Thomas Felasco: Very clean, well run, 30 meter pool. The pool is open for lap swimming until 9 p.m. I was just there and confirmed the hours. The only tricky thing is the parking, which is kind of far and away from the entrance and there are not a lot of spaces.

Oskar Finneran: The pool itself is really nice and deep maybe is has some leaves in it but you can see it is taken care of. Sadly the manager today(9/09/21) was really mean when the swimming teams were asked to wait in the hooded entrance right after the gates. The manager acted super unprofessional and asked us(athletes) to go sit in the rain becouse they can't have anyone sitting there.Then one of the employees saw that the rain was reaching the gates there were we were waiting and said to us that we should come in and take shelter in the lobby area. The menager after maybe 10 minutes came out of his room and asked us what are we doing there and ensisted on kicking us out of the facility. We told the menager that one of the employees told us it's fine if we in the lobby and wait for the rain to pass and wait for the buss.The manager again ensisted on removing us from the facility so we left into the rain.
Jossy: Pool is very clean. Not crowded. Most of the time it's a 25 meter pool but once in a while it is a 50 meter pool. The lockers are also very clean.

Kourosh Saeb-Parsy: This pool is currently CLOSED and a building site. Except it is impossible to get any information about the pool as they don’t answer the phone and there is no specific website with information. So I decided to go anyway, thinking it was open, and wasted $20 on a return Uber journey. Very poor. They need to update the website/google info/telephone lines.
Goddess Greene: Great staff. Very clean pool. Would be nice to have a salt water pool instead. The neighborhood is decent. Overall convenient and nice. Good for me
Scott Keever: Very clean and the people around it are very friendly. It is a great place to spend some time with the family or you can even spend your valuable time with your loved ones. I have great memories of this place.

Gibson Park Public Pool: what do users think?
Jay Elwood: This facility is on par with any similar facility in the continental United States. That is any Parks and Recreation facility within any State's borders and the amenities associated within that particular facility. The amenities associated with Gibson Park equate many facilities not only on this continent, they also quite likely exceed others internationally! Where else do you find a facility that has an Olympic regulation/competition pool; a regulation football (artificial turf) field; a regulation baseball (diamond) field; containing grandstands, scoreboard, goal posts, and an official 'press/coordinators' box? Also the facility contains bathrooms with showers, a contemporary weight room, and a gym that you may get a chance to see a myriad of NBA players in pick-up games. All this at Gibson Park and thank you very much to Alonzo Mourning. A benefactor whom has adopted the community (Overtown/Miami) and consistently puts work in personally. The adjoining facility, Overtown Youth Center, is currently being upgraded by Dwight Stephenson Construction. He is of course the former center for the Miami Dolphins. World Class Facility. Visit when the opportunity presents itself. JE.
Jeremy Fletcher: Great public pool just blocks from downtown - open daily for lap swimming. Clean and very nice 40m pool. Plenty of lanes!
Bertha Vega: I can never get enough of this place! I love how I can bring a blanket and sit in the sun, read a book, or possibly catch a nap (only if I didn't bring anything worth stealing). You see, I'm from Fairfield... So when an individual sees another sleeping in a park, we assume they're homeless BUT IN SAN FRANCISCO! you're just another on looker enjoying a beautiful day.

Marc Baumann: Went there for daily swimming sessions during a week in April. Great pool. Not too crowded, nice infrastructure, easy going and friendly staff.
Ana Colon: I went with some friends that are Miami Beach residences. It was a beautiful sunny Sunday there was not one cloud in the sky. My sister and I paid $15 to get in because we are Miami residence. I get in the pool as I wait for my sister not even 10 min later the life Guards yell everyone out there is lighting within a 5 mile. We exit expecting to get a refund like in most pools, usually have an hour and will provide a refund if they close. Nope NOT here the young lady which did not provide her name nor had a name tag. After waiting like 15 minutes as she argued with a Party to leave off the deck that would not listen to her. She finally took my information on a pink post it because there was no managers on Sunday. She said they would contacting me the next day for a refund or rain check. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Staff does not change here. The people change but the attitude is the same.

Alla Isakova: Nice pool. Kids pool with cold water and regular pool with warmer water. But not much of a difference. Great spot to spend time with family when the ocean is windy. Great vegetarian option in food kiosk. Really loved vegetarian fish fillet sandwich, and vegetarian chicken sandwich. Entrance 13$ per adult (not resident)
Angela Hovi: My four year old son and I had a blast at this water park this afternoon! It is a community centre and park that has many aspects, however we went to the aquatic center. It's outdoors, has a pool that has swim lanes and part just open for swimmers, but we stayed in the most fun part - a splash pool with a large playset in it. I wish we'd have found this place sooner in our vacation! There is also a large playground beside the aquatic center that we didn't get a chance to play at but it looked great. Highly recommend!

M V: The place is a little run down and small. The price is too much for what you get if you're not a Miami Beach resident ($12 adult $7 kids) They should post their sessions and protocols of when they will close down the pool. Luckily there's a playground next door so kids can still have fun when the pool closes down. We were there for about 4 hours and kicked out twice for an hour total. I do not think we will be returning. I was referred to Bucky Dent park in Hialeah as an alternative. Hopefully Flamingo uses some of their admission capital to repair the slide in the wading pool. Yellow caution tape was in both wading and lap pool locations. The lifeguards were attentive and courteous.

Goomba Pizza: AD Doug is just a wonderful all-around park, the best one in Dade, a rare gem in what is otherwise a concrete wasteland of a county. Tons of natural beauty, gazebos with covered barbecues, bench areas with open barbecues, lakes, nature walks, a sparkling-clean heated public pool with diving board and accessible water entry, well-equipped playground, basketball court, sports field... And the park also hosts a nature camp for schoolchildren and a bunch of services for disabled children and adults: group retreat cabins, swimming lessons, sports programs, therapy, etc. Cannot sing its praises highly enough; this place is magical and is my favorite park.

Nelson Paredes: The price was great but you get what you pay for. The pool and the grounds were just fine. The instructor for the toddler (2 yrs) class didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I ended up getting my money back.
Rebecca T.: What a hidden gem. This pool has heated water for winter swimming and many lap lanes. Showers and changing rooms available. The hours are short and a suit dryer would have been nice but for $3, great option to get in some swimming.
Genevieve Jenkins: We went to a party at the pool here last weekend and we were so impressed. The kids had an amazing time. There is a slash and play area as well. I haven't been for open swim time but we plan to. Parking can be a bit tricky but eventually you find something, you may just have to walk a bit.

Stuart Reed: My husband and I took lesson from Instructor Tamiami Pool on 9/1/11 for the first time. He worked hard with us on forehand and serving. We have learned a great tips from him. My forehand improved a lot since then. I keep reminding myself to swing the racket all the way to my back. We would highly recommand him. Thank.
Cristyan Gonzalez: (Summer hours for Public Swimming from 8:00pm to 9:00 pm.) Can't say enough about this pool. Staff is the nicest, life guards are awesome. The pool always has some kids training and there are usually free lanes, tho sometimes they are hard to get. It's $2.50 for public swimming. Since it's very sunny there I'd recommend the 7:00 to 8:30pm shift.
Gonzalo Figueroa: Amazing trainers, they are really nice and worried about the kids learning. They have patience and love for each student. We already had the experience with four at different levels and they are amazing. Stephanie, Diana, Leo and Eddie are all incredible great with kids and you can tell that other teachers are also too. Great environment!
Gary Bak: Kids came here to swim laps while on vacation. The public hours are weird because some local schools come here for practice so call ahead. The pool was clean and had a lifeguard. My kids say they like the indoor pools they usually swim in because they are colder, but they said the water felt good. Pool didn't reek of chloramines like indoor pools can, sun works wonders.
John Carrascal: Been swimming here for 20+ years! Pool is clean, staff is friendly. Some of the girl life guards have attitudes sometimes. Karina and Frank are the best managers. Also, FIU students swim for free 12 pm-3 pm and from 6 pm till close on weekdays.
Asim Nabi: This is cool place to swim. For fiu students it is free from 12 noon - 3 pm Monday to friday. Other wise I'll suggest to go from 7 -8:30 shift which costs $3 and there few people only. The only downside is that the part which is deep is occupied by diving training team. Otherwise this is a cool place
Shim: Great pool with lifeguard, price is cheap. Good for kids to learn swimming.

jose v Arcieri: This place is amazing for kids. Pools and activities are fun and safe.
Denise Miqueli: Great place for kids and adults. This is a HUGE benefit for Miami Shores residents. Plenty of shaded areas, a place to make new friends, warm water, and lots to do. It's an easy activity you can enjoy without a hassle. There are bathrooms, concession stands, a large lap/swimming pool, and 2 jacuzzis. A wonderful alternative to a park on a hot day. Outside guests are $12 per.
Christelle TORRES: Miami Shores pool hours isn't updated on google so hopefully it gets corrected so someone doesn't come when it is closed but this pool is awesome! Saturday hours until 3pm sundays closed. Kids pool closed until March.
Lashonda Johnson: Disappointing to know I live less than 10mins away from here and I brought my kids in 6 and 4 for a quick water fun and they advised me only Miami shores residents, This place is literally dead. And its just a shame. Imagine being that parent having your kids all excited to be let down of why they cannot go in. I guess once they lose enough money, They will let other people in.
Labuby A: I’ve lived in Miami shores for 11 years and hosted my birthday party’s numerous times for both my kids, but this year was completely different. The party was from 3 to 5:30 I got there at 2:45 and nothing was setup, no tables no chairs I had to complain to get them to do it. Once my guest arrived they complained about them not being from Miami shores, which to my understanding Bal harbour citizens are welcomed…once proof was shown they lived in bal harbour the manager said it was fake and that they didn’t live there. Embarrassing my guest and making them feel horrible, every kid that attended that party are my daughters’ classmates from Miami shores Presbyterian school. I can’t believe of all people the manager is the rudest and most disrespectful of the staff. We were even kicked out 30 minutes early because they had an event at 6, which has nothing to do with me and doesn’t meet what I paid for. Apart from them staying with our deposit they treated us good and didn’t meet what I paid for.
Alex Levchuk: Great for kids. Really one of the best local waterparks around. Beware of open times as they close at 4:30. Hopefully, management will change that

DJoumbarey Moreau: I've been to the Miami Shores Aquatic Center several times and each time I have a blast, to say the least. The venue itself is good enough and is well maintained. They also do a lot to make sure that people are safe.

Venetian Pool: what do users think?
Liz LaRosa: Such a fun experience to do in Miami! Although it does get busy at times, the pool itself is huge so it never feels too crowded! There is a smaller “beach” area to relax, as well as areas around the pool. Lounging chairs can be rented for $7 as well. Food was your typical snack shop foods (chicken tenders, fries, hot dog, etc.) and took a while to actually get. I would eat beforehand if possible! Overall, a great experience to go do in Miami if you have never done! Not sure if it is worth it to go again and again, but for the experience I would go at least once!
Malky Rabinowitz: I had an awesome experience at the venetian pool! We purchased entry tickets online and it costed $16 for the entire day. The pool has lots of waterfalls and ranges from 4-8 feet deep. The water was a bit cold but otherwise amazing. There was a small beach area for tanning and relaxing. The restrooms, showers and locker rooms were very clean. I'll definitely be back!
Holly Mann: We had an excellent time at the pool. On a Thursday morning to mid afternoon it was relatively empty. The caves would close and then reopen every 30 or so minutes. While we personally did not try it, the food smelled delicious (especially for pool food!). Lounge chairs can be rented but there is free seating as well. Plenty of shade, too. At this point in the season they are charging less than what is lost online (for non residents). I would recommend checking the prices at the ticket booth when you arrive and oursading directly from them or online at that time.
Brandee Smith: Wonderful place to spend the entire day! You can bring your own food and drinks, but no coolers, alcohol, or glass. They limit how many people can enter per day so I suggest getting their 1st thing!
Josie Jose Olivas: Love this place. The water is not heated, a little cold & chilly, once you get use to it, not bad on a hot humid day. They have chair rentals if you come early, for $ 7, you can buy tickets online or at the window. They have a sand area or a non-sand area, tables and umbrellas to eat at.
Phil Tatro: A real life Oasis right in Coral Gables!! Fed by an underground spring water aquifer, this pool is over 800,000 gallons! Drained and refilled every other day, with only 1 gallon of chlorine added, so almost like swimming in a clean, sterile lake, and oh, so refreshing! 2 waterfalls, grotto like caves make this a unique pool unlike any other. Tropical, lush landscaping, plenty of shaded areas with umbrellas, picnic tables and trees make a great spot for a picnic. Numerous areas with sand, wading pool, and benches. Locker room with showers, and lockable storage. On site snack bar as well. Numerous life guard on duty. Just a relaxing spot.
Joann Rosales: Family vacation from NJ to Miami. We decided to stop by this area and try out the pool. The entrance was a bit pricey for the size but parking was a pro. It’s rare to find free parking in Miami. Very nice experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others that come out to visit.
Oliver Solorzano: This is an amazing Landmark. A safe, welcoming, comfortable experience for south Floridians. Enjoy a man made cenote, cave like swim, waterfalls, layout on the man made soft sand beach, enjoy a lunch, and plenty of pool water. 👍. Highly recommend this small paradise.
Yojana Rodriguez: Venetian pool continues to be a staple of my summer experience. Coming here since my YMCA Summer Camp days as a child, to counselor, to a mother accompanying my own chidren on their on trips. The beauty has been preserved, still clean, still cold, still fun. You should make it a part of your summer experience too. Cheers to almost being 100 years old ❤️💯
Jenen Tan: This looks like a cool place to swim in, but it's closed for the winter season, so I was only able to take pictures outside of the gate. It will re-open on Feb 2nd, 2022. There are dozens of parking spots available, but I could imagine them getting all full in the peak season. The opening hours on Google map need to be updated.

veronica coburn: The pool party itself is lit, however they love to charge you for bottles that you didn’t buy! Our promised $2000 bill magically turned into $4000 that was never agreed to.

Joe Taibi: My daughter and her boyfriend we ripped off . They paid $75 for a table and 42 per ticket to be told they could not enter because it was at capacity. I’m going to file a complaint this is a total scam . Then they told them if they paid $100 each in cash they would squeeze them in . I tried calling 5 times and no answer. This is completely illegal and extremely poor business practice.
Monica Simmons: The price to get a table is ridiculous. They discriminate on the people the they want to service and how much they want to charge. It's fun but definitely not worth it. The dj played the same music. The drinks weren't even that good.

Csaba Hartmann: Open air pool that belongs to the local community center. Low price (only $3 for an adult) and you get access to a nice pool for it. There aren’t too many lanes and the moment there is more than one person in one lane it gets a bit difficult to do a great exercise. Apart from that I was really happy to find this place.
Tomas Possenti: Great 25m pool. There are 3 dedicated swim lanes. Please check City website for times. Summer schedule changes. Pool is a bit dated and could use a refresh, but it serves its purpose for training.

Gri F: I love having Such a convenient place in the neighborhood for recreational activities. The community pool is clean and well maintained, the lifeguards are very nice people too . The are also basketball courts , park for kids and lot of green space to do your yoga or work out routine .
Baruch D: Nice clean park. Lots of space but parking is sparse. There was a large grassy area which would be great for a picnic (separate from the soccer field). The water park is open to non residents at $12 per adult $7 per child. Ages 3 and under is free. There was a decent play area in the childrens pool and a second pool for adults that had lanes cornered off for laps. What I liked most is how many chairs and seating areas they had by the pool for families to settle down on. It's definitely a nice option for 2-3 hour activity.
Juan Machense: It's a nice enough park that no one ever uses. They get really snippy when you bring your dog.
Danny Reyes: Good place to play some pickup basketball. The courts are not entirely well-maintained. One hoop was missing the net and another hoop was bent. But there are 3 full length courts, 6 hoops. Competition was friendly. I would return.

Diego Rozo: Well, I have to say it started as a pleasant experience. We picked the pool size the materials we wanted and signed the contract in October of 2020, assosiation approved project in March and until may they broke ground. By June 2021 they called me because I needed to change the materials we picked, for some reason they couldn't find the pavers. But I know personally friends that did find them. So it took them months to then tell me I couldn't get my Dream Pool, for that I could've have signed with another contractor. We paid every deadline on time up to 43k in October 2021. Total was around 44k. On October 2021 they did the "delivery" and what a terrible experience it was. My pavers were broken at the entrance so I didn't pay the remainder 1000 in the balance. Until late January 2022 they fixed the pavers. Now they are harassing me for payment. Mind you it's been a week since they finished the job. Then they have the audacity to send me an email telling me that don't bother paying, they are going to cancel the warranty because delayed payment. . I was going to pay, I had over a year of patience with them, but they have little patience for me. Terrible contractor. Please look somewhere else.
Response: Sir, we did not swapped your pavers a week ago. We have sent numerous emails trying to collect last payment and have left many phone messages with no response from your part. All I have to say is that we have a 17 year track record of customer satisfaction. If you cannot seem to understand the material shortages and chain of supply issue that we encountered worldwide in 2020 there is nothing we can do or say. Every client understood the tough circumstances we were working under. Why other pool builders decided to abandon jobs because of supply shortages and price hikes we at Dream Pools can say that we finished every project obtained in 2020 and are very proud of that accomplishment. Now you come here in a public forum upset because you decided not to pay your last balance because we encounter some delays on items that were not at our availability because the ports were closed or at half operational. That is not an excuse Sir, that’s called stealing. We kept our part of the agreement and delivered your product as per our contract. As per our contract I would like to remind you that your swimming pool warranty has been voided for none payment and that is the real reason why you are now venting with a review. Also, I want to let every one know that all your cracked pavers were swapped with new ones as soon as the shipping container arrived and that’s why we asked you to mark them with blue tape and email us the picture for our office records. Dream Pools complied with the contract agreement and addressed every issue as per your request.

The pool was constructed on time and it matched what we expected on every detail. The quality of the materials was topnotch. The attention to detail was always present. All the crews that worked in the project really knew what they were doing. The price was very competitive and we chose them after careful review of their website, their proposal, the opinion of other customers, etc. Out of 8 companies we looked at they were by far the most balanced. Gustavo Picart: I want to recommend Dream Pools to any of you who are looking to have a pool built. I had been pondering this thought since I purchased my home. I made sure to buy a home without a pool so I could have one built to my taste. I called three builders the first year. I was very disappointed with the sales presentations. None offered to help with the financing, just simply telling me to ask for a personal loan. I was also told that my company uses better concrete than other companies, and my company uses acid resistant tiles and my company offers a lifetime warranty. After doing some research I found out all these stories where selling gimmicks and quickly lost interest. The second year I decided to shop around. This time I come across a company whose name caught my eye from the start. Dream Pools! I called the company and was greeted by a friendly young lady who had a sales person call me five minutes after the call. The sales person made an appointment with me and one day later he came to my house. I told him I did not have the cash and would need a loan. He said no problem and gave me a number to call. That weekend he called me so I could go see the 3d model of the pool we had discussed. I loved it and the final numbers were lower than any of the other builders. After the permit process that took about three weeks the job started promptly and I must admit moved even faster than what I had planned for. I was not given any stories and the sales person was honest and clear. He even had the owner come out and meet me. From the sales person to the owner and laborers, all where polite and professional. They kept me informed at every step of the process. I can’t be any happier with the final product!

Tidal Cove Waterpark: what do users think?
Zafar Razzacki: Great water park that is fun for all ages. Our kids loved playing at the "emoji pool" going down the slides and especially when the ice cream cone dumps water every few minutes. The seating area around the main pool is great, with helpful service people that bring towels and prep your chairs. They also have food/drink service with good variety of options on the menu. The lazy river is a pretty simple and uneventful way to lay back and relax. And the big slides are exciting for the thrill seekers in the family. Overall, we enjoyed our few days of hanging out in the sun and playing in the pool.
Shirley Perez Anel: The waterpark is beautiful and has a lot of fun. I love the surfing area and the lazy river. It is located near Aventura's mall which represents a great choice for parking since the expensiveness of the hotel parking. It is a very busy place and sometimes is difficult to find a chair, but the staff will make every effort to accommodate you. The staff is very efficient, with excellent service skills. The ambience is good. The food is ok, but there is not many choices. The price is high compared to near by restaurants. Every drinks is over $18, with not that good presentation . The salad is over $30 and not that great. Overall is good for first time experience, but not sure if a good choice to repeat a visit

Gloria Campuzano: Fun water park if planning to stay at the hotel, not just to come for the water park. Get get more Alie for your money at Rapids, it is a much bigger parkand way more rides. The lazy river is fun, but gets crowded.
Almira Rise: We went there today with 2 little kids, aqua park was fine, very crowded. Food was very very very bad. We ordered Kid’s burger, Vegan burger and Buffalos chicken wings. Burgers were extremely burned, very dark and it was impossible to eat. We paid $140 for the worst meal in our lives.
Sandro Rivera: Don't go there if you aren't their kind. I've never felt so discriminated in my life! My 3yr old and I were turned away due to PASSOVER event. So basically, if you weren't Jewish or staying at their hotel you were to pay $500 per person. I was willing to pay $55 per person with no problem. My son was crying his lil head off, but thank God there's a Chuck E Cheese near by. Never will I ever think to go back to this place.
Jeremy D. Boyd: Although there aren’t a tremendous number of slides this is quite possibly the nicest all around water park I’ve been to. Yes the prices are expensive for admission but it keeps the riff raff out. Definitely worth the break from that audience. With that said, a great time indeed.
Jessie Wilkie: Chad, our cabana server, was extremely attentive. The food and drinks were delicious and were served to us fairly quickly. The waterpark staff was extremely focused on safety. They closed the attractions promptly when lightening was in the area, and our server was STILL attentive to us throughout the entire time. The lifeguards were very knowledgeable and attentive to anyone who needed their assistance. Jeff, Director of Waterpark also came by to check on us twice. The cabana was clean, the rides were super fun, and my family and I had a great time! FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE, and I can’t wait to come back!

Out of all those companies, Fontaine not only gave me the best price, Chino also provided me with the best customer service, the best ideas to fit in our back yard, and the best explanations about the quality of the different materials. Choosing Fontaine was the best decision I made, my pool was completely built and ready to use in less that 45 days. We started construction on 8/19 and officially finished last week on 11/3. His crew was here all the time and although construction can be messy, it always seemed to be clean and organized at the end of the day. I am extremely pleased with the overall work. They made this experience absolutely amazing from start to finish! We broke ground on October 3rd, 2018 and the project was done by November 24, 2018! I am so happy with the result! If you are thinking of investing in a pool project, look no further! Don't waste your time looking around! Call Ramon and his company and you WILL NOT be sorry! There aren't enough stars on google to rate Pool Life of South Florida! I am one beyond satisfied customer! Julian is continuing with my pool maintenance! Its a family affair! Call them!
Y: Unfortunately, my experience overall was not pleasant. After a few issues along the way, my pool was completed back in March 2019. Back in December 2019 (less than a year ), We notified the management and owner of Pool Life of Florida that we were having problems with the decorative blue tiles that were installed around the pool. The tiles were fading and losing all the colors ( keep in mind this was less than a year of the pool being completed) We were then told that they would go over the house, assess the problem and resolve it. After a couple of weeks of being after them, they finally went over the house, and notified us that the tiles came defective from the vendor and that they were going to file a warranty claim with the tile's manufacturer. They were supposed to get back to us in order to come back and resolve the problem as promised, but they never did. We haven't gotten any response for the last three weeks. Keep in mind that we have tried to reach them every way we can, leaving messages, texts to the owner, emails, etc. I strongly recommend to do more research about this company before you hire them. We are really disappointed about the whole situation, since you expect different. I will update this review if they resolve the problem and face the situation, because so far they haven't. The pool does not even have a full year of completion as of yet. Update: After a couple of months and several calls and texts, the issue was never resolved. The owner, Ramon failed to face the situation and after many dates of job commencement's promises, he never showed up. He would say " I will be there on Tuesday" and he was a no show..not even a call... At this point, we are taking a legal approach to this matter. Do not hire this company or this individual for your pool job. You will be very disappointed one way or another..
Marilyn Velasquez: I started my Pool April 13th 2019 with Pool Life of South Florida and it was completed June 6th. It was a wonderful experience. Ramon was great and would always answer any questions. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of doing a pool. Very happy customer.

MYL: The customer service from this company is horrible. Do more research before hiring them. After service and warranty is as important as the completion of the pool itself. A warranty issue can cost thousand of dollars if not taken care of.
