Super Wheels Skating Center: what do users think?

Kyle Hanks: First time to skate in Miami, FL. It was packed on adult night and the DJ was awesome. We had a great time skate. Respect to all the locals! They are very talented and have kind hearts. People were enjoying themselves. This is a must stop place A+.
Response: 👍💪♥️ Thanks Kyle

Nicholas Fajardo: Pricing seemed fair for the experience, however I would highly recommend bringing your own skates. Me and my SO had to rent blades and most of the ones we were given were defective in some capacity. Other than that. It was fun! Music, well maintained rink, and arcade games kept us entertained for an hour or so.

Max: Great staff and music awesome to enjoy skating with family. However, the delay waiting on food is too long. They should have more staff in the kitchen. They only had one cashier and one cook. They did best they could but it was very busy for two people. But we had a great time.

Guillermo Garcia: Worst DJ ever on this Sunday…. Don’t know if I was in Disney world listening to 80’s and Metallica and I was sitting next to Aladdin on a magic carpet ride!!! Lol!!! Horrible mixer! Especially on a Sunday for crying out loud
Response: Did you request any songs? Chances are the DJ was playing requests and that his or her Job. Every session has a different theme but, you the roller skater / customer can ask for whatever you want. The DJ is out numbered however many customers in the building to one.

Stacy Leveille Kye: I was very disappointed with my visit today. I went to Super Wheels with my daughters hoping to have a good time instead I left upset. I go to order fries and drinks for my girls to be told that they are not serving food. Therefore I just order the drinks. I paid. cash for the drinks had to ask for my receipt twice. Then I had to ask for the coins from my change just to be told that they did not have any coins. Less then ten minutes letter I see someone eating French fries. I go to the front to question whether or not they were serving food. There were two employees and a guy standing around talking. So throughly explained the situation. One employee immediately left. So I explained again to the young lady that was there again the situation. She told me to wait. She left and came back helped another customer them after about minutes comes back to me asking me what I needed. I left!! Stop hiring kids that don’t want to work!
Response: I am sure that we do our best to serve you & your guests everytime. Sorry it took longer than usual.

Darkone Mylife: Had a amazing time here. Food was Good ice was cold The Hockey was cool. Amazing atmosphere to learn how to skate... Really Good place for a Date with the girlfriend.... Holding Hands all Night . Do your best to help her keep her balance 😉 . Never give up and keep Going . Going Back Soon . Hopefully this business stays open forever. Fun place to chill out and Beer up A ice Storm . or eat ice cream in the cold ❄🏂🍨🍧🍦. All so Clos by. Fun Fun Fun. This place is more fun than the zoo. More fun than a movie theater. ~Fun

ok ok: This is a great ice skating rink which includes a shop the sells leotards, sweaters , and jackets. The rink wasn’t that cold, but I recommend you bring a jacket just in case. I brought my daughter there and she loved it! 😊

Alina Mergelova: I absolutely love this place. As I grip wildly to the wall making tiny desperate steps on the ice like someone who has no shame for the fact that I am in fact Russian and ice-skating should be somewhere in my blood, carefree, happy children glide on by laughing, hugging and having a fantastic time. I look at my own feet and wonder how it is possible for them to make it look so easy. This is wonderful!
Response: So happy you had a good time! We love seeing the skaters experiencing real ice skating in hot, humid Miami!

Rolando Gonzalez: If you want to waste your time and money, you can choose a beginners class at this place for you kid, especially if your kid never ice skates before; pay Non Refundable $25 to watch your kid freeze at the ice entrance and while 3 coaches ignore her crying because she scared and no one comes to help. Wait, it gets better, if you go back to the office to claim for some help, especially after you call in a day ahead and explained your kid never before even wear skating shoes and they tell you “It’s the ok, our coaches for beginners will look out for her”, the answer we got was hilarious, “I’m sorry, I don’t work back there, not sure what to tell you”, all this while your 30 minutes ran out and your kid is shaking in front of everyone. Worst service EVER!! We were not even offered a make up class!! Great place to waste your money!!!

Sil: I came to this arena when I was 12 and back then it was nice. I’m now 30 & recently took my daughter. This place needs to be updated. The skates are in horrible condition. The lockers are all barely working. The food offered sucks. The arcade is with outdated games that kids aren’t in to anymore. Very disappointing. The owners should definitely invest on their facility to make clients want to return. I wouldn’t waste my money here.

Paolo Casabone: Great place but lacks desperately of a good makeover. Dirty walls throughout, old flooring, dirty black ice in the perimeter of the rink, and teenagers running the place. You can have a great time there and my girls love it. I just wish some investment went into the facility.

Kendra Davis: 3 1/2 stars. They emailed and asked for a review so here goes. We went for a 16 birthday. Online I read all the rules and regs. Almost everything you read online is not enforced at all. I should’ve took pics. It’s an ok place to go have some fun but as others said it is a bit out dated. Rules say no cells food or drink on the rink, I saw all that on the rink. Kids sitting all on the air hockey tables. Mold fills the air. When by restrooms look up. Surprise!! It is cold so bring a jacket. I saw people bringing in their own food and drinks while not in a party room. But it’s ok to go maybe a few times. Enjoy.

Basement Miami: what do users think?

Fede Carrizo: Amazing bar and cocktails. Also you can play bowling and ice skate

Kendall Krumland: 24 years old and got rejected at my Bachelorette because the bouncer thought my ID was fake. What a JOKE. Paid $$ for an Uber there and they didn’t really care. My hotel that we are staying at recommended. Waste of time and money.

Lizbeth Renteria: Visited basement Miami before COVID. It was my First time in Miami & it was incredible. Going to this club made the experience 20x better, the workers were very friendly and the activities really got me out of my comfort zone. Overall fun night !

L: I think we went on the wrong day!!!! This place was fun for the wrong reasons. We had pre drank so we were all ready for a party however when we got there, it was a bowling alley with very few people dressed up like us. We laughed away and took loads of pictures of the deco - which to be fair was really nice. If we was not in heels perhaps we could have played a game of bowling or so but I’m sure we had gone on the wrong day! Oops! ( I think it was a Sunday).

C Price (Lola): Super cool place but it comes with a South Beach price tag for sure. Amazing interiors and aesthetic. Not a huge place in terms of bowling or skating but we got serviced right away. Def. Going back

Jonathan Guez: Cool place. Drinks are very pricey, and the lanes weren’t oiled or something so it felt like the balls kept guttering. Either that or I got worse haha. I dig the vibe and having televisions playing sports is a big plus. Worth visiting.

MARCUS DE MATOS: I came across this Skating Rink by accident while going to the beach nearby...I was very impressed to see what people could do on their inline and quad skates, very inspiring and artistic. The rink seems to be the perfect place to practice plus if you want, you get to do it on the island roads.

Tim Byrne: Large skating rink available for party rentals with the large covered shelter with picnic tables great for a large party you can reserve it by contacting the park office. If not reserved for a party, it is open to the pubic for skating. It also has a large play ground for children behind the rink which is very busy on the weekend, there are restrooms, and a merry go round is located next to the rink. A very pretty park and close to the beach.

Daniel Calzadilla: Smooth skating. Bring your reusable water bottle and helmet.

Dezerland Action Park Miami: what do users think?

Azalia Roach: The atmosphere is NOT what I expected. Many of the games are old/outdated, out of order, buttons on the guitar hero don’t work, slowed down my go kart, virtual games having technical difficulties, workers walking and moving with zero sense of urgency. At least the few virtual rides/games my brothers and I played were fun. Literally should’ve went with my first mind and went to Xtreme Action Park like I always do.

yarivey montoro: We had the most wonderful time at this park. Everything is super clean. The staff even though most of them are very young, they were super nice, polite, and efficient. Even the food was good! They went out of their way in various occasions to accommodate our numerous groups in all the activities we wanted to do. Our kids had a blast! The management team (Jen Hillmon and Anthony Johnson) is doing a great job!

Ilona Nesterova (ILONA_TRAVELONA): The biggest entertainment area in North Miami. Parties, carting, selfie room, roller skating, jumping trampolines and much more.We are blessed to have this cool spot. Will visit on vacations.

Caro: Super fun, so much to do for all ages; I love how affordable Dezerland is, a $20 game card will buy hours in the arcade, you can play every single game and more with only $20. Facilities are clean, good amount of staff on hand. I love how they update new areas such as a skating rink and billiards hall! Always something new when i we visit. Looking forward to going back and bringing our friends and family!
Response: Caro, Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We look forward to welcoming you and your friends and family back very soon!

Darinda Reyes: Management and staff were very friendly. The Go karts are super fun. Facilities are clean. Arcade games and VR attractions are good. Some of the arcade game were not working though. There was a bit of confusion of where to go to purchase cards and tickets, then to activate them. The food is a bit pricey but decent portions. Now that we have a better understanding of how things work we will be back.
Response: Hi Darinda, Thank you for the 5-stars! We hope to see you again soon! ☺️☺️

kisha kher: Do not waste time or money at the arcade games. 80% machine are out of order. When you ask for refund they give you credit to play virtual reality games. Go cart, trampoline and roller skating is much more fun. Don’t waste money on buying arcade game cards. If you want to save money use Groupon 3 hours prior coming to this location.
Response: Kisha, we are working hard to upgrade and repair our current machines and hope you will give us another chance. So glad to hear you enjoyed the jumping and skating!

Elizabeth Quintero: The after school program is really convenient and well planned. The ice skating is really fun and all the staff is very nice.

Laura Marberger: First of all, I just want to say that this is a great ice skating rink to go with your friends and hang out BUT, they did not tell us the right times on their website. My friend and I woke up super early just to go have fun and they didn’t even mention that there are ONLY private lessons on Sunday. We had to remake our whole plans and wrap our fun around THEIR schedule when it should be the other way around. Stay warned and don’t trust their website!

Melanie Nunez: This place is amazing it has so many things to do

Sarah Abbey: I go here for after care with my friends and it’s honestly a really genuine place me and my friends really like it. All of the people are so nice and there’s lots of fun activities

Lior Friedman: This review is for the ice skating ring. During summer time in Miami, this place will help keep you cool ;). You can rent the blades and prices vary of you are a Miami Beach resident/ not. The skating ring is open to the public on specific dates/times so make sure you call ahead

Mishka Blake: Spacious and clean. Love that they have lockers to secure your belongings 50¢. The only thing is I wish they allow adults to use the State trainers I would have happily paid the $5 to use it as it was my first time skating. I had fun tho. A great place to take the kids.
Response: Mishka, thank you for your 5 star review! hope to see you back again soon.

Marla Della: On the day that I visited it was extremely hot. Food was surprisingly good. Overall family friendly and reasonable prices.
Response: Thank you fop your review and hope to see you back soon.

Travler 561: Music is good old & new FYI they do enforce rules & check bags no alcohol place does need up keeping looking it’s age nonetheless vibe & price totally worth it oh food not the best
Response: Thank you for you review.

Nathalie De Oliveira: $15 entrance fee wether you skate or not, no food or drinks included and no alcoholic beverages 👎🏼 the kids had fun but I shouldn’t be charged to get in and watch my kids skate. In response to the owner comment…. My statement remains the same- we shouldn’t be charged just to enter the premises regardless of time of business just to be spectators. We should be allowed the option to pay per use if we decide to skate. Thank you!
Response: All night sessions everyone pays to enter. During the day parents only pay if they want to skate.

Rachel Treitel: Was skeptical about coming out since there are Plenty negative reviews But glad we did! And kids had a great time!! Music is great! Staff are wonderful! Especially the guy that is on the skate floor and gave some nice tips to My lil one about skating…very patient Great vibes all in all! Wish all skates would be included…only thing.. Other then that Will def be back!
Response: Thank you for giving us a try and taking the time to write a review.

Vernon Brown: Man the staff here was so patient and nice cause I fell so many times almost gave up to leave , but the staff and crowd was dope .Well recommended
Response: Never give up, practice makes perfect. Thank you for the review and 5 stars!

Walter Johnson: The place is cool but Thursday night is not “Adult Night” it’s old school night. They is very little variety in the music. If you are 40 and up you will be jamming! 40 and under you might wanna bring your headphones. Some 90s and 2000s skating music would be is all I’m saying.
Response: Flashback Thursday is Adult night 18 and over and the DJ's alternate ever other Thursday.

Justin Rovins: We wanted to go ice skating but there were no skates that could fit on my 14 year old. We then decided to call around to local roller skating places. We found Galaxy rink. They told us on the phone the had sizes up 16. We were happy they had his size so we drove 45 mins to the rink. The price was a little higher than any roller rink I have ever been to. They take your money out front. I had my sons two best friends with us. So I ended up paying $80.00. Once we got in they told us there is an extra charge for inline skates. 5.00 each. So I paid for that too. (Now I am at 95.00) it’s worth it if it makes the kiddos happy. When we took the ticket to the skate rental counter they informed us the inline skates only go up to size 12. My son asked for the 5.00 back and they said no. His friends skates didn’t fit well either but we were going to just deal with it. My 14 year old started to feel upset and nauseous over the whole situation. He knows I spent $95 and he can’t even skate. He then wanted to sit in the car and just get our money back. The rude management team refused to give any money back. The kids did not even enter the rink. They made it as far as the counter. After the management refused to refund the kid, I went in and asked for a refund for one kid. He was going to wait in the car. It was sad that one kid would have to sit in the parking lot. They refused to give a refund. I told the manager we would need to dispute the charge. We never received services. He got really really mean and rude. I asked him why he is such a mean rude person. He didn’t seem to care or have any empathy. At that point we all decided to leave. We never got to enjoy the place. What a waste of time and 95.00. If someone from this establishment is willing to refund my money I’ll modify this review and stop the credit card dispute. It is the right thing to do. I don’t understand how a place could treat people that way. Please do the right thing to avoid a back and forth battle with the credit card company and a potential trip small claims court. In my option it’s not worth the battle. Contact me and we will all be happy in the end.
Response: Mr Rovins, the minute you received your skates and put them on you received service. Galaxy Davie has skates from small kids all the way up to adult size16 roller skates and on Saturday night (everyone pays to enter whether you skate or not)and that includes regular skates. Just like the sign at the window says and the sign out side before coming in says, the website says and just like the audio announcement says before coming into the building. After coming in your party of four all put skates on. You skated on the skating floor while the boys skated on the carpet. When you came into the office with your skates on you were offered passes to come back but you said that you would rather dispute the charges with the credit card company. The only one being rude was you after being told that there were NO REFUNDS just like the signage at the box office window in LARGE RED LETTERS say before coming in. By no means does it say anywhere, come in for FREE put on skates and skate and see if all in your party like skating before you pay. On the way out the hand jester wasn't rude either. You were also very rude when someone in your group kept calling, cursing and hanging up on the phone. This only stopped after we informed the Davie police and they informed you that this was harassment and you needed to stop. In the event that we left anything out your welcome to come watch the videos together.

Reese- Party of Six: Galaxy is the BEST!!! Great for date night, awesome for parties and a total workout!! I love that place!!
Response: Thank you for the 5 star review! Glad you had a great time!

Miami Roller Hockey: what do users think?

Eduardo Czarnecki: My son started playing this beautiful sport and he is very enthusiastic, Thanks to the excellent coaches AJ and Augie and the friendly environment. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is starting to play hockey or just wants to play the sport. We will keep coming, Many Successes!

Richard Losey: Great atmosphere and staff. Only been there 3 weeks and felt like family since the first day. They have many of the items to purchase there if not they will guide where to make the best purchases. They follow guidelines to keep a safe environment due to corona virus. Highly recommend for skaters of all ages just about. Check them out 👍

Arel G (24-7 CANES): I’ve been skating and playing in their leagues for over a year now and they are the best hands down. The leagues are all fun and competitive for any skill levels. The people are like family and all love the game. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. The small pro shop has everything you need from sticks, wheels, tape, and the essentials (Water, Gatorade, and etc.) Also, with the whole pandemic situation going on they have run a very tight ship. There’s hand sanitizer everywhere, all benches are disinfected prior and after every use. And furthermore, they do Temperature checks on everyone prior to every skate. Overall, I would highly recommend them if you or your kids have any interest in hockey!

Zuanel Diaz: Fun being able to come out here and watch my son play. Great coaches and atmosphere. You will never get better coaches than AJ and Augie Would definitely recomend to anyone starting out hockey or just wanting to play the sport. Will keep coming, thank you for the great years!

Christina Feretti: How terrible is this. I was coming to write a review on miami roller hockey and before I do I read the other reviews wondering how in the world they have a 5 star. Well ok I see it now all the reviews are the owners, coaches and friends posing that they were customers. Definitely Not how you run a business, don’t post your own reviews it’s impersonating and covering the truth. I’ve been taking my nephew here For a while and at first I thought it was unorganized but maybe he would learn something. After a year I took him to a trainer who pointed out all the bad habits he been taught and skills he was lacking. He has learned more in a few months with the new trainer than he did in years with this place. Plus they have too many kids, too many different skill level and only a few unorganized hotheads for coaches. Also a lot of kids get hurt through our practice and the “coaches” usually just skate around them. Terrible waste of our time. Don’t waste your money with this one!

Augie Artiles: Been playing here for 20+ years. Great organization with a family atmosphere.

Jaime Medina: Been playing here for years. Great community of players, coaches. That guy AJ is pretty cool too.

Talia Trujillo: Love it here, my 3 year old has a blast and has picked up the game quickly.

david prado: Very nice family friendly environment for all ages. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Lot 11 Skatepark: what do users think?

Big O!: This is a super cool.and fun skatepark. Smooth surfaces and nice transitions. The bowl is awesome. This park is bike and scooter friendly. Due to COVID a reservation is required but it was an easy process. We met great skaters and nice people.

Mikeymike: Lot 11 ! Best diamond in the ruff ! Park is always clean , opened 24 hrs a day , 95 keeps it dry when it rains , smooth as can be , parking right across the street . Everyone is friendly, leave your bag or phone on a bench and it will still be there ! Way to go Miami making a park anyone can go to , from lil kids to grown up skating , everyone is cool as hell . BIG PROPS LOT 11 !

Felix Ramirez: Great park for all ages and levels. A bit tricky to find if you are not familiar with Downtown Miami. Bring your own Water/ Snacks and enjoy! Had a great time and worth the experience.

Leta Key: Great place...friendly kids and adults having fun. Who knew what could happen under a bridge? All Good! 💕

SeaTides Waving: Very much needed park! Improvements should be considered. Improvements to consider, crosswalks more prominent, water fountain, add educational elements, for example paint one the the columns with a world map to expose people to geography. This can also create conversations. On another maybe the periodic table.

David Bush: Amazing skate spot! It was tough to get to during COVID but they seem to have lifted some of the restrictions. We had a blast!

Glen Omanson: Much bigger than i expected from viewing other reviews, so I tried to take a ton of photos. Free skate park open to just about everything it seems, just no metal pegs. We saw scooters, roller blades, and skaters of course. Visited at 11 am on a Saturday and while there were plenty of people there I wouldn’t say it was crowded. For reference my 4yr old was able to navigate around people on his trick scooter for an hour. There’s pay by phone parking right across the street for $2.50 an hour. Oh yeah, the best part is it’s all shaded bc it’s under the highway.

Alejandro Galguera: they really care about the custumer, plus having awesome options for skating, top brands !

Michelle Costa: They are great! Great service and very knowledgeable about skating. Purchased my first pair of skates here and they connected me to an incredible community of skaters. Recently went back because I had an issue with replacing my wheels and they were extremely helpful. Would recommend them any day!
Response: Thank you Michelle! It was nice to see you again.

Heather T: Great customer service and speedy shipping! I placed an order online and received it within three day. Definitely will order from RollerSkateUSA again!!!

Raul O: Got the roller blades for my wife, even in the rush to Christmas, very good attention, nice find and stylish product. The store is small but they have everything I needed and I was able to enter and leave quickly. Thank you!
Response: you are welcome enjoy it

Jamie Norton: I was so excited to find their site online to pre-order Moxi Lolly skates. It takes about 4-12 weeks to ship from the time you ordered them, which is totally understandable considering the high demand. I got mine within 4 weeks, just came in yesterday. SO HAPPY! A BIG thank you, RollerSkateUSA in Miami, FL from Pittsburgh, PA!!
Response: yes Jamie, we have to say 4 to 12 weeks, usually it comes before. Always happy to please our customers. Safe skate!

Mireysa: We visited this location back in August for my birthday. It was lovely to see the staff I’ve skate while dressed up as a chicken and Olaf from Frozen. It was super cute and entertaining. Made my day! 😅 We have actually been here a couple of times and always have a blast! Although, I struggle ice skating, it is very fun. For those contemplating on trying it, give it a shot! The prices are very affordable. I love that they sell snacks and beverages such as hot chocolate! It adds on to the atmosphere. It always gives you a boost of energy to keep going! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I absolutely love this place ⛸💕

Miah Rodriguez: Great value on admission and skate rental fees! I plan on coming back again soon. + Food vendor on site, snack/beverage machines, and an ice cream machine + Fun music and themes + Private rooms available for rent

Pedro Arellano: This place is cool literally ha ha great to have fun with friends or family on the weekends they have music and a reasonable price just remember dress warm

josselyn gonzalez: I came to this place on 04/22/22 expecting a wonderful experience for me & my daughter. But the girl at the skates station was so rude!!! I accidentally asked for the wrong size for my daughter, so naturally she went & asked for a different size. To my surprise, she came back to me teary-eyed. I asked what had happened & turns out the girl at the skate station had mocked her when she asked for a different skate size! I think this is absolutely unacceptable. But over all the rest of the staff were very nice & she had a lot of fun skating. (besides the terrible encounter)

Carolina Yepes: Very cool place, for families and friends. Don’t forget hot chocolate

Leonard Grill: Loved this ice facility. Children and adults can have a great time on either of the ice sheets.

Ofer Shmucher: Both my kids (7 and 6) learned to skate here with lessons from the staff. Love this place… super convenient, clean, and very friendly pro-shop
