Melvin Joel: Having recently moved here from the New Jersey area, finding competent staff/workers in the 305 is harder than winning the lotto. BUT if you're looking for the #1 paint store in Miami (central) area, look no further. Your Helpful Wendy: It was my first time here and I was impressed with the number of different types of wood here. Overall the service here was great and the prices are high but not compare with anyone else just saying. They have a parking lot but it’s not that big so you should take that into consideration. They also have a food truck which I saved on my list because I’m definitely having one of their hot dogs soon!

nakia ordosgoitia: This review is regarding customer service and product availability at Shell Lumber. We tried to make a purchase form Shell this week and visited the store to get a quote on Tuesday. We did not complete the purchase right away because we received better pricing with Home Depot on some of the items and Shell Lumber was not able to price match. We e-mailed and called Wednesday first thing in the morning and nothing. We tried to make the purchase of the wood over the phone but couldn't get through to anyone. We tried calling again in the afternoon and still "nobody was available". Tried to also call and e-mail the person that helped us on Tuesday and gave us the quote and received no response from him. We still haven't heard from him. Ultimately, we placed the order online yesterday afternoon to get a message later in the night saying our order had been cancelled and that the product was out of stock even though when order was placed there was a stock of over 70. -__-

Janet Forte: Great place to shop for garden supplies. Ask for Ron - the garden & plant expert! Good selection of butterfly plants & milkweed. They have a nice variety of herbs, cactus, trees & vines (bougainville/passion flower/bleeding heart). Also, they carry a few rare plants like Angel's trumpet (brugmansia). Definitely worth the trip!

I'm referring to Robert r.'s review below. As I said in my review of your store it feels like you the customer are a bother and apparently this man felt something similar. This isnt customer obsession, service, or satisfaction. Instead of publicly telling someone with a viable problem they don't know what they are talking about, maybe you guys should try to show what sets you above the rest? Seeing this only refutes my point about why no one should spend a dime there. As I have observed, these stores are overpriced and offer zero customer service. Maybe that's why these people are down to the last two stores? Did I mention big time Trump supporters in a predominantly Hispanic community? Wonder if that has something to do with it. Customers should matter regardless of background. These are the people paying your family's bill's, show some gratitude and stop being a "Kevin or a Karen". I did notice this "John " person is giving his own business 5 star reviews on here. Again another sign of zero integrity. Instead of writing "selling the good stuff" maybe you should give good service.

Kyle Alhamod: Went here to rent a pressure cleaner to prep my garage floor for the epoxy coating that we just but down by Richards. They have to be the best paint supplier I have used here in Miami. I used them on other projects that needed Benjamin Moore and was very satisfied with the longevity of the paints

Our top salesmen all have over 10 years of color matching experience and we maintain a color file of paint samples made for our customers. From Benjamin Moore's color prescription files alone we have about 4000 color recipes across their color system for tinting interior or exterior paints, stains, and industrial coatings. Furthermore, the BM color computer has tens of thousands of scanned competitor colors that can be made into most of our paints. Way beyond that the BM color computer has a spectrophotomer that can analyze samples from about the size of a quarter dollar coin and provide an accurate formula to match your existing surface or paint sample. This accuracy hinges on the quality of the sample provided, samples can be very dirty, transparent, or otherwise off. We also have the Fine Paints of Europe which has another 10,000 colors across their color system. FPE has approved color formulas for more Pantone colors than any other paintmaker. If you're looking for interior wood stains, we have General Finishes waterborne RTM stains with over 100 color formulas that you can sort through from our box of wood color samples. Their stains are intermixable and along with the dye stains can be mixed at home to unlimited variations. We now carry the GoldenPaintworks line of metallic paints. These are formulated so we can match 28 standard metallic colors as well as metallic texture coatings and more. Benjamin Moore also has color recipes for their own line of metallic glazes. I'm not sure of what you were looking to get but I hope you can see that from these resources, we don't have to invent much, in fact there is a lot of guidance from our factories to get our customers the color they want. Phil Tatro: Why go to the big box hardware stores?, what for the expert service and knowledge?? C'mon-If you like service, and I mean real service and expert advice, Ace hardware in Brickell is my, and should be your spot! Go in and ask for something as small as a few nuts, bolts, or nails and expect an employee to assist you until you have what you need. Knowledgeable employees that WANT you to succeed in your projects! Aisle after aisle filled with products you never thought they carried, as far as bartending supplies, and check out what I believe is one of the largest Yeti products around. This IS the store that truly knows what service means!

Ted Kidwell: A good location of the store staff are very friendly and helpful they know their stuff there was easily to explain several items that what we were unsure of on how to install the Big Green Egg that they're famous for is very nice and works very nicely we're going to pick up a couple more later this year they always have a wide selection of items at reasonable precious have curbside service you can pick up the help load into your car they deliver as well we do highly recommend this location for anybody needing items from hardware store and this area of Miami Florida we do highly recommend they're very clean and hopeful this store is easy to locate as well

It was a light skinned gentleman at the register and a female in the paint department. I was ignored and walked past as they helped other customers. The disrespect needs to be addressed and fixed all I came in to do was buy a spray paint bottle. Quick 5 min visit lasted 30 due to the lack of good customer service!

Dave Tinkham: The selection of replacement electric stove coils was poor at best and astoundingly overpriced. Very disappointing from a place that always gets 5 stars from me. I patronize frequently. The staff was 5 stars as always though. Great people.

There’s no signs in their final sale products and it’s a mess trying to figure out the prices.

Jacqueline Woods: I walked into this store located at 550 NW 27th Ave on yesterday March 1,2022 after work. It was the closest to me from my job and were I reside. I would never ever step foot back at this location or even the thought to patronize it. I walked in a few minutes before 3pm walked over to look for some colors after being there for some time I went to see if someone can help me. That didn't happened.I noticed how I was being looked at. So I went back to continue to view the colors. Me waiting so patiently for someone to assist me. All the other customer's was helped, but me. I'm different. Once those customers left every employee I seen left the counter and went to the back I'm the only African American young woman standing there. I had to yelled out loud hello multiple times before two of them came from the back. I asked the guy is this how you treat all of your customers or just certain ones that looks like me. He whispered softly I can help you now. I'm like you hot to be kidding me. I told him I'm going to help myself by walking out of this store. And I'm going to let everyone know how I was treated. I felt discriminated. From before 3pm until 3:31p that's how long they ignored me. I then left and had to drive way across town further North to another location.

Joanna Jones: I walked in to the store and was immediately greeted the moment I walked in by the staff, a gentleman name Gabriel was helping me out with my nightmare situation I have at home. Gabriel was very understanding and very knowledgeable about the products unfortunately he explained to me that there's a paint shortage, my pleasant experience ended there. I had to choose a paint that cost $70+ due to the fact that was paint and primer. As I was in the store I noticed a gentleman asking everyone to go next door to don pan to get him coffee and food in exchange he will give them a "special price" under an account. I asked Gabriel if he could the same and he open me an account that only gave me and a 15% on paint which it was nice of him but what upset me is the fact that I almost paid $55.72 for a gallon when the guy that brought food for the other employee had to pay around $30. I thanked Gabriel for his time, patience and his help but I wasn't going to purchase something in a corrupt system were I was obligated to buy a stranger food to get better pricing. I left the store extremely upset and disappointed at Sherwin Williams and went to Home Depot don't think I would ever return or recommend Sherwin Williams to anyone ever again. And I will be reporting this incident to the BBB.

T. S.: After painting a door and realizing they gave me a quart of satin instead of semi gloss so I called them about it. Guy was super friendly on the phone but when I got there he wanted to charge me $1 because semi gloss is more. I was amazed. How petty and what terrible customer service. I spent $70 on two cans of paint (one was correct) and they want to charge me $1? They made the mistake and I spent half an hour driving and waiting.

These people are great. I always bring them Little Ceasars🍕 because I know how Orange Life is; I used to work here (three years), and I'm just like them. Peter Papagiannakis: While this may be a "star" location, it is the messiest, most unorganized, right down dangerous Home Depot I have ever been. Not only they have many items out of stock (understandable) but all items are allover the place. You need to look inside the bins as bins do not contain what they are labeled for and you need to look on all other bins if you are in a bind... I rather drive to another Home Depot or Lowes or another store, even if it's more expensive as my time is a lot more expensive after all!

Adam Borja Garcia (Adán): Just about everything you need for home improvement and maintenance, as well as gardening! This location is almost always super busy. Some employees are helpful, some just find a way to dodge anyone looking like they have questions. It's not very easy to find things like little tool details, so it may be likely you'd need a whole day in this place. Self-checkout is great!

Steven Wise: I've had a lot of experiences in world-class establishments like hotels and restaurants - and I was absolutely blown away by the top-notch service I received from Alfredo, the manager. This is a manager that places like the Four Seasons would be lucky to have! He listened to my issue and quickly found a solution, and did it with such professionalism and poise.

Lucas “Bufi The Artist” Tamayo: Always a pleasure shopping in the garden center with my cousin. She selected several bougainvilleas that were all beautiful. I bought two purple ones a few days ago. So nice. Home Depot has added inventory in many departments ahead of the summer season. Today I found this store particularly well stocked.

OLGA GUERRA: Worst Home Depot in the area. Customer service reps are incompetent and slow. As you can see no one is at the registers and we’ve been waiting over 15 minutes. Two or three employees gathered discussing their day. No regards for the customers!!!

Fabio Cabrera: #1 South Florida store. Always packed, always busy. Returns Department always packed, usually moves fast. New return policy: no receipt, no refund or store credit either. Make sure if not utilizing self checkout register, that your register personnel inputs your email to save your receipts. Additionally, make sure the register personnel has change in their register and doesn't short change you, because they don't have change in the register when paying in cash. Self checkout registers are only good for credit card payments. Parking lot is big, but always at 80% full, at all hours of the day. Located along a busy street (SW 8th Street, US 441). Just like everywhere else, prices are higher, if not triple in prices when it comes to building materials. Police officers, usually 2 of them on scene throughout the day. Always self employed workers on exterior of premise looking for a quick job. Most employees on the floor are not so helpful when asking for assistance. They'll usually point you to the area of the product you're looking for or just respond by saying, "If it isn't there, then we don't have it". The store has been remodeled and sections have been located to others areas of the store. Overall, expect to be around lots of people. There's another Home Depot nearby in Coconut Grove. Less busy, but prices are higher due to the location.

Colneitha Henriques: Customer service wasn't that great today. I went to buy plywood and I took up a sheet that was $12.23 when I reach to the cashier it was $23. and some change. I explained to the cashier that wasn't the price. So I walked back to the section and a sales person was assisting me, but he wasn't no help because I asked him 4x to speak to a supervisor or a manager and he didn't called them. All he said that they placed the plywoods in the wrong spot and I said all 13 of them and he said yes. So I said why are you not calling the S or the M he said they won't do anything about it.

Fergie Gutierrez: Unfortunately the conditions of the parking lot were very bad. Trash everywhere, carts everywhere, parking cement blocks were detached from floor. This is all part of the pick up experience, extremely dirty. Felt like a flea market. I know the potential Home Depot has and this store is extremely neglected with cleanliness. I’d rather drive further for a cleaner store

Odalys Florido: On May 22 had visited two home depot before getting to this location on 8th street, looking for the Mold Killing primer, the last one I had visited said that this store showed that they had 15 cans. When I got there, they said that the information in the system was wrong, I was very upset! but I had the pleasure to be helped by Kevin Fernandez, whom not only went above and beyond checking in the entire store, he check for store that might have it, but not so much luck, but also called me the next day, as he promised, to confirm that unfortunalty they didn't have the primer and apologized for the inconvenience I had. His excellent customer service made me stop for a few minutes and write this review. Kevin you really made a difference. Thank you,

STEPHANIE NODAR: WOW!!! I went in to find wallpaper and Robert Ramos was assigned to help me; he displayed such knowledge of the products and had patience with me and my 1 millions questions. Not only was he very helpful but I did notice that the staff went to him many times asking questions and he was handling a thousand things at once and it didn't faze him, nor did he let it get between the sale. I called for a follow up on my order and to my surprise he knew exactly what was going on with my order. Robert Ramos is a true asset to this company! Stephan Lind-Orjala: Got here at 5:27PM after calling a few minutes before that I need an emergency plumbing part, I was told it would be no problem they close at 5:30PM. I got inside the store and was rudely rushed out at the entrance saying they’re closed and to come back next day. I manage several high end estates and frequent this location often for quick purchases - Will never shop there again.

James Delancy: I was looking for a set of back wheels for my foldable grocery shopping cart. They had no sets of wheels, and didn't have a stock. They got single wheels but no sets, and none in stock. While it may be a great store, but I made a wasted trip.

Adrian Gonzalez: Their prices are very high, which I am ok with but I am not ok with how difficult they make returning items are. Their 20 percent restocking fee is absolutely ridiculous. I am general contractor and this is a warning to all other contractors, DO NOT SHOP HERE. You are better off driving to Home Depot on 8th street and 32 Ave.

Bobby Jackson: Just dropped in to have some keys made. I arrived around 10 a.m. on a weekday, and the line at the main register was SUPER long. But after waiting patiently for a few minutes under the sign at Register 3, that read "KEYS," an older gentleman kindly asked how he could help me, and in 10 minutes or so, I was on my way with 5 shiny new keys in my pocket. The service was $3.50 per key, plus tax, and it was super professional and no-hassle. For example, the key-maker didn't try to pressure me into buying novelty keys and the woman working the pay register didn't try to get me to buy any needless accessories. Plus, super-bonus, the keys actually WORK! I'll definitely return to Budget/Ace to have keys made in the future, and I highly recommend it to you, too. It's super convenient, and the keys are quality.

Alex Mac: Everything here is slow and difficult. I hate when I have to come here. Only 2 staff members know what they’re doing. Otherwise if you have a question you get someone who just goes and asks the same question you could have to one of those 2 people I mentioned. English is barely an option here. To get any screws, bolts or washers you have to wait on a line and they have to go in the back to look for them. Prices are astronomical just like all Ace hardwares but at least at other stores you feel like it’s easier than going to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Thank god for the woman behind the checkout counter with kind eyes and helps how she can.

Julie Potts: The young lady working there is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. However, the young man, I think is name was Brandon, was the opposite. I realize I came on a Friday afternoon but I called ahead with my request and completed my purchase quickly to check out before closing time. He did not look up from his phone, I told him I have no supplies and need rollers and he grabbed me just the roller covers with no handles, and went back to sit down and stare at his phone. While the young lady helped me, he flashed the store lights on and off to remind me the store was closing even though I was the only person in the store and I told them I was aware of 6:00pm closing and would be out of there before that. I found that extremely rude. Then the girl asked him if he boxed up my three gallons of paint and he didn’t even respond because he was too busy with his phone. Then he proceeded to let the young lady carry the heavy box of 3 paint gallons out of the store to my car instead of offering to help. She was doing all the work and he was sitting on his phone being rude and unhelpful and getting paid. Really annoying to see.

Luis Peña: This store is not located where google maps says it is on Biscayne Blvd and SE 2nd St, when I called they were located 2 miles north on 26th and Biscayne. Wasted $10 parking at downtown garage near google location then went to real location only to talk to an employee who didn’t care just said “that’s weird” no apology or worry of fixing it. To boot he couldn’t even help me find paint to match my piece because he said it was too small. I’d expect a chain to be correctly located on google.

"Not my problem, that's probably old..." Yea that's fine lady, but I have a hole in my shoe and there could be hepatitis C on the floor, not to mention the kids that walk through the store that could easily touch it. Anyways, that's gross and unsanitary.

The worst service you could ever receive… took them almost an hour to get us someone to unlock a vacuum … before that, the guy that “helped us” is the worst and the biggest lier … he told us the vacuum was cordless and lasted 6 hours the battery (which I looked at him like this is not true) and asked him again because I was doubting both facts and, with an angry mood, said yes, it is I have this one … again I asked him “are you sure is this one or this other one” he again mad said it was that one… to come back and it’s not anything he said it was

Do Do: No tool rental. No lumber department. Smaller home depot than most. Parking at 5pm EZ to park. Lots of shade trees outside. More like a Big lots. Mostly tools. Does have some trim wood. Baseboards etc. Not a for builders.

Mafe: This store is a bit of chaos inside. It’s small but carries a lot of stuff and it’s sorta jammed together. The items are very dusty and the store just doesn’t seem that clean. There’s dust everywhere. There are a lot of employees behind the desk but they’re not very useful. I saw an item online it says they had it in store when I arrive no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I showed them photos and they said they don’t carry the item. I don’t remember what bs excuse they gave me. I was sort of done with right after I walked in I wanted to walk right out .

G C: DON’T GO HERE. Not only these people are thieves that charge triple the price on every item from actual retail value but they are rude and their return policy of 10 days for items that actually cost 10 times less somewhere else it’s an absolute scam. I spent 20 min the day I visited that place to get two dimmers of $16 dollars each and they provided me with the wrong assistance, i’m passed 4 days on the return policy and while making a complaint at counter Abel the “supervisor” with other lady threatened to call the police on me when my tone wasn’t even loud. I will file a formal complaint now on mistreatment and abusive customer service, they turned this into harming myself with emotional distress over a ridiculous refund and they will see consequences

Oriah Ben-Gal: Generally speaking on the big fan of Ace hardware. I find that most of the employees tend to be specialists and are usually much more attentive to their customers as opposed to the bigger box stores. I regularly shopping at the Ace hardware in South Beach and am always happy with their service. In the case of this Ace hardware I would say that they've absolutely lost their way. Prices are much higher than other Aces, their employees are regularly on their phone and don't seem to want to help customers, and it's tough to find an English speaker or someone who actually understand hardware. Overall I would consider their staff and their service unsatisfactory. Of the past half a dozen or so times I've been there I've never quite felt comfortable, it always felt as if they are doing me a favor by being open. Keep in mind their enforce a 20% restocking fee on their products even if you have a receipt. I would only return to this Ace out of desperation. Consider yourself warned!!!! Go to a different hardware store than this one, trust me on this.

Edwin Garcia: Stay away if you can. Their prices are not competitive and their policy is bad. It's a store of last resort. Probably lasted this long mainly because there is no competition around edgewater. Shop here If you dont mind losing money and overpaying with a terrible return policy. The Manager's hands are tied when it comes to returns because the owner "does not like seeing returns". Be especially careful even with batteries that you dont open, as they consider them electrical and wont refund you. I walked in here because I had no option and 24hrs later have $21 worth of batteries I cant return even though they're new. Stay away and go to big stores with consumer friendly policies. You can shop online and see for yourself. Besides this place is like a hoarder's garage.

Fabio Parodi: This review is not about the quality of the paint. It is better than anything home Depot sells, but the service is worse than anything I have ever seen at a retail store. This is the second time I come to buy paint and it is over 2 hours of waiting. Not because so many people want to buy paint, but because they keep a minimum staff that takes about an hour per customer. There is no system for grabbing a number. It's survival of the fittest to see who can stand longer in line. I left, bought flowers, went shopping at Walgreens and came back just to find one more person in front of me and the same person still being helped 40 minutes later. I have seen tons of people walk in and leave commenting that they are going to home Depot. I would do the same if it wasn't that I already painted half the house with their paint. I don't know how many more years this paint would last over HD brand, but it sure as hell is not worth wasting my day standing here watching the employees work at snail speed wishing I had gone to home Depot. I would have finished painting my house by now. Don't shop here unless you are planing to pickup someone from the HD parking lot to pay them to stand in line all day and call you when it's your turn.

Liz B: Placed an order on Thursday for Friday delivery. Received a text at 5pm that delivery was moved to Saturday. At 8:50AM on Saturday Received a text that items were delivered. Go outside and a bag with hinges and latches was dropped off, but not the 2x4 wood. I had to call FOUR Home Depots AND the 800 number to finally get a response. At 12PM I get a call from an unapologetic and rude employee telling me I "had to reorder the wood and wait for delivery, to be determined". Absolutely unacceptable. Moving forward I will pay whatever delivery fees are necessary to buy from a company that prioritizes customer service.

Raul Iglesias: I went to the W.Flagler Home Depot and experienced the worst customer service. I asked an employee that was lingering around the lumber section to cut a shelf to size for me like I had done two days ago and he just said he couldn't do it. I requested to speak to a manager and a guy named William shows up looking upset to have been called for assistance. I told him I was buying two shelves and just needed them cut to 37.5 inches and that I had it done for me two days ago. The guy was no help, offered absolutely no solutions or possible ideas to get my mission accomplished. He was pretty much as useless as the guy lingering in the lumber section. I left the items where I stood and walked out.. The "real" management should consider some customer service training for these guys.

Pad Dap (DAPA): Rating: 👎👎 Warning: This was a terrible experience and poor customer service. Turns out Home Depot is much faster, more organized and a much better customer experience. It's hard to believe, but this location is completely disorganized and looks like a pirate Sherwin William's store. There was no manager available. Employees were busy watching a soccer game on TV. The employees tried to multitask unsuccessfully and created chaos in the store and among customers. The employees will actually laugh in your face and could care less if you spend $50, $200 or $3,000 on paint and or supplies. As they say, "when the cat is away the mice play!" After spending over an hour at the store and not taking receipt or possession of the paint a manager magically appeared when I finally asked for a refund. The employee who was laughing and disrespecting customers had lied and said there was no manager in the store. When I initially asked for a refund I was refused by various people. Then after explaining my issues and problems at the store in a respectable manner I was passed to another manager on the phone. I had to again explain the fulfillment, execution and sales issues at the store and the terrible customer and sales experience at the store. Eventually, the new manager finally agreed to provide me with a refund. After wasting over an hour at the Sherwin Williams store and another hour going to a home depot due to traffic, i I am know being helped out kindly and quickly at home depot. The employees at Home Depot are friendly, respectful, appreciate their customers, products and employer. The Home Depot employees were very focused on getting me the product I needed quickly and efficiently, and on making sure I did not waste any more time. I felt they were empathetic and enthusiastic and truly cared about my business. Hey and BONUS, I just found out that the Behr paint at Home Depot is rated #1 by consumer reports and is much cheaper than the supposedly equivalent Sherwin Williams paint (S.W. Rating: 👎👎)

Sara Delgado: Employees not helpful with information colors. Employees not helpful enough with clients. I bought paint from Sherwin Williams there was a 30% sale I spent a lot of money that is just for the interior I am not done I have the exterior. I went in 4/7/18, 4/4/9/18 , 4/9/18 today4/10/18 to the location. 157 & 88 Kendall. They told me the sell was over. I asked why couldn’t they Honor it? the day before no one said anything to me. So, I have a painting company who has an account they told me to use he’s account to get better price . I asked they said yes but I have to call them. They heard me I was in a hurry and I couldn’t call. That’s is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The manager was listening he didn’t even approach me. Instead he left it to the young employee and the manager sat in he’s office and didn’t even care that I was stating I was going to call and complaint. It was extremely unprofessional of hes part. I work The public. I see a lot of people. And I would never make someone feel like they are being ignored and not try to help them .now I would like to know how they can adjust the price of what I wasted .As far as the paint the colors I absolutely love them. I like to state that the problem was resolved and I want to thank them for reaching out to me and solving the problem!

Steph Linn: Pretty awful experience here. I went in to get some supplies and paint for my maintenance team. The guy at the cash register sold me the most standard paint that SW manufactures for $340 for 5 gallons. After speaking with a different SW store manager and my painting crew, they had told me I was substantially overcharged. Sad to know that they took advantage of me having lack of information as it relates to paint prices.

Pablo Gutierrez: Just purchased all my tile, vanities, faucets and fixtures from them. What a great experience. Walked me through the entire process and felt at ease. Great product selection and brand availability. Have catalogs with extended selections of the brands they carry in showroom which gives them access to pretty much anything and everything. Geovanis Jorge: Now that I can actually write and not drive, I have to break out the box of Kleenex for the response. As I understand closing early, and would understand simply not answering the phone if they were closing at 3 pm. This does not condone the response from the rude man on the phone. A woman who answered was nice and tried to help but didn't know what I needed, a dishwasher elbow fitting and handed the phone to a man. I am literally on Grenada (49) and they are on are on 44th, the gentleman tells me I have no time to get there because they are closing, not closed and I am too far away. He wasted more time on excuses than simply saying, listen we closed 5 mins ago which is understandable. When I drove by in under 3 minutes from the call, their gates are still open and three guys are outside talking smack. Tried giving a mom-and-pop a chance instead of giving my business go to a big box store. Oh and the time was 3:40 p.m. Don't know if that's the owner or employee, regardless won't waste my time with them. Prime example of why businesses shut down, the people, especially Spanish only speaking individuals. For the record, I am Cuban so no need for bashing thinking I am racist. Their attitude is not taking care of the customer like a business is based on, instead it's rudeness. So Dennis, the owner, glad you have been around for 40 years, wish you the best, but my business won't be given to you because of your employees. Normally I actually give good reviews for those that go above and beyond, but this is an example of, if your not going to try, do NOT bother! This is a review of my experience, and I want to let others know.

We as the owners thought it would be nice to let our employees have some extra time off to be with their families and allowed them to close up at 3pm. They actually stayed beyond that time to accommodate customers in store and I’m sorry they weren’t able to accommodate you. Alexander Lopez: We purchased all of our bathroom hardware from Dennis, he was amazing, always helpful and willing to assist in any way needed. We also purchased wood flooring here as well. My goto place for when i need something and i want to go in and out quickly. I recommend this pace for all your hardware needs..

Alberto Portolani: The feeling of a Family Business is UNIQUE.The are very help oriented for Avery customer, and now even in the paint area.I still use the Big Boxes but just for some specific kid of products.all the rest I go alway more often here.

Alexander Diaz: Home remodeling can be a very stressful time and not knowing who to turst or where to buy in confidence can make things worst. I discovered Linda Hardware through friends on Facebook and decided to give them a chance. Best decission yet. Dennis, and the entire team of sales associates are outstanding and clearly some of the best in the field of hardware, tile and home restoration; at leasst based on our experience. We (my spouse and I) recently closed on our home and when it was time to shop around for our remodeling needs we were overwhelmned. Our concerns were put to rest by the level of attentativeness of the staff at Linda Hardware. Dennis and the staff really went the extra mile to make our home remodel a great one (so far)! He (and staff) is/are very professional, knowledgeable, and will fight to make sure his clients are taken care of. I would highly recommend LInda Hardware to anyone with a home improvment project. I Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended!

EDWARD HERNANDEZ: I purchased a Titan water heater from Linda Hardware. I did receive the product in a sealed box, unfortunately when I paid the electrician for the installation the water heater would shut off all the electricity in my home. The following day the electrician had to return to uninstall the unit. I placed the unit in the original box, and returned it to Linda Hardware to exchange it for one that was operable. At this point they turned me away and said that it was not their issue if the unit did not work, that I had signed a receipt that read no exchanges or returns and had to deal with the manufacture. I simply asked them to exchange it for the same item, but one that was operable, and they still refused. This merchant should be responsible for selling a product that is operable. Purchasing from this establishment incurred 2 installations fees from my electrician, and much wasted time. Beware before you shop there!
Response: Hi, Edward! I'm very sorry for your negative experience with us. Unfortunately with the Titan, the Manufacturer wants us to send the issues to them, because it is their product, and they know how to best deal with any defective claims that may arise. We do not pre-test these items as they come boxed and serialized by Niagara (manufacturer), so we assume every item is operable at time of sale as they are brand new from them. There are also times where customers/plumbers tamper with the Titans and we are unaware of this, and we lose the ability to return or exchange the product, and are stuck with the loss of product. This is why certain policies are put in place to not only protect us, but to provide a solution to the consumer. On any other product, other than special orders, we accept returns/ exchanges for up to a minimum of 7 days and up to 14 days on some items. My sincerest apologies once again as it is never our intention to disappoint any customer. If I can be of any further assistance to you in the future, I will definitely take this issue into consideration and help you in any which way I possibly can. Have a great night!
