Troy Atlantic: Great Bookstore, however they could dedicated more space to books and stock books than the cafe that dominates the bookstore. But all together, that said, still one of the best for art & design books. Also please get some rare fashion periodicals, the fashion students next door could really use them.

Mitch Swergold: What can one say. Such a great place! Mitchell Kaplan runs a phenomenal organization. Excellent book selections, Great speakers (authors), peaceful environments and great food in the cares. This is consistent across all locations. Really a great and much -needed intellectual and cultural element of Miami. I'm a regular at several locations and expect to be for many years to come. Thanks Mitchell!
Response: Mitch, thank you for your kind words and support. They mean the world to us!!

Paul Gormley: Great location for dinner and a show at the Arsht Center but, as expected, a little pricey. Good portions, solid preparation and service, cool venue for a meal.

shawn beightol (allllchemist): Great bartender very helpful. Great place to hang out before show. Prices were reasonable. Very classy clientele.
Response: Thank you for your very kind words. See you soon...

Winston Fletcher: Small Book Shop and Cafe. Personal service. Perfect spot to just chill and share. Good for young adults and mature persons.

Chillbean Gene: Best book selection I've ever seen and the staff is very kind

Sundaram LS: Went there for a coffee evening. Great place in the middle of downtown to sit and relax

Airton Menezes: There are very few options of books. It's more a café than a bookstore
Response: Thank you for your comments. We call the store The Cafe at Books & Books for that very reason. Have a happy new year!

Ronnie M.: Was not very happy with the service but the food was good

Matthew Doyle: Amazing food and great drinks.

Lurline Gribble: Great bookstore. A lot of Spanish books.

Peter Wall: So many books in Spanish, including the lord of the rings trilogy! It's tucked away, but once you find this gem you will be thankful you did!

Doaldo Caballero: Great place, large inventory, personnel is always nice and helpful and more important: libros en Español...! I wish there were more places like that in the city but I know in these Amazon's times we're living is very difficult to maintain places like that. 5 STARS

Amir H Town: What a brilliant book store! Think of the nicest, most comfortable book store with a wide reaching selection, except all in Spanish! Wonderful idea!

Sporcut Chris: I feel so proud of being the first to review this phenomenal book store, a true gem in my amazing Coral Gables. We loved how modern is this store filled with books my friend and I like. Then as a surprise for us we were there for the presentation of the magazine "fuacata". An very unique experience, I loved to listen to this talented writers.

Andrea Eguren: If you love bookstores this is the place to visit. A great selection, beautiful people and great customer service. Be advised, you'll keep coming. And the best part, SOLO ESPAÑOL.

Patty Pinies: You guys made my day... my husband and I were walking by and saw your bookstore. We decided to go in because we were on date night without the baby (yeah, free to do whatever we want) and we were instantly happy :) Going to a book store where the people actually know about books and authors... OMG how I missed that! We bought two books... one for me and one for our baby girl both in Spanish. I'm already looking forward to coming back :)

jet south: A neat little Spanish language bookstore. I would have bought the first book of Harry Potter series, but that was the one they were out of at the time. They had many categories but not a wide selection, but it was fun to look.

Debora Levi: The best bookstore ever! If you like Europeans authors in Spanish this is the best place in MiamiJust so happy I never get enough

Cira: Excellent bookstore with abundant Spanish language authors. It offers poetry, children's books, novels, non fiction and more.

Tyrone: This is a super cute bookstore with a really well-curated selection of books. The best part though is their cafe/garden bar where you can grab a drink and study/read, especially if it's a nice afternoon or evening. Super relaxing and chill vibes!

Matt Brown: Really special book store with a wonderful atmosphere, extremely well-curated selection of books and an enthusiastic, well-informed staff. The cafe/garden is lovely as well. A must for any book store enthusiast.
Response: Matt, thank you for your kind words! Looking forward to seeing you in the store...

L Sanchez: This bookstore is a gem for all readers. Exceptional place for all ages. I have gone to many bookstores ,and it’s an in and out situation. The setting outdoor is very inviting . And the ambiance inside is so chill you end up wanting to stay. The staff is so friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend.
Response: Wow! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Looking forward to seeing you next time!!

Priscilla Berger: If you're a book worm like me 🤓, being immensed here is like hitting a jackpot! Such a romantic spot!! I could easily spend a whole day here for sure!
Response: Thank you!! We look forward to your next visit.

Personal Account: Hands down the BEST bookstore in Miami. Everyone that works there is thoughtful, patient and passionate about books! The architecture and indoor patio are beautiful. Their bar area is peaceful. And their cafe is yummy. It’s an experience as much as it is a retailer. HIGHLY recommend 😊

Quinton Lawton: Good atmosphere if you love browsing for books or just want a place to hang out. Happy hour is great; highly recommend the hummus as a nice snack. Employees are attentive. Overall just a great place to spend a few hours. I visit at least 2 or 3 times a month and always find something new to keep myself entertained!

Zoë Lawrenson: Super lovely bookstore with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The events they have here are always good and the bar is an added benefit to all venues ;-). Great collection of books. Generally pretty slow service for lunch when I have been but with such a nice setting we didn't mind.

Enrique J. Lopez: Books & Books will always be Books & Books. The true bookstore feeling without the flash that others attempt to incorporate into their bookstore. Quaint, quiet and enjoyable. Pleasant and helpful, but not intrusive staff. Always an enjoyable visit. Excellent location and access. Enjoy!!
Response: Thank you, Enrique! This means a lot to all of us!!

Diana Briceno: Such a cute little bookstore! I found some amazing new reads and enjoyed some coffee in their outdoor area. I wish there were more book stores like this 😍
Response: Thank you for your very kind words!! We hope to see you in the store again soon.

Ana Harthman: This is my favorite spot in all Miami. I go there every week. Ambiance is great because of the great bartender Raul without him the place is not the same, just a book store and not a place that make you feel you are among friends. Great selection of books. Which the spanish section will have more new books. Food is good, not a big menu but always great tasting food. The only problem it is sad that poor Raul has to work out of a cooler and not a working refrigerator, It's been like that for months and the new bar plans it's been in the plans for years! Please help Raul get a better working bar! he deseserves that. He works hard, very attentive and takes good care of his customers. Thanks

Libreri Mapou Creole & French: what do users think?

Herve Glaude: My new addition to my library 😊

Hopn Allison: I'll go here before Borders any day. The prices of books are pretty much set when you buy in a store so I don't see the point of patronizing a giant chain when I could buy from this grand little shop in my area. I got a book for 6 bucks in the sidewalk sale a couple of weekends ago. Steal! Gotta love the journal and card selection too.

Mariah Ray: The worse experience ever the owner Jan Mapou was rude to me and my sister. We heard about this book store from our father, who used to buy books there very often. He was disgustingly rude to us and we were very shock. I do not recommend any of my friends or family members to his book store.

Mikey Moonflower: I only come here for the cremas. Absolutely delicious highly recommend.

Maria Hairston: A great neighborhood bookstore. I can spend hours in there just wandering and looking for books. The staff is super friendly and the selection is great. I'm so glad I live around the corner from this place.

Sporcut Chris: Libreri Mapou is a bookstore, library, and cultural center all in one. Jan Mapou, the owner, stocks a large selection of books in Kreyol, French, and English. The store has a large area out back where there are dance practices and performances, meetings, poetry readings, and other gatherings.

Reimsky Toussaint: Libreri Mapou is a pillar of the Haitian heritage not only in Little Haiti but in the Miami metropolitan area in general. You will find books to learn Creole, books in Creole or French, dictionaries, artwork and cultural clothing from or about Haiti, and more!

Luis Carr: I like used books, They smell good and they're pretty and you can read them. And Aardvark is a good place to buy them.

joubert camille: This place is a great place over there and also many people come to buy a book inside only but, u not come to buy a book outside and also u can find it differently store or either wise u can buy it online as well

Juvens Dorcely: I love this library and the owner is a great person

Libreria Impacto: what do users think?

Iyari Tolmos: They have no visible sign saying that there is a no return policy. The vague sign they do have, which seems to be specific to cash transactions (did not apply to this transaction) is purposely hidden behind a bookstand. We attempted to return a book within an hour of buying it, still with the plastic wrapping on it. The owner refused, citing "the law of the bookstore," and refused to help, even after we informed her that we do not live in town and hence would not be able to use any store credit. Their point of sale system is outdated and inefficient, and even when we were purchasing the book, the owner rudely instructed us on how to input the transaction amount ourselves, as opposed to doing it herself which would have facilitated the transaction. Further, when we arrived to return the book, the store was closed, there was no sign to indicate if they were going to re-open, as it was much earlier than their posted closing time. Turns out the woman had gone to get coffee and had not even thought to post a sign to let customers know anything. The lack of professionalism is outstanding and the service is poor. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Granville Echols: If you have even the slightest interest in the fantasy/sci-fi/horror genre, GO TO BORDERLANDS. This place is, by far, the best bookstore I've ever been to. It's a geek's heaven set in The Mission that has stolen my heart. Came here to get my Wheel of Time copy signed by Brandon Sanderson and Harriet. I will definitely be coming back here to delve into other great novels.

Julia Rodriguez: Sure, the selection of non-fiction was less than impressive and I didn't appreciate the lack of comfy places for me to load but c'mon now. This place is a bookstore with real live books besides twilight.

Devon Wynter: Great place for Spanish reading from studying for your Ged or trying to learn a new language. The owner an older woman very sweet and very helpful. Thank you

Graciela Danel: The owner she is the best, she knows what to recommend, this is my 3 time there

Rafael Pineiro: The site is somewhat disorganized and chaotic, but there you can find titles almost impossible to get elsewhere. The attention is familiar and correct.

Mirna Miranda: Very good, trhow out the garbage the book new era and 💣The of borrow 😽🤖"healht"👊👜🧦💍🎓☻👹👨‍💻👩‍💻🤴💔⛽🚦🛌🛵

Gwendolyn F Abella: In the era of internet and electronic devices, this place still offers good books at reasonable prices.

Marie Esquivel: Excellent book selection and friendly service.

Courtney Williams: Great selection of books.

TASCHEN Store Miami: what do users think?

Eric Franz: One of the best coffee table books companies with their own store. Excelent for last min gifts or just some beautiful book for yourself.

philippe gabulon: Very beautiful and elegant shop with a great selection of Taschen art books. The shop is simply set with a good selection of rather large art books. You will also find ultra large and luxury books. At the end of the shop, opposit tpo the street side there is also a collectio of art works on display and for sale. The people of the shop are very nice too. We had te books we bought sent to New York for a sensible fee.

Gabby J: Stunning book store, I loved the artistic layout of the space. We were able to get our book signed by the legend himself Cristo. Everyone at the signing was very helpful and welcoming. The event was wonderful!
Response: Glad to hear, Gabby! Many thanks for the positive review. Hope you’ll come visit us again soon!

El Farto: Just lost 1:30hs of my time browsing the stuff inside this store, i wanted to buy everything... the attendants were very nice and answered all my questions, pay attention to the exquisite decor inside.

Jerry Ellis: The most premium bookstore I've ever ventured into hands down. They have quite the unique selection of reads and use super premium materials with the printing and construction materials of their books. Simply remarkable!

Nicholas Redding: Sandra was beyond helpful with us. She was very attentive and super kind. Amazing customer service experience. The store had so much variety and there is definitely a book for everyone. A must visit.

carlos camps: Flagship store of the iconic German publishing company. Taschen is a company with more than 40 years of experience on publishing books that are authentic jewels. The title selection, the cured content and the production transpire quality and attention to the detail. Definitely worth spending time!

Filip Berdek: the only bookstore left in south beach! i love this location and the staff is very helpful. the store manager is always extremely friendly and helpful.

M M: It's simply not possible to walk out without a purchase. Great selection and very helpful staff!

Leifur Björnsson: I’ve visited the store on a few occasions when passing through South Beach for work. The staff is always super friendly and the selection is great. I normally only get a few small things since I can’t really be carrying heavy books around.

The Bookshop: what do users think?

Monty Langford: I was in Miami for a business trip, and was introduced to The Book Shop by a mutual friend of the owner. The moment I stepped into the space, I fell in love with it. Its size is small and its presence is welcoming, like a familiar friend, yet it is quite alluring. But don’t let the size of The Book Shop fool you, it’s also home to a publishing powerhouse. Owner, Tabitha Rose, has published books for award-winning authors and little-authors, alike. She makes everyone feel like they are on top of the world—like every one of your dreams is within grasp, if you only extend your arm and reach. I felt very fortunate to have visited during a few book releases / author talks, where I met some lovely authors who signed my book with wonderful personal messages, which I’ll treasure. In The Book Shop, there are also a number of classical books available, and other smalls; such as essential oils, crystals, and sage. Be sure to follow them on social media to learn about some of the events they run like kids’ days, tea socials, workshops, spiritual circles, and more. 10/10 experience!
Response: We are so grateful for you!

James Casey: I LOVE THIS PLACE! This is an incredible bookstore and made me wish that I lived in the neighborhood. The selection of books is fantastic and the blind date with a book is my absolute favorite. Such wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. The owner, Tabitha Rose,is so wonderful and has such a beautiful spirit Thank you "The bookshop" for an incredible experience!

Gina Zik: Thank you for this gem of a place. Sadly, bookstores have become as rare as Betamax . So when you come across a shop as wonderful as "The Bookshop" - treasure it. "The Bookshop" offers a broad and varied selection of titles. Whatever the subject..fiction, non, poetry, photo books...They've got it covered. This is the kind of shop you can sit and linger in, and their knowledgeable staff doesn't mind a bit. The manager Jessica is amazing, it is a real pleasure to have a conversation with her. Great book signings here. Nice events schedule. "The bookshop" is in a highly walkable, cool part of town... Have brunch, buy a book, make a day of it. It is is a special and magical place. Can't wait to get back in the very near future!

Quitting Kratom: This beautiful gem is hidden away in the adorable city of Buena Vista within Miami. Tabitha Rose is an incredible human that aims to find local authors with an impactful story to tell. I am absolutely obsessed with this bookshop and all the hard work that goes into making this space a reality. I would recommend stopping by to anyone in the area, whether you're visiting or live nearby - you wont be disappointed!
Response: Thank you! We love and appreciate your presence in our community

Fernanda Ramos: I love this bookstore! They have such a good variety of books, gifts for all tastes and they also promote very fun events. The staff was super helpful assisting me, specially Jess. Overall it is a great place to check it out, I will be back!

Jessica Rachel: This is my all-time favorite bookshop! Located off NE 2nd ave just a few minutes from the beach, I absolutely love coming here and browsing allthe beautiful books, candles and journals. This is my favorite shop to support and I always look forward to stopping by! Hope to see you there ❤️

Alyssa Pivarnick: A true gem of a shop with an eclectic selection, great ambiance, and always smells so good. Such a cozy, feel-good space. Their newest consultant, Jess, is amazing. She is a perfect addition.

Jay Ray: The coziest, most precious bookstore I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. I recently moved to the neighborhood and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this amazing shop. So many good finds and just the most exquisite space. This will be my weekly hangout as Tabi and Jess are a pleasure to be around!

Teo Montoya: Life to Paper is an extraordinary bookstore because it’s purpose is to invoke the creative process of writing and enrich the world with storytelling. The bookstore is spacious and inviting and makes you feel like sitting, reading and even pondering the story within. There is a subtle magic about this place, the magic of imagination becoming reality and the magic of a community of creatives. I find this place to be very uplifting and inspiring. I highly recommend visiting this curious literary haven.

Christian Perez Chavez: The bookshop is a special place. The vision and energy of it's founders is felt as soon as you walk through the door. It's a place of truth, vulnerabilities are bared, and a growing community blossoms within its walls. The writers, artists, and humans roam the space with true freedom of thought and speech. May you find your way here.

MDC Wolfson Bookstore: what do users think?

Nicanor Ramos Ullola: Customer service. And presentation. When I went in, the first time, I was very lost, bought some stuff… but especially I was upset about the area. Then, I can back a second time and felt insulted… I was asked to take a picture that had no barcode on it. The third time, I was given attitude. And had to constantly wait for a task that could have been achieved, with ease, if the service had be with a proper greeting. Proper. Fix your signs! Also, the male representative. Opened my mail in front of me.

Olga Bub: It was my first semester at this college, so I didn't think that later on I would have to collect evidence in order for them to take the rented books back. They gave me originally destroyed books and then at the end of the semester refused to accept them back, claiming that I took them in excellent condition, although this is not the case. Thus, they made me pay not only for the rent of books, but also for the purchase of completely destroyed books (once again they gave them to me in this state). Disgusting service. If you are considering buying or renting here as an option, then make sure to video the state of each page at the time you receive the books. Otherwise, they will tell you that you have no proof and will force you to buy it.

Mabell Tyler: I bought a book from here once. it was a good time. i don't remember the music: maybe it was irritating. diverse selection of Staff Picks. area has nice food. i would buy books from here if i lived near here. i think the staff were friendly. it's been a year since i went here. but i don't think a bookstore would change too much.

Kalvin Ledbetter: Very difficult to reach and staff not very knowledgeable about products or procedures. They look for any way to get off the phone with you so they don’t have to do anything. Surprisingly unhelpful to students. I was very unhappy with my many attempts to obtain my books for classes. One week later I still haven’t received my books that I had ordered from Danny the supervisor in the bookstore that should not be working there. I called to try and track the books and was told they couldn’t locate the books and provided a tracking number to call ups. Upon speaking to a representative and finally finding out that he put the wrong address down for the shipment. I’m very discouraged by the unprofessional behavior of this staff and they aren’t even staff of MDC and use that to continue to do poorly. They need revised by MDC. This is unacceptable and discouraging for new and future students.

April Mendoza: This bookstore is the best! They have a wide selection of books which is impressive. Great atmosphere and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love going up to the staff and asking their opinions about novels I am thinking about picking up because they always seem to have the best suggestions. My go to place for some quiet time and a good read.

Robert Perez: I don’t get why it’s so hard to send purchased items to the correct address. 3 semesters in a row at least one of my access codes were shipped elsewhere. I received others packages and had to reach out to them personally to make sure they got their codes. Reached out to the email provided and they’ve yet to get back to and it’s been 2 weeks. I called and no one knows anything. Pathetic and Unacceptable. Figure it out

Joseth Byfield: Well, I love to read especially about history and both the World Wars. Since I cannot afford to purchase all the books on the subject I go there to read them. So far they allow me to do so without complaining. They are very gracious about it too.

Vubur: Price - Everything is overpriced. Service- Store is inadequately staffed resulting in long lines and overall poor customer service. Quality- The quality of the products offered is average, but for the price below average. Higher prices for average quality products with no perks. Online- If you place an order online they take between one to two weeks to fulfill the order. Although, the items are right inside the store and you could just walk in and buy them. Overall- With everything taken into consideration, avoid this store, only but what you must.

Alberto Wilson: Really nice store with lots of book varieties for a reader like me. I would recommend other readers for sure. Staff is helpful and friendly too.

Nick Greenquist: Not a real bookstore (or maybe bc Covid). Only textbooks for college students. Fewer normal books than a Publix

Sabeena A.: I love the variety of books and gift items for when you want something valuable for your loved ones. Customer service is great. Latest books available and a cute children’s section.

Lucas Atilano: I have not been to this one but the one on Lincoln Rd (not listed on maps) had very good selection of communist books and none from the people that defeated this disastrous ideology. If they are trying to push this bs ideology I won't give them a cent.

Ursula Hershey: Nicely curated selection of current releases as well as classic titles. Great small business at the airport (I usually frequent Lincoln Road location)

Ma. Valentina Rodríguez: I love this place. Wine. Live Music & Books

Dragonfly Thrift Boutique: what do users think?

Audra Cohen: Great store to shop for some REAL gems I saw hiding out in there and all around gorgeous things, designer and affordable!! Also goes to a GREAT cause, so it's a wonderful place to donate nice stuff and support the business too. LOVED IT THERE!! Can't believe how many times I drove right by it and had no idea it was right there in plain sight!! So happy I found out about it, so I hope this helps others learn about it too...SPREAD THE WORD
Response: Hi Audra! Wow! Thank you for your 5-star review and your effort to help spread the word about Dragonfly Thrift and our cause. Our goal is to offer a curated shopping experience at low prices so I am so so glad you found some gems and designer pieces! I shared your review at the staff meeting and your enthusiasm made our entire team smile!! We hope that next time you drive by you will stop in again! :)

Doreen Masferrer: Dragonfly Boutique is not your average thrift store. It is an affordable vintage experience, from their clothes to shoes, home decor, and so much more. This store has everything you need and even things you didn't know you needed! I also search their website for more unique items, but what I love most about this store is the ladies that work there. They are kind, professional, and complete the shopping experience. Check this place out. You won't be disappointed.
Response: Wow Doreen! Thanks so much for the glowing words and awarding us a 5-Star Review! We love our LEAP/Dragonfly ladies and are so happy you agree:)

Orange Blossoms: Awesome finds but also so happy knowing my money is contributing to a great cause! Very friendly and helpful staff as well, I admire these women and happy to hear how many of their lives have changed because of causes such as these and how important this is for our community. I recommend and encourage if you are into the world of thrift shopping to come and check out!
Response: Thank you for supporting our cause and for the 5 star review!! Customers like you make our mission possible! :)

Maria: If you are looking to donate any sort of furniture in great condition and contributing by doing so to a very noble cause, you should think about Nancy and her team at Dragonfly Thrift Boutique. They will make everything simple and smooth for you and they even offer a furniture pick-up service wonderfully handled by the team. Highly recommended!
Response: Hi Maria! Thanks for the great review and five-star rating! We make it our mission to find your gently used items a new loving home. Thanks for your support and giving your items a "second chance", Nancy

Alyse Wilson: I went to the Dragonfly for the first time today and I absolutely loved it! I love a good consignment shop and this was above and beyond what I expected. Aesthetically, the store is charming and decorated so adorably! I loved that. The prices are great! I loved the unique finds in the home decor section. You can tell they truly put thought into the gems they offer. Last but not least, I love the fact that they donate to LEAP. This was my first time hearing about the cause. I will definitely be back! ☺️
Response: Alyse...thanks so much for your enthusiasm and your 5 star review! We feel the love and try to infuse the shop with that every day so we appreciate you noticing! Please stop by often and thanks for your support of LEAP!

Dylan Jaffe: This is our favorite thrift store/boutique in Miami! I always find something spectacular and unique here every time I go. Its my go-to place if I'm looking for a gift without an idea of what to get because I always find something here either for myself or for someone else. The prices are also AMAZING for what you get. Very refreshing to find somewhere consistent with good prices and unique and cool items. Highly recommend!
Response: Hey Dylan! For you to say that Dragonfly Thrift Boutique is your "go-to place" if you are looking for a gift is music to our ears! The next time you are in need of a last minute gift (or gift for yourself), check out our collection of gifts that give back. From candles, to handmade soap, to one-of-a-kind gift baskets, each item in the collection supports formerly incarcerated women entrepreneurs & initiatives that help women in need. Thank you for recommending us!

Jenneva Clauss: I love Dragonfly!! Half of my closet (if not more...) is from this thrift store. I also decorated my apartment thanks to the lovely staff & inventory! The best part is that they are now running an online store so I can shop from the comfort of my bed. 10/10 would recommend checking them out :)
Response: Hi Jenneva! Thank you for your amazing 10/10 review! I am so happy you were able to decorate your apartment with pieces from Dragonfly Thrift boutique and find some goodies on our online store! We hope you were happy with our 2-3 day shipping anywhere in the US!

Masha Goncharenko: A little bit pricier than expected, and the selection is much more limited than bigger thrift stores. But honestly it is very well kept and the owners really try to make the store attractive to customers. On their side, they are super friendly and kind and do everything right. Just not the store for a large selection for a cheap price.
Response: Hi Masha! Thank you for your review! Yay! I am so glad you found the staff at Dragonfly to be as awesome as I do! I am also so glad to hear that our efforts to keep the store looking sparkly clean and beautiful are succeeding! I am so sorry to hear that you found our selection to be limited and a bit pricy :( We are a small non-profit and 100% of proceeds benefits LEAP, a re-entry program program for formerly incarcerated women-- these women also work at Dragonfly! So while although the prices were not as low as you thought, I hope it helps to know that shopping at Dragonfly makes our mission possible. Also, if you are looking for some super cool thrifted finds for amazing prices, every Tuesday we have 25% off the entire store🤫 🤩

Maritza S: What an amazing store and for such a great cause!!! Helping women coming out of prison to restart their lives in so many ways. Clean and organized and friendly. Great prices and so much to choose from: clothes, furniture , jewelry, collectibles and much more
Response: Thank-you!

julie palmer: Love this place!!!!! Amazing goods and great prices. Not your typical thrift store, some really nice, quality items. Best thing is the mission. 100% goes to help their women!!! I’m from out of state and always stop in when I’m in Miami. In between my trips here, I always check out their online store for shopping therapy.
Response: Hi Julie! Thank you for including Dragonfly Thrift Boutique as a destination when you visit Miami! Yay! I am so excited to hear that we are also your go to online thrift store and are pleased with your purchases on our website when you are out of state! Our goal is to provide a curated collection of high quality second hand clothing, accessories and home decor to our customers whether or not they live in Miami, so we are so happy that we are living up to that! We look forward to your next visit to Miami and our store! :)

Caro Espinales: Wonderful vintage shop!!! Everything is so nicely organized. There's a great collection of vintage glassware, books, art, clothes and an impressive mug wall to choose from. This is more of a hip vintage place that's very affordable. The owner is wonderful and even offered me coffee. It's basically a person's dream vintage shop! I'll be going back to become a regular. There is free parking inside small plaza lot. And more around the corner.

Maria Llorens: Always pick up some quality vintage finds here for a great price. Very cute clothes, jewelry, housewares, and used books in great condition.

Arlyn Stebenne: My favorite vintage store EVER. Great curation of home goods, clothing, jewelry and so many books! I especially have been loving the vintage photographs lately, a bunch have ended up on my walls. So fun to flip through. Also they have the coolest bathroom. I really enjoy shopping here!

R G: Great shop lots of cool vintage items, housewares, clothes and books. Everytime I go I find something new. It's so fun to to shop, I never leave empty handed. Christina is great! I love the comfy welcoming vibe.

Joan Santistevan: Super cool vintage shop! They have a great selection of clothing, accessories, books, housewares, and other unique vintage items. Definitely will return.

Mireya Alfonso: Great vintage shop in North Miami! Excellent selection of books, dvds, vhs, housewares, art and other vintage collectibles - highly recommend checking this shop out

Monika Bandi: Very cute store with a fantastic selection of vintage items! I particularly loved the t-shirt collection -- very fun and quirky items.

rap79: Great vintage shop in the heart of North Miami. Dope curated selection of books, clothes, art and more. The owner Christina is mad cool and has definitely created a unique vibe. Plus there is an award winning record store in the same plaza.

Mario Flores: Super cool shop with a great selection of vintage items. Books, records, jewelry, housewares so much stuff. I love the vibe in this beautiful shop.

Brittany Barney: Love this shop! They have the most unique collection of vintage items and the customer service is always amazing!

Book Horizons: what do users think?

Jorge Costa: Extremely efficient workers and painless checkout @ this bookstore. Unfortunately law books cost a fortune but that has little to do with this place. They do their job and they do it very well. I give four stars and not five because I purchased a book last semester that fell apart on me (as in the book came off the binding). I have a suspicion that it may have been the manufacturers fault because it was an “international edition” but the store could have done a little more to check they’re receiving only the best products. However, I plan to continue going here for the remainder of my years at the U because it is the only place I can get my stuff quicker than Amazon.
Response: Thanks for posting ! If you ever have an issue with a book just let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right! Have a Great semester. Book Horizons, since 1953.

Michael Rosenthal: Amazing customer service in this time of Covid-19. You call them, tell them what books you need, pay over the phone with a credit card, and then arrange a time to pick up your order. They bring it out to your car. They carry books for both UM undergraduates and law students. There is a reason they've been in business since 1953!
Response: Thank you so much for the kinds words! We truly pride ourselves on being a family run bookstore since 1953. Thanks again!

John Hoover: This place actually cares for the students! I am happy to do business here and trust them with all of my law school needs. They know your schedule better than you do and all you have to do is show up. Every university should have a bookstore like this.
Response: Thank you so much! We truly appreciate your business and work everyday to provide fast, personal service. Have a great semester!

Hannah Hays: These are the most helpful people I've ever met! So organized and efficient. It's mostly UM law books and gear but it's still a nice time if you need a legal book.
Response: Thanks so much for the kind words! We truly appreciate our customers and are so proud that we have been serving the community since 1953!

Monkey Fart: This place is lightening-fast and efficient at what they do. Don’t go to the campus bookstore; go to BH instead. Bookstore sold me a book for $240 but BH sold me the same book in near mint condition for $30. Staff is friendly, outgoing, and rewards loyalty.

Wendy Y: Lovely staff here, came forward to offer assistance immediately as I stepped in (out of curiousity) and when I just wanted to browse, they were respectful and left me to it. They also made awesome recommendations for t-shirts (the real reason I stepped in). I left with two lovely mandarin t-shirts that said Miami (迈阿密) 👍

Tiff Ash: Super helpful and friendly family! Definitely recommend trading with them rather than the campus bookstore. I appreciate the individualized help and superior service they provide to their customers!

Solid Reviews: Book horizons is very convenient for you and students

Bill Anthony: Terrific service, been around forever!!!

Jonathan C: I have some used books, could I sell them to you? If yes, what kind of books do you want?
Response: Hi deal with the latest edition in college and law school books! Thanks!

Kendall Book Exchange: what do users think?

Lauren Smit: I've only been here twice but already my boyfriend and I are planning our next trip! I'm even convincing some of my friends to bring in books to widen their selection which is already quite large and changing week to week. The owners and volunteers are super kind and helpful. One of the sweetest volunteers (who used to be a librarian) even let me have a look at the books that just came in that they were pricing (very affordably I might add). I am so glad to have found this gem filled with great books, a wide variety of teas and herbs, and friendly staff. I'm looking forward to visiting again this week, next week, and many times in the future!

Dane Luke Wagner: This place was a WONDER and a delight. The idea is that you bring in used books and for every book you bring in, you get half off a book they already have (which are already marked down a good chunk). You don't HAVE to bring in books, but it helps the place keep an inventory. In addition to used books though they have a tea and herbs shop in the front. There you can find anything from sassafras to marshmallow leaf. There are also soaps and oils. The couple that owns this place are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I STRONGLY recommend checking it out if curious.

elle B: been to this place twice and both times were awesome experiences! the owner and volunteers are incredibly nice and super helpful. i recently brought in a load of books with my family and we got about 100 dollars in credit which is crazy! love the idea of exchanging books so much. planning another trip soon!

Agony305: Talk about a hidden gem. Great staff, great prices and decent selection. Part of the fun is exploring what they have. There's also a tea and serenity section with the bookstore which is a great compliment to the experience.
Response: Thanks! What a nice review. Alway glad when the book store has another happy reader!

Lourdes Mendoza: Excellent experience. Great service! Good selection. Love the initiative, and the Tea selection as well.
Response: Thanks for the great review! We are always trying to make the book store experience better!

Matt Von Zimmerman: Had an enjoyable time browsing their selection of used books and adjacent tea store. The owner has an interesting story and is passionate about her craft. Rewards for first timers and for exchanging books. In turn I have become a regular here.

M. E. Emmanuelle Elie: Found this place 2 days ago, have been back 2 days in a row! A welcoming, carefully craddled treasure West Kendall definitely needed! If you love to read, need fresh eggs, tea or medicinal herbs this is the place! Plus the lady (the owner probably) at the counter is friendly, helpful and respectful. Children can come in and pick books, I personally went with my 7 year old, an avid reader, and he loved it! Tired of Barnes and Nobles? Want classic books? Second hand love? This is the place. We as a community needed this.

Marjo Rkz: What a find!!!! Being a bookworm myself, now a mom of little bookworms I fell absolutely in love with this place. It was so cool to have my little ones get so excited about their new-old book finds- we ended up taking all of their RL Stine books, getting a great discount on top of how amazing the prices already were, and chatting with the owners who were so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Not only did we get great books, I also got really helpful knowledge from the owners regarding natural and holistic remedies. Oh, and the aromas from their teas, yom- makes you want to curl up in a comfy chair, with a book, and cup of tea. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!

Horacio Sierra: The owner is rude, gruff, and painfully monolingual. After a customer asked for some herbs in Spanish and said she couldn’t speak English, the owner called her husband on the phone to translate. After the woman purchased her herbs, the owner commented aloud to the entire store that she didn’t know how anyone could go through life not speaking English. First of all, the customer could have been a tourist. Second of all, this is Miami, where Spanish is widely spoken by Hispanics and non-Hispanics alike. Think of Miami as a Hispanic version of Quebec. No feel-good or New Age vibes are to be found in this store that sells herbs, oils, and roots in addition to used books. It’s a shame. This used to be my go-to for used books. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.
Response: Mr. Sierra, our store has been a staple in this community for over 15 years. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your time in our wonderful store that has provided and given back to this community for many years, which includes our very large Spanish speaking community. We have built wonderful friendships with all of our customers and if you were actually a regular you would see that we treat our customers like family ALWAYS. With that being said - Yes. Since I struggle with Spanish I immediately called my husband to assist. Would you had prefer me not to have done that and assist our customer?? But what you said above is a complete lie. I did not say I don't know how someone could go through life without speaking English. What I said word for word to one of my LONG STANDING customers was it must be hard for her not speaking English at all. I was sympathizing with her! So while you're on here trashing my business, let's try getting the facts straight. Shame on you for insinuating that I was insulting my customer and going online to trash a local, small, family owned business, especially during these difficult times we are seeing. If you had an issue with something you took out of context, why not address it in person? I guess that's just old school mentality.

PTAR: Great place to get your herbs and you read on

Nancy C: Excellent space to grab a coffee and a snack. Good selection of books.

Alex Swick: The books are literally in random order… not by topic, not by author, absolute random.

Ana Schaeffs: Really good latte here, at about $6. Made sure to get my coffee there again during my connection on the way back. The service was fine but not outstanding. The shop is a decent size with a few snack, candy and plenty of books. The largest selection that I saw at the airport. Also got some decent plug adapters at acceptable prices ($8-10).

Yossi Kaplan: Amazing airport escape and rest place. It's a gorgeous bookstore, with wooden shelves and wide variety of books, lots of re-print classics in gorgeous binds, and the usual best-sellers, magazines, airport supplies etc. At the beck, a lovely coffee shop with a good selection of coffee and baked goods. Sadly no vegan options - please add. Wonderful place to spend a couple of hours, kids section and good wifi-too.

midnight dancer: I would have given one star if not for the nice store.. worst coffee I've ever had.. the girl spoke little to no English, charged me well over the amount listed for the drink and even though I confirmed twice I wanted a frozen drink she gave me what appeared to be "iced" without any ice.. it was room temperature and very watered down. I took two sips and tossed it.

Ruth Lobo: If I could give 0 stars I would. The barista was the rudest person I have ever met. Try to find yourself a startbucks next time you travel in Miami Airport.

Nara DoSanz: Excellent service! The staff it’s really friendly. Really nice place!

Ivy Chandler: Best art bookstore I know of. I know of none better in Miami, Paris, or Miami.. let's all support them. Buy a book today .

David Watson: A quiet haven for a drink and snack within MIA. Sells books etc too!

Arthur Penas: Nice coffee shop in the Miami international Airport , try the " Cachitos"

A & M Comics & Books: what do users think?

Shawn Perkins: Came in after a store I’ve been going to for my new releases didn’t have the variant covers I wanted. A&M had them. I got those and cruised through the IMMENSE section of Back issues, which I’m a huge fan of. I found issues I’ve been needing to fill the gap in my collection. Prices were great and I stocked up. Plenty of cool toys, and plenty of cool stuff to check out and pick up for any ones collection. The staff was very helpful and I will most certainly be returning for more comics.
Response: Thank you, we really appreciate customers like you. People like you are always welcomed!

Ronald Narvaez: First time going after all these years driving by there; always wanted to check it out. They had lots of old school comics which I love. If your looking for classic comics, then come check this place; you may be surprise, it’s like finding a treasure item you probably been looking for; I will definitely check it out again. It is one of the oldest comic shop in Miami; so bare with that, I’m coming back soon again definitely,, very friendly service as well.

Aidan Murphy: I travel all over looking at comic stores, and this was THE COOLEST ONE. Reviews were saying how messy it was, but that’s part of its charm, it feels like a comic store. The employees were super helpful, and the prices were good. Definitely recommend. It deserves the title of best comic shop in Florida.
Response: Thank you so much, it's refreshing to hear from real comic collectors. You are the reason we are here!!

michael schwager: Took my daughter to pick up her first comic book! What an experience. Great selection and the owner was an expert in helping us discover her first comics. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Jake Ramsdell: Came in and no one greeted us. When we asked where something was the owner just pointed across the store. The place was like living in a hoarders house. There was trash everywhere and very cluttered. Lizards ran amuck in the store. One of the owners killed a lizard while we were in the store. I am suprised this place is still in business. Edit: I read the owners responses and each one is very childish. He can not own up to the fact that his store is messy.
Response: Sorry you feel that way "jake". But your unintelligible review speaks volumes about you. Cluttered to "you" means well stocked to others. Unfortunately you can't please everyone. We pride ourselves on our customer service. And will continue servicing the South Florida comic community!! I wish you well. Nice editing of previous review.

Victor Novillo: The best comic book shop i’ve ever had the pleasure of going to, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the store is FULL, floor to ceiling, with comics, books, and collectables, 5/5 i go there weekly to add to my collection.

Jonathan DelaRocha: They have a lot of cool stuff...but a lot of it seems overpriced. Everyone knows about the terrible clutter in this place. Some people like it, some people absolutely hate it. As for me, I can’t imagine why any business owner would want to present any product in this unsightly manner. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I don’t know what it takes for one of those people working there to say hello when you walk in. I’ve been twice so far cause I actually enjoy digging through their stock, but the first time I went, one of the people working there was yelling over the phone about how they’re losing money. Then, after that, he just sat down on a chair and started watching a show on a tv he placed on a pile of books that was on top of the comic bins. Very awkward. The second time I went, the man wasn’t there but I still felt awkward in the store. You have to be mindful of how much you’re deciding to pay for whatever book you buy because they’ll mark up prices just because it’s a popular character but completely disregard the quality and condition of the book. Nevertheless, they still have a lot of cool things you can find in the midst of the madness. They also have some cool stuff from Japan. I like going there to buy gundam. They have a cool little selection. Beats having to drive all the way to Tate’s.

Wonder Mimi: Nice store! Owner is ✨ Super✨ nice. You can tell this place is his passion!❤️ Ppl talking about the smallness or mess, get over it. It's a different experience in there. I saw some nostalgic and unique pieces there. To be in business so long and still be successful is quite the accomplishment. Parking is something different for sure. I recommend the back or side. Rare pieces, honestly, I think is divine! Good on you, Mr. Owner! We are from Naples 😃. Great to have met you and hope to be back soon! 👋👍
Response: Thank you for your'r kind words. You are the ideal customer that we try so hard to satisfy.

Javier Martinez: I can't even begin to describe how amazing this comic book store is! This store is the real deal. It has every single comic book you can think of available, and the employees there go above and beyond to help you look for whatever it is you want/need. The employees are extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgable! You can honestly spend hours talking to them, and learning all about comic book history, superhero history, movies, etc etc etc. Walking into this store took me back to my childhood, and I was instantly filled with nostalgia. I can't wait to go back.

wontizzl 1: AVOID AT ALL COST!! owner prices books at counter while prices are already on books. I stood in there for an hour digging through their dirty store that looks like a hoarders basement and found some decent books.. when I walked in the owner told me "if you're looking for key books we don't have any only what's up on the wall" Contrary to his statment I do find some stuff I like. While I'm holding the books the owner was constantly eyeballing the stack i was holding.. almost looked like he was shaking from the nerves then literally rips them out of my hand and says let me check the prices on these.. "there already priced out" I said. He continues to tell me not in today's market. He winds up quoting me $250 for one book wich had a price of $3.50.. obviously he didn't know what it was and doesn't keep up with inventory. So Why do their work for them when they don't keep up with the market. Terrible store and customer service. And not to mention all the books that were priced out were EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Honestly I could see being in it for the money but there's a difference between that and being greedy. He's definitely not a real collector.

Bargain Box Thrift Shop: what do users think?

Chrissy Arlena: Very well run business. The customer service is great and the people who work at this shop are truly wonderful. These are by far some of the nicest people I've ever met and the deals are great. There's a little bit of everything in this store go in often and look so you don't miss out. You can furnish your whole house and wardrobe here for just a fraction of the cost of most stores. They also have a lot of vintage and antique goods for people who look for those things specifically. Give this place a shot and everything does for towards the breast cancer association so it's a great cause as well.

Kelsey Browne: Excellent thrift store. I purchased a majority of my furniture and kitchen appliances from BB. I would highly recommend ! The employees are amazing, the selection is great, and you are supporting the woman’s cancer association!

erica oliveira: Incredible prices and really friendly staff. She cut some of my prices in half because smaller sizes don't sell well there. (But it's impossible to find smaller vintage Jean sizes at goodwill)! Come here it's amazing. Customers all seem like regulars too - really great!

Ariel W.: This is an awesome thrift store find in Miami. First off it is entirely run by The Woman’s Cancer Association of the University of Miami, a volunteer group started in the 1950's. Funds raised from this store go to support cancer research, patient care, and education at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and UM Miller School of Medicine. To date they have raised $12,000,000. Since I personally benefitted from this research I whole heartedly thank everyone for volunteering. Membership to the WCA is open to anyone who would like to join. Parking is pay by app in front of the store. It is almost impossible to find free parking in Miami but it only cost me 88 cents to park here. You will know you are at the right place by the colorful flower mural on the outside of the building created by artist Corey O’Brien. The store recently underwent a renovation with new paint, lighting, and a dressing room. I was surprised by how large the store was. There is a main room you enter with a large selection of clothes and accessories, a smaller room with small appliances and household goods, and a back room with art, furniture, and antiques. I ended up leaving the store with a Showtime Rotisserie. I have been using one for the past twenty years to make the holiday turkey. Set it and forget it, LOL. The one I have still works but is a little worse for wear. This is a newer model and they were able to knock $13 off the price for me. I saw someone else get $10 taken off a clock from the 1930's. I like how they will work with you on the price. During my visit I saw a gorgeous wardrobe for only $200. In addition to shopping here they will also take your donations. This is such an fantastic organization and one I am only too happy to support.

Kishi: The outside isn't much. If you look through the windows, the dummies are dressed with old lady clothing making it not an interesting store to go in to. The outside also looks fairly small as well. But the inside is very spacious and cute in a way. There is more clothes than anything else. Though with so many clothes it is kinda hard to weave through the clothing racks. Since its a charity thrift shop, everything is super cheap. Highest priced thing I bought so far is a dress which was 8 bucks and even then the lady was kind enough to drop it to 6 bucks. I love it overall. Its convenient and fairly close to where I live, there's fashionable clothing if you look right. And if there's part of a clothing you don't like, upcycle it! Make something old into something hip and fashionable :) One downside is that it closes early, I would have to go on a Saturday to visit the place since on weekdays I always get home after it closes :(

Lenora Bach: Gem of a thrift shop that has been in business for a lot of years, but is only known by a few collectors and dealers. Nice clean items with a low end price point. All of their proceeds benefit a non-profit organization that donates to Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Dot Molly: You never know what you can find here. Place is clean and employees are helpful. Prices are really good. This is one of the better thrift stores in Miami. I also like that it's operated by a charity. I like shopping for a good cause

Fabiola: I used to always come here with my mom when I was younger and loved it. I revisited this week and fell in love again. The staff is super sweet and helpful. I really recommend shopping here. :)

Tom Jensen: Great little store. Clean and organized. Wish the had more clothes for men. Got some nice ties.

Vanna Bhagwandeen: This place was not that good . Everything is all over the place .did not enjoy it

Books & Books: what do users think?

Ga Go: Always a delight to see a bookstore and that not all of them have died out. It is a smalller version of their other bookstores but still offering a variety of books to explore for all ages.

Matt DiNuzzo: Good book store with a wide selection of new books. The displays were organized and had 2 floors. Glad to stop in and get a book for the trip back!

Lorena Be: I love this book store. I always look forward to visiting this store when heading to Coconut Grove. My favorite book store in Miami. Video on location is up on below social media. IG: FoodieFortLauderdale TIKTOK: FoodieFortLauderdale YOUTUBE: FoodieFortLauderdale
Response: Thank you so much for this. We hope to see again soon!!

Ariel W.: Mitchell Kaplan founded Books & Books in 1982 in a 500 sq ft space in Coral Gables when he realized that he loved books more than going to law school. Somehow this independent book seller has managed to stay in business in a time when most books are bought online. One of the ways they have stayed relevant is by hosting over 60 author events every month. You can check their website for the online calendar listing all of the events. Books & Books also sponsors one of my favorite events every November, the Miami Book Fair, where 300 hundred authors converge on the Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College for a week of one of a kind literary events. The fair was started in 1984 by Miami-Dade College Wolfson Campus President, Eduardo J. Padrón and Mitchell Kaplan in partnership with the Miami library system. Many famous people, artists, athletes, politicians, and celebrities have come to Miami to speak about their books at the fair. It is now the largest literary festival in the country. I was wandering Coconut Grove when I spotted this branch of the Book & Books store. Books & Books has now expanded to seven locations including this one in Coconut Grove that opened in 2019. Unlike ordering online, here you can grab some wine or coffee and light bites from the small cafe while you peruse the books. There is something magical about visiting a bookstore and getting that personal touch like talking to a friendly staff member and asking for a recommendation. It is so great that there is still a place where you can be around other bibliophiles. Bookstores just make me happy. Please consider supporting this wonderful local business that brings so much to our community.

Carolyn Dunbar: I've recently shopped in the store and ordered books online for pickup on porch. Each experience was professional and books arrived quickly. Store staff was friendly, helped me find the books I needed, and made suggestions for further reading. Great store!!!
Response: Thank you for your kind words!!

Christel G: They had the book I was looking for! 🙌🏽 This is a great bookstore. Quaint and comfortable with friendly booksellers ready to give you the lay of the land. Will definitely be back!
Response: Thank you for taking the time to write! We welcome you back...

Edie: It’s a cute book store but I’m not sure what anyone is talking about with food and coffee. I just went in there and the desk person opened the store late so I waited and when she let me in she had no idea what I was talking about and said there’s only ever been a couple of cold drinks… even though there’s a menu ??
Response: Edie, I'm so sorry about coming to our Grove store expecting food and coffee. When we opened two years ago, we did offer that, but during Covid we discontinued it. Our Gables location still has a very active cafe with really good food and desserts, as well as beer and wine and coffee and espresso. I hope you get a chance to check it out. Again, I'm so sorry to have let you down...

Johanna Sensique: Amazing book store many choices and really helpful I really loved going there to find a new book during my vacation
Response: Thank you so much for this!! Hope to see you next time. Happy holidays!!

James Hale: When Magic City life begins feeling too harsh, I plan a trip to The Grove and BOOKS & BOOKS is usually my first stop. This extraordinary bookstore in the City's oldest, most cultured, and friendliest neighborhood is a sublime oasis. Treat yourself and meander a while...
Response: Thank you, James!

Mike Wilson: What a lovely little bookshop in the Grove. Definitely visit!!

Out of the Closet - Miami: what do users think?

Chandan Kumar Gautam: Quality second hand products at competitive prices. The profits goes to charity helping HIV patients. Anyone can donate their used or new commodities and then a price is assigned to that product along with date of donation.

Jihan Soliman: Really disappointed in the fact they solicit donations and pick up with NO guidelines or rules online bht when they come to pick up they tell you what is acceptable or not. Two couches in fantastic condition were rejected because two water marks. Had I had any clue I wouldn't have kept the furniture for a week waiting for them. Sold them on offer up in a day and didn't waste time waiting.

Lauren: Found some good stuff here but there were signs on the GROUND saying none of the clothes on the mannequins were for sale. We didn’t see them because they were not at eye level with the mannequins, which doesn’t make a ton of sense to begin with. Why would you put clothes in a clothing store you’re not willing to sell?? What kind of sense does that make?? And then have the audacity to be rude to and belittle the customer for being confused about that? It was a little ridiculous to be honest. Reading through the other reviews here it seems rudeness is a recurring theme here.

M P: Wonderful organization, worthy of your clothing donations. They do important work for the community! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Stacey Stiles: They had some good books, but no fitting room. Which means I can't buy clothes.

SwirlyJoe: They don't let you have your money back if the item you bought in a box is missing the main item. The manager was super rude

DJoumbarey Moreau: This thrift store is really great and let me first start by saying the fact that they are helping the community is amazing. There's free HIV testing here at this clinic and it's crucial to know your status! Also, the workers I dealt with there made me feel comfortable!

drew: Love this place. You can find so many hidden gems and slightly used clothing for so little and it all goes to support an amazing cause.

ALEJANDRO PEREZ VIERA: The customer services is great. The registration process for testing needs to improve. The registration desk is in the store area and has no waiting area to complete registration. A bunch of people trying to complete registration standing up prior to getting a number. Registration should take place within the clinic area on the second floor. Will recommend 100%.

Kevin Bula: Pharmacy worker was extremely unprofessional! I was trying to get tested and it was my first time there and she seemed extremely bothered that I asked her for help also made jokes about me to her coworker and he started laughing with her. Poor customer service ! The only person that made my experience here amazing was the nurse in the second floor she was truly such an amazing person
