North Beach Community Garden: what do users think?

SteadiedEmu427: This community garden is such a welcome addition and is honestly under-utilized. There is open spots here for any locals that would like to grow some fresh vegetables or herbs. There is also a nice little area behind the garden with this incredibly old tree filled with birds, iguanas and other wonderful local Miami creatures.

Catrina Lucier: I had a reservation, I tried to call them for 2 days, no one answered the phone or called back, I get there and no one is in the office no one is answering and all the employees don’t know what is going on, no one can get ahold of the manager and some other guest came up to us and he was given a room key for a room that doesn’t even use a room key.. it needed a code the door has a key pad to punch in numbers, he couldn’t get into his room because the young man that gave him the key left and he was waiting for over 2 hours! That same young man that assisted him finally came back and we show him our reservation, and he tells us that he doesn’t see it in his system and he doesn’t have a room for us but tells us to wait.. nothing else.. another man was waiting as well and he told the man he has to just wait because these two (2 people just walked in) need a room asking for a room for four nights and he said yes of course, charges them and gives them a room with them having no reservation. So he walked out.. worst hotel experience of my life! I asked for his manager and he looked at me rolled his eyes and didn’t say a word. So I walked out. Expedia tried to contact him while we we’re waiting and he didn’t answer there call and totally blew us off. I will never book here again and I recommend to anyone not to either

trish gill: Little slice of heaven. Love our little plot - nothing more rewarding than growing something from scratch. Great, chill group of gardeners, willing to share ideas.

RJ Louis: I like this garden because you can grow your own food & flowers.

Alexander Mora: Is a comunity garden nice for family

Maida Iglesias: (Translated by Google) A garden for community use, distributed in small plots where the user grows the plants of their choice. Good place to connect with nature and educate children in relation to nature. (Original) Un jardín de uso comunitario, distribuido en pequeñas parcelas donde el usuario cultiva las plantas de su preferencia. Buen lugar para hacer conexión con la naturaleza y educar a los niños en relación con la naturaleza.

Ichimura Miami Japan Garden: what do users think?

Levi For Waifu: Rather small and somewhat limited. Absolutely did not fill the 1:10 we planned to kill here. About as calm as you would expect it to be.Fish but no food dispensers, but they leap even at leaves in the water, so I guess it evens out.

Michael Bolgov: Amazing recreation of the traditional Japanese garden. Very beautiful. The photos will explain.

Leonard Sosa: My family went there for the festival. It was a nice place. I would see my self come here to relax and think to my self on my off days.

Nen Travel: Nice peaceful place, but very small. You can walk entire place in under 20 min. Chill spot if you just want to disconnect from the city for a few minutes.

Emma Yin: My boyfriend took me here it is a beautiful place very tranquil and peaceful.

Ekaterina Spiridonova: Very nice and peaceful little garden. I spent there an hour or so and there was only me. You can meditate or even do a yoga.

Rocio Mendoza: Terrible experience! Its full of poisonous animals and its not maintained. Not recommended.

Miami Beach Botanical Garden: what do users think?

M Eli6: Very pretty small botanical garden with such beautiful displays. Loved the hidden art in between the trees & plants. Person at the cash register in the gift shop was absolutely lovely. Was amazed at the eco-friendly products sold inside like the milk carton water. Definitely recommend as a must do.

世界市民: Perfect escape from busy South Beach! great place to relax under the trees and getting some refreshing shade while listening to the water splashing in the ponds and fountains, it is truly a beautiful and well maintained garden, great collection of orchids and many other plants and flower varieties, also some animals like koy fish, turtles and multiple lizard and bird species.

Lo H.: A free garden that is very serene and relaxing. I was on vacation and came across this while exploring the area. Would definitely return anytime I’m back in the area. Would highly recommend

Elisheva Teitelbaum: Beautiful and peaceful gardens, free entry. It was a great experience. We saw some interesting and different plants and trees and there are places to sit and relax as well.

Little River Cooperative Edible Plant Nursery: what do users think?

Deborah Waas: The gardening workshops are so informative and engaging. Little River Cooperative provides a wonderful opportunity to be one with nature and grow together 🌱 plants, edible flowers and garden supplies

Della Heiman: My team and I have had the honor and joy of working with Muriel, Tiffany and the Little River Cooperative team since 2015 on multiple projects, including community gardens for private businesses and activating larger-scale public spaces. In the first project, they created the largest urban, organic edible garden in the county at our venue, The Wynwood Yard. We are currently working with them again in our new space, The Doral Yard, and recently worked with them on a large-scale pedestrian activation in Downtown Doral. Muriel has brilliantly worked with us over the years to design and upgrade our gardens, always providing thoughtful insights into the layouts, materials and specific plants to grow within each area of the space (for each season and depending on our culinary needs, etc). The LRC team has provided a large range of additional services, including monthly maintenance to the gardens, leading community workshops and educational events, and jumping in for a variety consulting and garden-related projects as they arise. They are by far and away our #1 choice and recommended vendor for these types of projects, as they consistently display the highest level of creativity, professionalism and integrity. We are deeply grateful to the LRC team for designing, curating and tending to our beautiful gardens over the years. They have brought life and beauty to our spaces, and have shared a great deal of knowledge with our team and guests along the way!

Adriana Grineberg: Little River transformed my back and front yard into a food forest, people stop by to ask me what’s happening in the garden, it’s so beautiful! My outdoor space became a mini botanical garden, full of butterflies and flowers. Littleriver helped me to build a composting area, we have vegetal beds and in few months I have already harvested from the garden fruits, flowers, herbs and some vegetables started to appear. They helped me learn a bit about permaculture and how to replicate the nature’s wizard into our house. The transformation and love dedicated to us is a gift.

Julie Frans: I have been working with LRC for about 7 years. We used to work together on installing and maintaining school gardens (I think we cooperated on about 10!) and they have helped me with my own home gardens for many years as well. They installed and maintained the massive edible garden at The Wynwood Yard since it was created in 2015, and the team now oversees all garden and plant installations and maintenance at The Doral Yard, including edible and non-edible plants. They are the absolute best team to work with! They are helpful, they educate and empower us to care for our plants, and they are very dependable. Plants and gardens in their care are always beautiful and happy and healthy! I recommend the team at Little River 100%!

Zuly P: I’ve always had a good harvest from all plants I buy from Little River Cooperative- the products are also well worth the money- I have brought home buckets of great soil, fertilizer and lots and lots of plants- trust me all the plants you buy here will grow beautiful!

Oaks Richard: Little River Coop installed 3 raised beds on our property a few years ago. These friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled people visit every other week to service the garden. This includes seasonal replanting, replacing underperforming plants, adding lots of flowers and color, iguana and pest control, and trimming and clean up. The process each season is easy, pick the plants you like from their website and watch them grow. They make it easy, just add water, harvest flowers, fruits, and veggies, and show off your garden to your friends!

Pinecrest Gardens: what do users think?

Photography by Satesh: Very nice place to take a stroll. Me and my wife went to their light festival and it was very nice, but a bit overpriced for what it was. It had been a long time since I had visited and I’m glad they have kept the place very nice and clean. If I didn’t live so far I would go more often just to walk around and relax. I really loved the addition of the wooden sculptures. See my photos.

Kristie M: An absolute GEM and it’s only $5 a ticket. This place is so beautiful, there are no words for how nice they take care of it. Make sure to take a picture of the map because it’s easy to get lost. They are pet friendly, and have water for them near the restrooms.

Jetlife_777: I was amazed at the beautiful atmosphere this place has. Its very peaceful and a great outlet from the city life. I also felt the zen and relaxing vibes throughout the gardens. I recommend this place to anybody in the area.

Paolo Saieh: Went for the light show at night, cool walk but besides lights in the Garden everything is dark and nothing to see but same lights changing color all over. Wooden sculptures where pretty cool and impressive size

Victor Carpinelli: This place was a nice surprise. Good get away from Miami, clean and interesting. Coffee shop available but was closed when I visited it. Loved the troll statue.

Nexus Lens: Nice place to take a stroll but unfortunately all the attentions were closed (kids water playground, and most garden areas) only the walking path was open. This was especially disappointing because the price was still the same as when fully opened. Regardless the price for admission is $5 per person. I will revisit when it is fully opened and then reevaluate my rating accordingly.

Melissa Dynan: Beautiful! We went to the Pinecrest annual art festival. What a fabulous venue. Spent an hour walking around the gorgeous gardens.
