Adam Rand: Great fun. The guys who worked today there made it special. Help take photos. We had a family get together and would say what a blast. We got a good deal on some kites. So glad we went.
RJ and Family: What a g8 place. $2 large Gatorade just across from the skate park. Super friendly guys that work there. Thank you for an awesome business close to where I skate
Christopher Nazon: What a great and professional place! Ryan is nothing but kind and helpful and he even let me test out the kite before buying it. I would recommend this place to anybody and also if you are there with your kids they are more than willing to let them play with the kites free of charge. It’s a really nice business and you guys should support! Flying kites is so fun.
Sam N: Awsome shop and a lot of fun. Look forward to supporting the business again soon.
Abdiel Nunez: Great customer service. Always a very chill and familly friendly place.
Joy C (61): very nice people there, and reasonable price.
Lauren Paige Wall: Dan was very easy to work with and he had great ideas for our kite. We were so impressed with his work. I would highly recommend his service to everyone. We love our kite and the cost was totally worth it. Great job, thank you.
Colin Musil: Skyward Kites is an awesome destination ! So interesting in a beautiful setting with the ocean near and in a huge park. You can even book a Kite birthday party and they have all kinds of kites. Also lots of other events and even bubble guns for the little ones as well as lots of other interesting toys. The staff is very friendly and helpful so if you have never flown a kite before you are in for a real treat. They will show you how to go fly a kite. They also have the greatest flying led light up toy the WHISTLECOPTER

Josep Tribo: One of the best spots to practice Kite in USA. Shallow waters in a natural environment, 10 drive from Miami Downtown. If you need lessons ask for Fernando Romero, best in class teacher! When not windy explore the incredible reef with a paddleboard. If you are in Miami do not miss this place!
Andrean Novakov: I don’t typically write Google reviews unless am disappointed or super impressed. The case with Miami Kiteboarding wing foiling class is being super impressed. The instructor, Carolina, was absolutely amazing in explaining the basics of foiling, how to stand on the board, balancing, movements, etc. and within 45 minutes I was basically cruising on foil. Carolina was able to break it down to me so that I was able to correct my form and control the lift...the initial sensation can be overwhelming and you need someone to help you. If you’re looking to get into wing foiling, I absolutely recommend taking the foiling class first, this would make things a lot easier when you’re on your own with wing in hand. Thank you Carolina and team!
Eduardo Ferro: It was a real surprise to see what the park has to offer. Very nice and I encourage people to visit it.
Theo Torroija: Great and fun people, beautiful place. Is like to learn in a big pool. For far the best place in Miami to learn how to kite.
Martin Devoto: I learned to foil with the owner who is great. I came back to rent equipment: not in great shape and the staff was very unfriendly
George Alvarezzo: Excellent place to rent gear and kite-surf.Parking is easy and convenient. The perfect beach for kitesurfing 😎
Zon Win: This place is amazing!! If you are new or wanting to learn this is the pace for you. They have a sandbar right off their beach so you can stand. This is a big deal to have. The waves are also naturally broken by the reefs so it is not as much big waves to deal with. If your new, they have Jetski’s that help get you rescued and bring you back out again. Or they are right there with you. It’s amazing advantage to have this. They also have helmet with radios so they can speak and you speak back to them. Also a major advantage for new or advance people that need tips. Their equipment is brand new and that’s a relief to be on the latest gear and fully functional. Their instructors are all so patient and kind. Very encouraging and so helpful. I watched them coach kids, old adults, women and everyone else. This place is a jewel. I had difficulties setting up but it’s best done texting their number. They are so busy often so calling doesn’t work. Then you prepay online. I did the 9 hr semi-private package which is working out so well. On day one, 2 hr lesson, low wind, Philip got me to get up on board both sides and even stay up for a little. Just finished day 2, 2 hr and moderate wind, Jillian got me to understand the kite better and finally clicked to stay up much longer. I’m exhausted but it’s been so much fun I can’t wait to go back. Alex is owner and he’s very professional, very laid back place with great vibes. I bought booties for $49. They have Kiteboard glasses that are amazing, $49 also. You gotta have these two to make it more comfortable. Oh, because you wear a helmet, I wore a baseball hat under it and it kept a lot of sun out of my face. All the instructors have hats on!
jose v Arcieri: This place is very friendly and professional. Totally recommended.

Elena Pavlovska: Mellissa and Charl took my 7 year old boy for his first Kitesurfung lesson this November. Richard was excited and enjoyed the lesson a lot. He was excited to fly a 5m kite for the first time in the water. He has had lessons with a trainer kite on the land before but it is not the same. Flat shallow water is much safer for a beginner. Roberto ( head instructor )took him for a ride on his board, Richi hasn’t stopped talking about it till now. Charl even showed him how to drive the boat on the way back It was an experience my son will never forget. The best team ever ! Thank you a lot and see you soon again on the water !
Kristen Meisner: Thanks for helping me cross this off my bucket list in the best way I could have imagined! Robson was an excellent instructor and thanks to Charles as well. If I’m back in Miami I will definitely be returning to learn how to jump!
Michael Zapata: I have kited with shops all over the world and these folks provided the most organized and efficient experience yet. It seems especially good for beginners as they work from a submerged sandbar so no beaches to get drug onto. For me as an experienced kiter looking to just cruze a new area it was great because after the boat ride out, our equipment was already rigged by team members that headed out on an earlier boat. You just pick a board and a kite and go. Super friendly owner and staff.
DARREN HARDY: GREAT staff, excellent service! From administration to the instructors - super friendly, patient, and professional. Equipment is great and location they take you to learn is one of the best in the world - especially for newbies (like me!).
Cristina Pizzuto: The best kiteboarding school ever! I got the IKO certification with them and now, as soon as I have some free time, I enjoy a lesson supervised by one of their instructors. It is amazing how easily and fast I am improving with them. Melissa and Charl are super friendly, always smiling, helpful and professional. The instructors are all very good, very prepared and with a high level of professionalism in teaching. I always felt safe, thanks to the great attention to safety rules for their customers. The kites are always new and in excellent conditions, as the rest of the equipment. They have two boats and a dinghy for the rescue, the boat that transports the customers is super fancy and comfortable. And as icing on the cake at the end of each lesson they always offer snacks and drinks! Thanks guys, every time is a wonderful experience with you!!
Daniel Perez: Melissa, Charl and the whole South Florida Kiteboarding team are amazing! They have been able to help me progress both my twintip and strapless riding tremendously! I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are an especially great option for weekend lessons when the beach spots become too crowded. With South Florida Kiteboarding’s boat service they will take you to sandbars away from the crowds and combined with their amazing instructors you can have true progression sessions!
Ben Huffman: Hands down the best Kiteboarding Lessons / tours in South Florida. If you are looking to learn or just ride, you cant beat South Florida Kiteboarding. Lessons / riding is all on a secluded sandbar with views of the city. If you know you know.

Emilio Meléndez: Best Everything. Foil, Lifts, Standup Paddles, clothing, sandals.
Andrean Novakov: I wanted to share my experience with the store and a product I bought (related to wing foiling), hoping to save other people some time and effort. If you’re in the Miami area, you can do yourself a big favor and go check out Adventure Sports yourself, seeing the gear in person is different than just browsing online and Cedric will help you make the right choices. I first both Gong Hipe 5.3 online from France and struggled with standing up for over a month. I then decided to check out Adventure Sports in person and Cedric helped me get JP Australia 6.8 at a very competitive price point. The difference between Gong Hipe and JP Australia 6.8 foil board is like night and day. I was not only able to stand up, but also get on foil from day 1 with my new board. Just for reference, at 175 lbs. this board is just perfect in terms of buoyancy and stability. Super nice design and finish, JP Australia 6.8 is absolutely amazing wing foiling board, wish there were more reviews online to help people like me…would have chosen this board first. Again, if you’re thinking about getting into wing foiling call Cedric and go in person, you would have better beginner foiling experience. Hope this helps. See you on the water!
LBC Boston RE: Purchased an expensive item online and decided to pick it up in a couple of weeks. Although the staff was helpful with online ordering they did not check if the equipment was working, after coming to pick up the order it turned out the battery was defective and there was no replacement. If the battery was checked beforehand, there was enough time to get a replacement but I just wasted my time, disappointed.
R Conley: So happy with our local adventure sports in Coconut Grove. Cedric and the boys hooked me up with a fresh switchblade at a good price yesterday and made this beautiful experience at stiltsville happen a couple hours later. Thanks boys.
Jason Kendall: New to the area and stopped by Adventure Sports recently. Super chill atmosphere, received solid advice from sales, not pushy at all but answered questions thoroughly. I appreciated the fact that they carried gear within intermediate price ranges. Free shipping for a product size they didn’t have and offered me a hefty local discount I was definitely not expecting. Will support this business when I can.
Alli Bum: I went there because I was interested in learning to kiteboard and/or windsurf. The guys working there could not have been nicer and more enthusiastic about showing me my options. They were so knowledgeable and passionate about everything from kite surfing to windsurfing to foiling. It’s a little intimidating to start a new sport and these guys made me so excited to try it all! I will be scheduling kite boarding lessons thanks to them!
Natalie Rodas: Went to adventure sports at Matheson hammock park. Staff legitimately ignored customers.

Jian Gutierrez: I love this place! Was helped by Mario and Etna. I’m also a first time kayaker and they were a really great help, can’t wait to come back!
Cely: Amazing service by Mario and Etna! The place is beautiful and so relaxing will kayak here again!
Joshua Dehaan: Well I can’t say anything about their service or their physical store. But the online site is great. Just got new kiteboarding gear and adventure sports had the best price I could find anywhere. They shipped very promptly.
Aurelien Schwartz: Gary K and Ramiro Q went above and beyond to get me back on the water on a new JP race board. My initial experience with a previous board had not been the best but Gary showed me that he valued my business and as a result, JP Australia and Adventure Sports of Doral have earned my loyalty and appreciation. Hope to stop by for a new board soon!
K MAN: I bought 3 kayaks from Josh. Great service, highly recommend them.
Erika Arribas: Amazing! Love them! Incredible price! Got my new board and some wetsuits!
Andrew Smith: Cannot recommend enough! Unrivaled customer service. Great business, great buying experience!
