Grecia Angeliz: Worst place ever! They did not follow the instructions for the cut, they did what they want. I sent them photos and told him how I wanted the cutout to be, they did the worst cut. I moved near the area I tried in that place but Im never taking Prada again to that “grooming”. I am very jealous with Prada and if you pay for a service it is not to have a bad time and see a job that is totally different from what you asked for. In the pictures you can tell how bad is this work.
Daniella Benshabbat: Unfortunately I had to take this matter into google reviews only because the owner never responded. I’ve been boarding my dog here for about six months & trust with the owner. My dog loved him, never had a problem. I left him for the entire weekend last week, arrived late afternoon to pick him up, the doors were locked, lights were off, & I heard dog barks and crying from the back inside the facility. I called numerous times to no answer. Luckily another client was outside waiting to pickup his dog, told me he spoke with the owner and someone will come to open the doors. After 20 minutes, a woman shows up, & somewhat hesitated to let me in. She told me to wait. When she brought my dog, she gave me his food & blanket & told me I don’t need to pay and the owner will discuss payment with me due to him being in the hospital. I noticed the bag of food I brought for him, with three rawhide bones, was still full in the bag as if it had never been touched. She then told me to feed him when I get home because he didn’t eat. As I leave, I noticed my dog starts limping. I examine his body and find he has dry blood all over his chest and his paw had a big open wound. $250 later at the emergency vet, he is now on antibiotics for two weeks. The vet stated he was burned and this happened from neglect. I reached out to the owner immediately, called the business three times and left a voicemail. I get an immediate text message right after from the owner saying that he’s in the hospital and cannot speak. I send him photos and he asks if he can get back to me the next day. I haven’t heard back since. I just find all of this very coincidental as the woman tells me not to pay, the owner is suddenly in the hospital, and the bag of food was full since the day I brought it. Something happened during boarding and they are hiding it from me because they know they’re at fault. The best part, I didn’t even get an apology.
McRonical Jackson: My little fury son has been groomed and housed by Pet Poodle for 8 years. My fury son is well taken care of and staff care so much about fury pets. It give me piece of mind knowing that he is well care for when I have to go away for several days. Pets are always checked before entering the resort. My dog love daycare he gets to play with his friends and by the end of the day he is so tried and ready to go home. Great place to take your fury child.
Ryan Udelson: My dog was killed by another dog there. Ignacio did not call my wife until the next day. Poor supervision and dirty. This is a terrible place that needs to be shut down. STAY AWAY !!!!!!
Natalie Saltz: Horrible experience. I showed up for my boarding appointment and ended up leaving to take her elsewhere, especially when I found out that they leave the dogs from 6 pm to 7 am alone with no supervision. Also, I booked my appointment to leave my dog for boarding after they told me their renovations would be completed by the time I brought her in. When I went in, it looked like they had just started construction and there were screws and nails on the floor around the area where the dogs were playing.

Our dogs have been well cared for and very happy when they attend Day Care, Boarding, and have had excellent grooming experiences. Pet Poodle is extremely clean and professionally run. The staff is well trained and kind. The owner is thorough, detailed, honest, and knowledgeable. Pet Poodle and Helen have been a second home and family to our dogs and to us for over 5 years. Every business owner should be as passionate and reliable.

Isabella Wasielewski: Bought our Miniature Schnauzer puppy on March 27th, 2020. She has been such a delight. Puppy has been in perfect health since I got her. Staff at this store are very friendly and you could tell the dogs are well taken care of. I want to buy another one!
Poessie Rivera: Very pleasant experience. Place is very clean and the puppies you can tell are very happy as they come very enthusiatic when they bring them to the clients. I have a beautiful puppy, super adaptable and immediately loved her new home. She even seem potty trained as i have discovered. Super smart...The staff was very professional and they really want the client to leave satisfy so they seem to know quite a lot about the puppies they carry, which for me in the end was extremely helpful.
Jonathan Andres Serna: Our family wanted to raise a puppy to adult so we went to the animal shelter first looking for a puppy and a couple of other puppy stores but this particular one we received an extremely great service by the young lady who was in the office her name is Genesis, she was very helpful and we made and informed decision with her feedback. The dog we liked although was not cheap, the place offers easy and quick financing, not great credit required, just regular standards. I definetely recommend the place.

Paige Mulville: I find it very strange that it’s now 2021 and people still think it’s OK to look for a dog in a pet store. It really baffles me that people would go to a store and pay thousands for a dog when they could go to a shelter or find reputable breeder. Shame on all of you who purchased dogs from this place. Nothing absolutely nothing about what you were doing is OK. Your just feeding the puppy mills and supporting them!
GG: Bought a dog and it came with bronchopneumonia and the ayote doesn’t want to be responsible of the cost. They sent us to a vet which made us lose at least 2 weeks of my dog improvement since they hospitalized him and did nothing to him since he came with 1 collapsed lung. We have been contacting the store for over a month now and they still don’t feel like they are responsibly for selling a sick dog.
annabella exposito: It hasn’t taken me a long time to come to terms with this, but please do yourself a favor and reconsider purchasing a puppy from this place. I got a miniature schnauzer 6 years ago and she was an amazing dog, but unfortunately she passed away when she was 4 years old.. due to genetic complications. She had pancreatitis, heart was failing and etc... pancreatitis is a common for schnauzer if they a bred poorly and well my poor penny passed away due to genetic problems. Obviously the people selling the puppies will tell you wonderful things, but once you buy the dog, THEY DO NOT CARE. More money in their pockets. If you want to get a pure breed dog buy it from a responsible breeder because it’s luck to get a healthy dog that will live 12 years from a puppy store.

Yuru Herrera: I found my pefect puppy here, they take care of all their puppies with love. They always have the most perfects puppies, different breeds, colors, sizes... what ever you are looking for they have it there! All the dogs are vaccinated and the prices are very reasonables. My dog is 1 year old now and he keep going back for the hotel service which is amazing, when we are out of town we are 100% sure our dog is happy, playing all day with other dogs, they send me at least one video daily when we travel and that gives me peace of mind. I recommend this place to everyone who asks about my precious dog.

ivan meza: They get their dogs from puppy mills, most likely from South America, where dogs are basically confined to small cages and females give birth an insane amount of times a year. Find a reputable breeder if you want pure breed, if not, just adopt.

Ethan Pike: This store owner is a con artist. He will cheat you. He will mislead you. He will lie and lie. When things are not going his way he will make up more lies. When things are not going his way he will also act like he does not understand English. He will cheat and lie to you. Buyer be ware. Do not fall for his tricks. I support good honest person/puppy stores 100%. This is not one of those.
Abraham Palacios: Everyone beware when purchasing any puppy from any store, but more so from Gorgeous puppies. We though we had purchased a healthy schnauzer since we went to their vet right after purchasing her and they did a wellness check and Lily was good and healthy. Not even 2 days later poor puppy started throwing up at a rate of every 15-20 minutes. I had no choice but to take her to the emergency that evening. To our surprise she had a virus and bacteria. Parvo virus and Giardia! Both very contagious to other animals and Guardia can even be transmitted to humans. Parvo is deadly to any dog with a low chance of survival rate. The next morning the store owner forced us to take her to their preferred vet and didn’t make it past 1 day, hate to feel they just put her down to avoid any expense but that’s just my though on how I was forced to surrender her back to the store so I had no say on any decision. Please please research these two viruses so you understand the risks you most likely will put yourself and your family through if you decide to purchase from this place. Also don’t trust their vet, please take your new puppy somewhere you trust and test against these two viruses as I do expect many of their puppies are infected either of parvo or Giardia or worst both like Lily was. To make things worse for us by loosing Lily, we could not even get compensated for the 500 dollars we spent on the emergency visit, that by the way the owner did take full advantage of the test results by sending it to the breeder to get his money back! Here’s a pick of Lily so everyone can see she was a living thing, because for my family she had become part of us in just 48 hrs that she spent with us, not a merchandise or a toy you just throw away, we will forever miss our Lily and please do your best to find another option than this store. Avoid the pain I put my family through please.

As this antibodies fade they need to receive a course of parvo vaccinations. It is very important to understand for anyone that acquires a puppy that even after getting their parvo vaccinations they can still catch Parvo. Because the virus has different strains and reinvents itself. So unfortunately, dogs definitely can still catch the parvovirus. You can also look up this information on the American Kennel Club website. The reason we ask that our puppies be taken to our trusted vet is because we have an honest relationship with him and know he would never put profit before the puppies health and also to avoid that our customers incurred high cost vet visits all this during the health warranty for the puppy. We are dismayed that you stated we put down the puppy in order to avoid any expense, our vet did everything posible to save her unfortunately she did not overcome the virus; we communicated with you over the phone continually and during our conversations you never expressed this sentiment even after we offered you a new puppy you opted for a full refund which we did swiftly. I got my golden doodle, Benjamin, from this store. He’s strong and now a year and five months. The only thing is I was informed he was a mini and he’s definitely not 😂. But it’s ok i prefer it! Brett Kantor: Awful experience. Please beware. Gerrado is not a reputable business owner. Purchased a mini pinscher from this place. Went to their vet who claimed dog was not sick . After returning home with the puppy he was gasping for air. We has to take him to our local vet who informed us that both of his lungs were completely filled with fluid from pneumonia. The vet said he would have to stay overnight and there was a chance he would not make it . Luckily he was able to get better over the next few days because we were smart enough to bring him to our vet . In the hospital discussing the situation with Gerrado the owner he explained that the medical bills would only be covered if i bring the dog back to his vet who misdiagnosed the dog . I told him not only did we feel uncomfortable doing that clearly because we were in this dilema because of his vet but also the dog was hooked to IV and respirator and could not be transported. He understood the severity of the situation and agreed to pay the hospital bills . The following day upon receipt of the medical bills he refused to pay . He is not honest and has a history of selling sick dogs . Unfortunately I didnt do my due diligence before choosing to go w Gorgeous Puppies. Please go to anyone else that can fill your puppy needs . Please avoid this place at all costs .

Diana Q: I got my furry love here 2 months ago from Gorgeous Puppies & Kittens and I could not be happier with my adorable Boston terrier. The staff was extremely helpful and my little puppy is perfectly happy and healthy. He has no congenital diseases or issues at all. I understand the need to adopt but if you are interested in buying, this is the best place in Miami. I looked at another Boston terrier at another store which was way too more expensive! The store was clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous, they gave me the chance to play with him before making a decision, and mention me the huge responsibility to have a dog. Ashley Garcia: A week ago, I visited Nessy’s Puppies and was attended by Alejandro. I couldn’t leave there with a better experience. Alejandro was super attentive and answered any concerns my mother or me had. We got to play with the puppies we were interested in and ended up with a Chihuahua who we named Tequila (haha). The store had great deals and also provide access to a veterinarian within 10 days for any puppy you want to take home. samantha sousa: Bought my dog (a morkie) from them 5 years ago. First off he was already neutered at 2 months! Which even the vet across the street from them that they asked me to take him to were shocked. They told me no puppy under one should be neutered. He also had kennel cough (which was covered by nessy since it was within 3 days) so that was my puppy’s first 2 months of life. Now today I find out he has cataracts. Which means since he’s so young it was genetic. Surgery to help him now is around $4000. They clearly don’t vet the breeders they get their puppy’s from. Definitely from puppy mills. NESSY YOU SHOULD VET THE BREEDERS!

Joseph Albino: We just recently purchased an apricot Tiny poodle, she has become part of our family ,she was so tiny when we first purchased her that we thought she would stay between 3-5 , much to our surprise or a little tiny angel grew a bit bigger then we expected, it’s hard to pinpoint exactly the size that any dog will grow to, Especially the little ones poodles, Malties and Yorkies etc, our angel is 7 month old now ,she’s still the little tiny girl we bought when we first saw her just a little bit heavier and taller . I spoke with the owner she was very helpful and caring about the whole situation, we worked out a deal in the near future she’ll work with us on our next purchase, and we are planning to buy a companion for a little girl. It’s nice to know that the Owner was willing to help and take our concerns into consideration ASAP, she has no control over the size of the animal as it grows you could buy a teacup thinking it’s a teacup and they could grow much larger. It’s fair to say that she has quality healthy beautiful little angels and amazing show room and staff. We look forward to working with them in the future and I will continue referring to my friends. Sandy Grzynkowicz: They are the worst and they lie. Told me they (the assistant) guarantee that my dog would be 3 to 3 1/2 pounds. My dog ended up being 6 1/2 pounds. I also received a deaf dog with a snapped tail(what did they do to her?)and when I told them that, they refused to return her and said it’s a lie (what kind of guarantee is that?) She also had Pneumonia when I got her. And they said that wasn’t true. I have the doctors paperwork, to prove that she had pneumonia. They refused to honor the Guarantee or even help with her emergency room visit. Just warning everyone, do your research. You have been warned! update: I called the owner like I said a month after I purchased my maltase and she was nothing but rude and refused to honor anything, as I stated previously and now she is playing the I never heard from you card. Two months ago I met another couple who had purchased a dog from Tiny Paws, they had said they were also promised a 3 pound dog to them. so like I said, you have been warned.

I never received any calls of complaints as I would have addressed them immediately especially if a puppy has health issues . As for the size we never guarantee an adult size as it’s not possible we can only estimate to the best of our ability . Remember these are live animals. Please contact us as I would like to discuss your puppies health
Joe Albino: What an amazing experience, we ran across their site on Instagram . Where they were showcasing their puppies. They’re easy to communicate with, we FaceTime with the puppy that we loved, gave them a deposit and went and picked up our puppy in Miami, the place is amazing, clean and the puppies are very well taken care of , the presentation overall is stellar. We are so happy with the addition to our family, There’s a lot of scammers out there, this is a brick and mortar location with a higher class of puppies and service. I highly recommend this place.

Jay M: My family purchased a little boy Yorkie on June 30th from Tiny Paws. He was 1.5 pounds and barely 8 weeks old. We named him “Chip”, and he was with my family for less than 48 hours before he became sick. We took him to the emergency vet where he was diagnosed with parvovirus and was admitted to the hospital. I called Tiny Paws and the owner, Keren, told me she sees and treats parvo often. She wanted me to bring Chip back to the store so they could treat him in the back room with their own vet. This sounded terribly shady, and I refused to take him out of the hospital. This happened on Friday, July 1st. We spent hours with Chip at the hospital and shed many tears praying he would get better and survive. By Monday, he passed away. He was too tiny, and the virus was too much for him. We are still devastated. I called Keren a few days later and told her that Chip did not make it. She was quick to tell me that her vet could have saved him had I listened to her. I asked if she was going to refund the $6,800 I paid her for Chip. She said “no, that would not be fair to her.” I could pursue this in court – I should, and still may. However, I am more interested in other families avoiding this heartbreaking situation. Buying a puppy should not be an impulse purchase. In our case, it was – shame on us. Find a reputable breeder or a rescue shelter – not a puppy store. Parvo is terribly contagious, and the virus lives on surfaces for months. It kills puppies. There is parvo at Tiny Paws – read some of the other reviews. Why do you think you have to wear a mask and can’t touch the puppies? Covid? No. What about all the other dogs that were exposed to Chip? Do your homework and read all the reviews (BBB, Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.). Consult with a veterinarian. A puppy is not a commodity, it is a family member. Don’t buy from a puppy broker. I hope this review helps someone.
Response: Jay I begged you to allow us to take the puppy to our vet and have our proven staff take care of your puppy … you refused … you continue blaming us and wanting us to take responsibility but you refused our offer to help … I wanted to save you the trouble I wanted to save you the heart ace and I wanted to save you money but you refused … I was heartbroken to hear the puppy didn’t survive … I continued texting you and asking to bring me the puppy back and you refused … I wish you would have given us the chance to care for the puppy … we had no other cases at the store and our vet would have probably saved this babies life …again I am really sorry for your experience and wish you would have given us the opportunity to help

Sara Rodriguez: We bought a puppy for my mother in law here yesterday and just like one of the previous reviews, he is scared of everything and everyone, he is constantly shaking, and doesn’t want to eat or drink. He seems traumatized and abandoned, as his nails look like they’ve never been cut and his hair is matted. They don’t care for the dogs here, to say the least. This puppy seems like he’s been through some things, it’s hard to say what. I don’t know how nobody is checking in on these poor little creatures. Today we brought him to the vet and he has a fever, we’re waiting for blood test results but it seems like he has an infection.
Marsha Ayala: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM*** My Maltese was sick within 1-2 hours after we purchased him. They took him back to nurse back to health the same evening and when we got him back like after almost 2 weeks he was sick again. They took him back again and he ended up dying. Read all your documents before you sign and buy. You don’t get your money back. I don’t want another dog from your store after this awful experience. They feel they could just give another dog to you to heal the loss of the original dog you bonded with. Never again! Absolutely disappointed and heart broken.

May was excellent & takes such care in making sure her pups are placed in the appropriate home even requiring two reference checks. Kat Ocerinjauregui: Got my mini goldendoodle here and had a good experience. Called and made an appointment and went to go see her. I hope process took about an hour and a half. She’s healthy and really well mannered. The only thing I didn’t like was the vet they partner with for the initial visit. They were super rushed and not helpful at answering any questions I had about my dog. So will be changing her vet asap.

Elizabeth: I do want to add an update. A year ago my partner and I welcomed Gizmo from Petland in Kendall to our family. I can’t say enough good things about the way we were treated by everyone there and how much we appreciated their patience and time answering all of our questions and explaining the financial options we were offered. We wanted to feel comfortable with where our new pup came from and how he was treated, etc. and Petland made us feel good about our decision to go there. They had a binder on each dog we inquired about, filled with medical and breeder information. Not to mention Gizmo has brought us so much joy since we brought him home and we can’t thank Petland enough for bringing him into our lives. I do want to suggest one thing - when you’re checking out and receiving paperwork, etc., you’re recommended to go to Pou Veterinary Group by the staff when you get a pet at Petland. My advice - do not make the same mistake I did and go there no matter how good the vet’s “deal” sounds - once you get to the vet you realize it’s all a scam! You don’t really save any money, they are wildly expensive, sell you treatments and products you don’t need or could find online for 90% off their costs, and you may end up with a $1,500 bill because your dog has diarrhea, like I did. Do your research before taking your beloved new family member to this recommended veterinarian. I am a bit disappointed that Petland chooses to do business with them and recommends them to their clients. Other than this, I highly recommend checking out Petland for your new pet as my experience with them was wonderful.

Grace Medina: I came here 5/22/22 & spoke with the assistant manager Valentina, beautiful beautiful lady! I do not do reviews, but Valentina & her manager touched my heart to do this for them! Hopefully they read this someday (they have no clue I’m writing about them). I didn’t know she was manager at first but after having a nice long conversation with her, seeing her beautiful personality of course I should’ve guessed that she was assistant manager! Super sweet, funny animal-loving young lady. My partner & I wanted to leave with the puppy, Valentina & her manager convinced us with all the options they had to offer! Only reason we didn’t leave with the pup was the debt my partner & I are in & wanted to be a little less debt free before adopting the cutest puppies they had! If that wasn’t the issue we would’ve walked away with the pup but nevertheless, we walked away with such a terrific encountering of those two beautiful managers we had the chance to speak to! It was our pleasure having to have them speak to us about all the steps. I would 100% come back & have them as the two people as my (doggie) sales person.

Laurin Mejia: We love dog dude ranch! We have boarded our 45lb rambunctious pup here over several trips and she always comes out wagging her tail. She is a friendly dog but stubborn and we always worried about leaving her due to her size and sporadic lack of manners. This place has completely put my mind at ease knowing she will be safe and having fun when we are away. I always know she is in good hands here, playing all day out in the fresh air. If you arrive during playtime you can see the dogs all in their different runs, with plenty of space to run and explore, appropriately separated by size and workers all around. They are friendly, always available to answer questions, and accommodating. Our flight this last trip was delayed beyond pickup time and we were able to reach them easily by text and had no problem extending her stay. We tried other places before finding dog dude ranch and nothing compares. Best place for your pups while you are away!
Isabel M.: I am giving 4 stars because I wanted to see a little of where my dog would be sleeping, I was worried since she sleeps in a crate. I got there and handed her off to a very nice young man but not knowing where they were taking her left a little worried. When I picked her up same thing they just handed her off and I would of liked to know how she did. I had to ask the questions . The place seems very nice and clean .my dog looked very happy . I would leave her there again, just ask a few questions. I have friends that received up dates .
Yolanda Di Lella: I will be boarding my dog next week, but I left her for the 1/2 day doggie camp as a trial and it was so organized. From the registration to the drop off and pick up, it was all smooth. The staff seemed to really like what they do and look like they take good care of the pets. My Sadie seemed exhausted but happy when I picked her up. I will definitely be taking her back for day care and boarding.

Rich Eckert: We made a boarding reservation for our two dogs (Luna and Juno). Prior to their upcoming reservation they received a four hour complimentary day care reservation. This day care session was to see how our dogs interact with other dogs. Once arriving, the staff was very attentive and helpful. They answered any questions we had and reassured us that our dogs were in good hands. When we picked up our dogs, they both appeared happy and very tired (they had lots of playtime). We are very happy with the services offered by Dog Dude Ranch. We look forward to having our dogs stay with them for their upcoming boarding reservation.
Chenglin Yuan: I brought my 6 month old puppy to dog dude ranch for an afternoon trial and the staff was very accommodating. I ended up being 20 min late to pickup due to traffic and they waited for me. My dog also had a really great time!

daniel burgos: Worst place to get your dog groomed, the new groomer doesn’t know how to treat your pet. Shaves them way too much and then says they had to because the dog had too many knots. When you ask why they didn’t call to notify, they get upset at you and begin screaming. Worst dog groomer in the area. Not a safe place to leave your pet.

Kristine Sanchez: We’ve been taking our dogs to Scottie Paws for over 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. We do grooming and boarding and the service is always great! Love the staff! When boarding, they send us pictures and keep us posted on how our dog baby is doing during their stay. I LOVE that they are a green facility and don’t use any harsh chemicals which is huge. They also do dental cleanings which have tremendously helped our dog’s teeth health! So grateful for this business and thankful for all they do for our little fur babies!

Booking: Scottie Paws recently launched online booking! It’s been super easy to get an appointment. I’ve never had a big problem squeezing my little guy in for a grooming appointment. Cleanliness & Ambience: I always thought their location was nice and clean, but their renovation has been great too. You can see the grooming table and I often see them grooming dogs and cats. How are they with pets? These ladies are amazing with my dog! Every single time they greet my dog with a lot of love. They have gotten used to his personality. Since my dog is really shy and scared of other dogs, they know to keep him separate from other dogs. If your dog is friendly and likes other dogs, I’ll often see them walking around freely. Grooming: I find that grooming here is reasonably priced for the high quality that I get. My dog gets a bath, shave, cut, nail trim, and ear trim always. He looks really handsome afterwards and my vet always raves about how amazing a job they do on my dog’s ear hair. I’ve also paid for teeth brushing when I’m having a hard time with my dog, and they do such a good job. Parking: There is free parking in the space outside their location, as it’s a little strip mall near Tamiami Park & Expo Center.

Sofia Diaz: Previous owner was an awesome groomer, the new one I wouldn’t trust. My schnauzer would come out looking so sharp after the previous owner would groom him. Now his skirt is uneven and brows are also uneven. When I got home I had to personally even his cut out. Also prices went up. Not at all worth going for the price they are charging. 10 years after being customers there I’m looking for a new groomer now.
KJ Coloma: I went today to get my goldendoodle groomed & they shaved my dog with no permission and charged me for shaving him. My goldendoodle has no knots and we have been growing his hair for MONTHS. I specifically told them to not cut his hair, they forgot and called me hours later asking if we want him to get shaved. I SAID NO. i told them two times NOT to cut my dogs hair and they did the opposite PLUS charge me for it. I am absolutely furious with the service I received today.

Kristen Kawass: Sam is absolutely amazing!! I have a 17 1/2 year old Shih tzu who requires a specific regimen of food, meds and TLC. Needless to say, taking a 2 week vacation seemed more like a nightmare than relaxation knowing that I would not be home with my fur baby. Of course I had friends and family that would stop in to check on him, but his daily regimen required a little more. Sam to the rescue!! She was so loving with my little baby. She came for a few visits before I left to get to know him. She was absolutely great with him (and he’s a miserable one lol). While I was gone, she was able to make house calls twice a day to check in on him, take care of his food and meds, and give him love. I got daily updates from Sam while I was away, with pictures and videos, and was totally at ease. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter who they can trust and feel comfortable knowing your baby is in great hands!!!!!
David Carvallo: Sam came to us as referral from another one of her clients. We took a chance and were we delighted! (Not that we take ‘chances’ per se with our pets - but figuring our friends were happy, we figured the risk wasn’t so big. To say she took magnificent care of our three dogs cannot be overstated. We set up remote access for her to enter our home and she took care of the rest. We received pics and videos several times a day along with updates and our pets took to her very well. I can’t recommend her enough and will certainly be using her again. Her rates are beyond reasonable and best of all, we had peace of mind. She’s great!!!!

Di Balladares: The place is welcoming. I love how they have a small window that you can see when they are cutting or drying the pet. I like how they have cute outfits for pets as well. Price is good also they give these cute collar bandannas. My dogs came out happy. I did noticed a layer of dust on the shelves maybe a wipe would be best. Overall I will be going back thank you !
daniela liscano: I picked my dog up and she was sheared. They insisted it’s a yorkie hair style but she didn’t have any hair around her eyes. Very unprofessional I called to talk about what happen and the girl told me why I brought my dog then, she also had something stuck on her hair too around the nose y her eyes where full of dirty too. If you have a yorkie please don’t take it there.

Tatiana Lopez: Worst service, they left my dog if she was in a fight, lots of hair holes on her body. First thing I told them not to touch the hair of her tail and they just passed by the hair clipper unevenly, i just wanted to cry. I highly recommend not take a risk with this place. I dropped my dog a 2 pm and they just start to service her at 5pm, I wonder where they kept her for such a long time in such a small place. Below you can see how they left of what it use to be a beautiful tail with long hair into just bold gaps and all over her body. How do you call this grooming? Never again!

The reason we took longer than usual was because when you called us to make an appointment we asked you what breed your dog is because we only had time for a small dog and you said it was a schnauzer and when you brought it it turned out to be a dog of more than 60 pounds and instead of having her ready at 5:00 we had her ready at 5:30 5:45. If you contact us we are willing to make a refund of your payment. we have proof of our work in all the photos you can see here on google or on our Instagram @petavenuegrooming our groomers have more than 8 years of experience but mistakes can happen and we are sorry for what happened to your dog.

He was full of knots in his hair and so we tried to remove them with scissors at home, we accidentally cut his skin and decided to take him to professionals so they could fix it because he was such a mess. I used to take her elsewhere and she would stay anxious for days, after Pet Avenue she comes out exactly as when she came in, I can’t thank them enough. cesar fernandez: Marisel and her team have been the best I have found for the care of my furry baby. I went on a vacation trip and was kept informed daily with photos and videos. Fira was playing with new friends, slept peacefully and was well cared for.I highly recommend them!
Sara Gaylord: When I picked up my puppy, he had a bad skin infection under his collar on his neck. It looked like he had been wearing a wet collar. The facility was not what I expected. I thought it would be a house based upon pictures on the site, but it is in an office space in a warehouse/commerce park. I couldnt see where the dogs were kept, where they played or where they slept. They do send pictures of your pup playing, which is nice, but otherwise, i would not recommend this business.

I would not leave her with anyone else after knowing how happy she is when going and how worn out she is from playing all day when I pick her up! This is doggy heaven for her!
