Ana Maria Fernandez: I did not know this phone repair company was here. They also repair tablets, IPads, Apple watches and computers, unblock phones and do data recovering. They also offer micro soldering courses with top notch trainers. I highly recommend this store since I was in customer service for 35 years and I know what good service is. You will find young people with high professional skills and knowledge. Highly recommend . I give them 5 stars.

Rick Fernandez: Had an iPhone 8 with a badly cracked screen and wife had an iPhone 7 Plus with poor audio. We were thinking of getting new iPhones but took them here instead. So happy we did. Both iPhones were repaired in less than an hour, the price was great, and the service friendly. Thanks!!!

Stay Positive: After waiting over an hour to speak to someone I was lied to by Dariyus that they could not access my account without my ID. That is a complete lie they are able to bypass it with pin number or security password. After saying are you sure there's no other way? I gave him an opportunity but he said there was no other way. I went to another T-Mobile store in Miami Beach right after and within 5 minutes they were able to help me without using my ID. Moral of the story is this store is the worst customer service.

Elizabeth Myguguleboo 0.o: My A50 are unique phone which parts can't be replaced. The lady here is very knowledgeable about Samsung phones. I just wish she would explained this to me and spared me the back and forth to her shop plus money back. My opinion rest on a good job but wasn't the right phone for us to show off her great customer service and my good client loyalty points. Still, they are effective and efficient. 😊

This is the third time that I brought my phone in one month.The LCD they use is the worst quality and within a few days is broken again. The customer service is really bad. M R: Won't go back here again. The employees have more time for each other than the customers. I was there to purchase a Sony camera and wanted an employee's advice on which one to purchase, there was no problem with them wandering around doing whatever the hourly employed do for 8/10hrs. If you ask me if I want help and I responded, Yes, I do. That doesn't mean you do get someone else to get someone else. If you work there you work there. I then found the manager who was aware of me waiting for over 10 minutes tells and employee to assist me, the employees then tell me to wait until he was done speaking with the manager. He obviously couldn't be bothered with me wanting to purchase the camera or asking where are all the SD ®cards? The camera was $1200. Jeff Bezos will get the business.PAUSE!

Hunter Masi: Came in to purchase a laptop and of course no one was even there to assist at all with my purchase. Finally, I found someone who didn't even seem like they wanted to be bothered that I need assistance by the computers. He at least said he would get someone to come (30 mins later of course) and he was helpful to an extent. Moral of the story is that if you know what you want to purchase come here if not forget it, you will get no help from anyone. Luckily for me the service was much better at the Pembroke Pines location which I went to pickup my laptop purchase since they were out of stock there anyways.

Marco Watson: I was charged 213.99 for a phone I purchased when I arrived to the store I was greeted by the manager Steven they told me I couldn't get that phone and refunded me the purchase and then on may 4th I was charged again for the 213.99 and they refunded me but wouldn't show me a proper receipt with the refund amount and they refunded me 199.99 and told me in order to get the 213.99 back I need to call a number. They obviously did some tricky bull and tried to charge me for it. I will be getting it sorted.

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

Florin Babiciu: Unless only if buy a product from them, they won't help you with any other electric device. What's you're point of having a geek squad if it's useless. That's the worst excuse I have ever heard. I don't trust all the small shop of electronics on the beach that why i was hoping someone with more experience. But that won't happen here. That just gave me a reason to never buy any product from a place like best buy. I wonder how many more years will be until you're company is gonna go Bankrupt.

A business with hours posted yet not open to the public because they're unable to set up a proper team to execute on a daily basis it's very disappointing covid-19 is not even the cause of such lack at this point.

Vanessa Rodriguez: I walked in and before I could finish my question the female associate with blonde highlights told me that she only sells phones and cannot help me with my Samsung phone. On the website it literally says you can be helped by "technicians and have all of your questions answered". I asked her if she could help us with a setting on our phone and she repeated that she only sold phones and could not help us... So if I BUY a phone from there will you be able to answer any questions about the phone there or does a consumer have to do all research beforehand and ask no questions at purchase? This is a terrible associate and you have lost a customer from. The Dolphin mall store as I have previously purchased watches there. If I could give a zero rating I would. Have the decency to at least let a customer finish their question and not cut them off mid sentence.

Enmanuel Rumbos: So Ive been to a few Samsung stores all over the world. This one was a bit dissapointing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had what I came to look for, which was amazing, since Best Buy had none on any of their stores. So why 3 stars? Because they had nothing else. Empty shelves and displays. Im sure the logisitcs nightmare we are all facing has something to do with it, but this store was paritculary bare.

I was given a piece of paper with Samsung customer service number on it. Which is fine, have to send it out to fix because they don't do repairs. I decided to just buy the newer model with them. (I was planning on buying at Best Buy but since we were there already why not buy it from Samsung itself?!) The employee said they had it in the back, perfect, we bought it and everyone was happy. Turns out they sold me an international model!!! A NON USA MODEL!! In the USA! We went back to the store to return the watch, after a couple hours of panicking with Samsung tech support. We were told nonchalantly that "of course it was an international model, if you want a USA version you have to go to best buy or Samsung online". All of this headache could have been avoided if the salesman would have told me that important information before I swiped my card!!!

Pedro Rosas: NOT AN OFFICIAL STORE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sell international phones and if your phone gets damaged you cannot contact Samsung to repair it because they only work in US phones. They have no warranties either and for the price they sell them for might as well buy directly from Samsung

PharticusMaximus: They have many Samsung products, but are also missing many. The workers do not ask if you need help at all. Prices are regular price, didn't see and speciation deals for going on pertain. Online is a better experience and pricing.

Jeremey W: The worst customer service imaginable. Please go to the one in brickell nearby instead. Far more knowledgeable and at least give an effort. At this location they do everything in their power to not have to assist you/get you out of the store. On one occasion they literally convinced me not to get a plan so they didn’t have to help me. Both occasions they didn’t know an answer to a single question I asked. Lazy staff.

Marc and Victor went out of their way to patiently explain the various plans and the tremendous choice of devices available (I know very little about the new devices and by the time I left I felt like an expert lol). The Manager of the branch keeps a close eye to ensure every representative is doing their best. I don't know the kind of training the staff follows but I must say HAT'S OFF". Austin Zimmerman: I can NOT even put into words how PHENOMENAL my experience was today at this T-Mobile location. Specifically a HUGE thank you to: JD, Bravo and Mimi. They went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping me this afternoon and I couldn't be happier with their customer service on making sure everything was perfect and what I asked for. Today was such a smooth experience, which is very rare when dealing with buying new phones/trading in old ones, promotions ect.. and they jumped through hoops and every obstacle to make sure that the phone I got, GB's needed and every last detail was secure and exactly what I wanted. If you're reading this, (and I can not express this enough...) I 100,000% recommend to go to this store location in Brickell, you truly wont regret it. Again, thank you so much to the team for all your help today and no matter where I am in FL, I will personally drive to this location for my phone/ service needs.

Jafar Nouri: My experience at the T-Mobile in Brickell was amazing. The mobile expert Mimi was so helpful and super nice. If you want the best service I highly recommend going to see her. She’s super patient and doesn’t let you leave the store until all your needs are met.

Ruben Ruiz: No stars! I am a Sprint customer and Wednesday evening went with my wife to get new phones wit a promotion. According to Sprint all we had to do at T Mobile was go in and switch phones. Then it began, I was supposed to switch to Sprint and they charged me money to buy the phones I already had charged the tax on the phones I was never given and in the middle of the transaction it was time for the customer service representative that was taking care of me to have dinner and connected me with Sprint in India and left me to arrange my own phones etc. I was never given a order number etc. So Thursday I spoke to a real Sprint agent who is a manager on the phone and she told me that they did everything wrong. They cancelled my order and were to return and credit my bank. I was given a Inter action number and now have to return and speak ONLY with a manager who has access to this number to get my phones! Today Friday I received a message thanking me for adding a protection to phones I don't have and I did not order this service. I am calling the store no one picks up as I am trying to get in touch with a manager so to go in and resolve this. T Mobile has shown me nothing in the way of good service. As a Human Resources Director I would fire all of them!

Chrystina Johnson: My cell phone was not powering on. I went to this location for assistance. After waiting over 30 minutes, someone finally waited on me. To make a long store short, the manager suggest I purchase a new phone. I only had my phone for less than 6 months. When I said, Why would I spend another $700 on a phone?" He replied," I can not fix your phone because we only sell phones." Needless to say I left the store without a working phone. I have been with Tmobile for over 20 years. This is the worst service I have ever received.

John BassLife Gamez: So many times I've had to rush into this store with all kinds of issues ragarding my personal or work phone. Issues created by my own doing. I have to say that Matthew and his team at this location have been the utmost professionals. Matthew immediately jumps into action no matter if he's taken care of 75 customers and I'm 76. He brings the same positive and admiral attitude to every customer he encounters. I know, cause I have been there and seen it with my own eyes. The team in general is excellent. Mad respect for Matthew and everyone that works at this T-Mobile store

Fatima Lalani: Walked in to the store initially to change my screen protector out. Walked out with a new phone, new case, and new screen to protect. There was a line when I came in, but it moved very quickly and I was fortunate to have Carlitos assist me. He explained some different options for me with my phone lease ending soon, and was VERY honest about what I should do, which products to buy and which to pass on. I appreciate that I was not being upsold into the most expensive options when they were not right for me. Even down the unnecessarily expensive accessories. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered my million questions without rushing me. Highly recommend asking for him if you need any services at this location!

We were not told all the existing offers and plans and we ask our credit before giving us the information, which is extremely rude. we basically had to beg for getting the information. Carlos Silva jr: I went to three different stores from T Mobile before anybody was even willing to take their time to assist me. The Manager, the assistant manager and the store agent Alberto Literally stayed for over an hour working with me trying to solve an issue that Apple nor any other T Mobile was willing to help me with. This review has no connection whatsoever with T-Mobile as a company and its great products and service. This brand has changed the industry forever. This review is 100% about this store and more specifically its staff, not all of them. Second time here, and I experienced extremely bad customer service. First time, they added a bunch of services such as insurance that I never agreed on. T-Mobile central helped me to remove them. Second time, they didn’t want to honor a current promotion as they wanted me to add one more line when it was not necessary per the offer’s terms and conditions. T-Mobile central helped me with the order over the phone. This store really needs strong customer service training for its staff or revamping because customer satisfaction is bottom low. They don’t have good manners to talk to a customer and they don’t care about the customer experience but only about how many lines they can activate. Store is clean and modern. The issue here is the staff of the store which doesn’t represent the great customer service T-Mobile offers. Avoid having a bad time and go to another T-Mobile location where they really value your experience as a customer.

Jennifer H.: Went in to trade in my cell phone because I added a new line of service. The rep that helped me told me that I would have to mail in my trade-in instead of it being accepted at the store. She said she emailed me the link for the shipping label. When I got home and checked my email, there was an email but the link did not lead me to a shipping label. It lead me to my account activity. Came back to the store the next day and had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes before being helped, only to be told that there was no shipping label and that the trade in should have been accepted by the store yesterday. I was told she wasn’t a new employee and has been working there for a while. Please train your employees better. Definitely wont be back to this location in the future.

Daniel Warburton (DW): Thank you so much Jason!I just stopped in to ask them to help me switch over my mother's very old Motorola phone due to the new 5G switch over. This would include activation and transfer of all of her contacts, photos, and passwords. I was not purchasing anything. Jason still took the time to troubleshoot any issues and successfully help me out. I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Ron Ackerman: The store has plenty of parking in front, the actual store is clean and well organized. You get greeted 🤗 upon entering every time even if the employees are busy. I was help fast and left super happy with a great deal after I switched to Sprint from Verizon which was a lot more expensive. In fact they paid for my financed phones with Verizon and I walked out with a top of the line additional phone 📲. Caz R: Seriously great customer service! I've been here about 3 times (to this store) already between buying phones and one time I had an issue on my account. Norman, the manager, makes sure you are TAKEN CARE OF! They aren't there to make a sale, they are there to take care of your needs whether it is to make a payment, buy a phone, start new service or even cancel a line. I've had Sprint, I've had AT&T and Boost mobile. In the past month I have been a T-Mobile member I've had a better price, customer service help and pretty much anything else than the other companies combined. Btw BEWARE OF SPRINT, they tell you one thing when you join and it turns out to be completely different (was with them for 6years).

Todd Maurer: I had stopped into this Tmobile store months ago and spoke to Cristhie about switching my service from Sprint. Cristhie was very thorough on everything and she gave me her contact number and told me to contact her when ready. Over the course of the few months Cristhie reached out to me and assisted me via text with all my questions about pricing, plans, and upgrades to new phones. I finally decided to make the switch as I was looking to stay with Sprint because they were offering a slightly better rate. Cristhie explained to me what she could do to help me and she even got me a discount on a case. She assisted me with everything the day I was in the store helped me switch and was very professional and accommodating. I’ve been on Tmobile for a day now and the service is already far better than what I had with Sprint. Thank you Cristhie for all your hard work! If you’re looking for a dedicated employee to assist you with your Tmobile account, definitely go see her. She is awesome!!!

Manager Agustin Barros made sure that I left with all of my concerns addressed, they even lowered my bill and I managed to get a free tablet and still pay less. For the first time I felt that I was put first and my needs and concerns where all satisfied before leaving the store. Not only that but the patience and excecustipn to finish the transaction was definitely above standards. Thank You! T-mobile the falls for going above and beyond for me 😊

Justin, tall young man, started quoting the price of the monthly cost of the phone at $32 and when I told him about it he said that that $5 dollars increase monthly was due to accessories since the cost of the phone was $650 and divided in 24 months is $27.09. Accessories that I didn't ask for and probably he was about to put them as installments in my account. Then he said that due today was 119 and when he presented the cash register he asked for 146. I felt that I was being played and about to be skimmed. This is one lamentable experience, customer service on the other hand when I called after was professional.

Brenda ramirez: A customer of AT&T for over 20 years finally got fed up with access fee, overage changes on “unlimited data” we finally decided enough is enough after hurricane Irma and we decided to look into other carriers. The customer service at TMobile had me at the get go! Oliver and Cristhie at the falls store are courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and they worked together as a team to transfer all my lines and make sure all our needs were met. They were right ! The connect ability in the Redlands is much better than AT&T! We don’t have to stand in the street to take a cell call. Thank you to the entire team for helping us!

Edward Washington: My fiance's cracked the back of her iPhone XS Max and we got it repaired quickly in a few hours here. It looks as good as new! It was $99 and we also bought a front screen protector for $10. Hopefully we won't need another phone fixed but if we do, we'll come back here for the repairs.

Patrick Nolan: One star is doing them a favor today. Went in to purchase a Fitbit watch. Knew what we wanted, purely just to actually get it. Firstly couldn't try it on, Fitbit regulations apparently, but still OK, we'll take it. Attendant says sorry no key for the cabinet, go to customer care. Went to customer care, the guy tells me they are short staffed so I must scan a QR code, then register, then put my name on a list to have an attendant come and get it out of the cabinet for. At that point I just said you have to be kidding, I will get it on Amazon. Good luck Bestbuy, you will need it!

Edmilson A.: When we think of Best Buy, we think of having the best option where we can test electronics and have the best experience to be able to decide on the purchase of what you want, when you get there, a good part of the items in the showcase are not working, we don't always want to just know the technical specification, we see this on the Internet, we want to have a unique experience testing one or more equipment (Canon RP mirorless, Nikon D7500), I went to 3 stores and none of the three had the equipment that I could connect, because either it was out of battery or not available in the showcase.

Elijah Pestana: Every time when I go to a place I always want the staff to be customer focused and knowledgeable of the things that they sell. And of all the best buys that I have been to, this store has been able to exemplify that to the t. The store is management and leadership have been able to create a system that creates an efficient and positive store environment for the customers. Everything is always on stock and if it item is not in the store the team members always do their best to find an alternative solution for me. As an electronics not myself I'm always happy to see people who know what they're talking about what I have to do new setups for my clients Overall this store is the best place to get my electronics. And I know for sure I kids will work here one day.

Andrea McFann: I had the WORST customer service experience at this Best Buy last week when I was trying to upgrade my son's cell phone. We arrived at 6:45 and the woman behind the desk in the cell phone department ignored us for 10 minutes (completely engrossed in her own cell phone) until I finally went up to her and asked for help. I literally had to say "hello" in order for her to look up and make eye contact with me. The message that I was bothering her at that point could not have been more clear. She informed me that she could not initiate a cell phone activation because it was only about an hour before closing (hence her trying to ignore us until she hit the hour window). I asked if she could please go ahead and do it because there was an hour left and my son was having trouble with his current phone. She called for a supervisor who came over and proceeded to provide even WORSE service. If they couldn't activate the phone that's fine, but I was really amazed at how rude both of them were. If looks could kill, my kids and I would have dropped dead right there in Best Buy! We left feeling horrible. I told my son we could check the Verizon store 2 minutes away and see if they at least had his phone in stock. We walked in and the customer service was like night & day!!! I asked the manager if it was too late to purchase & activate a new phone and he said, no not all all! Not only did they take care of my son's phone, but my daughter's as well. Had us all taken care of before 8:00 with a smile on their face! I will NEVER try to get a phone from Best Buy again, not after that experience.

Stef Lee (Stef in Miami): Two AMAZING experiences! A few months ago I needed to update my cell phone. Ray was our sales consultant, and Sherry was the Manager on Duty. After choosing the phone, Ray called AT&T about activation and pricing. AT&T authorized the the lowest price. When Ray tried to ring us up the computer wouldn't allow the price. This is when Sherry got involved. She was able to honor the authorized price. Love them! This time Jeremy, has long hair, was our sales consultant. Jeremy and Carlos were not able to get the lowest price, but with Jeremy's help we found a better phone for what we needed. Jeremy was so helpful and knowledgeable. The sales consultants at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you need to get a cell phone at Best Buy this location is THE BEST in Miami!

Susy B: I am trying to buy a TV that is in stock. It was canceled 4 times. I went into the store today and paid cash/debit. Canceled again. Called in they said our account must be flagged give them 24 hrs its been 72! I am done.

Dennis Lanzada: My most recent Visit to Best Buy store today at dadeland Miami was horrible. The store manager on duty Kaitlyn refused to give me a refund on an item purchased as an opened item. She wanted to charge me restocking fee for an open item that does not have a restocking fee. As an elite member I have 30 days to return an item. I explained to this person with no knowledge that am returning an opened item purchased two weeks ago which half no restocking fee and that was verified by Best Buy customer service before purchasing the item. The store manager Kaitlin called me a “little aggressive” because I was saying that I am not paying a restocking fee on an open item. She make me wait in the store for 30 minutes with attitude. She told me that I was a little aggressive just because because I said that I was not paying a restocking fee on an open item verify my Best Buy customer service

Pandu Thadjudin: First ever experience with Geek Squad. I got really lucky to get an appointment within 24 hrs. I called in because I was going to be a little late and the agent assured me not to worry. Also, it was 30 mnts before closing time, there were a couple of people behind me. I was so sure I would be rushed. But that's not what happened, the agent who I think the initial is AG, took the time to listen to the issue and explained the possible outcome etc etc. The quoted days to finish the repair would be 5 to 10 days, my heart sink :( But then, at 11AM the very next day, Michael, the agent who's working on my laptop gave me a call to follow up. Unexpectedly fast, and he was able to repair it in no time. One happy customer. One little bummer, geek squad protection doesn't cover software issue, only hardware. Ps. They sanitize the desk and chair before every new consultation. Great assurance during this weird time. Highly appreciated. Thanks guys

Hasiel Almeida: Best T-Mobile Ever!!!!! Walked into the store with my destroyed I-Phone XR and the assistant Manager Kat immediately attended and began the process of recovering my lost photos and contacts. As more customers arrived she handed my case over to Jean who diligently worked while attending other people and went as far as helping me via my laptop to recover my lost information in all a 5hr process but got my photos recovered.

Sofia Guzman: My husband and I had a great experience at this Best Buy location. We were very impressed with their good customer service. Jose educated us on the difference in specs between TVs and he looped in Christy the manager to assist in resolving an issue we previously had with cancelling a warranty we had on a previous tv. Five stars are well deserved for this location.

Alma Miranda: Arnold at the Geek Squad was heaven sent. My mom got a new phone at AT&T and they told her they could not help her to transfer her info… that she would have to make an appointment at Best Buy. My mother recently had back surgery and was in a lot of pain. We ended up going to Best Buy and despite finding out that they really don’t do that there (meant to be done on your own), Arnold took the time to help us out. He guided us through the process, brought a chair for my mom and stayed with us throughout the process until my moms new phone was perfectly working and with the correct SIM card. I was so very appreciative of his time and care and knowledge and mostly for seeing my mother in pain and trying to help her out. I hope more employees are like him during these crazy times. Serujio Burrito: This place does not feel like a Best Buy. What should be a lively hub of technology is instead more like a 3rd world bazar where displays are empty and floors are littered. The employees themselves are very helpful. However that doesn't negate the fact that there is barely anything on the shelves and there are sections of the store that the shelves are bare. I'm not sure if this is a satellite store or simply an overflow for the larger stores in the city.If you need something simple then stop on by, but if you need things that are more specific, take the drive out to Doral and visit that location instead.

Do whatever you can to keep someone as valuable as her on staff.

Korvus Korvus: Cyberpower pcThe pc has def been taken out of box before, has microfiber towel residue in the vents and considerable amount of dust inside when I opened it. The box says it comes with manuals. It does not, for any of the parts. Only a gpu install guide and a set up guide for the pc. ALSO The manufacture replied to a question on this product promising that the pc comes with a screw for the second M.2 SSD port. It does not come with one. Pretty ticked off that i got a used/open box product when I paid for brand new, especially since i drove about 50 miles to pick up and 50 miles home. 3 stars due to open box when i paid for new & the manufacture not caring about its customers wanting upgrades (I shouldnt have to go buy a single screw to expand my storage.) And lying to potential customers about what comes with it

Mira M: I just don't like shopping here at all , the atmosphere is cold and just soul less. The prices overated and the sales , not always easily found . It is maintained decently and the employees are kind and do their best to help nonetheless. Yet they always attempt to up sale every sale and add ten warranties to every protection plan and sign customers up for their credit card. When now a days people often have a whole deck of credit cards and even more debt as is.

Cristian Patino: I called to ask if they have an item, they said yes we do. I arrive and they tell me they don't have the item, I ask them to check and they say maybe in the windows department. I head over there and their staff was nice for double checking but they don't have it either. Yet both departments can say they see it in the system yet they can't find it. I appreciate the help but it was still a waste of my time since the computer system says it's in stock yet nobody could find the product.

Manuel Eduardo Gonzalez: Difficult to get to a specific or single experience. I've been there lot of times, I prefer a thousand times the chance to review certain product before buying it, that's the reason I choose bestbuy over Amazon.. some employees are extremely kind and it's absolutely amazing having someone I can talk to about my concerns, but other times some other employees, man, it's just like they were there trying to fill a spot, they were unkind, at the beginning I thought maybe that person was having a just a bad day, but I realized other employees in other visits had the same attitude.. Now I just think some people love their jobs, others just don't. You'll never know what you will get when asking for help.

Rafic F: I just bought a printer and the people from HP were great then I said I might get a prepaid phone . I went and ask a question to a manager and he answered in the most repugnant way . After that I opened a drawer by mistake not knowing it was for employees and then he just came and said that way for employees and closed it . There was no interest in me buying here and no salesman approach me . I buy everything online from other places and today I said let’s give Best Buy a chance. I wish you guys the best of luck

Mark Satterfield: Not nearly what it was back in the day. The laptop section seemed dated. There didn't seem to be a gradual "less expensive to more expensive", it was organized by brand. Sales tags of course are no longer sufficient. You really do need to see more, so bring your phone to research. If you are looking for a particular laptop and they have it on display, this is a great destination.
