are TOTALLY fake.

Isaac Kessler: I needed a picture printed on canvas the same day. I called at 3 pm spoke with James, and he had the picture ready before 5 pm. This isn’t there standard practice as they would like a couple days notice however, they pulled through and I am very satisfied! Highly recommend.

Christina Robertson Whitehead: I needed a local printer for signs for an event I was doing in Miami (I'm out of Atlanta). I contacted a few different printers for proposals and chose ARC. They were extremely responsive and communicative, and the pricing was very reasonable. The end result was great: clear and high quality. I would definitely use them again!

Besides the round the clock service I have always received, I just had a last minute conference dropped on my plate and iPrint and Design USA was able to get my marketing items printed and delivered in record time. Kevin Castaneda: I cannot recommend this company enough. I came into Miami for a job and needed some assets printed. I had spent two days prior working with two other local print shops and it was like pulling teeth. Slow responses, and when I did receive one the information was vague and left me open to receiving misprints on a tight turnaround schedule. I went back to google and found iPrint. I gave them a call and Michael guided me through their services and provided me with a time table I could work with. The turnaround was fast and the finished product was out of this world. My clients all remarked on how fantastic the images came out and were really impressed - all without prompting them, they just took note of how fantastic it was. Michael hand-delivered the final product to my hotel in the rain and was absolutely genial. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Though there are hundreds of print shops in New York where I’m based I’m strongly considering using Michael and his team to send me prints in the future because the quality and service are unmatched. If every company worked like iPrint we would have world peace. Seriously.

Mai acquaroni: I called Friday to ask for an urgent job( premium printing for some flyers) and I got them delivered on Sunday.! Cordiality and great quality of the product.

We needed to do a rush print and we were a little lost because we are not from the area (we are a business located in Toronto) so we had to do everything through the phone and email in a place we did not know anyone. But that was not a problem at all, they were very thoughtful, help us through the entire process, explained every step and what exactly we needed to send to them. The final result was amazing and so professional, cannot thank them enough, an amazing experience from customer service to the final prints. When I saw it I was disappointed but the staff quickly explained the file was small and so I thanked them and asked my client for a larger file. We still paid full price and never got it reprinted because the client never sent a better image. Next time I contacted them for a quote they referred me elsewhere because they could “never get my orders right” despite me not really complaining and everyone being fully aware int the past it was just a small file. Never had any issues so idk why they just didn’t want to print for me anymore.
Response: Laura, We reprinted the job four times for you with the different files you sent and we never given a good print ready file. As a trade customer, MiMo Art Gallery, you received a discount on printed work as you resell it, part of the discount is you providing print ready work. As we have explained to your company multiple times we are not a fine art printer, we are a commercial printer. This was the forth job we had to reprint for you multiple times. The next job you sent we declined because we can not meet your standards for fine art printing and kindly referred you to a local fine art printer who produces exceptional work at a reasonable price. They still wouldn't be able to print a 72dpi photo in high quality. You never received a refund because you never asked for one and we were under the impression you were going to send a high resolution file for us to print which you never did. Regards, Brad

Raquel: Rude tone, towards a client asking questions about her business cards (color, re-instating information, already sent in email). Pointing out these mistake made the Rep upset. The client, only wants to get it right, for her own customers to get the proper information.
Response: Amelia, sorry you were not happy with our service. You requested a quote for business cards without design. After accepting the quote you sent us incomplete art and asked us to fill in the information which we did at not charge. You pointed out information was missing which we fixed. You then asked us to change the colors in the design of the card and wanted specific colors only providing us a photo of a shirt. We wanted to make sure the colors were to your specification and asked for the color code, PMS number or CMYK values. We tried explaining to you how four color printing works and that neon colors are very hard to print but we had some work arounds. You didn't seam happy with the explanation or solutions we offered so we promptly refunded your money. We were trying to get your job done to your liking but you didn't want to provide the information, sorry we were not a good fit for you.
