Isabella Elias: Worst Peter Glenn location ever, they are not understand or a help in any way. I had bought some stuff and I ask if I could exchange and because it was a few months past they didn’t let me change anything. The clothes just didn’t fit and was bought online and it was clothes over 500 dollars. I don’t understand why people can’t have some empathy and understand. I was away at college and couldn’t come back to make the change. Honestly very disappointed because I am a frequent client but I guess not anymore at this particular location.

Orlando Gonzalez: Store is well stocked with everything you need for snow, only drawback is the prices. Went in looked for basic gloves that can handle snow minimum 50$ which is crazy. Checked out some thermal undershirts and they’re 90$ for a regular long sleeve shirt. Expect to spend big money for stuff you can easily find on amazon. Best idea is to go try stuff on and just order it online it’s way cheaper.

Our stores have a wide variety of prices on the items you mentioned with gloves starting at $34.99 and thermal tops starting at $37. Customers can also order off our web site in store on an even wider variety of merchandise. If you find an items at a lower price somewhere else show it to a sales associate in the store and most times we can match the price. Our stores are priced the same as our web site which is competitive with other web sites and stores when you compare the same items or do a Google price search.
Antonio: Peter Glenn owners please watch out with your staff. I’ve spent nearly an hour with my wife and daughters. No service at all. Disrespectful sales woman. Lady at the counter no kind either. You sell good quality and expensive items, service should be awesome. Nobody helping us to find the right gear after an hour in the store. But take special attention to both ladies mentioned, they don’t seem to like their job. Won’t come back again, bad experience, sorry. By the way do not post winter sale discounts in your website because you staff didn’t even know about them today

Eloy Oropeza: Adam and his team, made my visit a really nice experience (Make sure you ask for Adam, this guy is outstanding). First of all, the site is paradise for anyone who likes water sports. They have all the brands, they have the knowledge and the patience to guide you if you have any questions. Before buying my equipment, I did my research, and trust me, they gave me the best deal out there. I’m happy my first Wakeboard its from Miami Nautique. I’m coming back 100%!!

Adam G: Much better than Amazon! They have industry knowledge and unlike amazon you can talk with a rep about your order. If you order during business hours and live in the Miami UPS zone (a majority of Florida and some of southern Georgia) you will get items shipped via UPS ground the next day. Their same day handling is reliable and fast. I ordered an item yesterday at 4pm and it was at my doorstep at 10am today.

These are the shops you support ones that know what they’re doing. Always has parts in stock on old skis and brand new. This crew knows what they are doing . Alexander Muyshondt: I purchase a rebuilt engine in Nov 2020 it was a scam, at fist use , the engine got completely dead , it was completely damage inside, beware with these people.
Jorge Hernandez: Horrible diagnosis! This guy has been in business for years and he has horrible mechanical skills. He said that all I needed was an oil change. Although my Yamaha Jet boat sank. I told him that my insurance would pay. Just give me worst case scenario. I waited two weeks to come up empty handed. I changed the oil, to find out, that I had water in my oil. I finally took it to a real shop and they had to rebuilt both engines. This guy missed out on an easy rebuilt jobs. Never go to this shop ever. they are a hot mess.
Maciej: I waited a long time with this entry, but unfortunately I was scammed by the Miami Jetski Shop- Doral Florida company, and more precisely by the owner Sebastian. In March this year I bought a refurbished engine for Kawasaki Ultra 250, I paid $ 3000. After four months I got a total scrap worth maybe $ 500 in Europe. Mr. Sebastian does not speak, it follows that they are frauds

Got a call not 1 hour after I dropped it off from the owner letting me know my jet ski was all fixed and ready to go! Parts and labor where reasonably priced and customer service was out of this world!
Carlton Realty (Bruno Carlton Int'l): guys, here is a great mechanic shop with humble, professional people. I called for a repair on my Rotax 250. they took it right away; knew immediately the issue, fix it, call me back before replacing parts and additional tune up. They carried the part in-house and has my boat ready by the end of the day at a reasonable price. They are going to get all my future business. Thank you Sebastian

Spen Gold: The owner promised me a working Jetske with no problems and he sold me a dog with fleas, it cost me $1200 just to get it started on the water, this shop should be closed for deceptive trade practices and lying and deceiving. I paid full price for the WaveRunner and I got screwed and lied to. Not to mention that I was promised a bill of sale and a 24 hour turnaround for my registration and it took him 2 1/2 days just to answer my phone call

Kerline Levine: I went into this location with my sister visiting from Seattle Washington..who happens to be in cancer treatment (she has no hair) she really wanted a Miami Dolphin shirt ..we were racial profiled as soon as we walked in the store . We both had at least 3 grand on us to spend .. Security purposely walked between us as we were looking at the shirts . He never said a word no hello or excuse me or not even a hello. Not soon after maybe 5 mints he proceeded to walk straight through between me and my sister again I literally had to take a step back for him to fit . Plenty of room for him to just go around us it’s just about 8 pm and plenty of white customers in all over the store .. not once but twice he did this every time never saying a word .6/10/22 we will never shop at Ducks nor tell any one we one to shop there RASIUM IS REAL!!!!
Chris Dorman: Karen at this location helped me out tremendously! I drove about 140 miles from Fort Myers over to this location to buy a weight set, but they sold out while I was on my way there. Joseph Hunter: Everything you need for fishing, hunting and another outdoor sports. Immense store, a lot of products, a lot of variety. Have something l never saw in other store, a giant sea fish tank aquarium size, very nicely set with big fish on it, and some benches around it where you can seat and relax for a while. David Roman: Kim Noble AKA “The Boat Gal” was very informative, straightforward, courteous and answered all my questions, before and after the boat purchase. I was very pleased to purchase from Jet Ski of Miami! I had other options but felt I made the right decision. It’s all about customer service and they came thru 100% I was introduced to the manager, service personal and given a tour of the facility. The boat orientation was very detailed and felt we covered all the need to know. I’m a first time boater and my experience was a pleasant one. Thanks to Kim and the crew, keep up the great work!

Among other things, the trailer and cover I bought with the boat has not been delivered since March. the service department reschedules the appointments daily, generating family frustrations regarding the use of the boat. I highly do not recommend buying from this store.

I was in need of a skateboard for my son that was driving crazy for days so l called a few shops and they had nothing or the prices were outrageous. Times like this places bump up prices and take advantage but something told me to go to this shop. So l went i aldi got lost around the groove causing me to call for help. A gentleman named bob picked up and stated they were closed but he would wait for me. That to me meant everything. So l made it in to the shop there was bob welcoming me in. He did not rush me at all as l searched for the right board and that is a bonus. So as l went back and forth with my son bob had patience enough until l found the board my son wanted. He also worked on the price in which other stores would not of and the prices here were way more lower especially for the top of the line brands they sell. So overall l am grateful for the experience and for bob treating me with the best customer service. Now in days you don’t see that . I will be coming back soon!
Laura V: Went in to buy some rollerblades during covid. Bob (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. First time buying rollerblades and he helped me pick out the best ones for me. Unfortunately after a few tries they were a little too big on me. I called the store and Bob was more than willing and helpful to work with me in exchanging them for a smaller size. He offers great deals and options in order to keep the customer happy. I never leave reviews but I felt he deserved a great one due to his attentiveness. Definitely recommend! Such a nice guy!
Bruce Carrick: The best local skate/surf shop in the Grove. Been going here for years and they always have the best attitude and willing to help with advice. From skateboards to body boards, great selection of surf wear, and even some second hand gear. Good times.

Alysa Wright: Had a great time using this service with my boyfriend. They helped with directions, even with a confusing uber situation. Riding the JetSkis was a blast, we were both first-time drivers and they helped us learn how to do it. They also kept time for us so we had no worries about going over. Would definitely rent here again! So much fun!

mayur jhanwar: So me and my dad were late by 30 mins due to some confusion on direction. They patiently waited for us. Gave very clear and helpful direction on how to drive Jet Ski. They also took the great video of us proactively without any extra cost. Not just that they also allowed to switch the rider for last 15 mins. So I was able to take both my mom and dad. Really genuine and nice people. And very competitive prices. So complete package.

Joe Del Rio: I had a really fun time with my family and I would do it again! If you’re new to jet skiing or familiar with it you have the freedom to take it as slow or as fast as you want and the space to ride is huge which makes it very cool to admire the scenery while skipping across the waves.
Sanchi Gupta: Had a great time here! It’s nothing fancy, but the people were very nice and gave great instructions for how to drive the jet ski. They were super helpful and accommodated our last minute reservation.

German Quesada: Came to buy a pair of lebrons and pair of running shoes. After standing there for 15 min I looked for a worker and asked him if there was someone who knew about running shoes. He told me I had to go to shoe section, to which I told him I was already there for 15 min. He didn’t call anyone up, just told me I had to go stand there and he seemed annoyed… 10 min later I decided to leave and I saw him eager to help a lady. (Guy had grey hair and baggy clothes).
