Kirby Socker: Ramon helped us out immensely with an extremely last minute print job. He was incredible to work with. Highly recommend using this location for all your printing needs!

Lavish Representative: I paid overnight air to have by business items arrive when I land in the state.. to my surprise my package never arrived and the contents were stolen... the driver stated that the receiver refused but they stated they never did.. I am currently in miami on a business trip where i spent over 4k and cant do anything due to these thieves stealing my items. I will be pressing charges for fraud! they had one job and it has costed me thousands ! they have no solution on me spending 3kon a room, 1k almost on a flight, and them stealing my items!!! STRAIGHT FRAUDS! I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MY PACKAGE WAS NOT LOADING ON THAT TRUCK DAMAGED SO 10/10 THE SHADY DRIVER STOLE MY ITEMS! I AM OUT OF THOUSANDS BECAUSE OF THEM!! BEWARE

Anna Turi: I HAD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT FOR THEFT AND FRAUD MADE AT THIS LOCATION. I have a P.O. box at this UPS location where I send all my packages. I recently ordered $200 pair of shoes and had them shipped to my PO Box. I received notification from FEDEX that my package had been delivered. I went to go pick them up but was told that my box was “missing’. A day goes by and still no call from the manager. I called them back and the manger Maria answered telling me she watched the cameras and noticed that she herself “handed the SHOE box back to the UPS driver by mistake when he came to pick up packages” she also mentioned she knew “exactly what box it was”. I NEVER MENTIONED WHAT WAS INSIDE THE BOX BUT SHE KNEW THEY WERE SHOES. She said she would have them brought back to the location. On this same day a FRAUDULENT purchase was made on my debit card for a $474 shirt. The purchaser used my PO Box as the shipping address. One day passes by and my box has been “found” I went to go pick it up and it was an EMPTY SHOE BOX WITH NOTHING INSIDE BUT THE SHOELACES. When we confronted Maria, she only took the defensive and in no way tried to offer us ANY KIND OF HELP to get to the bottom of what happened. If you are the owner of this establishment, I need to speak with you right away.

Awalkadaywithjp “TossAnotherOne”: staff was super friendly when i went and the people are not asleep like they usually are at UPS around miami - walked in and out without getting attitude or complaining for the long wait - come here in the AM and it will feel like a breeze - a little small so when its crowded it gets packed but your fault for coming in during busy hours

Yesenia Alvez: This was by far one of the best UPS I've been too in a while. I was very happy to have been helped with a very complicated shipment to Europe. Sandra and Maria were both proficient in their job and helped get me all the supplies and shipment information I needed. This is definitely a placed you want to ship out of. I recommend this location to anyone that needs to have the best service.

Arthur Lyssenko: The staff at this location has always been friendly but the prices seem absolutely outrageous as of late. I was charged $115 dollars to send a 6 lb package (medium sized box) from FL to CA. This has happened a few times and every time I mention the cost being too expensive they're somehow magically able to provide a discount on the spot. I've also come to learn that UPS store locations are privately owned and so the prices are marked up significantly compared to 'normal' UPS locations- if you want to save yourself a lot of money I'd stay away from this location.

Im regards to the pricing of your box, i did have a chance to review your shipment and make sure there was no mistake on it, but unfortunately this was actually the correct price. Just to be clear, yes we are independently franchise owned business, but whe it comes to UPS pricing we don't control or markup any cost, these are actually predetermined by UPS and it uses the same price you see online on the ups.com website. Now, sometimes prices may vary significantly depending on the weight or the size of the box you use, its a method called Dim Weight, and i can see why you are upset since you did not have a heavy box to ship but a large one in inches size. This might sound a little confusing, but i would gladly explain the details if you prefer over the phone or right here at the store. There are some ways to avoid this to happen again, i would be very happy to explain in no less than a 5 min call. Hope we hear back from you soon.

Franky Garcia: I came into the store about couple days ago and to start off I was already in a HORRIBLE mood from work. I always go to UPS to deliver all my packages for work and I had gone to another one and the service horrible but one of the employees at the store Mike, took care of my whole process which was good because he kind of got me in a better mood after we started talking. So I appreciate that your employees go out of there way like him to make my day. Love it. This is the store from now on.

Ivan Frank: Convenient location and dedicated parking spot up close. Great for packages that are ready to ship and Amazon returns. Do not come here to print a label or perform other office service type functions. We asked for help printing a UPS label and were told "yes of course I can do that for you, email this inbox." Once I had the UPS label in hand, I was asked to pay for it, after no initial disclosure of cost. $1.99 for "email" in addition to 30 cents for the print out itself. Absurd charge and poor communication. Did we mention this is for a label of the shipping service fronted by the store itself? FedEx will print your FedEx labels for free, and anything else you need printed is $0 email/code and 17 cents per page. USPS will also print out your labels for free with a label broker QR code. This is all thanks to investments in technology and UPS is lagging very far behind. Ultimately this is the problem with "The UPS Store" - its all franchises and the owner/operator can do and charge what they would like (some charge a high fee for receiving a package as an example). This operator will not help you in shipping a UPS package so come prepared.

Alex Blanco: Great store, great people, fast, and easy. Apart from the shopping center that has predatory towing and an old senile mall security guy, everything else is pretty great when it comes to this UPS. They’ve always been great to send, return, or mail all my needs and they have a small office area for any extras you may need.

Andrew: They are still there and open despite some reviews claiming otherwise. I have dropped off some 50+ packages here without problems and always come with preprinted labels already attached and ready to go. They are very fast and it takes all of 20 seconds to scan my package and print a receipt. They open promptly at 8:30am which is nice because I am able to drop off my packages for the day before I have to get to work at 9. I have not used any other services so I cannot comment on how well those are serviced.

Antuanet Rivera: Horrible service. For starters the driver did not deliver the package to my place of residence. The retailer was able to give me a discount for me having to waste my time to go pick it up and after confirming it was there I walked 30 minutes for them to tell me that they would not release my package to me because the retailer wrote my husbands name on the package instead of me. Doesn’t matter how many ways I try to prove that it’s mine (including payment method, which is my card, showing his ID, showing we live together, getting him on the phone, and showing my number was the number to call for deliveries). Very VERY disappointed in the service and senseless rules enforced by employees who don’t care. Next time we’ll be shipping with FedEx.

Legal Translations, Inc.: I have had my business address here for years. They are always cordial and professional. I have used their notarization and printing services, shipping, etc. Quick and professional service. I highly recommend this store.

qingyu li: I lost a jacket in River Park hotel in Miami and luckily the hotel found it but when I asked them to send by UPS, they said they were too busy to do it. Calling UPS gave me no hope so I called the UPS store to try my luck. Janelle from this UPS store answered my phone and she was so kind and explained to me they offer the pickup and mail service. The next day they went to pick up the jacket and sent to me the same day, even though that day they were super busy. I'm so grateful for their service. Highly recommended.

Dora Mayorga: The best store around!!! This is by far the best printing service place around. No matter what you need they will attend your needs. I have been there in a rush, with time, order online no matter what the owner Alex and his staff are always on it. Also, they have the best prices, I work in downtown now and have check everywhere around for prices and this UPS has the best prices on printing. All around, one of the best services i have received in Miami

1Freddy Angel: This review has been viewed over 750 times. UPS location at 2520 SW 22nd Street Suite 2 is very reliable, the associates are all really amazing, and management here operates the business very well. It's impressive the amount of packages and customers going in and out of this location at a steady pace. They do it all here, international shipping, notary services, and we really appreciate the fact their management allows last minute customers the opportunity of sending those packages out after closing time; no matter if the line is out the door! These associates never complain about time, they don't argue with customers, and they always take pride in what they do. We've been here several times on different occasion and have seen the outstanding customer service they provide. They weigh your packages, seal them for you, and print any labels if needed. I really like how they decorate the establishment for different seasons, and we're sure more customers appreciate it as well. This UPS location is a very good representation of what corporate standard is. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of our top main focuses because of demographics, Thank you.

Maurice Mitchell: I SUSPECT THIS STORE STOLE MY $1,600 PACKAGE First off, I want to note that I sell sneakers & I have been using this UPS store for my drop offs for about 3 years now, never had any issues. I was also friendly with the staff such as Kevin. On February 1st 2022 at 1:08 p.m I went to the store to make a drop off, usually I go in with my box taped and label in hand. However, on this day I forgot to bring my label in which Kevin kindly printed it out for me. This was a mistake on my end as the page with the label had the item I sold (Travis Scott 1’s) along with the $1600 purchase price. Once Kevin gave me the page I quickly tried to rip the part showing the purchase price info. I had reservations of still shipping it because I knew he saw what was supposed to be in the box but naively I brushed it off knowing my history with Kevin & the store. The day the package (Friday Feb 4, 2022) was to be delivered, I checked my tracking and there was no movement since I dropped the package off at the store. I contacted this UPS store and spoke to Kevin and their manager Jimmy. Jimmy offered to show me around the premises and obviously my package wasn’t there anymore. He also tried showing me surveillance but somehow his cameras weren’t working and he couldn’t show me the day that I dropped my package off. This was the most suspicious thing ever, you’re a UPS store. You have 24/7 surveillance to prevent these exact situations and conveniently the day I drop my package off your cameras and system “messes up.” Extremely weird Also, as Jimmy was walking me through the process of calling UPS and filing a claim so they can begin to investigate, Kevin took a picture of my drop off label and said he wanted to keep it for himself too, which was also extremely weird. All these facts strongly support my theory that this store found out what was inside and decided to rob me but I promise they have the wrong one. UPS is investigating now & I am gonna go ahead and file a police report, furthermore I’m a law student at the university of Miami & I plan on taking this store to a small claims court if I need to because I honestly want my package found and returned to me because this is an extremely expensive item.

Diego Jinkus: The one in Grand Ave is closer to me but… screw those guys. Especially that one. You know which. This is a bit further but it’s worth every single extra foot. Nice music, employees being silly amongst them. Jenny was super cool! Screw those other guys on Grand!

Warren Linnerooth: I went in to notarize and ship some important documents. Michael the notary was friendly. Jenny (also a notary) was also friendly and helpful. Every time I go to this store they are friendly and provide good service.

Michele: The best UPS experience I’ve had in Miami. Everyone is polite and helpful. Yes, there may be a line, but all of the employees work quickly so the line moves along. Kevin helped me and he was super helpful and friendly. I’m glad I chose this UPS store for my P.O. Box.

Robbie Christian: Jimmy is the most competent, friendly, and knowledgeable UPS employee I've ever met and it's because of him that I have continued coming back to this same site for years. He is incredibly efficient with his work; I show up prepared and I'm out of there in a flash. The couple mentions in other reviews about the pace of the store are really due to the other customers (a UPS store can only be as fast as its slowest customer). I absolutely recommend this place.

Christie Thomas: I gave them one extra star because the staff is nice, but this is the smallest and most understaffed UPS considering the crowds in the area. I have been living in the neighborhood for 1.5 years, and have gone multiple times, and I've never waited less than 20 minutes, which is very frustrating because I only ever go to drop off an Amazon return turn that already has a label, nothing complicated. They should really have 2 lines, one for the quick drop offs and another for more complicated things. I will be going to another UPS moving forward.

Alex Turicik: I had a bunch of analog cameras and even an acoustic guitar to ship but had none of the packing materials to do any. I went into this store and I was helped as soon as the friendly staff were free. They were very transparent and informative of what and how they were going to pack my items. The staff were very kind and assured me all of my items were going to be safe. Fast forward to when I get the packages and they were immaculately packaged and very safely kept. They were double bubble wrapped and even bagged to keep them safe! I was floored by the quality of packaging as well as how kind and informative the staff were. If I’m ever back in Miami and need to ship, I headed straight for this store.

Shawn Turner: I travel all over Florida for work and a huge part of my business involves shipping my product daily. I have to say of all of the UPS stores that I frequent, this particular store is by far my favorite. From the friendly and accommodating staff who always maintain a professional disposition with warm and friendly greetings that come obviously from them getting to know each client and their particular needs when it comes to all services. I’ve never had an issue with my product being shipped to a wrong address or lost or damaged which I can’t say for every UPS store that I’ve used. This store is and will always be my go to store for as long as I remain in business. I highly recommend them! A BIG thank you to the crew over there! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Eric Rodriguez: I was in the store this morning before lunch time . I was helped by the girl Tasha. She was patient with me as I wasn’t sure if I was going to ship out my items or not I’ve also been in here numerous times at all different hours I personally have never seen her or any of the staff being rude to customers fast forward I did my shipment she highlighted the tracking number for me and the expected delivery date… Just a random thought if you scroll through all the reviews for this store you see this young ladies name very frequently and all great reviews sometimes customers are not always right in their behavior towards workers. Keep up the great work you are very helpful and kind whenever I come in the store

I wasn’t able to get there un till 10 minutes before they closed. He was efficient, friendly, professional and timely took care of everyone in line. Rossana C: Tasha working at this store is so RUDE, she is definitely not someone I would like to deal with again. I have experienced it myself and also saw how rude she is with other customers. Whe I visited the store, she switched positions and asked one of her colleagues to take care of me. Her colleague then display the same rude attitude. Ashlee Grace: What I witnessed at this store was truly beautiful. First this is not my first time in this store. I stopped by today because I needed to fax,print, and ship out so I was in the store for a while and I got to witness this beautiful action. An ederly couple was in the store shipping out some items they were attended by the young lady Tatiana she was very patient with them and went at their pace the couple was bickering and Tatiana showed A1 customer service as she was helping them the other young lady With the red hair came in to help her after they finished the older man left out with another lady and the older lady stayed behind the young lady with the red hair WALKED the elderly lady outside to her. I finally finished and was waiting for my Uber so I caught the rest of this outside. As the elderly couple left in their car another car pulled up while this young lady was still outside she stopped and spoke ( I’m intrigued at this point so I’m all ears and eyes ) she went inside so I’m like wow the customer service these girls have showed is beyond amazing then the young lady comes back out with mail and packages for this new car that had pulled up to the store I’m honestly in awe it’s the simple little things in life that some people skip over to see but I’m so glad I had to stop by this store today and got to see this act of kindness from BOTH young ladies at this store. I will continue to come to this UPS STORE for any of my shipping or printing needs. Also I hope the owners and managers at the store KNOW AND RECOGNIZE these girls and their above and beyond customer service skills. Jerry Bautista: I have came to this store a couple times for a notarization never had an issue , I recently went and was assisted by a gentleman with long hair who couldn't notarize a letter in another language and who also couldn’t maintain my paper in the order they were . He missed putting his stamp in one document . Also Very rude when I tried to let him know that I wanted my papers organized . I will not be going back for notarization .

Stephen Burnage: Unreliable and disorganized. Was a mailbox customer for one year. They twice insisted that they had given me all my packages and when i gave them full tracking details (and signature), they argued that they definitely did not have my missing packages (blaming it on unreliable drivers) only to mysteriously find it a few days later. On an other occasion, they gave me another customers package (which was correctly addressed and should neven have been given to me). I did not realize their mistake until i had left on vacation but twice emailed them to offer to return that other customers package (it was an expensive piece of specialized electronics) but they could not even be bothered to answer. Use a different UPS office and save yourself a lot of grief.

Bodley Celestin: Amazing service. I had a very complex delivery to fulfill. Multiple packages going to a good amount of places. I knew it would be time consuming to get through. Jose helped me through it all. Not just helping to get it done, but doing it with a smile on his face. Was a great experience. Recommend this store.

Mitchel Reyes: This is a great example of how UPS stores should be. The staff is very friendly and actually care (which is rare now a days). Prices are standard to other UPS stores of course but it is the quality of service that this store offers that keeps me coming back. Best UPS store experience.

Jaime Patino: I can understand UPS employees and owners don't care and don't pay for customers merchandise. But we, the customers, pay for a service and expect a high quality service. I don't understand why they have to throw our merchandise like nothing, like we are shipping garbage. Our merchandise cost money, and in my case thousands. Would UPS and UPS store owners like people vandalize, destroy, break their windows in their stores? I don't think so, then why don't they care about the customer's business??

Marilyn Chirino: I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered a 6 pages printing to pick up at this office at 10am, at 12:30 came to get my doc and one of the two boys of the store asked me for my order details, I show him my cellphone with the info, he took my phone for a while to the next room where I couldn't see him, then he told me that I had to wait 10min to get my doc. After 10min waiting he came out saying that my doc would be ready for pick up at 3pm. There was no notification (store door or email) about this delay, I already had to cancel a business appointment today because of this. UPS DON'T MAKE YOUR CLIENTS LOOSE TIME AND MONEY LIKE THIS! Thank you for replying my review, answering the advise about "setting the correct pick time" I would like to share that the boy in the store told me that clients should wait for their call for picking printed documents (he told me this after the first 10min waiting), didn't mentioned anything about "setting a correct time", but this information wasn't on the website or on the store front when I arrived.

Enmanuel Muller: WORST UPS IN HISTORY! UPS needs to either shut this store down, or completely hire new staff! The people who work there are Inconsiderate and incompetent. Rude employees who are lazy and choose not to do their actual job. I sent a package to my mother and when she arrived they told her it wasn’t here and didn’t bother looking. I called UPS to file a claim for my missing package. They got back to me same day to let me know the driver did drop it at the location. I had my mom return next day to pick it up. They told her same thing, no it’s not here go check another location. Without actually checking, not even asking for the tracking number to make sure, just shun her away. It took her getting more assertive and to get me on the phone to tell them I started an investigation and that the package is there! Finally, after budging so hard they”Find” the package they said wasn’t there. Not only did they not bother checking or offer to help they did charged my mom $10 to take the package!? There is no fee to pick up packages. They did this out of spite. I will be glad reporting this store and its employees to HR. Save yourself time and stress and do not go to this UPS store!

I paid $1000 for a gold bracelet to take it to this location to ship it back to sender to be told the package never left the facility and was lost. Miami Revolutionary Library: Do not believe their hours. They are open 11-5. Sometimes they may show up earlier or stay later but they’re only there reliably from 11-5. Also, the older couple (the owners) are useless and rude about it. Always try to speak with the other workers, they’re actually helpful.

Just A Signature Notary: This location does not close at 7pm it closes at 6pm and they always close the door before 6pm and they will not let you in. I just left this store and the doors where closed at 5:45pm

Ralph Salvant: I've tried to get along with that old woman Silvi 👵 but she makes it a point to be an old b.... It started when they missed place my package. I came back to the store 3 times before she finally admitted she did so. Then, I get a bill in my box with a late fee of $ 30 because she said I ignored the email she never sent. Then they missed place another package. Then I had to pay $10 for parking AFTER I got a validation from her that didn't work. She's a bad person. They charge $40 less than the one on Biscayne and now I know why.

Tommy Drage: I came to this store to bring a return from Nike.com. When the woman behind the counter couldn't get the code to scan, she told me I needed to pay to print the label. When I asked if I could email the code, she told me I would have to pay to do so. After telling her I thought that was unfair, she relented and found a way to make the code scan. She then told me that I needed to pay for her to tape the box, even though they were taping closed other people's boxes. I tried to go to another lady working in the store and she offered to tape up my box free of charge. While this was going on, the original older lady was berating me in Spanish, when our entire interaction had been in English. Because of how long what should have been a 2 minute errand took, I was forced to pay for parking and was late to my next appointment. Easily the worst customer service interaction I've had in years. That woman at a minimum needs further training in how to deal with the public and might should find other work.

I was frustrated and the employees were very rude and unprofessional. They asked me to forward my email to them. The guy always with bad mood. They close at 7:00, but they do not receive any package after 6:00 even though the store is empty. Maybe it is smoking time. I went to UPS in Coral Way. Alexia Montas: They charge $2 to tape any drop offs and more to print a label. Only come here if your package is labeled and taped. At that point you’ll probably have a better experience dropping it at an access point. Who ever is running this place is super cheap. Avoid if you can.

Larry Edward Lowe: I have high regards for this Store. The Staff are very friendly and helpful to me. They will help you figure the out which way to save on sending your packages and mail. There is a postal mail drop for the US Post Office here. Although the store is not large inside. Go mid morning for less congestion. The parking lot here is always full.

Astrida McFarland: This is our go to UPS store that is convenient to our home. The employees are always friendly and helpful even though they are constantly busy. This store is always packed. It is part of a small but busy strip mall on Biscayne Blvd. The parking is in the back and is very tight and small. Rarely can you get a parking stall and we wind up leaving and going back the next day to try again. Or we look for a UPS truck on our way home or drive to another location. But these are pandemic times and we don't go to stores but we do shop online and we have to return items if they don't fit. We need UPS. They do require masks on, thank goodness!

The guys here are always willing to help and answer any questions you may have.They are always polite, friendly and there's never any hassles. PRLatinLuvly: Update 12/6/21: I changed my rating from 2-3 stars because In all fairness there are friendly and respectful staff here and I shouldn't lower the rate because of 1 person's lack of professionalism. 3 stars because, it's not great this time around either ONLY because whoever is running this store is obviously oblivious, doesn't care, or unable to staff this location appropriately. There was a huge line inside and a line had begun on the outside. Lucky for me, I only had a drop off but felt terrible for all those people waiting. I'm going to stick to my guns as I had in the past and not return to this location again. It's insane how many packages were in the store leaving the worker with limited space. I 🙏 my package gets out on time. I am a UPS My Choice member. I had the best experience a month ago at the 69th Street, Miami Shores location. Today, 6/19/21 @ 9:40 AM I went to this same store and the gentleman with dress/ braids(?) in the store refused to tape my package because I had run out of tape. He wanted to charge me $2.17, which the previous staff did willingly. I left to give my business at another location. I won't be returning here.

Oscar Delgado: This whole business is a rip off. I sent a suitcase with someone's personal clothes that they left behind and they charged me $560 USD here for that. Once the suitcase reached Mexico, it somehow got jammed up with some import/export agency and UPS is now charging me another $260 because they had to file a report to release my suitcase. They don't know what they are doing when it comes to international shipments so avoid this store at all costs for your international shipments and go elsewhere. At least let the customer know when they are at your store that they may be subject to hefty fees for whatever reason. At this point they can keep my suitcase, I'm not bothering to pay their fees for filing some report which I probably filled out for them when I sent the suitcase.

Askar Gabidinov: Omg, they are trying to charge $3 for using their tape to close the box, that's all you should know about this location. Coming here for the 4th time and for the 4th time can say that friendliness is not the trait of the staff here. That's a pity that another location is too far and have to use this one. Stay away from this location whenever you can. Update: just went to another ups location to check if they will provide the tape. Not only they were able to provide the tape, but they closed the box for me. That what a good service is.

Vanessa Heart: The guy working here was unnecessarily rude. A little kindness could go a long way. I just had surgery and walked all the way down here and just wanted to return something. He insisted I purchase a box when there were dozens of used boxes laying around. Kindness? Ever heard of it? Your bad day, is now my bad day.

Carlo Ricordi: The UPS store in the Grove has been a staple for decades. Their employees make you feel like you live in a small town community. Extra care, extra friendly.

Inaia Jimenez-Jinkus: Appalled at the rude treatment. I went to have a document notarized. I had a question about the document and the notary, Stanley, became very rude and cold and condescending saying that we are in Florida, not CA- which is where my address was listed. I was so shocked at the sudden, uncalled for rudeness that I said nothing more and left. I paid $10 for a document that doesn’t have the correct information, and I got to receive nasty treatment. I have been here many times before and regularly gave this store my business-until today. Just wow.

SDRB: I am very surprised at the low ratings. I suspect that it is because people who are unhappy with their experience are more likely to write a review than those who are pleased. I have been using this location for the past 2.5 years and have had nothing but outstanding service. Staff is friendly, respectful and efficient. I have always walked away thinking that I wish that there were more places that offer such exceptional service.

Christian Pankow: My company and me personally have been using this Grove UPS store for years and I was shocked at the low ratings! Nothing in my experience could be further from the truth. The service is awesome and they are willing to go the mile to get whatever you have shipped, whether it's 4 fullsize wheel and tires to the Midwest or fragile marine science equipment to New Zealand. It can get backed up if a lot of people flock in at once so best to check when it's not busy. Don't park in front, the Grove meter maids like to ticket that spot.

In addition he told me that I had to pay 3$ to print my label. I think if you have the problem, you just must provide a solution to the customer. It’s not the fault from the customer. Try to keep your customer by the best way. Time is important for everyone and I couldn’t sent my package today cause this problem.

Lori Scott: Totally agree that this rating is too low!! Exceptionally friendly service! Easy to walk in, get your package prepared, print labels and drop off - not just UPS items. And if you have questions, the staff is always available to help you out. Plus they have a notary on staff, call before you go to confirm he is available. One stop and done.

Ramsey S: Store is attached to Double Tree Hotel and Miami Intl Mall. You can park in designated spots right in front of the store/hotel. I had 3 packages sent to my name at the hotel and picked up here. Yes you pay a pickup and handling fee, this is typical at most hotels which have trade show spaces. Keven (with an e) and team were helpful and allowed for a smooth transaction. They take care of your packages and are courteous and efficient (no long lines) but they are not the actual delivery team (not drivers for ups/FedEx) so the negative reviews stating delivery issues are misguided at this store, in my opinion.

I took to this location an amazon item to be returned(with AMZ prepaid return label), they weight the item, gave me the receipt, BUT NEVER SENT the product. Literally they STOLED IT. its been more than a month i haven't had a response. I called them , and got horrible customer service. 1st they dropped off my call when i was explaining my problem. 2nd, they told me it was they UPS driver that took the item but never scanned it. 3rd. they told me I can not file a claim bc Amazon is the one need to do it. (But when calling Amazon supervisor they say the opposite) Summarizing, This location is keeping your item, and not giving you the proper support. Pls dear Manager, take responsibility on your employees actions, you have cameras all over the place. If I don't have any response in a short time, will be filing a claim with POLICE.

Keli Alina: I had a 4 hour layover at the Miami airport before leaving the country, on a Sunday, the week before Christmas, and needed to get homemade Christmas cookies mailed to friends and family. I came in like a whirlwind in the last 20 minutes they were open and the two gentlemen who helped me were incredible. Not only did they help me tape up boxes and secure them with packing peanuts but they efficiently gave me all my shipping options for the 6 addresses I was mailing to and made sure to have me recheck that everything was correct. Reading the reviews before going into this location I was expecting a totally different experience, but there were two other customers who came in while I was there and they were served courteously and with very clear explanations about their costs for drop off packages. This store is one of many UPS stores and is attached to a hotel with different hours than other locations, which leads me to believe some of these negative reviews might say more about the reviewers not just using another location than the actual service, but who knows, I guess it depends on what $20 is worth to you. I can only attest to the amazing and friendly assistance I received. Thanks again guys! All my packages made it to their destinations on par with the quoted arrival dates. Please excuse the lengthy review, but seriously they kept my Christmas cheer rocking and helped me achieve what seemed a lost cause. 5 stars all the way! :)

Mary Widder: Paid to have early morning delivery at the hotel. I heard in transit all day and finally had to leave on our cruise without it. Wouldn’t have paid that much if it weren’t really important, but employee at the store couldn’t have cared less!

A: So far the worst place ever. Nothing works, so rude, unprofessional, disrespectful.

Aramis Isaac: Be careful with this store and UPS drivers make sure you keep a receipt of your package and real weight. I have been coming here for months for mostly Amazon returns. I came in January 7th, 2021 to return a couple shirts back to the Amazon warehouse. Its always a fast process they never really look at the items just blindly close and send it off. I came her with 5 shirts total in box that I never close in case they want to check and come to find out almost a month after that the box was found empty. Make sure you keeps receipts and confirm weights of items otherwise will be misplaced or stolen thru the process of UPS. Amazon charged me in full for the items that was returned in person to this store.

Tiffany Santamaria: Wow! Outstanding service! I drove from another UPS store that would not even take the time to answer any of my questions or provide me with any recommendations. The moment I walked into this store. The owner welcome me in and noticed I was stressed out. He gave me the perfect recommendation for my situation. I can honestly say that he truly rolled out the red carpet treatment! This is my to go to store! If you haven’t tried them, you are missing out!

Raul Cabrera: I placed and paid for printing online. The order was sent to the store. I got to the store and the employee did not know about the online printing service. He called the manager and they told me that I would need to wait two business days to pick up the prints. It was only 30 pages, black and white, standard size. Waiting two business days is ridiculous. Should be instant. I'm demanding a refund. I had to go elsewhere to get a rush print job.
Response: We apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we received the print job on Saturday and due to the weather situation I had only one associate at our center. That would be my fault alone. In the future we will strive to do better and again apologies. Frank

First Name Last Name: Don’t go to this location if you value customer service. FedEx is much better and a step away. Unfriendly thirsty staff. If you value yourself as a women AVOID this location. I have thousands of dollars worth of business to do and I will never EVER choose this location and I live 5 minutes away… No pride in their work and it looks like an abandoned HOARDERS house inside. I feel sad for everyone working in this place. I take that back, they deserve every bit of it. ;)

Maria De Fatima Alejo: Staff is useless and don't know what they are doing. Try another location. Let me add. The workers here are rude. We are trying to return a package to amazon. The amazon return slip states no box or label needed. The man is being obnoxious and waving a label in our face tell us that we need to pay for a box.

Guga Gus: Nice staff. BUT the store now charges $2.68 to print your shipping label … that is a one page white and black print out . Go to the FEDEX store one block north and use their printer for $0.16 cents instead . GREED !

G. Mark Abernathey: My package arrived today, in a completely different box, and missing a bottle we bought on vacation!! No message... They just rummaged through everything that was in there and took what they wanted. No Fragile stickers either?!? We are out $75!!!

She was very knowledgeable over the phone and once I stopped by the store she was able to assist with my shipping needs. I noticed how great she treated other customers too.
