Unfortunately they were not able to get the camera in time, so we cancelled the order and I had to go with Amazon that got it to me the next day and $20 less and I kept the store credit. When I moved back to Miami I passed by the store and saw they were relocating to a new location. I spoke with Derek and he assured me that they are not closing, just moving and my credit was valid and will not loose it. After they moved to new location and I decided to update some lights I passed by the store since I knew I have over $600 credit with them. I was told by the same manager Derek that unfortunately the company is now own by different owners and they no longer honer my credit. So no. I would not recommend to do any business with this company. Shame on you!

I explained to this person with no knowledge that am returning an opened item purchased two weeks ago which half no restocking fee and that was verified by Best Buy customer service before purchasing the item.
