ant knight: I feel this site was very knowledgeable and safe. The clerk was informed and helpful. My wait time was acceptable as this is a main office and there were others ahead of me (about 15 min). The parking spaces in the building are tight and expensive. All in all it is a government office that I feel is worth going to.

Wolfram Luchner: Came here to transfer a California title. There was a 30 min line outside and another 30 min wait indoors. Despite that, everything went smoothly thereafter and reasonably quick. I was out after 30 min. The lady on window 10 was very helpful and friendly did her job diligently.

Alejandro Garcia: I’m paying too much money for my property tax! I don’t have any problems paying for my them especially for the city that I love the most! But I don’t see any improvement in public services, with the increased taxes. I will suggest to the Mayor to investigate this concerning and suspicious matter. Tasha B: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE on the rules and regulations when it comes to providing information to the public. I don’t know if this establishment is scamming people out of their money, but it’s not right. I ordered a registration and a copy of my title online and it got lost in transit. A rep from Tallahassee informed me that I go to my local tax collectors office to get a replacement for both documents at no charge. Window 5 at the tax collectors office stated she could only release the registration to me because I haven’t reached the time frame to receive the title and that I would have to come back a week later. I came back today Window 11 is saying I either Pay $10 because Tallahassee did not put a stop on their end or pay $85 to get a duplicate. I spoke with the manager of the tax collectors office and this is what he saying and that I shouldn’t waste my time contacting Tallahassee because they are going to tell me the same information. Once I left the office because you have to pay for parking, I reached someone from Tallahassee and they said that they are INCORRECT. The form they had me fill out stated that documents lost in transit would have NO FEE the supervisor stated that it was a typo that it didn’t state that it have to be a force stop on Tallahassee end in order to avoid a fee. The tax collectors office is refusing to release my title.

Anton Krilloff: Very good personal service, but when called, their automated phone kept me on hold for an hour while kept saying that someone will assist me. That someone never answered my call.

Yasmin Martínez De La Rosa: I am a wedding officiant in Miami Dade and Broward counties and I've had an amazing experience every time I've stopped by to drop off completed marriage licenses. Even on days when there's a line, the staff is attentive and caring which to me is an extremely important set of qualities to possess in this industry.

Juice Corozzo: Don't believe them!!! They told me we can have a civil ceremony there, in a small room..the clerk acknowledged it 3 times before I finally stopped her during the "I do's" and was like our family drove 1500 miles to be here, we wanted the ceremony like told we could have on the phone. NOPE, family wasted their gas/time. Very impersonal. Pay. Sign. Raise hand. Repeat. Leave. Family cant witness. No civil ceremony. No one allowed in waiting area except couples getting married. If you want to know what to expect on your special day...imagine going to the DMV to renew tags..but with security stricter than TSA (literally, I fly with my lighter/smokes, TSA has no issues...but Miami-Dade makes you throw away)

Lyberi: The service inside is very good. In fact, the people who work inside are very friendly, but for appointments and solving problems, it's like being in a third world country. The wait you have to endure to do any paperwork is horrible and extremely stressful. Wait 2 months to take a driving test and if you get to get an appointment. The CDL exams have to wait up to almost 20 days to take it again in case you do not pass it. The system to renew or do any paperwork in Miami on a license is totally collapsed and inefficient. service inside is very good

Joshua Izquierdo: Book a driving test without knowing that they stopped doing them since May of last year. The website did not state in anyway that they did not do the test anymore, yet the still let me book an appointment. I waited since the start of March, just so I can wait another month to take the test. I am absolutely livid right now.

April Acevedo: Communicative and efficient staff. Please read their updated guidelines on their website prior to visiting as requirements have changed. They are currently accepting limited walk-ins in the early morning (get in line before they open). I got my original license within the hour of them opening, as a walk in. Be kind and patient.

Cristina L: As a mother of a teen, I can’t stress enough that you need to schedule an online appointment. When we arrived, it was little hectic because there were two lines for walk-ins. Fortunately, there were nice customers that showed us where the line actually started. After we checked in, we just waited for our # to be called. Our rep Ray was very friendly, helpful, and patient. We treated everyone with courtesy and we appreciate that this was a positive experience. 1/2 an hour we were done.

Went through a long 4 hr wait to renew my license and when I finally got to her, honestly, I forgot all about it. She’s a sweetheart and is very helpful. D A: Mrs Austin was a great representative and a super helpful supervisor helping me to register my new electric car for HOV lane as soon as title was recorded by the State of Florida. Everything was done fast and professional for me. Parking is indeed expensive there but at least I got a great customer service by their staff. Please make sure you see their hours of operations and try to come at least 1 hour before closing just in case if they have too many people there. Thank you again for a good customer service!

Gregory Stubbs: Their hours of operations are short and aukey times. Long lines and you’re being charged every 30 minutes for parking. When you finally see one of the staff they want to point out a error that was listed on no website and tell you to come back. This has to be the den of the most slow, rude and sloppy looking county employees in the State of Florida.

Can't the government build more efficient offices? Even to pay you have to wait and if you pay online there's an additional fee. Is all about the money. Useless.

Waneesha Graham: I called to make a formal complaint on behalf of my elderly mother. I asked the person on the phone several questions before I made the complaint. I wanted to complain about a driver that came to pick up my mother from her dialysis treatment with a few people in the car. My mother couldn’t even fit in the car with the amount of people he already had in the car.The driver didn’t care and left my mother at the facility by herself. I was told by the person on the complaint line that a maximum of 4 passengers can go into the CAR along with the driver. This is Totally and Absolutely Ridiculous how they treat elderly and disabled people. They are allowed to squeeze 3 full adult size people in the backseat of their vehicles. I am so disgusted by this. Do not use this service if you don’t have to.

Rocio Geraldine: By far the worst service ever to exist. They abuse of the needs of the disabled and elderly that have no option then to obtain transportation from STS. My mother does not work and unfortunately can’t afford an Uber every time. I unfortunately moved out of state so I’m unable to drive her to her doctor appointments. 95% of the people answering the calls are rude, disrespectful, uneducated and have no professionalism. I’ve had my mom tell me in tears how one lady told her she was crazy and hung up the phone on her because my mother was complaining about missing her doctors appointment because of there lack of organization and scheduling. It is disgusting that the county allows this kind of treatment. I am fed up at this point and if I have to call the news, governor, council, move mountains for my mother so something changes I will.

Raquel Molina: The worst transportation service for the elderly. Scheduled service for one of my Moms friends for 4:30 called numerous times advising they said driver was 2 minutes away. We tried again at 6:30 at 6:30 now they said she was a no show. We were with her in the porch since 4:20. , any suggestions who I can report them to. We finally had to get an Uber.

Lily Rosell: Purchased vouchers via phone sent to me via next day priority mail, never got them, checked with mailman, checked post office, checked with neighbors, never received STS vouchers! Just lost $67.00. TO THE ADMINISTRATION at Miami-Dade County Special Transportation Service "PLEASE" set up an app OR online page where we can purchase vouchers, download and print as we have no other options other than going in person to purchase in the NW area and with a 9-5 job its impossible! Passenger can't handle money on his/her own!!! HELP!!!

Raul Ibass: Absolutely Disgusting Service. Refusing an eldery person because hes not in his wheelchair? Are you serious? You are not going to drive him because he decided to use his walker because hes feeling better instead you want to force him on his wheelchair? Dont get me started on customer service. They are impossible to help. Constantly interrupting me and not giving one ounce of empathy towards the concern. I will never trust this company with my father. I can tell how much they dont care at all about service to the eldery.

calevel florida: Outrageous!! This service is offered to some Miami Dade county residents with special needs like my autistic son. The service it is very affordable to people that are not able to drive or own a car and that’s the good, now on the other hand it is the worse system anyone could think of as far as timing and reliability. My son rides over 3 hours on a route that would take 30 to 45 minutes even with traffic and he’s always late for his online school classes due to the mismanagement and poor coordination that they have. It seems that they do it on purpose to keep people from flooding this service but for my son is a necessity so he needs to go to work and sts is the only way that he can justify going to his part time job. It breaks my heart when he calls me ( almost everyday) to let me know that he’s running late, he is picked up at 3:00 and at around 5:45~6:00 pm he gets dropped off at home. He works only 12 miles away from home. Miami Dade sts is a clear example on how things control by the government are running, a very inefficient operation with zero reliability and the worse customer service ever. Just outrageous !!

Maria Elena: Very rude customer service agent named Jami Hung up on me, after I called to say that my mom left her food in the car. The customer service agent would not let me speak and hung up on me. When I called again she did the same thing. Very nasty! Now she claims she spoke with driver and my mom did not leave food there.

DELIA CASTRO: After two craneal surgeries with unaligned eyes and unable to drive STS does not qualify me unless declared legally blind from my good eye or receiving treatment for cancer.

VSR Boston: Very pleasant experience for a walk in. Waited about 20 minutes and was attended to. Staff super friendly. They accept credit or debit cards for licensing applications.

Ron Ackerman: Fairly good customer service, there are people at this office that really do a good job, and there are a few working at this office that seems to have transferred from the post office 😏. I get that is a tough job dealing with a public that for the most part has very little common sense, manners, and understanding. Not to mention the various languages barriers. The waiting time to be helped has been short, in my experience in the last 6 months going there every other week for various things.

Manny Drogas: Go in by appointment to get a license. Security will escort you in. You handle your business at the window, & also pay. If you have to take pictures it is done there. Your ID is printed in a couple of mins, & that's it. The whole process is prompt & orderly.

Henry Weissman: Incredible staff. Hopefully the State pays better than they used to because this group is worth it. They’re there to work!

Renegades Master: Best place to come and renew your gun license , security’s day private investigators place is very clean and well maintained. There is lots of parking for everyone. When you arrive the first thing you should do is get a number from the red desprender before you ask any questions.

Kiara Miranda: NO CASH! You can only pay with credit card or money order. They now do fingerprints here for an extra $29.75, which is super convenient before you had to go to the police station. In total I paid $85.50 to renew my security D license. The employees here are friendly, professional and work very fast! It's the people who are unprepared that make the wait so long, I waited about 40 minutes.

RONY BLAISE: Customer service pretty average ,if you're going there using a GPS you will not find the address, the entrance is on 79th Avenue and NW 48th street not 77th avenue.

George Mateu: At 60 years of age, when I'm thinking about retirement, I have no other choice but to seek employment to survive these hard times, that I have never seen in my past 47 years as a citizen of this great country. A couple of days ago, I contacted the head person of this department by the name of Elaine, I do not recall her last name, and asked her for guidance in reference to a hack license which I had back in 1972, in those days where there was no computers or technology, she looked it up and she gave me a number completely different from the number I had in those days, thinking that maybe it was re-issued by a computer after so many years, I took note and proceeded to follow procedures according to this lady, like bringing a $55.00 payment for issuance. I got up early and spent all morning doing this. Paid an additional $15.00 for the a driver's license report, parking, etc. Bottom line, I believe that our county government system needs some attitude adjustment. After complying and sitting in front of the clerk, here comes this lady in loud voice, so everyone could hear saying "We are not going to do this". According to her records, I show activity back in 2001 with a PMC hack license, under a company that I do not have knowledge of, and so for. I was not given a chance to explain myself, and at this point, I'm concerned if my identity was stolen, which takes me to do this, so hopefully someone can put some sense into this lady's head, and reconsider her actions, because I'm not going to stop, even if I have to go to a Federal level, I will do this. She even said that she was not going to research this issue. It would be interesting that in the next county elections we can come up with some kind of law that regulates our county employees in reference to treating customers like us with respect, and with an open mind,, I have been around for a while, and I have seen the changes in our community, it is not positive, and Elaine is not doing anything about it, especially as a head person, that should be involved in creating a bi-lateral understanding between agency and consumer. Natalie Roque: I had a magnificent experience in Crandon Park yesterday, and wanted to share my story. We were relaxing on the beach, when a friendly employee named Ethan, informed us that he could bring us fresh food and libations, from Open Seas Cafe. Ethan patiently reviewed the many items available, and took our order. In less than 10 minutes, our scrumptious conch fritters, fish tacos, and pork tacos, were brought to us, right on the beach! We then walked to the water, and this amazing worker, brought our drinks to the sandbar! The food was exquisite, and the service was stellar. Ethan kept checking on us, and offering to refill our drinks when needed. We are Miami residents, but honestly felt like we were on vacation. What a glorious day we had, and we owe it all to Crandon Park, Open Seas Cafe, and Ethan. We can’t wait to return to the best spot in Key Biscayne, with the finest service!

Revital Moshayev: Last week I took a pretty bad hit to my car that left me carless. Before my car was towed I made sure all my belongings were in the back seat locked. A towing company took my car and it was there for a short period of time.Geico took a hold of my car and it was taken to copart. When I arrived to take my belongings from my back seat, I discovered all my stuff are hanging off the broken trunk and the back seat empty. All I found were empty boxes and nothing else of value. Someone from copart stole my belongings and NO ONE wanted to give me any information nor help me get my license plates. There is no point in filling a complaint as obviously no one would care. I’m devastated and hurt.I hope that the person that did this to me reads it because you should know that I am a nursing student. And what you took from me might not be a big deal for you but for me it was of great value.

Larissa Kaluta: Worst experience ever!!!! Every single time we come here to pick up a car it takes them 3 years to bring it out because there is only one person on a forklift and 15 trucks waiting for a vehicle. We spend almost an entire day waiting and the service is extremly slow. We go to multiple co parts in Miami and never have as much trouble as we do at this location EVER TIME. They should really look into the business model of the other co parts in the area for guidance.

Nik Markovich: Never had this horrible of an experience. Only Copart auction I know that works against everything they stand for. The employees were impolite and the GM, Julio, was absolutely horrible to work with. The vehicle they listed on their site was not the way they described and now they are doing everything in their power to get around it and have me stuck with a vehicle that has way more issues then mentioned. Everything from previous repairs and held on drywall screws and the description is front end damage. Seriously?

Michael Test: I would rate my experience as being all stars, this is because I was able find what I had decided to come to the site for. Found what I was looking for with out any issue, the price of the product I was looking for, was slightly cheaper than I had expected it to be. The floor staff was able to help me find an item I had trouble finding, they knew exactly where it was located. The facility was highly maintained and if any messes occurred, they would immediately start on working towards cleaning it up. - Had a great experience, I will be returning for sure, highly recommend this Costco location.

Megan Gannon: This airport serves as a hub for many people’s small private planes. Unfortunately, there are a number of pilots who use the immediate surrounding neighborhoods like Devon-Aire as their practice zones, flying overhead, then circling around again and again. As a result, television reception is knocked out for 15-30 seconds at a time, often every two to five minutes. It’s particularly frustrating when trying to catch up on the day’s news. At one point, residents of the association I live in were told there was an agreement that the planes would not fly over our particular area. Apparently that agreement has been broken. Tamiami Airport does not have a fan in me.

Camila Montalvo: DO NOT GO DURING LUNCH HOURS! I had to go 3 times in order to resolve my parking ticket problem. The first time, it was very fast and the person was very helpful on what I had to bring in order to make my request. The second time, they took too long so I left because I had to return to work. The last time I had to stay no matter what because it was about to be a month since my ticket. When I got there, I only had 2 people in front of me. BUT, since it was 11:55 they all left for lunch and only one (very slow) person was left working. It took him 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to me because he decided to call everyone from traffic first, disregarding the time of arrival of everyone else. He even let someone behind me skip because he had some "paper with a seal". He took very long with each person and in between persons as well. He didn't seem to care that in an 1 hour time spam we went from 3 people to 20 in the waiting room. Nobody else there seemed to care either, since it wasn't their department they didn't care about helping anybody else. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because, the first time they were actually helpful and efficient. I think that during lunch time they should either put an efficient person there, or leave 2 people working, because one slow person just won't do. If you go on a Monday or during lunchtime be ready to be late for work or school.

Stephanie Cruz: I had to pay a ticket of not having proof of registration. I waited too long that I couldn't pay online and my license got suspended I had to validate it too. So, I fixed it all there!!! The lines weren't crazy!!!! I went on a Friday morning 9:30 is and was out before 10 with everything straightened out. They suggested for me to go to court to get it all dismissed without paying. Hope this helped !!!

Was told I only had one caller ahead of me, then was told that I called too late because they closed (this was 1045, and the offices calling center closes at noon) very dissatisfied, do not care if the budget is low, never had this problem in New York.

Kevin Miyar: When I bought the truck, isfrain was great! The sales department awesome When I took it for service last week, no one acknowledged or greeted me. I had to find a gentleman to help me. Told me to leave the keys in the truck. It's like nobody knew what I was doing there. About a couple of hours later, I saw my truck ready. Once again no one came to look for me to tell me my truck was ready. After like 15 minutes I had to go find the same guy who told me to leave the keys in my truck and at the counter. And still they seemed to be not knowledgeable about what I was doing there until they told me to go to the assistant manager and then he released the truck to me. Had to get him back to reset the sensors of the tires. I really did not feel like a valued customer. Sales department awesome!!!! Service department experience sucked!!!!

Chris M.: One star is generous. Avoid this dealer at all cost! If I could give a separate rating to Karla and Kayla in the internet sales department I would, they were great throughout the process. Unfortunately the rest of the place is lower than one star. This place is a giant waste of time. They will advertise one price and discounts but when you arrive it will be a much different story. The sales people and sales manager I dealt with were were either trying to take advantage of the situation or that is what they are taught to do. After confirming the details on the vehicle and the arrival date I went there to make a deal, suddenly the price increased about 10K for a market adjustment and there were also a bunch of other dealer add ons. When I showed them the info from their own website, as well as Chevrolets they played dumb, like they never seen that before. It was excuse after excuse. They they came back and said that they would honor the price I was told, except that it was still 1,000 heavy and they add on packages were still there. When I confronted them they made more excuses and said that not all discounts apply to everyone, which is laughable because this vehicle had a 2,000 discount with a star and by the star its says this discount applies to everyone! see the pictures. NO other small print or disclaimers were visible on the site. They acted like they never even seen their own website. It was also duplicated on Chevy's website, I have pictures if they dispute this. Then came the low ball offer on my trade, they expected me to hand them a vehicle that would retail for 48K or 49K, probably 51K on their lot, for 35K!! when I told them what my car was selling for and they had similar cars for the same price they had no answers, they also did not produce anything that showed they even priced my vehicle correctly. I have access to pricing tools that other people do not, I buy a new car every 2 years. I am always prepared and know what my vehicles are worth, and I am aware of the market conditions for buyers and sellers. If you are a dealer and you want to charge market adjustments on top of MSRP, and all kinds of BS packages then have the B###S to advertise it that way, dont lie and trick people to get them in your dealership. If you are a buyer, stay away and stop paying above MSRP at any dealer. There are plenty of reputable dealers out there who dont charge above MSRP. The salesmen and manager kept asking me why I wasn't shopping somewhere else, and I am now. I did get an email from the General Manager Lazaro asking what he could do to make the deal, I explained a little what happened and he never contacted me again. TX_507: The service was absolutely awful for something very simple. They don't even vacuum or wash the vehicles after a service. Nothing but unprofessional 20 year olds working here. The only adult I did find was really nice. But the employees don't even try to ask if you need help when they see customers looking for someone to speak with. They just rush by you. Myself and another person waited for someone to help us and the men just keep rushing around us. Very brash responses when I did speak to someone. No one wears a name tag, so I don't know who was who. Definitely not coming back.

Steven Diaz: I was hoping for great experience purchasing my first Chevy truck. I separated my Chevy Colorado and was told that I will be able to pick up a week after (May 6th). Unfortunately, it took more than 2 weeks. In the meantime, I was given a car loaner to do my personal errands. Once the truck arrived, I returned the car loaner, and waited anxiously for my truck for nothing. My truck had an electrical issue that needed to be fixed. I was notified that I will have the truck the following day. I had to get a Uber to get back home. Next day comes in and the truck was not still available. Fortunately, I was given another car loaner to do my moving errands to a new home 200 miles away. Waited another week for my Chevy Colorado, that it was delivered to my new home. However, by the end of the day, the pick up truck had a flat front tire. Now, I am in the process of taking to a dealer here to get a tire replacement. In summary, the experience could have been better.

Ronald Garcia: The service department charged me $2155 for brake pads change on my 2020 C8 Corvette. They charged a ridiculous $200 an hour for labor and they took 4 hours to change brake pads. I spent $800 on labor alone. This is horrible customer service, not consumer oriented and horrible business practice. I've called the dealership multiple times and no answer from leadership. I get transferred around to leave a message and I can't talk to a manager. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General. I was in the market for a Silverado and I will not be buying from Chevy of Miami Lakes. They treated me horribly and I won't ever do business with them ever again. Do not go to this dealership, stay as far away from them as possible.

Was greeted by Richard Rendo and went over a bunch of new vehicle options but unfortunately the model I wanted wouldn’t be here for another month and I needed a car this week. So he took me to the used car area and saw a lot of nice cars but I had one in mind, which I showed him on my phone. We looked for this car for over an hour and finally found it! Lots of inventory at this dealership!! He was so kind and helpful and put us with the used car associate, Alex Lopez. He was also very nice and got the paperwork rolling for me! I was very happy with this car and glad it worked out!

Dalmar Flores: At first manager and sales representative super attentive, persistent and willing to make the sale. Then I decided to Purchase the 2021 Buick Enclave on Monday January 17, since prior to doing the financing I was asking about the second key of the vehicle, sales man, financing all said they will get the key. I did the financing signed all the paper work and asked about the second key, then I was told there was just one key and that they would have to contact the previous owner to see if they can get a hold of the second key. I was super upset since I kept asking about the second key before doing any deal, and coincidently they waited till after to tell me that there is no second key and they would need to locate the previous owner to see if there is one. Working for customer service myself, I can’t believe being the actual dealer that I can’t be provided with a second key right away. Almost $50k in a vehicle and I have follow up constantly to see if there is any updates on the second key for the vehicle. I can’t believe everything that needs to be done to be provided with the second key which is something that should have initially been giving with the sale of the vehicle. Was also told the car was just serviced, and car is showing 22% oil life and tires low in air. Just not happy at all.

Scott Pritz: I’ve been looking for the right vehicle for a few months now. Finally came across what I thought was gonna be the perfect vehicle online. James Pruitt: Great service! I couldn’t find the truck I wanted anywhere. I finally came across the one I had been looking for online at Brickell Buick GMC. The dealer ship was out of town since I live in the Tampa Area. I contacted them and Richard Villasmil got back to me very promptly. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone and through text. He gave me a walk around over FaceTime since I wasn’t able to get there personally. He made the whole experience very smooth. Other places I tried to call would take days to get back to me but not Richard at Brickell Bruick GMC. We did the whole transaction online and over the phone. And then they had it shipped right to my house. Even after I had purchased the my truck, I had some questions and Richard was still quick to answer my questions. He was on it! If you’re looking for a vehicle then go check them out or give them a call. I’d ask for Richard Villasmil. I would definitely recommend them.

George Garcia: Kendall Toyota was phenomenal. They performed an oil change and other maintenance for me for free. They also offered other required maintenance very reasonably priced but I had no money to pay for it. My car ran beautifully after the service. Also, the service manager was very professional and very nice. I think her name was Ja Lidia but I could be wrong. She is a credit to Kendall Toyota. I was very impressed with Kendall Toyota and would gladly recommend them and go back there for my next service.

EeeJay Tee: From booking the appointment, to driving off the lot. 5 stars! Your service staff was so friendly and caring. And talk about timely. My appointment was for 9am, i was out no later than 10:30am for a trans service to my '12 Camry. Very knowledgeable technicians, the waiting area was perfect with plenty of seating and a cafeteria in case you get hungry. So happy to have chosen to come for service here. They even did a quick inspection and provided the condition of what was inspected. I prefer to do my own repairs, but if i must let another shop take care of it, itll definitely be at Kendall Toyota. And for the young lady at the service side that helped me throughout each step, THANK YOU. (2012 Black Camry for trans service)

Novin Khoshooee: They changed the oil and the picture below is the job they did. There was nobody responsive when I called the dealer regarding the issue, and they put me on hold in repetitive calls for more than 2 hours. The advisor suggested to drive the car to the dealer in this condition when the engine could stall. I had to tow the vehicle to the dealer because they couldn’t even manage to get a tow truck, and they did not provide a complimentary vehicle while my car is being serviced because of the issue they created. There was no manager responsive from 4:30 PM to 8 PM during their business hours.

Mary Ellen Tuttle: We had a great experience with Miami International airport Enterprise location! They had 4 agents waiting on people, so we got our car quickly. Agent did not pressure us for add-ons, just asked if we wanted to upgrade. Didn't pressure for toll pass or extra insurance. Car was clean, comfortable and ran great for us.. Drop off was smooth also. I would highly recommend this location and company.

Morgan Cole: We were waited on by Darlene and she is an absolute gem. We had issues with our cards during check-in and she was extremely patient with us regardless of the line of how busy they were. She was the perfect mix of personable and professional throughout our interaction. The car itself was amazing and we enjoyed every minute with it. We were provided exactly what we requested online and it exceeded expectations. We absolutely will be renting from here again for our next visit!

Saurabh Sukwaria: To start with with lot of flights got cancelled the day I reached and Enterprise did an amazing job to hold onto my reservation !! There was an issue with the vehicle but Enterprise Manager was very responsive to take appropriate action to help out !! I kind of forgot to pick my wallet out of car but as soon as I realized, I came back to collect it. But due to flight timing constraint Manager said please raise a claim on lost and found and we will ship it to you. Its been 3 days now and know for sure not getting it back after repeated checks with support team. Great service started by Enterprise but still room for improvement ...

Mary Cani: Dane and Darlene down at the pick up were fantastic! I can’t brag enough about the top notch service here at this location. Tip - (Making a reservation in advance is the fastest and smoothest way to rent a car at this busy location. We reserved through the app which is user friendly.) My husband and I came to pick up a Range Rover however there were some issues with my card. Dane and Darlene without hesitation took care of us, and made sure we were happy with our selection. The entire team in fact was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! So pleased with our experience, from pick up, to drop off. Ten stars!! And cheers to Dane for going the extra mile.

Alfred Davis: I had a great experience as usual. Enterprise never let's me down. When I got there the young lady was so helpful in finding me the car I wanted. And when it got back to return the car the gentlemen that I spoke with he was very helpful. I won't ever use another rental car company. Enterprise is the best hands down. Anthony Alvizu: I am a loyal Enterprise customer. Generally my recent experience was favorable. My Dodge Voyager mini van was nice and the Miami airport rental car process was very smooth; however, as we were leaving the Miami airport rental car facility, we noticed the rear passenger tire pressure very low. We told an Enterprise manager, and he immediately filled the tire with air. Upon our arrival to our location about 80 miles away, we noticed the tire losing pressure and assumed it had a slow leak. We called the Marco Island Enterprise office. They had no cars available to replace our car but connected us with the local mechanic/repair garage. The manager at the garage was very accommodating. He ordered a new tire and replaced the leaking tire the next day. Despite having to take time out of our schedule, the problem was efficiently rectified.

Edwin Steer: Their service was nice. I had Dani helped me out. She was sweet and kind. If you ever rent a car from them, get that Dodge Challenger. It's worth the price. We truly enjoyed the ride in it. The process was fast, the return was super easy. We didn't have to do much. Thank you for all your help and service this weekend I spent in Miami!

Debbie Roman: I’ve been a customer of Enterprise for some time now and they have always been accommodating. However, this last time I used their free upgrade offer, I ended up with a much smaller car and did not meet the expectations at all - in addition it was more expensive. Not worth it. I hope this was a one time things. If not I’ll have to research new car rental options when on vacation.

Brandy Adams: My experience was awesome. Customer Service was extremely nice he made the process so easy. My vehicle was clean and it also had wipes in the console. There was no long waiting i will most definitely be using Enterprise Rental again especially with the cheap rates.
