Beatriz Perez: Horrible service. I schedule an appointment, go into the virtual meeting, 20 minutes pass and no one joins! Waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. I send an email to advise I’m in, no one responds, send an email following day to reschedule and nothing! People contact tax offices because they need help! Rude and disgusting. Definitely not recommending to anyone. Don’t play with peoples time! Now I see complaints of the office charging a consultation fee for there time? How about ours? I don’t have time for everyone in my day, but I put apart time for this, and it’s taken as a joke! Where’s my money for my damn time !

They charge you only when you are okay with the estimate. I understand I may have to pay for services. But he was bullish and extracted $200 from me. Won’t recommend this place ever to anyone

Gigi Teller: Where do I even start ? Worst experience in my life first quoted me a price and then went up double in price for no reason. After I paid waited almost 3 weeks could never reach the accountant never got back to me and after 3 weeks he told me well u have not paid for 2020 after they never sent me invoice or requested me to pay so they didn’t even start on my taxes. This is ridiculous worst customer service ever they will just waste your time and change prices on you for no reason. Daniel the owner or accountant I don’t know who he is but Was extremely unprofessional wasted my time and never ever answered one of my calls. He even gave me his number telling him to contact him if I needed anything and never even replied to me. Honestly my best advise just keep looking these people are clowns.
Response: Good afternoon Mr. Giraldo We appreciate your review of our Google Account. We would like to clarify some information that you have mentioned in your post: The first quote (May 31st) included the preparation and filing of the 2021 Income Tax Return. Then, based on the information given from you (June 2nd), we determine that we also need to prepare and file the 2020 Income Tax Return (June 6th). The reason for which we went up double is that we need to prepare and file not just one, but two tax returns for two different tax years. On June 1st, when the payment of our invoice was made, Daniel asked you to send the information to his email, but he didn't get the information until June 6th for tax years 2020 and 2021. Based on what you signed in our engagement letter: "HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE. We guarantee our services in a time period of no more than 10 business days after receipt of the following: (1) Signature of this engagement letter; (2) full advanced payment of the fee (3) all complete and accurate information necessary to prepare the return. For example, if you sign the engagement letter on the7th, pay the fee on the 8th, and send us the information on the 9th, we guarantee our service for the 23rd. However, if while preparing the return, we determine that the information is incomplete on the 15th, then we will not guarantee the return until 27th". Considering you sent the information on June 6th, the deadline we had to present your tax return for your review and signature was June 20th. On June 13th, you requested your return completely, considering that we still have one week to get your return done. Daniel and our ICM Team were with a total disposition to assist you and guide you during the whole process, to comply with your tax responsibilities, and encourage you to fulfill your obligations with the IRS.
