Xiande Liu: I visited Little Havana a week ago. Because I need to catch my flight after visiting this place, I had to take my luggage with me. The lady of this shop agreed to take care of my luggage. At the end I tried to give her $10 but she rejected. I then bought a gift from that store. It is so nice of her.
Marnie Dreyer-Shaik: I bought myself a cute little Cuba T-shirt. I also got a free Cuban coffee which tasted really different to other grounds but really good. The gifts at this shop are not pricey like many of the other tourist shops.
my opinion: Things Havana, and, things Cuba, with a mix of Miami and Miami Beach. Prices are little more expensive than I would like but it is a great shop for souvenirs. I would recommend this location.

teresa Tillery: Great place for gifts and souvenirs. Great prices and a little bit of everything. The lady working was super friendly and sweet. Best shop around.
Koshy Mathai: Prices are descent, not a lot of choices, especially tea shirts. Mostly key chains, hats and cups.

They showed a very wide variety of souvenirs, including t-shirts, mugs, magnets, key chains, license plates, and so much more along with hats. I noticed they also have a great assortment of luggage pieces that were very strong. All of their merchandise is very reasonably priced, with all the best discounts in Miami!

Charline Orozco: Great store with a wide variety of selections. Prices are average. Shirts from $12.00 and up. Some sales. Clearance at the back- just make sure to check for damages. Some shirts had holes but others seemed fine. One thing I really liked was a cute preppy sweater I found there that I did not see in any other souvenir shop in Lincoln Road. Sweater I purchased: Apx. $37.00 Store also smells good when you walk in and it’s near Ross. :)
VJ Crilley: DONT BUY ANY OF THE SCREEN PRINTED SHIRTS!!.. TOTAL GARBAGE!. The lettering peels off the shirt after a few washes.. mine and my girlfriend's shirts. I buy shirts from a screen printing co. for my business and they last years.. the shirts from Alvin's are total garbage and they definitely know it.. go somewhere else for souvenirs.
Dimitri Ivanoff: T-shirts, shorts, polos, some jewelry, souvenirs - mixed with different quality & prices. It's a big store, so plan to spend at least 40-45 minutes if you're looking for something. Can comment only on t-shirts - preshrunk cotton with weathered feel and pretty design under $9, but you have to look after it.
antoine petruzzi: Scammers - be aware - they display promotions that are misleading: « Alvin’s island, $24 for 2 » except that they do not say it’s for tshirts only. Then you buy your 2 caps and they say “it’s only for t shirts”. Misleading ads
MMO MAFIA: I walked in the store and was in there maybe 2 minutes before store security escorted me out for no reason. Sidenote: I'm homeless, but presentable and have returned someone's driver's license to store clerks before. But the security guard made a judgment and kicked me out when I did nothing wrong and had money to spend. I was looking to buy shirts and shorts. I have a right to be in the store. I don't smell offensive and am not covered in filth nor did he have a reason to suspect I would steal.
Danny Zaher: Every time me and my family go to Miami for a cruise I love to go here just in case I forgot some thing they have the most funniest stuff here but pricey but that’s OK I love to come here though if you’re right next to Loews Hotel like we were currently were walking past it just come here
Sašauts Karlsons: Worst customer service, waited 5min till someone walked to me, when asked for sizes all i heard was rude words in spanish from old lady standing like a statue, no one speaks english besides cashier
Wendy Wilmot: A huge variety of suveniors, clothes, etc at extremely affordable prices. I was able to get everything at one place. T shirts average $12.99 - $14.99, coffee mugs start at $6.99, key chains $1.49 - $4.99, etc. You really have to look for the registers. Other than that, you are sure to find something for everyone.
Jujubee Anchor TV: The store can be a bit overwhelming for some. It's very packed with lots to choose from. Choose wisely. The "cotton" shirts are way overpriced for the fabrics they us. I got my girlfriend an awesome tie dye shirt and made sure to get it in an xl and she is only a medium. I could feel that the fabric would ultimately shrink after it is washed. I am so glad i only purchased one t-shirt. I also bought tons of key chains. I wasn't over priced but the cashiers i agree with other reviewers, they were very rude. Hardly speak english or spanish. Idk what language they were speaking but the eye contact and body language clearly read attitude. This other woman would follow behind people as soon as they entered the middle of the store. Chill out a little. If your that worried maybe downsize so you can watch from the cash registers. This is not a negative review at all. I am stating true facts! As you can see others pretty much stated the same experience I had when visiting this store. Maybe try the other one a couple stores down. Alvins island has tons of locations in miami. Let us know how the others work out 😉

Alana Walker: Loved the Art Deco Walk. But, the best stop for sure was the Offical Art Deco Gift Shop!! Not only did it have the most incredible, unique and funky stuff that made perfect for gifts for my family, but Iris was wonderful enough to give us a private tour and helped me find perfect items for everyone. I thought I was completely out of luck with all of the same Surf Style shops on every corner, but finding this gem saved me from showing up with the same cheesy suveniours as everyone else. I now have thoughful and one of a kind gifts that will help us and our family remember this trip to Miami forever! Please never change this place! It should stay funky and fun!! A literal oasis for all things actually art deco! Thank you so much Iris, you made our trip special and made my whole day special because you took a chance on us! shirley mcclanahan: Only bad thing, know one speaks English! Had to point at the items, I wanted to buy! Which you had to look very close, clothes, are damaged! My daughter and myself, bought a lot of hoodies, tee-shirts, but checked them over, before buying! We also, bought a few more things!

I was there on spring break. The logo was not applied correctly as I do have experience with this type of print. Nothing was done. Would not buy from again.

Annony Mous: If you’re a customer DO NOT go into that store. Everything is overpriced, they sell cheap shirts with a print-on decal that will probably last you a week AT MOST. They do not give reasonable discounts, even as an employee they still charge some items regular price. I say this because I used to work here. Working conditions are terrible, no breaks for the afternoon shifts, except if you’re working 9+ hrs that’s when they “consider” giving you a break. Breaks are only for the morning shift which was 6hrs long sometimes for other workers 5hrs long, while afternoon people had to work a whole shift only with either water or juice, not even a 15 minute break is given The phones, every single day we had to put our phones inside a bin, they took out our lockers because the owner found that someone had food in one of them.First of all, that’s invasion of privacy, opening someone’s locker and checking what’s in it. Second, they got rid of the lockers and then we had to put our stuff in front where it was exposed to a staff or even a customer possibly stealing your personal bag. Favoritism, there’s A LOT of favoritism between the managers and a few employees giving them special treatments, special schedules, even gossiping about other coworkers, and coworkers between them talking bad about managers, other coworkers and snitching on their own coworkers to managers, it’s crazy. The company itself doesn’t give any benefits to their employees at all, supervisors and other authorized personnel are always watching the cameras making the environment very stressful to work at. They are very racist when hiring people, they don’t hire people of color because they think they’re going to “steal” Also they don’t hire based on experience and achievements. Whoever has a pretty face and a nice body is hired immediately with no experience at all, meanwhile there’s a bunch of other people with potential to bring something useful to the company. Overall working at Wings is one of the most horrible things you can do in this lifetime, and probably the next. If you don’t live in Miami Beach, half of your paycheck is gonna go to Ubers and Lyfts. For the customers: everything in that store is very overpriced and whatever is for “sale” is of very poor quality.
diane giroux: T-shirt tagged at 2 for $15 but had to pay $18 because manager said it was an old price that should have been changed. Although it was my right, could not negotiate with this very rude individual. Will never walk in that store again and will discourage anybody from going there
R Taylor: The staff watch customers like hawks and create an uneasy feeling while shopping. I asked the person at the register if they suffer a lot of shrinkage and he said no. If not, why do the staff watch customers like they're protecting gold? We only shopped there out of desperation, but I would recommend exploring other options.
STEPHANIE COLE-SANCHEZ: I hate tacky suvenier shops so I loved Wings bc it has every type and price range. I visited three times the week I was there. I got needs: flip flops, a see-through beach bag, and wants: shirts and snow globes. ;)

Tammeice Stephens-Taylor: Loved everything about this little shop EVERYTHING! Found something for everyone. The shop owner/worker was great! Everything is mostly $10-$25 or you can mix and match and get ANY 3 items for $25 bags, hats, shirts, shot glasses, flip flops, magnets, omg some of everything!

Manny Flores: Checked out the store today, 6-15-22, and thought it was well priced, neat, and clean. A few of the items for were over the top for my family since not kid friendly but we understand the location and business approach. Overall we bought $80 of souvenirs, which my sons stylish hat was most expensive at $32. Got three shirts, a keychain, a hat, and magnet. I would go back for sure.
Chris New: I would give a 0 if it was available. Went to this store yesterday to get a sweatshirt. . Theres signs all over the store saying 29.99 or two for $40. Get up to the register and the thieves charge $10 extra for printing a shirt. Not 1 sign of a EXTRA FEE for screen print. Nothing but thieves. Take your money to another store. They're TRASH!!!

Usually if you purchase a hoodie anywhere else it can be as expensive as $60, but I got a hoodie from this place for only $30! If you're going to get a Miami souvenir, this would be the place to go.

It has some of the most reasonable prices and great souvenir items I have come across. Ale Slu: Prices are not very interesting. The personnel attention is a disaster. My friend and I lost 45 minutes while they were ticketing the stuff we buy, wrong codes for sales and discounts, it took one supervisor and other two staff to finish the payment which we had to do 3 times. I really don’t recommend to go there.
Lynnie Wu: I spent almost 2 hours at this store today trying to buy a watch. Which I ended up not being able to buy because I was frustrated. The staff are absolutely lazy and won’t even bother to look at you and continues their conversations in Spanish. I walked around the entire store and no one came by to help me until I flagged a girl down to help me with this watch. And I was asking for her opinion of which one I should buy because it’s a gift. Turns out she did not know anything about the watches they’re selling and speaks almost zero English and apparently she’s been in the country for a year. Then begins the process at the register. A guy and the girl helped me at first and it wasn’t working but they were being very nice about it they kept trying with me and said that there’s something wrong with the machine, then told me that maybe I should come back in 20 minutes, I said okay I could do that. I go back, this time the girl and a older lady named Brenda “helped” me. We tried to see if the pin pad works and my Apple pay works and then we switched to the watch and it wasn’t working again, we did try a few more times and another time at a different register, no luck. Then Brenda goes and I quote “you should call your bank”. Which I did before I went back, obviously I made sure everything was fine on my end otherwise why would I go back? Now Brenda’s talking in Spanish but she’s also pointing everywhere so I had an idea what she was saying. I kept looking at her hoping she’s mature enough and professional enough to stop talking but she didn’t. She walked her way out of the registers while talking. She comes closer to where I was standing and loudly said “call your bank”. And I said just shut up, thank you. So there’s my first and last time at this store. If you wanna sell things that are branded and even slightly high end you should really consider hiring professionals instead of amateurs. Best wishes.
Adnan Mousavizadegan: Absolutely horrible customer service. Employees were only semi-conversant in English. One of the saleswomen pushed my wife out of her way as she was attempting to hand a bottle of perfume to another customer. The other customer was so disgusted, she walked out. Furthermore, there is no vehicle by which an American citizen, traveling in the United States, can purchase goods at this establishment, located, incidentally, inside the borders of the United States even if the citizen offers to pay all required taxes. I give this place one star as it is probably a magnificent place to shop if you are a Spanish-speaking international traveler who doesn't mind being shoved around by the store's employees.
M Paradis: I strongly advise all Canadians living outside of Toronto not to purchase anything going thru security from this Duty Free Shop. I purchased a nice bottle of Rum from the Miami Duty Free Shop to bring back home. The store did not use the proper packaging to seal the purchase to go thru security. So when I went thru the deficient Pearson Airport, where they make you check out and back thru security for connecting flights (I have never seen such a poorly set-up airport like that!), I was told the package for the bottle was not sealed properly and that I would not be able to take it through security! Bye. Bye bottle! Upon my return I called and emailed the Duty Free store to explain. They recognised their error. The manager Sanjo asked me to send them a copy of the invoice so I did and I called to confirm that they had received everything. Three weeks later still nothing. Called again to be told that the invoice was not attached to my email of three weeks ago (I don't believe them as they did not even bother to notify me by email if that was the case as they had my email!). Sent it again and still did not hear from them. I had to call them in the end and they will hopefully issue me a refund. What a waste of my time. This place offers a really careless service. Save yourself all the hassle and buy your stuff before going to airport and pack it in your check-in baggage instead.

Mary Swingle: I had to do at least two stars because the store does have a lot of merchandise but the customer service is terrible. Staff are not very helpful and were at times rude. A lot of side conversations which included mockery. Guess I looked like a tourist and they wrongly assumed I didn’t understand Spanish.

Joel Polanco: The owner is a crook. I bought an item with a 20 dollar sticker on it and was charged 45. I made the mistake of trusting the owner and did not ask for a receipt. I went back in after checking my account, thinking it was a mistake that could be easily fixed. The lady who charged me said the item was not 20 dollars but was 30 dollars instead. Again. I was charged 45 for an item with a 20 dollar sticker. Why did she not advise me of the price before running my card? I asked for a refund and ofcourse she pointed to the no refunds sign. I was able to get what she overcharged/stole back from the bank and that was my experience.
Will CW: The place was okay. The cashier kept following my friend and i around the store as if we were trying to steal. Made me feel like i was being racially profiled. Place was also pricey. If you go to 7-Six Beach Supply(gift shop) down the street from them you will find the same items for much less.

I purchased one that day only because i had a budget but Once i got back to my hometown i ended up regretting not buying the rest 😂 so i looked up the store and placed an order through the phone. Laura was so helpful she shipped super quick and even provided me with a tracking number. The bathing suits are super HIGH QUALITY. A bit pricey but worth it because of the quality. The bathing suits definitely compliment your curves. And they all have this amazing perfume scent too for some reason lol. Absolutely happy with my purchase NO REGRETS 💙
