M R: Won't go back here again. The employees have more time for each other than the customers. I was there to purchase a Sony camera and wanted an employee's advice on which one to purchase, there was no problem with them wandering around doing whatever the hourly employed do for 8/10hrs. If you ask me if I want help and I responded, Yes, I do. That doesn't mean you do get someone else to get someone else. If you work there you work there. I then found the manager who was aware of me waiting for over 10 minutes tells and employee to assist me, the employees then tell me to wait until he was done speaking with the manager. He obviously couldn't be bothered with me wanting to purchase the camera or asking where are all the SD ®cards? The camera was $1200. Jeff Bezos will get the business.PAUSE!

Hunter Masi: Came in to purchase a laptop and of course no one was even there to assist at all with my purchase. Finally, I found someone who didn't even seem like they wanted to be bothered that I need assistance by the computers. He at least said he would get someone to come (30 mins later of course) and he was helpful to an extent. Moral of the story is that if you know what you want to purchase come here if not forget it, you will get no help from anyone. Luckily for me the service was much better at the Pembroke Pines location which I went to pickup my laptop purchase since they were out of stock there anyways.

Marco Watson: I was charged 213.99 for a phone I purchased when I arrived to the store I was greeted by the manager Steven they told me I couldn't get that phone and refunded me the purchase and then on may 4th I was charged again for the 213.99 and they refunded me but wouldn't show me a proper receipt with the refund amount and they refunded me 199.99 and told me in order to get the 213.99 back I need to call a number. They obviously did some tricky bull and tried to charge me for it. I will be getting it sorted.

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

Peter Papagiannakis: While this may be a "star" location, it is the messiest, most unorganized, right down dangerous Home Depot I have ever been. Not only they have many items out of stock (understandable) but all items are allover the place. You need to look inside the bins as bins do not contain what they are labeled for and you need to look on all other bins if you are in a bind... I rather drive to another Home Depot or Lowes or another store, even if it's more expensive as my time is a lot more expensive after all!

Adam Borja Garcia (Adán): Just about everything you need for home improvement and maintenance, as well as gardening! This location is almost always super busy. Some employees are helpful, some just find a way to dodge anyone looking like they have questions. It's not very easy to find things like little tool details, so it may be likely you'd need a whole day in this place. Self-checkout is great!

OLGA GUERRA: Worst Home Depot in the area. Customer service reps are incompetent and slow. As you can see no one is at the registers and we’ve been waiting over 15 minutes. Two or three employees gathered discussing their day. No regards for the customers!!!

Fabio Cabrera: #1 South Florida store. Always packed, always busy. Returns Department always packed, usually moves fast. New return policy: no receipt, no refund or store credit either. Make sure if not utilizing self checkout register, that your register personnel inputs your email to save your receipts. Additionally, make sure the register personnel has change in their register and doesn't short change you, because they don't have change in the register when paying in cash. Self checkout registers are only good for credit card payments. Parking lot is big, but always at 80% full, at all hours of the day. Located along a busy street (SW 8th Street, US 441). Just like everywhere else, prices are higher, if not triple in prices when it comes to building materials. Police officers, usually 2 of them on scene throughout the day. Always self employed workers on exterior of premise looking for a quick job. Most employees on the floor are not so helpful when asking for assistance. They'll usually point you to the area of the product you're looking for or just respond by saying, "If it isn't there, then we don't have it". The store has been remodeled and sections have been located to others areas of the store. Overall, expect to be around lots of people. There's another Home Depot nearby in Coconut Grove. Less busy, but prices are higher due to the location.

Colneitha Henriques: Customer service wasn't that great today. I went to buy plywood and I took up a sheet that was $12.23 when I reach to the cashier it was $23. and some change. I explained to the cashier that wasn't the price. So I walked back to the section and a sales person was assisting me, but he wasn't no help because I asked him 4x to speak to a supervisor or a manager and he didn't called them. All he said that they placed the plywoods in the wrong spot and I said all 13 of them and he said yes. So I said why are you not calling the S or the M he said they won't do anything about it.

Fergie Gutierrez: Unfortunately the conditions of the parking lot were very bad. Trash everywhere, carts everywhere, parking cement blocks were detached from floor. This is all part of the pick up experience, extremely dirty. Felt like a flea market. I know the potential Home Depot has and this store is extremely neglected with cleanliness. I’d rather drive further for a cleaner store

Odalys Florido: On May 22 had visited two home depot before getting to this location on 8th street, looking for the Mold Killing primer, the last one I had visited said that this store showed that they had 15 cans. When I got there, they said that the information in the system was wrong, I was very upset! but I had the pleasure to be helped by Kevin Fernandez, whom not only went above and beyond checking in the entire store, he check for store that might have it, but not so much luck, but also called me the next day, as he promised, to confirm that unfortunalty they didn't have the primer and apologized for the inconvenience I had. His excellent customer service made me stop for a few minutes and write this review. Kevin you really made a difference. Thank you,

Mafe: The lines here are incredibly long as it is the case with pretty much every Walmart. I’m currently standing in the return line, I’m the 4th person in line out of 9 people. How many customer reps may you guess, are working the line? 1. I tried to get her some help and the closest employee was the one at the self check-out and she was also the only employee in that section. She also seemed overwhelmed. The manager passed by with a car full of things and as she was approached but this employee she said, “I can’t” while pointing at her cart. So make your own conclusion:

Ewok s: Use as a last resort !!!!! More than 20 Registers. And 2 cashier's open daily!!! Management never opens other registers On purpose. Just for Customers to get frustrated, and leave. Open the other registers. It's that simple. And Hire better workers not snappy, lippy , employee's who always say they don't know where anything is. And leave there large restocking carts in the way, blocking isles and don't have the common sense to say sorry or move it they just look at you nasty as if your a bother.

Dave García: The warehouse that has everything you need (and more) reigns in Westchester. I mean, why go anywhere else? Sure, this Walmart is next to a Publix in the same shopping center, but Publix doesn’t have all the great goodies and low prices WM has. Remember, it’s open 24 hours so don’t freak out if you see any Walmartians at any given moment – have your phone ready to snap that shot of those crazy people.

Gloria Lugo: Rita customer service associate need more training in how process money gram and any cash services . I had to asked to a coach and 5 different associates, wait for 20min until Shaonda came and answer my question. Then Rita did wrong the transaction causing a fraud message. That was a worst service

Yakup Content AI Manager: Definitely a go to place for groceries even if this place is not the cheapest they have super friendly staff and a lot of cool products.

M. J: Been to this Target and the one down south towards Dadeland. Never once had a issue. They have amazing items. I felt like more so the clothes have found me rather I finding them. Will surely be my go to stores for simple things. Even the items near the front of the store that is like $10 or below are impeccable. Feels like I have found so much treasure in these two Target stores.

abdelilah el hassani: The first Target store I've visited. It was a good experience : large, clean and well organized. Featuring all you may need, a needle as well as a Ferrari ( toy) 😉😂. Products of good quality and a great staff that answers all your questions . I recommend it as an interesting shopping option.

The bathrooms needed a little more attention. I wanted to add that there's an employee named Valnise that always goes out of her way to provide great customer service. Have parking spots, affordable and is next to good shops. Miami design district is just 6 minutes walking and wynwood is 8 minutes walking. Definitely midtown is one of the best locations in Miami.

Ju Barros: I wish I could give less stars. I had a TERRIBLE experience buying on target. It all started with the itens I bought with 2 DAYS DELIVERY taking a lot longer while just showing "on time", when I called they said I COULD NOT even CANCEL IT "I should check with FEDEX". When it was finally delivered it was the WRONG ITEM, after calling they apologized saying they " could replace it in ONE WEEK after I should get my order delivered, saying my second item was on it's way ... ALSO THE WRONG ITEM! Now I need to get the boxes ready to pick up so after they scan te labels I can get my refund.

Corie Rose Marketing: Not all Targets are the same. Glad I saw this one. A lot of snacks and food stuff. Their selection of t-shirts was fire this time, Rick and morty, metallica. They even had Lime scooters.

Mark Niagara: A decent Target store, but I hate paying $2 an hour to park in the attached lot. Why can't the store validate it so if you're spending money shopping, you get free parking? The Target store itself is nicely laid out with lots of stock and a decent grocery section as well. I like how they have a ton of clearance clothes for men on the racks and shelves. The change room Target staff were just hanging out talking, there must have been 6 staff there huddled together. Who's managing this store? The food court area with the Starbucks and Target food is the worst I have ever seen. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl at the cash today told us we had to get in line on the other side. I said, we've been standing here for 5 minutes, can't you just serve us next? She would not. We get in line and wait and wait and when we ordered two hot dogs she told us it would take 30 minutes. Unreal! That woman with her hair in a ponytail was so rude to us, I don't know how the management allows this poor treatment of customers. The sitting area of tables and chairs was dirty, we weren't staying.

E Armas: No returns—exchanges only. Using the COVID pandemic to keep your money. If they exchange an item, clearly they are able to keep the returned item and restock it. Why would you exchange an item which doesn’t serve your needs for something else which doesn’t serve your needs? Bottom line they keep your money. Shop elsewhere. Coming to mall of the americas for this kind of retail experience is not worth the traffic or the hassle. Outdated products as well. Sorry Robert. I already drove home (a :30 odyssey). The item which your salesperson refused to refund is in the trash outside your store at the food court.

Jesucristo es mi pastor: of all the states i went on vacation this walmart was the worst the cashiers on purpose take their time to scan the items the lines go around every store because the cashiers are not fast they have closed cashiers and there are no cashiers for you to pay yourself like other walmarts so I don't recommend you visit it if you come to Miami on vacation it will take you 2:30 hours in the line to pay the managers are rude and do nothing to solve the problem of the huge lines to pay I would give it zero stars it is horrible this walmart 😡🤬

Nicole Marsh: I have never been so disappointed in Walmart. It was worth than a Black Friday after thanksgiving. Unfortunately not many Walmarts in this area, so your choices are limited. The shelves where bare and the lines went to the back of the store, no lie. Make sure you have plenty of time before you put this on your trip list.

Angela Trujillo: Although I was never notified that the photo collage poster created that was intended to complete the bathroom make over, which was a gift for my grandmother's 99th birthday, had indeed arrived in time for the celebration.. being the employee at the photo counter, Joseph, was very kind and helpful in locating the photo, as well as checking me out was such a pleasant surprise (considering the service usually received at that particular Walmart) was pretty much my salvation, when I realized that the product I purchased is useless, it's blurry, not the normal low quality blur but unrecognizable blur. that the cut of the poster is not straight, which makes it cut off pictures in the frame, the color is bad, along with the fact that I am out the money I paid because I cannot spend the two hours it would take to go back to store and return or take the chance to deal with the two rude women who have racial discrimated me on more than one occasion in the past and who in work in customer service at that store

Jay Elwood: Do not go to this particular Walmart, unless you don't mind standing in line for approximately an hour to pay for your items. The lines are so long they extend from the cashier to the midsection of the menswear/shoe department. None of the speedy (10 items or less)lines were open, pardon me, there was a speedy line open in electronics - with another extended (about twenty customers)line! A horrible shopping experience. I've noticed most Walmart's that I patronize lately have inadequate (bare) shelves with respect to jeans, underwear, t-shirts, and watches. The return/money services area is laden with carts full of returned items. Walmart has seriously fallen off - the demand far exceeds the supply. Stay away from this particular store though. JE.

James 2021: This store 04303 continues to deliver class A rudeness, disrespect, and employees who lack knowledge of their position and the store operations. Employees who have no clue of customer service. They continually lack humility when they are the ones in the wrong. OP# 000123 TE# 26 TR# 01174 Is a classic example of the above. This young was totally uninvolved in her position as a cashier. Prior to me she owed a customer change. She had no coins in her tender. She looked at the customer and pointed to her register. What is the next move: request from management coins for the register. The customer left shaking his head. My turn. I have a plant that is cover in a yellow clearance for .75 cents. It rings up for $2.97. I politely show her the clearance. Her response was: “it is ringing up for $2.97. I politely said I can see that it did but that is not the current price. She just stares at me. What to do next? Call for management. I suggested for her to ask for help. She continues to stare. She did not call for help but instead turn on a blinking light. I flagged the attention of someone and she said over ride. She continue to put in the wrong price and kept the 2.97. I am like huh. .75 x 4 is $3 not $6. She finally gets it right continues to throw the reminding products I bought into a bag. Simply Amazing

MeryAnn u: Bad customer service. Needs better managing & more cashiers. Doesn’t matter how early or late you go to avid this happens all the time, all hours. Extra long lines, out of 20 something registers is usually less than 10 cashiers working. I can never find an employee over the jewelry department.

Jackie C: This is one of the busiest Walmart I've been to!!! The check out lines were so long at times, they extended back into the women's dept & down the main aisles. Even the express lanes were constantly backed up. I can always find what I need at Walmart but one thing that seems to be consistent here, no cart wipes!!! Overall, staff was helpful.

Brandon Suman: This store in particular is very clean and well taken care of. They may not have certain things like full size boards of sheet rock and major roofing supplies. I personally love this Home Depot.

We ask one of the employees for help and he can not do it, but call over the speakers for help. We wait for over half hour and three more over the speakers calls and no one show up to help us. We left the store without purchasing anything.

Micah “Micah Todd” Todd: There's blood all over the floor from the bathroom to the lumber cutting table. I pointed it out to an associate but they didn't care at all. "Not my problem, that's probably old..." Yea that's fine lady, but I have a hole in my shoe and there could be hepatitis C on the floor, not to mention the kids that walk through the store that could easily touch it. Anyways, that's gross and unsanitary.

The worst service you could ever receive… took them almost an hour to get us someone to unlock a vacuum … before that, the guy that “helped us” is the worst and the biggest lier … he told us the vacuum was cordless and lasted 6 hours the battery (which I looked at him like this is not true) and asked him again because I was doubting both facts and, with an angry mood, said yes, it is I have this one … again I asked him “are you sure is this one or this other one” he again mad said it was that one… to come back and it’s not anything he said it was

Jose Dasilva: I'm very disappointed with the home depot assistant. I was waiting on the hardware area for thirty minutes or more and no one came out to help. I left frustrated after multiple attempts to get some one to help.

Do Do: No tool rental. No lumber department. Smaller home depot than most. Parking at 5pm EZ to park. Lots of shade trees outside. More like a Big lots. Mostly tools. Does have some trim wood. Baseboards etc. Not a for builders.

Liz B: Placed an order on Thursday for Friday delivery. Received a text at 5pm that delivery was moved to Saturday. At 8:50AM on Saturday Received a text that items were delivered. Go outside and a bag with hinges and latches was dropped off, but not the 2x4 wood. I had to call FOUR Home Depots AND the 800 number to finally get a response. At 12PM I get a call from an unapologetic and rude employee telling me I "had to reorder the wood and wait for delivery, to be determined". Absolutely unacceptable. Moving forward I will pay whatever delivery fees are necessary to buy from a company that prioritizes customer service.

Raul Iglesias: I went to the W.Flagler Home Depot and experienced the worst customer service. I asked an employee that was lingering around the lumber section to cut a shelf to size for me like I had done two days ago and he just said he couldn't do it. I requested to speak to a manager and a guy named William shows up looking upset to have been called for assistance. I told him I was buying two shelves and just needed them cut to 37.5 inches and that I had it done for me two days ago. The guy was no help, offered absolutely no solutions or possible ideas to get my mission accomplished. He was pretty much as useless as the guy lingering in the lumber section. I left the items where I stood and walked out.. The "real" management should consider some customer service training for these guys.

Nelson Marmol: Good for most needs. I wish they had more lumber variety. And more organized. Sometimes it's on the wrong place and you realize once you are at the register.

Robert Rivera: Wow! The things that make no sense in Miami. This is a Superstore (in name only), the store was literally exploding with customers. To serve this avalanche of people… TWO cashiers open and the lines to pay reaching the back of the store, even more interesting ‘Customer Service’ closed, lights out! This is on a Sunday January 2, 2022 @1pm Honestly, why does this store even exist? I do not understand!🤷🏼‍♂️

Lenrock: The few items I was really wanting to find here were out of stock. I was able to pick up some essentials thought at what I thought was a reasonable price. For a Walmart this size the parking seemed limited even though I was there at what looked to be a not very busy time. I had a few produce items that I thought might be difficult to use the self-checkout with, but that proved to not be much of an issue. Overall, not a bad store but it's probably better to use the app to see if things are in stock or not before you make the trek across town.

Martin Devillers: Super center lives up to its name. Went in to get some beach gear and walked out with everything. The prices are all over the place but generally reasonable. I’d recommend googling the SKU on the spot and see what prices you can find. Got an Igloo brand cooler for a steal so great deals are there to be found as well!

Whoami 0070: Great location as a tourist. It is a mini Target but has items you may have forgotten or need to get some Miami take homes. There is a CVS in the store. You do have to park in the parking garage and pay the fee unless you can find street parking which is difficult. There is also a Starbucks in the store.

Daniel Villa, AIA: This is basically a much nicer version of a CVS or Walgreens with a better selection. It’s a mini-Target, so they don’t have as much as a big target, but they have a good basic clothing selection and the home supply stuff is very good. And, for the tourists- they have a big selection of travel / trial size stuff. See my pic.

Gavin R.: Certainly the nicest Target we've ever been to. The design of the building is beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the shops on the first floor become occupied. Security on the entry and exits make you feels safe. There's a Starbucks inside too. Consider the store and the coffee shop to be boutique-sized. They may have limited offerings, but a good selection to be sure.

Cynthia Perez: I left a bag of items I bought at self checkout. Happened to me before several times (never at this target). All I have to do is call guest services and they always know immediately which bag I’m talking about, and set it aside for me to pick up later. I have called every single department at this specific target for the past 40 minutes trying to get through to someone, ANYONE who works in the store. I love target and switch between my local stores often (they all carry different items). But I’ve never NOT been able to get through to someone. I called over 7 times!!!! I know it’s a smaller target but this is crazy unacceptable compared to the service I get at super centers. This was extremely disappointing UPDATE: had to drive to the store, bag wasn’t able to be found because an employee definitely put everything back. HOWEVER the manager and guest services was extremely nice to me and helped me get everything back. Thank you so much!!!!!

Laura F: 5$ for 15 min parking at Target garage. What a rip-off! Also, the ticket machine at the exit is barely working, so expect a huge line to get out because people can't scan their parking tickets. We just witnessed multiple cars backing up because they couldn't get out. An employee of the Target parking garage seems to not care at all about the situation—best advice: DO NOT GO TO THIS TARGET.

Doris Galindo: Pairing was increased to $5 and it seems they did away with free first hour. This is an abuse in inflation. Why? Because while cost has gone up, it is unlikely their lease went up. Business sign 10 year leases. Or if they own the building their business loan payment is the same. Mortgages don’t go up with inflation They are not any attendant more because their is none. Anyways, disappointed they increased parking while their cost for parking has not gone up. Just another business that takes advantage of inflation to increase prices. And anyways, I’m going their to shop never liked paying for parking. At least I should be happy, because I stopped going and it helps my bottom line.

Nikki Marcott: My issue isn't so much with the store despite the massive inflation compared to other Targets in the city or their smaller selection. But today I was charged $10 for a lil more than 30 minutes of parking. I literally came to pick up an order I placed via their app and then I get this huge slap in the face as I am leaving. Sorry but this will be the last time I ever shop at this Target. I will be taking my business to the midtown location and will advise everyone I know to avoid this place. It's simply a matter of ethics and to do that to your customers is sadistic.

Emily Isaacson: This Target has a pretty decent selection, definitely beach heavy but we were able to find almost everything we needed. The grocery section was bare bones, but did not have a wide selection of produce. There were very few employees working, so it took us a while to finish checking out.

Raquel Conner: Small and not a great selection of clothing. I couldn't even find decent underwear in Small or Medium so I opted to go commando for a day. Not fun. We were visiting from out of town on a spontaneous vacation, so we had no clothes for the kids. We went here and found next to nothing. One sad little section for kids and there weren't even shorts for boys! It's a hot place and lots of pants but they didn't sell shorts-- weird. It would have been more worth it to leave Miami Beach for a different Target or other store. Ross had tons of kids clothes, so there it was the better option.

Charles Ortiz: Parking at Target now costs $5 for half an hour. Theres no sign of the new added charges either. Capitalism strikes again. Not worth coming here unless you want to pay an entrance fee. Take your business to a different store.

The box says it comes with manuals. It does not, for any of the parts. Only a gpu install guide and a set up guide for the pc. ALSO The manufacture replied to a question on this product promising that the pc comes with a screw for the second M.2 SSD port. It does not come with one. Pretty ticked off that i got a used/open box product when I paid for brand new, especially since i drove about 50 miles to pick up and 50 miles home. 3 stars due to open box when i paid for new & the manufacture not caring about its customers wanting upgrades (I shouldnt have to go buy a single screw to expand my storage.) And lying to potential customers about what comes with it

Mira M: I just don't like shopping here at all , the atmosphere is cold and just soul less. The prices overated and the sales , not always easily found . It is maintained decently and the employees are kind and do their best to help nonetheless. Yet they always attempt to up sale every sale and add ten warranties to every protection plan and sign customers up for their credit card. When now a days people often have a whole deck of credit cards and even more debt as is.

Cristian Patino: I called to ask if they have an item, they said yes we do. I arrive and they tell me they don't have the item, I ask them to check and they say maybe in the windows department. I head over there and their staff was nice for double checking but they don't have it either. Yet both departments can say they see it in the system yet they can't find it. I appreciate the help but it was still a waste of my time since the computer system says it's in stock yet nobody could find the product.

Manuel Eduardo Gonzalez: Difficult to get to a specific or single experience. I've been there lot of times, I prefer a thousand times the chance to review certain product before buying it, that's the reason I choose bestbuy over Amazon.. some employees are extremely kind and it's absolutely amazing having someone I can talk to about my concerns, but other times some other employees, man, it's just like they were there trying to fill a spot, they were unkind, at the beginning I thought maybe that person was having a just a bad day, but I realized other employees in other visits had the same attitude.. Now I just think some people love their jobs, others just don't. You'll never know what you will get when asking for help.

Rafic F: I just bought a printer and the people from HP were great then I said I might get a prepaid phone . I went and ask a question to a manager and he answered in the most repugnant way . After that I opened a drawer by mistake not knowing it was for employees and then he just came and said that way for employees and closed it . Mark Satterfield: Not nearly what it was back in the day. The laptop section seemed dated. There didn't seem to be a gradual "less expensive to more expensive", it was organized by brand. Sales tags of course are no longer sufficient. You really do need to see more, so bring your phone to research. If you are looking for a particular laptop and they have it on display, this is a great destination.

Rafael Hernandez: Ordered a TV online for store pick up at the Pinecrest location, due to afternoon traffic I ended up showing up 10 minutes prior to closing, they processed my order and loaded the TV in my car in less than 5 minutes, they have a young efficient crew.

JC is not only super efficient at making sure we always have what we need but communicates quickly precisely when you need him. I swear it's like the guy can be in five different places at once. We've never been left hanging and he's as fair as his equipment is top quality for the absolute best price in Miami. Liz Grogan: Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store, ESPECIALLY JOSE in the print shop! I came to him with a special order that needed a very fast turn around and he was more than accommodating. He spent probably about a half-hour total on the phone with me, walking me through how to make the order work. He was patient and friendly and went out of his way to make the order happen. Iana Maregocio: Always got a good service and attention but today an employee named Amber charged me for an express service that took her more than 30 minutes to bundle 25 pages. Mafe: Sept 2021 update - see photos I come here a lot. I’m lowering to 3 stars because of the filth in this place, especially the copy center. This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. It’s a shame 4-30-21 Update The copy area has been getting super crowded lately. The self-serve area machines may break every now and then -which happened to me recently. The closest clerks to this area are handling the customers in the long line for the copy center. This area is packed in comparison to the check-out line by the door. I was seeing more employees at check-out, some even wondering around when I think management should be sending the copy center some help. I’ve been coming to this Staples since I moved to the area back in 2017. I buy all of my kids’ school supplies here, masks, do printing, get my work supplies here as well and do quality printing for work and my son’s school projects. The print quality is impecable and they also use a special kind of paper for color prints so it definitely looks more professional. There’s a self-serve area with 3 machines that you can use to print, scan, copy. They are simple to use and you also get the same quality as if you went to the associate at the counter. Good thing to know is that Staples will price match to popular competitor. The list is on their website.

Tali Kadoch: The ladies at the printing center are the worst sales and customer service people I have ever met. They are not helpful and extremely rude. I sent something to print and it came out wrong. When I asked them if they could fix it, one of them just started almost yelling saying "I can't do anything". I ended up asking for a refund. They also told me the printing services weren't available for the rest of the day. It was 6pm and they close at 9! It looked as if they just wanted to leave their job earlier. Overall, terrible experience.

Kelli Scerbo: This Staples was AWFUL! I traveled by Uber 20 minutes from my hotel to order prints for my company event. We needed (50) 5x7 print outs front/back by the next day for our event. Two workers were not responding to customers who were standing in line as they were waiting for their orders for days. In the end, I ended up calling to check the status of my order that they ensured would be done in time & they claim the "printer" broke & they were going to call to cancel everyone's orders, however they didn't think to call first thing in the morning. No sense of urgency! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had! I traveled 40 minutes to the Staples in Hialeah & they had my order complete in 2 hours. NEVER EVER USE THIS STAPLES LOCATION!

Not the documents... They suggest using a computer To open the documents there, obviously with an extra charge... You're welcome I agreed, but you had no choice... I opened the document but it won't let me print... While the time is still running.Finally someone came to attend with a bad face, and downloaded my documents on the computer to be printed.Time keeps running.At last it gives me the option to print... $17 dollars each document.For 10, it would be $170 for my black and white prints, plus computer time.With a bad attitude they told me what it cost... When more same impressions elsewhere, I pay an average of 6 cents per impression.In the end I had to cancel everything, and as if that were not enough, they charged me the use of the computer, $10 dollars And I couldn't do anything, besides, I realized that if you're not the same color as them, you're not welcome.It's time to stop coming and look for a lawyer.

Georges V: Terrible. Good luck finding a shopping cart. They take forever to bring them back inside. ALWAYS long waiting lines for self checkout. They should limit the items because most of the customers are extremely slow scanning the products. They have good deals and the store is big, but I avoid going there because of the lines to checkout.

Anhisha Cooper: If I didn't live so close to this location I would never return but between Miami traffic and just needing simple things to make dinner for low price I continue to go. It's all about convince. This location does a horrible job at restocking, there is employees constantly on the floor but yet nothing is stocked when it comes to food. I cant always find the items I need because of that reason. You can never get help in areas like fabric. The store gets very packed and yet near check out you get management and leaders in a circle saying " I leave soon, I don't wanna hop on and then not be able to get off when it's time for me to go." What happened to putting the customer first? Or at least opening the lane and finding a cashier. The stores use walkies you should be able to find someone to run the register or better yet as a manger do it yourself to reduce the crazy lines that go from one end of the store to the next. To be honest this locations lines are always insane unless you go at opening time then it's mellow. But even then to just do a quick simple lunch run is a mission. Solid 1 hour to 2 hours.

Enmanuel Rumbos: A bit of a run down walmart. Long lines at the cashier, and staff in disarray. The only consistent thing was the "people from walmart" It never disappoints.

Cheryl J: This store is always a zoo. Regardless of what time of day or night you come here there are 10 million people shopping in this store. Self checkout lines move pretty quickly. However the patrons on the other hand are rude af and never have any manners. Most of the staff don’t speak enough English to help you when needed except if you try to point and gesture to try to talk to them (it’s the area). Many times they have the items you are looking for but when they don’t you have to look in the high shelf stock area to see if they just haven’t put it on the shelf yet. Just wish they had more available lines both self checkout and cashiers.

Alexis Rodriguez: Pretty good Walmart but what took it to next level for me was the coffee shop inside. I got a coladita and it was the best coffee i had in a long time - I like espresso so it was the best for me. The service was excellent and it was only 1 dollar!!!

They had some in stock inside an area locked with a key, I asked one employee for help and they told me key was lost, we called for help multiple times through the speaker system but no one came to resolve the issue, I tried to ordering it online to pickup in store but the store canceled the order saying they had no inventory which was a lie, had to do online order to ship to my home to resolve it..horrible customer service

Moises MOMO: I love the location, love going up to the parking higher levels. Been at this location about 5 times already and my girlfriend definitely seems to love it. I'm not thr shopping around type but their prices seem really fair, and they always seem to have offers on a lot of things, the only reason I do in a way dislike this place is because it wants to take my money, you look around and you instantly start getting ideas of what you want to do next in your kitchen, in your bathroom, and in your rooms. The staff have been very helpful is helping me find specifically the items I've been looking for when I have been here alone. Would I recommend it? Yes.

Norbert German: Online prices and store prices are different. While you can price match to the online price - they don't allow to use coupons and a price match. Better buy online with coupon and pick it up from the store.

Lee Twothreethreeoneone: Pickup order sign is confusing. I did wait after a person in the front of me at the pickup sign. Separate line for purchase customers. After customer in front of me left. Cashier told me I have to stay in line with all other customers, in the mean time another 5 persons join the line. I explain to him that it doesn't make sense to gave a sign for pickup order on one side and a sign for customers on the other side, this is the first store where I have been told to stay together with the purchase customers. I could have waited curbside. His partner was kind and asked me for my last name and immediately pass me my order which was there ready to pickup. Kudos to her, a great employee. She saved the day. Probably they don't have any training not to mix pickup orders with purchasing customers.

Wasted Century: The store itself is fine. But the customer service help is disgraceful ever since they changed to the new configuration. This afternoon there were 11 people standing in line and zero employees behind the counter. Everyone was in disbelief, including the lady first in line. She said she had been helped but it was taking forever. To top it off, a security guard named Emanuel smugly told us several times that we were not the priority. Drive thru is the priority. Emanuel seemed to think we should be willing to stand there forever. After all, drive thru is the priority. He repeated that 4 times, including after I said more employees should be assigned to the customer service desk. Emanuel directed us where to stand. After all, we're not a priority but we are a safety hazard, in his words. Emanuel made it perfectly clear he didn't care if any of us were ever helped. Drive thru is the priority. After Emanuel and his arrogant attitude departed, one fellow customer said, "Well it's nice to know I'm not a priority. Why do I shop here?" That's exactly what I was thinking. I am not only a customer but hold 251 shares of stock. That TGT stock is not cheap. It's scary if this non-priority attitude is widespread and impacts Target reputation.

Larry Benton: At 8:30pm on a Monday, only 2 lanes were open and lines were stretching nearly half way down the store. Finally after 20 minutes of standing and not moving, they called for backup and opened 3 more registers. Store is open till 12am, so it wasn't like they were about to close. They need more cashiers full time.

Andrea McFann: I had the WORST customer service experience at this Best Buy last week when I was trying to upgrade my son's cell phone. We arrived at 6:45 and the woman behind the desk in the cell phone department ignored us for 10 minutes (completely engrossed in her own cell phone) until I finally went up to her and asked for help. I literally had to say "hello" in order for her to look up and make eye contact with me. The message that I was bothering her at that point could not have been more clear. She informed me that she could not initiate a cell phone activation because it was only about an hour before closing (hence her trying to ignore us until she hit the hour window). I asked if she could please go ahead and do it because there was an hour left and my son was having trouble with his current phone. She called for a supervisor who came over and proceeded to provide even WORSE service. If they couldn't activate the phone that's fine, but I was really amazed at how rude both of them were. If looks could kill, my kids and I would have dropped dead right there in Best Buy! We left feeling horrible. I told my son we could check the Verizon store 2 minutes away and see if they at least had his phone in stock. We walked in and the customer service was like night & day!!! I asked the manager if it was too late to purchase & activate a new phone and he said, no not all all! Not only did they take care of my son's phone, but my daughter's as well. Had us all taken care of before 8:00 with a smile on their face! I will NEVER try to get a phone from Best Buy again, not after that experience.

Stef Lee (Stef in Miami): Two AMAZING experiences! A few months ago I needed to update my cell phone. Ray was our sales consultant, and Sherry was the Manager on Duty. After choosing the phone, Ray called AT&T about activation and pricing. AT&T authorized the the lowest price. When Ray tried to ring us up the computer wouldn't allow the price. This is when Sherry got involved. She was able to honor the authorized price. Love them! This time Jeremy, has long hair, was our sales consultant. Jeremy and Carlos were not able to get the lowest price, but with Jeremy's help we found a better phone for what we needed. Jeremy was so helpful and knowledgeable. The sales consultants at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you need to get a cell phone at Best Buy this location is THE BEST in Miami!

Dennis Lanzada: My most recent Visit to Best Buy store today at dadeland Miami was horrible. The store manager on duty Kaitlyn refused to give me a refund on an item purchased as an opened item. She wanted to charge me restocking fee for an open item that does not have a restocking fee. As an elite member I have 30 days to return an item. I explained to this person with no knowledge that am returning an opened item purchased two weeks ago which half no restocking fee and that was verified by Best Buy customer service before purchasing the item. The store manager Kaitlin called me a “little aggressive” because I was saying that I am not paying a restocking fee on an open item. She make me wait in the store for 30 minutes with attitude. She told me that I was a little aggressive just because because I said that I was not paying a restocking fee on an open item verify my Best Buy customer service

Pandu Thadjudin: First ever experience with Geek Squad. I got really lucky to get an appointment within 24 hrs. I called in because I was going to be a little late and the agent assured me not to worry. Also, it was 30 mnts before closing time, there were a couple of people behind me. I was so sure I would be rushed. But that's not what happened, the agent who I think the initial is AG, took the time to listen to the issue and explained the possible outcome etc etc. The quoted days to finish the repair would be 5 to 10 days, my heart sink :( But then, at 11AM the very next day, Michael, the agent who's working on my laptop gave me a call to follow up. Unexpectedly fast, and he was able to repair it in no time. One happy customer. One little bummer, geek squad protection doesn't cover software issue, only hardware. Ps. They sanitize the desk and chair before every new consultation. Great assurance during this weird time. Highly appreciated. Thanks guys

Firstly couldn't try it on, Fitbit regulations apparently, but still OK, we'll take it. Attendant says sorry no key for the cabinet, go to customer care. Went to customer care, the guy tells me they are short staffed so I must scan a QR code, then register, then put my name on a list to have an attendant come and get it out of the cabinet for. At that point I just said you have to be kidding, I will get it on Amazon. Good luck Bestbuy, you will need it!

Edmilson A.: When we think of Best Buy, we think of having the best option where we can test electronics and have the best experience to be able to decide on the purchase of what you want, when you get there, a good part of the items in the showcase are not working, we don't always want to just know the technical specification, we see this on the Internet, we want to have a unique experience testing one or more equipment (Canon RP mirorless, Nikon D7500), I went to 3 stores and none of the three had the equipment that I could connect, because either it was out of battery or not available in the showcase.

And of all the best buys that I have been to, this store has been able to exemplify that to the t. The store is management and leadership have been able to create a system that creates an efficient and positive store environment for the customers. Everything is always on stock and if it item is not in the store the team members always do their best to find an alternative solution for me. As an electronics not myself I'm always happy to see people who know what they're talking about what I have to do new setups for my clients Overall this store is the best place to get my electronics. And I know for sure I kids will work here one day.

Phil Tatro: Why go to the big box hardware stores?, what for the expert service and knowledge?? C'mon-If you like service, and I mean real service and expert advice, Ace hardware in Brickell is my, and should be your spot! Go in and ask for something as small as a few nuts, bolts, or nails and expect an employee to assist you until you have what you need. Knowledgeable employees that WANT you to succeed in your projects! Aisle after aisle filled with products you never thought they carried, as far as bartending supplies, and check out what I believe is one of the largest Yeti products around. This IS the store that truly knows what service means!

Ted Kidwell: A good location of the store staff are very friendly and helpful they know their stuff there was easily to explain several items that what we were unsure of on how to install the Big Green Egg that they're famous for is very nice and works very nicely we're going to pick up a couple more later this year they always have a wide selection of items at reasonable precious have curbside service you can pick up the help load into your car they deliver as well we do highly recommend this location for anybody needing items from hardware store and this area of Miami Florida we do highly recommend they're very clean and hopeful this store is easy to locate as well

It was a light skinned gentleman at the register and a female in the paint department. I was ignored and walked past as they helped other customers. The disrespect needs to be addressed and fixed all I came in to do was buy a spray paint bottle. Quick 5 min visit lasted 30 due to the lack of good customer service!

Dave Tinkham: The selection of replacement electric stove coils was poor at best and astoundingly overpriced. Very disappointing from a place that always gets 5 stars from me. I patronize frequently. The staff was 5 stars as always though. Great people.
