Nylah Lummer: I was a little dubious because the prices are so good but I can't think of another company I have dealt with that has better customer service. UPS lost an order (per the tracking information) and when I contacted Allivet I was able to speak to someone immediately. That person was very helpful, apologized (which was not necessary) and overnighted the replacement for free. I made a mistake on my second order and was able to respond directly to the email and the issue was fixed immediately.

Patricia Steiner: Allivet went the extra mile...when the vet practice abruptly stopped stocking my dog's medication, I was left with searching for an online provider who could fill it quickly. After two weeks and two other companies who failed to deliver, I found Allivet. When the vet didn't have a fax to provide the script, the Allivet representative arranged for the clinic to be called. She then called me back to let me know they had the approval and that my order had been shipped. She did it all in ONE morning. Do yourself a favor and skip the others...Allivet is the real deal.

Mark Quentin: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Placed an order for my pet's medication, after 15 days my online order never arrived. I then called the customer service number and a representative told me the package had been shipped and would email me a tracking number. No package or email ever arrived, I then requested a refund for my order and was told a refund was issued. Weeks later, my credit card was charged for the order which did not arrive and when I called again I was told there was no record of my call and it was beyond the 30 days for a refund. Still waiting for my refund. Allivet.com is a scam!

Mari Suyama: Sadly never got my dog food order. Ordered May 19, it’s now June 15. Kept getting the runaround that order was on hold for weeks, shipping that day, on hold again, so I never received it. Hoping I actually receive the refund I requested. Too bad, this company sounded like a great idea in concept. But delaying food and medication is not ok.

helen linville: I ordered fish antibiotics. according to Allivet I agreed to order the product every month. If I did that it was because there is no "clear and conspicuous disclosure of the terms" and there is no affirmative consent required, both are legal requirements. I will never order from this company again there conduct is unethical.

Ferloo Lutrai: It should not take a phone call to any customer service to remove an autoship order or to cancel a pending order from an account. In fact their website design only allows you to reduce your autoship quantity to 1, but no option for the customer to remove it completely. That's obviously done purposely and I refuse to do business with any company that employs scummy tactics like this to make it harder for a customer to manage their own account. Use other companies which give you full control over what you order from them.

Dru Dunton: Bait and Switch. Other pet food suppliers were showing my product out-of-stock, but not Allivet. So I ordered it. A few days later I received a shipping label creation notice. Nearly two weeks went by without item being delivered to shipper. My credit card was charged when the shipping notice came. When I called Allivet two days ago, they told me that the item was out of stock and assured me that the credit card charge was just a reservation. It was not. Allivet knew that the item was out of stock, then sent a shipping label notice to trigger charging my credit card. Allivet has had my money for over a week and promises to refund the charge. This is an unethical cheat. I will never do business with this company again. Beware the bait and switch.

Patrick Edwards: You can get you petmeds, but they will hold onto your credit card information and charge you for monthly shipments of those meds without authorization. There isn't a way to cancel these shipments online, and their customer service number isn't available when most working Americans are off. I may have to report this company as a scamming Corp.

Elisabeth Dickinson: Will not order from Allivet again, after being customers for years. Our dog unexpectedly died and we asked about returning unopened medicine. We were told that we could have a refund, returned the medicine with the return label sent to us. Then Allivet denied a refund and kept the medicine. Aweful!!

Shawn Nesbit: I placed an order and after a month hadn't received the item. I was unable to find any tracking information. I called and asked the status and was told the item was never in stock. I asked why they hadn't removed the item from their online inventory, no response. I asked why they simply hadn't cancelled the order and refunded my money, no response. I guess they just would have kept my money forever.

Joanne Santangelo: This is the first order I've placed with this company and it definitely won't be the last. They were the only ones I could find that had my dog's supplements in stock. No one else had them for months and couldn't tell me when they would get them. I found them at 1Family 1Health and they were delivered faster than expected. And when I emailed them with a question, they were quick to respond and resolve. I found my new go to place for all my pets' (2 cats & 1 dog) special needs. VERY HAPPY!

Luis Barberi: I bought 2 COVID-19 test kits and paid the FedEx overnight delivery. The packages came one day after we left town. On our return, I sent one kit back with the sample. I took it personally to our local FedEx facility in North Miami Beach. It was supposed to be sent overnight. The package has been detained in their hub in Memphis TN for two days and they say they will send it tomorrow. At the same time I have been trying to contact 1health support, sending emails and trying to phone them, without any success. Horrible customer service.

Paloma Nieves: I call and am automatically placed on hold. I'm not told "hello, thank you for calling Village Pharmacy can I place you on a brief hold"? Customer service is nonexistent here. I feel like I constantly have to stay on them and call multiple times for them to actually put in my prescription and it be sent out to me. Additionally, when things go wrong with the prescription they don't call you. You truly have to stay on them and ride them for them to help or fix anything. Will be looking for a new facility. If you want things consistent, on-time and are met with a nice voice on the other end of the phone - then this is not the place for you.

Luna Colmenares: Staff is nice but their delivery is terrible. They charged me $60.00 for my prescription and lady said it would take one max two days to arrive. Unfortunately, it has been 12 days and I have not received the order, nor a call. I tried calling and they said they were going to check what happened with they delivery and call me back. Well they never called me back. I would not recommend this service to anyone trying to get their medication on time.

Ilyssa Block: I truly love Grove Animal Hospital's service. I recently switched Vet Offices and am completely satisfied with every experience I've had. All the staff is extremely friendly and professional and I feel that they genuinely care not only about the animals but about the owner as well. I truly appreciate the invoice breakdown and review before any procedures are done; this is not common in other offices who will surprise you with a bill after the visit. I have never had an issue getting an appointment urgently and the follow up after each visit is what every Vet office should be doing! I recommend Grove Animal Hospital to all my local friends and family and hope the business continues to grow. 10/10!

Sandra Alvarez: We have had always a good experience at this vet. Dr. Prats always explains everything to detail and makes you feel they are doing all possible to care for our dogs. Thank you for providing such great attention! Prices are like at any other vet, at least they haven't ever make my dog a test they didnt need to do as other vets have done :/ Having Pet Insurance helps with the costs 😄

Ruth Reyes Johnson: Awful customer service since daughter took over. Stay away! Been going there for 22 years! Stopped by to ask for a prescription for ticks & flea medication, since I did not want to buy 3 packages of $79 each all at once since I'll be away for a few months. They charged $12 to write a prescription!!!! I find that outrageous, Dr. Marmesh Sr. never charged for a prescription, daughter does, cause "it's work" she said. Well, her "work" cost them a 22 year loyal customer. Never going back, all she cares about is money!!!! I do not need a pathetic money hungry vet to look after my pet. I have never, ever been charged by any doctor for writing a prescription. Really? How miserable can they be? I could not help but notice the many bad reviews of outrageous pricing and similar opinions as mine that they been getting since the kid took over, sad... Kathleen, take care of the pets, their owners, be nice, courteous and helpful and the money (you crave for) will follow. Do not ruin what your father took years to build.

Kai Carey: Extremely nice staff. Clean environment. Handled my cat with care. I love how they fully explained treatment options before conducting them so that we could come up with a plan best for my cat, but also financially feasible for me. Also reasonably priced.

Luis Salas: This clinic was very professional and responsive that it made this very painful time so meaningful for all of us. Luckily, we were able to book an appointment that same day we called to put our 15 year old Dalmatian to sleep. Dr. Jessica Prats was the vet that completed the euthanasia and she was so respectful and kind and made this process less stressful for my dog. They explained everything as it happened and gave us plenty of time to tell Pongo goodbye. They have a private cremation company that made this difficult time a lot easier for us. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing this option to honor their dog.

George Akobardiya: Dr. Prats is AWESOME! Called right after surgery to let me know that my Pet is OK, and recovering ! Very few docs do that, but in this Hospital they do. Very happy with the Grove Animal Hospital, and will recomed to others. Thank you Batman's Dad

Marina Dias: I took my puppy Dakota to Grove Animal Hospital this week for her 2nd round of shots and check up. When we got there, they already knew the name of my puppy and they were waiting for us. They were friendly and professional. The consultation was great, my puppy did not even feel the vaccine (Thanks Pedro for distracting the dog!). Dr. Jessica was really great and listened to our concerns and responded to all our questions. The results for the lab tests were given to us in 15 minutes. Also, they follow up next day to check on my puppy. The price was fair and the place is spot clean. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who love their pets and live at the Grove area :)

Kelly Ryan: DONT BRING YOUR PET HERE. First time I brought my dog in they convinced me to switch her food to one they sell (weird) and also convinced me of buying a “necessary” vitamin for my 6 month old dog: made her sick for 2 weeks. When I brought her back they made up every excuse but no answers. I gave them a second shot when my dog had an ear infection and they recommended: a shampoo and conditioner/ear flush/ear drops/2 rounds of pills for 2 weeks/eye drops/eye flush!! Really?! When my bill came and they realized I’m fully insured they said “oops we made a mistake” and came back into the room with an extra $275 on the bill saying “they forgot a charge”! SCAMMING MY INSURANCE. I paid the original bill and left. Received a call from a man claiming to be the owner swearing and yelling at me saying I stole $275 from them!! I would never suggest dealing with this scam vet! Go walk in and tell me they care about their business the place is gross. Stay away

David Valdes: What a joy to have found this place. They are absolutely different than the test of the clinics big or small. They treat my dog with the same love as I do. Their facility is spotless and it looks more like a regular hospital than an animal hospital. I love how clean, organized and well thought out everything is. The prices were fair for the treatment my dog received. I fully Recommend this place for any animal service you may need. They are amazing.

Victoria Estevez: I have to say that I a m so very pleased with Dr. Olga's professionalism. She and her staff are caring and they listen to the pet owner'x concern, worries and above all, they allow to ask questions. Dr. Olga gave me a good and detailed explanation of my cat's condition and for me, that has no price. I highly recommend her and her clinic. The service, staff, cleanness and care is superb. Gema Soto-Jarquin: I have gone over the reviews and I noticed so many horrible reviews on procedures needing sedation. I took my beloved Chichi (cat) for a CT Scan. She was really playful when I left her. 3 hours later they called me to tell me she died. I will never know if too much anesthesia was given to my pulguita. This is have been the worst day and worst experience. I'm so 💔💔

Diana Perez: Easy in and out. The prices are alright. The parking situation is horrible. The Vet techs/office girls do not know English. I asked for clarification when signing the release in regards to the DNR section and they shrugged me off and said "they all mean the same thing." I am sorry what???? When I then asked, "if they all mean the same thing then why am I choosing one option?" She sighed and vaguely explained the difference between the three. I left my cat and felt nervous. They called me around 1PM to pick her up. They had a hard time explaining to me the medicine. They left out that it needed to be refrigerated, had we not looked when we were in the car we would have never known. This place could do a lot better.

KAM: Arrived early and was seen early for my first ever visit. Dr. Neninger, Nurse Kayla, and Maria were courteous and I was impressed with how well the Dr. interacted with my feline. The staff all are bilingual with English and Spanish. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh. I did not see a lot of parking and the lot is small but I was able to park without issue. I was happy with the care my cat received and I believe that I will make ASIS my permanent place for veterinarian care.

They did testing on him that should have been done in the previous veterinary clinic I went, so finally found out what his cough was, pneumonia. I know that he's in good hands because I came here with a very good recommendation from someone who rescues animals. Apparently they see more than just cats and dogs too. Please do consider taking your beloved pet here, the person I know who rescues animals really trusts this place, that tells me I can trust them too and that's why my pup is here.

iflipbricks: I brought my 8 month old kitty “Bono” to this clinic because he had hopped over to the neighbors fence and a dog got him and broke one leg. I advised the doctor that he seemed sick from the attack and she agreed that he looked ill therefor suggested that we ran all the tests necessary. After the results came back she rushed me to get on the phone with affirm so that she could preform a surgery on his leg to save it and not have to amputate it. I agreed and contacted affirm because I didn’t have money for the operation. I was able to get an approval under my girlfriends moms name the cost was 1,700. I gave the ok for the surgery and she told me all will be well and that she will contact me when she was done. I received a call 3 hours later but I had missed the call. Dr Olga left a voicemail stating that Bono had died on the operating table. I asked her how could this have happened and she never gave a clear response. I believe she should of never worked on my cat being the professional she is with the degree she has she should of known to hold the surgery off until the cat didn’t look so sick. She administered too much anesthesia on a cat that was having obvious symptoms such as lethargy, difficulty breathing. All she cared about was cashing out and not my pets life. I write this to you a year later Dr Olga so you can realize how much of a monster you truly are. I hope you enjoyed those 800 dollars you still charged us to be negligent with our beloved pet and be the primary cause of his demise on your operating table. Consider yourself blessed that I am a poor person and I wasn’t able to hire an attorney to sue you since money seems to be of very high importance to you more important than Bono ever was; Along with all the other pets that have met an early death at your mercy. I take the time to write this so that the world can see what greedy savages some of us have become. I am satisfied with letting everyone know that you truly are ill hearted Dr Olga. I've been coming here for years for my Compounds Meds and I can tell you that they treat you like Family! The staff is very friendly and efficient, they are also very quick while filling your prescriptions. I've never had any problems while coming here. I definitely recommend this place!😊

Joshua Joseph: Almost always a hit or miss experience. Unfortunately there are not enough compounding facilities in the South Miami, as such there appears to be little to no incentive for the staff to take ownership or responsibility for poor communication, hold times, marketing “snake oil” remedies while on hold, or problem-solving with patients/consumers. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because Henry, who I don’t believe works here anymore, and another lady whom I believe might be Indian, have gone above and beyond for me and my family in the past. Today’s experience was abismal- 4 people on duty at the front area, only one seems to be speaking with consumers/patients, I ask the attendant for my son’s refill (we’ve been getting his medication monthly for nearly 3 years), she says “No,” I’m not sure what to nor how it fits into our conversation. I show her texts confirming it’s ready and explaining that it’s refrigerated (she never checks the fridge but instead interrupts the pharmacists compounding in the background). After she and another employee explain it will be ready tomorrow, then by 5:30PM today when’s they see I am growing upset, another employee chimes in (also seemingly Indian) noting that it’s ready and in the fridge (confirming what I said upon entering, while standing right in front of him, and after waiting for 5 minutes for them to tell me it wasn’t ready- why he didn’t mention this earlier or intervene is still a mystery). I explain that what he is giving me is half of what we need and he blames the endocrinologist’s office (an office I can reach at any time or day, and have, with no issue), he then begins to ignore me while I’m speaking to him (I’m not yelling or raising my voice, nor am I using obscenities or behaving in anyway to warrant being stonewalled). All I could make of it was that he was staring blankly at a computer as I’m talking to him and pausing often to give him time to respond. If you can compound your drugs through Publix Compounding or another facility like Village Pharmacy and Compounding please do.

Before I would go to CVS which is awful, they would never order the medicine on time or have it ready and always make it difficult with getting controlled medication. I LOVE THIS PHARMACY!

Heidi Santana: Best vet ever!!! Came recently to bring an injured bird I rescued and decided to keep and also made an appointment to have my rabbit checked out and get a quote for spay/neuter. The doctor and staff are extremely nice and polite. I'm an overthinker and always have a million questions but they never once seemed annoyed and were always super helpful. Exotic vets are pricey, of you want or have an exotic animal, it's something you have to be aware of, however, the prices here are very reasonable and they try to work with you as much as possible. I saw they offer boarding as well and after seeing how great everyone is, I would not think twice to leave any of my babies here. They're about 30 minutes from me but totally worth the drive and I'm so glad I found them. There were a lot of reviews that spoke about the staff and I must say that after being here, I can't explain how anyone could have a single negative thing to say. They even check up on your pet the following day! Also, read about people who spent money and had their pet die. I know it's extremely unfortunate but it's well known that when most exotic pets show signs of illness, they might be past the point of possible recovery. Those things aren't known for certain and it's a risk you have to take. The injured bird I brought in was in horrible shape and I knew all the money I spent might be in vain because there was a possibility he might not make it through the night. But I weighed my options and determined that I was willing to take the risk. It's been days and the little one has gained weight, is stronger and is still hanging in there. Don't focus on the bad reviews. Give them a chance and make a determination for yourself. I doubt you'll regret it. If you do like them, take a moment to leave a good review because when people go above and beyond and offer the highest level of service, they should be appreciated.

Goldpro94: I want to tell you about my experience in this place so that many people who have pets avoid taking them there due to the lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. I have a rabbit that has an injury to one of its legs and I took it to that place as a second opinion. Due to the problem that we presented with the COVID pandemic, they did not let me enter with the pet and be present at the time of the physical examination. When I went to pick up my rabbit after almost 5 hours, I noticed that he was a little downcast when I picked him up, but I didn't think much of it. The next day I noticed that I had no strength and could barely stand. I go on the internet to find out what it could be and one of the causes could be caused by a fall. I call the Doctor to ask if that could have happened and this man tells me that nothing happened during my absence but that if he could show me the cameras of the place but with a lawyer. I was curious and wanted his point of view on why this had happened to my rabbit, his response was that I had been the one who dropped my rabbit, that this was my fault. I was shocked by his reply. Something that seemed strange to me was his response and very insensitive to my concern. I do not need to sue to seek money. I just wanted to know if something had happened with my rabbit during my absence, only that. My recommendations is NOT a safe place to leave your pets very unprofessional and as a doctor he was insensitive to my concern, he was sarcastic and his response left much to be desired as a professional. All people who love their pets BEWARE of this place I do not recommend it

You came to us with a bunny that sadly had developed a ver large ulcerated open and painful tumor in one of her rear legs. You had taken your bunny, named Clover, to another veterinarian and were given two options, either to operate which meant possibly ending up amputating her leg, or to humanely euthanize you pet since the mass was so large and was covering a very wide section of Clovers foot. You declined and brought Clover to us for an opinion. At the visit and after talking with you and examining Clover we agreed that the options given were correct, we also made the recommendations to send Clover home with pain medications and wound care to help Clover bear the pain and discomfort evidently existent and not addressed by you up to that moment. But you declined any pain medications and wound support. You complain about us doing something to your bunny which is not true, but again declined to offer your pet basic pain medications and wound care. We feel sorry for Clover but do not regret at all letting you know that the reason for which you bunny is in pain is because Clover had a huge ulcerated open infected tumor in her leg that was not cared for at all. Thank you for the opportunity to have met Clover even if it was for a brief moment and without being able to help her since Clovers caretakers did not allowed us to do anything for her. May god bless you and give many more opportunities to help your pet.

C A: I am so thankful to have been able to bring my baby girl to see Dr. Ramon de Armas, DVM! My bird got sick Sunday evening and paws and claws was the only place closest to me that specializes in all animals. So I was soooo worried that I would not be able to get my bird in for an appointment. But my mother called on Monday morning and they said sure bring her him. My parents dropped her off so she can be evaluated. Then I received a phone call from Dr. Ramon de Armas, DVM himself! He was so nice and pleasant to speak with. I also appreciated his honesty. I provided him with the past medical history and history of present illness. Answered all his questions. Then he formulated a plan. He gave me the options and limitations and we got started. Well my baby girl is doing so much better. I believe she is back to normal. Thank you so much. I really hope to be able to follow up with you somehow to let you know how she is doing and if you have any further recommendations for her. I want her to never be sick again!!! Marcela Ramirez: It’s so frustrating having to go to a Vet that doesn’t help. I was directed to this vet when I bought my puppy at Petland. This is the vet that they are affiliated with and I was supposed to ale they puppy within the 4 days of purchase. Unfortunately Petland sold me a sick puppy and she was having a lot of diarrhea and sneezing all the time. When I took her to this vet they told me that she had a bacteria and prescribed antibiotics. My puppy didn’t get better, so I made an appointment with my trusted vet, they said that she had worms and the antibiotics were not enough, she was supposed to be dewormed. Although Pou’s staff were very friendly they were not very well trained and inexperienced. My puppy also had a upper respiratory infection, which they didn’t catch. Fortunately I made the appointment with the other vet, otherwise my puppy could have gotten very sick or even die. Now I’m wondering if this vet has some kind of arrangement with the pet store, just to mislead prospect clients and new owners, to report that the puppies are healthy when they are not. I give 2 starts just for the friendliness of the staff. As a response to the business reply: If a vet gives me a treatment as an option, I’m going to opt out if it is not strictly necessary. In fact they were offering me so many things that it was confusing to understand what was necessary and what was not. I’m not a vet, therefore o don’t know the name of the medications and their functions, and I don’t know what is the required treatment for something like that. They said it was a bacteria, so for me it made sense the antibiotic. I’m sorry but a doctor for pets or for humans need to be more clear and specify what has to be done.

We strive to always make our clients and patients feel as though they are getting the best possible medical care. When you brought Tasha in last week, we performed two parasite screenings. One of them came back as positive for Giardia. The recommended treatment for Giardia is Metronidazole (which is an antibiotic & antiparasiticide). After reviewing Tasha’s medical chart, you were offered an oral dewormer, but declined. I do sincerely apologize that you felt as though Tasha didn’t receive the care you wanted. Adopting a new puppy is a joyous occasion and you should be celebrating your new addition, not worrying about her care. We’re always here should you need anything in the future.

julian valhuerdi: My Toby has been going to Pou Vet group for many years. I first took Toby for an emergency, since he was attacked by a larger dog. Dr. Pou and his team acted quickly to save him and were so supportive. I decided to switch vets and stay with them since they treated me and Toby so great! They go above and beyond for their patients and treat them like family. Toby is always happy going into the office and that is what matters the most! Today reminded me of that when I took him in for booster vaccines.

Jacquelyn DeAngelo: I'm so glad I went to Pou Veterinary Group! I knew I picked the right place as soon as I was greeted by the receptionists. As a new customer I found the check-in process easy and efficient. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and treated my dog Marshmallow as if she was his own. Dr. Pou is a fantastic veterinarian! He answered all of my questions and took his time to explain everything they would be doing during the examination. I was very impressed with how high quality their equipment is and appreciated that they invited me to take a look at my dog's x-rays. The office has a convenient full pharmacy which means no running around to collect prescriptions after the visit. I purchased the senior dog package which covered the exam, provides discounts and includes a phone number which will allow me to ask questions or share concerns with the doctor any time, day or night. I am very happy with the service and look forward to going back for vaccinations, exams and grooming in the future.

Nicole Giralt: Dr. Pou has always been amazing!! This weekend at 7am Nenita wasn’t acting like her normal fun playful self so my son called a 24/7 emergency vet hospital line to see if they could help and they were very unhelpful and rude. He then reached out to Dr. Pou from Pou Veternary Group early in the morning and he responded immediately to bring her in right away. Dr. Pou evaluated Nenita and took excellent care of her. Nenita is back home on her way to full recovery. Dr. Pou has been checking up on her daily since we left his office. He is a great, kind, and loving Vet that is always available to help. He found us the best puppy in the world and we are so grateful for him because he is always there for us! We highly recommend Pou Veterinary Group !!

Carlos Gonzalez: Their customer service is great! But I feel like they know when they could take advantage of new puppy owners. They want you to pay for all these exams and stuff, I get it preventative, but man your prices are rough. I appreciate the help you gave me, but I didn't like feeling like I was being pressured to pay all that money. Instead of suggesting getting insurance your your dog, they offer you to apply for a credit card. Overall best of wishes to your business.

Brittany Burkley: Great pharmacy!! You can just tell that they care! The only draw back is that they don’t have access to every prescription- I suppose that’s because they aren’t one of the big pharmacies. Would highly recommend as long as they have your RX.

Douglas Barra: I have been using VH Pharmacy for many years. Even though they are not near my home, they deliver and they are awesome people with great customer service. If you live in Miami, you need to get medications, you would prefer to not wait in line at one of the big, factory-like, pharmacies, just tell your doctor to send your prescriptions to VH and they will deliver them to your door. And, if you'd like to visit their location, they are warm, welcoming and helpful.

Missi Collett: Dr. Delmastro is especially good with both the emotional and physical sides of your fur babies. She has been my cats and dogs vet for many years and my whole family loves her and the extra attention she pays to our family pets!

Stuckey Party of 4: Dr. Delmastro at it again! She was so thorough with our Victorian Bulldog when her hair started falling out. She ended up referring us to a specialis, but she takes good care of all her other needs. For example the excellent job she does clipping her nails that are black where you cannot see the quick and getting them cut very short!!!! We love the special attention she gives to both our dogs!!!!! Highly recommend her care for your four legged babies too!

Allyson S.: These people LET MY DOG ESCAPE onto Bearss ave!! She was lost for almost 10 hours with a muzzle still on! We found her that night in the dark, in a large area of woods with no way to use her mouth. We brought her in with a regular leash, and a harness with another leash. She's not known to run away but, very timid and afraid of the vet. So we knew they would need extra control of her. They should NEVER have had her off leash with their van doors open. Something needs to change within their protocol and/or staff training. The techs didn't even offer to help find her/run after her they drove off asap. She is not a big, scary, wild dog either she is 28 Ibs, well behaved, never been aggressive, just timid and very afraid of nail trims and needles which we warned them about before hand.

I did not appreciate the one woman inferring I left them in the car because I didn’t care about them! Her words were “she fosters”. A. Non Userperson: BEWARE! They gave me the incorrect prescription and are refusing to take it back! The pharmacist was extremely rude and obstinate and didn't care about my health or adverse side effects. They are now completely unresponsive trying to rectify the issue.
