Rebekah Pariz: I'm writing a beautiful review of Ms. Samantha Marinoff"s attention to our needs for correct specifications process for our plumber’s installation of Kohler’s new Thermostatic Control Anthem. She spent so much quality time with us, and even produced the Anthem Model as a hands-on model to work thru step-by-step in the prep and installation process. She also was able to display an on-line video along with supportive printed installation specs. Hard as we tried for a few days, we had not been able to find ay vendor or distributor with correct and clear specifications manuals tho a picture manual (with not clear directions, mostly numbers and arrows of the unit came with the Anthem, but none that were clear enough. Ms. Marinoff truly saved the day for us😊 She never gave up on us and send us on our way. It is a very expensive and costly valve and it was clear that her objective was not to walk out of the store without complete comprehension for the Anthem Installation inspite of each step was a most challenging endeavor. I say Kudos to her for resolving the issues for us tho it was a time-consuming hour. I can only add in closing that, while her title is Store Manager, she is a true asset as a representative of the Kohler Brand. We have had Kohler products in all of our homes over the years, and she is the type of Corporate representative that keeps us as clients returning time after time. It''s worth repeating, Ms. Samantha Marinoff, has proven to be a most valuable asset and exemplary representative of the Kohler Corporation. Saying “Thank You” is not enough, but it is with immense gratitude and respect for a truly charismatic young woman to take such an interest and to work so hard as she made the design specifications simplified; making us contented and smiling broadly as we walked out of the Kohler Store. There are a lot of pieces that go into redoing a bathroom and she was an excellent resource. paranoid android: Clueless sales reps. They never email you estimates when they say they will. They never send invoices when they say they will. They don’t call back. I was constantly chasing my sales rep to help me out and to place the order. I have spent to many hours at their warehouse because of so many back and forth with order confusions. It’s quite frustrating. Both Wool and kohler are awful. If I were you, I’d stay away. I also had some payment issues that were never resolved and I just gave up. My time is worth more than a $150 credit from Kohler. Keep my money. I’ll never go back. Awful experience.

Ulysses Perez: No follow up, no communication, no common sense, no empathy. Add all this up and you have a losing combination. One sink ordered with all the fixtures, 5 months later, the rest of the bathroom complete and sink still missing in action. If I don’t call, manager would not be aware of situation. To make matters worse no firm date on when the part will be in. If you are remodeling a home, fair warning do not come here unless you are planning a long term project. For the first time ever the cheaper option would have been the better option.

The truth is your sink arrived within 14 days of placing your order and has been awaiting pickup for over 3 months. You can pick it up today if you wish. In the meantime we have offered you a temporary replacement part at no charge until your part arrives. To my knowledge you have been in direct contact with our store manager, and have declined to pick up your sink and the no-charge part. Ivan: Update: I appreciate the Owner has reached out to try to solve the impasse. That in itself deserves a star. However, I have moved on and already purchased a vanity from another business. Just my luck or lack of integrity. I checked their website and saw a vanity advertised 54%off. I rushed to the store the next day, as soon as I entered the store I was told the piece was not available anymore. I checked their website, and it still was but the price has gone up...it was still discounted, however they would not honour the price that their own website stated, and tried to sell it for a much higher price. That is a definite lack of integrity. Not a serious business.

Mafe: This store is a bit of chaos inside. It’s small but carries a lot of stuff and it’s sorta jammed together. The items are very dusty and the store just doesn’t seem that clean. There’s dust everywhere. There are a lot of employees behind the desk but they’re not very useful. I saw an item online it says they had it in store when I arrive no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I showed them photos and they said they don’t carry the item. I don’t remember what bs excuse they gave me. I was sort of done with right after I walked in I wanted to walk right out .

G C: DON’T GO HERE. Not only these people are thieves that charge triple the price on every item from actual retail value but they are rude and their return policy of 10 days for items that actually cost 10 times less somewhere else it’s an absolute scam. I spent 20 min the day I visited that place to get two dimmers of $16 dollars each and they provided me with the wrong assistance, i’m passed 4 days on the return policy and while making a complaint at counter Abel the “supervisor” with other lady threatened to call the police on me when my tone wasn’t even loud. I will file a formal complaint now on mistreatment and abusive customer service, they turned this into harming myself with emotional distress over a ridiculous refund and they will see consequences

Oriah Ben-Gal: Generally speaking on the big fan of Ace hardware. I find that most of the employees tend to be specialists and are usually much more attentive to their customers as opposed to the bigger box stores. I regularly shopping at the Ace hardware in South Beach and am always happy with their service. In the case of this Ace hardware I would say that they've absolutely lost their way. Prices are much higher than other Aces, their employees are regularly on their phone and don't seem to want to help customers, and it's tough to find an English speaker or someone who actually understand hardware. Overall I would consider their staff and their service unsatisfactory. Of the past half a dozen or so times I've been there I've never quite felt comfortable, it always felt as if they are doing me a favor by being open. Keep in mind their enforce a 20% restocking fee on their products even if you have a receipt. I would only return to this Ace out of desperation. Consider yourself warned!!!! Go to a different hardware store than this one, trust me on this.

Edwin Garcia: Stay away if you can. Their prices are not competitive and their policy is bad. It's a store of last resort. Probably lasted this long mainly because there is no competition around edgewater. Shop here If you dont mind losing money and overpaying with a terrible return policy. The Manager's hands are tied when it comes to returns because the owner "does not like seeing returns". Be especially careful even with batteries that you dont open, as they consider them electrical and wont refund you. I walked in here because I had no option and 24hrs later have $21 worth of batteries I cant return even though they're new. Stay away and go to big stores with consumer friendly policies. You can shop online and see for yourself. Besides this place is like a hoarder's garage.

Jana Briand: Beware if you are ordering from Canada. Guillens charges you for the shipping and then you also get hit with a Fed Ex invoice in the mail. When I contacted Guillens they sent me an automatic reply that said “It seems you have questions about our shipping policies, please see the link below. Let us know if you still have any further questions.” I verified the shipping policies and the is nothing about the client being responsible for disbursement and clearance fees. Nothing! In addition to that, the part they sent had glue on the fill valve adjustment, further exasperating our problems. All in all, I ended up paying 3 three times the amount of the value of the part I ordered due to hidden shipping fees. To start, the shipping fees were more than the part but I was willing to accept that as it’s the only place I could find that stocks the part. But the hidden fees were very frustrating and to top it off it seems like we received a second hand part.

Mario Davila: My toilet was not working because a piece was rotting. I took it in to this location and the service surpassed my expectations. My toilet works perfectly. Yolanda, the lady who took care of me, was amazing. I could tell she knows the industry and the products well. They just won themselves a loyal customer.

Do Do: Has hard to find parts. European and American plumbing styles. Can pick up in store or online. Great customer service. Had hard to locate discontinued parts.

John McGowen: I think this is the last place on earth to get these discontinued cartridges. I did a lot of searching! One other website listed them for sale but after researching their customer reviews I found that it's another scam site so ultimately I ordered from Guillens obviously. The delivery date stated 12/16/21 but they actually arrived on 12/08/21, eight days early however, I wasn't aware because the delivery driver hid them so I didn't find them until 12/20/21, not Guillens fault. I live in a rural community so most delivery drivers don't hide packages at my house. Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for the great selection and timely customer service!

Christina Knoles: I had a very good experience with Guillens and we are going to be using them again to get a hard to find a diverter valve for a shower sprayer. They have hard to find parts that others don't carry. So I really appreciate their company. Their service dept. had a very experienced person who worked with our plumber exchanging photos and identifying the brand to get us what was needed. As with ordering any replacement parts, you need to know what you are doing so you get the right part. If you don't have much experience with plumbing or are not sure what you need, you should hire a plumber to help you both order the right part and then install it. There is only so much you can learn from YouTube. For those reviewers who posted a negative view when they did not get it right the first time and had to order again with a restocking fee, that is the risk you take on a DIY job. You probably still saved money if you avoided hiring a plumber in the end. Shipping parts today is a challenge. Ours came fairly timely. All things I order now are taking longer. If you really need it, you can pay express shipping. Again, I am grateful they carry what you need. I have expensive faucets and to totally replace them is far more expensive and bad for the environment.

odorf aculep: I have an old model Jacuzzi Hot Tub. I called Guillen and they helped me from the beginning to the end. They called Jacuzzi company for me and sent me a link with all the parts I needed to repair my Jacuzzi. I ordered on a Monday morning and they ship the parts the same day. I got my parts via Fedex by Thursday and install it myself the same day. Everything worked out fine and now a I have a new Jacuzzi. These people are great, they offer a great customer service. Lots of thanks to Julio from the parts and service department.

Suree Davila: Yolanda provided excellent service to my husband when our toilet at our office needed repair. She was very knowledgeable. The showroom provided me with several options for personal use as well. I highly recommend them.

david perez: My technicians did warn me about guillens and without any regard I decided to stop in myself for a difficult to find toilet canister seal. By the time I entered and greeted the elderly lady at the counter she was already advising me that they did not carry those parts and continued working on the computer. Not one second did she look up to see what I was holding in my hand. This will be the final time me or any of my men head to guillens for anything. I will also let all of my associated companies and fellow south Florida plumbers to not even bother with this company. Cheers guillens

Franco Bariani: Not a friendly place if you are looking for replacing your flush system ( trying to make a dual flush in order to save water ). Had to hear two times that they do not work with Home Depot and Lowes brand ( I know what they meant) even that they were trying to "HELP" by not even looking at the model number. I guess the lady was busy and could not orient a young boy who doesn't know much. Not asking them for help no more that's for sure.

Holly Hayden: I was pleasantly surprised. I don't frequent plumbing supply warehouses but it was easy to get help finding what i needed. The staff was very easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend visiting them if u need any plumbing supplies.

After I waited for 30 min on the line the cashier (1 first one to the right counter) told me that I have to picked up the items from the shelves and I said Ok. While you find me the rest item that are not available in the shelves I will bring the rest. He told that he can't put the rest of the costumer in hold for that. But I had to wait for 30 min to be attended. Great way to lose a bill of 1000$ bc all my list was for propress.

Erick Afaro: Every time I go over it takes at least 30 mins to get materials, whether it’s 2 items or 30. On top of that I always have to go back to the counter because either the inventory doesn’t match what the counter guys have on their computers or the counter guy (One specifically) gets your order wrong. So there goes another 20 mins waiting. From now on we’ll go to Bond.

Lilia Castellanos: We placed an order on 11/28 were told it will take 2 days they will call on 12/3 we called and were told the part was there, it was a toilet part we were using a bucket to flush and on top they charged us 12 dollars for shipping on a 14 dollar part it should have been priority mail for $12.00

Joseph Labriola: Worst Ferguson they have open. I ordered a right hand toilet and they tried to give me a left hand toilet in a right hand box twice the same tank. In the same order they gave me a tank with no bolts. Terrible service will call guy just asks if we're going to pick up the order and when I tell him about the mistakes he says nothing just walks away

Dustin Haller: When I needed a tub for my new bathroom the guys at Wool plumbing were excellent in showing me my options and explaining the differences to my wife and I. We chose a cast iron and they had it ready in the store closer to our home the SAME DAY! Our contractor picked it up that day. Its been great. Highly recommend this place!

Maria Vargas: I loved this store. I went in to look, but was under the impression that I wasn't going to find anything because I wasn't remodeling my bathrooms now, but to my surprise they have accessories to decorate your bathroom, vases and other accessories for the living room, dinnerware, a beautiful section with cool gadgets for the kitchen, accessories that are perfect to give as gifts. The owner attends the store personally and the staff was very friendly. They have a big parking lot in the back, which is a great plus!!! Although they have very high end pieces, the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend it.

Sam Dobrow: Too early to say but parking is street parking, hard to find and expensive. Ferguson should do better by their customers. The showroom was very nice but you don't get any product or price information without an appointment. UPDATE: After getting an appointment the sales rep said he had another appointment after mine, and he could only meet for an hour. He was 30 minutes late for my appointment. Afterwards he said he could only price one type of item (1 toilet, one faucet, etc.) so I was unable to compare prices of different brands and it would be at least 4 weeks to get my quote. He also said the faucets I wanted did not exist (3 valve, 3 output thermal valve). Needless to say, it does exist. I found a complete bathroom set from Isenberg faucets at KB Authority. The price was about 1/4 the price of similar faucets at Ferguson ant the quality is fantastic. He never sent a quote. If you want quality merchandise, go online to Kitchen and Bath Authority kbauthority.com. You'll get fast delivery and competitive pricing.

C A: This is the place to pick out the faucet of your dreams! Granted it is not cheap but the quality of the brands they carry speak volumes! Newport brass, Rohl, Brizo, Grohe all the best brands in the plumbing fixtures space with multiple finished to choose from.

Blake Wilder: I bought all my plumbing fixtures for my entire remodel from the west palm beach location and they were great. Unfortunately I ordered my appliances through the Coral Gables showroom from Lamont Gaines. I can't get this guy to even respond to any text, email, or call just to give an update. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is astounding. The appliances were paid in full months ago and all I'm looking for is someone to acknowledge my existence and give a simple update. I would never deal with this place again. It literally takes 20 seconds to send an email. Save yourself and RUN!

Guy cohen: I don’t know where to start. I purchased high end dacor Applainces for our apartment over 30k. Since day one of the installation which was August, the combo oven was installed with obvious physical defects which creates a malfunction. Then my dacor induction stovetop started to have malfunction messages and just shut down. Ferguson sent regional representative that decided to start the exchange process. This process went back and forth from dacor and Ferguson or about 2 months with no resolution. It’s a nightmare and a shame. We have been eating out since them. I can not cook for my family and food has gone bad. To this day, I’m still dealing with this problem.

Joseph Salzverg: Unfortunately my experience was so bad that I feel it necessary to warn other potential customers and urge them to look elsewhere. I bought a $3600 piece for my bathroom which was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 weeks, 13 weeks later they have no idea where it is. What is worse is that the communication provided was nonexistent and I had to check in multiple times via multiple efforts to get the news that the item is nowhere to be found (at one point 8 weeks after the order, being told it was discontinued and unavailable, after we had built out the bathroom plumbing to accommodate it). Simply put the story always changes with them, excuses are always provided, and no results or actual information is shared with the customer. After canceling my order, they have yet to process my refund which has now resulted in me disputing the charge and potentially elevating the matter further. Avoid this place like the plague, there are so many other options with lower prices.

Phil Tatro: Why go to the big box hardware stores?, what for the expert service and knowledge?? C'mon-If you like service, and I mean real service and expert advice, Ace hardware in Brickell is my, and should be your spot! Go in and ask for something as small as a few nuts, bolts, or nails and expect an employee to assist you until you have what you need. Knowledgeable employees that WANT you to succeed in your projects! Aisle after aisle filled with products you never thought they carried, as far as bartending supplies, and check out what I believe is one of the largest Yeti products around. This IS the store that truly knows what service means!

Ted Kidwell: A good location of the store staff are very friendly and helpful they know their stuff there was easily to explain several items that what we were unsure of on how to install the Big Green Egg that they're famous for is very nice and works very nicely we're going to pick up a couple more later this year they always have a wide selection of items at reasonable precious have curbside service you can pick up the help load into your car they deliver as well we do highly recommend this location for anybody needing items from hardware store and this area of Miami Florida we do highly recommend they're very clean and hopeful this store is easy to locate as well

Rob Lou: Very helpful customer service!! I really enjoyed the visit because the staff made me feel so welcomed! Certainly without being an expert, I was searching for parts and tools. The customer service team was patient, informative and very personable. Kudos for making amateurs like me feel comfortable!

Wesley Suero: I have worked in retail for more than 10 years and the ignorance and attitude I received when I entered this store was beyond comprehension. It was a light skinned gentleman at the register and a female in the paint department. I was ignored and walked past as they helped other customers. The disrespect needs to be addressed and fixed all I came in to do was buy a spray paint bottle. Quick 5 min visit lasted 30 due to the lack of good customer service!

Dave Tinkham: The selection of replacement electric stove coils was poor at best and astoundingly overpriced. Very disappointing from a place that always gets 5 stars from me. I patronize frequently. The staff was 5 stars as always though. Great people.

Abby Halpern: This may sound silly, but this Ace Hardware provided me with the most empowering paint buying experience of my life. I clearly have no idea what I was talking about, but these guys really listened to me and advised me so I could get exactly what I needed. This is my forever hardware store.

Just got a product that didn’t work for me and when I wanted to return it the reason why I couldn’t get my money back was because the receipt said “final sale” (after I already paid) and nobody told me about it the moment I bought it. There’s no signs in their final sale products and it’s a mess trying to figure out the prices.

Geovanis Jorge: Now that I can actually write and not drive, I have to break out the box of Kleenex for the response. As I understand closing early, and would understand simply not answering the phone if they were closing at 3 pm. This does not condone the response from the rude man on the phone. A woman who answered was nice and tried to help but didn't know what I needed, a dishwasher elbow fitting and handed the phone to a man. I am literally on Grenada (49) and they are on are on 44th, the gentleman tells me I have no time to get there because they are closing, not closed and I am too far away. He wasted more time on excuses than simply saying, listen we closed 5 mins ago which is understandable. When I drove by in under 3 minutes from the call, their gates are still open and three guys are outside talking smack. Tried giving a mom-and-pop a chance instead of giving my business go to a big box store. Oh and the time was 3:40 p.m. Don't know if that's the owner or employee, regardless won't waste my time with them. Prime example of why businesses shut down, the people, especially Spanish only speaking individuals. For the record, I am Cuban so no need for bashing thinking I am racist. Their attitude is not taking care of the customer like a business is based on, instead it's rudeness. So Dennis, the owner, glad you have been around for 40 years, wish you the best, but my business won't be given to you because of your employees. Normally I actually give good reviews for those that go above and beyond, but this is an example of, if your not going to try, do NOT bother! This is a review of my experience, and I want to let others know.

Alexander Diaz: Home remodeling can be a very stressful time and not knowing who to turst or where to buy in confidence can make things worst. I discovered Linda Hardware through friends on Facebook and decided to give them a chance. Best decission yet. Dennis, and the entire team of sales associates are outstanding and clearly some of the best in the field of hardware, tile and home restoration; at leasst based on our experience. We (my spouse and I) recently closed on our home and when it was time to shop around for our remodeling needs we were overwhelmned. Our concerns were put to rest by the level of attentativeness of the staff at Linda Hardware. Dennis and the staff really went the extra mile to make our home remodel a great one (so far)! He (and staff) is/are very professional, knowledgeable, and will fight to make sure his clients are taken care of. I would highly recommend LInda Hardware to anyone with a home improvment project. EDWARD HERNANDEZ: I purchased a Titan water heater from Linda Hardware. I did receive the product in a sealed box, unfortunately when I paid the electrician for the installation the water heater would shut off all the electricity in my home. The following day the electrician had to return to uninstall the unit. I placed the unit in the original box, and returned it to Linda Hardware to exchange it for one that was operable. At this point they turned me away and said that it was not their issue if the unit did not work, that I had signed a receipt that read no exchanges or returns and had to deal with the manufacture. I simply asked them to exchange it for the same item, but one that was operable, and they still refused. This merchant should be responsible for selling a product that is operable. Purchasing from this establishment incurred 2 installations fees from my electrician, and much wasted time. Beware before you shop there!

Unfortunately with the Titan, the Manufacturer wants us to send the issues to them, because it is their product, and they know how to best deal with any defective claims that may arise. We do not pre-test these items as they come boxed and serialized by Niagara (manufacturer), so we assume every item is operable at time of sale as they are brand new from them. There are also times where customers/plumbers tamper with the Titans and we are unaware of this, and we lose the ability to return or exchange the product, and are stuck with the loss of product. This is why certain policies are put in place to not only protect us, but to provide a solution to the consumer. On any other product, other than special orders, we accept returns/ exchanges for up to a minimum of 7 days and up to 14 days on some items. My sincerest apologies once again as it is never our intention to disappoint any customer. Ace always has everything I need and it's hard to believe that such small stores can have so much. I went there for a few auto detailing items and they had just what I needed. Stephan Lind-Orjala: Got here at 5:27PM after calling a few minutes before that I need an emergency plumbing part, I was told it would be no problem they close at 5:30PM. I got inside the store and was rudely rushed out at the entrance saying they’re closed and to come back next day. I manage several high end estates and frequent this location often for quick purchases - Will never shop there again.

James Delancy: I was looking for a set of back wheels for my foldable grocery shopping cart. They had no sets of wheels, and didn't have a stock. They got single wheels but no sets, and none in stock. While it may be a great store, but I made a wasted trip.

Adrian Gonzalez: Their prices are very high, which I am ok with but I am not ok with how difficult they make returning items are. Their 20 percent restocking fee is absolutely ridiculous. I am general contractor and this is a warning to all other contractors, DO NOT SHOP HERE. You are better off driving to Home Depot on 8th street and 32 Ave.

Bobby Jackson: Just dropped in to have some keys made. I arrived around 10 a.m. on a weekday, and the line at the main register was SUPER long. But after waiting patiently for a few minutes under the sign at Register 3, that read "KEYS," an older gentleman kindly asked how he could help me, and in 10 minutes or so, I was on my way with 5 shiny new keys in my pocket. The service was $3.50 per key, plus tax, and it was super professional and no-hassle. For example, the key-maker didn't try to pressure me into buying novelty keys and the woman working the pay register didn't try to get me to buy any needless accessories. Plus, super-bonus, the keys actually WORK! I'll definitely return to Budget/Ace to have keys made in the future, and I highly recommend it to you, too. It's super convenient, and the keys are quality.

Alex Mac: Everything here is slow and difficult. I hate when I have to come here. Only 2 staff members know what they’re doing. Otherwise if you have a question you get someone who just goes and asks the same question you could have to one of those 2 people I mentioned. English is barely an option here. To get any screws, bolts or washers you have to wait on a line and they have to go in the back to look for them. Prices are astronomical just like all Ace hardwares but at least at other stores you feel like it’s easier than going to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Thank god for the woman behind the checkout counter with kind eyes and helps how she can.

tc zig: FANTASTIC STORE! After a horrendous experience at another big chain where in I bought a washer and was jerked around for a week on delivery, I cancelled that washer and came to this Lowe’s on a Saturday morning. I was greeted by Luis in the washing machine area. He was very helpful when I narrowed it down to two. I bought the one I wanted and was thrilled when Luis said it could be delivered the very next day (I was SO shell-shocked by my experience at that other store, I wouldn’t believe it was delivered till I saw it). I bought the hoses, haul-away and even an extended warranty. I was happy. Next day, super nice delivery guy called me and said he’d be there in 20 minutes; he was! They delivered my bright, shiny new washer, hauled the old junk away and I was happy. My shopping experience was great. I needed something else, and another very nice young man escorted me around the store till I found it. Great service!

Louis Cass: Store is usually mostly well kept and associates are usually kind of helpful/knowledgeable. I went to buy a specific item after looking on website to confirm which isle/bin the product was in. What I wanted and related items were not in that isle. The item I wanted was not even in stock once I found the right isle. I was able to purchase a similar item so the trip was not a loss. Always prefer the local Home Depot unless I am looking for a specific item they do not have in stock.

Peter Papagiannakis: I always thought that Lowes was better than Home Depot. I was wrong. While the place is clean and spacious, it does not carry the inventory that it used to. I tend to believe it is a Home Depot alternative, no better, no worse either. - I wrote this review about 2 years ago. Here is an update. I still feel the same, for most, but, this location has gotten worse. There are employees, but, not knowledgeable and it feels like they don't want to spend time with you... The aisles are crowded with stuff, items are not where they belong and the prices do not represent the items that are on the shelves. While the store appeared clean, the parking lot is not. Broken glass, nails, and other items to damage your tires are throughout... I am not sure if this falls on local management or corporate, but eventually falls on the customer... Sad!

Jeremie X. McLeod: I miss the days when people working at hardware stores were passionate about tools, diy projects, or had any kind of basic knowledge on topics related to their jobs. Help was hard to come by here. When you did find help - they didn't know where items were or if they even had them in stock. Also note that if they offer something online strong possibility it may not be offered in store. Online only.

Rosana Melau: Very poor customer service. Manager named Chance told me to shop somewhere else when I pointed out that the clearance price was actually higher than the regular price. He responded that they would then charge the regular price. I said that it was not a clearance then . he told me “ then shop somewhere else” My husband and I left out carts and walked out

Wayne G: I don’t normally shop this store but it was the only one with a part (backset spacer) I needed for the deadbolt. They showed 5 ea. in stock and I traveled 30 minutes to go there. When I arrived it was a real cluster-f__k for the associates trying to find it. They looked everywhere and while I appreciated their efforts, it was a wasted trip. The associate even stated he remembers seeing the box but they had no room on the shelf and could not locate it. They need to do a better job in managing their inventory and stocking the products properly on the shelf. I hate to say this but Home Depot does a better job. Maybe I can update this review on my next visit.

Hendrik Kroes: Placed an order for some transition strips that were supposed to be in stock in the warehouse and spent almost 2 grand in flooring materials. It's been over 3 weeks and we're still sitting on an unfinished project with no clue when the strips will arrive, impossible to reach department manager, store manager, poor leadership and customer service. Phone line will hang up on you after placing you on hold for 20 plus minutes. Forced to reach out to the regional manager, maybe they'll make things happen but highly doubtful. Companies spend millions to try and get new customers but are willing to throw away existing ones to competitors like home depot, unreal...

laZaro gonzaleZ: If I could give ZERO stars I would. just had the worst customer service at the store located at 9191 SW 137 Ave in Miami, Florida by the manager named Ramiro (no last name given). I went to get a battery powered Craftsman blower that the display had the sticker price of $44 . When they rang it up it rang up for $89. I brought the display to the register to show the cashier that it was the same unit and it wasn’t my fault they had put the incorrect sticker price on it. She called the “manager”, Ramiro, who simply said that was not the correct price and he would not honor it although it was the store’s error. What he should have done is adjusted the price and then removed the sticker price THEY had put on the display item and put the correct sticker price. He should not have been rude and said that he will NOT honor the price the display had. I shop at Lowes but because of this they lost a customer. No wonder the store is always empty while Home Depot is always packed!

Melissa Bliss Turner: We went to purchase a mini fridge we saw online. We couldn't find the one we came for so we asked an associate for help. He was so nice and had not only found the fridge we wanted in the back but had us loaded and ready to go within minutes. Definitely will be back for other items.

Abel Ortiz: Went this morning looking to replace my dryer and went out with new washer and dryer. The employee that took care of me was very friendly and knowledgeable making the experience easier. He also went above and beyond to try to get me the combo that I wanted and when he couldn't find it he offer me a discount to take another one instead. The prices were amazing plus also offer me delivery the next date. Can beat that. Highly recommend with 2 floors full of merchandise. Go now as inventory changes really fast.

Jannelle Duran: BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THERE INSURANCE PURCHASE STRAIGHT THROUGH MANUFACTURE! My dryer is less than 1yr old and it’s a whirlpool.. it stopped working 4 days ago and I purchased the warranty. Apparently the first year even if it’s a 3 year warranty they won’t cover your appliances. I just called they pretty much told me they won’t help me until the 1st year is up. CRAZY! I’m contacting the better business bureau! This a severe case of false advertisement. I’ll stick to purchasing at Best Buy or Brandsmart there warranty is exactly as described.

Al Lch: Nice place to shop for all home related do it your self tasks. People are super helpful. I went to the Kendall Lowes. Now they have an outlet. The refrigerator selection was amazing, maybe over 100 units with over 30-40% off and bran new- still in the original box. Makes no sense to pay full price.

Peter Papagiannakis: While this may be a "star" location, it is the messiest, most unorganized, right down dangerous Home Depot I have ever been. Not only they have many items out of stock (understandable) but all items are allover the place. You need to look inside the bins as bins do not contain what they are labeled for and you need to look on all other bins if you are in a bind... I rather drive to another Home Depot or Lowes or another store, even if it's more expensive as my time is a lot more expensive after all!

Adam Borja Garcia (Adán): Just about everything you need for home improvement and maintenance, as well as gardening! This location is almost always super busy. Some employees are helpful, some just find a way to dodge anyone looking like they have questions. It's not very easy to find things like little tool details, so it may be likely you'd need a whole day in this place. Self-checkout is great!

Steven Wise: I've had a lot of experiences in world-class establishments like hotels and restaurants - and I was absolutely blown away by the top-notch service I received from Alfredo, the manager. This is a manager that places like the Four Seasons would be lucky to have! He listened to my issue and quickly found a solution, and did it with such professionalism and poise.

So nice. Home Depot has added inventory in many departments ahead of the summer season. Today I found this store particularly well stocked.

OLGA GUERRA: Worst Home Depot in the area. Customer service reps are incompetent and slow. As you can see no one is at the registers and we’ve been waiting over 15 minutes. Two or three employees gathered discussing their day. No regards for the customers!!!

Fabio Cabrera: #1 South Florida store. Always packed, always busy. Returns Department always packed, usually moves fast. New return policy: no receipt, no refund or store credit either. Make sure if not utilizing self checkout register, that your register personnel inputs your email to save your receipts. Additionally, make sure the register personnel has change in their register and doesn't short change you, because they don't have change in the register when paying in cash. Self checkout registers are only good for credit card payments. Parking lot is big, but always at 80% full, at all hours of the day. Located along a busy street (SW 8th Street, US 441). Just like everywhere else, prices are higher, if not triple in prices when it comes to building materials. Police officers, usually 2 of them on scene throughout the day. Always self employed workers on exterior of premise looking for a quick job. Most employees on the floor are not so helpful when asking for assistance. They'll usually point you to the area of the product you're looking for or just respond by saying, "If it isn't there, then we don't have it". The store has been remodeled and sections have been located to others areas of the store. Overall, expect to be around lots of people. There's another Home Depot nearby in Coconut Grove. Less busy, but prices are higher due to the location.

Colneitha Henriques: Customer service wasn't that great today. I went to buy plywood and I took up a sheet that was $12.23 when I reach to the cashier it was $23. and some change. I explained to the cashier that wasn't the price. So I walked back to the section and a sales person was assisting me, but he wasn't no help because I asked him 4x to speak to a supervisor or a manager and he didn't called them. All he said that they placed the plywoods in the wrong spot and I said all 13 of them and he said yes. So I said why are you not calling the S or the M he said they won't do anything about it.

Fergie Gutierrez: Unfortunately the conditions of the parking lot were very bad. Trash everywhere, carts everywhere, parking cement blocks were detached from floor. This is all part of the pick up experience, extremely dirty. Felt like a flea market. I know the potential Home Depot has and this store is extremely neglected with cleanliness. I’d rather drive further for a cleaner store

Odalys Florido: On May 22 had visited two home depot before getting to this location on 8th street, looking for the Mold Killing primer, the last one I had visited said that this store showed that they had 15 cans. When I got there, they said that the information in the system was wrong, I was very upset! but I had the pleasure to be helped by Kevin Fernandez, whom not only went above and beyond checking in the entire store, he check for store that might have it, but not so much luck, but also called me the next day, as he promised, to confirm that unfortunalty they didn't have the primer and apologized for the inconvenience I had. His excellent customer service made me stop for a few minutes and write this review. Kevin you really made a difference. Thank you,

Liz B: Placed an order on Thursday for Friday delivery. Received a text at 5pm that delivery was moved to Saturday. At 8:50AM on Saturday Received a text that items were delivered. Go outside and a bag with hinges and latches was dropped off, but not the 2x4 wood. I had to call FOUR Home Depots AND the 800 number to finally get a response. At 12PM I get a call from an unapologetic and rude employee telling me I "had to reorder the wood and wait for delivery, to be determined". Absolutely unacceptable. Moving forward I will pay whatever delivery fees are necessary to buy from a company that prioritizes customer service.

Raul Iglesias: I went to the W.Flagler Home Depot and experienced the worst customer service. I asked an employee that was lingering around the lumber section to cut a shelf to size for me like I had done two days ago and he just said he couldn't do it. I requested to speak to a manager and a guy named William shows up looking upset to have been called for assistance. I told him I was buying two shelves and just needed them cut to 37.5 inches and that I had it done for me two days ago. The guy was no help, offered absolutely no solutions or possible ideas to get my mission accomplished. He was pretty much as useless as the guy lingering in the lumber section. I left the items where I stood and walked out.. The "real" management should consider some customer service training for these guys.

Nelson Marmol: Good for most needs. I wish they had more lumber variety. And more organized. Sometimes it's on the wrong place and you realize once you are at the register.

Héctor Del Valle: I'm a customer for 19 year and this place is one of the most expensive place in South Florida and the service is no to good , sometimes the employees have good attitude to help and sometimes not . The reason I keep going to this place for many years because thay have a part from grohe company and I use it frequently, before you go to this place look on line for another plumbing distributor.

Beatriz De La Uz: Customer service is terrible. Every time I call they are always rude and always in a hurry. I understand people are understaffed but would be nice to talk to someone who actually wants to help you.

Michael Greenberg: I have been a customer for over 35 years. These guys are characters however they have taught me so much about plumbing and repairs. Their advice is invaluable. Yes they can be rude if you are super sensitive but hey, grow a little thick skin. I have great appreciation for them!

FF Turbo!: Went there today, decided to read reviews after the fact and they are spot on in regards to the rudeness. I'm used to dealing with people like this but, I definitely understand the comments made by others. Wanted to get a 6" elbow which they had, forgot to bring my jar of KY jelly. Got a quote for $87 for schedule 40. Went to a competitor and bought for a 1/4 of the price. My stance is I will put up with the attitude anywhere 1 time, then I leave with a smile and thank whomever and give my business to someone else, even if I have to drive double the distance. Good luck SB I wish you guys continued success.

Ana Franco: Horrible treatment. Absolutely rude staff. Really ugly experience: As a female worker I felt harassed and bullied by disrespectful "know-it-all" men. They need to improve their customer service skills. I was referred by another plumbing supply store to "try" to find a solution (I needed to get a Syco shower stem extension, since the shower valve was installed too far into the wall). They were so nasty, barking at me, saying "stem extensions" do not exist!!!". Please, please, please, find better staff. No wonder why they have so many bad reviews. P.S. Go to Amazon.com where there are hundreds of stem extensions and other type of plumbing solutions. I want to support local businesses, but honestly Amazon never lets me down.

Rafael Jimenez: To the owner of this establishment: You need to educate your employees on manners. For the first and last time I went to your store and had the following negative experience. I opened the front door, began to enter and said hello to a while male with black hair slightly heavy. his response was yelling at me, " you are not allowed here wait out side" This man is very rude to be dealing with the public. I was shocked, but because I needed the part I kept quiet and walked out. I later entered and was serviced by another employee. I understand that during this pandemic people are nervous, however there is no need to be so rude. because with the public money spending it at your store, you will no longer have a store. The next time I need a part, I am taking my money elsewhere and not to you! Yelp is next.
