Jesucristo es mi pastor: of all the states i went on vacation this walmart was the worst the cashiers on purpose take their time to scan the items the lines go around every store because the cashiers are not fast they have closed cashiers and there are no cashiers for you to pay yourself like other walmarts so I don't recommend you visit it if you come to Miami on vacation it will take you 2:30 hours in the line to pay the managers are rude and do nothing to solve the problem of the huge lines to pay I would give it zero stars it is horrible this walmart 😡🤬

Nicole Marsh: I have never been so disappointed in Walmart. It was worth than a Black Friday after thanksgiving. Unfortunately not many Walmarts in this area, so your choices are limited. The shelves where bare and the lines went to the back of the store, no lie. Make sure you have plenty of time before you put this on your trip list.

Angela Trujillo: Although I was never notified that the photo collage poster created that was intended to complete the bathroom make over, which was a gift for my grandmother's 99th birthday, had indeed arrived in time for the celebration.. being the employee at the photo counter, Joseph, was very kind and helpful in locating the photo, as well as checking me out was such a pleasant surprise (considering the service usually received at that particular Walmart) was pretty much my salvation, when I realized that the product I purchased is useless, it's blurry, not the normal low quality blur but unrecognizable blur. that the cut of the poster is not straight, which makes it cut off pictures in the frame, the color is bad, along with the fact that I am out the money I paid because I cannot spend the two hours it would take to go back to store and return or take the chance to deal with the two rude women who have racial discrimated me on more than one occasion in the past and who in work in customer service at that store

Jay Elwood: Do not go to this particular Walmart, unless you don't mind standing in line for approximately an hour to pay for your items. The lines are so long they extend from the cashier to the midsection of the menswear/shoe department. None of the speedy (10 items or less)lines were open, pardon me, there was a speedy line open in electronics - with another extended (about twenty customers)line! A horrible shopping experience. I've noticed most Walmart's that I patronize lately have inadequate (bare) shelves with respect to jeans, underwear, t-shirts, and watches. The return/money services area is laden with carts full of returned items. Walmart has seriously fallen off - the demand far exceeds the supply. Stay away from this particular store though. JE.

James 2021: This store 04303 continues to deliver class A rudeness, disrespect, and employees who lack knowledge of their position and the store operations. Employees who have no clue of customer service. They continually lack humility when they are the ones in the wrong. OP# 000123 TE# 26 TR# 01174 Is a classic example of the above. This young was totally uninvolved in her position as a cashier. Prior to me she owed a customer change. She had no coins in her tender. She looked at the customer and pointed to her register. What is the next move: request from management coins for the register. The customer left shaking his head. My turn. I have a plant that is cover in a yellow clearance for .75 cents. It rings up for $2.97. I politely show her the clearance. Her response was: “it is ringing up for $2.97. I politely said I can see that it did but that is not the current price. She just stares at me. What to do next? Call for management. I suggested for her to ask for help. She continues to stare. She did not call for help but instead turn on a blinking light. I flagged the attention of someone and she said over ride. She continue to put in the wrong price and kept the 2.97. I am like huh. .75 x 4 is $3 not $6. She finally gets it right continues to throw the reminding products I bought into a bag. Simply Amazing

MeryAnn u: Bad customer service. Needs better managing & more cashiers. Doesn’t matter how early or late you go to avid this happens all the time, all hours. Extra long lines, out of 20 something registers is usually less than 10 cashiers working. I can never find an employee over the jewelry department.

Jackie C: This is one of the busiest Walmart I've been to!!! The check out lines were so long at times, they extended back into the women's dept & down the main aisles. Even the express lanes were constantly backed up. I can always find what I need at Walmart but one thing that seems to be consistent here, no cart wipes!!! Overall, staff was helpful.

David Silva: Josie at register 18 is the most laid back employee ever. it only took 1 hour to ring up one customer. I admit sometimes it's hard to find a bar code. it might take 10 minutes. congrats on the managers for having 3 registers open and 495996 customers in line. bravo!

Will surely be my go to stores for simple things. Even the items near the front of the store that is like $10 or below are impeccable. Products of good quality and a great staff that answers all your questions . I recommend it as an interesting shopping option.

Have parking spots, affordable and is next to good shops. Miami design district is just 6 minutes walking and wynwood is 8 minutes walking. Definitely midtown is one of the best locations in Miami.

It all started with the itens I bought with 2 DAYS DELIVERY taking a lot longer while just showing "on time", when I called they said I COULD NOT even CANCEL IT "I should check with FEDEX". When it was finally delivered it was the WRONG ITEM, after calling they apologized saying they " could replace it in ONE WEEK after I should get my order delivered, saying my second item was on it's way ... ALSO THE WRONG ITEM! Now I need to get the boxes ready to pick up so after they scan te labels I can get my refund.

Corie Rose Marketing: Not all Targets are the same. Glad I saw this one. A lot of snacks and food stuff. Their selection of t-shirts was fire this time, Rick and morty, metallica. They even had Lime scooters.

Mark Niagara: A decent Target store, but I hate paying $2 an hour to park in the attached lot. Why can't the store validate it so if you're spending money shopping, you get free parking? The Target store itself is nicely laid out with lots of stock and a decent grocery section as well. I like how they have a ton of clearance clothes for men on the racks and shelves. The change room Target staff were just hanging out talking, there must have been 6 staff there huddled together. Who's managing this store? The food court area with the Starbucks and Target food is the worst I have ever seen. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl at the cash today told us we had to get in line on the other side. I said, we've been standing here for 5 minutes, can't you just serve us next? She would not. We get in line and wait and wait and when we ordered two hot dogs she told us it would take 30 minutes. Unreal! That woman with her hair in a ponytail was so rude to us, I don't know how the management allows this poor treatment of customers. The sitting area of tables and chairs was dirty, we weren't staying.

Wasted Century: The store itself is fine. But the customer service help is disgraceful ever since they changed to the new configuration. This afternoon there were 11 people standing in line and zero employees behind the counter. Everyone was in disbelief, including the lady first in line. She said she had been helped but it was taking forever. To top it off, a security guard named Emanuel smugly told us several times that we were not the priority. Drive thru is the priority. Emanuel seemed to think we should be willing to stand there forever. After all, drive thru is the priority. He repeated that 4 times, including after I said more employees should be assigned to the customer service desk. Emanuel directed us where to stand. After all, we're not a priority but we are a safety hazard, in his words. Emanuel made it perfectly clear he didn't care if any of us were ever helped. Drive thru is the priority. After Emanuel and his arrogant attitude departed, one fellow customer said, "Well it's nice to know I'm not a priority. Why do I shop here?" That's exactly what I was thinking. I am not only a customer but hold 251 shares of stock. That TGT stock is not cheap. It's scary if this non-priority attitude is widespread and impacts Target reputation.

Larry Benton: At 8:30pm on a Monday, only 2 lanes were open and lines were stretching nearly half way down the store. Finally after 20 minutes of standing and not moving, they called for backup and opened 3 more registers. Store is open till 12am, so it wasn't like they were about to close. They need more cashiers full time.

Paulo Tarso: I usually don't leave reviews... but this spot was so magical I had to write about how special it feels to be here - I bought four magnificent plants. They all look amazing, it was hard to choose. Very well kept, very healthy. I thought the prices were fair, but most importantly, the place really feels really special, all the staff is extremely welcoming, helpful and proactive. I spent 2-3 hours deciding and they helped fit all my plants in the Uber. Small note that I didn't find any basic pots I truly enjoyed (their pot selection is very exquisite, not many basic ones) so I ended up taking them without potting. They offer potting in your own pots if you prefer. And you should definitely enjoy a natural smoothie they have on the side. Shoutout to Alex! I'll be coming back for more plants

Food trucks are super close by Incase you get hungry while shopping. I am very excited to take all my plant babies home and care for them.

Love coming here to browse around, look at all the plants and have a coffee. There is also a small shop selling beautiful fresh flowers and you can make your own bouquet. We got a variety of succulents and they arranged them for us in a beautiful planter.

Gareth Williams: An exceptional garden center with excellent customer service and plenty of professional advice. We were helped by Alex who had an immense knowledge of all plants and he was able to direct us to the best plants to plant on out terrace. He gave us plenty of good advice and we purchased around 15 shrubs and cacti. He was also able to organize delivery of the plants and pots and everything that was needed for planting. We paid for the planting service and like the customer service at the center the planting team was also fantastic and everything went extremely well. I can highly recommend this business. Thank you Slex for all of your hard work and it is clear to see that you are extremely passionate about your work and plants👍

Kenzie Lair: I love visiting Midtown Garden Center. It's beautiful and peaceful. I found some adorable pots at a flea market and they helped me pick plants for them for Christmas gifts. (Colorful pots are from the flea market, the grey one is from the garden center shop.) They offer a variety of price points. They also have a nice juice bar so you can hang out and enjoy the peace. It makes for a nice weekend date.

Whoami 0070: Great location as a tourist. It is a mini Target but has items you may have forgotten or need to get some Miami take homes. There is a CVS in the store. You do have to park in the parking garage and pay the fee unless you can find street parking which is difficult. There is also a Starbucks in the store.

Daniel Villa, AIA: This is basically a much nicer version of a CVS or Walgreens with a better selection. It’s a mini-Target, so they don’t have as much as a big target, but they have a good basic clothing selection and the home supply stuff is very good. And, for the tourists- they have a big selection of travel / trial size stuff. See my pic.

Gavin R.: Certainly the nicest Target we've ever been to. The design of the building is beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the shops on the first floor become occupied. Security on the entry and exits make you feels safe. There's a Starbucks inside too. Consider the store and the coffee shop to be boutique-sized. They may have limited offerings, but a good selection to be sure.

Cynthia Perez: I left a bag of items I bought at self checkout. Happened to me before several times (never at this target). All I have to do is call guest services and they always know immediately which bag I’m talking about, and set it aside for me to pick up later. I have called every single department at this specific target for the past 40 minutes trying to get through to someone, ANYONE who works in the store. I love target and switch between my local stores often (they all carry different items). But I’ve never NOT been able to get through to someone. I called over 7 times!!!! I know it’s a smaller target but this is crazy unacceptable compared to the service I get at super centers. This was extremely disappointing UPDATE: had to drive to the store, bag wasn’t able to be found because an employee definitely put everything back. HOWEVER the manager and guest services was extremely nice to me and helped me get everything back. Thank you so much!!!!!

Also, the ticket machine at the exit is barely working, so expect a huge line to get out because people can't scan their parking tickets. Doris Galindo: Pairing was increased to $5 and it seems they did away with free first hour. This is an abuse in inflation. Why? Because while cost has gone up, it is unlikely their lease went up. Business sign 10 year leases. Or if they own the building their business loan payment is the same. Mortgages don’t go up with inflation They are not any attendant more because their is none. Anyways, disappointed they increased parking while their cost for parking has not gone up. Just another business that takes advantage of inflation to increase prices. And anyways, I’m going their to shop never liked paying for parking. At least I should be happy, because I stopped going and it helps my bottom line.

Nikki Marcott: My issue isn't so much with the store despite the massive inflation compared to other Targets in the city or their smaller selection. But today I was charged $10 for a lil more than 30 minutes of parking. I literally came to pick up an order I placed via their app and then I get this huge slap in the face as I am leaving. Sorry but this will be the last time I ever shop at this Target. I will be taking my business to the midtown location and will advise everyone I know to avoid this place. It's simply a matter of ethics and to do that to your customers is sadistic.

Emily Isaacson: This Target has a pretty decent selection, definitely beach heavy but we were able to find almost everything we needed. The grocery section was bare bones, but did not have a wide selection of produce. There were very few employees working, so it took us a while to finish checking out.

Raquel Conner: Small and not a great selection of clothing. I couldn't even find decent underwear in Small or Medium so I opted to go commando for a day. Not fun. We were visiting from out of town on a spontaneous vacation, so we had no clothes for the kids. We went here and found next to nothing. One sad little section for kids and there weren't even shorts for boys! It's a hot place and lots of pants but they didn't sell shorts-- weird. It would have been more worth it to leave Miami Beach for a different Target or other store. Ross had tons of kids clothes, so there it was the better option.

Maria Sanchez: I have been trying to reach not just this particular target but several stores within my area it is disappointing that the phone rings until it disconnects. I have tried every single department and I attempted over 2 dozen times. Unfortunately the employees don’t care to hear the phone ringing and answer the customer who is calling. It can’t be that they’re understaffed because I have witnessed it when I’m at the store. As a customer, customer service is crucial in any store big or small and it’s not just the customers at the store but also the ones who are trying to reach assistance over the phone. This is not acceptable my experience in the last 48 hours calling five different stores has raised my blood pressure. I’m a big on providing excellent customer service. I could likely get in my car and drive over to the store and witness the employees ignoring the ringing phone. However, unfortunately due to a surgery I cannot drive, before I sent someone to purchase the item i needed was available as online it showed limited availability. I hope someone in your corporate office reads this and feels free to contact me because your employees need to be retrained when it comes to answering the phone and helping the customer who are calling. I would have given a five star review if my experience when calling your stores was different today i had terrible experience. I will add that I have even called when the store initially open, during the day and at closing and my experience has been the same. I have record of the number of attempts for each store.

Robertson Adams: This is the smallest Target I have ever seen. However it was very well-stocked and very clean and parking is simple around back. Apparently it was formerly a Staples office supply shop.

Nik O.: Th main reason for the 3 star is because it is so small compared to a regular Target store. I am sure this was a repurposed building. With less space there is going to be a much smaller selection of items compared to what you are used to. There was a bit of everything but inventory can be hit or miss. It was clean. Mostly self checkout and only a couple of registers. There are two main entrances and there is a parking lot in the rear. I would definitely recommend calling this a Neighborhood Target or rebranding it since I feel it really benefits the local community more but if you have to make a trip there and it is out of your way it is a better choice to find another location for a bigger selection unless you know for sure this location has that item which the website is always hit or miss but that is with every store.

Byron Ortega: It is a nice Target, a bit expensive and needs a better inventory, but have saved my day in many opportunities. Very nice staff and you get in and out in minutes, great parking.

The space is tiny, so this should really be called "neighborhood Target", like Wal-Mart does with their smaller stores, so people have the right expectation. It is a great place to get basic food items (if you don't really care about variety or about having your preferred brand and will take whatever they stock). The other great thing is that it has a Starbucks inside-:)

david wyman: Rony, an employee at Target was rude and condescending and needs major training on customer service. I would never shop here, go to Walmart or shop Amazon. I think he judged me on the color of my skin and didn't want to assist me.

Javier Rabasa: This store is amazing! It used to be an office max I almost never visited that store but was excited to find out a target was coming. Although I was not sure how they would fit a target in such a small store. When I reached that parking lot the lot felt so welcoming and just enough space to cozily park. As I exited my vehicle I was welcomed by the warm colors of an all too familiar store. I was in shock and awe when I realized what they did with the space! They fit a little bit of everything in the space they had. They really worked it! A little bit of electronics, a clothing section, a nice cosmetics department, a spacious grocery section with a ton of variety of fruits, veggies dairy you name it! And just when you thought you were done they included a Starbucks and a CVS!

Update: A lot of things have changed in seven months, but not Ketlyne and not Lighthouse Garden Center! Juan Yanquez: I had the worst experience at this location. Made a reservation for some suculents and when we came to pick them up they changed the plants to a bigger pot and change the price. We try to talk to the owner and the lady had no interest on helping other than trying to get advantage of the situation to make more money. Horrible attitude from the owner. Never coming back here!

We originally quoted you $2.50 for the smaller succulents and were simply charging you $3.00 for the newly transplanted ones since they were in bigger containers. Sam Dobrow: The inventory was very limited for shade plants. Helpers didn't seem to know much about growing conditions for plants. Very disappointed that reality didn't match the website hype. Update: I went back to buy some red button ginger. This time the helper was more knowledgeable. The plants I bought had fallen over and were in need of attention but the price was right.

Sadiqul “Sadi_cool” Khan: I had beautiful time there . The Cuban guy and the Nicaraguan guy was cool people (sorry can’t recall there name) . Maybe the coolest people I have met in a while .

V: After assuming that I would find an "Anon" tree in nearby Latin plant nurseries, I was wrong. It was worth the drive to Richard Lyons plant nursery. Mr. Lyons has a huge variety of flower and fruit trees even non native ones. He rode us in his comfy cart to pick out our tree, he is knowledgeable about the plants he sells, speaks Spanish as well.

David Kellner: They have a huge selection of healthy plants, so they should have whatever specific plant(s) you are in search of. Unfortunately for us, they did not have a large selection of the plants that we were in search of, and the ones that they did have were rather small. Had the plants been larger and fuller, the prices would have been reasonable. But otherwise, a great nursery overall.

Beach Bum: I am sorry for such a late review. I was here in 2017. I read about this nursery online and drove down from Loxahatchee to visit the nursery. I was met immediately by an employee who asked if he could help me find anything. I was literally just looking around. I told him I was just looking. He was in a golf cart. He asked to show me around. I spent the next hour driving around the nursery with the man who was explaining all the trees and plants to me. I shortly found out that he was thee Mr. Lyons. What a surprise! I cannot say enough about my experience. I am forever grateful for this education and passion he bestowed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to experience and explore this wonderful nursery.

Sam Towns: We stopped by to kill time during a trip in Miami. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection for a small space, and kept clean for how old it is. Most stores don't last this long so I'm impressed. I wish I could have picked up some coral. Definitely worth checking out. The only downside is there's only a few parking spaces and if they're not open you have nowhere to park. We circled 3 times waiting for someone to leave but are glad we waited.

Cira: Excellent attention and staff is knowledgeable about the species they sell, both marine and fresh water specimens. I trully enjoyed visiting them. The prices are better for some stuff, i.e. ghost shrimps are 10 for $1 while in PetSmart are 0.39 cents each ergo $3.90 for the same amount of shrimp. They have a beautiful Morey eel and cute clown fish hidden inside an anemone. Plus the place is very clean.

Emily McCorkel: I’ve been coming to Target for many years, it’s one of my favorite stores. Unfortunately, I feel like I’ve been tainted by this particular store as my first experience. I ordered two shirts and threw in some gum for fun from this Target which is a half hour from me but this is the only location that had both shirts in stock. I got there and an employee comes out and told me they accidentally gave my items to someone else. He told me that they would replace them and to just hold on for a few minutes. After twenty plus minutes someone else came out with just the gum and a refund receipt stating that my shirts weren’t in stock there and that they were sorry. I went to leave and had a weird feeling about it. So I went back and physically went into the store. They had a full long rack of my shirts in my size!!!!! Not sure if it was pure laziness but why lie? Makes not a lick of sense.

Elizabeth Jorge: This store needs a complete overhaul. All the other Targets in the area have been remodeled and are organized. This one is a hot mess. Also looked up a fan that I wanted to buy and it gave me several models and the one I wanted was in stock in the location near me and they offered that order will be ready for pick up in abt 2 hrs. I went around an hour later to the store and completed other purchases an checked out and went to the order pick up line. Only person was there to manage both order pick up and returns. She was a bit elderly and did her best to help, but was a slow process. There were many target employees walking around and I am sure they saw the lines but no one stopped to help that person or man the other queue Definitely needs improvement
