Brandon Suman: This store in particular is very clean and well taken care of. They may not have certain things like full size boards of sheet rock and major roofing supplies. I personally love this Home Depot.
Herberth Aguilar: We were in need of a specific power tool and I have some questions before I make a final decision. We ask one of the employees for help and he can not do it, but call over the speakers for help. We wait for over half hour and three more over the speakers calls and no one show up to help us. We left the store without purchasing anything.

Isabel Godoy: Worst homedepot…. The worst service you could ever receive… took them almost an hour to get us someone to unlock a vacuum … before that, the guy that “helped us” is the worst and the biggest lier … he told us the vacuum was cordless and lasted 6 hours the battery (which I looked at him like this is not true) and asked him again because I was doubting both facts and, with an angry mood, said yes, it is I have this one … again I asked him “are you sure is this one or this other one” he again mad said it was that one… to come back and it’s not anything he said it was
Do Do: No tool rental. No lumber department. Smaller home depot than most. Parking at 5pm EZ to park. Lots of shade trees outside. More like a Big lots. Mostly tools. Does have some trim wood. Baseboards etc. Not a for builders.

Matthew Oakey: A small, but fully stocked, Fire Extinguisher sales, CO2 refill and tank re-certify location. Very friendly family business. They design and install fire suppression systems also. Parking is the only less than ideal attribute.

Lucas “Bufi The Artist” Tamayo: Always a pleasure shopping in the garden center with my cousin. She selected several bougainvilleas that were all beautiful. I bought two purple ones a few days ago. So nice. Home Depot has added inventory in many departments ahead of the summer season. Today I found this store particularly well stocked.
OLGA GUERRA: Worst Home Depot in the area. Customer service reps are incompetent and slow. As you can see no one is at the registers and we’ve been waiting over 15 minutes. Two or three employees gathered discussing their day. No regards for the customers!!!
Fergie Gutierrez: Unfortunately the conditions of the parking lot were very bad. Trash everywhere, carts everywhere, parking cement blocks were detached from floor. This is all part of the pick up experience, extremely dirty. Felt like a flea market. I know the potential Home Depot has and this store is extremely neglected with cleanliness. I’d rather drive further for a cleaner store

Liz B: Placed an order on Thursday for Friday delivery. Received a text at 5pm that delivery was moved to Saturday. At 8:50AM on Saturday Received a text that items were delivered. Go outside and a bag with hinges and latches was dropped off, but not the 2x4 wood. I had to call FOUR Home Depots AND the 800 number to finally get a response. At 12PM I get a call from an unapologetic and rude employee telling me I "had to reorder the wood and wait for delivery, to be determined". Absolutely unacceptable. Moving forward I will pay whatever delivery fees are necessary to buy from a company that prioritizes customer service.

Jose C Fernandez: I bought Sunday December 19th, 2021 premixed thinset. It contained not only a moldy mix inside, but it stank as well. I am very concerned about it. Last thing we need on top of Covid-19 is mold in our lungs. Home Depot, delivering value and hazardous, dangerous and decomposed construction materials. Now is the cost added to return to the store, do a line to return the product, and buy it again somewhere else. If I could rate negative stars, I will be happy to do so. Outstanding job in shattering whatever little trust I had in this Store/company.

Not being a handywoman but still wanting to do repairs and remodeling by myself, it’s great to see support for women doing these kind of jobs. Every way that if you had your own business, you wouldn’t want it to be, this store is that. On some they should fire everyone from the top to bottom and start over. I’ll never on my dead family members ever spend a dollar at this location again in my life.
Danny Reyes: This is a very busy location but the employees are always willing to help you find what you need. The garden center has a decent selection of flowers, trees, and supplies. The store is well organized to cope with the large volumes of shoppers.

They make appointments and do not show up, their service level is far below standard, and when I needed a specialty extinguisher - I had to find it and make the purchase from another vendor. Everytime I call them, there is always an excuse as to why there are problems.

arran bryant: i am usually in Home Depot for cleaning supplies, paint and gardening supplies. Today I was able to get everything that I needed without being redirected by those horrible aisle closed signs. I Was able to check out in the gardening department where the best cashier is almost always assigned.

The Home Depot: what do users think?
Cesar Talavera: Quick stop to one of my favorite places to go. I was picking up a bathroom vanity to replace the one that had water damage in one of the rentals. I immediately found the item I wanted but it was on the second level shelf so I found an employee walking by and asked for assistance but the employee stated that he was not from that department and to look for another employee in plumbing. I did not have time so I found a ladder and took it down myself, I was off to complete my project. Employees should be empowered to help the customer. Thinking outside the box is a great opportunity to go above customer expectations.
Gabriel Agudelo: Excellent customer service!!! Went today after going to 3 different home depot and never found anyone to help me. Alex from plumbing went above and beyond helping me even with stuff outside his department. He was the help and guidance we had been needing all day. Extremely satisfied with his service.

Daniel Baptista: This comment is not for a department or a collective service received. I want to recognize an associate in your paint department that has always been helpful as she is professional. Kelly is terrific. Every time I am in need of something in the paint dept she is not only courteous, she is patient and incredibly attentive to our needs. You can ask your questions and be interrupted to an associate and get a short quick answer as they walk away or you can look for Kelly and be treated incredibly well. Thank you Kelly. You may not recall but I usually walk in with a big Goldendoodle and you are great at what you do. It’s about time the store knows this. Thank you.
Johnny Gonzalez: DO NOT BOTHER BUYING ONLINE AND PICKING UP AT THE STORE. It is nowhere near as smooth as Best Buy or even Office Depot. I purchased an item on Home Depot online to pick up at the store in order to avoid the long lines for which this particular store is notorious. When I arrived I had to wait in an even longer customer service line, only to be told that the item was not ready for pickup, even though I received an email stating that it was. Now I had to wait again for someone to "bring it up from the back." Then I had to get back in the customer service line to get my receipt. I would have been in an out in 1/3 the time had I just skipped the online purchase which is a half-baked process - at best - at Home Depot.
Laura Abreu: Cutting Center should improve their responding time. To wait about 45 minutes for someone to appear and get the job I needed done was horrendous. Thanks Antonio (Customer Svs) for helping me look for an associate who wanted to actually work. We had to call three other employees to get help, just two responded, others are been paid for nothing.
Boosted Veedub: Here we go again, this is the year of worst customer service for me. Today April 14, 2022 @ 3:47pm my parents call me to ask me to send them the info on the ceiling fans they had seen with me online. I send them to the Aisle with all the info and even the inventory on hand of the two model fans in a screenshot. They had a hard time finding it as they are senior citizens and can’t see well or use technology that well. I told them to ask for help which I assumed would be quick as the employees should know more than the customer right? Well a 5min situation became an almost 30min ordeal. The Employee working in the ceiling fans department was apparently more lost than my parents, i can hear all the back and forth between my parents and him and me telling my parents to show lost employee the screenshot. The employee said they didn’t have one of the fans which said 30+ available on hand blah blah. Then i hear my mom saying look it’s over there, and look the other is over here. Really? Having a customer find merchandise you say you don’t have is embarrassing. If you as the employee don’t know then please ask another employee or supervisor that might know. Don’t waste my time while I’m working and frustrate two poor senior citizens and me with something so freaking easy. I will not be going to this location anymore. Seems the one i always go to by mall of the Americas seems to be better. And then to say that i’m being a brat under your breath close to my mom is not only unprofessional but uncalled for, if you had a clue to know something so easy as to locate an item then all of this would be avoided. I’m not a brat you just don’t have a clue to what you are doing. Seek an alternative job, there are a lot of choices that might fit you criteria.
Mary H.: Came here just to pick up an order placed online. I would not recommend anybody do this. The line for order pick up is the same line for returns, so you can imagine the wait for something that should actually be a super fast transaction. There was only ONE lady at the register so it took me almost an hour to get my order. When asked another employee if there was a way around it, he said NO, you have to do the same line and there’s just one person and it is what it is. Yep. Well, from now on, I’m going to Lowes!
Icy S: Awful. Customer Service is a disaster. They don’t know where’s anything, they don’t help you with anything. Their wood cutting tool is broken, they don’t offer any solutions to your needs. Most of the employees talking in the middle of the halls. Stair left in the very middle of aisles. What is this?

crixty constan: Wow very impressed. The pick up purchased was 5 stars. The employee went beyond to delivered my purchase to my car. I drove to the front for pick up. I ask him if I needed to get off the car. He was very conscious of how much rain was pouring so I must say. Great guy and pleasant employee. We really need employees like this one.
Oskar Finneran: Absolutely love their dessert menu. The milkshakes are tall and really filling most of them are really sweet but thats how I love them. Most of the milkshake come with a ice-cream scoop or a cake. Highly Recommend place for Dessert for Two🌹❤️
Yoana Alvarez: I usually don’t take the time to leave a riview but my experience was so horrible that I needed to. I am leaving one star because there is no way to leave zero. I went to this Home Depot to get something from plumbing and I asked for help twice and was told someone would come to help. I waited for over 45 minutes and nobody came to help. The store was not even busy. By far the worse customer service I have had at a Home Depot.
J C: Just visiting this store to see what other products they had that our store does not. If you did not know, not all HD have the same products. HD does their homework and provide the most useful products for the area.

Marcos Fernandez: Customer service and returns are super slow. I just stood in line for over 20-30 minutes for a return that only took 5 minutes. They have 5 customer service booths and only one station taking care of customers. Super long lines and slow return processing.
