M R: Won't go back here again. The employees have more time for each other than the customers. I was there to purchase a Sony camera and wanted an employee's advice on which one to purchase, there was no problem with them wandering around doing whatever the hourly employed do for 8/10hrs. If you ask me if I want help and I responded, Yes, I do. That doesn't mean you do get someone else to get someone else. If you work there you work there. I then found the manager who was aware of me waiting for over 10 minutes tells and employee to assist me, the employees then tell me to wait until he was done speaking with the manager. He obviously couldn't be bothered with me wanting to purchase the camera or asking where are all the SD ®cards? The camera was $1200. Jeff Bezos will get the business.PAUSE!

Hunter Masi: Came in to purchase a laptop and of course no one was even there to assist at all with my purchase. Finally, I found someone who didn't even seem like they wanted to be bothered that I need assistance by the computers. He at least said he would get someone to come (30 mins later of course) and he was helpful to an extent. Moral of the story is that if you know what you want to purchase come here if not forget it, you will get no help from anyone. Luckily for me the service was much better at the Pembroke Pines location which I went to pickup my laptop purchase since they were out of stock there anyways.

Marco Watson: I was charged 213.99 for a phone I purchased when I arrived to the store I was greeted by the manager Steven they told me I couldn't get that phone and refunded me the purchase and then on may 4th I was charged again for the 213.99 and they refunded me but wouldn't show me a proper receipt with the refund amount and they refunded me 199.99 and told me in order to get the 213.99 back I need to call a number. They obviously did some tricky bull and tried to charge me for it. I will be getting it sorted.

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

Florin Babiciu: Unless only if buy a product from them, they won't help you with any other electric device. What's you're point of having a geek squad if it's useless. That's the worst excuse I have ever heard. I don't trust all the small shop of electronics on the beach that why i was hoping someone with more experience. But that won't happen here. That just gave me a reason to never buy any product from a place like best buy. I wonder how many more years will be until you're company is gonna go Bankrupt.

A business with hours posted yet not open to the public because they're unable to set up a proper team to execute on a daily basis it's very disappointing covid-19 is not even the cause of such lack at this point.

Nanda Nocetti: I bought a film for my samsumg s22 plus, which arrived within 1 day at my house, I paid for Best buy to put the film and when I get my cell phone back, I had a message saying that my cellukar was wet and I couldn't charge it. as well? new cell phone and they are not careful????? service rubbish, expensive and bad.

Tony Esposito: Tried to talk with a store manager about a stellar employee who helped me out of a real jam, but they can't be bothered to call back after 5 days. Best Buy is always my last resort, and this is a prime example of why

Korvus Korvus: Cyberpower pcThe pc has def been taken out of box before, has microfiber towel residue in the vents and considerable amount of dust inside when I opened it. The box says it comes with manuals. It does not, for any of the parts. Only a gpu install guide and a set up guide for the pc. ALSO The manufacture replied to a question on this product promising that the pc comes with a screw for the second M.2 SSD port. It does not come with one. Pretty ticked off that i got a used/open box product when I paid for brand new, especially since i drove about 50 miles to pick up and 50 miles home. 3 stars due to open box when i paid for new & the manufacture not caring about its customers wanting upgrades (I shouldnt have to go buy a single screw to expand my storage.) And lying to potential customers about what comes with it

Mira M: I just don't like shopping here at all , the atmosphere is cold and just soul less. The prices overated and the sales , not always easily found . It is maintained decently and the employees are kind and do their best to help nonetheless. Yet they always attempt to up sale every sale and add ten warranties to every protection plan and sign customers up for their credit card. When now a days people often have a whole deck of credit cards and even more debt as is.

Cristian Patino: I called to ask if they have an item, they said yes we do. I arrive and they tell me they don't have the item, I ask them to check and they say maybe in the windows department. I head over there and their staff was nice for double checking but they don't have it either. Yet both departments can say they see it in the system yet they can't find it. I appreciate the help but it was still a waste of my time since the computer system says it's in stock yet nobody could find the product.

Manuel Eduardo Gonzalez: Difficult to get to a specific or single experience. I've been there lot of times, I prefer a thousand times the chance to review certain product before buying it, that's the reason I choose bestbuy over Amazon.. some employees are extremely kind and it's absolutely amazing having someone I can talk to about my concerns, but other times some other employees, man, it's just like they were there trying to fill a spot, they were unkind, at the beginning I thought maybe that person was having a just a bad day, but I realized other employees in other visits had the same attitude.. Now I just think some people love their jobs, others just don't. You'll never know what you will get when asking for help.

Rafic F: I just bought a printer and the people from HP were great then I said I might get a prepaid phone . I went and ask a question to a manager and he answered in the most repugnant way . After that I opened a drawer by mistake not knowing it was for employees and then he just came and said that way for employees and closed it . There was no interest in me buying here and no salesman approach me . I buy everything online from other places and today I said let’s give Best Buy a chance. I wish you guys the best of luck

Mark Satterfield: Not nearly what it was back in the day. The laptop section seemed dated. There didn't seem to be a gradual "less expensive to more expensive", it was organized by brand. Sales tags of course are no longer sufficient. You really do need to see more, so bring your phone to research. If you are looking for a particular laptop and they have it on display, this is a great destination.

tony ozegovich: Very fast service due to low occupancy, staff has been very cordial..good stock on everything I'm looking for too. Love to frequent this location

Rafael Hernandez: Ordered a TV online for store pick up at the Pinecrest location, due to afternoon traffic I ended up showing up 10 minutes prior to closing, they processed my order and loaded the TV in my car in less than 5 minutes, they have a young efficient crew.

Yessel Diaz: Several years ago, Best Buy was my go-to place to buy any tech device. I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or they've just lowered their Customer Service standards, but what I've experienced lately at this BB store can't even be called "Service". The inventory is almost zero, when an item is out of stock, you're not offered any incentive like a discount to drive in and buy it at another BB store, you have to chase down the employees to ask a question and when they finally answer, they don't even have a sales pitch. I guess they are no longer earning commissions. So I went online and bought the laptop I needed from Amazon and received it within a day. I guess we soon will be saying Bye bye Best Buy.

Sofia Guzman: I usually do not write bad reviews but this is my first terrible experience at a Best Buy. The store was full of employeee who were not helping customers, but talking amongst themselves. I went to the back of the store where I saw two employees who were also chatting. Both employees turned around and walked away when they saw me approaching. I had only had experiences with helpful Best Buy employees at other locations. This was very disappointing. Avoid going here if you are looking for good customer service.

Chiara Gospodinoff: Showed up at 7:02 because I needed a new charger for my phone, I barely stepped out of my car before the associate standing at the door yelled “WE’RE CLOSED”. When I asked “I just need to buy a charger, it would only take a second”, he also yelled at me to say that all registered had already been pulled out and counted when customers were still clearly walking out with their purchases. I would’ve been fine with coming back another day, but there’s no need to yell or be rude, especially over 2 minutes. He could’ve just as easily said “I’m sorry, but we’re already closed”, instead of yelling “WE’RE CLOSED”.

Daniel Salas (Eleven Media): Today I had a very unfortunate incident in the store with the manager: Kevin. I went in to return the Oculus that I purchased 2 days ago and decided to return because I just didn’t like the experience. When I walk up to customer service I saw not one, but 3 different store employees who kept inquiring to verify that the serial numbers on the box and the device matched. I was there for a good 10 minutes seeing how these 3 different BestBuy employees checked how the serial number on the device and box were not matching. When Kevin, the manager, finally comes, I was expecting an apology and a quick return but instead I got a “favor” response saying that even though these didn’t match he was going to still issue the return. I tried to explain how offended I was, that I have been a customer for many years and that I wasn’t understanding how I was to trust BestBuy again… Conversation ended with him kicking me out of the store claiming that he would call the police if I didn’t. I honestly thought that instead he would offer some store credit for the inconvenience, waste of time and overall bad experience as they were basically telling me I was returning something I wasn’t supposed to. I got home and filed a claim. I also checked online and it turns out that Oculus states that the serial numbers don’t match (you can Google this), so I went back to the store and shared this information with them so this doesn’t happen again with another loyal customer. And I got the same response. No attempt of apology whatsoever. Worst customer service ever.

Candido Montesino: I was very disappointed. I have been a client for many years and customer service basically lied to me . I had called to have a reciever looked at and fixed and both the person that took my call and technician said bring it in and we will look at it at no charge. I was given an appointment time and confirmation number. Once I got to the store they said they could not help me whatsoever. They would not look at it and I should leave. Not the right thing todo very disappointed

Helpontheway: No need for one star reviews. You are wasting your time and sound really salty! Have you been asleep for 2 years? You should, and it looks like you have accepted present day retail - Everyone competing with A-Z. Companies can barely afford paying their clueless employees while they figure their life out. They can't afford to take less for that laptop you bought at A-Z and no, you cannot get a discount on returns because RTV or else, the math will not add up come bills.... Best buy was everyone's go-to.. get rid of the salt papi

Looked around for a few minutes looking for a staff member to ask if they had some in the back. Couldn't get any help, but still left with something. Reydel Henriquez: I went to Best Buy store #552 because I had ordered two different items on Amazon to connect two monitors from a single output from my computer. Given the items from Amazon had not worked, I went to the store to receive advice from a sales rep. I was pointed toward an item and I specifically asked the rep if after trying it, it did not work, I could return it. The rep told me I had 30 days to take it back. Initially the device worked somewhat around five days and suddenly it stopped. Given both my parents had surgery recently and I also work full time I had not been able to set time aside to make it to the store. Finally, I visited the store by the 20th day after my purchase and was declined the return as per the Geek Squad manager Yan who stated it was five days out of policy. He said the only thing he could do would be to give me a new device. I politely declined because I feared I would find myself in the same scenario with a faulty item after a few days. I explained I was misguided about the return policy and showed how the receipt shows 30 days for some devices therefore it was possible his sales rep was misinformed. I also explained it was my first purchase. He stated if it would be three days after policy he could make an exception but since it was five, he couldn’t. I asked to do the return and receive store credit and I requested the number for customer service to request a refund. Yan stated that if he processed the return, CS wouldn’t be able to do anything. He said it would be better for me to take the item and just call and I could ship it. He wrote down on a piece of receipt paper the number to CS. As I was heading to my car, 30 minutes before store closing, I tried to contact the number he provided. The manager gave me a SEX LINE number. I was very disappointed by his behavior and returned to the store to speak to the store manager. I spoke to Willy who said Yan had made an honest mistake and had not meant to give me the wrong number. Willy also declined to work with my return and stated the correct CS number could be found online. I left the store beyond dissatisfied with my experience. I called CS and the rep explained there was nothing she could do given several policies about store point of sale. She explained the return was store discretion and it was out of her authority. I asked to speak with someone with authority to work on my issue. She mentioned her supervisor also had no authority over the matter. At this point I am reluctant to return to the store given the terrible experience and service I received. I would much rather throw away the faulty item and lose my $80.00 and never step foot at a Best Buy store ever again. Now, I will be sharing my experience in every platform I can because this is unacceptable. I refuse to participate in a society where companies allow their employees to act like husslers and disrespect their customers.

DR (Mr. DR): Clean - friendly place - last huge place that i'm aware of walk ins for technology in Miami - so i do appreciate the store size and what they have to offer - overall never complained about any bestbuy - between returns you can do Policy - open box deals - return items - all in one place - thank you Best Buy

Patrick Nolan: One star is doing them a favor today. Went in to purchase a Fitbit watch. Knew what we wanted, purely just to actually get it. Firstly couldn't try it on, Fitbit regulations apparently, but still OK, we'll take it. Attendant says sorry no key for the cabinet, go to customer care. Went to customer care, the guy tells me they are short staffed so I must scan a QR code, then register, then put my name on a list to have an attendant come and get it out of the cabinet for. At that point I just said you have to be kidding, I will get it on Amazon. Good luck Bestbuy, you will need it!

Edward Alvarez: Always good and good prices but some of the employees need to have some customer service experience and patience with inexperienced customer who don't know much with computers.

Edmilson A.: When we think of Best Buy, we think of having the best option where we can test electronics and have the best experience to be able to decide on the purchase of what you want, when you get there, a good part of the items in the showcase are not working, we don't always want to just know the technical specification, we see this on the Internet, we want to have a unique experience testing one or more equipment (Canon RP mirorless, Nikon D7500), I went to 3 stores and none of the three had the equipment that I could connect, because either it was out of battery or not available in the showcase.

Elijah Pestana: Every time when I go to a place I always want the staff to be customer focused and knowledgeable of the things that they sell. And of all the best buys that I have been to, this store has been able to exemplify that to the t. The store is management and leadership have been able to create a system that creates an efficient and positive store environment for the customers. Everything is always on stock and if it item is not in the store the team members always do their best to find an alternative solution for me. As an electronics not myself I'm always happy to see people who know what they're talking about what I have to do new setups for my clients Overall this store is the best place to get my electronics. And I know for sure I kids will work here one day.

Sofia Guzman: My husband and I had a great experience at this Best Buy location. We were very impressed with their good customer service. Jose educated us on the difference in specs between TVs and he looped in Christy the manager to assist in resolving an issue we previously had with cancelling a warranty we had on a previous tv. Five stars are well deserved for this location.

Solomon Petersen: We needed an HDMI to VGA cable/adapter for the office at weCleanGarages.com, the young man who assisted from Nicaragua was awesome, he is on the upper level and think his name is "Eduardo". Very respectful, knowledgeable and service oriented. Best Buy management please make sure you recognize this very valuable employee. The purchase was made April 19th approximately at 3:30pm Thank you, Solomon

Alma Miranda: Arnold at the Geek Squad was heaven sent. My mom got a new phone at AT&T and they told her they could not help her to transfer her info… that she would have to make an appointment at Best Buy. My mother recently had back surgery and was in a lot of pain. We ended up going to Best Buy and despite finding out that they really don’t do that there (meant to be done on your own), Arnold took the time to help us out. He guided us through the process, brought a chair for my mom and stayed with us throughout the process until my moms new phone was perfectly working and with the correct SIM card. I was so very appreciative of his time and care and knowledge and mostly for seeing my mother in pain and trying to help her out. I hope more employees are like him during these crazy times. Thanks Arnold from the Geek Squad!

AL Chang: Not sure why Best Buy opens so late. They are now opening at 11am and close at 7pm. It’s almost as if they had no interest in being profitable. I can only assume that a huge PPP financial loan or incentive loan forgiveness plan provided due to the Covid pandemic has given them assets to remain

E Mars: Horrible service, came here as they told me online I had to come to price match. What a waste of time they told me they couldn’t do it even though the policy on Best Buy says they can. I spoke with the manger alissia, I do not believe her one bit again as the policy states they could do it.

Serujio Burrito: This place does not feel like a Best Buy. What should be a lively hub of technology is instead more like a 3rd world bazar where displays are empty and floors are littered. The employees themselves are very helpful. However that doesn't negate the fact that there is barely anything on the shelves and there are sections of the store that the shelves are bare. I'm not sure if this is a satellite store or simply an overflow for the larger stores in the city.If you need something simple then stop on by, but if you need things that are more specific, take the drive out to Doral and visit that location instead.

Lol) Place is completely empty during morning hours during weekdays, so if you can, go then so you don’t have to wait in lines and you’ll be helped immediately.

Eddie Suarez: The girl at the door was just amazing. Super attentive. Not only did she ask me questions to try to expedite me through the process of buying a cellphone, she tracked someone to come help. Unfortunately I had to return the phone. Which again she sprung into action. I was waiting my turn at customer service when she ran over and told me she'd take care of it. She's amazing! Do whatever you can to keep someone as valuable as her on staff.

Arturo Escribano: I just picked up an online order. The guy at the entrance is nice and as I was walking towards Customer Care I heard him announcing me over the radio. Less than a minute waiting and I was back in my car in 5'. Can't complain!
