Lucille Sell: What a great nursery! I had my first timer experience today and Michelle really came through. I needed soil and Michelle was super helpful and got me what I needed plus gave me a great deal. She also gave a bunch of free expert advice on how to care for my succulents and hedge plants. Daniela Hoyos: In love with this place ! It is healthy and lovely ! You can go plant shopping while eating healthy ! You have delicious tacos and a fruit / juice stand ! Delicious ! The perfect place to spend a relaxing Saturday morning ! It is kids and pet friendly ! Amazing plants selection, you will go crazy ! If you are a plant/ tree lover ! 💛
Sara Ramirez: The employees are super sweet and really helpful. The prices are moderate but they had a great variety for the area they are in. They also have a lot of pots for all their plant. Food trucks are super close by Incase you get hungry while shopping. I am very excited to take all my plant babies home and care for them.
Micaela O: Beautiful garden center. Great variety of plants and beautiful pots! The space has a few food trucks with good options and some fresh green juices. Love coming here to browse around, look at all the plants and have a coffee. There is also a small shop selling beautiful fresh flowers and you can make your own bouquet. We got a variety of succulents and they arranged them for us in a beautiful planter.
Gareth Williams: An exceptional garden center with excellent customer service and plenty of professional advice. We were helped by Alex who had an immense knowledge of all plants and he was able to direct us to the best plants to plant on out terrace. He gave us plenty of good advice and we purchased around 15 shrubs and cacti. He was also able to organize delivery of the plants and pots and everything that was needed for planting. We paid for the planting service and like the customer service at the center the planting team was also fantastic and everything went extremely well. I can highly recommend this business. Thank you Slex for all of your hard work and it is clear to see that you are extremely passionate about your work and plants👍

Austin Queen Media: Got 1 Maha Chinook & 1 Carrie Mango from Dylan they both were super young grafts(3 gal pots) but look super healthy and should be delicious when they fruit in a couple years hopefully. He has lots of varieties especially in mangoes and some other delicious exotics. If I had a pickup I would’ve gotten larger trees but I needed to bring these all the way to Tampa. Nice place with friendly staff and looks like they also have great bulk soil options.
Francisco Rosa: Dylan was very helpful. Lots of varieties of mangoes. Will be going back when there is more in stock.
Clarissa Buron: These guys are the real deal, no fancy pretentious landscaping just good healthy plants that have no pesticides, the way it was meant to be. I’m finally getting my edible garden installed in the fall!

Brandon Suman: This store in particular is very clean and well taken care of. They may not have certain things like full size boards of sheet rock and major roofing supplies. I personally love this Home Depot.
Herberth Aguilar: We were in need of a specific power tool and I have some questions before I make a final decision. We ask one of the employees for help and he can not do it, but call over the speakers for help. We wait for over half hour and three more over the speakers calls and no one show up to help us. We left the store without purchasing anything.

The worst service you could ever receive… took them almost an hour to get us someone to unlock a vacuum … before that, the guy that “helped us” is the worst and the biggest lier … he told us the vacuum was cordless and lasted 6 hours the battery (which I looked at him like this is not true) and asked him again because I was doubting both facts and, with an angry mood, said yes, it is I have this one … again I asked him “are you sure is this one or this other one” he again mad said it was that one… to come back and it’s not anything he said it was
Do Do: No tool rental. No lumber department. Smaller home depot than most. Parking at 5pm EZ to park. Lots of shade trees outside. More like a Big lots. Mostly tools. Does have some trim wood. Baseboards etc. Not a for builders.

Gaby Caballero: Great discovery! Interesting, beautiful, different. The atmosphere is bohemian and magic. We feel that we were in an island or in a set for Survival. Everybody was nice and happy people. The bar is super cute. Drinks were delicious and economic. We ate Hibachi at the food truck and it was delicious, fresh, BIG BIG portion. The best part was the AMAZING live music, incredible jazz band. Although the fire helps, get some mosquito repellent it will be a good idea!

Lucas “Bufi The Artist” Tamayo: Always a pleasure shopping in the garden center with my cousin. She selected several bougainvilleas that were all beautiful. I bought two purple ones a few days ago. So nice. Home Depot has added inventory in many departments ahead of the summer season. Today I found this store particularly well stocked.
OLGA GUERRA: Worst Home Depot in the area. Customer service reps are incompetent and slow. As you can see no one is at the registers and we’ve been waiting over 15 minutes. Two or three employees gathered discussing their day. No regards for the customers!!!
Fergie Gutierrez: Unfortunately the conditions of the parking lot were very bad. Trash everywhere, carts everywhere, parking cement blocks were detached from floor. This is all part of the pick up experience, extremely dirty. Felt like a flea market. I know the potential Home Depot has and this store is extremely neglected with cleanliness. I’d rather drive further for a cleaner store

Just a day later I contacted office and told them I couldn’t work with product, and I wanted to return the 3 of the unused, unopened and frozen slabs. They refused to take them back. So I wasted $225.00! Terrible costumer service and bad product quality

Liz B: Placed an order on Thursday for Friday delivery. Received a text at 5pm that delivery was moved to Saturday. At 8:50AM on Saturday Received a text that items were delivered. Go outside and a bag with hinges and latches was dropped off, but not the 2x4 wood. I had to call FOUR Home Depots AND the 800 number to finally get a response. At 12PM I get a call from an unapologetic and rude employee telling me I "had to reorder the wood and wait for delivery, to be determined". Absolutely unacceptable. Moving forward I will pay whatever delivery fees are necessary to buy from a company that prioritizes customer service.

william banning: Great store. Awesome selection. Upscale butcher counter. Bought a prime rib for dinner and it was excellent. Good values available in wine area if you look carefully. Cashier was friendly, helped with using Amazon prime membership for a great discount. All in all will shop there again.
Jack: It gets nerve wracking when you have to choose selections to customize your sandwich on the spot, but today, my experience went beyond my expectations and I can only feel grateful. Maria helped me prepare such a beautiful, tasty vegan sandwich despite not having gardein available. She was patient, funny, and really helpful with finding the right ingredients to make one of the best sandwiches I ever had in my life. The amount of patience and cleanliness she put in to help me cannot be explained with just words. I’m beyond grateful for her. Thanks Maria for changing the way I view Whole Foods.

Carly Poplawski: Came this morning to pick up fresh shrimp. I stopped at the seafood counter to pick up 3lbs of fresh shrimp and the woman came from behind to counter to point out the 1lb packed in styrofoam shrimp in the freezer across the way. I told her I did not want that because it’s packed in styrofoam and would have to purchase several with the styrofoam trays = more non recyclable waste, and would rather have the paper wrapped. It was as if I asked her to catch the shrimp from the ocean herself, followed with eye rolls and a rude demeanor. It was obviously major inconvenience for her to get shrimp out and weigh it. Never had this experience at this Whole Foods or any for that matter. Apologies for caring about the environment and that you had to do your job and assist a customer. Mind you I was the only person at the counter, so it’s not like there was a line.

arran bryant: i am usually in Home Depot for cleaning supplies, paint and gardening supplies. Today I was able to get everything that I needed without being redirected by those horrible aisle closed signs. I Was able to check out in the gardening department where the best cashier is almost always assigned.

Jennifer Berry: I decided to check this plant nursery out. The entrance has two large enormous Adirondack chairs that greets you. On the right there is a large Red Truck. I agree that they do have many plant varieties and plant accessories. This place also have beautiful wind chimes and garden decorations. It was also well organized. Some of the items were not priced and had to ask. I ended up getting some succulents and my sister got a Chinese lantern and a Chinese sedum, it was a pretty decent plant center.

Little did I know that I was going to get the MOST BEAUTIFUL Orchid ARRANGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN!! The whole experience was amazing, calm and the vibe was so peaceful! I want to thank Breana and Sarah, these 2 ladies went above and beyond to make me feel happy and pleased with my Orchid. If you’re looking to make an special gift or you just love Orchids, go pick your favorite one and let them do their MAGIC! Rob Lou: Very helpful customer service!! I really enjoyed the visit because the staff made me feel so welcomed! Certainly without being an expert, I was searching for parts and tools. The customer service team was patient, informative and very personable. Kudos for making amateurs like me feel comfortable!
Tom Pawelek: Friendly staff, decent selection for a small downtown footprint, easy parking. You WILL pay the convenience premium for not having to drive to Lowes/Home Depot. There should be a big sign on the door that says NO RETURNS.
Wesley Suero: I have worked in retail for more than 10 years and the ignorance and attitude I received when I entered this store was beyond comprehension. It was a light skinned gentleman at the register and a female in the paint department. I was ignored and walked past as they helped other customers. The disrespect needs to be addressed and fixed all I came in to do was buy a spray paint bottle. Quick 5 min visit lasted 30 due to the lack of good customer service!
Dave Tinkham: The selection of replacement electric stove coils was poor at best and astoundingly overpriced. Very disappointing from a place that always gets 5 stars from me. I patronize frequently. The staff was 5 stars as always though. Great people.
Abby Halpern: This may sound silly, but this Ace Hardware provided me with the most empowering paint buying experience of my life. I clearly have no idea what I was talking about, but these guys really listened to me and advised me so I could get exactly what I needed. This is my forever hardware store.

Painting the World: Very disappointed of this crew. Just got a product that didn’t work for me and when I wanted to return it the reason why I couldn’t get my money back was because the receipt said “final sale” (after I already paid) and nobody told me about it the moment I bought it. There’s no signs in their final sale products and it’s a mess trying to figure out the prices.

Le Va: Hellooo!!! I dont know what it is wrong with the people who work here but could get better and learn a bit of customer service. I have been coming to this location for sixteen years and counting. I couldnt find the paper toilet holder I was looking for... Still like to see mans stuff... Tool, hardware, accessories, and more...
Jose C Fernandez: I bought Sunday December 19th, 2021 premixed thinset. It contained not only a moldy mix inside, but it stank as well. I am very concerned about it. Last thing we need on top of Covid-19 is mold in our lungs. Home Depot, delivering value and hazardous, dangerous and decomposed construction materials. Now is the cost added to return to the store, do a line to return the product, and buy it again somewhere else. If I could rate negative stars, I will be happy to do so. Outstanding job in shattering whatever little trust I had in this Store/company.

Not being a handywoman but still wanting to do repairs and remodeling by myself, it’s great to see support for women doing these kind of jobs. I don’t think I’m the only woman that has felt uncomfortable in a place where men are majority and some contractors look at you like you don’t know what you’re doing 😒 Would love to see more of this around other departments ♥️
Ryan Smith: I love the Home Depot alot like I really do. But as much as I love it I have to be completely honest about this location. Its bad, I mean like seriously bad. Every way that if you had your own business, you wouldn’t want it to be, this store is that. On some they should fire everyone from the top to bottom and start over. I’ll never on my dead family members ever spend a dollar at this location again in my life.
Danny Reyes: This is a very busy location but the employees are always willing to help you find what you need. The garden center has a decent selection of flowers, trees, and supplies. The store is well organized to cope with the large volumes of shoppers.
Herberth Aguilar: Helpful, friendly and they know their job. Two of the employees we ask for help were able to help us successfully. They have knowledge about the products and guide us how to use them.
Jake Goldman: This Home Depot has the FRIENDLIEST staff! Every time I come they always go above and beyond to help me find the exact product I need and always do it with a smile!
Beauty InCmajor: My family and I have shopped at Home Depot for years. I am very saddened by some of the employees that they currently have. I experienced HORRIBLE customer service. I spoke to one employee asking him his name and his response was “that’s not important”.. I later found out is name was Andre. Shame on you Home Depot for hiring rude and incompetent workers!

Kian Greiner: Managers are only out to make profit for the store- they deny returns if they are "used". No one who works in this store is out to actually help you- They have been instructed to cut their losses vs help the customer.

pedro valdes: We ran across this little gem during our lunch break. We had no idea how many wonderful treats this place had in store for us. The lady that attended us, I assume she was the owner was really helpful and literally let us sample everything she had. She taught us about all the wonderful nuts and specialty items they have to offer. Everything was great quality and anyone that likes dried fruits, nuts, and great customer service needs to visit.

Stephan Lind-Orjala: Got here at 5:27PM after calling a few minutes before that I need an emergency plumbing part, I was told it would be no problem they close at 5:30PM. I got inside the store and was rudely rushed out at the entrance saying they’re closed and to come back next day. I manage several high end estates and frequent this location often for quick purchases - Will never shop there again.
Adrian Gonzalez: Their prices are very high, which I am ok with but I am not ok with how difficult they make returning items are. Their 20 percent restocking fee is absolutely ridiculous. I am general contractor and this is a warning to all other contractors, DO NOT SHOP HERE. You are better off driving to Home Depot on 8th street and 32 Ave.
Alex Mac: Everything here is slow and difficult. I hate when I have to come here. Only 2 staff members know what they’re doing. Otherwise if you have a question you get someone who just goes and asks the same question you could have to one of those 2 people I mentioned. English is barely an option here. To get any screws, bolts or washers you have to wait on a line and they have to go in the back to look for them. Prices are astronomical just like all Ace hardwares but at least at other stores you feel like it’s easier than going to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Thank god for the woman behind the checkout counter with kind eyes and helps how she can.
