Richard H: My AC broke down and the first company to inspect told me it all needed replacing and asked for 4,800 USD plus tax - the second company after inspection asked for 3.500 plus tax. At that point Henry's team arrived -the AC was back on within 20 mins and it cost 250 bucks.- it was burnt out cables- i was shiocked when they had teh AC back on after being told the entire unit was toast a few hours before, I have only ever used Henry previously in the last 10 years in both my appartments on the beach and it was my mistake to have called others i should have just waited until he called back - you can trust this company 100% to always give you the truth about what is actually wrong. Richard Fernandez: Terrible company. Henry the owner never returns our calls and just lies to us when we do get a chance to talk to him only when we call from an unknown number. Bought a new $5k AC that never worked right. Had another AC company come out to show me that they installed two different model year units and sold them as brand new to me. Told us the unit has warranty with him when we bought it, but once installed never would respond when it had problems. We are currently looking into the process of trying to get our money back but it has been a nightmare. Call them at your own risk you have been warned…. Updated on 11/18/21 I’m not a competitor I was a customer. I have all the calls and the invoice. Since you said here for the world to see and I took a screen shot that you will replace my machine if I provide the invoice, well I have the invoice and all the calls. Let’s see if you will change my unit then? Yeah right you will you won’t even call us back. It’s a lie you go on here and respond to my review a month later. Yes I have the invoice and copy of the payment to another company and I also have all the call records. Your a liar I just call you again and you pushed me to voicemail and you never call back. Anna Lonskaya: Horrible experience! Extremely untrustworthy company. Made an emergency call on Friday afternoon and they reassured me that technician will be available within an hour. Nobody ever showed up and when I called that they told me they have no idea why he didn’t come and next available time is on Monday. Terrible way to do business

Jeremy Spund: SO had an issue with my AC tonight. Called this place and the guy said he couldn't get someone out till the next morning. Given that it Was late on a Friday night, I completely understand. However I was having an issue where my nest wasn't reading power. I tried everything with regards to plugging in the face and charging the battery but still nothing. The nice gentlemen on the phone told me to take a few pics of my unit and send to him via text I did so even a video. he then proceeded to explain to me that given his years of service he knew EXACTLY what was wrong and that I could fix it myself! he proceeded to walk me thru everything I had to do on the phone and it completely worked! problem solved! I offered to bring money to their location and say thank s and he wouldn't have it. The HVAC business is a lucrative one for repair and insalation companies, and generally the. you need emergency service it gets so EXPENSIVE! this guy didn't even ask me for money just walked me thru how to fix it myself... if I ever need major repairs or anything is wrong with my AC im going to call them 100% thank you Reliable Air Conditioning. Dani Schneider: I called Reliable Air Conditioning because my AC unit was broken and I needed to make an appointment. They were able to send a technician to my apartment within 2 hours on a Saturday night to diagnose the problem. He was so kind and able to replace a broken part and fix my unit within 30 minutes on the spot. The price was very reasonable and the service was incredible. I will absolutely use Reliable Air Conditioning in the future and I recommend that anyone else do the same!

Phillips Sosa: When it comes to JJ a/c service I would highly recommend them! I called different AC companies for estimates some will call you back or not, others will push you too units that you didn't want or that they had in stock. However when it came to JJ A/C Service they listen to what I wanted. From day one they were professional as well as courteous. I asked for a Trane two stage system and they were able to get it as well as explain what it does and on what I can expect on save money-wise when it comes to the electricity. Best thing also was they technician was kind and courteous to my family and this whole project from removing the old unit and installing the new unit was flawless and clean!!! I must say when it came to the paperwork for registering the unit and warranty they did it all. Again I highly recommend them. They treat you like family!!! Alberto Pisani: JJ A/C service installed a new thermostat for me last year, and recently replaced my 20+ year old unit with a new 3.5 ton 17 SEER unit and a new thermostat at no additional cost. They returned promptly at no cost to replace the thermostat when I noted the one installed was not programmable like the previously installed one. Unit is running great. Excellent customer service, friendly and honest reps, and always on time per agreed schedule (rare these days, can't stress this enough) I also used JJ A/C service to clean my ducts after the new unit was installed, received a discounted rate and work was done quickly, on time, and well.

The Shade Gallery by Elsy: We called JJ A/C SERVICE today to replace our old air conditioning system. They were punctual, they worked hard and they cleaned everything, it did not look like there was work done in the house. The air conditioning is very quiet and at the same time a lot of air volume through the grilles. They are respectful, professional, hard working and knowledgeable from the phone scheduling all the way through the work and the payment process. Each person in the process expresses their dedication to making the process as smooth as possible. My first call after hours led me directly to the owner, not an answering service, not an unmotivated voice. I got a direct number to my tech for any future issues and I always received "courtesy calls" from a pleasant voice, no robo call and no bored irritated voices. Marco, the owner, came and evaluated the situation and was very knowledgible and patient in explaining all that needed to be done. It was a big job because of water damage caused by some roof damage. All the ducts had to be removed and replaced and the air handler removed and improved. The workers were very capable, caring, careful and kind. They explained and answered all questions and made what was a difficult situation for us so much easier. Vanessa Goas: About two years ago I signed up for Flow Tech's twice annual maintenance program, and I'm so pleased with that decision. Yesterday my AC started dripping water all over the place, and I called Flow Tech and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. The technician Fernando was on time, professional, friendly, worked quick, and solved the issue with my AC, and also provided me with suggestions for how to prevent the issue in the future. Blanca Rodriguez: I called Flow-Tech after reading several reviews online when our air conditioner broke in mid August. Although we got quotes from two other companies, one of which came back less expensive than Flow-Tech, we decided to go with them because of how knowledgeable the technician they sent was. That same day I spoke with Mario who explained all of the options we had and broke down in detail the pros and cons of each unit, we needed to replace both the inside and outside units. He was so incredibly professional and I appreciated greatly just how much information he provided so that my husband and I could make an informed decision. The next day, his crew came out and we couldn't be more impressed. They finished the work quickly and and left everything very clean. Our unit has not given us any issues. I waited at least two months to write the review to ensure that it was working as promised. We are so grateful to Mario and the rest of the Flow-Tech Air Conditioning employees for their expertise and professionalism. They resolved our air conditioning issues in less than 48 hours from the initial call for an estimate. They may not show up as the least expensive, but they are worth every penny. I am so glad that we chose them. Should we have another need with our AC, we will definitely be calling them again.

Ronald Baez: Alfonso was incredibly honest and efficient. They gave me a time window between 9-11 and Alfonso called at 8:30 to let us know he was on his way and came at 9:05 with a mask on. They didn't try to rip off my landlord by selling a new unit we didn't need and did a great job getting the unit to blow cold air. I recommend these guys and will be forwarding their info to whoever needs their ac unit serviced.
Charles Vail: Gorge and the whole team are amazing. Their prices are competitive, Gorge is extremely knowledgeable, they're punctual, friendly and will go the extra mile. We had our whole system replaced, changed all ducting and added a split zone system. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Derek Krug: After a year of searching and wondering if I really need to change a new AC, I finally decided to upgrade to a new AC! My old AC lasted 21 years and is not working at all. I contacted them and someone came to look at it the next day! The prices are reasonable and Gorge is great to work with. They really do give you the best prices!
Darryl Hatcher: This company is incredible. Called Reliable A/C Repair last night at 8pm for an emergency with my furnace. Alfonso showed up at my house at 8:30 and got me up and running temporarily for the night. Had one of his guys at my house at 8am the next morning to make permanent repair. Can not recommend them highly enough!
Gary Lopez: Really appreciated how quickly Yohan responded to our call. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and sorted out our issue with the heating immediately. He also explained to us how our whole system worked and advised us on servicing and ways in which we could improve the efficiency of the whole thing. The Coldlife guy (Yusser) showed up and got our a/c working so we could sleep that night. Early the next morning (Saturday!) he called to let us know he was picking up the part we needed and would be over in an hour to install it and finish the repair. C Fox: The technician from the company was professional and in good communication leading up to the service call, which was originally for repair services. When he arrived he showed me how the existing equipment had been poorly handled and incorrectly altered (ruined) by previous work from previous technicians (Other company). Explained to me what the problem was in several sections of the equipment and told me that this was not repairable. The next day he was back with another technician who also was very professional and knew his business well. They both worked very efficiently to remove the old AC which in fact was worthless as an air conditioner. Then they efficiently put in the new AC and it is working perfectly. They brought in a new AC unit and set it up and set up the exterior part of the unit also. When I looked at the labels on both pieces, it said that the equipment had been manufactured in Sept 2021 (now it is October), so that equipment is super brand new. This could not be better. Scott Brandon: Reliable is their name and also their game. My condenser began making noises a few days ago and last night it stopped working. I woke up on a Sunday to find the thermostat at 81°! I called a few companies in Miami Beach, who all wanted to charge me extra for same day, Sunday service/repair. Luckily I got in touch with reliable air conditioning and refrigeration. Someone answered the phone promptly, asked what my problem was, and where the location was. I was given a 1 to 2 hour ETA and 45 minutes later they were at my door. They were very courteous and respectful, and even wore N-95 respirator masks. After looking at my unit they immediately diagnosed the problem and were able to replace my fan motor in the same appointment. Considering the circumstances, I felt the price was fair and the repair was quick… My thermostat dropped to 74° within an hour. I had to leave a review as a thank you for resolving my problem very quickly. They definitely deserve recognition... highly recommended.

I called to set up an appointment for 3pm with a service fee of $55 for a leaking AC unit but no one shows up until after 5pm and when they do, they change the service fee to $85. So when I tell the technician that the price has changed and ask why so, he argues and says he will leave the scene as is with my AC unit still leaking. Later that day, I realize that they changed something on my AC to where it doesn’t blow out cool air anymore. Terrible company! Please do not believe the fake reviews they write! I will definitely report this company for this behavior.

I was having severe issues with my AC every month leaking into my return, thus causing a horrible mold and rot problem. The technician showed up with high quality equipment to identify the issue and make a fast diagnosis (something that might take hours to a regular technician) . This technician took his time explaining in detail the problem and the different options for a solution. They fixed the situation so that we could be able to sleep comfortably. Travel Click Confirmation: I would like to say THANK you from the bottom of my heart! Yesterday my AC went out and I called several places that were unable to assist for different reasons. I called your company and the phone was answered right away. The young lady that answered the phone was very descriptive about the cost and what service you could provide for me! The first technician (Alain) came to my house diagnosed the issue right away, the fuse was blown. He the went to 3 different stores and was unable to get the part. He did inform me of this and I asked if I could try and get it for him and he sent me a picture of the fuse and described exactly what i needed. I replaced the fuse myself and it did not work. I texted him and he said that he could try and assist by sending another technician. I then saw a loose wire and he told me do not touch anything for my safety please wait for the technician. The second technician (Sergio) came to the house reattached the wire and the AC started working perfectly Unfortunately in our industry all we usually hear our negative things I really would like to show my gratitude and appreciation for both of these gentlemen and the young lady that answered the phone this is the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. I can promise you that if somebody asks for an air-conditioning company I will be more than happy to recommend you. If anything ever goes wrong with my air conditioning I will be calling you again. DJ Walter: Called for an appt for my AC and was told they would be out later in the day - awesome! But then they never showed. Called back multiple times and was told “I was next”. Finally was told that dispatch was going to contact the tech and then the tech would contact me. Never received a call. I finally called them again at 9:53 at night and still being told they’ll contact me. If you can’t make it just say so, don’t lie and prevent me from calling someone else to come out - just be honest. If your AC isn’t working I’d strongly suggest calling someone who does what they say they will. So disappointing

Amanda Ordonez: I’ve actually never left a review before but this left me a little heated. I came home and my AC was not working I found these guys online and made the call. Nice Woman on the phone said 30 dollars to be seen today because I found them through google. Not only did the guy try to charge me 100 when he left but he went outside for maybe two minutes came back in and told me my A/C was not repairable. I was told the unit was too old and they don’t make any parts for it to be repaired anymore and I needed a new one, the guy instantly became pushy with a pamphlet to use their services and do their payment plans and what not. He wasn’t even outside for a full ten minutes before he came in and told me I just needed a new one. I called someone else who came out the next day not only fixed my A/C but personally told me to call and speak to someone about who came out to my house because they should be ashamed of themselves. What he claimed was wrong wasn’t even the problem and then Wanting me to pay 170 dollars for 117 months, for something I didn’t need. Marco Oropeza: Mike and Ana are a complete power couple. They came the same day I called them to schedule an a/c unit installation to check out the situation with my current unit. Mike guided me through the different types of units they offered, answered all of my questions, and Ana emailed me the estimates as we spoke. You really get the sense that they care about your investment, it's not just a job to them. The day of the install their team was efficient and organized. Everyone wore masks and adhered to the CDC regulations. They didn't complain about the extreme heat and humidity in my home. When they were finished Mike and Ana showed me how to use the new system. Which is amazing! There was a minor discrepancy on the official estimate. The thermostat I wanted was quoted at one price and later I was told it was another. Mike made it right by leaving it at the first price quoted. Which showed me they're not in it for the money, but rather the customer's satisfaction in their service. In the end I got the thermostat I wanted for the price I wanted and the feeling I went with the right company. One that gave me quality service for a great budget. I will continue to call on them for any a/c needs.

ML Kirk: I had an a/c unit go out unexpectedly. The team from Coolest Air came out within a few hours. They diagnosed the issue, illustrated it to me then answered all of my questions regarding repair vs replace. Because of the age of the unit and it’s recent maintenance requirements I was leaning towards replacement. They then gave me a couple product offerings in the Trane product line. I researched over night while they prepared two cost estimates. When I made the decision they were very quick to obtain the unit and came a half day early to install the system in the High heat of the day! They got the unit replaced and operational within hours. Their efforts saved me another day working in a hot home office. Equally important, they provided me a very competitive price for the overall project. I highly recommend Coolest Air Conditioning. They will be my go to A/C service provider going forward.
Ross Logan: Coolest Air Conditioning was exceptional when it came to quickly repairing my broken A/C system in the middle of a very hot Miami summer. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and very understanding, helping me get on their wait list and ultimately a time slot for that day, understanding the urgency of need for repairs of my AC since it was the summer time. She called me back a few times after the initial call to confirm my appointment and to let me know when the service men were on the way to my house. They showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, even recommending ways I could keep my A/C in top working condition for longer periods. Anita Fullmer: This company is like having your best friend also know everything about air conditioners. I wanted to write this review months ago when they first came out right away to troubleshoot and fix our AC unit on a brutally hot day in February. After the follow up help they offered I wanted to sit down immediately and write this review. During times like these when everything is uncertain and we are all experiencing difficulty, they immediately answered our phone call and proceeded to help us over the phone!! Who does that these days? NO ONE! But they did. This is a family run business that reminds me of what it must have been like during a time when helping your neighbor came first. Adam Freedman: Coolest is an extremely professional and honest contractor to work with! They provided me with lots of information on my 15 year old air condenser unit, gave fair pricing on repairing only the parts that needed repair, but also provided me with a quote on upgrading to a premium system and why it was worth it without being pushy. I ended up upgrading to a new Trane system and I absolutely love it, not only am I saving a ton on my electric bill now, but the improvement in air quality is really noticeable. Marcos Fleury: I took my 2004 Pontiac GTO to have my AC repaired and I was impressed that before anything he tested the unit for leaks and lack of freon and advised that the compressor was bad and need to be replaced. He was able to special order the compressor and fixed the car in less than 24 hrs. his shop was clean, all organized, he explained in detail what he was going to do to correct the problem. my car is perfect and ac working as it is supposed to. lourdes vizcaya: 07/17/2021 My Ford Explorer wasn't cooling and there was a funny sound coming from the engine, I showed up a little before 10:00 am on a Saturday and was out before 11:00 am. Met with the owner Artiles, told him the problem I was having, he asked me to open the hood and almost immediately found a leak gave me a quote told him I was fine with it. Not only did he replace the part that was the source of the leak, but filled the Freon the proper levels, oiled the compressor which took the funny sound away and the price that I paid is what most places charge just to look at it!! Artiles is very professional an honest. Thank God I took my Explorer there. This place is Great and I highly recommend it!! Service: A/C system repair

Pete McKnight: I brought my 2011 Acura RDX in in the advise of a friend. Mr. Artiles was very helpful and diagnosed my AC problem in less than 10 minutes. He gave me a very good quote for the work that needed to be done. He had the car fixed by the next morning. New AC compressor, labor, system cleaned, and Freon for a price that I just could not believe. I truly thought it was going to cost twice as much. And when the work was finished he honored the quote without any additional charges. Absolutely the most honest and fair person I have dealt with in a long time. My car now blows colder than an ice cream truck, even in this Miami heat. I would recommend Artiles to anybody needing quality AC work done on their vehicle. So happy. 10 stars.

Alejandro Falcon: After getting the run around calling several electricians to install a mini split at my home, I looked online and saw Best Price Mini Splits Miami. What impressed me the most was that they only had 5 Star Reviews. I figured they were worth talking to and see what happens. I now know why they only have 5 Star reviews. Peter(Owner) and Mariano came to my house when they said they would. They wore their masks and explained the installation process. Set up seemed very quick, even though it took several hours. They were very organized in setting the outside and inside units. Installation was very professional looking and I found myself loving my new mini split after having a wall AC. Great price for a Daizuki mini split and installation. I hardly write reviews but these guys deserve one because they went above and beyond what I expected. They are amazing. Edwardo: Needed a mini-split for my master bedroom called and spoke with peter he answered all my questions and boy did I have a ton of questions for him. he is very knowledgeable and very professional. I was surprised was the clean installation with very little to no dust was introduced to my home after drilling thru the wall. he also made sure to close the door outside every time he entered and exited the home I have cats and this was a blessing usually I have to follow anyone working in my home due to my cats trying to leave out the door. will recommend this company to friends and family. it was truly a pleasure having called peter and choosing him to install my 12000 BTU mini-split unit. room is freezing cold now. He replaced our Freidrich (awful) mini split with a new Daizuki, re routed the drainage/compressor line very cleanly, even identified a dangerous hot ground so that we could get that fixed via an electrician to avoid future issues. No BS, job was completed within 2 hours, hole in exterior wall was patched, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mini split setup in the area. Ingrid Pujol: Our central AC broke down and after having a few different companies take a look at it, they all told us our house was incompatible with Central AC (flat roof, no attic). We started looking into ductless mini splits and this was the first company that popped up. It was a Friday, we have a baby in the home, and we really needed a fast resolution. We called Peter and he explained the process to us. We were so worried it was going to cost us a fortune, and Peter even encouraged us to shop around for estimates, but after we saw the two quote options he sent, we thought the prices were really fair. He told us he would have trouble squeezing us in Monday, but said he’d do his absolute best. He did and they were able to move things around to get us installed with some desperately needed cool air. We had two mini splits installed by his time and they did it in two hours so we were able to enjoy some freezing cold air ASAP. Dan Homer: Called on a Tuesday requesting appointment for Thursday. Quoted me $125, just for showing up, then extra for any work needed. Was told someone will be there between 8-10am, took time off work on Thursday, then received phone call at 9:15 with gentleman asking what issue was and that a service person was an hour away. Took time off work for nothing.
Nicholas Prieto: I highly recommend Harper Air . Hereis the reason why I give them 5 stars . About 6 months ago they installed a new AC in my home. Everything was done efficiently by Harper. Unfortunately 6 months later the motor in the AC unit burned out . On a Saturday we called Harper . They came to the house and temporarily fixed the motor until a new motor could be installed . Two days later , on a Monday morning , we received a phone call from Harper to schedule the installation of the replacement motor . They were out to our house first thing Tuesday morning and replaced the motor ....NO CHARGE ! The reason I recommend Harper is because they stand behind their work and will fix and replace products whenever it is necessary . I’ve used Harper for years and would not think of going with anyone else ! Thank You Harper !!!!

Marielena McLaughlin: Harper’s Air is a professional company. They are always on time. Fernando Obeso always answers the phone and returns your phone call on a timely matter. We installed a Trane unit the XV 18 system and so far we are very happy with their services. I highly recommend Emilio. (He is one of their mechanics) He is patience, knowledgeable and courteous. After the unit was installed they came to our house several times to make sure that everything was working smoothly and properly. I highly recommend this company for the installation of your ac.

Michele Rodriguez: I have given business to this company before, but never had the bad fortune of dealing with the owner, Mr. Harper. Upon arriving at my home and looking at my a/c unit, he told me I dealt with “junkies” and he had “a good mind to get in his truck and leave”. That “junkie” was my husband, who had inspected the a/c unit the night before when it wasn’t cooling. As I was explaining this to Mr. Harper, he walked out of my home and left, not allowing me to complete my sentence. Although his staff has always been extremely friendly, I will never give Mr. Harper business again.
