BlackHole Area: I was pleasantly surprised to find this showroom store on day I wasn't looking for. The showroom was well lit and fully stocked with the latest technology and products. Terry Boynton: Josh, David, and all of the staff there are incredible. Anytime you make an investment into Leica, you are making a commitment given the price point. But one thing I can say about the folks at Leica Miami is that they are willing to answer any and all questions. The other thing I like about them, is that they will not steer you into something more expensive if you don't need it. For me, that build trust and I will always deal with them because I know that they are willing to be upfront and honest. For sure they have turned me into a loyal customer.

Dan S: I’ve had the pleasure of working with Josh L and with David F on a variety of Leica purchases. In all cases, I couldn’t be happier. I live in the Chicago area and there isn’t a store around with the Leica knowledge or equipment that can compare with Leica Miami. This Leica store has the best selection for 2nd hand Leica cameras, lenses and other accessories. Josh was able to help me out from showing me pictures of the camera and shipping it to me. His professional customer service is top notch and I could only guess how much better he is able to help out in store.

Hopper Stone: I've never been inside this store. All of my dealings have been on the phone and online. I've found other Leica stores (one in particular) to be super snooty...like I should be thrilled that they are deeming to take my money. The LS-Miami (besides having a really good flow of used gear) is laid back on the phone and super helpful. I've had a few phone dealings with Josh and he's so laid back and down to earth and helpful. He doesn't know who I am from Adam, but he seems to treat each customer with the same respect...whether they are well known or not...whether they are dropping 50k or 1k. I don't live near Miami but they have become my go-to Leica dealer.

Josep Supertramp: I walked in store in their business hour, store manager came to me : we have a event, the shop not open to public. But there’s no any sign said “private event”, I checked the store website, the event just a regular workshop, class. I told the manager: I want to find accessories for my m10 camera, then he let me stay and purchased. All over all, just Because I wear a T-shirt and a khaki pants, not match Leica Miami’s elegant dress code. Can anyone remove this one star for me? They even not deserve receive a star. Worst experience ever.

We don’t wear suits and ties and we don’t expect our customers to either. We prefer a more casual and inclusive space. Our passion is for Leica and photography. This past Saturday happened to be the first in-person local event in over a year and a half. Due to COVID and short-staffing, we’ve only been able to open on Saturdays “By Appointment Only” and recommend calling ahead of time - we do have this posted on our website, Google, social media and in the storefront window. Even though we weren’t operating normal store hours that day due to the photo walk, we did welcome you in the store and helped you find a diopter for your camera. Normally, we would be able to spend more one-on-one time with you, but our staff was in the midst of assisting event attendees. We extended an invitation to you to join the walk, which was free and open to all, if you had the time. We’re currently training new staff and aim to be open for normal business hours by the end of the year to avoid any store hour confusion in the future. We hope you will choose to visit us again so you can have the full Leica Store Miami experience. Thank you again for the feedback.

Your Time is Now: I traded my Leica Q2 in for an M10-R and a 35mm f/2 summicron. I reached out to Josh and gave him the info he needed to consider my trade. He offered me a very fair amount for my Q2, and was selling the very lightly used M10-R and the Summicron at the right price. Once we established a trade value, I shipped to him and when it arrived he got back to me quickly and told me that he would honor the price we had agreed to prior to shipment. No hassles, no trying to work me down after he saw the camera, which if you've ever worked with KEH or Adorama or some of the other buyers is a rarity. I paid the balance owed right away and two days later, I had my new camera and lens in my mitts. Working with Josh was a really terrific experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, straight-forward and Josh is very honest and would answer my emails quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely do business with Leica Miami again, and if you're thinking about working with them, don't hesitate.

M R: Won't go back here again. The employees have more time for each other than the customers. I was there to purchase a Sony camera and wanted an employee's advice on which one to purchase, there was no problem with them wandering around doing whatever the hourly employed do for 8/10hrs. If you ask me if I want help and I responded, Yes, I do. That doesn't mean you do get someone else to get someone else. If you work there you work there. I then found the manager who was aware of me waiting for over 10 minutes tells and employee to assist me, the employees then tell me to wait until he was done speaking with the manager. He obviously couldn't be bothered with me wanting to purchase the camera or asking where are all the SD ®cards? The camera was $1200. Jeff Bezos will get the business.PAUSE!

Hunter Masi: Came in to purchase a laptop and of course no one was even there to assist at all with my purchase. Finally, I found someone who didn't even seem like they wanted to be bothered that I need assistance by the computers. He at least said he would get someone to come (30 mins later of course) and he was helpful to an extent. Moral of the story is that if you know what you want to purchase come here if not forget it, you will get no help from anyone. Luckily for me the service was much better at the Pembroke Pines location which I went to pickup my laptop purchase since they were out of stock there anyways.

Marco Watson: I was charged 213.99 for a phone I purchased when I arrived to the store I was greeted by the manager Steven they told me I couldn't get that phone and refunded me the purchase and then on may 4th I was charged again for the 213.99 and they refunded me but wouldn't show me a proper receipt with the refund amount and they refunded me 199.99 and told me in order to get the 213.99 back I need to call a number. They obviously did some tricky bull and tried to charge me for it. I will be getting it sorted.

Ahmed Malik: Ordered a TV last month and was supposed to have it delivered only to have them change the delivery date without ever calling to ask me. I cancelled everything. Two months later I gave them another opportunity and the tech called 2 hours before my window to tell me he has to go home early and can’t wait until my window so it’s now or never. Cancelled that order too. Taking my money to Walmart this time.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero: I went to Best Buy to change the battery on my iphone (mistake number one), should have gone to the Apple Store. Super courteous and nice staff, but they broke my phone while changing the battery. After waiting for almost 4 hours I was told my phone was not repairable. I had to wait 3 days to get another phone. I went to pick it up and was wondering if they had access to my old phone so I can wipe it clean, and the clerk look at my with disdain and said we are sending your phone back to Apple they will use for parts and "have a nice day" turned around and left me there at the counter with no more answers. Moraleja, iphone take it to the Apple Store.

Cindy Xu: After reading all the positive review, I’ve decided to purchase new gear here. Due to security, they want me to send photo ID and I don’t feel comfortable to share it online. Therefore, We agreed to cancel the order and issue refund on 6/21/2022. Now it’s been a week and still no refund or any cancellation email. I’ve been emailing them constantly. However, There’s no reply or any follow up of our conversation via email. They maybe good at onsite services. Very unprofessional online customer service. If your reading this and thinking of purchasing online, please shop somewhere else.

They do nice events like this one from the photos where they ring models and cameras for you to try and take photos. They also have lessons and more. They are the best store in town.

More importantly, thanks to Gabe for kindly taking the time to get me the exact equipment I needed for what I was trying to accomplish. Without his assistance, I doubt I would have gotten close to achieving this result.

Eric Franz: I would not recommend this business. I am long time customer, over 20 years. Before moving for a job out of country I tried to purchase new Sony camera. First I was given lecture that they only carry"professional equipment" and that Sony is not considered based on their standards "professional" brand. Anyway, I had a gift certificate for $300 so I just paid the difference and they were going to order the camera for me. Unfortunately they were not able to get the camera in time, so we cancelled the order and I had to go with Amazon that got it to me the next day and $20 less and I kept the store credit. When I moved back to Miami I passed by the store and saw they were relocating to a new location. I spoke with Derek and he assured me that they are not closing, just moving and my credit was valid and will not loose it. After they moved to new location and I decided to update some lights I passed by the store since I knew I have over $600 credit with them. I was told by the same manager Derek that unfortunately the company is now own by different owners and they no longer honer my credit. So no. I would not recommend to do any business with this company. Shame on you!

David Olivares: Staff are rude. When I enter the store, the salesman tried to turn me away because he thought I was a food delivery guy. I ended up buying a set of light just because I needed it urgently, otherwise I would have walked away. Never come back again.

Veronica Ali: Worst customer service I have ever had! The man at the counter bagged up the film I brought (to get developed) with the rest of the things I purchased forcing me to turn back around when I got home. Then when I got there I was met with an attitude after he made a mistake. He said, "If you're gonna give me an attitude you can take the film back." I wasn't giving you an attitude, but it's frustrating that you have one job and you can't handle it. On top of that, he told me a certain roll of film that I bought would be $6 and that a chord I bought would be $12 (since nothing has a price tag on it). Once I got home for a second time and checked my receipt, I noticed that he charged me $8 for the roll of film and $15 for the chord. He says he is going to give me the cash back when I get there next week, but I highly doubt that will happen. I will never bring my business there again and you shouldn't either!

Korvus Korvus: Cyberpower pcThe pc has def been taken out of box before, has microfiber towel residue in the vents and considerable amount of dust inside when I opened it. The box says it comes with manuals. It does not, for any of the parts. Only a gpu install guide and a set up guide for the pc. ALSO The manufacture replied to a question on this product promising that the pc comes with a screw for the second M.2 SSD port. It does not come with one. Pretty ticked off that i got a used/open box product when I paid for brand new, especially since i drove about 50 miles to pick up and 50 miles home. 3 stars due to open box when i paid for new & the manufacture not caring about its customers wanting upgrades (I shouldnt have to go buy a single screw to expand my storage.) And lying to potential customers about what comes with it

Mira M: I just don't like shopping here at all , the atmosphere is cold and just soul less. The prices overated and the sales , not always easily found . It is maintained decently and the employees are kind and do their best to help nonetheless. Yet they always attempt to up sale every sale and add ten warranties to every protection plan and sign customers up for their credit card. When now a days people often have a whole deck of credit cards and even more debt as is.

Mark Satterfield: Not nearly what it was back in the day. The laptop section seemed dated. There didn't seem to be a gradual "less expensive to more expensive", it was organized by brand. Sales tags of course are no longer sufficient. You really do need to see more, so bring your phone to research. If you are looking for a particular laptop and they have it on display, this is a great destination.

Ari Eliefja: There aren't many true photography shops left ... this one is one of the few remaining. Run by honest, knowledgeable, and friendly people who know the craft. It's kind of of like when you find a good doctor, or a good mechanic, you don't switch to someone else. There's no replacing trust.

Isaiah Olson (CursedNoven): Could not find the OM System (the new Olympus) OM-1 camera in stock anywhere else. Well, one other store I found online but they didn't take Discover not Paypal so I wasn't able to purchase. Thankfully Pitman takes PayPal! As for service, the first lady to answer was very friendly and polite, and the sales associate she got me in touch with was also very friendly and helpful. They had one body left in stock and reserved it for me over the phone until I could finish my online checkout. If it doesn't actually ship and was on backorder or any other shipping issues arise I'll update the review, but I have full confidence due to the genuine people I talked to.

MAD Research: Wow! It's a rare commodity to find a company that cares about the customer! I called about an out of stock Sony camera, not only did Glenn take the time, check inventory from Sony he proceeded to put me on a list for the desired model. Then called me back to tell me they had located similar options. Little things like customer service can win the loyalty for a lifetime, Pitman has won my business and my respect!

John Ries: I've been dealing with Pitman over many many years and I'm located on the other coast. My previous studio and lab used to obtain many supplies from Pitman. Now as a freelancer my needs changed but I still have a top notch dealer to obtain gear and supplies from. Nothing better than a quality local business to deal with. It's a very well organized, very clean and well supplied operation. I do wish they stocked a little more in the way of lighting and grip equipment. I love that they promote film and processing and would like to see that expanded. I'd like to see a larger variety of pre-owned equipment as well including formats greater than 35mm. Nice group of people and always a pleasant experience to stop in when in Miami.

I was asked to put on a mask twice and declined in a friendly but firm manner. The last argument they used to convince me to put on a face diaper was that an employee allegedly had Covid. My question "Then why is this one working here and not in quarantine?" was not answered and the employee then gave up. You can find double masked workers there with gloves on. So don't be surprised if you call and hardly understand a word. You can assume that every employee there is boosted 10 times.

The store has on site displays of the cameras and accessories as well ample marketing material to take with you on their latest additions to the line. A nice studio feel to the store makes you at ease as well.

Angela Trujillo: Although I was never notified that the photo collage poster created that was intended to complete the bathroom make over, which was a gift for my grandmother's 99th birthday, had indeed arrived in time for the celebration.. being the employee at the photo counter, Joseph, was very kind and helpful in locating the photo, as well as checking me out was such a pleasant surprise (considering the service usually received at that particular Walmart) was pretty much my salvation, when I realized that the product I purchased is useless, it's blurry, not the normal low quality blur but unrecognizable blur. that the cut of the poster is not straight, which makes it cut off pictures in the frame, the color is bad, along with the fact that I am out the money I paid because I cannot spend the two hours it would take to go back to store and return or take the chance to deal with the two rude women who have racial discrimated me on more than one occasion in the past and who in work in customer service at that store

The lines are so long they extend from the cashier to the midsection of the menswear/shoe department. None of the speedy (10 items or less)lines were open, pardon me, there was a speedy line open in electronics - with another extended (about twenty customers)line! A horrible shopping experience. I've noticed most Walmart's that I patronize lately have inadequate (bare) shelves with respect to jeans, underwear, t-shirts, and watches. The return/money services area is laden with carts full of returned items. Walmart has seriously fallen off - the demand far exceeds the supply. Stay away from this particular store though. JE.

Employees who have no clue of customer service. They continually lack humility when they are the ones in the wrong. OP# 000123 TE# 26 TR# 01174 Is a classic example of the above. This young was totally uninvolved in her position as a cashier. Prior to me she owed a customer change. She had no coins in her tender. She looked at the customer and pointed to her register. What is the next move: request from management coins for the register. The customer left shaking his head. My turn. I have a plant that is cover in a yellow clearance for .75 cents. It rings up for $2.97. I politely show her the clearance. Her response was: “it is ringing up for $2.97. I politely said I can see that it did but that is not the current price. She just stares at me. What to do next? Call for management. I suggested for her to ask for help. She continues to stare. She did not call for help but instead turn on a blinking light. I flagged the attention of someone and she said over ride. She continue to put in the wrong price and kept the 2.97. I am like huh. .75 x 4 is $3 not $6. She finally gets it right continues to throw the reminding products I bought into a bag. Simply Amazing

MeryAnn u: Bad customer service. Needs better managing & more cashiers. Doesn’t matter how early or late you go to avid this happens all the time, all hours. Extra long lines, out of 20 something registers is usually less than 10 cashiers working. I can never find an employee over the jewelry department.

Gabe Sanchez: SCAMMERS. Unprofessional staff. Horrible attitudes from the get go. Bad communication as well. I never got any rental confirmation, not even an “ok”. They also claim their return policies are clearly stated when they are nowhere to be found. They neglect to share their closing times and return policies during the whole process. The agreement does not state times or policies for return. They basically turn a blind eye to get you to pay extra days and fees, on purpose. And on top of that they give you HUGE attitude for it. This place is the worst. Never renting here again. They are just plain nasty.

We are a reputable company that has been serving the South Florida photo industry for over 25 years. We have thousands of glowing testimonials from customers throughout the years. We would have no reason to scam you. You rented gear on Friday. Your gear was supposed to be returned on Saturday. Our hours are 9 AM-12 PM on Saturdays as stated on our google listing, website, and even our voicemail. You claimed that you attempted to return at 12:00 PM. When my Manager stated he stayed until 12:15 PM, you then changed your lie to you tried returning at 12:30 PM, yet you sent us an email about us being closed at 2:34 PM. You then proceeded to return on Monday at 11:30 AM an hour and a half after the industry wide return window of 10:00 AM stated clearly on the rental agreement form you signed. You started cursing your head off at us about charging you a second day on a single light that was sub-rented (we were charged two days). Out of good faith we only charged one day on everything else despite the verbal abuse. We have served clients large and small with the same professional courtesy on a daily basis for over 25 years and will continue to onward.

Dominic Rodriguez: Never rent from this place. This studio has arrogant unhelpful employees. Called them last week to get some info on equipment. Some guy named Sat is just full of himself, showed so much attitude and is just rude. Don't bother with place. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

netoval: Super unprofessional people, i bought a background for photography that i didnt use, and i want to return it, it was with the original tapes and everything, no damage at all, and in one week this people didnt wanted to give me a refund even that the invoice doesnt say anything about refund policies, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT TO COME TO THIS PLACE dont give your money to this people just go to somewhere else....
Response: The paper was stored improperly. It was laid on the floor and not stood up as it even says on the box. You told us this.... If stored improperly the paper will not lay flat.

Andrea McFann: I had the WORST customer service experience at this Best Buy last week when I was trying to upgrade my son's cell phone. We arrived at 6:45 and the woman behind the desk in the cell phone department ignored us for 10 minutes (completely engrossed in her own cell phone) until I finally went up to her and asked for help. I literally had to say "hello" in order for her to look up and make eye contact with me. The message that I was bothering her at that point could not have been more clear. She informed me that she could not initiate a cell phone activation because it was only about an hour before closing (hence her trying to ignore us until she hit the hour window). I asked if she could please go ahead and do it because there was an hour left and my son was having trouble with his current phone. She called for a supervisor who came over and proceeded to provide even WORSE service. If they couldn't activate the phone that's fine, but I was really amazed at how rude both of them were. If looks could kill, my kids and I would have dropped dead right there in Best Buy! We left feeling horrible. I told my son we could check the Verizon store 2 minutes away and see if they at least had his phone in stock. We walked in and the customer service was like night & day!!! I asked the manager if it was too late to purchase & activate a new phone and he said, no not all all! Not only did they take care of my son's phone, but my daughter's as well. Had us all taken care of before 8:00 with a smile on their face! I will NEVER try to get a phone from Best Buy again, not after that experience.

Stef Lee (Stef in Miami): Two AMAZING experiences! A few months ago I needed to update my cell phone. Ray was our sales consultant, and Sherry was the Manager on Duty. After choosing the phone, Ray called AT&T about activation and pricing. AT&T authorized the the lowest price. When Ray tried to ring us up the computer wouldn't allow the price. This is when Sherry got involved. She was able to honor the authorized price. Love them! This time Jeremy, has long hair, was our sales consultant. Jeremy and Carlos were not able to get the lowest price, but with Jeremy's help we found a better phone for what we needed. Jeremy was so helpful and knowledgeable. The sales consultants at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you need to get a cell phone at Best Buy this location is THE BEST in Miami!

Susy B: I am trying to buy a TV that is in stock. It was canceled 4 times. I went into the store today and paid cash/debit. Canceled again. Called in they said our account must be flagged give them 24 hrs its been 72! I am done.

Dennis Lanzada: My most recent Visit to Best Buy store today at dadeland Miami was horrible. The store manager on duty Kaitlyn refused to give me a refund on an item purchased as an opened item. She wanted to charge me restocking fee for an open item that does not have a restocking fee. As an elite member I have 30 days to return an item. I explained to this person with no knowledge that am returning an opened item purchased two weeks ago which half no restocking fee and that was verified by Best Buy customer service before purchasing the item. The store manager Kaitlin called me a “little aggressive” because I was saying that I am not paying a restocking fee on an open item. She make me wait in the store for 30 minutes with attitude. She told me that I was a little aggressive just because because I said that I was not paying a restocking fee on an open item verify my Best Buy customer service

Heather Duncan: The Best Buy at Dadeland Station is currently closed for remodeling. I don't know when they will reopen.

Pandu Thadjudin: First ever experience with Geek Squad. I got really lucky to get an appointment within 24 hrs. I called in because I was going to be a little late and the agent assured me not to worry. Also, it was 30 mnts before closing time, there were a couple of people behind me. I was so sure I would be rushed. But that's not what happened, the agent who I think the initial is AG, took the time to listen to the issue and explained the possible outcome etc etc. The quoted days to finish the repair would be 5 to 10 days, my heart sink :( But then, at 11AM the very next day, Michael, the agent who's working on my laptop gave me a call to follow up. Unexpectedly fast, and he was able to repair it in no time. One happy customer. One little bummer, geek squad protection doesn't cover software issue, only hardware. Ps. They sanitize the desk and chair before every new consultation. Great assurance during this weird time. Highly appreciated. Thanks guys

Will surely be my go to stores for simple things. Even the items near the front of the store that is like $10 or below are impeccable. Feels like I have found so much treasure in these two Target stores.

Patrick Lopez: Men's room didn't have toilet tissue in either stall...I requested from an associate standing by..15 minutes.it never came !...these people from another country take advantage of out generosity in jobs, and do what they want, it's not their home, cleaning up their house ! abdelilah el hassani: The first Target store I've visited. It was a good experience : large, clean and well organized. Featuring all you may need, a needle as well as a Ferrari ( toy) 😉😂. Products of good quality and a great staff that answers all your questions . I recommend it as an interesting shopping option.

The bathrooms needed a little more attention. I wanted to add that there's an employee named Valnise that always goes out of her way to provide great customer service. She is an asset to this location.

(would there be a Target in Bayside area?) 3. sometimes there can be some interesting clearance products. 4. Target is clean and organized. 5. personnel is very nice people.

Have parking spots, affordable and is next to good shops. Miami design district is just 6 minutes walking and wynwood is 8 minutes walking. Definitely midtown is one of the best locations in Miami.

Ju Barros: I wish I could give less stars. I had a TERRIBLE experience buying on target. It all started with the itens I bought with 2 DAYS DELIVERY taking a lot longer while just showing "on time", when I called they said I COULD NOT even CANCEL IT "I should check with FEDEX". When it was finally delivered it was the WRONG ITEM, after calling they apologized saying they " could replace it in ONE WEEK after I should get my order delivered, saying my second item was on it's way ... ALSO THE WRONG ITEM! Now I need to get the boxes ready to pick up so after they scan te labels I can get my refund.

Corie Rose Marketing: Not all Targets are the same. Glad I saw this one. A lot of snacks and food stuff. Their selection of t-shirts was fire this time, Rick and morty, metallica. They even had Lime scooters.

Mark Niagara: A decent Target store, but I hate paying $2 an hour to park in the attached lot. Why can't the store validate it so if you're spending money shopping, you get free parking? The Target store itself is nicely laid out with lots of stock and a decent grocery section as well. I like how they have a ton of clearance clothes for men on the racks and shelves. The change room Target staff were just hanging out talking, there must have been 6 staff there huddled together. Who's managing this store? The food court area with the Starbucks and Target food is the worst I have ever seen. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl at the cash today told us we had to get in line on the other side. I said, we've been standing here for 5 minutes, can't you just serve us next? She would not. We get in line and wait and wait and when we ordered two hot dogs she told us it would take 30 minutes. Unreal! That woman with her hair in a ponytail was so rude to us, I don't know how the management allows this poor treatment of customers. The sitting area of tables and chairs was dirty, we weren't staying.
