Anita Roman: Really fun store! I was looking for some fun gifts as a birthday present and this store has many different things. I’m guessing people who collect Funko Pop and Pokémon would love this place. But they have a lot of other stuff too. Also, it’s a family operated business and they are such kind people. Definitely recommend a visit if you’re looking for some unique gifts or you collect this kind of stuff.

Approaching someone to explain their discount is fine but forcing their business card on me when I decline, taking it by throwing at me is unacceptable. I even threw it back at the employee and he threw it AT ME AGAIN while laughing.
Kurama Astra: I’ve been trying to visit this place for the past 2 days. So far terrible experience and I haven’t even been able to get into the store. Has his doors open with a bunch of chairs in front with a closed and very busy sign. So I’m very confused as to store hours as posted on google. I went today because the store hours posted says they’re open from noon to 7 stopped by to a closed store. When I call there’s no ringing it just goes straight to voicemail. This guy and his store is impossible to reach
Ricky Wetton: Their workers at supercon were extremely rude and i would not recommend dealing with them at all. The owner interrupted a panel just to shill his store, absolutely awful.

Yvette Fabian: I purchased a Samsung TV from Best Buy, Miami Beach, on March 25,2020. I also Paid a 5 Yr Protection Plan. I made an appointment on April 20th, 2022 for April 26th, 2022 for a repair. Best buy sent an installer instead to my apt. Geek squad was at my house for less than 5 minutes. Guy concluded that my tv needed repair and he would have to call someone else to come to repair my tv and order parts, which absolutely made no sense because he was suppose to be the repair man for my tv. He left and I never got an update. I called May 3rd 2020 and another gentleman told me that the installer did not order any parts or even did anything regarding my TV. He mentioned that he would send someone else to come to check my TV. He ordered a part to the tv. and made the in home appointment May 14th 2022 because they had to order it from Samsung because Best Buy did not have any parts to the TV. May 15th came and Oren the best buy/geek quad guy said they they got the WRONG part to my tv and had to re order the correct part. SO they made ANOTHER appointment. THAT WAS CANCELED and then they MADE ANOTHER appointment and that was also canceled. We kept calling to see if the got the part they needed and they kept changing the days because of a delay in shipment. So we kept on calling to see if they can resolve this another way and they kept saying no. A whole month passed and I am still dealing with this. SO come May 25th they said they did not have the part yet. So they made an appointment for June 1st. and they canceled that appointment and they said they were going to come on JUNE 2nd 2022. and YET AGAIN BEST BUY FAILED TO COME WITH THE CORRECT PANEL. SO now I have to wait another two weeks for supposedly correct panel. INSTEAD OF MAKING AN EXCHANGE with a new TV. They have not resolved any issues with this TV. The worst customer service ever. 3 times wrong panel and after each new appointment they STILL WONT CONSIDER to changing it!

Laylalala Li: Easy and free to park. Front desk is nice. Come to buy Marvel comics, but the series is not full, it miss some. Overall good place for children and adult gift.
-zombae -: I love this place for a quick pick up on any comic book. Cheap/Rare/ or just to collect they got it, 2nd time I get out of there satisfied and employees are very helpful and informative. If you’re into comics and toys, you found the right place :)
Daryl Axelrod: This shop is fantastic! The folks who work there are super nice and always helpful. The shop is clean (they take Covid seriously), cute, and convenient. Even though it’s small, when they don’t have something in store they order it and let you know when it comes in.

Dakota Reams: I was recommended this shop by a friend. I’m from Valdosta and I came at 6:49, to a locked door, on Google it said the location closed at 9, and I saw that the sign on the door said 7, so I was confused as to why it was locked and the open sign turned off. I called the location and I was greeted by a young female and she started off with Korka comics we are closing at 7, to which I was surprised considering I called from the lot and it was most certainly was not open. Well I asked if it was 7 that it was closing, why was the door already locked, to which the reply from the woman was that she was already closing up and I was confused because a locked door certainly doesn’t mean it’s open. So I was like okay 6:51pm isn’t 7 pm, said thank you and then I hung up the phone. I proceeded to leave and she comes out of the store and says “see here’s the pennies in my hand, I’m counting the change” and I still said well the sign says the store is open until 7, and she started to be rude and condescending stating she had to be home at 7 because her parents have dinner plans. And I said well that is not my problem you need to take it up with your boss. The sign says 7, it says open until 7. I was very disappointed after looking forward to this shop coming from out of town. I would reconsider her some customer service training because that is not how you speak nor treat potential and even buying customers. I came to purchase some collectibles and I’m glad this store did not receive my money.

We do have shorter hours given the current climate but regardless you should not have been turned away as you were within that time. We will definitely address this with the team member you were referring to. I believe you went to our Coral Gables location as your review was left on our Miami location. Shawn Perkins: Came in after a store I’ve been going to for my new releases didn’t have the variant covers I wanted. A&M had them. I got those and cruised through the IMMENSE section of Back issues, which I’m a huge fan of. I found issues I’ve been needing to fill the gap in my collection. Prices were great and I stocked up. Plenty of cool toys, and plenty of cool stuff to check out and pick up for any ones collection. The staff was very helpful and I will most certainly be returning for more comics.

Ronald Narvaez: First time going after all these years driving by there; always wanted to check it out. They had lots of old school comics which I love. If your looking for classic comics, then come check this place; you may be surprise, it’s like finding a treasure item you probably been looking for; I will definitely check it out again. It is one of the oldest comic shop in Miami; so bare with that, I’m coming back soon again definitely,, very friendly service as well.
Aidan Murphy: I travel all over looking at comic stores, and this was THE COOLEST ONE. Reviews were saying how messy it was, but that’s part of its charm, it feels like a comic store. The employees were super helpful, and the prices were good. Definitely recommend. It deserves the title of best comic shop in Florida.

michael schwager: Took my daughter to pick up her first comic book! What an experience. Great selection and the owner was an expert in helping us discover her first comics. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.
Jake Ramsdell: Came in and no one greeted us. When we asked where something was the owner just pointed across the store. The place was like living in a hoarders house. There was trash everywhere and very cluttered. Lizards ran amuck in the store. One of the owners killed a lizard while we were in the store. I am suprised this place is still in business. Edit: I read the owners responses and each one is very childish. He can not own up to the fact that his store is messy.

Victor Novillo: The best comic book shop i’ve ever had the pleasure of going to, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the store is FULL, floor to ceiling, with comics, books, and collectables, 5/5 i go there weekly to add to my collection.
Jonathan DelaRocha: They have a lot of cool stuff...but a lot of it seems overpriced. Everyone knows about the terrible clutter in this place. Some people like it, some people absolutely hate it. As for me, I can’t imagine why any business owner would want to present any product in this unsightly manner. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I don’t know what it takes for one of those people working there to say hello when you walk in. I’ve been twice so far cause I actually enjoy digging through their stock, but the first time I went, one of the people working there was yelling over the phone about how they’re losing money. Then, after that, he just sat down on a chair and started watching a show on a tv he placed on a pile of books that was on top of the comic bins. Very awkward. The second time I went, the man wasn’t there but I still felt awkward in the store. You have to be mindful of how much you’re deciding to pay for whatever book you buy because they’ll mark up prices just because it’s a popular character but completely disregard the quality and condition of the book. Nevertheless, they still have a lot of cool things you can find in the midst of the madness. They also have some cool stuff from Japan. I like going there to buy gundam. They have a cool little selection. Beats having to drive all the way to Tate’s.

Peter L.: This place is awfully full of boxes everywhere, this place feels like a storage unit. I would recommend Knowhere comics, they are very organized and has opened layout for strolling around the merchandise. Went in this week and a few times before and there’s ALWAYS boxes, It diminishes the shopping experience and makes me not wanna look around. Very disorganized and there’s this huge section behind the figures that’s just boxes and before it was an opened section for $1 comics and figures but now it’s just full of boxes (picture below) I’m not sure if this is a comic book shop or a funko pop wholesaler?? This store has too much clutter. However I would like to note that the young girl at the desk was very helpful and nice in assisting me and answering any questions. Hopefully they can get The mess fixed because it truly makes the shopping experience ugly and Discouraging to return.
Justin Jordan: Love buying common pops there, but don’t recommend buying old vaulted pops. Bought a sticker switched pop. The date stop is wrong. It should be JJL 150212. Bought this the day they got the collection but haven’t bothered bring it to their attention because I caught it too late.

karloz gutieres: I benn in this store before and everytime I visit is better, the staff is very friendly and have a lot of knowledge of the comic bussiness and others. Also the store looks bigger and the lay out is cool, you can sit down and taka a look of the products you are buying, the prices are fair and the store is clean.
PG4L Fox: Great place to come if you’re looking for comics, card games, or to play in a gaming tournament. The guys are all super cool and they take care of their customers, even joining them in the events

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.
Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

Justin Kyle Tanner: Had a rad collection. Downstairs was more figures, larger memorabilia, etc. Upstairs was a playing set up for cards and they had a decent amount of selection for table top and collectible cards. It was very clean and organized and would for sure back!

Dakota Mercado: This store is absolutely amazing! It’s fairly new and has been open for 2 months as of this review. As soon as you’re about to walk into the store, you’ll notice there is an upstairs and a downstairs. The upstairs was not accessible durning my trip due to renovations and prep of bringing in new supplies however, I already know from my visit it is going to be worth the wait. The store has just about everything you’d expect to see and more such as Funko merchandise, different Japanese toys, statues of comic characters such as the Spider-Man seen in the photo, two arcade machines (although this my increase over time), and, of course, a great selection of comic books! The prices of some items are extremely reasonable and as I’ve seen beat some other competitors with their pricing which is a plus in my book. I was told the upstairs will be dedicated to different toys and merchandise while the lower level will be for comics and the such. The store does accept trade ins for items like comics and Funko Pops but you would need to bring them in for evaluation and condition checks which they would then offer either cash or in-store credit. Finally, the best thing about this store is the fact that they attend different Cons like Supercon, MegaCon, and the best Con of them all, San Diego Comic Con to bring back merchandise from there to sell at their store for VERY reasonable prices. Overall, the employees are great and will help you with whatever you need. Check them out and enjoy the atmosphere of the store!
Jonathan Hernandez: Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of Old toys and comic books from back in my day and even before my time. From Star wars to ninja turtles, Transformers to He man Any collector or enthusiast will definitely appreciate this hidden gem. Came with my son and purchased 2 Star Wars figures. Recommend and definitely will be back.

If you want a great experience meeting your favorite horror movie actors this is the place. Get the VIP package and enjoy a great experience while wearing masks and keeping a safe distance. Highly recommended.

Elvis Duarte: BEWARE ! ! ! make yourself a favor. Do not bring your computer here. I bought a brand new laptop at this Best Buy and one week later it was not booting. I brought it to geek squad and they wanted to charge us over $200 to get it fixed even though it was new and we bought the extended warranty. I decided not to proceed with them and contact the manufacturer who solved the problem over the phone and remote assistance in minutes at not charge. I was advised by this geek squad that the manufacturer will not cover software problems. If you want your money stolen, come to this Best Buy and geek squad
Mariina Menoncin: GEEK SQUAD can not and will not repair any Samsung phones. The only option they offer you is to get a replacement phone paying a $199 deductible. (in case you just have a cracked screen/glass even if the screen still works). SO for IPHONE owners maybe Geek Squad Mobile Insurance is not bad but for SAMSUNG phones owners definitely is the worst mobile insurance ever.

Blackjack Anime Store: what do users think?
Hector Gomez: This was my first time to this shop, the place was really nice and very organized. The biggest difference was how the two girls at the front counter (I regret not asking for their names) interacted with myself and my family. They were super welcoming, kept my kids engaged (which was not necessary but definitely appreciated). They were knowledgeable and very kind. Although it is over an hour drive for me I plan to go back again.

Summer Zwelling: They sell bootlegs which is extremely upsetting for avid figure collectors like myself. I don’t usually give los reviews but I want to warn any other figure collectors before buying to MAKE SURE that what they buy from here is authentic because both time i bought it wasnt. The legoshi was $80 (which thankfully i was able to get a refund for, and they were very polite about it.) and the nezuko was about $45. Buying a figure that you assume to be authentic and it ending up to be a bootleg is an extremely upsetting circumstance. If you dont want to find yourself in this situation consider shopping somewhere else. I recommend super anime store which has many figures as well (all authentic from what ive seen) or cryren anime. Again I’m sorry to give a low review but I can’t stand when I’m under the impression that something is real and it ends up to be a fake. $80 for a fake figure is ridiculous…

Would you pay $544.99 for that figure? When Figures although not licensed have good quality they are also expensive. However I believe that $80 to $500 there is a HUGE Difference :S Plus please remember we also have to pay Rent, Employees and Shipping which right now is 3x what usually is. However I do find upsetting that you say that we only sell Bootlegs because that is not true :S If you come to the store I can Gladly show you all of our licensed figures 😊 (Nendoroids, Banpresto,Good Smile Company) Also, I understand your frustration when you found out that it wasn´t an actual figure. Because of these we are more than happy to compensate you when you come back to the store.
