Bjorn: Oh yes I really like Joanne fabrics. Sometimes the staff can be a little short but all in all everyone’s very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. I got some really nice upholstery fabric for four chairs I found on the side of the road. It turned out really well I’ll post pictures soon.
minnie Plants: I've had the luck any time ago here there is never a line! There are always great sale prices and deals, I can never leave without buying! Staff is short but they help as they can!
Bearcat Latina: In this store you better be prepared to spend 30 to 45 minutes on check out. It literally took me five minutes to find what I wanted and approximately 45 minutes to an hour before I paid. Very inconsiderate of customer time
Carmen Hevia: Happy with all my purchases. Since my girls were in school, I'd get supplies for thier project's. Thing is, I go in for a few things and come out with more than I need. Lol it's like a candy store.
Aya: Even though this store is not as big as others has a good selection of things. The place is clean and organized but painfully understaffed. My low rating is because of that. You spend more time finding a worker to help you cut your fabric or to go to the cashier so you can pay than what you spent finding your things. They have on average 2 people so even when they want to be helpful and answer questions or guide people to where the things are, they can’t because they have to be at the register or cutting or putting stuff in the shelves etc. Is sad because I know many of the staff, as I’ve been going to this store for like 7 years, they are nice people but some days the stress and people complaining get the best of them. I hope the store really read the reviews and see that they need more people!! I honestly sometimes just go to Michales instead which happens to be a couple of businesses away in the same plaza, just because I know Joann’s takes more time. So if you go there just plan for NOT an in and out kind of shopping experience.
Tobey 055: Store is stocked in fabrics, everything else is a hit or miss...depending what you need. The store needs updating it's a bit dark and dingy.
Roger Rodrz.: Nice store to and get some nice decor's for your everyday home. Need alittle more personal but still nice place. If you have some imagination you can come up with some cool designes. They have an amazing variety of threads for every occasion. If you have someone to make you a dress this is the place to get what your looking for

LISA CM: Did not have a good experience today. Maybe she was having a bad day and asked him to make sure and help me get out of there as soon as possible. No receipt but i have a personal $20 limit under which I just tell myself it's worth it to be sure that i don't want to do business with them again. I'm pretty sure they will not miss me.

Vincent McHugh: This is in a way like stepping back in time to a retail world one rarely finds today. It has an amazing inventory of items for either the professional designer, a dressmaker, or a general consumer. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Covid has impacted the event business such as weddings and proms, so if you can stop by and pick up something I am sure they would appreciate it.

MissScorpion AKAMariah: I had low expectations for this fabric store honestly, but a quick visit changed all of that. They have exactly what I’m looking for at great prices! The inspired fabric goes for $20 everywhere that I’ve seen so far, but it’s only $12 and some change here. I’m going to start making dancewear soon so I need variety. I think I’ll find it here. I’m even more excited to get started now. And the guy was much nicer than the ones at Nunez. Better prices, better customer service. They will get my business.

Sara L: Rosa Fabrics has gorgeous fancy sequinned fabrics for reasonable prices. They sell lining fabrics and organza. They also have a selection of nicely-priced spandex fabrics, both basic and printed. There is a public parking lot less than a block North on the same street that fronts Rosa fabrics. Bring at least $10 in cash to park there.

The store is moldy and stuff is extremely rude. the streets that surround this store is also saturated with urine. so shopping online by comparison is like paradise. Nathalie Maass: This is the rudest company that I have entered. I asked for help and they told me they don't speak English. I asked where a specific fabric was located and they told me that I cannot be helped and to go look for myself. I am surprised they have kept this business for so long. So disappointed in the customer service... after all doesn't the customer keep a business alive. Perhaps some customer service training and Rosetta Stone???? Just a suggestion :)
Ana Carolina Tejada: Worst customer service! I just called to this company inquiring about a specific fabric I'm looking to purchase and I asked the man I spoke with if I can send him a picture of the fabric and he responded me: "we are very busy and we don't have time for that" and hung up.
Curvy Trends: I have to disagree with the previous review. Know what material you need to begin with. I went in today for the first time because I am starting an active wear line and the owner personally helped me out. His employees were very helpful as well(Ricardo). They really take the time to explain what fabric it is and what it can be used for. I do recommend you do your research on your own and have an idea of what you need. Good luck!

They weren’t on top of me while I browsed which I always appreciate but were helpful when I had questions. Adrian in particular was great. Our experience was made particularly memorable by Carolina, she was amazing and very knowledgeable, and also patient and didn’t rush us at all. I would say this is probably the best experience I’ve had in a fabric store, I will definitely be coming back next time I am in the area and come a lot earlier so I can look at every fabric in every corner of the store.

Liz Grogan: Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store, ESPECIALLY JOSE in the print shop! I came to him with a special order that needed a very fast turn around and he was more than accommodating. He spent probably about a half-hour total on the phone with me, walking me through how to make the order work. He was patient and friendly and went out of his way to make the order happen. THANK YOU, JOSE!!!
Iana Maregocio: Always got a good service and attention but today an employee named Amber charged me for an express service that took her more than 30 minutes to bundle 25 pages. I asked for the price twice but she newer answered me, I wated and then she charged the express service. I'm were disappointed 😞
Mafe: Sept 2021 update - see photos I come here a lot. I’m lowering to 3 stars because of the filth in this place, especially the copy center. This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. It’s a shame 4-30-21 Update The copy area has been getting super crowded lately. The self-serve area machines may break every now and then -which happened to me recently. The closest clerks to this area are handling the customers in the long line for the copy center. This area is packed in comparison to the check-out line by the door. I was seeing more employees at check-out, some even wondering around when I think management should be sending the copy center some help. I’ve been coming to this Staples since I moved to the area back in 2017. I buy all of my kids’ school supplies here, masks, do printing, get my work supplies here as well and do quality printing for work and my son’s school projects. The print quality is impecable and they also use a special kind of paper for color prints so it definitely looks more professional. There’s a self-serve area with 3 machines that you can use to print, scan, copy. They are simple to use and you also get the same quality as if you went to the associate at the counter. Good thing to know is that Staples will price match to popular competitor. The list is on their website.
Tali Kadoch: The ladies at the printing center are the worst sales and customer service people I have ever met. They are not helpful and extremely rude. I sent something to print and it came out wrong. When I asked them if they could fix it, one of them just started almost yelling saying "I can't do anything". I ended up asking for a refund. They also told me the printing services weren't available for the rest of the day. It was 6pm and they close at 9! It looked as if they just wanted to leave their job earlier. Overall, terrible experience.
Kelli Scerbo: This Staples was AWFUL! I traveled by Uber 20 minutes from my hotel to order prints for my company event. We needed (50) 5x7 print outs front/back by the next day for our event. Two workers were not responding to customers who were standing in line as they were waiting for their orders for days. In the end, I ended up calling to check the status of my order that they ensured would be done in time & they claim the "printer" broke & they were going to call to cancel everyone's orders, however they didn't think to call first thing in the morning. No sense of urgency! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had! I traveled 40 minutes to the Staples in Hialeah & they had my order complete in 2 hours. NEVER EVER USE THIS STAPLES LOCATION!
Patty Brooks: I was greeted by a sales person as soon as I walked in the front door. Try getting there at Office Depot. Staples didn’t have much of a selection of display models for laptops so I will have to go somewhere else but I still had a pleasant experience and found the sales help around when I needed them
Daria Kravets: If I could give 0 stars I would , came in to print out some menus and received the absolute rudest customer service I have ever encountered from the employee of the printing department.
Dexter Morgann: I tried to print some PDF documents, exactly 7 documents of 10 pages each, the assistance at the counter was not available, although they only served whoever they wanted, White male, 40 years old, green eyes, does not qualify for treatment.They make me send an email to be able to print my documents, after putting my credit card They tell me that they can only print the email... Not the documents... They suggest using a computer To open the documents there, obviously with an extra charge... You're welcome I agreed, but you had no choice... I opened the document but it won't let me print... While the time is still running.Finally someone came to attend with a bad face, and downloaded my documents on the computer to be printed.Time keeps running.At last it gives me the option to print... $17 dollars each document.For 10, it would be $170 for my black and white prints, plus computer time.With a bad attitude they told me what it cost... When more same impressions elsewhere, I pay an average of 6 cents per impression.In the end I had to cancel everything, and as if that were not enough, they charged me the use of the computer, $10 dollars And I couldn't do anything, besides, I realized that if you're not the same color as them, you're not welcome.It's time to stop coming and look for a lawyer.
Charles Sodah: I've used B&D Dumpster Rental Omaha twice excellent service Always on time for both drop of an pick up. Best price and service I've ever seen. Their very cooperative and will get to you even on a short notice. Thank you very much Mike and staff.

Dane Luke Wagner: The place is clean, well stocked and organized. Easily accessible as well. The services are solid, I appreciate the store pick up and curb side service. The 4 stars is because it was a little tricky to get help from the workers there. When we needed help 2 different people saw us and literally like ducked down and walked away quickly. Besides those two people...the experience was great.
Shaun Fuller: First time in a very long time when I have been able to find a Sales Associate so quickly, so knowledgeable and so affable. Thank you for making this shopping trip enjoyable. While the store didn't have all the pen ink refill styles I was trying to find, the Sales Associate quickly identified what would work for two of them as well as identifying the small cell cluster batteries that were in stock for 3 other pens there if I needed them!
Theresa Morales: Not very helpful people in this store. I have a learning disability and I had a hard time trying to print a document from my laptop. The two young men did not assist eventhough I asked twice, they spent more time with a younger person. They spent about 3 minutes by asking me to look for my document in laptop, neither one helped me navigate through my laptop. They both said to email the document and both times I told them that it went through so that I can recieve confirmation so that they can print it. They insisted I never sent it. Once my laptop ran out of battery after waiting at 30 minutes in line, I could no longer show them proof I sent it multiple times. I finally left ery upset, and guess what all 3 emails were there to show proof that I had confirmation number! They were extremely unprofessional and insensitive. Shame on you and your management to hire incompetent staff. I will never come in to this store....btw, all the people standing around in front of the store whether on the phone or having a fun time chatting, could have helped me or anyone in line waiting for that matter.

Sue Vespi: I always go to Office Depot when I need any type of office supplies. I find the staff very helpful and Elias was extremely helpful at checkout. I also had great help from another gentleman who was helping me find correct ink refills.

Heaven Falconburg: We had an amazing experience! We originally went to Rex fabrics that wanted to sell us fabric for $200 per yard; My fiancé and I were looking for material to make his Groom’s suit and would have spent $900 for his suit there. We shopped around—after working with Jason a little (the shop owner’s son who took over the business) we asked about local shops & he recommended his local competitors. This told me that he was honest and willing to give up a sale so we could find what we needed. His competitors didn’t have *nearly* variety he had. He had a wide knowledge of different blends of fabrics, and found each fabric very quickly. We ended up spending around $250 for enough fabric for 3 suits (Groom, Father of the Groom, and a little nephew). Jason has a knack for bargaining, customer service, and keeping the experience fun; I won’t forget the fun we had looking for the suit colors mainly because Jason added laughter & character to the buying/bargaining process.

Once time I was with my sister buying and they didn't have what we asked for, witch is unusual, they really have a lot, anyway we continued to look around and he almoste run throe and pushed here from the back. They have a good variety but price is not the best and service is always discussable . Here is why Inventory: 0 stars Staff: 5 stars Rewards: 4 stars Clean: 3 stars (I'm fully aware they don't control inventory but yet it seems they get little to no inventory) I constantly go to this location for my basic prop needs as a makeup artist and craft person. But the only thing about this location is inventory is little to none on alot of things. The staff at check out have always been nice, respectful and glad to help. I have had encounters with shelf stockers upset if you stop them from stocking. I come from a big box retail so I understand but customer comes first. The location is a little dingy and sad feeling cause it seems old. There are areas where inventory is just everywhere, or there is no inventory there is no inbetween. Can you find what you need ? Maybe, sometimes it's luck. Can you get a good customer interaction? Yeah.
V: Always well stocked, free parking nice family safe locale. Love their seasonal decorations. Also when the canvas are BOGO. It helps the Artist. However, I miss the 40 percent off a regular item coupon

I kindly asked the cashier If i could speak to the supervisor regarding donations for the wonderful super teacher from seminole elementary for teacher appreciation week. Im a mom and part of the PTO board, I never spoke to the manager instead a worker came with a very ignorant attitude didn't even look at me. She spoke to the cashier making me feel a liar/ piece of garbage. Maybe she thought I wanted those donations for myself. She also said to me that they had never been asked that question. She rolled her eyes. And started talking very low with the cashier, i guess making false assumptions about me. Very very disappointing, horrible customer service, never coming to this store again.

Sage Blue: Customer service on point👍🏾. Store has all good arts and crafts. Got custom frame work done there and they was very professional. A lil expensive, but worth it because of good quality and last longer. I would be going back to get more of my pictures frame. As a non-artist wanting some basic watercolor paint I ended up having to buy a kiddie set, it would be nice if there was a beginner section. Picked up some frames, couldn't find any white paper sized 8' x 10'. It wasn't very busy, so with 2 cashiers working, there was barely a wait to pay.

Eilee Murray: They had what I needed but it was difficult to find and oddly organized. The staff had differing information and knowledge about the products I wanted-- but it's a Michaels, so that's to be expected. Only come here if you can't find it elsewhere or if you're in a crunch.
strongislandgal: Sorry...this store is very close to me, but I'll make the drive to the Hobby Lobby on the Miami River, that I find so much better in every way. This is a nice new Michael's with typical Michael's stuff. For me it will be emergency use only, and it will be nice to have it closeby for some very basic craft use., but even so....it was out of things like super glue gel, and packages of basic sewing needles and the knitting needle selection was terrible. I've gone three times to see how it is progressing.I bought some ribbon after Christmas. One day there were very nice men in the frame department, but most times can't find anybody to ask about anything, and everytime a LONG, LONG wait at checkout. (Nice checkers though.) I find many of the products are poor quality, not very creative buying. Too bad-- I have been waiting so eagerly.

I was shopping for casual wear, but they have gorgeous fabrics and laces for formal clothes. There is everything here. There are two floors, neatly arranged with super pleasant sales help and friendly staff at checkout. Miami is lucky to have Mood here, and I can't wait to return.

Be aware. Don't hold the line up cause you "forgot." Rant... Please don't be a Karen and get upset that the employees won't do your project instore for you for free. Too many entitled people barge into mid conversation with reps then get upset that the reps won't cater to them at every moment. I'm looking at you lady that comes at xmas time cause you dont want to follow the detailed instructions on how to cover your seat cushions. Yes, its work. YOUR WORK....not the employee with an ever increasing line while trying to cut in the line and wear a mask. Jazzy Slime: I needed some 12x12x6 cake boxes and the 2pk they had was perfect. Price was decent as well ($6.49). The cashier was very nice that checked me out also! They are 2pc boxes not one single piece.
