Peter D'Amico: Horrible company policy. BEWARE!!!!!!! If you choose to give this company your business you should be aware of their return policy. I found out about their SCAM the hard way. As you know the stores are in airports behind security where you can only access them when traveling. So, if you have an issue with a product as I did you need to contact a special 800 number ( only provided to me by the cashier the next time I flew) to initiate a return. Nowhere on the receipt will you find their "policy ", only after you call the special 800 number will they tell you that the item needed to be returned within 14 DAYS!!!! If you choose to give them your hard earned money know that they will NOT stand behind your purchase.
Paul Menta: Seriously the worst experience ever. The girls knew nothing and spend more time on there phone and sell you the wrong stuff...3 refunds 10 minutes and ...yes I was bothering her from being on her phone. The management has to know that your customer service is horrible and your employees mainly the ones on May 6 th are the worst. I will do my part to spread how bad the service is...as a busines owner this is embarrassing ...I would hope some one would tell me.....horrible!,, read the other reviews that are not by there staff...stay away

Kevin Sippio: Excellent, best service experience thus far. CARLOS was amazing, I brought my two SAMSUNG tablets last minute to have repaired for CHRISTMAS on DEC 23. Out of four other shops, TECH STOP was the only place that promised to have my devices done by the 25th. CARLOS was supposed to be closed on the 24 th (CHRISTMAS EVE) but opened up just to be able to finish our order. He was sent the wrong screen to fix one of my tablets and he personally searched for the parts locally, went to pick them up and complete my order. Not only that, but his prices were less than half of everyone else I contacted (for two broken 8"screens and a new tablet battery) I wish I could give 10 stars. Great professional work, timely manner and he went well above and beyond to make sure me and my kids were happy for the holidays.

I had lost my iPhone 7 charger and went to them for one since they were the closest store from me. They charged me 35$ just for the wire itself and it barely works. It’s a very thin and flimsy wire. I thought I was getting apple quaility for that price but it’s the complete opposite. This place is a complete scam.

Kathrine Diaz: First of all I went to buy a juul, they sold it to me for 30 dollars when you can buy it for 15 at any gas station or ON THE ORIGINAL WEBSITE . Mind you on the juul box it said 89.99, for a freaking Juul? That isnt even FDA approved. Also a pack of pods they sold to me for 30 dollars. I threw away my receipt when being at the mall to find out when I come home the juul pods taste like something expired. The juul itself has difficulty when tapping it for the battery life. To then come on google and see reviews of people buying overpriced items. Definitely not even taking a 30 minute drive and I am highly upset!!!!

They have a no refund policy, so I exchanged it for a lesser priced product. They said they were credit my credit card for the difference. Alan Wheeler: Sunday 27th Jan 2019. They tried to sell me a wireless keypad for an android box. In store it was labelled as $199. I looked it up online and found it on Amazon for $7.90. Manager justified price hike by saying you could not compare store prices with online prices. Really less than $8 to $200 is justifiable? Hope online trading puts this lot out of business.Do not buy anything from here. Read other posts; its the same story. Scam artists. Thhey also appear to be faking the reviews here. Many 1 star reviews are hidden by fake reviews claiming the store is great. Dolphin Mall should be ashamed allowing these con artists to operate from there.
AL FORD: Product does not work. Do not buy anything from here. Policy is exchange only with a 20% restocking fee if exchange is granted. I lost $10 plus tax. It will cost me that much to go back to the mall. Buyer beware.

Told her to keep them! On Saturday June 9th 2018 I go the same items at the price I know they go for. I got them at best buy for $9.99 each sales tax included. Stay away from this store!

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.

Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.
