M R: Won't go back here again. The employees have more time for each other than the customers. I was there to purchase a Sony camera and wanted an employee's advice on which one to purchase, there was no problem with them wandering around doing whatever the hourly employed do for 8/10hrs. If you ask me if I want help and I responded, Yes, I do. That doesn't mean you do get someone else to get someone else. If you work there you work there. I then found the manager who was aware of me waiting for over 10 minutes tells and employee to assist me, the employees then tell me to wait until he was done speaking with the manager. He obviously couldn't be bothered with me wanting to purchase the camera or asking where are all the SD ®cards? The camera was $1200. Jeff Bezos will get the business.PAUSE!

Hunter Masi: Came in to purchase a laptop and of course no one was even there to assist at all with my purchase. Finally, I found someone who didn't even seem like they wanted to be bothered that I need assistance by the computers. He at least said he would get someone to come (30 mins later of course) and he was helpful to an extent. Moral of the story is that if you know what you want to purchase come here if not forget it, you will get no help from anyone. Luckily for me the service was much better at the Pembroke Pines location which I went to pickup my laptop purchase since they were out of stock there anyways.

Marco Watson: I was charged 213.99 for a phone I purchased when I arrived to the store I was greeted by the manager Steven they told me I couldn't get that phone and refunded me the purchase and then on may 4th I was charged again for the 213.99 and they refunded me but wouldn't show me a proper receipt with the refund amount and they refunded me 199.99 and told me in order to get the 213.99 back I need to call a number. They obviously did some tricky bull and tried to charge me for it. I will be getting it sorted.

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

Mike C: I bought all new appliances. A 75” Qled, a TV stand and 2 love seats here. I paid to have the appliances installed. The delivery guys for the appliances showed up and said the appliances wouldn’t fit in my kitchen and left the appliances in my living room which is why I am deleting a star. Horrible service! Those guys don’t deserve to have a job. I had to call a contractor to come and have them installed for 200$. The contractor was able to fit them into my kitchen. Not sure why the delivery guys didn’t do their job! The TV installation team were excellent. They even showed me how to work the remote. Unfortunately one of the loveseats broke immediately after using the recliner function. I took it back and the manager was super nice and understanding and exchanged it for a regular non reclining sofa which is what I asked for. She was super nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I am overall happy with the quality and service provided accept the appliance delivery guys.

Connie Picouto: Felix was a great salesguy and I wish I didn’t feel so strongly now about never giving this store my business because he deserves every sale. Unfortunately, our fridge was defective. After calling the store to see if it would be okay to return without the box I was told not only would that be okay, but also that the restocking fee would be waved since the defect seemed intermittent. Upon arrival after renting a truck to transport it, manager David was both unhelpful and provided no alternatives, despite the return (still in cling wrap) being at his discretion. He wouldn’t honor any previous conversations with the store. It seems the culture in this department is to be rude- I watched Octavia belittle another employee in front of customers. The poor kid just shrugged and I felt worse for him than myself for having to deal with her as long as I did. I was told the actual manager of the department was off today. Company policy should not be discretionary when the employees allowed to run the department for the day are this unpleasant and purposely unhelpful. No surprise they’re hiring with the way people are being treated by Octavia while she is encouraged by David. Disgusting behavior. After an hour of back and forth, turns out they didn’t even have the fridge to exchange after all!

marlon perez: Was walking around the cell phones and Bluetooth area for a while and not one salesperson asked if I needed something. It was a bunch of young people who had no interest in asking me for a help until I finally found what I was looking for myself. I guess if they know they're not selling something expensive and not making any commission they're not going to waste their time. I'll take that into consideration when it's time to buy high price items. Alot of them will judge based on the way you dress and look and they'll know if you're going to buy something big or so they think. I used to visit the store all the time but I'm glad I was reminded why I haven't been to the store in years.

Alfred Martinez: Brandsmart, I would like to leave a good review for the following employees, Eddy Gutierrez, Andres and Joshua of your store located at Palmetto and 47 Avenue, 4320 NW 167th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33054 . I would also like to tell you that your customer service needs attention because there is none. I bought a complete bedroom set on April 30th, 2022 and it was not delivered until May 11, 2022. First I want to tell you step by step what happened. The delivery address of the furniture was wrong, I don't understand how it happened when I gave my license to the seller on the day of the sale so that she could see all my information without problems. When I realized that my address was wrong days later, I called the store more than 10 time and without exaggeration to correct the delivery address something very simple. After I got frustrated about being transferred to every single department on the store, they always sent me to an answering machine at the end. The truth is that I got frustrated because to sell me any item in the store all the vendors offered to help me and they were very kind. Finally, by the grace of God, Eddy Gutierrez called me to inform me that there was a problem with the bed I bought and a piece had to be changed because and the delivery would be delayed for Monday, May 9. I explained to Eddy that I understood, I let him know to correct the delivery address. On Monday, May 9, I lost a whole day of work waiting for the delivery and no one deigned to give me a courtesy call to let me know what was happening. With great sadness I called Eddy who was on his day off and he helped me again. Today I leave 5 stars but the stars are not for your store customer service because there's none. Please correct your customer service, I'm a paying customer and I have to sleep on the floor for several days due to your store lack of service. Fam Cintron: The worst experience ever, I went in looking for a case for my iPad 6 salesmen in the counter not even one blink to acknowledge there was a rack that said 29.99 and had about 7 cases left I took one went to the register it scan 39.99 I told the cashier about the rack and the price she called a front head cashier with a horrible attitude interrupting me when I was explaining again she turn around and called the store manager he then came when to the rack and said “ someone put this in the wrong spot “ ok I said well I don’t work here in the stocking department I would know, he did not want to discount the item at this time we had spend around 30 minutes in this location. This is the worst and the sad part of it management won’t do nothing cause he is the store manager.

Manuel Vargas: Sales Associates are in a rush to do nothing to help customers, I came to the store for a flash drive and an internal SSD drive for my PC. The only help I got is finger pointing where I suppose to find their product. When I got the items, the cashier was in a rush because she had to leave. I couldn't ask questions about the product . Poor customer service from everyone at the sales floor. Of course, if you are looking for big and expensive items they will be very attentive.

Jito: Horrible Customer service experience on two separate occasions weeks apart. tried to schedule a warranty repair after waiting two weeks the repair service was cancelled ... The "customer Service" Representatives can be rude and short with their responses. I have purchased a TV, and Washing Machine and Dryer from Brandsmart and have had issued with all three. When you are trying to get support with repairs it's like pulling teeth.

Nadia Ghani: I went this evening ready to purchase my new TV and entertainment system. Rodolfo Cortes an employee at brands mart approached us yelling we can not touch the TV’s . We kindly apologized and explained we wanted to purchase a TV and were looking at the screens . He went on to tell my husband and me the QLED samsung was a very fragile Screen we would have to pay if anything happens to the tv in the most aggressive manner . When I asked for the manager he said he was a manager and insinuated he would kick us out of the store . We are highly educated people and didn’t want to scope to his level. We asked for another sales rep and Jose Guzman attended us . He was very professional and though we were going to leave and not purchase anything due to the horrible service revered by Rodolfo. We actually were very pleased with Jose and purchased our LG OLED 2022 TV 77 inch . Rodolfo should not be a manager he lacks customer service and could of costed brands Mart a sale of thousands of dollars . He truly needs training in customer service.

Mafe: The lines here are incredibly long as it is the case with pretty much every Walmart. I’m currently standing in the return line, I’m the 4th person in line out of 9 people. How many customer reps may you guess, are working the line? 1. I tried to get her some help and the closest employee was the one at the self check-out and she was also the only employee in that section. She also seemed overwhelmed. The manager passed by with a car full of things and as she was approached but this employee she said, “I can’t” while pointing at her cart. So make your own conclusion:

Ewok s: Use as a last resort !!!!! More than 20 Registers. And 2 cashier's open daily!!! Management never opens other registers On purpose. Just for Customers to get frustrated, and leave. Open the other registers. It's that simple. And Hire better workers not snappy, lippy , employee's who always say they don't know where anything is. And leave there large restocking carts in the way, blocking isles and don't have the common sense to say sorry or move it they just look at you nasty as if your a bother.

Dave García: The warehouse that has everything you need (and more) reigns in Westchester. I mean, why go anywhere else? Sure, this Walmart is next to a Publix in the same shopping center, but Publix doesn’t have all the great goodies and low prices WM has. Remember, it’s open 24 hours so don’t freak out if you see any Walmartians at any given moment – have your phone ready to snap that shot of those crazy people.

I had to asked to a coach and 5 different associates, wait for 20min until Shaonda came and answer my question. Then Rita did wrong the transaction causing a fraud message. That was a worst service

I do not live in Miami but have dealt with many other telecom and travel companies there and their service and customer service does not compare to this company one bit. Every time I walk into their office I am welcomed and greeted with open arms. Same as when I call in. No matter what time of the day, it seems that they are always in a good mood which is very important when dealing with customers. My opinion is that this is one of the very few companies that really cares about us Cubans and understands how difficult it is for us to communicate and travel there. This is solely my opinion and experience and no remuneration was given for this review.

Yosvany is the only one who is really helpful and polite. They should provide a better training or found new agents who treat customers with etiquette at least . Remember the cost of Cuban calls are the most expensive probably in all world and we all as Cuban should be support each other’s in same way but evidently that’s not happening. I would love to give you guys all 5 starts but your service it will be better for all .

The account gets restricted continuously, and no one notifies you of what's going on, and if you complain or try to speak to a manager, "the manager is never there." This is the only time I have ever written a bad review about any company because we are not perfect and anyone can have a bad day, but THEY ARE CONSTANTLY ON BAD-DAY MODE CHANGING THE RULES AND MAKING MISTAKES.

Firstly couldn't try it on, Fitbit regulations apparently, but still OK, we'll take it. Attendant says sorry no key for the cabinet, go to customer care. Went to customer care, the guy tells me they are short staffed so I must scan a QR code, then register, then put my name on a list to have an attendant come and get it out of the cabinet for. At that point I just said you have to be kidding, I will get it on Amazon. Good luck Bestbuy, you will need it!

The store is management and leadership have been able to create a system that creates an efficient and positive store environment for the customers. Everything is always on stock and if it item is not in the store the team members always do their best to find an alternative solution for me. As an electronics not myself I'm always happy to see people who know what they're talking about what I have to do new setups for my clients Overall this store is the best place to get my electronics. Randy Pardo: Purchased a Bird Air Scooter. Rang up for $499.99, but didn't notice the pricing error. Left the store and later realized the real price was $489.99 as shown on the rice tag. This has happened twice to us already. Always check your price before leaving this place. Bad experience with extended warranties too.

Healthy Care: Samuel ordaz the manager was rude and he lacks professionalism to talk to customers. He does not want to work and He takes the easy route to try to get rid of you from the store. So if you have a delivery problem or any problem at all he is definitely not the manager to approach.

Dayalin Amores: In this store they do not value their customers, they sold me a Samsung washing machine on 04/23 and on 01/06 it burned, I called them and all they do is give me phone numbers and no solutions, today I come home a box with a Samsung washing machine motor so I think what they are trying to do is repair a washing machine that cost me 500 dollars and lasted me a month and days…. This store is totally unethical, I will never buy from them again.

Paul Durand: I do not usually write reviews but this is probably one of the worst customer service experiences. I was warned about this and I should have listened. Do NOT buy here. I bought multiple kitchen appliances over 4 months ago. The Frigidaire dishwasher never worked. The Brandsmart repair person was only able to be scheduled 6 weeks after I purchased the appliance. When he finally came he said there was an issue with a missing part and that it had to be ordered. After that, customer supervisors claim he went on vacation and there is nothing that can be done. I have probably spent 5-6 hours calling customer service about this issue and never getting a straight forward answer. After another 2 months, the same repair person showed up asking what the problem was. He was clueless and clearly did not have the parts. Now its been more than 4 months and the dishwasher is still not usable. Still no one is offering any solutions. Complete disregard for the customer!

Gustavo Garcia-Montes: Bought kitchen appliances. Was advised that delivery and installation was included. When the delivery person arrived they refused to install the items. Once I had the clothes washer installed, it was defective. Brandsmart makes it difficult to return the item, having to have a "service" call prior to return. Lesson learned. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

Hey it’s Xot: I was a cashier at this location back in 2020 although it was a year ago I had the worse experience they had me in and out of training one of the mangers DEBRAH was very unprofessional she threw me on the cash register knowing I had no experience at all not to mention INDI the head manger is very rude and has horrible customer service she talked down on me like if I couldn’t comprehend she has a nasty attitude and I couldn’t stand working with none of those e so call mangers it’s been times customers had to wait on the mangers to approve them of something and as a cashier your supposed to turn on your light the mangers would stand together and ignore the light like if they had somewhere better to be worst job ever anytime there was new employees to come see how it’ll be working there they’ll never return that’s highly embarrassing I would t work here nor shop there Debrah was stealing time Indi has a nasty attitude Camille was always trying to see her boyfriend sade was acting like she cared how I felt on the register but was always with the people who never wanted to do their jobs DO NOT WORK HERE ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

Andrea McFann: I had the WORST customer service experience at this Best Buy last week when I was trying to upgrade my son's cell phone. We arrived at 6:45 and the woman behind the desk in the cell phone department ignored us for 10 minutes (completely engrossed in her own cell phone) until I finally went up to her and asked for help. I literally had to say "hello" in order for her to look up and make eye contact with me. The message that I was bothering her at that point could not have been more clear. She informed me that she could not initiate a cell phone activation because it was only about an hour before closing (hence her trying to ignore us until she hit the hour window). I asked if she could please go ahead and do it because there was an hour left and my son was having trouble with his current phone. She called for a supervisor who came over and proceeded to provide even WORSE service. If they couldn't activate the phone that's fine, but I was really amazed at how rude both of them were. If looks could kill, my kids and I would have dropped dead right there in Best Buy! We left feeling horrible. I told my son we could check the Verizon store 2 minutes away and see if they at least had his phone in stock. We walked in and the customer service was like night & day!!! I asked the manager if it was too late to purchase & activate a new phone and he said, no not all all! Not only did they take care of my son's phone, but my daughter's as well. Had us all taken care of before 8:00 with a smile on their face! I will NEVER try to get a phone from Best Buy again, not after that experience.

Stef Lee (Stef in Miami): Two AMAZING experiences! A few months ago I needed to update my cell phone. Ray was our sales consultant, and Sherry was the Manager on Duty. After choosing the phone, Ray called AT&T about activation and pricing. AT&T authorized the the lowest price. When Ray tried to ring us up the computer wouldn't allow the price. This is when Sherry got involved. She was able to honor the authorized price. Love them! This time Jeremy, has long hair, was our sales consultant. Jeremy and Carlos were not able to get the lowest price, but with Jeremy's help we found a better phone for what we needed. Jeremy was so helpful and knowledgeable. The sales consultants at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you need to get a cell phone at Best Buy this location is THE BEST in Miami!

Dennis Lanzada: My most recent Visit to Best Buy store today at dadeland Miami was horrible. The store manager on duty Kaitlyn refused to give me a refund on an item purchased as an opened item. She wanted to charge me restocking fee for an open item that does not have a restocking fee. As an elite member I have 30 days to return an item. I explained to this person with no knowledge that am returning an opened item purchased two weeks ago which half no restocking fee and that was verified by Best Buy customer service before purchasing the item. The store manager Kaitlin called me a “little aggressive” because I was saying that I am not paying a restocking fee on an open item. She make me wait in the store for 30 minutes with attitude. Pandu Thadjudin: First ever experience with Geek Squad. I got really lucky to get an appointment within 24 hrs. I called in because I was going to be a little late and the agent assured me not to worry. Also, it was 30 mnts before closing time, there were a couple of people behind me. I was so sure I would be rushed. But that's not what happened, the agent who I think the initial is AG, took the time to listen to the issue and explained the possible outcome etc etc. The quoted days to finish the repair would be 5 to 10 days, my heart sink :( But then, at 11AM the very next day, Michael, the agent who's working on my laptop gave me a call to follow up. Unexpectedly fast, and he was able to repair it in no time. One happy customer. One little bummer, geek squad protection doesn't cover software issue, only hardware. Ps. They sanitize the desk and chair before every new consultation. Great assurance during this weird time. Highly appreciated. Thanks guys

Jose educated us on the difference in specs between TVs and he looped in Christy the manager to assist in resolving an issue we previously had with cancelling a warranty we had on a previous tv. Five stars are well deserved for this location.

Alma Miranda: Arnold at the Geek Squad was heaven sent. My mom got a new phone at AT&T and they told her they could not help her to transfer her info… that she would have to make an appointment at Best Buy. My mother recently had back surgery and was in a lot of pain. We ended up going to Best Buy and despite finding out that they really don’t do that there (meant to be done on your own), Arnold took the time to help us out. He guided us through the process, brought a chair for my mom and stayed with us throughout the process until my moms new phone was perfectly working and with the correct SIM card. I was so very appreciative of his time and care and knowledge and mostly for seeing my mother in pain and trying to help her out. I hope more employees are like him during these crazy times. The employees themselves are very helpful. However that doesn't negate the fact that there is barely anything on the shelves and there are sections of the store that the shelves are bare. I'm not sure if this is a satellite store or simply an overflow for the larger stores in the city.If you need something simple then stop on by, but if you need things that are more specific, take the drive out to Doral and visit that location instead.

Do whatever you can to keep someone as valuable as her on staff.

Robert Rivera: Wow! The things that make no sense in Miami. This is a Superstore (in name only), the store was literally exploding with customers. To serve this avalanche of people… TWO cashiers open and the lines to pay reaching the back of the store, even more interesting ‘Customer Service’ closed, lights out! This is on a Sunday January 2, 2022 @1pm Honestly, why does this store even exist? I do not understand!🤷🏼‍♂️

Lenrock: The few items I was really wanting to find here were out of stock. I was able to pick up some essentials thought at what I thought was a reasonable price. For a Walmart this size the parking seemed limited even though I was there at what looked to be a not very busy time. I had a few produce items that I thought might be difficult to use the self-checkout with, but that proved to not be much of an issue. Overall, not a bad store but it's probably better to use the app to see if things are in stock or not before you make the trek across town.

The lines are so long they extend from the cashier to the midsection of the menswear/shoe department. What is the next move: request from management coins for the register. The customer left shaking his head. My turn. I have a plant that is cover in a yellow clearance for .75 cents. It rings up for $2.97. I politely show her the clearance. Her response was: “it is ringing up for $2.97. I politely said I can see that it did but that is not the current price. She just stares at me. What to do next? Call for management. I suggested for her to ask for help. She continues to stare. She did not call for help but instead turn on a blinking light. I flagged the attention of someone and she said over ride. She continue to put in the wrong price and kept the 2.97. I am like huh. .75 x 4 is $3 not $6. She finally gets it right continues to throw the reminding products I bought into a bag. Simply Amazing

Extra long lines, out of 20 something registers is usually less than 10 cashiers working. I can never find an employee over the jewelry department.

Georges V: Terrible. Good luck finding a shopping cart. They take forever to bring them back inside. ALWAYS long waiting lines for self checkout. They should limit the items because most of the customers are extremely slow scanning the products. They have good deals and the store is big, but I avoid going there because of the lines to checkout.

Anhisha Cooper: If I didn't live so close to this location I would never return but between Miami traffic and just needing simple things to make dinner for low price I continue to go. It's all about convince. This location does a horrible job at restocking, there is employees constantly on the floor but yet nothing is stocked when it comes to food. I cant always find the items I need because of that reason. You can never get help in areas like fabric. The store gets very packed and yet near check out you get management and leaders in a circle saying " I leave soon, I don't wanna hop on and then not be able to get off when it's time for me to go." What happened to putting the customer first? Or at least opening the lane and finding a cashier. The stores use walkies you should be able to find someone to run the register or better yet as a manger do it yourself to reduce the crazy lines that go from one end of the store to the next. To be honest this locations lines are always insane unless you go at opening time then it's mellow. But even then to just do a quick simple lunch run is a mission. Solid 1 hour to 2 hours.

Kerim Nassar: Great place to buy all kinds of things for the house, food, entertainment, garden, etc. Well recommended.

Enmanuel Rumbos: A bit of a run down walmart. Long lines at the cashier, and staff in disarray. The only consistent thing was the "people from walmart" It never disappoints.

Cheryl J: This store is always a zoo. Regardless of what time of day or night you come here there are 10 million people shopping in this store. Self checkout lines move pretty quickly. However the patrons on the other hand are rude af and never have any manners. Most of the staff don’t speak enough English to help you when needed except if you try to point and gesture to try to talk to them (it’s the area). Many times they have the items you are looking for but when they don’t you have to look in the high shelf stock area to see if they just haven’t put it on the shelf yet. Just wish they had more available lines both self checkout and cashiers.

Alexis Rodriguez: Pretty good Walmart but what took it to next level for me was the coffee shop inside. I got a coladita and it was the best coffee i had in a long time - I like espresso so it was the best for me. The service was excellent and it was only 1 dollar!!!

Janio Arrowsmith: Terrible experience here trying to buy a robovac. They had some in stock inside an area locked with a key, I asked one employee for help and they told me key was lost, we called for help multiple times through the speaker system but no one came to resolve the issue, I tried to ordering it online to pickup in store but the store canceled the order saying they had no inventory which was a lie, had to do online order to ship to my home to resolve it..horrible customer service

Courtney Amor: Going in on a Friday night after work to get your phone fixed...no problem! These guys literally fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. Tech was friendly, showed me what was wrong with my battery, fixed the LCD screen and glass for $74 (bought a groupon)!!! I am super pleased and beyond grateful for their business ethics! TestedWater on Instagram&Twitter: NEVER buy phones from this place. After we established to meet at their store through Offerup, I asked Alberto inside if the S20+ unlocked was capable of 5g and he said yes, I had explained to him that I have poor reception in many areas around Miami and he nodded understandably. Afterwards I go to the local T-Mobile store and they notify me that the phone is an international model that lacks 5g. I try to return the phone and the snake oil salesman refuses a return and lies about the conversation we had. AVOID this place.

Dominique St Hilaire: Walmart as a whole has to do better especially the one in nmb, FL. I entered the store around 8:00 pm to purchase a shower curtain rod. Im not sure if it's normal protocol to restock 3 hours before closing by pulling out the entire inventory and completely blocking all access to the bath section. I try my best to avoid walmart and today reminded me why. Target would never!!!!

Jason Allan: 2 hours to check out...not enough employees and a poorly managed store. Also, much of the common items were not on shelves. Many bare shelves that were difficult to manage due to the main areas being blocked by pallets of stuff. Just chaos...

Marian Malcolm: It’s 9:30 pm Saturday June 4, 2022 In spite of not that many shoppers walking around there is A HUGE line all the way to the BACK WALL of the store. If it was rush hour like 5 pm I could understand. But this late and with not that many shoppers, the workers here are not very efficient. Whoever is managing this store seriously does not know what they are doing. Only A small percentage of the many cashiers are being used. It should not be a 90 min wait in line at this time. Horrible experience

Javier Portillo: This Walmart is SUPER PACKED which explains why they run out of inventory. Most of the isles were empty. To make things worse it only has a few checkout lines open. They should add more self checkout lines and get rid of the registers that aren’t being used. Unfortunately it always comes down to budget, greed and poor management. Avoid if possible unless you’re willing to wait 30+ minutes to check out.

Leonardo Villalba: Walmart @ 163 ne 15ave.This is how they have their merchandise at this store. Not secure, my 7-year-old son got cut at the store with a knife, and when I went to inform the store manager the supervisor was called and he was very nasty about the situation, no help! Mr. Vicent (supervisor) was trying to escalate the situation instead of helping. Said “ I can't do anything about it you should watch your kid better”, that he was going to put the knives back where it was. Even after we told him someone else could get hurt. He didn’t even care that my son was in pain saw blood on his clothes and all but once he heard about a report was going to be done he was “acting” like he cared and while doing that was still being sarcastic with his comments. If I could rate 0 stars I would do so

bbnapad: Big parking spaces, clean shelves, very accessible. Customer service is ok. It's the place for busy people (parents mostly) when it comes to products variety. I love the garden area, the pharmacy, and the craft area would be my kids favorite area. The down side would be when you wanna check your items and there's not enough open cash register 🙀😠. It would be nice they work on that (you know like Costco do, the lines might be long, they have a way to ease the flow...) Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Marva Huff: Bought this Himalayan Salt Lamp here last week. This is the shidnicks ❤️❤️❤️ My favorite Walmart is the on 79th St. They have the best friendliest Customer Service staff! Wonder if my girl had her baby yet! They have beautiful house plants. The beauty and health section is jam packed with goodies at the best prices ever. Recently my son bought some deodorant because he didn’t know where I put the extra ones he purchased. So he went to our neighborhood Walgreens and overpaid for the same items Walmart had for so much less. I purchase staples like crinkled potatoes all the time and so much more for less than anywhere else❤️❤️❤️love my Walmart

Levi K: This store is in very close proximity to me. It has a decent stock but many areas are frequently not well stocked. Staff are well meaning but apparently not well trained. I asked an employee for corkscrews, she led me to the soda stream machines. Employee: this? Me: no, corkscrews, for opening wine bottles Employee: if you don't see it we don't have it. I show her a picture on my phone and she finally leads me to the location where a solitary corkscrew lay. The self check out lines are ok but for some purchases you need the regular check out counter. Employees don't seem well equipped to deal with large orders efficiently. Lines move at a painfully slow place. I'll still go back for the convenience but it's a shame because it could be much better.

Lyn: This place is the seventh circle of hell. Avoid at all costs! Lines are ridiculously long and everything moves at a slooowwww pace. I actually regret online shopping at Walmart because this is the closest location for returns.

Marva Huff: I was casually shopping meten I noticed my IPhone battery was low so captured by the beautiful display of Pride colors I stepped into the T-MOBILE store on Lincoln Rd. Adan greeted me. I asked to please charge my phone while I do some shopping in the area. He gladly assisted me by first kindly taking a few snapshots then he proceeded with charging my phone for me. I met A local Author, and bought new sneakers from Steve Maden, browsed Zara and HM. And Macy’s great way to get some excel use in! When I return at quarter to nine some other cutie created me. I said some handsome was supposed to be charging my phone. He said that’s not sufficient information since only handsome guys work here👶🤩. My IPhone was completely charged in that short span of time so Adan sold me a new charger, set! He showed me some great features of the 4 camera Samsung that he had. But try to make me happy about my decisión to stick with IPhones. Had such a great outing yesterday🙏

rodolfo beneitez: Terrible service and very disrespectful from the sellers and the manager. When buying a Samsung Galaxy A12 after a few days of use it did not receive a charge. We returned to the store because it was less than 1 month old. When talking to one of the managers (Daniel) he told us that we should take it to a Samsung store since he had no way to help us. We returned the next day and another manager explained to us that more than 15 days had passed and we had to take it to a Samsung store, which a 67-year-old man (owner of the phone) could never locate because he had no way to get to the place. Finally after calling customer service with representative Lally and transferring me to her supervisor they sent us a new phone in less than 72 hours. We went to this store again and they couldn't help us activate the phone. How can it be possible that these employees, after passing appropriate training, cannot carry out a service like this or even make the effort to contact customer service at the time of the visit and do the pertinent steps to help a senior who has no technology skills and relies on third parties to communicate?
