Ryan: Worst labor agency I’ve come across. Poor customer service and communication skills by the staff, who also treat laborers terribly. They will send you out on an assignment often more than 10 miles away. There’s a better labor agency in town called ‘Trojan Labor’ with better work assignments & much more respect for employees.

Carlos Mendez Jr.: This place is terrible, they don't vet their candidates before hand. We hired a CDL class A driver with labor finders, within two weeks the driver Robert crashed the truck and left the scene because he had four outstanding warrants from Ohio. When the police showed up, they arrested him for the warrants and left his with a heavily damaged truck. They now keep calling about a previous invoice, are you kidding me?!? You sent me a driver who had a suspended license and warrants out for his arrest! Not only did you not research the candidate, but didn't even had the capacity of checking his license. I highly recommend you don't do any business with them. Also labor finders, stop calling me. If you'd like to go to court, we have plenty of ammunition and will collect what we owe for the damages too our truck. You are reckless and a irresponsible company.

Pat Palumbo: We just came back from a week stay at Hutchinson Shores spa and resort. It is our favorite place to stay and once again we are we’re not disappointed. Ray has done a very good job mentoring the employees there. We met Ray a few years back and think the world of him. Eric and Zack took care of us this past week. They were so professional and courteous and we’re always smiling. They would check on us every hour to see if we needed anything and the day that Cape Canaveral sent up a rocket ship Eric made sure everyone on the beach knew about it . ariel gucci: I came to South Beach today to spend my last day in Miami relaxed, and Sarah completely ruined my last day here. She was rude and had an attitude the whole time she was on the phone speaking with someone while attending me! This is absurd, aside from the prices being expensive the least they can do is have workers that AT LEAST pretend to like being there and attending customers. I ended up going to a different part of the beach because whenever I would go up to her asking for prices on drinks, she wouldn't even look at me and pay attention to my questions, completely ignoring me. The girl is very unprofessional and made my experience horrible and just downed my whole mood.

Katie Montani: On day 1, Billy was lovely! I got the chair I wanted. I arrived at 10, just like today. I sat under a two chair umbrella and he drug the other chair away with no problem. Today I arrived and the rules are different. So now I have to sit in the second row because I’m only one person paying $40 for a chair and umbrella. This man was so rude! He kept raising his voice at me telling me that people who pay $60 sit in front. I’m the first customer here and this is how I’m being treated!!! Take your business and money elsewhere. As we were being helped an extremely rude older man in a black shirt (looks like the manager) came from behind her and started yelling at us for us to hurry! John Canavan: It’s obvious that most hotels + residential properties don’t have the resources or motivation to provide a basic service to their guests or residents, hence this is where Boucher Brothers comes in. Basically a solution for the unmotivated. In any event, the problem is that Boucher Brothers provides the lowest level of quality in their umbrellas, so if there’s a slight breeze (on the beach mind you) they refuse to give you an umbrella. The solution; purchase your own beach umbrella so there’s no reliance on Boucher Brothers. Simple.

Shanais Cruz: Yesterday memorial day weekend 9th Avenue crew delightful young men and women. We purchased the day bed they cleaned it and set up the day bed. My mother and I tipped very well. TODAY Sunday 10th Avenue the ladies who charged wonderful! But the BOY who was supposed to show us to our day bed REFUSED to walk us to the day bed and set our umbrella. He said sit wear ever you fins a spot! Disgusting the whole time we have been on this beach with the beautiful staff! This little BOY CAUSE A MAN WOULDNT TREAT WOMEN THAT WAY! with his gold teeth! I can't! The privilege is strong with that one! So unfortunately you get ONE STAR! BECAUSE HOSPITALITY should be the minimum provided by ALL your staff!!!

movingonandup: I'm posting this review to give special recognition to the Life Storage Coral Gables store manager Theresa, manager Kharetta and area manager Jodie. I had a problem with my billing and all 3 of these women helped me out tremendously in addressing my issue. All 3 actually listened to me and my issue, showed that they were trying to see the problem from the customer's perspective and responded accordingly, timely and with compassion. I was not only happy that my issue was completely addreseed and resolved, but was even more happy with how these 3 women showed that they cared about my concerns and how they addressed my issue. P MB: Context: I started through my last employer with an amazing, well staffed recruiter agency called ASAP (highly recommended), who really cared EQUALLY for their staff, clients and recruits. The employer (client) had an agreement with CAREERXCHANGE to move their employees from ASAP to CAREERXCHANGE after being employed for over a year. Everyone at the employer had warned my coworkers and myself, whom were going to transition over to CX, regarding CAREERXCHANGE as a bad agency to work at for poor employee benefits and specifically warned everyone about Mr. Juan Centeno. As a professional, which I consider myself, I am deaf to gossip and never one to judge. I turned to CX (Mr. Centeno) for help and assistance with issues I was having at the employer. He (Mr. Centeno) asked me if I had an email of incidents (logs) that they could work with to interact with the employer and find common grounds in order to find a solution. The solution was (literally) an hour later, a reply to my email from Mr. Centeno, with CC to their lawyers firm, stating that I had violated my agreement “sharing confidential property” and I was relieved immediately from my position with the employer and consequently, with CAREERXCHANGE. As a result of my final days with the employer and recruiter agency, due to the amount of stress I was undergoing, I was medically diagnosed with a severe case of Shingles. Did I also mention CX never provided health insurance and I was in the transition of obtaining one after months of not being eligible for one through the new recruiter even though I had two and a half years of being employed with their client? In my professional opinion and personal experience, my review is as follows: I do not recommend working with CAREERXCHANGE. When there are issues with the employer (client), they do not use any sorts of professional empathy or just human empathy. They care solely about their clients, not recruits. No matter the issue. This is in regards with a specific employee of CX, but makes one question their overall moral values and ethics as a recruiter agency. I hope others had a better experience with CX when having issues at their employer.

Cristina Martinez: I have had an amazing experience with Maria Martinez. She has always chosen the right positions for me that have lasted many years. She definitely has had my best interest at heart and I couldn't feel more comfortable in her hands as a recruiter. She always calls me back and always has great constructive criticism. I have always felt prepared with her guidance and I am very grateful that Career Exchange has her as one of their recruiters.

Jack Garcia: This storage facility is probably one of the best kept, best run and conveniently located storage facility in Miami that I have ever encountered. They have ample carts to assist you with your personal belongings and the way it is constructed, it easily fit my huge moving tractor trailer so that we were able to unload our belongings without any problem or interference to the othe tenants. The manager, Christina, was so helpful and accommodating not only us but all of the tenants that utilize the storage facility. She’s a real professional and runs an amazing operation.. Haffy Aus: Highly recommend this location! Due to our travel plans, we only had time to complete storage paperwork and drop off our goods before open office hours on a Saturday morning and Yogi accommodate us by coming in earlier. To add, he had car trouble that morning, so he took an Uber to make it at the time agreed. Very professional, friendly and thorough on showing the space and providing detailed instructions.

Peter vrees: Joe was working today (5/13 11pm.) He was exceptional. Not only did he help me when my pin wasn’t working but he escorted me extremely politely when helping me out. Sam Dobrow: UPDATE [FEB 2022]: Extra Space Storage was acquired by Life Storage. It's not the same. I can not recommend this business any longer. I've had issues getting registered in the new customer portal (it sucks), and it doesn't process my credit card every month. It won't send me invoices or payment confirmation, and they charge a non-negotiable $50 late fee when their system doesn't run the credit card. Amazingly enough, the system is very proficient at sending dunning notices and assessing late charges. I am also upset with the deceptive "introductory rate." When you sign the lease, in the fine print, it says they can raise the price with 30 days notice and after 90 days, guess what? You're moved in, and they jack the rent. I'm tired of getting cheated! I will be moving out soon. I'm not going to be a "LIFE" customer. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Alex is very easy to work with. Extremely helpful. He really appreciates his customers. Site is convenient and easy to move in/out.

Olivia Y.: Has such a gorgeous campus and amazing atmosphere. It feels quite safe, despite hearing that it's in a rough area. Traffic isn't all that bad.

Christian Martin: Absolutely beautiful campus! I took a tour and the campus is very post-modern. Lots of art works and installations spread throughout. There is a wonderful mall style food court. We took a look at the dorms and each person gets their own room in their floor. Tour information session extremely informative with costs, requirements, options, etc. Everyone could not have been more nice and helpful!

Luca Perrin: The campus is fully open to the public. You can enjoy a walk around the buildings and the little lake. The palms and the grass make it very nice. You can also admire some students in the classes or at the pool. There is also a shop where you can find all types of goods personalized “UMiami”.

Carlie Jean Louis: My daughter went on a field trip today and enjoyed every second of it. She loved the campus and how people work hard to graduate. She wants to go there when she is older. She is definitely excited. She wants to be a pedestrian doctor and I'm so proud of her.

Wilkie_G Ferguson: Unless your parents can afford the exorbitant tuition or you have a great scholarship I would not recommend attending UM. I had some good professors and some not so good. Class sizes are fairly small which will matter for some, others not so much. People talk about the campus being beautiful but in my opinion it was nothing special. It is a fairly new school and the modern buildings lack the character of older schools established in the 1800s. In addition, the older buildings they did have are being torn down to make room for newer facilities. Weather is a plus if you don't mind the humidity or lots of rain. If you are looking for the "typical" college town experience I doubt you will find it at UM due to its location in a large metro. It seems like UM is a hot destination for prep school kids from the Northeast. The vast majority of guys that attend UM are bros. Also rich kids from around the world, especially Latin America, the Caribbean, and China. Save your money. Start off at a Community or Junior College then transfer to a public four year college or university. At the end of the day the University of Miami (like all other colleges and universities) is a business. They just want your money. They don't care about you or what happens to you after you leave. That's my two cents.

George Schoen: I should have gone to school here. Have visited here for classes and performances all my life and I've always LOVED the lush, campus grounds, the macaws, and best weather. THE school to attend in America. Has it all. Was there on a Wednesday recently to work their Farmer's Market. Yes, urbane UM hosts a market every Wednesday. Part of their WellCanes program. And don't get me started about the athletics...

Tanya Brown: Enjoyed my time there. Played women's basketball as well. Great sports atmosphere. Beautiful campus. Teachers are knowledgeable as well asaccommodating when you need to speak with them.

Allen Woodcock: Never went to school here, but as a visitor to campus, had an excellent time. Met a lot of cool and interesting people and had a book signed by one of the climate professors that wrote a book about Hurricane Andrew. Very cool school!!!

Minett Fouce: Most beautiful campus. Conveniently located close to my home. Additionally, very safe and secure. Great place to study yet be happy, due to it's environment, personal, motivation and ongoing events to keep one In high spirits. All about the []_[].

1Freddy Angel: This review has been viewed 1,238 times. This is the second FedEx location we visited today. We had to come here to this location in Brickell - 901 S Miami Avenue Suite 214 because the FedEx Shipping Center in Walgreens down the street at 200 SW 13th Street was not able to print a shipping label due to a FedEx system failure (whatever that means)... Now, the first thing we noticed upon arrival to this location at 3:33pm is that their back entrance and exit is closed and locked shut (major emergency exit - violation with City of Miami Code Compliance), however they do seem to have their fire alarm system set in place. While analyzing the inside of the establishment for cleanliness we noticed everything is fairly clean, and well organized. Third thing we noticed is not one associate wearing a mask. One associate was helping a customer, while about five other associates on the opposite side were all chatting behind the registers (must have been a quick huddle or team meeting who knows). The associates here got upset with us because we were taking photographs of the FedEx business, and we got into an argument about privacy and company policy, but we wasn't taking any direct photographs of their staff at all, we were literally just snapping the business without harassing anyone. The manager seemed to be the most upset with us because we actually asked to see their company policy they were referring to, and she refused to ring us up for some Extra gum and Sourpatch candy. It's all good if you don't want us to take any photographs, but you don't have to lie about a policy, and make it seem like we were doing something horrible. Honestly your store is very clean and organized, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience here, and we wouldn't return as first choice even if it is the nearest FedEx Office and Kinkos. We don't want to come across as bad peaople, so we did edit your review to three stars because the store is actually in good condition. It's best not to argue with customers about things like this, and we do apologize, but this makes us all look kind of stupid. We were upset and they were also upset, it is what it is, we can all definitely learn from this experience though. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of are top main focuses because of demographics. Expect us very soon, Thank you.

Who is He: I received the most superb service from Mr. Jordan and Mr. Ivan. The staff here at the FedEx in Mary Brickell Village make you feel at home with their proficient customer service. The ease of which they take and give instructions is masterful. The observable care that they treated us clients with is masterful to the superlative extent. I went to print out a book of mine because the library was closed and it was an emergency Mr. Jordan and his associate Mr. Ivan walked me through the process and all 238 page were printed successfully and I was satisfied. I will visit Fedex more often because of the treatment and service I received.

Gigi Teller: Worst experience ever these people are thieves. DO NOT COME HERE. Took my money and told me I was able to ship a computer and mind u this was the assistant manager, after couple of days fedex informed me packaged couldn’t be delivered due to customs and didn’t want to give me a reason, it was a used 300$ computer lol. Called the store and they told me they didn’t know laptops couldn’t be sent due to lithium battery policy and said they couldn’t refund me to call fedex and open a claim like wow bro is that how they are trained to steal from people ? Ok now fedex is telling me I need to pay to get packaged shipped back to me another 600$ plus 500$ that I initially paid for shipping over 1,000$ 𝙻𝚘𝚜𝚜. The people at this office lied to me repeatedly telling me that they will look into this and that they were gonna go ahead and provide fedex with their account number so I wouldn’t be charged for the return which was all lies. Fedex tried to charge me for return on my credit card this is crazy DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL THIEVES.

Simona Nagyova: I only recommend to come here if you are bored and having time to waste. The regular employees have zero knowledge and very bad customer service manners. After a 30 min wait in the line, the employee wasted at least 15 min. trying to process an international shipment with domestic airbill before she finally got the attention of the manager who told her what to do. Of course at the end she blamed it was my fault. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Give up on this FedEx location, the UPS few blocks away is fabulous, everyone is friendly and efficient over there. They handle many more customers in a much shorter time. I will rather pay a bit more for saving my sanity.

Adele Jones: UPDATE: The New Manager, Rose, is amazing, she immediately advocated on our behalf and was able to negotiate a more reasonable increase of $22 per month. Rose was very responsive and polite and provided excellent customer service. Hopefully, this will be the last crazy notice we get from Public Storage. Be careful, we just got a notice that our storage rent was going up $66 per month...no reason just a postcard saying our auto payment has been updated. We just moved in Sept 2021 and less than 6 months later they up the price by over 792 per year. Not cool.

luap _ q: My first time renting a space in a Public Storage and I have to say that the people at this place really made it work for me. I rented the place online so I got the wrong size for the things I wanted to storage so when I got there Latoya the lady at the front desk with a beautiful attitude and great customer service was able to help me find the perfect space. Also the manager of the place who I talked with on the phone was of great help explaining the size and the stuff I could put in them. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Ariel Jaimes: I called around to several storage facilities and everyone had higher pricing. We secured a special of a $1 for one month which was great. When we went to the facility on 115 Biscayne, we dealt with Tina. She was very professional. She showed us the unit, the facility and how everything worked. She was knowledgable and personable. Clean facility friendly staff—highly recommend it.

Juan José Acosta: It’s clean and staff are helpful like mentioned in the other reviews. However, they only have 3 carts to carry stuff up in a building that has thousands of storage units. Every time I come here it takes more than 30 minutes for one of the carts to become available. With such a large facility they should consider adding a considerably larger number of carts.

Elizabeth D.Prado: I was so pleased with the manager Joseph. He helped me and made sure I was happy with my storage. I got there with a truck full of items and previously spoke to customer service to help me get a storage big enough for my furniture. I had a lady helping me over the phone, I mentioned everything I had and was nervous and hesitate about what size storage I should get and the lady that helped me gave me the wrong size storage which it was super small for my one bedroom furniture so when I got there I saw the storage room and I panic because the room was so small and there was no more storage left plus I had movers that I was paying by the hour and also had to turned the Uhaul in soon so the clock was ticking. Joseph was so helpful and did the most to help me, his service as a manager and employee was outstanding and did everything he could and luckily he found a bigger room in same building and it worked out perfect. I won’t ever trust customer service on the phone or let them pick a size storage for me (this lady promised me it was the perfect size) but I’ve learned that the best thing is to see it in person first. if you ever go to this location 300 NW 36st make sure you ask for Joseph because he will truly take care of you and his customer service is outstanding.
