It was amazing and gave the students an even bigger sense of green living and construction. I totally recommend them. They aren't just doing it to money like some others. After calling and getting an estimate I chose Rey’s company. His estimate was fair and detailed, including all the requests I had spoken to him about. Candace A: They do not care about their residents or property.. When I call the company, for help on locating my office manager,they are no help. Had things stolen from my front door and got no guidance from the management company. Basically begged them for help and nothing. If you see their name, AVOID.

Mercedes gonzalez: I just find out AFTER 9 months, that I was late in my association fees, and not from the administration, found out from a neighbor. My bank stopped paying and I never received a letter that I was late. Then they send me a link that did not worked.

chajir ale: They take more time than usual! Submitted an application that was due on June 9th (they said the due date, not me). It is June 16th and the board hasn’t called my client yet. They allegedly manage more than 20 communities but they only have one person reviewing applications… That is bad business.
Scott Harvey: I have had an ongoing issue with this company for the past several months. I received notice of an HOA violation in October of 2020 and promptly resolved it. I received confirmation of the resolution from Renovations. However, I continue to get mail telling me that the violation has not been resolved and informing me of worsening penalties for not resolving this "violation." Despite multiple emails and phone calls with the agency, this issue has not been resolved and I recently was informed that I have a fine on my account. This is unacceptable and shows how poorly run this company is.

Please note that living in an association requires to follow the rules and regulations, and in this case, the process was followed as required by the association and the Florida Law. In this case, violations are an item that are necessary to make sure the community looks good and it is well-taken care of
Jima: This property management is the worst. They never answer the phone. I called them today exactly at 9am and the machine was telling me that they are experiencing high call volumes and there was plenty of times the call ended while I was on hold. I have called them 12 times and I’m now on the phone with it ringing and no answer for the last 15 minutes. They want to send a bill about a past due HOA amount (which gets automatically taken out of my bank account every 3rd of the month) but they don’t care about fixing our wooden fence entry that won’t open all the way and is about to fall down and they are in charge of replacing and fixing. I have spoken to the maintenance guy and our board of directors and all I get is the run around that it’s hard yo find a company but 2 weeks ago they were fixing my neighbors (two doors down from by house) wooden fence door. As soon as the maintenance man saw me (I think his name is Jesus) he tried to hide in the office by the pool to try to dodge me but I was able to catch up to him and all he told me was to contact the renovation property, yet they never answer the phone. Before they say they are trying to look for by name and can’t find it because my google account has a different name it is Jima Jarquin.
Ace Mechanic: This company is absolutely garbage. Good luck getting any tenants in before the signed contracted date. I highly suggested anyone to run away if you have a chance. They take 15-20 days to make an approval. Their customer service is non existent! They tell you things will get approved just to keep your business. If I can give it 0 stars I would.
Response: We would like to have more specification on your case so we can better assist you but we cannot locate an owner by the name of Ace Mechanic. The rental and sale application process has its process days in all communities due to all the required processes and the people involved.
Ideris Maya: Positive: ProfessionalismI have an issue with my property and had to contact my association's Manager Geilyn Martinez. She promptly answered and started the process of taking care of the issue. I was impressed with the rapid response. She was professional and understanding of the urgency of the matter. She is a great asset to the company.

Richard Penaloza: Unorganized. Not clear about anything including their own applications and what is requested. You pay an application fee and then they make you do all the work to find your own “police reports” which should actually be just a background check. They give you the run around and lie to you. Respond in emails in Spanish when not all of the people cc’d on the email speak it. AND THEN, the main person we are dealing with goes on vacation the weekend prior to our move without any notice. These people are extremely unprofessional and speak to you in a condescending manor and cut you off. STEP YOUR GAME UP. You’re doing the opposite of what your motto says.
Response: Mr. Penaloza Your rental application was received by emailed and you were promptly notified that the application was uncompleted and could not be processed. Although the community manager went on vacation, the substitute person helped with your case and it was resolved in the days established by the Association to review the rental and purchase applications. If you need any other help, feel free to contact us.
Jenny Oviedo: The worst Association. They started a painting project at Dimensions at Doral on 12 May 2021, almost three months have past and still have not completed the procject. They do not amswer to phone call or emails. My patio was left a big mess, and unfinished. My patio furniture is inside my house for weeks now. I would like to know how much we paid for the procject and who awarded the contract. I'm looking for the avenue to report them. This week, they gave our new President the excuse for the delay was the weather. I'm a homeowner that lives here. There has been plenty of non-rainy days since they started. The homeonwers are outraged over this.

Morgan Hall: Eric and the team did a fabulous job (especially liked working with the Framer, Painter, Electrician as well the Carpenter). The building is in Miami Beach area where condos are sold between $1 - $ 3M so the type of work needs to be of exceptional quality. The most important item for me was the quality and keeping the place clean on a daily basis as we are a bit OCD on that front. The team was able to pivot and provided great suggestions on what / how things could be modified and changed all in line with keeping the architecture and aesthetics of the building. If someone wants a high-quality team - Percival Construction is the best out there - don't go with a cheap team it will negatively impact you in some form or another.
Holly Turner: We met with several contractors for our full condo 40 / 50 year recertication projects, and based on the reviews and recommendations, selected Percival Construction. After having bad experiences with contractors in the past, I must say this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The workers are neat and polite. Eric was accessible and made sure the job went smoothly. I would us this company again and again.

Anyways after looking at the work he said my best option was to replace my roof WHAT !!!! my roof is only 6 years old. I am sure people have different experiences but mine wasn't pleasant and so i had to write this just to make the management aware of his attitude. Bad customer service and bad attitude is how your bring the name of your company down. Service: Roof installation
Response: It is unfortunate that customers turn to bad reviews when things don't go their way. You had a 5 year warranty, that is what was paid for and through a contractor that is not A1. We were the sub contractor on the job, this is why the file is not kept after warranty, because your true file and paperwork is with the Contractor you hired. Also you as the customer are given a close out packet with all your warranty paperwork and paid invoices, as well as releases of liens, which you too should have kept and were unable to produce. The prior appointments were canceled due to rain because we were sending out our repair team. Since you called everyday complaining about the rescheduling, the owner himself offered to go since he was close by on another job site and he was familiar with the job. You were explained that your warranty was expired and that we charge a $350 assessment fee, which you did not pay nor did Geo charge you. Why not mention that??? The fact that he arrived and you had nothing nice to say from the get about the company; fully knowing that the world is going through some very difficult times and finding a full staff these days anywhere is almost near impossible did not help the situation or merit him wanting to do your repair job. With all this being said, a company has the right to walk away from a job, just as you have the right to call another roofer, especially if you have nothing nice to say about this one.
Marvin Rivera: This is the Miami roofing contractor of choice! They did a remarkable job repairing my tile roof and fixed my roof leak. The quality of their work is impressive, and they were very honest about the repairs that needed to be made.
Robert Wright: If you could see my roof, you would know why I wrote this review. I live in an area with many trees, and over the years, my roof has taken quite a beating. A-1 Property Servicescame in and replaced my roof, and they did an excellent job. It looks better than it has in years! I am very happy with the work they did.
