Berenice New Neighbor Hood: The website for this store claims they open at 9:00am, but i showed up at 9:17 am and the doors were completely closed. I then proceeded to call AT&T's customer service number and the black male agent who answered had an attitude the entire time like he was doing me a favor. I simply wanted to ask him if the opening times had changed for this particular location and wanted to know at what time this store would be opening because I wanted to look at the cellphone size differences before buying one. However, the "customer service agent" offered me absolutely no helpful information whatso ever. This company really has become a dump!!

D Dub: Sean is the GOAT best rep I have ever done business with, he got everything we needed even fixed issues created by other reps , Sean also helped us get DIRECTV in our house by keeping up with us making it seamless. I had just moved to a new house and he really went above and beyond to get us set up !!! He should be the manager of that place, Sean truly embodies the lost art of customer appreciation and care. The only reason I still do business with ATT is Sean give the man a raise !

Molon Lave: Mr Sean Kennedy is the best rep I ever experienced in my life as a customer of a cellphone provider company. He helped me and made me to want to be an AT&T customer because of his professional way treating a customer and his willingness to serve the customer in a very respectful way. I am a customer of this provider because of him, and not of the services or prices the company offered me. As a matter of fact the company (AT&T) declined my request, and it took Mr. Sean K. 6 whole hours to solve it. What a shame AT&T, treating your new customers like we owe you something. Martin Ogawa: I wanted an upgrade on a laptop connection card. I normally order these AT&T products over the phone but wanted to get the sales pitch and technical support. With all the different Mac and Windows Operating Systems, the configuration of some of these products may be tricky. The last AT&T Store Rep that I purchased the card from was exceptional. Unfortunately, this store in Downtown Miami was not the place for any service or support on this type of product. I was in the store for over 2 hours and left without the product I purchased. They simply didn't have the skills or access to the resources to activate and configure the product. The Store Manager Kristen was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She took no ownership of the problem and was unable to comprehend that my years of being a customer should mean something. With this AT&T Store, they don't care about customer loyalty. It really felt like she wanted to get me out of the store so that she could find other customers should was able to help. They have some really cool things items in these AT&T Mobility Stores, it's too bad I'm not interested in ever stepping foot in this store again.

Joseph Fasi: I have been to this store twice and both times I had superb service. It may be that I had the same Retail Sales consultant both times and he was great. Placide Paul is a real bonus to the company and I will email him and speak with him when I need help at this ATT store. He even took the time to evaluate my plans and suggested changes that improved service and saved me money. Whenever I have an issue, I go to the 1st street store downtown Miami and ask for Mr Paul.

P: I had high expectations as the reviews here are mostly good, but unfortunately that was not the case with me. I just visited the store in Brickell to understand the options for a SIM card as I've just moved to the US. The staff was not able to explain me the differences between the $50 prepaid and $85 post paid (apart from the fact that I could finance a phone which was not interesting to me). And he was clearly keen to get done with me as new customers arrived and he talked to them in Spanish that I was leaving thinking that I didn't understand Spanish. Shame service AT&T, I'll get my mobile plan with someone else

Juan Rodriguez: This store and its staff provide world class service. I have gone in to upgrade my cellphone, internet and tv services. Was greeted upon entering and they were experts on all the topics. My favorite part was the individualized attention and the follow up to the open issues. Definitely recommend!

Robbie Bell: My iPhone 10 was apparently on its last leg: only took pictures when it wanted to and would not let me finish reading articles. Went to the Brickell AT&T store and lucked up and got the most helpful young man, Frank. He was professional, respectful (I’m a senior person), and most efficient. He explained all my options, I bought the iPhone 12 and he swapped data while I went to Brickell Citi Center for drinks and snacks! Back and all done! I bought my last phone there, that guy was nice too but Frank is a cut above! Thank you Frank!

Valentina Ruiz Segura: I bought a screen protector to my Apple Watch, I asked for SE -apple watch, they said they had one who fits but didn’t work at all. I went back there and the guy who was Venezuelan didn’t want to make a return because I didn’t have a receipt. And the other girl didn’t want to make it too. Until I get angry 😡 and they gave me my money back, the guy was rude to me! Also it was so expensive, I paid 37 dollars for a screeen protector and in apple are for 20!!!! Bad customer service and they don’t sell what you need. I’m not gonna come back again.

Although I live on the beach I make the drive to visit this specific location because everytime I get kind and efficient service! Response: Your device came into the store with water damage, you accepted the terms that some phone components can go bad during the cleaning process, the success rate depends of many variables like which kind of water (salty,fresh) , time the phone kept water inside, phone still on (water act like piece of wire that send voltages to a place not supposed to received any). You were told the phone needed micro soldering for it to be good to go but you didn't want that service.

Indira Rios: Excellent customer service. Nice people in this store. This place is very clean and comfortable.

Michael Reed: Bought a 64 gig micro sdcard for my phone. It worked for half a day and then said corrupt and formatting would not fix it. Called the very next day and was told no exchanges.

Sheri Harpole: Quick, efficient, reasonably priced. Highly recommend, even though it's in Times Square.

Jeremey W: The worst customer service imaginable. Please go to the one in brickell nearby instead. Far more knowledgeable and at least give an effort. At this location they do everything in their power to not have to assist you/get you out of the store. On one occasion they literally convinced me not to get a plan so they didn’t have to help me. Both occasions they didn’t know an answer to a single question I asked. Lazy staff.

I would highly recommend this T Mobile to anyone simply because of the excellent service I received. Marc and Victor went out of their way to patiently explain the various plans and the tremendous choice of devices available (I know very little about the new devices and by the time I left I felt like an expert lol). The Manager of the branch keeps a close eye to ensure every representative is doing their best. I don't know the kind of training the staff follows but I must say HAT'S OFF". The location is neat and very well organized indeed. A gem on Biscayne. Very well done! 5 stars from me

Both reps were with people, a woman which i guess is the supervisor walked in from the back and saw that we were waiting and just went straight to the back, she only came out to tell a customer to not stand under the door because it “ruins their store number because of the tracker.” We were there to switch our phone plan to t-mobile but not anymore.

Hasiel Almeida: Best T-Mobile Ever!!!!! Walked into the store with my destroyed I-Phone XR and the assistant Manager Kat immediately attended and began the process of recovering my lost photos and contacts. As more customers arrived she handed my case over to Jean who diligently worked while attending other people and went as far as helping me via my laptop to recover my lost information in all a 5hr process but got my photos recovered.

The first time i was willing to buy and iPhone Max 13, thats a 1200$ sale you missed. since you all denied my service i went and bought it from Apple, the second time i wanted to buy a charger and same guy didn't want to open the door and showed an attitude while showing the charger. UPDATE: The closest T-Mobile greeted me at 7:56pm with a smile and friendly attitude and helped me without issues. Get a better staff.

GISELA REGALADO: Walked into the store and there were 2 girls just sitting there playing with their phones. When I started to explain my issue they did not want to listen to my problem with billing and with trying to change my plan. They were not helpful at all even after I explained to them ghat I was directed to them by ATT. Austin Zimmerman: I can NOT even put into words how PHENOMENAL my experience was today at this T-Mobile location. Specifically a HUGE thank you to: JD, Bravo and Mimi. They went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping me this afternoon and I couldn't be happier with their customer service on making sure everything was perfect and what I asked for. Today was such a smooth experience, which is very rare when dealing with buying new phones/trading in old ones, promotions ect.. and they jumped through hoops and every obstacle to make sure that the phone I got, GB's needed and every last detail was secure and exactly what I wanted. If you're reading this, (and I can not express this enough...) I 100,000% recommend to go to this store location in Brickell, you truly wont regret it. Again, thank you so much to the team for all your help today and no matter where I am in FL, I will personally drive to this location for my phone/ service needs.

Ruben Ruiz: No stars! I am a Sprint customer and Wednesday evening went with my wife to get new phones wit a promotion. According to Sprint all we had to do at T Mobile was go in and switch phones. Then it began, I was supposed to switch to Sprint and they charged me money to buy the phones I already had charged the tax on the phones I was never given and in the middle of the transaction it was time for the customer service representative that was taking care of me to have dinner and connected me with Sprint in India and left me to arrange my own phones etc. I was never given a order number etc. So Thursday I spoke to a real Sprint agent who is a manager on the phone and she told me that they did everything wrong. They cancelled my order and were to return and credit my bank. I was given a Inter action number and now have to return and speak ONLY with a manager who has access to this number to get my phones! Today Friday I received a message thanking me for adding a protection to phones I don't have and I did not order this service. I am calling the store no one picks up as I am trying to get in touch with a manager so to go in and resolve this. T Mobile has shown me nothing in the way of good service. As a Human Resources Director I would fire all of them!

Eyleen Diaz: Please, don’t waste your time or money at this merchant. I found them through Groupon. The technician changed my broken screen in 15 minutes. At first, I thought I had hit the jackpot. Quick and affordable. That thought quickly changed. Before I left the parking lot, I realized my screen looked different. The color was off. I returned to speak to them. I was told that was normal and there was nothing they could do. I then realized when I put my sunglasses on, I could not see the screen AT ALL! I was told that was normal too, and I should change my polarized sunglasses to regular ones. They refused to help me. After numerous attempts, they started ignoring my calls. Luckily, I went to ubreakifix in the Gables, and they restored my phone for me. I was told the parts Procell had used were cheap and low quality. Also, the lady at the front desk was rude. I will most definitely not be going back to this store... EVER!

Saad Sadiq: I went to Procell through a Groupon and the service was very disappointing and I wish I had the option to get my broken screen back and get a refund. First they installed a faulty screen that was flickering as soon as I walked outside the store. But the flicker was occasional so they didn't change it then and there. It took several trips and a video evidence to make them believe that there was a problem. Then they claimed that the problem was in the software. After several arguments they reluctantly changed the screen but this screen is draining the battery 3 times faster than the original screen. They originally mentioned one month warranty, but after one replace they said I will have to pay the next time. Very disappointed in the service and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Pepe Pingu: STOP DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The only reason I put 5 in Groupon is because Groupon has it RIGDED so you don’t see the BAD reviews first. Only the 5 stars appear unless you scroll ALL the way down. They told me that the parts were OEM and they’re NOT. They use a cheap version that CRACKS and flickers. Mine cracked in just a couple of days. It also messes up sound and picture. I had my iPhone 5 for two years and NEVER had a problem, the screen was scratched so I wanted to replace it. but the problems started when I left Procell. I went back and they told me I should have said something while I was there and not wait till a few days went by. Really bad place to do business with and cheap parts.

Leonel Del Castillo: My business partner and I went to the store to upgrade our phones, upon entering, 2 employees were there, one was helping another customer, while the other ( a lady) was comfortably sitting on a chair, in a corner with her phone, without putting her phone away or standing up she said " what do you need" we were shocked and we gave her another chance to put her phone away and stand up and greet the right way.. 3 times and she didn't stand up. Pierre Hanna: Been to the store to check on some prices and I couldn’t get an approximate price unless I resounded my ID. I’m already T-Mobile costumer and I gave up my phone number and was willing to give all the necessary details to access my account, only to get a price range for a new phone. Customer representative was rude, unprofessional and want curious enough to sell. Will never get back to that store especially that there are not the only option in the area. After t hi s experience, I’m seriously considering to switch to other providers since their are many tempting offers.

Jessica Jetland: My phone is already broken within the first few weeks of it getting "fixed." Not only was it NOT fixed, I get constant notifications letting me know, the screen is not compatible with the device.. which is why the screen broke within weeks of it being "fixed". The told me it would be done within 4 hours, it wasn't even started to be worked on within 4 hours, it was all day, to receive a back a broken phone. I wasted hundreds of dollars and now get to spend hundreds of more dollars to fix what they ruined.

Taryn Crosby: They were very friendly and fixed my phone fast. They offered me to wait in the shop while they completed the work, and aided me in my troublesome phone case. Cris2Violet: Place sucks when I went in to get my phone, a few months ago, the lady put in a code I had to transfer my number over and she put the code in wrong I was there for 2 hrs, and I had to go the following day to see if she can get my phone activated, which I was there another two hours. Don’t go there when I was there a lady walked in and she told me your bullying that iPhone here and you’re going to spend two hours hear and your going to have to come back and spend another two hours hear tomorrow, and by the way you can’t unlock an IPhone, what I would like to know is why did that unsatisfied customer tell me, and not the employee that was helping me out, to bad she didn’t come in earlier to tell me, before I bought it, or else I would have just gone somewhere else to get a phone. The lady employee and the unsatisfied customer were going at it for a while, even the employe started screaming, she made my ears hurt.
