My eldest has gone for years and still does. Now my youngest daughter has also gone for the last year and locked it. She gets to make nice plates or pots and gives then you get grandparent. A total winner, try it you will not be disappointed.

Diana Perez: Signed up for a single intro class and felt so unfulfilled when leaving it. The instructor really didn't make the effort to connect with the student. Majority of the class was held in silence and occasional instruction on how to do things. I was instructed to certain motions, not really told why or how it can used in different ways and etc. Was told that I'd be called back to paint my pot, that never happened. I didn't bother calling back, it just seemed like they were too busy to deal with anyone. The class was boring? It did make me want to pursue pottery and gain a better understanding of techniques and, but of course not at the same studio. The studio is in a very tucked away warehouse area. Would suggest leaving early and planning in advance if you're attending the night classes. It can be difficult to find the place, especially when the street is very dark and when the studio has insufficient signage. Other than that the place is very clean, people are constantly coming in and out to use it. Only wish I would've had a better experience with the class.

We will give you a free one hour private class with a different instructor, so you can have a better experience. The group class you were in in November is not as fast paced as a private class since it's more one on one attention. As you can see from our other reviews the majority of our customers have a wonderful experience at our studio and we would like to change your experience to a more positive one. As far as communication with your finished pottery, we never call anyone and the instructor should have told you an email would be sent once the pottery was ready for glazing. Anna Maria Pannella: This is a great place for kids to learn to appreciate art in its various forms. My kids have been going to this camp (and attend the classes offered during the school year) for several years. It is the only place where they like to go back without any complaints.

Braden Hodges: Beautiful store, great selection, but lacking in quality. I'm a bartender on South Beach. Bought the full cocktail set and rose ice molds. Cocktail shakers become loose when shaking. Ice molds take an inordinate amount of time to get the ice out after freezing. Nearly impossible to get the ice put intact. In short, pretty design without full functionality. Get ready for small irritations while making drinks.

Ines Rosen: PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM WS I Have ordered 3 different items from William Sonoma and it’s a con! They give you a delivery date that is not truthful. WS usually can take up to 6 months to deliver an item. They usually give you a delivery date that is 2 weeks within the order but you’ll be lucky if you get your order in 6 months. When I wanted to CANCEL the order they wouldn’t plain and simple! They just said they won’t cancel the order because of something I signed in small print. Please be AWARE and avoid a nightmare!!!!

Bill Mace: Horrible store manager who lacks integrity. I called the store and spoke with the manager about in Nespresso Creatista Plus. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes while she placed one aside for me. I provided her my name and phone number and drove over from Doral. 45 minutes in traffic then i paid $5 for parking only to be informed they didn't have it contridicting what she told me. I requested the district managers contact info. I was provided with an email address that was incorrect as well as providing me a non-working phone number all on the store business card. Merrick Park had one in stock though it was not showing up on the web due to low quantities. Amazing customer service and I was provided with the correct information to speak with the district manager.

Rocco Ciavarella: Awesome customer service, me and my gf have been looking for the aquatic blue towels & stuff however their website is out of stock on them and most stores are also, we stopped by the Miami Beach Williams-Sonoma location after a few hours on the beach today and the staff there was excellent... They did not have the towels either, however they found them for us in new york city and had an order placed to have them shipped to us, excellent, could not expect more...I realize the location in Miami did not get credit for the new york sale drop-shipped to us, we will definitely visit this location in the future for my purchases...

Jesucristo es mi pastor: of all the states i went on vacation this walmart was the worst the cashiers on purpose take their time to scan the items the lines go around every store because the cashiers are not fast they have closed cashiers and there are no cashiers for you to pay yourself like other walmarts so I don't recommend you visit it if you come to Miami on vacation it will take you 2:30 hours in the line to pay the managers are rude and do nothing to solve the problem of the huge lines to pay I would give it zero stars it is horrible this walmart 😡🤬

Nicole Marsh: I have never been so disappointed in Walmart. It was worth than a Black Friday after thanksgiving. Unfortunately not many Walmarts in this area, so your choices are limited. The shelves where bare and the lines went to the back of the store, no lie. Make sure you have plenty of time before you put this on your trip list.

Angela Trujillo: Although I was never notified that the photo collage poster created that was intended to complete the bathroom make over, which was a gift for my grandmother's 99th birthday, had indeed arrived in time for the celebration.. being the employee at the photo counter, Joseph, was very kind and helpful in locating the photo, as well as checking me out was such a pleasant surprise (considering the service usually received at that particular Walmart) was pretty much my salvation, when I realized that the product I purchased is useless, it's blurry, not the normal low quality blur but unrecognizable blur. that the cut of the poster is not straight, which makes it cut off pictures in the frame, the color is bad, along with the fact that I am out the money I paid because I cannot spend the two hours it would take to go back to store and return or take the chance to deal with the two rude women who have racial discrimated me on more than one occasion in the past and who in work in customer service at that store

Jay Elwood: Do not go to this particular Walmart, unless you don't mind standing in line for approximately an hour to pay for your items. The lines are so long they extend from the cashier to the midsection of the menswear/shoe department. None of the speedy (10 items or less)lines were open, pardon me, there was a speedy line open in electronics - with another extended (about twenty customers)line! A horrible shopping experience. I've noticed most Walmart's that I patronize lately have inadequate (bare) shelves with respect to jeans, underwear, t-shirts, and watches. The return/money services area is laden with carts full of returned items. Walmart has seriously fallen off - the demand far exceeds the supply. Stay away from this particular store though. JE.

James 2021: This store 04303 continues to deliver class A rudeness, disrespect, and employees who lack knowledge of their position and the store operations. Employees who have no clue of customer service. They continually lack humility when they are the ones in the wrong. OP# 000123 TE# 26 TR# 01174 Is a classic example of the above. This young was totally uninvolved in her position as a cashier. Prior to me she owed a customer change. She had no coins in her tender. She looked at the customer and pointed to her register. What is the next move: request from management coins for the register. The customer left shaking his head. My turn. I have a plant that is cover in a yellow clearance for .75 cents. It rings up for $2.97. I politely show her the clearance. Her response was: “it is ringing up for $2.97. I politely said I can see that it did but that is not the current price. She just stares at me. What to do next? Call for management. I suggested for her to ask for help. She continues to stare. She did not call for help but instead turn on a blinking light. I flagged the attention of someone and she said over ride. She continue to put in the wrong price and kept the 2.97. I am like huh. .75 x 4 is $3 not $6. She finally gets it right continues to throw the reminding products I bought into a bag. Simply Amazing

MeryAnn u: Bad customer service. Needs better managing & more cashiers. Doesn’t matter how early or late you go to avid this happens all the time, all hours. Extra long lines, out of 20 something registers is usually less than 10 cashiers working. I can never find an employee over the jewelry department.

Jackie C: This is one of the busiest Walmart I've been to!!! The check out lines were so long at times, they extended back into the women's dept & down the main aisles. Even the express lanes were constantly backed up. I can always find what I need at Walmart but one thing that seems to be consistent here, no cart wipes!!! Overall, staff was helpful.

David Silva: Josie at register 18 is the most laid back employee ever. it only took 1 hour to ring up one customer. I admit sometimes it's hard to find a bar code. it might take 10 minutes. congrats on the managers for having 3 registers open and 495996 customers in line. bravo!

Bjorn: Oh yes I really like Joanne fabrics. Sometimes the staff can be a little short but all in all everyone’s very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. I got some really nice upholstery fabric for four chairs I found on the side of the road. It turned out really well I’ll post pictures soon.

minnie Plants: I've had the luck any time ago here there is never a line! There are always great sale prices and deals, I can never leave without buying! Staff is short but they help as they can!

Bearcat Latina: In this store you better be prepared to spend 30 to 45 minutes on check out. It literally took me five minutes to find what I wanted and approximately 45 minutes to an hour before I paid. Very inconsiderate of customer time

Aya: Even though this store is not as big as others has a good selection of things. The place is clean and organized but painfully understaffed. My low rating is because of that. You spend more time finding a worker to help you cut your fabric or to go to the cashier so you can pay than what you spent finding your things. They have on average 2 people so even when they want to be helpful and answer questions or guide people to where the things are, they can’t because they have to be at the register or cutting or putting stuff in the shelves etc. Is sad because I know many of the staff, as I’ve been going to this store for like 7 years, they are nice people but some days the stress and people complaining get the best of them. I hope the store really read the reviews and see that they need more people!! I honestly sometimes just go to Michales instead which happens to be a couple of businesses away in the same plaza, just because I know Joann’s takes more time. So if you go there just plan for NOT an in and out kind of shopping experience.

Miguel Laverde: I placed an order through their webpage, the product page would allow me to select 2 options simultaneously for 1 product, making me think it was some sort of combo, even the order confirmation, and invoice mentioned the name and description for both options selected on the product order i was conviced i was getting all the products mentioned on my receipt, turns out it doesn’t matter what the invoice description is or what the page allows me to select, they only sent 1 of the options selected, so i ended up paying 10 dollars of shipping for 2 bottles of wonderglaze, when the invoice and order placed clearly mentions 4 different color bottles Very misleading webpage and not a very helpful customer service to be honest Maybe walking into the shop is a very different experience, but i wont be able to tell as i was ordering from another country and definitely would not do it again

SS Stitches: Happy Floors does not care about its customers at all. I have called numerous times to get answers to a simple question. Each time, they have told me to email the company, which I did. They never replied. My tile dealer has tried contacting them about the same question, and they didn’t reply. I called again today, and they refused to speak with me about my question. They said they “don’t deal with the general public” and to not bother calling them again. They’ve also had three price increases in one month. My tile dealer said she was pulling all the tiles from her showroom because she doesn’t like how they treat their customers like garbage.

N Heckert: Floor tiles were warped, had to throw several out. Wall tiles were a completely different color than sample. Kimmy Crosby from Flooring Depot in Panama City said they ordered off sample and Happy Floors said they didn't deal with public. What happened to doing the right thing? It was bad enough to go through cat 5 hurricane but to be victimized by companies over and over, I understand why it becomes too much to handle.

Montana Milless: I had the absolute worst experience trying to get a commercial quote from this company. I work for a very reputable out of state commercial tile and stone contractor in the midwest. It took multiple calls talking with customer service transferring me to the wrong people, sitting on hold for no reason to only have the call dropped after 10 minutes. It felt almost impossible to get a quote on the spec'd tile. Apparently, you need to have an account to just get any form of quotation. To me this is ridiculous, why would any business turn down an opportunity to earn more revenue? After much frustration, I was finally directed to the correct representative, Mr. Bryan Cote. He did a great job at getting me all the information I requested. My suggestion is to improve internal communication and front end customer service. Best regards,

Marcia Wooden: The customer service and the delivery is awful. Customer Service: I called to get detailed information from someone at the company regarding specific details on the tile that I purchased as well as to get info on complimenting tile. The young man who tried to assist had no idea about the material or who to direct me to. He seemed nervous and inexperienced. I called back to speak with a different rep and had the same experience. Delivery: I spoke with the delivery person a few minutes prior to delivery and instructed that my installers would be on site to receive the tile and that the garage was open to store the tile. I later found out that the tile was delivered in the middle of my driveway in a rush. When I called to find out why they had done this, the first excuse was that no one was there to receive the tile and then when I explained that was false, the second excuse was the there company politics is that they don’t drive the machinery onto a driveway, but my installers confirmed and that they had to drive deep into my driveway to place the tile where it was. They took no accountability and did not offer to come back to properly store the tile. Very unhappy. The tile itself is quality tile, but I would use another company if I had to do it over again because of the customer service and delivery. There are other competitors with good tile.

John Banach: This company is the distributor of a line of tiles, called "Happy Floors." I bought the tiles in Broward from a retail tile shop. Beware of their made-in-Spain tiles--poor quality. I bought a tile called Valencia in gray. It's a pretty tile, but there were some issues. First of all, the color was different between the 24x24 tiles and the 12x24. Unfortunately, I used both. Secondly, the edges were very fragile and chipped a lot either in the box or when handling--pretty shocking for a porcelain tile. Hopefully, their Italian tiles, which cost more, are better quality. (I've never had any issues with porcelain tiles in the past, and I've used both Italian and American. I should have stuck with Tropical Tile in Hialeah Gardens--really a premiere company--but they didn't have what I wanted in stock because of production issues due to covid.)

Melanie Lalinde: The delivery and process online was fine but I’m really upset about how the pictures printed out in different colors when I applied the same filter to all of them and they should all be black and white and some printed out in sepia ... I spent quite a bit of money on these and I can’t even hang them because of the different colors

Sadie Douglas: After a year of searching for ideas for my kitchen online (covid presented challenges), I was finally able to visit my sister in Atlanta. She had re-done her entry, and it was beautiful. She highly recommended Happy Floors, and fell in love with their Maccauba line. I am thrilled with the results. While shipping delays did hold up my project, it was worth the wait!

Anita Yoder: The customer service rep lacks knowledge & is anti helpful to interior designers who try to spec their floor. This company doesn't answer emails. Clearly, they are not interested is selling their product with their anti customer service!!!

Isis Shawver: Defective Tile / poor customer service - This company is a distributer for a line of tile called "Kursaal Pure" - (BEWARD OF THIS TILE!!!!!) It does not come clean no matter what you do. Everything sticks to it and I mean sticks - a true nightmare for any home. If you can't afford to rip it up, the tile must be treated with a super extensive process in order to coat the surface. The representative I was connected with, Patrick, never even even took the time to call me and meet with me. After 2 months we had to hire someone to help us. Terrible experience with the product this company is selling and their customer service.

Elan Sprouse: We ordered through a local company and received our tiles promptly and they answered my questioned easily. However, upon opening and laying out the 12 boxes of tile I'd ordered, I discovered that no less than 17 chipped and 5 broken tiles were among 96 tiles I'd ordered.. more than the 10% excess I'd ordered as backup/replacement. My local company placed a call to HF for replacement tiles, which I received today and found that among the 24 tiles, 8 were chipped. Luckily I am 2/3 finished with my project and these will suffice, but obviously there is not much in the way of quality checks for these tiles. They are beautiful and I am happy, but as the boxes are not packaged well (some were already opened once I opened the pallet and others were sealed carefully), I don't know if I'll be using Happy Floors again for tile in the future. As I am doing the tile in my own home, and the website gave no information regarding trowel size recommendation, I reached out to HF several times through their website but have yet to receive a reply more than a month later. I did contact HF through their FL store however, and after asking several different people who told me they couldn't make specific grout recommendations (I just wanted a recommended trowel size as this was for the 6x36 size and I had not installed large format tile before), I finally reached a manager in the design center. He told me "your installer will know," and when I told him I was installing the tile, he laughed and said I should know, then hung up on me. Lucky for him I had already purchased the tile or I would have gone elsewhere. Like I said, the tile is beautiful and I hope it holds up. The service and quality checks leave something truly to be desired, however.

Mafe: The lines here are incredibly long as it is the case with pretty much every Walmart. I’m currently standing in the return line, I’m the 4th person in line out of 9 people. How many customer reps may you guess, are working the line? 1. I tried to get her some help and the closest employee was the one at the self check-out and she was also the only employee in that section. She also seemed overwhelmed. The manager passed by with a car full of things and as she was approached but this employee she said, “I can’t” while pointing at her cart. So make your own conclusion:

Ewok s: Use as a last resort !!!!! More than 20 Registers. And 2 cashier's open daily!!! Management never opens other registers On purpose. Just for Customers to get frustrated, and leave. Open the other registers. It's that simple. And Hire better workers not snappy, lippy , employee's who always say they don't know where anything is. And leave there large restocking carts in the way, blocking isles and don't have the common sense to say sorry or move it they just look at you nasty as if your a bother.

Gloria Lugo: Rita customer service associate need more training in how process money gram and any cash services . I had to asked to a coach and 5 different associates, wait for 20min until Shaonda came and answer my question. Then Rita did wrong the transaction causing a fraud message. That was a worst service

Pad Dap (DAPA): 👎🏼👎🏼This is a terrible location and store. Please go to a different store. The employees are completely apathetic and extremely rude. I witnessed two clients in front of me have terrible experiences at check out which ended in arguments complaints and people leaving angry and disatisfied. A young sales lady had the issues with the two people before me. She then got to me after 20 minutes and then she started arguing and being rude to me as well. She then literally threw 4 champagne glasses in the same bag as a large metal cake baking mold, 4 porcelain coffee mugs, three boxes of cake mix and many other fragile items. When I arrived in my car I was shocked to see that everything was thrown in one bag and things were already broken. The experience was so bad that I spoke to the manager and then I was so dissatisfied I proceeded to return everything and then I just went to bed bad and beyond and found almost all of the items at half of the price. The manager Alex Rios wasted another 15 minutes. All in I wasted over and hour and left very dissatisfied and angry for having even gone to this store. A total lack of basic respect and training. They do not care about the customers or about the store and or brand.

Robert Rivera: Wow! The things that make no sense in Miami. This is a Superstore (in name only), the store was literally exploding with customers. To serve this avalanche of people… TWO cashiers open and the lines to pay reaching the back of the store, even more interesting ‘Customer Service’ closed, lights out! This is on a Sunday January 2, 2022 @1pm Honestly, why does this store even exist? I do not understand!🤷🏼‍♂️

Lenrock: The few items I was really wanting to find here were out of stock. I was able to pick up some essentials thought at what I thought was a reasonable price. For a Walmart this size the parking seemed limited even though I was there at what looked to be a not very busy time. I had a few produce items that I thought might be difficult to use the self-checkout with, but that proved to not be much of an issue. Overall, not a bad store but it's probably better to use the app to see if things are in stock or not before you make the trek across town.

Mark Niagara: A decent Target store, but I hate paying $2 an hour to park in the attached lot. Why can't the store validate it so if you're spending money shopping, you get free parking? The Target store itself is nicely laid out with lots of stock and a decent grocery section as well. I like how they have a ton of clearance clothes for men on the racks and shelves. The change room Target staff were just hanging out talking, there must have been 6 staff there huddled together. Who's managing this store? The food court area with the Starbucks and Target food is the worst I have ever seen. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl at the cash today told us we had to get in line on the other side. I said, we've been standing here for 5 minutes, can't you just serve us next? She would not. We get in line and wait and wait and when we ordered two hot dogs she told us it would take 30 minutes. Unreal! That woman with her hair in a ponytail was so rude to us, I don't know how the management allows this poor treatment of customers. The sitting area of tables and chairs was dirty, we weren't staying.

Anhisha Cooper: If I didn't live so close to this location I would never return but between Miami traffic and just needing simple things to make dinner for low price I continue to go. It's all about convince. This location does a horrible job at restocking, there is employees constantly on the floor but yet nothing is stocked when it comes to food. I cant always find the items I need because of that reason. You can never get help in areas like fabric. The store gets very packed and yet near check out you get management and leaders in a circle saying " I leave soon, I don't wanna hop on and then not be able to get off when it's time for me to go." What happened to putting the customer first? Or at least opening the lane and finding a cashier. The stores use walkies you should be able to find someone to run the register or better yet as a manger do it yourself to reduce the crazy lines that go from one end of the store to the next. To be honest this locations lines are always insane unless you go at opening time then it's mellow. But even then to just do a quick simple lunch run is a mission. Solid 1 hour to 2 hours.

Many times they have the items you are looking for but when they don’t you have to look in the high shelf stock area to see if they just haven’t put it on the shelf yet. Just wish they had more available lines both self checkout and cashiers.

I'm looking at you lady that comes at xmas time cause you dont want to follow the detailed instructions on how to cover your seat cushions. Yes, its work. YOUR WORK....not the employee with an ever increasing line while trying to cut in the line and wear a mask. Not even because it's the middle of a pandemic but because spitting while you are barking like a coked out chihuahua isn't the kind of attitude we need in Kendall. Strive to be better.

Duke Nguyen: I always go here every time I visit Miami to stock up all necessities and most importantly wine and liquor for the trip. You can never go wrong with getting the liquor/wine at costco, always the best price and very good selections. I got lucky to score a nice set if 12 zodiacs XO cognac.

The staff had to get somewhere else the price tag so in that case, please but the prices on all or give some added information that can safe time. But the whole store is kinda an experience.

Henry Londono: Had a disappointing experience at the Miami #1229 Costco location. This is the third incident in which all three employees gave me attitude for not upgrading to their executive business card. I would never raise my voice and explained I already researched the opportunity, but was still met with negative comments for declining the up-sell. This last one escalated to getting insulted by the cashier and aggressive attitude by the lane assistant. I’m all for employees trying to earn more and I will always provide the courtesy of hearing them out. However, after declining the offer 4 times, it should be more than sufficient to allow the customer to be on their way. The cashier would not relinquish the membership card after the transaction, so she may scan it on her hand-held device to confirm that I “qualify” for the upgrade. The lane assistant was also bothered that I would not hear her out. I told him I declined several times and know the details already (I’m all about saving money). I explained I have another card that provides the same cashback amount, but on a monthly basis vs their yearly payout. The lane assistant did not care and aggressively told me that the cashier is trying to explain to me the details and I wouldn’t listen. I finally had to grab my card from the cashier’s hand, so I may finally leave the situation. As my wife and I began to walk away she began to yell insults to both of us. We both looked at each other in disbelief that we were experiencing this. We pride ourselves in always supporting and being kind to store employees, since we’ve been there ourselves. We understand the everyday stresses. Moreover, we really like Costco. Just very disappointing that this wasn’t the only time this has happened. After we left, my wife called the store and spoke to the manager. She provided the info from the receipt and our membership#. The manager and my wife both agreed that the security footage should be reviewed to confirm the incident and verify how it played out. Again, we understand and support employees trying to earn more commission/bonuses. Times are especially hard now. Still, since this is the 3rd time this had taken place and have found several other online comments about the aggressive manner a few employees push these up-sells, I’m hoping it’s not a situation that the company is looking past this to just increase their numbers. I don’t expect any actions from corporate. I prefer nothing to happen to the employees. Having a bad day should not excuse this behavior though. Could be this is tolerated as long as the ratio of closing up-sells outweighs the unprofessional behavior of a few. Nevertheless, it should never escalate to insults being hurled at customers. Overall, Costco is a great company, with good deals and is family friendly. Sadly, accountability nowadays is just nonexistent unfortunately.

Romina Tauber: They won't let you into the store without the membership. How am I going to decide this wholesaler over others if they won't let me see by my self the sizes and prices of the items they sell? Nice way to lose future customers! Well done!

Whoami 0070: Great location as a tourist. It is a mini Target but has items you may have forgotten or need to get some Miami take homes. There is a CVS in the store. You do have to park in the parking garage and pay the fee unless you can find street parking which is difficult. There is also a Starbucks in the store.

Daniel Villa, AIA: This is basically a much nicer version of a CVS or Walgreens with a better selection. It’s a mini-Target, so they don’t have as much as a big target, but they have a good basic clothing selection and the home supply stuff is very good. And, for the tourists- they have a big selection of travel / trial size stuff. See my pic.

Gavin R.: Certainly the nicest Target we've ever been to. The design of the building is beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the shops on the first floor become occupied. Security on the entry and exits make you feels safe. There's a Starbucks inside too. Consider the store and the coffee shop to be boutique-sized. They may have limited offerings, but a good selection to be sure.

Cynthia Perez: I left a bag of items I bought at self checkout. Happened to me before several times (never at this target). All I have to do is call guest services and they always know immediately which bag I’m talking about, and set it aside for me to pick up later. I have called every single department at this specific target for the past 40 minutes trying to get through to someone, ANYONE who works in the store. I love target and switch between my local stores often (they all carry different items). But I’ve never NOT been able to get through to someone. I called over 7 times!!!! I know it’s a smaller target but this is crazy unacceptable compared to the service I get at super centers. This was extremely disappointing UPDATE: had to drive to the store, bag wasn’t able to be found because an employee definitely put everything back. HOWEVER the manager and guest services was extremely nice to me and helped me get everything back. Thank you so much!!!!!

Laura F: 5$ for 15 min parking at Target garage. What a rip-off! Also, the ticket machine at the exit is barely working, so expect a huge line to get out because people can't scan their parking tickets. We just witnessed multiple cars backing up because they couldn't get out. An employee of the Target parking garage seems to not care at all about the situation—best advice: DO NOT GO TO THIS TARGET.

Doris Galindo: Pairing was increased to $5 and it seems they did away with free first hour. This is an abuse in inflation. Why? Because while cost has gone up, it is unlikely their lease went up. Business sign 10 year leases. Or if they own the building their business loan payment is the same. Mortgages don’t go up with inflation They are not any attendant more because their is none. Anyways, disappointed they increased parking while their cost for parking has not gone up. Just another business that takes advantage of inflation to increase prices. And anyways, I’m going their to shop never liked paying for parking. At least I should be happy, because I stopped going and it helps my bottom line.

Nikki Marcott: My issue isn't so much with the store despite the massive inflation compared to other Targets in the city or their smaller selection. But today I was charged $10 for a lil more than 30 minutes of parking. I literally came to pick up an order I placed via their app and then I get this huge slap in the face as I am leaving. Sorry but this will be the last time I ever shop at this Target. I will be taking my business to the midtown location and will advise everyone I know to avoid this place. It's simply a matter of ethics and to do that to your customers is sadistic.

Emily Isaacson: This Target has a pretty decent selection, definitely beach heavy but we were able to find almost everything we needed. The grocery section was bare bones, but did not have a wide selection of produce. There were very few employees working, so it took us a while to finish checking out.

Raquel Conner: Small and not a great selection of clothing. I couldn't even find decent underwear in Small or Medium so I opted to go commando for a day. Not fun. We were visiting from out of town on a spontaneous vacation, so we had no clothes for the kids. We went here and found next to nothing. One sad little section for kids and there weren't even shorts for boys! It's a hot place and lots of pants but they didn't sell shorts-- weird. It would have been more worth it to leave Miami Beach for a different Target or other store. Ross had tons of kids clothes, so there it was the better option.

Charles Ortiz: Parking at Target now costs $5 for half an hour. Theres no sign of the new added charges either. Capitalism strikes again. Not worth coming here unless you want to pay an entrance fee. Take your business to a different store.

Just moved to town and had been needing all sorts of assistance - from styling to shipping - and this team has been great. Scarlet Martinez: I ordered a couch on 12/19, it’s been 5 months to be told it’s delayed by another 2 and not even be notified cause I had to check my order status to figure it out when I had already received an email confirmation that my order was on track. Then the girl tells me there’s no email on file that’s why I didn’t get notice, seriously?! What a joke! Don’t buy here! Expensive and they can’t keep up with the supply they promise and take your money in advance for. Their solution is to credit the delivery fee like that makes anything better. Had to to talk to 4 different ppl - customer service is horrible!

Fabiola Moya: Don’t buy from this place!! Expensive items and worst customer service ever, especially at this Coral Gables store. Bought a sofa, but at the store they told me I couldn’t customize the item (color/fabric) if I wanted it delivered within the next month. It’s been 3 months and the store told me that it might be delayed another 2 months. Very rude too. They told me it wasn’t their fault and “sorry” for not getting me the “right” delivery info in the first place…. How can you make it better?? Awful experience!!! Save yourself time, money and energy, don’t buy from this place.

Dave Birmingham: Crate and Barrel Has Gone Way Downhill- We bought a complete dinnerware set online. It took two hours to unpack them and several were broken (no big deal). Virtually every piece looked like a "Factory Second" with imperfections on the finish which were very obvious on pure white dishes. Absolutely HORRIBLE QUALITY! Carolyn Rose: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I was treated as just another consumer and with NO VALUE. Coming to this Crate & Barrel and getting a gift for one to the other has been a very sentimental gift exchange/visit for my mother and I. This year was no different, and I was very excited to get the gift for my mother, but as I got to the register the cashier acted like I was a bother to him and just needed to hurry up. I asked if he could wrap it, to which he refused and explained they don’t do wrapping (since WHEN?! They have always wrapped gifts in years past, and they have paper and boxes for wrapping behind the counter). He offered to use tissue, but that was it. I had to ask him for a box and he just stuck their box in the shopping bag with my mug so I could just do it at home. He acted like he just wanted me to hurry up and finish. This has been the worst trip to Crate & Barrel. Isn’t every customer supposed to be treated valuable and with respect? I don’t care how many customer were in line—you don’t treat your customer a this way. It definitely ruined the moment and I am so disappointed in the way this employee treated me at the store.

Valerie Bowers: Was looking for something specific and they just wasn’t people around to help they were just telling people they closed soon. I think announced it every 10-15 min. I was there an hour before. I saw this table and asked for a price she had no idea, I had to guide her to say well can we look it up online or ask a manager so I know if I take it. She went to look for manager I waited 20 min she never came back. So I wasted time and they lost a sale.

Manny: Generally speaking, this is a great Home Depot. It’s organized and decently stocked. The service is also generally good. Although most employees don’t really approach you much to see if you need help. And if they happen to not know how to solve your problem , it’s a hit or miss whether they really go out of their way to find you answers or not.

Mayra Gonzalez: You've got to give credit when credit is due. I went to exchange a product because, according to the instructions, it was missing part. The first person I came in contact with was by the return/customer service area and he was cordial and professional. When I came back with the product I wanted to now take the lady who helped me took the time to go over every single part in the instructions and we discovered the manufacturer had altered the product but left the previous instructions. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with an employee that cared enough to take the time to truly solve the puzzle. Professional!

Peter Papagiannakis: This is a "good" Home Depot. However, just like all Home Depots lately, they don't have all the parts... Staff in this location are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Many times I have to go to other Home Depots to complete the orders, but so it the case with others. 4 stars are for the inadequate supplies... Update - on my last visit, 2/14/22, there was no one there to assist... I looked, asked for help, but no one there. Also the Home Depot App was misleading. It looks like they changed the locations of items and they have NOT updated the app. This happened in multiple items, hence, the need for help... Hence the degrading satisfaction. Second update; It looks a little busier than previously and they begun to be lazy... Stuff on the aisles preventing passage also the staff prevents you from accessing the items hidden behind. I actually asked for help and there was no employee available to move the items... I am so, so disappointed! I either have to come back another day or go to another Home Depot. Generally speaking, you develop a feeling of disappointment, frustration and dissatisfaction...

Leon Luis Medado: Supply chain and staffing shortages have apparently hit this Home Depot hard. Don't expect to find what you need at this branch. Be prepared to drive to multiple Home Depots across South Florida to get the materials and tools you need for a large project. Very few specialists are available for specific projects like flooring, so expect to wait either in line or on the phone. The associates that are there do their best to help at least. I've never been questioned for a return, for example.

Kyle Christopher: I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years. They are definitely a great store to have and with multiple locations. I use Home Depot for materials to use for impact windows and impact doors installation. Usually most remodeling jobs have an in expected challenge. This is where I find the value in shopping in the Home Depot you can depend on them to have the materials I. Stock on the shelf. I have always had good experiences.

Luis Flores: I tried to buy a laundry sink in this H.Depot store. West Kendall. I was not able to get this item. I made the order via Internet and the App. So, I had to wait a few days for this sink. Finally, I got this product ready to pickup from the store. The guy at Costumer Service was very nice, and He helped me all the time.

Ivon Palenzuela: I bought a grill and ordered a Delivery. They had to call me before and they never did and just canceled the Delivery. I needed for an specific day. The customer service by phone was horrible. I had to call 4 times, first they transferred to me, then they hang up, the manager was totally lost, he couldn't give me any answer. A total disaster, I had to cancel the order. Truly sad.

jose: Very nice plant section. Lemon, fig. Peach ,banna plants in 40 gallon containers etc . Very nice . Even a few live chickens running around.

Fraggle Rock: Great store for projects but this store in particular is extremely slow at the register.

Abel Ortiz: Went this morning looking to replace my dryer and went out with new washer and dryer. The employee that took care of me was very friendly and knowledgeable making the experience easier. He also went above and beyond to try to get me the combo that I wanted and when he couldn't find it he offer me a discount to take another one instead. The prices were amazing plus also offer me delivery the next date. Can beat that. Highly recommend with 2 floors full of merchandise. Go now as inventory changes really fast.

Jannelle Duran: BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THERE INSURANCE PURCHASE STRAIGHT THROUGH MANUFACTURE! My dryer is less than 1yr old and it’s a whirlpool.. it stopped working 4 days ago and I purchased the warranty. Apparently the first year even if it’s a 3 year warranty they won’t cover your appliances. I just called they pretty much told me they won’t help me until the 1st year is up. CRAZY! I’m contacting the better business bureau! This a severe case of false advertisement. I’ll stick to purchasing at Best Buy or Brandsmart there warranty is exactly as described.

Lorenzo Padron: Good selection with minimal damage on most items. The salespeople are hit and miss with wanting to help but was able to get the same fridge from here for almost $1K less and just out of box and delivered next say.

Luis Feliciano: Product is as is...if it's missing parts that's on you. Price is good but as they say you get what you pay for. No help from the store. Had to physically show up 3 times to resolve issue.

Al Lch: Nice place to shop for all home related do it your self tasks. People are super helpful. I went to the Kendall Lowes. Now they have an outlet. The refrigerator selection was amazing, maybe over 100 units with over 30-40% off and bran new- still in the original box. Makes no sense to pay full price.

carlos garcia: Very professional and friendly. Gabriel, the manager, and Terry made our purchase very easy. But, the employees were exceptional. Will continue coming to this location and recommending everyone to shop there.

Steven Garcia: I bought a dryer LG at the Lowe's outlet store after been researching for the right price for several weeks, one of the managers Gabriel give me a great deal and an amazing costumer service experience. Feel so good with the deals I also bought a Hood Range Bosh for less than half off the original price. I highly recommend this outlet store and especially the manager Gabriel.

MHCC - Miami Home and Community Center: Excellent service and selection. Marcus was very helpful in showing me the products available in the price range I was looking for. Highly recommend the store and him as a sales rep.
