Shirley Perez Anel: Congratulations to Miami International Airport Security Check Point High Priority. They really do a great Job assisting over 300 people in less than half an hour. Huge thank you for the amazing work, they are not only very efficient, also very professional. Thank you 3.17.2022 Had to add a comment after having another great experience. First, I got scared when seeing the line going around and almost 2 blocks long. It was 4 am, all check points were empty, except the one on door 17, serving Spirit and Southwest. The staff did a really good job checking in more than 300 people in less than 1 hrs. They were also meaningful and offered express service for all passengers running behind. Priority is always good point. Hearing them calling by the name of the airline/flight made me feel more relaxed. The airport needs organization to prevent long lines. I completely understand that the terminals are not connected, but I do recommend an analysis of this situation and probably some good ideas to improve the clients experience.

Deborah Pagel: Loved the Embassy Suites. Warm reception upon arrival and departure and great caring associates throughout my time there. Great location especially to get to my business locations and downtown Miami! Business Professional and Friendly Atmosphere. Great driver who picked me up to/from airport. Superb Manager Reception, Restaurant ( great server, too), and Breakfast. I recommend and will return!

Hansel Herrera: In my opinion this is an easy going and self-help airport. You can easily get to the places or gates you need to go. Staff is also very helpful. Only thing is it is an huge place therefore you need to get there on time because you can easily take 40 minutes walking depending on how far is your gate

Li S: This is a huge airport. The section where gates D1 -D20+ is very dated and doesn't feel clean or neat. It's also, one big maze, between long terminals and the sky train. Also, there are limited food options in this terminal. But the Amex lounge was enjoyable. It was nice that there was a staff member in the bathroom "directing traffic".

Julia Anderson: Beautiful, Very Large. We checked on early and had time to kill. Tons of seating area, rocking chairs and massage chairs.

J Lava: Got us in for brunch, on the holiday. Staff, from management down were uniformly friendly and helpful. Beautiful decor, and a decidedly delicious Latin-influenced menu. 18% gratuity automatically added. About $30/person without alcohol or apps. Portions were generous, and everything was prepared and presented very nicely. Food was really, really good. Service was timely, and attentive; Jen was great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for good food in a great room!

V.M.: airport with easy access, all the shops you may need, plenty of bathrooms and the staff helps you at all times with any questions you may have, it also has a small outdoor bar without leaving the terminal, right at the boarding gate number 34 where you can smoke quietly sitting down having a drink, if you don't consume something, you can't smoke, it's great for smokers.

EggsBeans Five: Absolutely disgusting, unclean, moldy, 3rd world airport. This place hasn't been cleaned in probably 20+ years. Air vents from the ceiling have colonies of mold growing out of them along with a ton of dust accumulated. This isn't just one or two air vents but literally all of them. The ceilings are leaky and have tons of water damage with more mold and pieces of the ceiling falling down. This is one of the worst I've ever seen. Not sure how they get away with this but whatever. Restaurants on site are even dirtier. Not sure how they passed a health inspection but this is truly some of the lowest levels of basic cleaning practices I've ever seen. Additionally the parking situation is abysmal and the checkpoint and terminal setup is horrifyingly bad. This is completely unacceptable for such a major airport.

Nick Betancourt: Opa locka executive airport is a great way to come into Miami depending on which terminal you use. We were recently at the Atlantic terminal and we love the layout the comfort and the set up. They have amazing art everywhere, friendly and accommodating attendants, and relaxed vibe. We also enjoyed that there was a canopy the planes fit under so you dont get wet when departing or arriving.

Social Media 55: This private airport is quite convenient. I flew out of this airport and went to Scottsdale a few years back. The lounge was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. I enjoyed my overall experience travelling out of this airport and if I had the chance I would do it again. I’d like to thank everyone who made my experience so lovely and a special thanks to the staff for a super clean environment. Clearly managed by professionals looking to exceed the expectations of their clients.

Jeffrey Jennings: Great service and well-mannered staff. The pizza here still as good as back in the days love their thin crust pizza always comes out perfect prices may be a bit high for some but to me it's worth it every once in a while. Highly recommended.

William E: Horrible Horrible Horrible flight was delayed arrived at Stxt at 12:01am agent behind desk was checking someone in and had another waiting when I arrived at rental location Agent told me they were closed I tried to explain my flight was delayed tried contacting them but automated system only (I had rented a BMW Mid Size Suv) he said sorry I'm closed. I get sometimes things happen sometimes flights are delayed. This was not something in my control. So I had to find alternate transportation. To my hotel.Arrived at Hotel at 1:30am Still no rental still cant get ahold of anyone. Unbelievable customer service. I would be weary of renting from this place still trying to cancel reservations. Very unpleasant experience.

FLA Miami G.: Best option in the region when you are the PIC and need a controlled air field, world-class FBOs, Entry Authorities on duty and staying away from congested Class B traffic but still in Miami.

Piotr Florczuk: One of the Best airports for GA. I like very much. If you want to rent a plane, this is the right place.

John D. Catala: I'm a pilot going through training after almost 45 years of non flights as a civilian VFR Private Pilot. Pilot Training Center has a great training staff. Thank you, David L., for being my CPI.

Victor J (Mytre): Really nice place. Cheap to go and some nice planes in exhibition. Im looking forward when they add new planes to the hangar. Really a must if you want to spend an hour or so in Miami.

Renjith Krishnan G: I had a visit here because my wife wanted to do a skydiving. We spent a total of 3 hours here and we loved everything about this place. Right now I have only used the skydiving school area. I would be happy to avail the services of this airport for my business needs as well.

Lester Shalloway: This Airport is a great birding site. Google has removed the photos of the birds but there are Burrowing Owls, American Kestrel, Shrikes and others. There is always something there to see if you look closely

Michael Test: I would rate my experience as being all stars, this is because I was able find what I had decided to come to the site for. Found what I was looking for with out any issue, the price of the product I was looking for, was slightly cheaper than I had expected it to be. The floor staff was able to help me find an item I had trouble finding, they knew exactly where it was located. The facility was highly maintained and if any messes occurred, they would immediately start on working towards cleaning it up. - Had a great experience, I will be returning for sure, highly recommend this Costco location.

Megan Gannon: This airport serves as a hub for many people’s small private planes. Unfortunately, there are a number of pilots who use the immediate surrounding neighborhoods like Devon-Aire as their practice zones, flying overhead, then circling around again and again. As a result, television reception is knocked out for 15-30 seconds at a time, often every two to five minutes. It’s particularly frustrating when trying to catch up on the day’s news. At one point, residents of the association I live in were told there was an agreement that the planes would not fly over our particular area. Apparently that agreement has been broken. Tamiami Airport does not have a fan in me.

Hannah Falk: So impressed with Park N Fly Miami! We felt like it was a safe and well priced place to keep our car while on vacation. Shuttle service was quick and driver was great. Our flight back Kept getting delayed and they were awesome to work with! The guy on the phone (wish I had His name) stayed in communication to make sure we were picked up, even after midnight, and got to our car. It was ready to go when we arrived back. Awesome business!

Todd Larson: I use this service at least half a dozen times a year probably closer to 10 or 12. Without exaggeration every employee I encounter is professional and pleasant. They ask about my trip. Efficient and polite. Could I ask for anything more? This last time at Park and fly they were at capacity. The service didn't falter one iota. Still as close to perfection as one could hope for. The manager. I come and go at all times of the day and night. She is seemingly there all the time. Is it legal to have someone work 24 hours a day?She sets the standard for her employees. You can tell they respect her and work hard for her. For the precise reason that she is working hard every time I see her and sets the expectations high. This is the only parking facility that I can recommend to.friends colleagues and acquaintances.

Mohammed Hossain: This is the first time I parked my SUV with "Park 'N Fly". I was little worried about parking my SUV specially I have not experienced with this company before. Then I realized that I made the right choice. I have experienced very smooth service with them. They all were very professional, friendly, and cooperative including shuttle driver. I did not have to wait at all to get to the airport and back to the parking place. The driver helped me to load the luggage inside the shuttle and also load off the luggage. Also, the driver helped me to load the luggage in my SUV when I picked up my SUV. I was really very impressed about their services. In future, I will use only this company (Park 'N Fly) to park my vehicle. In one word, stress free and worry free place to park.

Richard Hughes: This was our first experience with Park 'N Fly Miami and we were very pleased with the service offered.We selected covered parking and were very pleased. On arrival at the location we were met by attendants who loaded our suitcases onto the courtesy bus to the terminal.The courtesy bus was impeccably clean and all staff friendly and courteous.On our return, we called Park 'N Fly and advised them where we were and a courtesy bus was there 10 minutes later to pick us up (service starts at 5am hence the rather longer delay than normal for pick up).On arrival at the Park 'N Fly location our car was waiting for us with doors open and our bags were loaded into the car for us.Overall, very impressed with the service, staff, courtesy buses and overall experience-will use them again without hesitation. Kay Cee: This was a great decision. Easy reservations, pull up, give your key, the gentleman takes your luggage to the shuttle bus and shuttles you to the airport. No worries. When you return and land. Call them and the shuttle meets you upstairs in departure at specific door and takes you to the garage where your car is ready and waiting for you. Easy peasy.

Tom Carhart: Confusing payment method. Directions say pay at pay station in garage, which then would not accept the ticket which was issued when entering garage. Instead, have to present card at machine when driving out of lot, which luckily a passer by informed me of at paystation. Not rocket science: Give Directions that actually work!

Lukeg Travel: This has to be the worst parking system in the world. I parked in level one but every machine said to pay in level 3. Please fix this. This is making Miami look worse

Michael White: I have traveled in and out of Mia numerous times and have found the parking signage to be very poor and confusing. Mia is an international airport just like ATL but no comparison to how easy it is to navigate the ATL airport and parking! I prefer to fly out of FTL if at all possible to avoid MIA mess!

Nejjie Morales: These people charged me $782 for less than an hour parking. Be careful!!!!

Andrew Korson: Wow. This has to be the worst airport I have been in. Landed in G terminal and had to leave security to get to other terminals. Dining options are slim. They identify TGIFrisYs as “fine dining” on their website. No charging stations. Can’t wait to leave. Will not be back if at all possible.

Armlight Marjan: Generally I do no not like to give reviews less the five stars but I had to give my lowest review ever. Googled and found this place. Got their spent 40 minutes to proceed parking space then 10 minutes to airport for 16 hours vacation trip. Came back three weeks later called to be picked up at airport no answer I had to get taxi. Family and 8 suitcase waiting outside at arrival pickup. Got to green parking to pick up my car likely door was open but they were closed. Was being told to came back for my car the following day. Finally the guy made called to another rep to come open the gate so that I can pick up my truck. Very frustrating and time wasted but finally got family home with was two ours drive from Miami. Would I use the again? I don’t think so and would not recommend them

Jake Zabler: Think it's gotten better since some of the other reviews? Nope. April 9, 2021 I pulled into a lot and the machine where you would pick up a ticket said that my plate was recognized and did not give me a ticket. (This was because I have the Sunpass) So I go to the Sunpass lane and the scanner will not read my pass and I have to back up and get in a regular line. I pull up and the lady looks at me like I have 3 heads. I said the Sunpass lane is not working, so I have to physically write down the number for her, which, in turn, she enters incorrectly into the system. After about 5 LOOOONG minutes finally I get to pay with a credit card.

petecatch14: This airport is in desperate need of repairs. Multiple elevators that don't function. Then when you press a button for assistance, theirs no friendly voice to help. There is this voice that says in not a friendly voice "go to the next elevator ". Very disappointing place.

42nd Street Shuttle: This is the Tri-Rail terminus station. Trains only head northbound to Mangonia Park (West Palm Beach) from here. Metrorail trains also terminate here, taking you to downtown Miami and Dadeland South. There’s also access to a peoplemover shuttle (MIA Mover) that takes you straight into the airport terminals. Other bus services like the Metrobus are available. Overall it’s a very good transit station and major hub.

Kitty Cat: A great HUB! Access to monorail to the MIA Airport. Various forms of transportation...Metrorail, Tri- Rail, Buses, Greyhound, FLIX, etc.

Melissa “Mel” Torres: If you are going from the tri rail to the metro rail take the elevator it is a quicker transition. But please try to plan your trip with extra time on your hands it can get tricky. And if you aren't used to the metro rail ask the guard what train it is, because it is not clearly marked.

tony aleman: I been in lots of airports and now I realize that Miami International is not too big and easy to use.

Daniel Stepel (The last Baby Boomer): A very modern transportation hub. Here you will find easy access from your plane to public transport both bus and rail. This place is vast so please pay attention. It would not be hard to get turned around here. And by turned around I mean lost.

Sue Han: 2.50$ for the 150 express bus to Miami beach, you can tap your credit card or buy a ticket from one of their machines at the station.

Pedro Martin: I get the Tri-Rail train here to ride to work and school in Boca. The facility is nice and clean. There's free parking. The trains are always right on time, clean, and the staff is always very nice. There's outlets to charge your phone and free WiFi. If all of South Florida's public transport ran as good as the Tri-Rail, I wouldn't be making payments on my car and paying ridiculous amounts of insurance.

AL HAGGH: Very good. Easy to figure out. Able to buy a ticket from a person at the booth.

Mark Thornton: Most certainly one of most inefficient services I’ve ever seen/used. American Airlines use them for shuttle the cattle after incompetently managing their flights —not due to weather. They are extremely slow, SuperShuttle, rude, and just basically a holes. If ever given the chance to use them, don’t, take an Uber.

sheila mills-kennedy: The Super Shuttle service is well worth the value. They were prompt and delivered me well on time. The driver was friendly and polite. They texted me an interactive map of their location along with a description of the vehicle, it's number and a picture of the driver with their name. This provided an extra layer of security. I am never disappointed. Plus they partner with other rewards programs and proved to be an extra benefit in assisting me to prevent my points from expiring. Two thumbs up.

Steve Coleman: The customer interaction with outstanding. Their pages and alerts that let you know once you get into the airport and where to find them are great. A better security enhancement his email that shows you a picture of your driver along with the vehicle keep up the good work.

Denny: Booked return fare with Super Shuttle from Miami Airport and back from cruise Port for transfer Oct.23 and Oct.30. No problem getting there but left waiting in the hot sun for our pickup for our return to Miami airport. No one came for us. Notified Super Shuttle who responded with apologies & a promise of refund within 5-7 days. Never received any refund. Several queries to them have not been answered. Good luck to anyone else who is expecting refunds or courtesy from this company.

Robert Alvarez: Excellent, courteous, informative and on time service!!! My family used Super Shuttle from Pembroke Pines to Miami Airport on Sunday, 22 Sept, 2019. Our driver, Mike in a black suit and big black hat, is an excellent professional and was very helpful when we arrived at the airport. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again. Beng Arellano: I've been a regular customer of SupeShuttle since early 1990's. For me this company is the safest and more secured door-to-door airport transportation. Their drivers are very professional and courteous. Their rates are very affordable and their vehicles are clean and tidy.

Charlene Bennett: I took SuperShuttle on Sun Oct 6 from Miami Airport to off Alton Road and it was very good. The gentleman at the curbside at the Miami Airport was very helpful and courteous. The driver drove very well and was very helpful. The vehicle was in good driving condition and music played during the trip was very soothing.

Bill K: Take a cab.. more available, cheaper, faster. Online booking was easy. Booked a private van for $58 each way. Arrived at MIA and no vans available despite advance booking. Checked w their know-nothing rep and said don't know we r running behind. Waited 30 min and no vans. Taxis were 20 ft away waiting for passengers. We canceled the van and in 2 min we were in a cab on our way to the hotel and for less than $40!! Took another immediately available taxi back to the airport. still waiting on my overdue refund for 2 weeks now and after 4 phone calls. So save ur money and time and frustration and use Taxis. Their google reviews 2.4/5, BBB rating of D-. As of this writing.

mike: We use Super Shuttle every year when we visit Miami. Always great service but yesterday was especially great. I was traveling with my wife, two babies, mother in law and an aunt. Lots of luggage. When we arrived at our apartment I was so preoccupied with getting all of the luggage out that I forgot my briefcase on the shuttle. An hour went by before I realized it, my life is in that briefcase. Laptop has all work info which is one of the reasons I was traveling and my wallet was in my briefcase. I called super shuttle’s office and they called the driver. He said he had it and was going back to the office now. Kadisha is the lady I talked to and made sure they had the briefcase. She even stayed a few minutes late after her shift to make sure I got it. Kadisha is an excellent person and basically saved my entire trip. The driver was great too but I cannot remember his name. Great company, great people! Remember to always tip your driver!

Nikki Bello: Excellent service. The drivers are great people, very helpful and super nice. I trust them with my elderly mom to take her to and from the airport. The vehicles are very clean as well. Lenrock: First time flying Copa, took a long time to check in even though we were very early. Agent was a little confused with our paperwork but pleasant and easy to work with. Boarding wasn't fun on either end. The planes were nice though and the prices were decent so overall I feel happy to recommend them especially for the routes they have.

Cute Tsuki: This is the best airline ever untill now! It is my first time flighting with them, and let me say that you feel involved, respected and secure, from the moment you buy your ticket until you arrive to your destination, also, their fares are competitive and really good, their team are very kind and polite, they show care and that's a TEAMWORK mindset! Very good guys! Keep up the great work, from now on, this is my first choice when I want to enjoy the sky! 🏆👍💯

Brian Peddie: I would avoid the airline if possible. American flies many of their routes and they are superior. There is a great deal of confusion among Copa employees. While people try and help, there are never solutions. Very few people have authority to problem solve. Nobody has access to critical information. Copa left my 81 year old father and son stranded in Panama City for hours in transit to Cordoba. A crew delay in Miami led to a misconnection and nobody was willing to help trouble shoots. The final conclusion was a rebooking the next day after 5 hours of dialog. After insisting my father check his bag they proceeded to loose it and as of the review posting have been unable to find it. Please avoid this airline and save heartache.

Antonio Rutigliano: This Company is stealing peoples money with the scam of taking 8 to 15 weeks for reimbursement. I bought tickets to take my family out of Cuba and suddenly Panama with no warning is asking for Transit Visa. And together with Copa Airlines are taking peoples money . Copa is not changing his itinerary to accommodate thousands of passengers in these flights . Instead they are leaving the passengers stranded without changing their stop to panama . They easily could go to Haiti, Jamaica , Dominican Republic , Mexico and refill their airplanes. But they are scumbags . Here the empty flights . And nothing is being done to solve this problem . Copa Airlines you’re Garbage as a company and the CEO is another garbage. Together with the Panamanian Government.

Juan Manuel Padra: scammers never returned my money from the trip they canceled. I did all the steps for the return, I never received an email and when I call the company nobody knows anything and they tell you that you have to do the online procedure forever, lost money!!!

Hugo Costa: 2nd time i flew with copa, and this time so terrible. The company desapear with my luggages for 5 days after i arrived im my destination. When finally find my luggage its opened missing a lot things. My vacation was terrible frustrated. When im come back home in Miami, the luggage is open again and missing more staffs and one of my luggages are broke. Also dont have any notification from TSA. I asked the guys on the claim balcony for how i proceed he just said to go online and do the complain. Im really really bad with the service.

John Due: Been in Miami for decades..this intermodal center offers the most epic view of the Magic City in all of existence! (MIA ppl love their superlatives...) If your a resident...you HAVE to take this ride to most anywhere...and your a tourist...begin your hot hot hot romance with the 305 right here...peace

Esteban OS: Station itself looks ok. That's the only good thing that can be said about it. If you have a horrible experience here don't blame yourself and don't take it personally. This city actually hates visitors slightly less than it hates its residents. We don't know how te friendly and our metro system is 100% an afterthought

Luiz Cent: Great way to get to downtown for $2.25. Would be nice to have better signage and more staff to help.

Bernardo Linares: Station looks fine, and it’s clean and everything but the signage is terrible and there are no people around to help. I had to transfer to Tri-Rail here, but there was no clear sign anywhere telling me where to go, so I figured I’d go to the ground level. That was not the way to go, and when I tried to get back in there was no one to talk to, so I had to pay a full fare just to get back in, and when I went the right way, I could t get out of the station either. There was no attendant up there either, the fare card wasn’t letting me out so I had to force myself out in order to catch the other train on time. Could be good if there were people working there to help and if the signs were clear so passengers don’t get lost.

Adrian B: Ride a brand new train with air conditioning to Downtown Miami for $ 2.25 and get an awesome view of the city on the way. Trip to downtown takes about 20 minutes.

Jorginho Mattos: Very convenient. Bus, tri-rail, metro-rail all in one place.

Lorenzo Ruiz-Benson: Metrorail, many bus lines, and the 150 Airport Flyer express to Miami Beach. This is a great place, still underused.

Christian Dahlström: Timetable says departure every 10 minutes. Now we have been waiting for almost half an hour!!

Matan Vaits: Generally the service for a tourist is a bit lacking. Didn't recieved an explanation about the car . Which led to a 50 minute wait time at the gas station just to figure out the gas type. The car which was pre ordered months ago didnt had a child seat as requested in the ordered . But the car was clean and was excellent

Brandon Kohr: Got a good deal on an SUV rental. Check in was pretty slow. Had to go through 3 different checks to get my rental and whole process took more than 45 minutes to get out of the airport. Car was clean and very nice. No complaints there. Check in was kinda a hit mess too. Pulled in and no one was there to provide guidance or directions. Eventually, a guy showed up and started telling people they were good to drop keys off.

ALEX SERRANO: In this company they are literally scammers. When I arrived at the office in Atlanta to pick up my booked car, they offered me another car with no charge because the girl in the front desk thought I would be more comfortable. I noticed when I was in Miami that they charged me 70$ for a supposedly upgrade, which I never asked for, but they totally disengaged of this topic because they said it was made in another office. I recommend to avoid this office at all cost but if you don’t have other option, make sure you read all the contracts they give you and check all the charges they make you before leaving the office. This is literally stealing money from people. Terrible service, not booking again with this company in my whole life. Plus, the queues in this office are hours long, it’s just crazy how bad the service is.

Allen Tackett: The employee told me I could have an upgrade, as a President’s Circle member, but his manager rescinded the offer 7 minutes later as I was exiting. I had to circle back and exchange the vehicle. The manager working explained that hertz no Niger gives upgrades to president’s circle unless you book an intermediate car. She said that members of the armed forces and government employees had to book economy and would never get the upgrade to PC, regardless of their status. I have booked 120 days this year with hertz. I was loyal throughout the pandemic, and when hertz declared bankruptcy. I don’t complain when the cars are dirty or smell like smoke, which is common. But I’ve had enough. I will not be back to Hertz in MIA and will probably give up on this company after two decades of loyalty.

Casey Cook: For a company that acts as if it has such incredible benefits for their customers you leaves people indefinitely screwed if they have any changes at all in their vacation plans. You aren’t allowed to return early because you will not refund any money so you can scam people for their unused time and then trying to find a situation to keep the car so you don’t have to return you will not allow any changes to the drop off location. Had the representative setting us up with our car discuss or warn of ANY of these situations we would have never used this company in the first place but no since we decided to trust the people serving us and trust the “gold customer service act” we are now left entirely screwed after already having our original reservation messed up because the tire was completely coming apart ( totally safe to put your customers in Im really glad someone is checking out the vehicles) and there were no other vehicles left. We will absolutely not be using this service again and will not be recommending to any friends and family.

Michael Shea: Filled out a rental reservation agreement online and had to wait in line for over an hour to talk to a front desk agent to let me go get the car I rented. When I first arrived there was a full line of people and 4 representatives at the desk. About 5 minutes in, one representative walked into the back and never returned. 15 minutes later another representative walked into the back and was gone for a good 20 minutes. All the while the line got longer and longer while we all waited for the two remaining reps to check everyone in. It took absolutely forever making me late for my meeting. Not sure what the point of reserving online is if you still have to wait in line to get a car. Finally I got approval to go out and get the car I reserved. When I got outside however, they told me the car I rented was not available and that I could pick any car on basically amounted to the economy section of the lot. They also told this to the other 4 people standing around. It was like rat race with everyone running out to cars and taking off. Very unorganized and aggravating. I thought Hertz was one of the better car companies out there, but will not be using this company again.

Greg Austin: Told them I did NOT want any insurance, but was still billed for it anyway. Don't trust them! I asked for the insurance portion be refunded and they denied it. Zero customer service, they only deny any wrongdoing. The car wasn't even clean when we got it and the back windows looked like a kid to a key to each of them. I let it all go and was understanding that sometimes things happen. But don't expect that from them in return. Avoid Hertz, I know I will!

Colin Wright: I wanted to give Hertz one more chance, due to my corporate contract with them. Arrived at the airport, approached the Hertz counter with my reservation info, and was denied a rental because I left my credit card back in VA. (All I had was my 2 debit cards) The lady informed me that I could pay $500+ and be limited to the smallest car they had. I informed her that my family needed something bigger, and the rep just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry can't help you. There were like 10 other rental car places there, Enterprise was willing to help, but they were just sold out of vehicles. Ended up going to National next, who had plenty of cars, actually heard me out, and rented me a car at normal rates with no problem using my debit card. They made an anxious situation very manageable. Will be recommending an alternate enterprise contract for sure!

Sherice Gordon: If i could give negative stars I would. Rented a convertible Mustang and Pre-paid for the vehicle, to arrive and being told that there was no convertible for me. After some bumbling around a convertible was found. For some reason water was dripping on my feet as i was driving, I continued to my destination which was scuba diving. It started to rain and when i went to put up the convertible top, the windows would not close all the way. I did not want to be responsible for that problem, so i called Hertz and they told me to bring the vehicle back. There goes my first day of our vacation due to being rented a vehicle that was mechanically malfunctioning!!!! I then was given a second vehicle with a similar problem but at least the window could be closed by pushing it up with your hand. When driving the second vehicle it felt like something was not right with the steering but i thought i was overreacting because what's the likeliness of them giving me a second faulty vehicle. Well, I should have screamed a pitched a fit because the back tire blew and i am being charged for the repair that caused me to be stranded in Key Largo for hours until Hertz authorized a nearby tire shop to replace with a new tire and charged me for it!!! Spoke to a representative on Wednesday, who said that i would be refunded and I would not be charged for the tire repair. She apologized, and told me to call back on Friday if I did not see the reversal on the charges. When i called back today, i was told that they would not be refunding me and offered me 1500 points for my inconvenience. You are willing to give me what is equivalent to 2 days rental when my day of scuba diving for 2 people was ruined because i chose Hertz....Keep your points. I will never rent from you again. I have never felt so insulted!!!!

Jorge Soto (JSoto): As always fantastic service and vehicles range, I have rent from basic economic cars to super cars here and always is a good deal and location convenience. But mind to return it ON TIME as they will charge you full day even for a couple of minutes despite any frequent usage.

G. Baumstark (Mrsletsgo): Flying in the middle of covid time, it is not a easy decision. Air France is a 5 stars with all the details, great food and the little covid kit, with extra masks, wipes and hand sanitizer and specially the friendly reminders for the ones that loves to forget to use their masks.

WEsail: Air France went on strike for 2 days. We have been rerouted for over 48 hours and have yet to reach our destination. We have been trying to get to the Caribbean islands where AirFrance dominates the region and no other airliners are. This needs to stop! If you are the only airliners that fly in the area, completely cancelling flights in and out is atrocious. I will never choose to fly with AirFrance again due to their constant will to strike. This has effected many travelers and in turn and resulted in chaos trying to rebook all the cancelled flights. I will be demanding a full refund.

Jerry B: I decided to choose Air France for my little summer trip. Not a great idea. On the way there my tv screen was not working properly, so I had to listen the music for 9 hours. On the way back they lost my bag. I was assured that they are aware of the location of the bag, and I will have it at my door the following buisness day. I received the bag 30 days later... damaged. By the way if you don't keep receipts for the items in the bag, you don't get the refund for lost or damaged items! I also had a trip protection insurance. But in the fine print it says that it only covers the delay of the baggage, but not the lost or damaged items. Don't bring anything expensive with you, or don't fly Air France.

It's simple due to strikes / weather conditions our New York Paris flight was canceled but they still wanted to transport me from Miami to New York and make me wait in an airport with a temperature divided by 2! I must have spent 2 hours on the phone before I could speak to someone from Air France who was able to change my ticket by following my instructions! We spent 10 hours at Miami airport with just enough to eat (our bank cards were no longer working) and without even being able to leave our luggage in the locker because we had no more money and the Air France counters were closed! On my return, I consulted Air France to obtain compensation, but I never received a favorable response to my complaint. Fortunately, the crew (especially on the way back) to raise the bar but to choose I would no longer favor Air France to the detriment of other companies, because I had added a supplement of 150 € per person to travel with this company (combined flight + hotel). (Original) Voyage datant du mois de Mars :Un vol Paris Miami sans soucis mais un retour Miami >New York>Paris médiocre ! C’est simple suite à des grèves /conditions météorologiques notre vol New York Paris a été annulé mais on voulait quand même me transporter de Miami à New York et me faire attendre dans un aéroport avec une température divisé par 2! J’ai dû passer 2h au téléphone avant de pouvoir parler à une personne d’Air France qui a pu changer mon billet en suivant mes indications! Nous avons passer 10h à l’aéroport de Miami avec juste de quoi manger (nos cartes bancaires ne fonctionnaient plus) et sans même pouvoir poser nos bagages en consigne car nous n’avions plus d’argent et que les comptoir Air France étaient fermés! A mon retour j’ai concerté Air France pour obtenir un dédommagement mais je n’ai jamais eu de réponse favorable à ma réclamation. Heureusement que l’équipage (surtout au retour) à relever la barre mais a choisir je ne privilégierais plus Air France au détriment d’autres compagnies, car j’avais ajouter un supplément de 150€ par personne pour voyager avec cette compagnie(combiné vol+hôtel).

Sean Warr: Purpose: Business From reading the reviews, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was on point, tons of options at the market place, one of the only Marriott properties that have room service, convenient shuttle, attentive staff, and it seemed pretty lively at night. The staff was pretty attentive as I wanted to switch rooms because of the closeness of the elevator. Other than that, I will definitely choose this property again.

Lyn Smith: This was our first trip to Miami and it was very eventful! For starters, it had been a long night for us. Our flight arrived after midnight so of course we were extremely tired. We were initially checked in to a room that was obviously pet friendly given the potent smell of animal urine. We understand loving your fur babies however this was a bit overwhelming. We went to the front desk however not much could be done to accommodate us; even though the Night Auditor did try. We made the best of it but after a terrible night’s sleep, we decided to try again to relocate the next day. I had the pleasure of speaking with Francine who was absolutely WONDERFUL! She took care of us like family and really made our day! She apologized and checked us into another room immediately. She also explained to my husband that the previous night didn’t allow for such and they would pay more attention to cleaning after pets from now on. Marriott is always our hotel of choice. Even though we’ve not had many bad experiences, the staff always looks to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again Francine for ensuring we will choose this location again when we visit soon. We truly appreciate everything you did to make this celebratory trip amazing!

Thank me later on! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. They are always very good to me and my family. Very clean and decently maintained. Food options for dinner are not to our liking but I'm sure it has a lot to do with covid-19

Michelle Templin: Room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. We love the staff both at the front desk as well as Jorge and Mercedes at Cane Grill. The food is amazing and they are super sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel while in Miami.

Lucy MGM: Great hotel for an overnight stay. Very clean, my first impression when I walked in the lobby was the pleasant and clean smell which extended through the entire property. Extremely close to the airport, so there is some noise (you have to expect that at an airport hotel), we slept just fine. 25 to 30 minutes from cruiseport.

A suitcase and a baby: Nice. Clean. Convenient to MIA with free shuttle. Food pantry/shop is STOCKED SOOOOO WELL!!! Honestly, I don’t think I’ve seen any other hotel literally have that much food and beverages available, like a mini grocery store. Starbucks and the bar in the front is great. Rooms are comfortable and showers are HOT with great water pressure!!

Jerry Salerno: Don’t expect an actual Marriott property and amenities. Arrived at 10:45 PM to a airport hotel where the bar and restaurant we’re already closed. The “pantry” that was advertised to be open 24 hours closes at 11:00 PM. How is this possible for a major international airport hotel? It’s gets even better as our room did not have a bar a soap for the sink and the pump bottle in the shower was empty as well. And of course the shower doesn’t drain. Save a few bucks and look elsewhere.

Andrew Krill: Disappointing. The hotel shares the pool and fitness center with three hotels and there's too many people to relax comfortably. I couldn't find a chair to lounge in. The rooms are small, and renovated in a minimalist motif, but the property still feels very dated. The air conditioning needs to stay blasting cold or the room becomes extremely humid. The hotel is very noisy with both airline traffic and other guests, it's very difficult to get quality rest. The M Club has no service Friday - Sunday, no complimentary drinks and the coffee machine is broken.

Danielle Doty: After a delayed flight we showed up at 2:36am. Three workers are at the desk. It took longer to check in than usual bc we had to write out all of our credit card info. Then we were informed that we couldn’t get keys to our door and needed to be escorted to our rooms. They called for someone to come get us. Could one of the three not taking us up right away?! We waited for 15+ minutes. Nothing like sorry you want to fall over and sleep so here’s a breakfast coupon or anything. Finally just after 3am the guy shows up (he smelled was probably out smoking) and casually strolls up to us and takes us up and unlocks our door for us. We got to our room at 3:06am. You would think guest checking in (there was no one else around) that would be a priority especially when we have to wait in the middle of the night. The room was ok. Pillows smelled like chlorine (maybe from bleach). Then at 9am someone started banging on our door “ARE YOU CHECKING OUT TODAY?” Repeatedly until we got up and talked to them. Check out is at 12!! Why are you waking people up. Not impressed. We expect more from Marriott. Such bad customer service and experience. No breakfast included but there is a restaurant and a grab and go. $25 a day parking. Lobby was nice.
