santiago roman: When I tell you these people went above and beyond for my sister and I, I really mean it. We had a huge event and we were desperate for our banner to be printed and it was so last minute we didn’t think we would be able to get it done. Their price was fair and the quality of the banner we got was exceptional. They even stayed a little bit after closing hours for us so that they could make sure to have our banner printed by the deadline. The most satisfying thing was I felt like they understood the urgency of the situation and they made it their goal to make sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company. Yolanda Santa Cruz: Our decal was a complex one since it was a word cloud full of small cut out letters and required detailed peeling and installation. During the process, I got in touch with a sales rep, a designer, and an install guy. Everyone did an great job and let me with the feeling that I was dealing with professionals -although the decal ended up higher than when it was laid out on the wall, so watch out for that. I would definitely recommend their services.

Manny Rodriguez: From beginning to the end, the process of purchasing our new LED display was crystal clear ( in less than 12 days, I received my screen 4x8ft DS); on the website, we found all details and information such as different sizes, cost per screen, and product details. The best part is the customer service and tech support. Mr. Rick R is very knowledgeable with a lot of experience within the industry (plus a friendly showroom in Miami, FL); I was confused at first, but he clarified in detail and guided me on the process. After the installation, the tech support team helped me configure my screen in less than an hour; it is satisfying to see my screen every day and know I have a team working for me.

Todd H: I first ordered a 14 x 40 indoor LED sign for my laundromat. It arrived fairly quick, good packaging and no damage. I was very impressed with the quality and how easy it was to program. I ordered a 19 x 63 within a week after receiving the first one. These signs are awesome. Bright and colorful and easy to set up and program. Kevin Cooper: I rarely leave reviews for a product or service unless the seller or product goes above and beyond. This is one of those cases. I was on the fence about ordering this sign versus another like it that was priced about the same. The only other vendors with similar prices were located in China or India. I decided to call and spoke with Rick (I believe), and he was very helpful in answering my questions. I ordered my sign from him and received it earlier than expected. There is a demo loaded in the sign and it looks great. I could not believe how good the video looks and how bright the colors are. I am looking forward to hanging this thing in my store window but I need to load a few things on it to get started. I contacted LED Miami Signs to let them know that I was happy with the sign and they offered to help me load a few things and my logo into the sign so I can go ahead and get it hung. I am so happy that I went with them because I doubt I would get customer service like this from a vendor in China or India and there would most likely be a communication barrier. Ad Eyecare: Rick was very easy and enjoyable to work with. The sign was as promised and then some. I considered going a little bigger after delivery due to an error I made on measurement and Rick was extremely helpful in helping with my decision to upgrade or not. Ultimately, I kept the original sign because I loved it so much, but I sincerely appreciated the professionalism and courtesy I got when I was contemplating on upgrading. Outstanding customer service, great products for the price, and quick delivery. Everything you want in a company that you do business with!
