Jesucristo es mi pastor: of all the states i went on vacation this walmart was the worst the cashiers on purpose take their time to scan the items the lines go around every store because the cashiers are not fast they have closed cashiers and there are no cashiers for you to pay yourself like other walmarts so I don't recommend you visit it if you come to Miami on vacation it will take you 2:30 hours in the line to pay the managers are rude and do nothing to solve the problem of the huge lines to pay I would give it zero stars it is horrible this walmart 😡🤬

Nicole Marsh: I have never been so disappointed in Walmart. It was worth than a Black Friday after thanksgiving. Unfortunately not many Walmarts in this area, so your choices are limited. The shelves where bare and the lines went to the back of the store, no lie. Make sure you have plenty of time before you put this on your trip list.

Adianett Martin: Im giving it one star because I can’t give it any less. Worst Walmart I have ever been to. The workers are there for nothing. You request someone’s help and they pretend they don’t hear you. Once someone helps you it’s with a bad attitude. The lines are huuugeee , only 3 cashiers opened and 10 closed. I don’t understand where’s the costumer service of this place. You go to the Walmart in 49 st and it’s a totally different story. This is the worst of the worst

Angela Trujillo: Although I was never notified that the photo collage poster created that was intended to complete the bathroom make over, which was a gift for my grandmother's 99th birthday, had indeed arrived in time for the celebration.. being the employee at the photo counter, Joseph, was very kind and helpful in locating the photo, as well as checking me out was such a pleasant surprise (considering the service usually received at that particular Walmart) was pretty much my salvation, when I realized that the product I purchased is useless, it's blurry, not the normal low quality blur but unrecognizable blur. that the cut of the poster is not straight, which makes it cut off pictures in the frame, the color is bad, along with the fact that I am out the money I paid because I cannot spend the two hours it would take to go back to store and return or take the chance to deal with the two rude women who have racial discrimated me on more than one occasion in the past and who in work in customer service at that store

Jay Elwood: Do not go to this particular Walmart, unless you don't mind standing in line for approximately an hour to pay for your items. The lines are so long they extend from the cashier to the midsection of the menswear/shoe department. None of the speedy (10 items or less)lines were open, pardon me, there was a speedy line open in electronics - with another extended (about twenty customers)line! A horrible shopping experience. I've noticed most Walmart's that I patronize lately have inadequate (bare) shelves with respect to jeans, underwear, t-shirts, and watches. The return/money services area is laden with carts full of returned items. Walmart has seriously fallen off - the demand far exceeds the supply. Stay away from this particular store though. JE.

James 2021: This store 04303 continues to deliver class A rudeness, disrespect, and employees who lack knowledge of their position and the store operations. Employees who have no clue of customer service. They continually lack humility when they are the ones in the wrong. OP# 000123 TE# 26 TR# 01174 Is a classic example of the above. This young was totally uninvolved in her position as a cashier. Prior to me she owed a customer change. She had no coins in her tender. She looked at the customer and pointed to her register. What is the next move: request from management coins for the register. The customer left shaking his head. My turn. I have a plant that is cover in a yellow clearance for .75 cents. It rings up for $2.97. I politely show her the clearance. Her response was: “it is ringing up for $2.97. I politely said I can see that it did but that is not the current price. She just stares at me. What to do next? Call for management. I suggested for her to ask for help. She continues to stare. She did not call for help but instead turn on a blinking light. I flagged the attention of someone and she said over ride. She continue to put in the wrong price and kept the 2.97. I am like huh. .75 x 4 is $3 not $6. She finally gets it right continues to throw the reminding products I bought into a bag. Simply Amazing

MeryAnn u: Bad customer service. Needs better managing & more cashiers. Doesn’t matter how early or late you go to avid this happens all the time, all hours. Extra long lines, out of 20 something registers is usually less than 10 cashiers working. I can never find an employee over the jewelry department.

Jackie C: This is one of the busiest Walmart I've been to!!! The check out lines were so long at times, they extended back into the women's dept & down the main aisles. Even the express lanes were constantly backed up. I can always find what I need at Walmart but one thing that seems to be consistent here, no cart wipes!!! Overall, staff was helpful.

David Silva: Josie at register 18 is the most laid back employee ever. it only took 1 hour to ring up one customer. I admit sometimes it's hard to find a bar code. it might take 10 minutes. congrats on the managers for having 3 registers open and 495996 customers in line. bravo!

Yakup Content AI Manager: Definitely a go to place for groceries even if this place is not the cheapest they have super friendly staff and a lot of cool products.

M. J: Been to this Target and the one down south towards Dadeland. Never once had a issue. They have amazing items. I felt like more so the clothes have found me rather I finding them. Will surely be my go to stores for simple things. Even the items near the front of the store that is like $10 or below are impeccable. Feels like I have found so much treasure in these two Target stores.

Patrick Lopez: Men's room didn't have toilet tissue in either stall...I requested from an associate standing by..15 minutes.it never came !...these people from another country take advantage of out generosity in jobs, and do what they want, it's not their home, cleaning up their house ! It's people who supports the store to pay them ! I'm 67 yrs I needed to go...now I'll wait til I get home

abdelilah el hassani: The first Target store I've visited. It was a good experience : large, clean and well organized. Featuring all you may need, a needle as well as a Ferrari ( toy) 😉😂. Products of good quality and a great staff that answers all your questions . I recommend it as an interesting shopping option.

The bathrooms needed a little more attention. I wanted to add that there's an employee named Valnise that always goes out of her way to provide great customer service. Have parking spots, affordable and is next to good shops. Miami design district is just 6 minutes walking and wynwood is 8 minutes walking. Definitely midtown is one of the best locations in Miami.

Ju Barros: I wish I could give less stars. I had a TERRIBLE experience buying on target. It all started with the itens I bought with 2 DAYS DELIVERY taking a lot longer while just showing "on time", when I called they said I COULD NOT even CANCEL IT "I should check with FEDEX". When it was finally delivered it was the WRONG ITEM, after calling they apologized saying they " could replace it in ONE WEEK after I should get my order delivered, saying my second item was on it's way ... ALSO THE WRONG ITEM! Now I need to get the boxes ready to pick up so after they scan te labels I can get my refund.

Corie Rose Marketing: Not all Targets are the same. Glad I saw this one. A lot of snacks and food stuff. Their selection of t-shirts was fire this time, Rick and morty, metallica. They even had Lime scooters.

Mark Niagara: A decent Target store, but I hate paying $2 an hour to park in the attached lot. Why can't the store validate it so if you're spending money shopping, you get free parking? The Target store itself is nicely laid out with lots of stock and a decent grocery section as well. I like how they have a ton of clearance clothes for men on the racks and shelves. The change room Target staff were just hanging out talking, there must have been 6 staff there huddled together. Who's managing this store? The food court area with the Starbucks and Target food is the worst I have ever seen. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl at the cash today told us we had to get in line on the other side. I said, we've been standing here for 5 minutes, can't you just serve us next? She would not. We get in line and wait and wait and when we ordered two hot dogs she told us it would take 30 minutes. Unreal! That woman with her hair in a ponytail was so rude to us, I don't know how the management allows this poor treatment of customers. The sitting area of tables and chairs was dirty, we weren't staying.

Robert Rivera: Wow! The things that make no sense in Miami. This is a Superstore (in name only), the store was literally exploding with customers. To serve this avalanche of people… TWO cashiers open and the lines to pay reaching the back of the store, even more interesting ‘Customer Service’ closed, lights out! This is on a Sunday January 2, 2022 @1pm Honestly, why does this store even exist? I do not understand!🤷🏼‍♂️

Lenrock: The few items I was really wanting to find here were out of stock. I was able to pick up some essentials thought at what I thought was a reasonable price. For a Walmart this size the parking seemed limited even though I was there at what looked to be a not very busy time. I had a few produce items that I thought might be difficult to use the self-checkout with, but that proved to not be much of an issue. Overall, not a bad store but it's probably better to use the app to see if things are in stock or not before you make the trek across town.

Martin Devillers: Super center lives up to its name. Went in to get some beach gear and walked out with everything. The prices are all over the place but generally reasonable. I’d recommend googling the SKU on the spot and see what prices you can find. Got an Igloo brand cooler for a steal so great deals are there to be found as well!

Mafe: The lines here are incredibly long as it is the case with pretty much every Walmart. I’m currently standing in the return line, I’m the 4th person in line out of 9 people. How many customer reps may you guess, are working the line? 1. I tried to get her some help and the closest employee was the one at the self check-out and she was also the only employee in that section. She also seemed overwhelmed. The manager passed by with a car full of things and as she was approached but this employee she said, “I can’t” while pointing at her cart. So make your own conclusion:

Ewok s: Use as a last resort !!!!! More than 20 Registers. And 2 cashier's open daily!!! Management never opens other registers On purpose. Just for Customers to get frustrated, and leave. Open the other registers. It's that simple. And Hire better workers not snappy, lippy , employee's who always say they don't know where anything is. And leave there large restocking carts in the way, blocking isles and don't have the common sense to say sorry or move it they just look at you nasty as if your a bother.

Dave García: The warehouse that has everything you need (and more) reigns in Westchester. I mean, why go anywhere else? Sure, this Walmart is next to a Publix in the same shopping center, but Publix doesn’t have all the great goodies and low prices WM has. Remember, it’s open 24 hours so don’t freak out if you see any Walmartians at any given moment – have your phone ready to snap that shot of those crazy people.

Gloria Lugo: Rita customer service associate need more training in how process money gram and any cash services . I had to asked to a coach and 5 different associates, wait for 20min until Shaonda came and answer my question. Then Rita did wrong the transaction causing a fraud message. That was a worst service

Wasted Century: The store itself is fine. But the customer service help is disgraceful ever since they changed to the new configuration. This afternoon there were 11 people standing in line and zero employees behind the counter. Everyone was in disbelief, including the lady first in line. She said she had been helped but it was taking forever. To top it off, a security guard named Emanuel smugly told us several times that we were not the priority. Drive thru is the priority. Emanuel seemed to think we should be willing to stand there forever. After all, drive thru is the priority. He repeated that 4 times, including after I said more employees should be assigned to the customer service desk. Emanuel directed us where to stand. After all, we're not a priority but we are a safety hazard, in his words. Emanuel made it perfectly clear he didn't care if any of us were ever helped. Drive thru is the priority. After Emanuel and his arrogant attitude departed, one fellow customer said, "Well it's nice to know I'm not a priority. Why do I shop here?" That's exactly what I was thinking. I am not only a customer but hold 251 shares of stock. That TGT stock is not cheap. It's scary if this non-priority attitude is widespread and impacts Target reputation.

Personal Account: Drive up… drive up… drive up! It’s a game changer. The Bird Road store is more organized, efficient, and reliable than the Target in Dadeland Station.

Larry Benton: At 8:30pm on a Monday, only 2 lanes were open and lines were stretching nearly half way down the store. Finally after 20 minutes of standing and not moving, they called for backup and opened 3 more registers. Store is open till 12am, so it wasn't like they were about to close. They need more cashiers full time.

Wandering Knapps aboard MV Illuminate: It's a target. Who doesn't like target. However, I was a little surprised I still couldn't try on clothes. But the last I asked, was so kind about their policy and had a great suggestion for me, and the lady at the checkout, Jenny, was beyond awesome. She was very patient with my son who wanted to buy his own legos.

Emmanuel Sarmiento: This is the best Target. The drive up window system is the best of all major stores. Macy’s makes you wait forever and their app sucks. The app here at Target is easy to use, practical. Your items are ready when you get there and they have a bunch of employees brining the orders out to your car quickly and friendly. I have been trying to get the department manager to fix his inventory on the milk section for the last 4 month and I always get the same answer yes we fix it, but they never do, they actually don’t care not even 1% because if they do care they would have call the main office and fix it. Target headquarter need to look into this problem ASAP because that’s how big company’s go out of business because of bad management and lack of communication, if I’m having a problem with the dairy section I’m almost sure there more customers have the same issue about other things.

Anhisha Cooper: This target is the closest one to my house. I find this location to always be busy but I always manage to find what I need and more. Love the target circle rewards program which rewards you for shopping and you can apply the money to your next visit. Location is organized and clean just like any target. Shopping carts are constantly sanitized.

Dominique St Hilaire: Walmart as a whole has to do better especially the one in nmb, FL. I entered the store around 8:00 pm to purchase a shower curtain rod. Im not sure if it's normal protocol to restock 3 hours before closing by pulling out the entire inventory and completely blocking all access to the bath section. I try my best to avoid walmart and today reminded me why. Target would never!!!!

Jason Allan: 2 hours to check out...not enough employees and a poorly managed store. Also, much of the common items were not on shelves. Many bare shelves that were difficult to manage due to the main areas being blocked by pallets of stuff. Just chaos...

Marian Malcolm: It’s 9:30 pm Saturday June 4, 2022 In spite of not that many shoppers walking around there is A HUGE line all the way to the BACK WALL of the store. If it was rush hour like 5 pm I could understand. But this late and with not that many shoppers, the workers here are not very efficient. Whoever is managing this store seriously does not know what they are doing. Only A small percentage of the many cashiers are being used. It should not be a 90 min wait in line at this time. Horrible experience

Javier Portillo: This Walmart is SUPER PACKED which explains why they run out of inventory. Most of the isles were empty. To make things worse it only has a few checkout lines open. They should add more self checkout lines and get rid of the registers that aren’t being used. Unfortunately it always comes down to budget, greed and poor management. Avoid if possible unless you’re willing to wait 30+ minutes to check out.

Leonardo Villalba: Walmart @ 163 ne 15ave.This is how they have their merchandise at this store. Not secure, my 7-year-old son got cut at the store with a knife, and when I went to inform the store manager the supervisor was called and he was very nasty about the situation, no help! Mr. Vicent (supervisor) was trying to escalate the situation instead of helping. Said “ I can't do anything about it you should watch your kid better”, that he was going to put the knives back where it was. Even after we told him someone else could get hurt. He didn’t even care that my son was in pain saw blood on his clothes and all but once he heard about a report was going to be done he was “acting” like he cared and while doing that was still being sarcastic with his comments. If I could rate 0 stars I would do so

bbnapad: Big parking spaces, clean shelves, very accessible. Customer service is ok. It's the place for busy people (parents mostly) when it comes to products variety. I love the garden area, the pharmacy, and the craft area would be my kids favorite area. The down side would be when you wanna check your items and there's not enough open cash register 🙀😠. It would be nice they work on that (you know like Costco do, the lines might be long, they have a way to ease the flow...) Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Marva Huff: Bought this Himalayan Salt Lamp here last week. This is the shidnicks ❤️❤️❤️ My favorite Walmart is the on 79th St. They have the best friendliest Customer Service staff! Wonder if my girl had her baby yet! They have beautiful house plants. The beauty and health section is jam packed with goodies at the best prices ever. Recently my son bought some deodorant because he didn’t know where I put the extra ones he purchased. So he went to our neighborhood Walgreens and overpaid for the same items Walmart had for so much less. I purchase staples like crinkled potatoes all the time and so much more for less than anywhere else❤️❤️❤️love my Walmart

Levi K: This store is in very close proximity to me. It has a decent stock but many areas are frequently not well stocked. Staff are well meaning but apparently not well trained. I asked an employee for corkscrews, she led me to the soda stream machines. Employee: this? Me: no, corkscrews, for opening wine bottles Employee: if you don't see it we don't have it. I show her a picture on my phone and she finally leads me to the location where a solitary corkscrew lay. The self check out lines are ok but for some purchases you need the regular check out counter. Employees don't seem well equipped to deal with large orders efficiently. Lines move at a painfully slow place. I'll still go back for the convenience but it's a shame because it could be much better.

Lyn: This place is the seventh circle of hell. Avoid at all costs! Lines are ridiculously long and everything moves at a slooowwww pace. I actually regret online shopping at Walmart because this is the closest location for returns.

A Zuluaga A: One star still more than this shop deserve. The standard answer when you ask for help is "that's not my department" as they walked away from you without even trying to help calling someone else. Prices are not enough to retain costumers if you have to spend 45 mins minimum to check out your products.

Xochi Musser: This is by far the best Walmart I've ever been to. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I was in another Walmart for hours earlier trying to resolve a return dilemma and there wasn't anyone that could help solve the problem (gave me the customer service number while I was there and they told me to speak to a manager but there wasn't a manager on duty?!) My options were to wait until a manager came in or go to another Walmart... So glad I chose the latter! Also, I couldn't find anyone to assist me in the electronics section in the first one... This one was so easy. So thankful to the staff here.

CRYPTOCASH 305: The manager in this walmart I think they should fire him or make a change in this store. How is it possible that there are never shopping carts, products, so monday to sunday all empty, poor cashiers, a disaster!!.. come on guys can you do a better job starting from the manager to the employees!!

Jennifer Jimenez: Come to this store for a quick in and out and. As I was here I used the restroom. As I was drying my hands an employee walked out of a stall and right out of the restroom with out washing her hands. I just could not keep it to my self. I walked out and saw her walking to a register to keep working. I walked up to her to told her that I saw her leave the restroom with out washing her hands and with COVID going around that is disgusting. And now she is going to ring people up with out washing her hands. She just looked at me with out staying a word. As I walked away I see she put her register light on did not go wash her hands. So I went to talk to a manager. 15 minutes later no manager came out. They called again 10 minutes later still no manager. As I was waiting security had a man or possibly steeling and still no manager. No wander this Walmart has employee not following simple rules like washing their hands managers are no where to be found. Thank God I do not live near this store. Will never be back.

reuben1127: Came here to buy nicotine patches, the pharmacist was extremely polite, helpful, and fast. I believe she's the head pharmaceutical personnel. She seemed to be from Asian decedent (didn't catch her name but I want her to be recognized for her great service). Thank you.

Luis Flores: I was shopping at Walmart in Cutler Bay on weekend. I got there the basic food basket for the week. From salt and pepper to poultry and meats. This place has the parking in 2 levels. I don't recommend the first level. There is always a lot of cars looking for a space to park. The quick lane is always a good option, if you have a few items to pay. Next to the main entrance, a Subway restaurant is available... Prices are affordable for any wallet.

Evolu “Roxy”: Terrible customer service. They don't care that they stock their shelves with expired milk and yogurt. Milk date showed it was still good for another week, yet was thick and lumpy when poured in a glass. They're ruining their own products. Then when you return yogurts you notice after buying that they're expired, they refuse your return when the fault was on them. Went to another Walmart for real service and reported this location for being a hazard.

Frenchie Friends Miami: Absolutely worst Walmart I have ever gone to. Management truly sucks here. On a Sunday when typically most people go grocery shopping they’ll have 4 regular registers open and 4 speedy checkouts that the line reaches almost to the half of the store! Doesn’t matter at what time you go if there’s a game or not it’s always like this. If you ever have to go to Walmart to get something quick keep driving to the nearest Publix.

j c: The worst walmart in Miami 3rd time arriving right before the pickup end time and no answer to phone, unlit pick up parking rude management. No solutions. They left me without thanksgiving dinner on the night before thanksgiving and now today again I sat and waited 15 minutes no response and no order. They should close this walmart down or just fire and replace everyone there. There was a cart on the side of the store and the vehicle in Pic pulled grabbed and left, now it makes sense why they would prefer to leave order unestablished than to give it to the person who ordered it.

Laquell J Entertainment: This location didn't have many lines open when I came in for lunch a few day's. I was really annoyed that I was spending so much time tomorrow in line with only a few people at the register. There were alot of customers and not enough staff. One lady was nice enough to let me and my coworkers skip the line so we could at least eat our lunch in time.

Noel Caesar: This store got refurbished recently and it is for the best concept , creating spacious room in between the isles for free movement . The one thing missing in the store is the electric cart for handicaps.

sherri mohammed: This has to be the worst Walmart in Maimi. The lines are always halfway to the back of the store, and the cashiers take their sweet time. Average wait time on line is about 40 mins if your lucky.

Martha E Wilson: I went to send some money through moneygram the employee in customer service told me that there no one to do it then to come back at 11 or 12 in the afternoon, then I spoke to her manager she told me the system was down so I told the her manager what she told me then she started yelling over the counter with a line of customers to try to argue with me because of that I requested to speak to the store manager who was on vacation his assistant I think his name is Ebidem came and told me that he would speak to the employee she was young but I didn't get her name but was wearing a long grey hair pony tail. Milagros Moreno: They have two cashiers in the department where they sell car tires, it took me 25 minutes wait on and only had two people ahead.At last I was treated when I was told I have to wait four hours to put my car 4 new tires I buy. While waiting for them to put the tires on my car, I went to buy a drink and a small package of potatoes, only had open seven registers, and I had to make a long line to buy 3 items, not amazing, cashier never greeting and she had not put her Bach with her name. Among the women's bathroom being back in the few lights that had lit it went out, as most were broken, I left in the dark in the bathroom, unbelievable.I can not believe with all the money making Walmart, this particular store this so neglected.One of the cashiers of the auto center where they sell tires was talking on his cell phone with a hearing aid post and any manager sees that. The young man who put my car tires was very friendly, I give him 5 stars, smiling and good worker. Today 10/30/2017 , 6 electric cars for customers with desability broken, they NEVER FIX THEM, incredible!!!!!!Update 01/29/2022, this place is full and they have open only 4 registers!!

Whoami 0070: Great location as a tourist. It is a mini Target but has items you may have forgotten or need to get some Miami take homes. There is a CVS in the store. You do have to park in the parking garage and pay the fee unless you can find street parking which is difficult. There is also a Starbucks in the store.

Daniel Villa, AIA: This is basically a much nicer version of a CVS or Walgreens with a better selection. It’s a mini-Target, so they don’t have as much as a big target, but they have a good basic clothing selection and the home supply stuff is very good. And, for the tourists- they have a big selection of travel / trial size stuff. See my pic.

Gavin R.: Certainly the nicest Target we've ever been to. The design of the building is beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the shops on the first floor become occupied. Security on the entry and exits make you feels safe. There's a Starbucks inside too. Consider the store and the coffee shop to be boutique-sized. They may have limited offerings, but a good selection to be sure.

Cynthia Perez: I left a bag of items I bought at self checkout. Happened to me before several times (never at this target). All I have to do is call guest services and they always know immediately which bag I’m talking about, and set it aside for me to pick up later. I have called every single department at this specific target for the past 40 minutes trying to get through to someone, ANYONE who works in the store. I love target and switch between my local stores often (they all carry different items). But I’ve never NOT been able to get through to someone. I called over 7 times!!!! I know it’s a smaller target but this is crazy unacceptable compared to the service I get at super centers. This was extremely disappointing UPDATE: had to drive to the store, bag wasn’t able to be found because an employee definitely put everything back. HOWEVER the manager and guest services was extremely nice to me and helped me get everything back. Thank you so much!!!!!

Laura F: 5$ for 15 min parking at Target garage. What a rip-off! Also, the ticket machine at the exit is barely working, so expect a huge line to get out because people can't scan their parking tickets. We just witnessed multiple cars backing up because they couldn't get out. An employee of the Target parking garage seems to not care at all about the situation—best advice: DO NOT GO TO THIS TARGET.

Doris Galindo: Pairing was increased to $5 and it seems they did away with free first hour. This is an abuse in inflation. Why? Because while cost has gone up, it is unlikely their lease went up. Business sign 10 year leases. Or if they own the building their business loan payment is the same. Mortgages don’t go up with inflation They are not any attendant more because their is none. Anyways, disappointed they increased parking while their cost for parking has not gone up. Just another business that takes advantage of inflation to increase prices. And anyways, I’m going their to shop never liked paying for parking. At least I should be happy, because I stopped going and it helps my bottom line.

Nikki Marcott: My issue isn't so much with the store despite the massive inflation compared to other Targets in the city or their smaller selection. But today I was charged $10 for a lil more than 30 minutes of parking. I literally came to pick up an order I placed via their app and then I get this huge slap in the face as I am leaving. Sorry but this will be the last time I ever shop at this Target. I will be taking my business to the midtown location and will advise everyone I know to avoid this place. It's simply a matter of ethics and to do that to your customers is sadistic.

Emily Isaacson: This Target has a pretty decent selection, definitely beach heavy but we were able to find almost everything we needed. The grocery section was bare bones, but did not have a wide selection of produce. There were very few employees working, so it took us a while to finish checking out.

Raquel Conner: Small and not a great selection of clothing. I couldn't even find decent underwear in Small or Medium so I opted to go commando for a day. Not fun. We were visiting from out of town on a spontaneous vacation, so we had no clothes for the kids. We went here and found next to nothing. One sad little section for kids and there weren't even shorts for boys! It's a hot place and lots of pants but they didn't sell shorts-- weird. It would have been more worth it to leave Miami Beach for a different Target or other store. Ross had tons of kids clothes, so there it was the better option.

Charles Ortiz: Parking at Target now costs $5 for half an hour. Theres no sign of the new added charges either. Capitalism strikes again. Not worth coming here unless you want to pay an entrance fee. Take your business to a different store.

Paula A. Rincón Mavares: I’m originally from Sarasota so this is weird for me to say but I loved this Walmart. Local Walmarts are nasty and small. Staff is rude and disrespectful towards anyone. But this Walmart out of time made me change the whole perspective I had because of the other Walmarts I happened to have around while I was living there. Store is huge. Have several options of shopping that I didn’t even know Walmart was cool enough to have them. They had items that has been discontinued by the smaller chains. I found everything I needed- and I also needed to have assistance a couple of times and everybody was really respectful and kind towards me. I wish every Walmart was like this one store.

Margarita Garcia: I took my car for change the tires. They absolutely nailed it and they help me all the process. The lady who take care of you is amazing and fast. She is a really hard worker 👏🏻

carmen hearn: Did the curbside thing today, great experience. Nice gentlemen by the name of Zachary was so helpful and gave great service putting my groceries in, even asked if i would like the eggs and bread up front so they don't get smashed or crushed. It was a pleasure chatting with Zachary as well. I would definitely shop here again and recommend all who like the curbside style or who have yet to try. Hope this helps someone.

Patri Scheffler: I live downtown Miami and just drove all the way out here to Miami Gardens because they have a super Walmart. I had to walk out and leave a full cart probably worth 600 dollars because there were no cash registers opened. The “super intelligent” MANAGER pretended me to do a SELF CHECK OUT!!! HELLO 🙄. Save your self time and don’t come here!!! I’m super upset I wasted my precious time! For the love of God CORPORATE WALMART do Something. You are losing money due to your smart employees!

Cassandra Holmes: I'm disappointed with this Walmart. The last time, I visied (after 8:30pm), they had all the registers closed and only had the 2 self-check out lines open. #TheNERVE!! I stood in line for an hour to scan my own items, bag them and pay for them! I'm not an employee of Walmart! The most disgusting part about this visit is they had elderly customers standing in those same long lines. Some were on canes, and two or three in wherlchairs. This was unbelievable and unacceptable!!!!! I inquired "Why these registers were closed?" The response was "we do this every night" #TheNERVE! Employees were stocking selves, while ederly customers and others were standing in long lines and doing the job of an employee. I called and made an official complaint but the manager has NOT returned my call. Please DO NOT support this Walmart, until they show some respect for those that keep them employed!!! I give them two THUMBS DOWN for this awful customer services! There are other stores that shows better customer service than this!!!!!

Evelyn Li: Went to change my tire, NEVER COMING BACK! I expected it to take less then 1 hour. The workers just stared at my car for half of the time then started working after 2+ hours. Most of my other plans were delayed. I booked an appointment expecting my tire change to be quick and easy, it took 4 hours. Each tire they did took more then 45+ minutes. I can't believe I chose this place to change my tires. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DON'T COME HERE TO CHANGE YOUR TIRES. Never coming back here to ever change my tires.

Barney Alpert: I needed to buy soap, tooth paste and shampoo. All very easy to find. The checkout is great. They use self checkout machines. It takes cash or credit card. Faster then waiting in conventual checkout lines.

Bobbi Smendra: Very disappointed that they only had 2 electric carts to ride on and none were available. I recently had foot surgery that lead to a lower back issue and a pulled tendon in my knee. I walked the store as much as I could then checked out. I asked the cashier if someone could assist me out to my car. Another young lady came over to help. She was told she could only help me to the exit. This was no help at all. She ignored what she was told and helped me to the car anyway. I was so glad she did. I barely made to the car myself let alone putting all the groceries in it. I have to say I am very disappointed by all of this.

joe mace: Imagine going to a store and the only physical people are there to just make sure you are not stealing and to direct you to the self checkout machines. Don't worry though, you'll have plenty of interaction walking by the multitude of people who are begging you to sign something, give them money, or are even allowed in the store to try and convince you to sign up for services.

Gioconda Vidal: This Target is always clean and well organized, the staff is always courteous and nice, the merchandise is well distributed along the different departments, i love the groceries and produce sections, you can always find new products of excellent quality at a good prices and the beauty department is the BEST. This Target is located inside the Dadeland Station Shopping Center where Best Buy and Michael's are located among other retail stores 😍💟✅

1Freddy Angel: This reveiw has been viewed over 2,203 times. We just changed our review back to 5 stars, because certain price check scanners and the telephone for customer assistance are Now Functioning. We are stakeholders and sponsors who are fully vested in Corporate America, and this location is one of are top main focuses because of the demographics. This is such a clean store, fast checkout, probably one of the most organized Targets I've been to, and it definitely seems to be managed very well. I noticed there were associates in almost every department restocking and cleaning. The self checkout experience is quite smooth, with an associate always willing to help, there are also many open cash registers with convenience items if your prefer. The Pizza Hut and Starbucks are very clean and they actually have warm food ready - most times we've entered. We will definitely visit more frequently to update this review soon, definitely up to Corporate standard. We do appreciate Target price matching with Amazon and Walmart, thank you. If we can improve anything here, I would recommend more signage/sale call-outs, especially for the racetrack and End Caps. Special thank you to Andrea (sales leader) and Aislyn (customer service) for helping us today on Wednesday, June Twentynine.

During the summer I have found so many nice items to give as rewards at my job for the children at the front of Target where they have items that are $10 and below. Coach Pat: The store is always organized. It's in a great location wuth other stores in the same shopping center. Plenty of parking. They have a little of everything you might need, from clothing to groceries to tools to sporting goods. The cashier lines always move quickly.

A customer asked her if she was open and she answered with a half-hearted 'yeah'. Other employees on the floor were complaining about working conditions and venting about lazy co-workers. Black shirts at entrance don't even greet. Time for an employee training.

Jennifer groseclose: The store is new and clean. Come here quite often. Had an incident with a gift card that wasn't working twice already and then even got into it with some of the associates. That part wasn't pleasant but other than that everything else is nice you're always going to have one or two idiots in the bunch. I love me some Walmart tho...

michael odom: I visited this particular Walmart store on Sunday, "Juneteenth" at around 7:30 AM. And was looking for a car battery, and was immediately helped by two service technicians that were very professional, and very helpful! I believe their names are Sam & Harold. Very nice gentleman, and willing to go to any length to help the customer! I will be doing business with this particular Walmart in the future! Thank you so much!!

Frank Figueredo: New way nicer Walmart with an improved shoppping experience. There is a fantastic sporting goods section and even an Automotive service and repair section that features walmart pricing for car care!

Jeffrey S: It's a beautiful new store... impeccably clean and the aisles are well marked. HOWEVER, I needed to find dress pants for a funeral that I was going to attend. After coming the men's department, I literally found one rack with 5 pair of dress pants and none of them in my size! Dress shirts were also conspicuously lacking stock. For a store this size, I would expect to find a greater variety of clothing. I tried to find an associate for help, and there was nobody close enough without walking halfway across this superstore. I was most disappointed and ended up ordering from Amazon instead. I imagine this was a problem with either the buyer or the manager of men's clothing, but does not speak well for the retail chain.

arturo pena: This review is for the auto center. The staff is not very friendly, and the service is VERY slow. I am the only car here on a Sunday at 8:30AM, it’s been over 90 minutes, and I’m still not done. Jennifer at the register said she would be back to charge me but I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes. I went to find a manager to ask for help, his response was “she’s the one who needs to charge you”. Cool, great help 🙄

Mary Sastre: Almost perfect! Arrived at about 830am, store was super empty which I love! Clean and fully stocked minus Spaghetti shelf’s, all empty. Found most everything I was looking for. Only complaint was at 930a when I got to check out lanes, only self check out was available, no cashiers lanes in sight. When asked, they said no one was available. Had a pretty full fart and took a while to scan and get new cart to transfer items too. Overall, loved this Walmart hit get ready to work scanning your own items!

Neni Mulatto: Great new Walmart in the neighborhood. Lots of self serve cashier's which are always much faster than a person doing it. Great Walmart but we do wish the aisles are kept more spacious by keeping pallets and extra inventory in the back and not on the end of aisles.

Maria Sanchez: I have been trying to reach not just this particular target but several stores within my area it is disappointing that the phone rings until it disconnects. I have tried every single department and I attempted over 2 dozen times. Unfortunately the employees don’t care to hear the phone ringing and answer the customer who is calling. It can’t be that they’re understaffed because I have witnessed it when I’m at the store. As a customer, customer service is crucial in any store big or small and it’s not just the customers at the store but also the ones who are trying to reach assistance over the phone. This is not acceptable my experience in the last 48 hours calling five different stores has raised my blood pressure. I’m a big on providing excellent customer service. I could likely get in my car and drive over to the store and witness the employees ignoring the ringing phone. However, unfortunately due to a surgery I cannot drive, before I sent someone to purchase the item i needed was available as online it showed limited availability. I hope someone in your corporate office reads this and feels free to contact me because your employees need to be retrained when it comes to answering the phone and helping the customer who are calling. I would have given a five star review if my experience when calling your stores was different today i had terrible experience. I will add that I have even called when the store initially open, during the day and at closing and my experience has been the same. I have record of the number of attempts for each store.

The lady who was at the counter it was not nice also she pretending that her attitude was because or her mask did not let it listen well. You don’t want to come back to this place. Also I notice when people that she did not know she was rude, but other workers she could not stop laughing or talking to them. Cheri Reese: Buyer beware!!! If you buy any gift card (other than a Target gift card) and the money doesn’t load on the card you are out of luck. Your receipt would say “activation successful”. However, the real test is when you try to use that gift card and they tell you there is no money on card. They consider gift cards same as Cash. So, in other words- You have given Target FREE MONEY.

Kash Millionaire: The store is nice and always clean but I have been going to this target for years, no one every asks if you need help and when you do ask it’s like they don’t want to be bothered. I’ve worked at so many retail jobs where I have to ask the customer “do you need any assistance?” I’ve never heard anyone ask me that, the workers just all walk pass you or they are stocking and they don’t acknowledge you and that is very unprofessional. Like make me want to keep coming back.. they can’t even do that. Also, the website will say something is in stock then when I get there, it is not there at all and it always happens. Soon I will go someone else for my needs.

Georges V: Terrible. Good luck finding a shopping cart. They take forever to bring them back inside. ALWAYS long waiting lines for self checkout. They should limit the items because most of the customers are extremely slow scanning the products. They have good deals and the store is big, but I avoid going there because of the lines to checkout.

Anhisha Cooper: If I didn't live so close to this location I would never return but between Miami traffic and just needing simple things to make dinner for low price I continue to go. It's all about convince. This location does a horrible job at restocking, there is employees constantly on the floor but yet nothing is stocked when it comes to food. I cant always find the items I need because of that reason. You can never get help in areas like fabric. The store gets very packed and yet near check out you get management and leaders in a circle saying " I leave soon, I don't wanna hop on and then not be able to get off when it's time for me to go." What happened to putting the customer first? Or at least opening the lane and finding a cashier. The stores use walkies you should be able to find someone to run the register or better yet as a manger do it yourself to reduce the crazy lines that go from one end of the store to the next. To be honest this locations lines are always insane unless you go at opening time then it's mellow. But even then to just do a quick simple lunch run is a mission. Solid 1 hour to 2 hours.

Cheryl J: This store is always a zoo. Regardless of what time of day or night you come here there are 10 million people shopping in this store. Self checkout lines move pretty quickly. However the patrons on the other hand are rude af and never have any manners. Most of the staff don’t speak enough English to help you when needed except if you try to point and gesture to try to talk to them (it’s the area). Many times they have the items you are looking for but when they don’t you have to look in the high shelf stock area to see if they just haven’t put it on the shelf yet. Just wish they had more available lines both self checkout and cashiers.

Alexis Rodriguez: Pretty good Walmart but what took it to next level for me was the coffee shop inside. I got a coladita and it was the best coffee i had in a long time - I like espresso so it was the best for me. The service was excellent and it was only 1 dollar!!!

They had some in stock inside an area locked with a key, I asked one employee for help and they told me key was lost, we called for help multiple times through the speaker system but no one came to resolve the issue, I tried to ordering it online to pickup in store but the store canceled the order saying they had no inventory which was a lie, had to do online order to ship to my home to resolve it..horrible customer service

Daniel Silva Turró: It is my second bad experience in this place: 1-) The first i was searching and asking for about 30 minutes throughout the store for an employee to deign to open a closed pharmacy shelf because no one had the key, supposedly they were going to call the person who had it, but they never did, until miraculously after asking everyone I saw in uniform, I ran into the one with the key. 2-) Today I am going to buy a present for my wife, a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine, it turns out that they will not let me pass the bottle of wine because I do not have an ID on me, she asks for a document with a photo, ok it is logical because She has to verify that she is not selling to a minor, I explain to her that I just entered the country and my passport is being held at the border, that I only have the official document that ICE gave me, and I show her the digital passport, her response was (I'm sorry I can't sell it to you). Ok, I am not proving to you with a physical document that I am older, I go home and return with the official document from U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is the only document with a photo that I have since processing a new passport can take time in case of Cubans up to 6 months, to my surprise they don't accept it either, I talk to a person who would do me the favor of passing it to me and the 2 employees come again to tell me no, that can't be done, it's a federal crime... And without any logical explanation, the answer was a rather arrogant no, even after proving that I am of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. 2 things: 1-) Such a large chain has to take into account that a lot of migrants are entering in Florida, migrants who are customers of Wal-Mart, and who often have the same situation that I have in this case 2-) The document is requested to ensure that an alcoholic beverage is not being sold to a minor, if I show an official document that is valid at the federal level where it says that I am 24 years old, then I am proving that I can acquire the product however The answer was I can't accept it with a rather arrogant attitude from the employees. Summary: - Mechanisms that lack logic completely. - incompetent, arrogant and square-minded employees. Result: - I wont buy in that store again - I bought the bottle of wine in another place where they know how to design a logical system and have competent employees.

Cristina L: Absolutely disgusting! I grabbed a grocery item and a huge Palmetto roach crawled up my hand. I flicked it off and it scattered away. This has never happened at any other store. I emailed corporate and no one cares. Not returning here anytime soon.

Barbara Penalver: I hate to post a negative review for a business, and especially based on the actions of 1 individual. However, I couldn’t get a hold of somebody via phone, so I figure this is the best option for my feedback to be received. On Tuesday, I was on my way to Target when a car tried to go into my lane, while my car was already next to them (picture front part of my car, to the back part of their car). I honked, as they were going to hit me. However, I let them through. They had their turning signal on, but again, it was already at a point where our cars were almost next to each other. We both end up turning into the target parking lot, but parking at different ends. Once I enter the store, I’m wiping down the basket when an employee approaches me. He asked if I was driving my type of car, to which I said yes. He then proceeded to, in a condescending voice, say “well, maybe next time, when someone has their blinker on, don’t speed up”. Clearly, this is the driver from the other car. As I started responding, he walked away. To be clear: A) florida/miami drivers aren’t great - I get that - but In no way had I sped up. I’m driving down 88th at like 8:30 in the morning, I was going the speed limit. B) just because he had his signal on, he clearly didn’t check if the lane was completely empty before turning into it. C) this happened outside of the target -he did not need to follow me in and speak to me in that tone. It truly made for an uncomfortable experience, and one that was completely unnecessary. I should’ve made the decision to speak to management there, but choose not to, because I honestly just wanted to buy what I needed to, and leave. What happens outside of your workplace, shouldn’t transfer into it, and therefore leading to bother a customer like that.

christine perez: I usually shop online for store pickup and have recently tried the drive up service. Despite it being a very busy time of day, my items were brought to my car very quickly. The associates are always friendly.

Blank: This is the only Starbucks that's consistently understaffed and always has a line. As I write this I've been waiting 32 minutes to get 2 drinks. Who ever in charge of the staffing needs to be busted back into training.
