Aja Fudge: From the moment that we arrived until the moment that we checked out, the staff was extremely kind, pleasant, and accommodating. One staff member in particular, Alan, was especially gracious. He honestly made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. In addition, the hotel is in a great, central location. It’s very clean and the pool is amazing. But for our family, the impeccable customer service trumps it all. SLS Brickell is definitely our go-to hotel when in Miami.

Bryan McDaniel: Our stay at the SLS Brickell was due to our flight(s) being canceled by our airline after our cruise (I believe that I read that more than 10,000 flights were canceled nationwide that weekend). We decided that we would simply try to make the best of a trying situation, and go stay in a nice hotel in downtown Miami until we could make alternative arrangements for another flight. After reading reviews online about various hotels in downtown Miami we chose Brickell due to it's location and positive reviews. The room was nice, large, and very clean. The balcony was absolutely huge with excellent views of the city. The Italian restaurant and bar just off the lobby (Fi'lia) had wonderful food, drinks and service. I can't speak highly enough of the staff. When we checked in late that evening we were exhausted, and the only clothes that we had were the clothes which we were wearing. The staff were friendly, professional and even offered shopping suggestions where we might acquire additional clothing the following day. I would especially like to commend Daniela and Isabel. They were wonderful, and are a credit to their profession. Thanks to the SLS Brickell for turning our difficult and tiring situation into a pleasant experience.

Edel Rodriguez: Not what it used to be. I’ve stayed at SLS Brickell three to four times in the last two years & never had an issue until this time. Normally, book the deluxe suite & again always enjoyed it. This time however, I noticed that the rooms are a bit worn out and no intent on management to fix them up. For starters ; bathrobe hangers broken, mirror on bathroom broken, lights flickering inside room. To make matters worst, I paid for the extended late check out which essentially is half the night for an extra 4hours no problem, it’s by choice. However, when the clock hit 3pm this people wouldn’t stop blowing up my phone and knocking on the door. How can I gather my things any faster if you don’t give me a chance. Also, they tried charging me a whole other day for being 10min late on the check out. I had to pull teeth to get the money refunded back to me. Again, not the same quality of brand I recall from two years ago, both quality and service at an all time low. Lastly, I attended an event there over Memorial Day Weekend a pool party, that was moved from the pool towards a conference room. What a disaster.

Flash G: Everything was fine. The only really negative point was the outside bar. Went down everyone ordered martinis they each came with 1 olive we asked for a few more to support our drinks and this little blonde waitress got a real big attitude. Seemed like her boss could care less Customer service is everything. We will not be staying again

Ace King: Very fun hotel great location lots of things to do at the property itself as well as lots of things to do around the property, there wont be one boring day that's for sure highly recommend. The staff was very helpful and welcoming and the overnight security Jorge was very helpful with getting us everything we needed during the late hours and we had a big family with baby's so that was greatly appreciated.

Farid Kossari: Horrible experience for a 4.5 star hotel. We checked in around 9pm, problem started with parking, no short term parking option. Went to grab our breakfast, so many limitations. Either juice or coffee not both, regular croissant included chocolate extra, only two items in omelette, half of the menu excluded. Went to the pool under construction. Our free bottle of wine came an hour before checkout, guaranteed late check out was an hour process. After checkout got charged for several mini bar items although we never touched anything. We witnessed suspicious traffic in the hallways, asked hotel if they have camera to see if someone went inside our room after we left and they denied. So this hotel is definitely not a high quality or safe accommodation. There are plenty of options in the area so stay away from this one.

Norman Salas: A beautiful place to walk around during the evening on weekends and weekdays. It's like a little miniature Brooklyn. I have a hide and sense of awareness, and I did not feel any imminent threat when I was there. The parking is a little bit tricky, everything is paid. Always be sure to look out for signs that say no parking at all times, or your car will be towed. Never park in such a parking spot, the towing companies find it very profitable to tow away a car. . Tow it away, it cost about $250 to get it back. The best advice I can give you, is to get an Uber. You listen your risk of getting into a car accident, vandalism, towing, plus you have the "Driving Miss Daisy" convenience of not having to drive. In fact, I use Uber almost everywhere I go. Bob Linux: SLS Brickell Miami is excellent. Only hot people work here which makes me right at home. The fact that they fired Juan for being ugly made me buy the penthouse on the 52nd floor. I also get my own elevator so I don't need to look sub 52 floor peasants in the eyes.

German Hoeffner: Valet and check in staff was friendly. They told us the pool was open from sunrise till sunset. We went up to the pool on the first day - they were out of towels. Then they kicked us out of the area at 4:45 without any warning. We had to leave immediately, because they were setting up for some pool party later that night. That experience really ruined the stay for us, especially when you pay 600 usd per night. Rooms are okay, though they are on the noisy side. At least everything was clean.

Leah Lawson: Wow what an amazing staycation I had for my husbands birthday and our anniversary. From the minute we arrived the valet was very friendly and welcoming. Check in w Daniella was great. She was very welcoming and made sure my amenities were included for the promotion I booked. We had balloons in our room and they delivered a bottle of champagne and desert w a personalized card. The next day we had brunch at fi’lia w Daniel. He was very nice and did something special for my husbands bday. Christian and Breezy were oh so welcoming and nice when we arrived w no reservation. Christian made us a reservation and we were sat immediately. Overall the staff is really what made our stay outstanding. Yes the hotel is nice but to have staff that doesn’t have an attitude and makes you feel welcome from the time we pulled up is what sets this hotel aside from the others.

David Robbins: I recently purchased a watch from Gables Pawn & Jewelry on E-Bay and am really impressed! The watch is pre owned, but it's in such good shape that it looks brand new. Gables Pawn had the watch mailed to an authenticator the same day I paid them, and it was at my door two days later. It came in a beautiful wooden presentation box because the original box was not available. I plan to buy from this business again in the future. The quality and professionalism were both top notch!

pimphard33: Saw an add on offer up i texted them got a prompt reply. I went in met monica who assisted me with my purchase and gave me a GOOD deal the staff was friendly and my wife loves her watch. I will have to go back and get it sized for her wrist in a couple weeks. They have a wide variety of watches and will work with you on the price they even offer law a away. Virginia Garcia: From start to finish the total time for our build was less than 5 months. We had selected the materials that were in stock, to avoid any delays. Each crew would arrive on time and complete their work with little delay and in a professional manner. Even with minor problems and delays on inspection, all in all, we are very satisfied with Robert and his crew. Due to the great results and recommendations, we now have our very close friends building their pool with Robert and the crew at Dream Pools. Diego Rozo: Well, I have to say it started as a pleasant experience. We picked the pool size the materials we wanted and signed the contract in October of 2020, assosiation approved project in March and until may they broke ground. By June 2021 they called me because I needed to change the materials we picked, for some reason they couldn't find the pavers. But I know personally friends that did find them. So it took them months to then tell me I couldn't get my Dream Pool, for that I could've have signed with another contractor. We paid every deadline on time up to 43k in October 2021. Total was around 44k. On October 2021 they did the "delivery" and what a terrible experience it was. My pavers were broken at the entrance so I didn't pay the remainder 1000 in the balance. Until late January 2022 they fixed the pavers. Now they are harassing me for payment. Mind you it's been a week since they finished the job. Then they have the audacity to send me an email telling me that don't bother paying, they are going to cancel the warranty because delayed payment. . I was going to pay, I had over a year of patience with them, but they have little patience for me. Terrible contractor. Please look somewhere else.
Response: Sir, we did not swapped your pavers a week ago. We have sent numerous emails trying to collect last payment and have left many phone messages with no response from your part. All I have to say is that we have a 17 year track record of customer satisfaction. If you cannot seem to understand the material shortages and chain of supply issue that we encountered worldwide in 2020 there is nothing we can do or say. Every client understood the tough circumstances we were working under. Why other pool builders decided to abandon jobs because of supply shortages and price hikes we at Dream Pools can say that we finished every project obtained in 2020 and are very proud of that accomplishment. Now you come here in a public forum upset because you decided not to pay your last balance because we encounter some delays on items that were not at our availability because the ports were closed or at half operational. That is not an excuse Sir, that’s called stealing. We kept our part of the agreement and delivered your product as per our contract. As per our contract I would like to remind you that your swimming pool warranty has been voided for none payment and that is the real reason why you are now venting with a review. Also, I want to let every one know that all your cracked pavers were swapped with new ones as soon as the shipping container arrived and that’s why we asked you to mark them with blue tape and email us the picture for our office records. Dream Pools complied with the contract agreement and addressed every issue as per your request.

William Padron: Great experience! Our new pool is beautiful, well constructed, and modern. Robert, the owner and his staff were very professional, polite, and accommodating to our needs. The pool was constructed on time and it matched what we expected on every detail. The quality of the materials was topnotch. The attention to detail was always present. All the crews that worked in the project really knew what they were doing. The price was very competitive and we chose them after careful review of their website, their proposal, the opinion of other customers, etc. Out of 8 companies we looked at they were by far the most balanced. Would recommend and would use again if needed. Great job!

Y C: Handling a big residential project as building a new pool is, requires planning, organization, expertise, attention to details, and customer service...all this we could find it in Dream Pools. Small problems will always be found, but their ability to solve them was also noted. Gustavo Picart: I want to recommend Dream Pools to any of you who are looking to have a pool built. I had been pondering this thought since I purchased my home. I made sure to buy a home without a pool so I could have one built to my taste. I called three builders the first year. I was very disappointed with the sales presentations. None offered to help with the financing, just simply telling me to ask for a personal loan. I was also told that my company uses better concrete than other companies, and my company uses acid resistant tiles and my company offers a lifetime warranty. After doing some research I found out all these stories where selling gimmicks and quickly lost interest. The second year I decided to shop around. This time I come across a company whose name caught my eye from the start. Dream Pools! I called the company and was greeted by a friendly young lady who had a sales person call me five minutes after the call. The sales person made an appointment with me and one day later he came to my house. I told him I did not have the cash and would need a loan. He said no problem and gave me a number to call. That weekend he called me so I could go see the 3d model of the pool we had discussed. I loved it and the final numbers were lower than any of the other builders. After the permit process that took about three weeks the job started promptly and I must admit moved even faster than what I had planned for. I was not given any stories and the sales person was honest and clear. He even had the owner come out and meet me. From the sales person to the owner and laborers, all where polite and professional. They kept me informed at every step of the process. I can’t be any happier with the final product!
