Alexander 4tich: Finding a pool company that will get the job done right and on time is challenging. After researching and getting extremely high recommendations we decided to move forward with Calypso Pools. The Google Reviews and personal recommendations we received gave us a good level of confidence that we would have a pool made with the best quality possible and on time. Our research was right! Calypso did not disappoint in any way. The pool was delivered and ready to swim one week before it was promised. In a total of 5 weeks we had a swimming pool. It could have been done sooner if it wasn’t for bad weather, otherwise we may just have had a pool in 4 weeks. We had a neighbor doing a pool with another company that could not believe how fast our process was. The Calypso team is very knowledgeable and always available to help with any questions or concerns we may have. I enjoyed the fact that they handled everything from permits to water processing. The only piece that i was responsible for was the pool barrier (kids safety net). Who Calypso recommended and organized the setup also. The owner is constantly visiting the site to ensure the project is moving a long and provided us great ideas. Their team is always a phone call away for any questions. They have an amazing selection of tile colors the will exceed your expectations. Their pool site was cleaned completely and left spotless. They are familiar dealing with strict HOAs. I can not be any happier with the final product!!! It looks amazing and we have our own little resort right in the back of our house. Thank you so much Calypso. German Visbal: Calypso Pool gave me an outstanding service . Not only they kept their promises , but also treated me with respect , professionalism and diligence . They have a great and talented team that is always on top of every matter. Since the very first day I spoke with Gladys , my experience was excellent . They told me everything as it is. No lies , no hidden costs. The amount I paid was exactly what they told me since the very first day. !! Even more important: they control their team schedule and timing . If you scroll long enough (about years worth), you will also find my review, from our first pool build with Calypso. Suffice it to say, we are extremely pleased with the results, just as we were 4 years ago. When the time came to build our new pool, we knew there was no debate over which company we would choose. Calypso, like others have stated more eloquently, is in a league of its own. Family owned, family run, efficient, proud of the work they produce, and more importantly, they will go above and beyond to meet your expectations, and surpass them. I love this because I can walk out to my pool and I have a grass area before getting to my pool. Also, in case of flooding I do not have to worry. Good thing they did not listen to me and put it close to my house like I wanted. I did not know what I was doing. They know what they are doing. Kim Hemmis: We were recommended to use Ed from Calypso Pools from a family member that used to construct pools. We couldn’t be more happy with our decision. Unlike other pool companies, Ed was not pushy, he was very informative and patient with us throughout the whole process. Ed promised us a pool by a certain time, and he was right on target! The pool was completed within 33 days of breaking ground! Everyone was astonished how fast the project was completed. The contractors Ed hired were very clean and hardworking. We’ve heard horror stories about the construction of other people’s pools; I am thrilled to say that wasn’t our case. Monte Carlo: Eddie Noa is my pool technician from Stella’s for over 5 years now. Since he is basically my only contact with the company...my review is really about him. 5 stars !!! There need to be more Eddies in the world. Responsible, honest, trustworthy, on time, pays attention to detail, knows his job and is attentive to everything around him. He deserves all of these accolades and more. Sounds like a lot for someone who cleans a pool....but, I am not always at the pool...and having someone who maintains it...as an owner would....is extremely comforting. Eddie would be successful at any job....Stella....and most importantly, I am lucky to have him.

Sammy H.: Disappointed. My pool went from clear blue to green on more than 2 occasions. This is only recently. When I hired him 2 years ago I was extremely pleased and unfortunately the quality of service has decreased. I’ve moved on.
Tristan Stevens: Nathan is a top notch pool technician. He’s responsive and very honest, just an all around great resource for all of your pool service needs. He not only provides regular cleaning but also identified an issue with my pump & vacuum over time, advising options of how to resolve quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend mia pool service!!
Amanda Wilson: We have been using Mia Pool services for 4 months now and have been very happy with them. In my opinion, they are fairly priced for the service you receive. They have wonderful communication skills and are punctual with returning calls and emails. They also alert us if they notice anything with our pool. They keep our pool in wonderful condition! We have multiple large trees around our pool that drop a lot of leaves into the water. Nathan who cleans our pool coming every week in the same day in the same time and always stays as long as he has to to do a thorough job. I personally like the fact they also handle our pool repairs. They fixed our pump and installed a clorinator.I would recommend Prime Pool to anyone who owns a pool.

Liz Jones: If I could give 0 stars I would. Please save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this man. I found him based on reviews and next-door app. Extremely unprofessional, claims to be busy sets dates, does not show up. Says other people came to my house while I was here to give a quote, no one showed, he was not seen on my cameras and my protective dog was not disturbed. To this date has not done any work and has refused to give back my money. In fact, he increased his original quote.

Pat Locke: Worst pool company in ever had. They took over my account from Mike O'Brien. I had them for 3 years and nothing but headaches. They wouldn't show up every week and had to call them. Constantly changing pool techs which I feel were never really trained properly. My last straw with them was this March 2022. I was out of town for 3 weeks and I believe they might have showed up the first week because my daughter was at the house 1 week after I left and said pool looked good. When I arrived home my pool was green as the grass (see pictures). They told me they were out on March 26. I arrived home on March 28 and the attached pictures were what my pool looked like. It would not look like that if they had properly taken care of the pool 2 days before I came home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want major headaches. A K: One of the worst services I’ve ever used. They don’t come every week and even when they do, the pool is green in 3 days. We didn’t even make it a month before requesting cancellation. Most recently, we spoke with them 3x throughout the week and they still decided to skip our house for the week. I called Friday and was promised service by 5:30pm as someone was in the area. Nobody showed up and when I called Saturday (today), I was told someone would come on Monday. Cancelled on the spot.

Mayelin Dominguez: This is my first time ever writing a review of any company good or bad . But my experience with this company has been the worst and I do not want other people to go through the the same . I hired the one located in ft lauderdale. They went to service my pool the first week and left it dirty, I told them I had a dog and they needed to let me know in advance the day they were going but they just showed and let gate open and dog ran away. Called the company for 2 weeks since did just didn’t now show the following weeks and all they say is they’ll make a case and someone will contact me . Third week same issue , no one went . This was going on for a whole month, they gave me the manager number and does not follow up either. Finally I called the office and cancelled the service and texted the manager to let him know as well and 2 weeks later someone just shows in my house to service the pool again. I call the office no answer . Text the manager no answer. Services: Wall brushing , Water treatment

Ainhoa A. Salas De Urarte: Charged card without providing service and had to basically beg them for reimbursement!! Contacted All Florida Pool for a hot tub cleaning, they asked for a document to be filled out with information and payment option and said they would call back went they received the document. Filled it out and sent it, but they did not call back and a month and a half later they charged the card WITHOUT providing the service. Called them for a reimbursement and had to wait for managers on 3 different calls to verify the information over and over again before reimbursement being approved. Had to call them over 6 times in two weeks, being assured that the money was being returned but no email confirmation or money was being received. On last call, they said they had tried to send the money but they no longer had the card on file so couldn’t return it (yet I got no call asking for the card information). Gave them the information again and within 5 minutes got the email receipt from them and saw the money pending to return on my card. Hoping the transaction does not fail. In all the calls I made they did not ONCE apologize for charging the card without providing a service. Two stars instead of one because they did in fact reimburse the money (or at least it’s pending) and because the call operators were nice (even if they didn’t apologize) and tried their best to help and resolve the issue.

Tony Rice: Contracted All Florida Pools to maintain my salt water pool approximately a year ago. I have not been able to regularly enjoy my pool since they took over maintenance. The technician advised he couldn’t maintain the pool because it had “too much vegetation around it”. The company insist on direct deposit payment and now I see why. They automatically deduct $134/month and are supposed to maintenance the pool once per week. I’m lucky if they come once a month. Since I am rarely at the property they have taken advantage of my absence. When I call to investigate what’s the matter (Why is the pool green) I get a receptionist who advises a manager will call me back. Still waiting on that callback. Natasha D: Would not recommend this company! I received a quote from them with a proposed contract stating their services could not be completed without my signed consent. I responded to the quote within 24 hours clearly stating I was not interested in receiving any services, went with another company instead to have my pool filter replaced. They still went ahead and had one of their technicians come out to my property without my consent, and replaced my pool filter ( that was already replaced days prior). Now billing me for services I did not authorize, nor sign consent for. They have prior complaints on BBB for completing services without consent and then billing customer after. They are unethical and contradictory to their own contracts. Manager actually told me on the phone he does not need my consent to replace a filter on my property.

It’s 6 days since my last failed service & no one ever called.This is my 3 rd incident & no one is taking responsibility.The one before I was out of town,I came back the pool was 90% empty & water were splashing through the filler valve.They promised to compensate for the loss of water & heat but they simply wait for you to give up.Another complain about the water color & the same attitude again & again. Addressing the issues you raised... 1) We are certain your streaks are not due to our failure to apply the resurfacing material properly. However, should your streaks remain visible after 6 months, we’re happy to arrange for the manufacturer to visit your pool to review the situation. As previously explained to you, if there are defects in the material, you will likely be covered under the 10 YEAR WARRANTY they provide. Also, resurfacing material is composed largely of natural colored quartz which as you may appreciate, can vary in shade, color, and texture. Per the manufacturer’s website, “These variations are a featured characteristic of the “natural look” of the product, and in no way constitute a defect.” 2) A quick call, text, or email to the office or your project manager would have solved any communication problems you were having. In addition, we always ask beforehand if there are any questions, concerns, changes, or special instructions for our workers, and you never mentioned anything. Again, sorry to hear about your experience.

Ralph Salgueiro: It is with great pleasure that I write this review. The team at Swimming Pools of Florida were terrific. Javier, Marisol, Manny, Zuly, Angie & Flaco listened and delivered. Specifically, I had an issue with many trees on the property dropping leaves all year long. The excessive leaves where causing havoc on the pool system and the water balance, therefore, Javier recommended a turbo skimmer and to upsize the pool pump. The system now works extremely well and the pool has never looked better. Additionally, the pool had a prior spa leak and they did an outstanding job at locating and repairing it. Overall, my family and I have been very happy with the results and the whole experience. Thank you Javier and team for a job well done and excellent customer service.
Lucy Leyva: I don't recommend this company , very unprofessional the subcontract different people to build the pool, They promises to be ready within 3 to 4 months , but They took 9 months to finish, after several calls I am still waiting for someone to fix a horrible stain in the concrete, caused by the pool company employees at the time of construction! Robert Bencomo: Worst experience ever with a pool company. Our pool took over a year to complete from when we signed our contract, and still still this day our pavers still haven't been fixed and our spa does not work properly. Also our final inspections still haven't been completed. Lets not forget to mention the fact that to get the owner on the phone is impossible, they have been to our home endless times saying the problem is fixed yet its still not correct. The only person who answers the phone and takes responsibility is Javier, but besides him everyone else there is useless. this will definitely be the last pool I build with them, as I forgot to mention that this is the second pool we build with them in 4 years, looks like they don't care about the loyal/repeat clients.
