Kerline Levine: I went into this location with my sister visiting from Seattle Washington..who happens to be in cancer treatment (she has no hair) she really wanted a Miami Dolphin shirt ..we were racial profiled as soon as we walked in the store . We both had at least 3 grand on us to spend .. Security purposely walked between us as we were looking at the shirts . He never said a word no hello or excuse me or not even a hello. Not soon after maybe 5 mints he proceeded to walk straight through between me and my sister again I literally had to take a step back for him to fit . Plenty of room for him to just go around us it’s just about 8 pm and plenty of white customers in all over the store .. not once but twice he did this every time never saying a word .6/10/22 we will never shop at Ducks nor tell any one we one to shop there RASIUM IS REAL!!!!
Chris Dorman: Karen at this location helped me out tremendously! I drove about 140 miles from Fort Myers over to this location to buy a weight set, but they sold out while I was on my way there. Karen was able to locate another brand in her store and I was able to purchase a weight set after all! Totally saved me a wasted trip! Thank again for your help!!
vera bettin: I just don’t get it, you have a beautiful store with employees at every department but only ONE CASHIER! Been waiting in line for 15 minutes two people walked off the line and this is typical this is not the first time every time I come in here this is a situation. Leti44: The attendants at Sports Action run their store better than a 5-star hotel! I went in in a rush looking for very specific Nike soccer shoes for a visitor from overseas, and they were able to not only help me, but also look up where I could find one of the versions of the shoe that they did not carry. Pablo who was at the register was amazing - phoning other Foot Lockers and Champs stores to see if we could track this specific shoe down. A few days later, I received a phone call from a very nice woman who stated they had gotten a shipment of shoes in that I had been looking for and was following up to see if I was still interested. I am just shocked that a shoe store has this level of attention to detail and to their customer. I am going to be recommending this store to anyone and everyone looking for athletic shoes!

Coach Pat: DSG is my place to go for sports stuff! Softball, basketball, clothing, you name it, they have, if not just go to their website / app. Always organized and staff is ready to help in a friendly way. Plenty of parking in the shopping center
M Rosa: Management in store is ridiculously HORRIBLE. The way employees are treated is so uncaring and unappreciated. I see employees working hard and rewarded NOTHING! DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE! They will ask a lot from you and then just throw you to the curb like you were nothing and never help to their store. They don’t help out the good candidates, instead just do them wrong and use them. I do not recommend this location, the management is horrible and needs to be updated to others, maybe the store will succeed a little better! :) once any mistake is made THEY DO NOT CARE! Do not ever work hard for this company when employed because they do not care for your well being at all. I don’t recommend anything about this store. Just go somewhere else!! and if you do have to come in, there’s no need for purchasing the protection plans or adding an account, their just using you for more money for themselves (the managers) hope this was helpful :) ALSO THIS GOES FOR STORE # 1074 <3

Andrean Novakov: I wanted to share my experience with the store and a product I bought (related to wing foiling), hoping to save other people some time and effort. If you’re in the Miami area, you can do yourself a big favor and go check out Adventure Sports yourself, seeing the gear in person is different than just browsing online and Cedric will help you make the right choices. I first both Gong Hipe 5.3 online from France and struggled with standing up for over a month. I then decided to check out Adventure Sports in person and Cedric helped me get JP Australia 6.8 at a very competitive price point. The difference between Gong Hipe and JP Australia 6.8 foil board is like night and day. I was not only able to stand up, but also get on foil from day 1 with my new board. Just for reference, at 175 lbs. this board is just perfect in terms of buoyancy and stability. Super nice design and finish, JP Australia 6.8 is absolutely amazing wing foiling board, wish there were more reviews online to help people like me…would have chosen this board first. Again, if you’re thinking about getting into wing foiling call Cedric and go in person, you would have better beginner foiling experience. Hope this helps. See you on the water!
LBC Boston RE: Purchased an expensive item online and decided to pick it up in a couple of weeks. Although the staff was helpful with online ordering they did not check if the equipment was working, after coming to pick up the order it turned out the battery was defective and there was no replacement. If the battery was checked beforehand, there was enough time to get a replacement but I just wasted my time, disappointed.

Jason Kendall: New to the area and stopped by Adventure Sports recently. Super chill atmosphere, received solid advice from sales, not pushy at all but answered questions thoroughly. I appreciated the fact that they carried gear within intermediate price ranges. Free shipping for a product size they didn’t have and offered me a hefty local discount I was definitely not expecting. Will support this business when I can.
Alli Bum: I went there because I was interested in learning to kiteboard and/or windsurf. The guys working there could not have been nicer and more enthusiastic about showing me my options. They were so knowledgeable and passionate about everything from kite surfing to windsurfing to foiling. It’s a little intimidating to start a new sport and these guys made me so excited to try it all! I will be scheduling kite boarding lessons thanks to them!

Keaton Marin: Had an online order for my travel baseball team, everything was handle with such ease and great communication and jerseys looked incredible! Management really has this place running smoothly! The only place to order uniforms or anything you need sports! You guys have a customer for life!

Will not exchange wrong sizes. Told me to get ahold of manufacture. Called Nike Corporate and Nike has never heard of them. DO NOT spend any money at Midway Sports!
Sarah G.: Ordered softball pants online which did not fit. This business was unwilling to work with me for a refund or exchange. Read the fine print on their website, it does say all sales are final which I wish I would have noticed, but that is the only place this is indicated. Nowhere during the checkout process does it tell you sales are final. Perhaps they should just stick to their retail location and not offer online sales if this is how they handle it.
Maxine Sommerer: Do not do business with this company. The people that leave good reviews are friends and family of the business owner. Ordered a month ago and paid for 3 to 5 day shipping. Got one pair of pants after 22 days and still waiting on the other pair. Very poor communication and they do not answer emails. Save your money and sanity and just shop somewhere else.
Marizela Garza: I ordered a pair of jordans online. No one was carrying the size I needed but Midway Sports had them. I saw they had a 4 star review on Google and placed the order for the jordans. After that, the anticipation drove me to actually read the reviews for this place. With all the negative reviews, I decided to message them saying that I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a full refund. I never got a response. Luckily the shoes ended up shipping out and arrived as advertised. The shoes shipped out 2 business days from the day the order was placed (as they said) and arrived 2 days after that. Very good experience with the company but there is little to no communication with online buyers.

R Mullins: This place is a total scam!!!! Stay away!!! Ordered two pair of Nike baseball pants on April 2nd 2022 online. My account was charged on April 3rd but no shipping/tracking email was provided after charge was applied to my card. After DOZENS of attempts were made to contact someone in person this entire week, can’t get a person to pick up any of the extensions on the phone line at their store. Don’t bother leaving a request for a return email or phone call either…. These 5 start ratings are undoubtedly from employees to get their overall score up. No business would have so many 1 star reviews and so many 5 star without false positive reviews…. Will be reporting to BBB immediately
Jennifer Swift: I placed my order in March and 2 weeks later there still was no shipping date. I contacted their customer service through email only to be told that they were being shipped from manufacture and they could not give me a shipping date. I was able to order from another online Nike dealer and got them fast!
Dana Adame: Ordered my daughter a pair of red softball pants, some pants fit differently so I ordered a few different brands from different locations. Well the pants I ordered from MIdway did not fit at all. I submitted for a return and no response for months. I called the store and left messages, no response. I finally emailed their other email address and got a response stating my return was not eligible for a return because it is not a stock item.

He told me I had to go to shoe section, to which I told him I was already there for 15 min. Maafin Paafin: A very neatly organized place. I felt very comfortable while walking in the isles. Not much populated as the store is located at the outskirt of the Sweetwater city. There are ample parkings. The only reason of not giving the five star rating is the customer service. The check out person kept looking at her mobile without paying attention.
Benjamin Cornwell: Got some stuff for my bike before I did Shark Trail in the Everglades. Leo, the bicycle tech, was extremely helpful and even helped me install my new hardware on my bike since I left my hex wrenches at home. Very pleasant guy and made my experience at this Dick’s very positive. Thank you Leo!

Cameron Taylor VLOGS: Absolutely worst experience I ever had in my life. recently I was visiting this store in Miami, as a vacation from New York. I felt very insecure about my skin color when I was in your store. I wanted to purchase your human races for your asking price is $169.99. Not only one pair, but actually the rest you had in stock (10 pairs). But after I asked to purchase all of them, the store employee said he can sell one to me for the sale price but he has to charge me $250 (non-sale price) for the other 9 pairs and he gave me no reason at all why he was going to charge me that. I believe that because of my nationality & the color of my skin that’s why he didn’t sell me them. I was going to purchase 10 pairs of shoes at your asking price and then denied me. Unfortunately I will NEVER buy anything from any of your stores and I will make sure that no one else that I know, buys from your stores. That store is very racist, discriminated, and just puts people down. That was the absolute worst shopping experience I ever had. I was in your store in on the 27th of May on a Wednesday. The store employee that was originally helping me was very nice, the other “employee” was absolutely terrible and he needs to be fired.

Very organized and very clean environment the employees were very helpful and management were very professional and very polite. I would recommend this store to anybody Who’s into running and walking shoes and they also have a great apparel, I will definitely be back..

Vladimir Pecha: Absolutely horrible experience. As mentioned, they’re returning policy is a JOKE. Once you pay, they will do everything to not take the item back leaving you with bad quality products. Prices are very high and don’t even let me start on behaviour of its employees. Avoid it.

Manny Fernandez: Tried to order and the size was not available. They told me the person responsible for the school we were buying for was not in. They never called me back. I had to call multiple times. Finally spoke to the guy. He told me to send him my address information and CC. I did. Nothing.... no email, no text, no snail mail, no phone call, not even a smoke signal. If you can source it from a different place, I would do so. Their web orders email address is broken and does not appear to be a mailbox or alias on their email service.
