Nervus Pudendus: It is so sad to see the animals in this store suffer. I would not have a problem with pets being sold, but here they are stuffed into extremely small cages. Some.of them can barely move. Cats are locked in small cages, many fish are in small plastik boxes, some of them are dead.

Liz: My dog got a beautiful haircut here! I stopped going to other groomers because PetSmart grooming does an excellent job and their prices are good, too! My dog Arya looks like she is ready for a wedding, that’s how fabulous she looks after her haircut. I recommended PetSmart grooming to my friend and her Pomeranian got a gorgeous lion 🦁 cut, and she is so happy with the results!

T: I hate this location. They really need to hire at least 20 more people and provide better training. The last few times I've ordered curbside pickup, no one picks up the phone or brings out your order. So you have to try to find parking, go inside and then you have to walk around the store trying to find a staff member to hand you your order. Several times items were missing requiring me to return and wait forever for them to solve the problem. Not to mention super long lines and only 1 or 2 cash registers ever open. Thank goodness for Amazon and Chewy!

Then they accidentally hung up on me Talk to person who was on phone (with customer service) "Okay fine" goes to back and grabs food that was right there this whole time "I can cancel your order right here if you'd like" O_o

Robyn “Midoki” Rivera: Blows Petco on Miami Beach out of the water. They have huges aisles and a great selection of live animals.

Dealer Buddies: If I could give it no stars I would. Some young people with poor training and bad customer service skills and the guy that 'manages" on Wednesday's is impatient and not personable. The one star will be for a new young girl that works with the fish on Tuesdays. She is cool but she is an exception and I doubt she will last long with this group. My experience on a Wednesday when she was not there just sucked. Got the side eye for returning a dead fish that I literally just purchased. Also I think they have some shady practices going on with the prices. They are always different the next day. Buyer Beware. I won't be back. Word of advice for Nice girl on Tuesdays--apply at PETCO on South Beach. They are better trained and friendlier towards customers.

Tania M: Poor management at this store. Hire more people!! There is only ever one cashier at the front and a line of people. No one answers the phone, no one tends to curbside pickup, no one inside the store to assist with anything. Also three-quarters of the shelves are empty and canned pet food are in boxes/cases that you have to open up to take out what you want. Will avoid and shop at Chewy or other online retailers from now on.

Linda Kolko: Great selection of products for all kinds of pets. Good bargains. My dog loves the store so I love it too. My dog has also been bathed and groomed there, getting an extra under grooming to give him a summer cut! He loves to get bathed and groomed there as the staff is very sweet. We now get baths monthly at Petco! He's a happy dog!

JESSICA LOTZNIKER: I love this place I did the training to my dog, in addition is not expensive, the instructor is very good. Patient, very competent and kind to all customers. His name is Juan Lopez, who with my Gigis was wonderful.

Michelle Perkins: Great service all around! I dropped my dog Bentley off to get groomed and the grooming manager was really nice and I could tell she loved her job. When I went to pick her up and pay for the service even the gentleman ringing me up was super nice as I was having a bum day it made my day better. Angela Fischetti: I used to love this company. I still love the workers in this particular store, however they work for an awful company, a corporate minded company. What one sees in the store is simply a culmination of actions I've watched for years. Understocking for cat items, both food and non food. The quality of the cat food has tanked so badly and now Petco almost exclusively sells pate for cat wet food when it is well known pate is awful for feline GI system. Petco got rid of the last remaining organic cat food. They don't even bother to send the one decent kitty litter here, Yesterdays News, to this store. It's in stores located out of Miami Beach. The reward points are now up to 175 in order to get a reward. Absolutely a prime example of the USA at its greediest best. I'm turning more and more to other outlets to meet my cats needs. I've been going to this store since it opened on Day 1. The organization has turned into such a disappointment. Greed, greed and more greed. Don't you dare blame your employees for this review.

Heather Isabel: The worst customer service ever- the staff is rude and unprofessional. Trainers double as sales people, and aggressively push their services. When I told one trainer that I wasn’t interested in classes with him he dismissed me and sent me home with an extra large harness for my 25lb. puppy. When I went back to return it later that day they made it as difficult as possible, acting as though I was asking for something crazy.

Kristen Pinero: DO NOT BUY YOUR BIRD FROM THIS SHOP. I bought a love bird and 2 weeks later she passed away. Not a reputable place. Seems like they don’t care for the birds individually because they’re is so many that they have. Please go to somewhere Like Simbads better place and they care better for your birds there.

Todd Hicks: Not a single bird was in an adequate Cage for the type of bird. The owner was a complete A-hole he definitely didnt like me at all. He says with no accent what so ever "I don't speak English only spanish". The funniest part about it is he had papers clearly he had to write in enlish and Spanish. I mean it was kinda like I thought I might be on a TV show was how much he was doing to make sure i knew he didn't like me one bit. The poor guy he has working for him was actually trying to help and was funny. He should be the owner he actually tried to communicate with me. So the only thing is I wouldn't advise anyone giving someone money who is that mean to customers. I wish I video.taped him. I'm still waiting for the TV crew to come out and say it was a joke. Plus if he gave me a number for a bird it was just way out of line like no one would pay the numbers he was talking about worst thing though he actually was willing to sell a bonded pair of cherry head conures he says 2000 each. You don't separate them. Don't waste your time.

I bought 2 birds for my son for Christmas and they both died within 2 weeks I tried reaching out to them to see if it’s possible they either give me a refund of $170 one of the birds or atleast one bird. I spent $440 and they didn’t even try to work with me. I would give them zero stars the only reason I’m putting one star is to be able to save someone from going there and purchasing birds that will die within 2 weeks. Pretty sad I really wasn’t asking for much just to do what is right.

Paulina Fiore: 2 years ago I walked into this Petsupermarket to find the bearded dragons eating eachother. They were going to leave her in the back of the store " to regrow her tail" but in actually they were going to leave her to die. Bearded dragons DO NOT regrow their tails. I sadly couldn't save all 3 dragons because Petsupermarket only gave me 10% off for a missing tail instead of thinking about the well being of their animals. It STILL breakers my heart to this day that the other 2 dragons that were also missing limbs, probably died in the back of the store "waiting to regrow their tails" because of their ignorance and neglect. I NEVER stepped into ANY Petsupermarket again. I just wanted to give an update from 2 years ago, that the Bearded Dragon does have bone issues but is overall doing just fine. This picture is from last Christmas so I know it's old, but I thought it was the cutest one.

Jesus Jesus: This place is great, clean and organized. As soon as you walk in you are greeted, store manager helped me today what an experience, had some issues with my fish with ick and he provided a complete solution. Their fish tanks are very clean and with lots of fish to choose from you wont be disappointed. I also have a dog and like I mentioned before the attention is there and they know their stuff.

Romney Manassa: Great selection and service, especially from Isabel. For its size, the store has a good amount of aquatic supplies, most of them great price. I was especially impressed with the selection of aquatic plants, which are the healthiest, largest, and cheapest I have found anywhere in Miami after years in the hobby. I bought a wide variety over the last couple weeks and so far they are doing fantastic. Special shoutout to Isabel for going above and beyond to help me with this matter even as the store was closing. I'm definitely coming back here and recommending this place to others.

We had booked a haircut/bath/nail grind and rounding but were disappointed to find out he was only given a bath and nail rounding the day before we had picked up our dog. I was seeking information of what time it was picked up because it seemed like he picked up my order a while ago but she told me 5-10 min ago

Christa Phelps: I absolutely adore the PetsHotel here, the employees show such care for my dog and keep me informed of how he did. My dog loves being there as well - I intend to use them for boarding as long as I remain in this area. Let me preface this by saying I am a former grooming salon employee from another state. The Coral Gables grooming salon is terrible. My dog’s haircuts have been uneven and ridiculous looking all 3 times he has been there. And on the third occasion, whichever groomer he had had difficulty with him (even though he didn’t have an issue either other time) and now they won’t take him anymore. The way they went about telling me this (months after the “incident”) was extremely rude and condescending. If you want to be talked down to and have your dog look completely ridiculous, go here - otherwise you’d be better off learning to do it yourself, which is exactly what I plan to do. I have nothing but good things to say about the store employees and the PetHotel, 5 stars to them, but 1 star to the grooming salon.

Sarah Conlon: My 11 y/o Border Collie frequents the PetSmart PetsHotel when I travel. The employees at the PetsHotel routinely go above and beyond to ensure my dog has a happy and healthy stay. I trust them to take amazing care of my dog.

Angela C: Went to this Petsmart yesterday to get a little tank for my toddler. Overall the store was ok with the tank selection and accessories. The actual fish selection could me a little bit better. We sometimes go to Petco and they have way more variety of Tropical fish. But anyways the person that helped us was very helful explaining everything I dont remember his name. I gave it 3 stars because one the parking in this mall is crazy. You cannot come here and do a run quickly because just by trying to find parking is about 15 min going up parking and then the elevator takes a long time etc. so is not a practical location I rather go to another Petsmart like the one in Flagler. And another thing is that the actual store wasn’t that busy and it took a while until a person was able to help us.

J Hernandez: If you’re thinking of training your dog here definitely go elsewhere. The training is so basic it will be a complete waste of money. My dog absolutely nothing after 6 weeks. Either they aren’t really trainers, or they learned from YouTube. Either way, save your time and money or just spend more to get the right training from an experienced trainer.

Juliana Seda: Worst grooming experience ever. My standard poodle mix just had a couple of knots a they shaved him down after we were carefully taking care of his hair to prevent this. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED and wanted to leave no stars but it was not possible.

Coach Pat: I love this store for my little four legged family members! They have so many toys and stuff that it is hard to contain yourself. They have everything you need and then some. They have a vet, training classes groomer, and more. Friendly staff and plenty of parking in the shopping center. The prices are a little higher than other places, but it is super convenient to just go to one place.

He's my service dog, so I really don't see how I'm supposed to be away from him for four hours. Poor guy doesn't deserve to be kenneled for hours with other dogs, waiting to be bathed. Bottom line: if you like your dog, don't bring him here.

Renee Thornton: Just picked up my pup after getting grooming services. We got a bath with upgraded deshedding services. After being quoted a 3 hour timeframe for the appointment, which I thought was excessive but didn't mind, I took him home, brushed him, and this was the result. I was literally petting him and it was raining fur. Would not recommend.

Elizabeth Rodriguez: Just waited 15 minutes for my items in carside pick up. No one else was waiting for it. Checked in online at the 10 minute mark I call the store and they said someone will be out soon. At 15 minutes, no one has so I called again. The rep who answered said they didn't hear it in the walkie. I checked in two different ways. Then, when they give me the items they said they couldn't find it. Uhm... last time I'm doing a curbside here. Even if it means I need to drive farther.

D Le: Brought both of my dogs in for grooming and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff is very nice and caring. My dogs are clean and well-trimmed. Will keep coming here.

T. S.: I spent 20 minutes picking out my items only to get to the register and not be able to pay. I didn't have my wallet and it wasn't accepting Google Pay from my phone. The cashier said that if it was an American Express card it wasn't going to work. I've never heard of such a thing. I had to walk out empty handed.

Coach Pat: They have it all for your pets. Staff is friendly, and there's always someone around to help you. Plenty of parking in the shopping center. They have markers on the floor for social distancing. Prices are a little high on some items but it is convenient cause they have a lot of choices on everything.

H. Behrens: Very disorganized and sloppy, the shelves were half empty, it wasn't "dirty" per se, but it felt very not taken care of. Very bare selection and variety, after multiple trips we've had a lot of difficulty finding what we need for our puppy here. They also had items marked as 50% off, that after we got home and checked the receipts had been rung at full price. So buyer beware with this one for sure.

amanda orza: Extremely disappointed. I called yesterday regarding the Easter bunny photos for pets and was told I did not need to make an appointment and could just walk in. Never was told that there was a place online to book an appointment. I called again this morning and was told that if there was no more availability online I could go in and stand in line but if someone showed up with an appointment they would go before me. Naturally I understand that. But it appears that after waiting for half an hour, each dog takes about 10 minutes taking a picture (which you have to take yourself) so after waiting for a while I realized that there would always be a pet with an appointment. My message to this location is to communicate better and let staff know about online bookings. This is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I used to love coming here but the lack of common sense is too much to ignore. I look forward to taking my business elsewhere

Angela C: First time going to this location and I was surprised on how clean, organized and helpful was the staff. I went to return some left over supplies I purchased at another Petsmart for a fish tank that I didn’t use. I went to the store because I always go to the target in this shopping mall. So I decided to ask questions to the cashier about dog training, grooming etc since we are waiting for a puppy. She was extremely helpful explained everything and did recomendations. She even called another associate I think the manager to give me info on the training. I was very surprised because normally in other stores they are not that helpful and are always on a hurry. She gave me information about Bandfield the vet services there and the convenience of taking your pet there. I was really surprised and will define give it a try to this Petsmart for any of there services.

Rey Madrigal: I love this store, but more importantly my schnauzer loves it too. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the place is always clean and everything is easy to find. I've been a customer for years and there's no reason to change that now.

Ernesto Cuba: This PetSmart is by dadeland station, and it has a Banfield hospital on it which increases its usefulness by a lot, their staff is friendly and the Banfield doctors are nice to talk to, you can trust on their diagnosis. Best of all is most of their staff are bilingual, they talk both English and Spanish so you can go there feeling like they care for you :)

aShipmate: Worst experience with a groomer we’ve ever had. We have a sheltie. They’re long haired dogs so we know it takes time. 8 hours though? Dropped off at 930 am picked up at 530. He looked exactly the same as he went in didn’t trim his paws, nails, ears, butt, chest, groin. The big trouble areas. Barely even smelled better. I am submitting a claim for a refund. Their staff seemed ignorant of this breed and possibly others. Don’t come here if you have a dog breed with any amount of hair.

ihsane elmir: My advise to you don't go there it's all about money they will over charge you and will not resolved your pet problem I took my cat there they told me he has infection gave him injection and ear drop $338 the cat get worse than we went back to them so now the cat need to do exams and they estimate the will cost about $538 they just guessing they not nolegibal to make long story short I took my cat to different clinic. Bottom line the worst place ever

Dana Lawrence: The associate who checked me out this morning (a woman with short hair) was so warm and genuine that I had to leave a review. She was very kind - asking questions about my “baby” (dog) and just so sweet overall. In a stressful time she really helped start my day off on a really nice note and I’m very grateful.

Sam Towns: We stopped by to kill time during a trip in Miami. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection for a small space, and kept clean for how old it is. Most stores don't last this long so I'm impressed. I wish I could have picked up some coral. Definitely worth checking out. The only downside is there's only a few parking spaces and if they're not open you have nowhere to park. We circled 3 times waiting for someone to leave but are glad we waited.

Cira: Excellent attention and staff is knowledgeable about the species they sell, both marine and fresh water specimens. I trully enjoyed visiting them. The prices are better for some stuff, i.e. ghost shrimps are 10 for $1 while in PetSmart are 0.39 cents each ergo $3.90 for the same amount of shrimp. They have a beautiful Morey eel and cute clown fish hidden inside an anemone. Plus the place is very clean.

Update: I will bump it to 3 stars just because they got themselves a very decent set up for their bettas. Much better than other pet stores around the area, with much healthier bettas.

I appreciate the great service.

Savannery Chayarath: I’ve been to Pecto for grooming about 6 times now between this location and another. I’ve had 1 groom where I was super happy with. Every part of my dog was clean, cut and tidy up very nicely. He was ready for pick up about 2 and half hours later. I booked with the same groomer but it seems like I had a completely different person this time. My dog was ready 4 hours later. Got there at 5pm and they just started his hair cut (dropped off at 1:30pm). It seemed very rushed as they wanted him out the door by 5:30pm (closing time). My dog left clean but his fur was barely cut and the parts that were cut is unproportionate to his other body parts. I wouldn’t waste your time and money here esp if you have a fur baby with high maintenance coat

Miriam Carolina Torrado: This has been our preferred Petco location for the last couple of years (from picking up dog food to training courses with Stacy) but yesterday was our first time taking our girl for grooming services and it was simply fantastic, 5 stars! Stephen (the groomer) took the time to go over every single detail and explain everything throughly. He was great and we are definitely going back for future grooming services.

Isabella Wasielewski: Bought our Miniature Schnauzer puppy on March 27th, 2020. She has been such a delight. Puppy has been in perfect health since I got her. Staff at this store are very friendly and you could tell the dogs are well taken care of. I want to buy another one!

Poessie Rivera: Very pleasant experience. Place is very clean and the puppies you can tell are very happy as they come very enthusiatic when they bring them to the clients. I have a beautiful puppy, super adaptable and immediately loved her new home. She even seem potty trained as i have discovered. Super smart...The staff was very professional and they really want the client to leave satisfy so they seem to know quite a lot about the puppies they carry, which for me in the end was extremely helpful.

Jonathan Andres Serna: Our family wanted to raise a puppy to adult so we went to the animal shelter first looking for a puppy and a couple of other puppy stores but this particular one we received an extremely great service by the young lady who was in the office her name is Genesis, she was very helpful and we made and informed decision with her feedback. The dog we liked although was not cheap, the place offers easy and quick financing, not great credit required, just regular standards. I definetely recommend the place.

It really baffles me that people would go to a store and pay thousands for a dog when they could go to a shelter or find reputable breeder. Shame on all of you who purchased dogs from this place. Nothing absolutely nothing about what you were doing is OK. Your just feeding the puppy mills and supporting them!

Paula Rejas: Speaking to the sales lady you could tell she was not very knowledgeable about dogs but only how to make a sale. When told her we were still shopping around, her whole energy changed to no longer having time to give information. Requesting almost $4000 for a puppy and demonstrate such little enthusiasm to make a sale, I was happy to leave and not come back. Truthfully though, her being a bad saleswoman was not the deterrent but seeing one of their pups on sale in a tiny cage where he barely fit standing up and being able to see his hip bones and ribs was the real reason I did not want to drop money in this place. Starving a growing pup is disgusting, and im sure they'll end up getting rid of that pup cuz he is getting too big and obviously too expensive to feed. And they only had 2 dogs on display which im not sure what it means. I prefer to know these places shut down cuz no one ever buys pets than knowing I helped keep them in business. I went to see 3 other sites before making my purchase and the difference between this establishment treatment of dogs and my final destination was night and day.

Maeve Ferrell: Right across the street from me is a big, reasonably priced pet store! I suggested that you buy some dog toys for my pets. I was struck by how respectfully and efficiently your staff responded to my inquiries. The height of the store astounded me, as did the way it smelled. What a great pet store, unquestionably the best in the world! It's undeniably tasty!

GG: Bought a dog and it came with bronchopneumonia and the ayote doesn’t want to be responsible of the cost. They sent us to a vet which made us lose at least 2 weeks of my dog improvement since they hospitalized him and did nothing to him since he came with 1 collapsed lung. We have been contacting the store for over a month now and they still don’t feel like they are responsibly for selling a sick dog.

annabella exposito: It hasn’t taken me a long time to come to terms with this, but please do yourself a favor and reconsider purchasing a puppy from this place. I got a miniature schnauzer 6 years ago and she was an amazing dog, but unfortunately she passed away when she was 4 years old.. due to genetic complications. She had pancreatitis, heart was failing and etc... pancreatitis is a common for schnauzer if they a bred poorly and well my poor penny passed away due to genetic problems. Obviously the people selling the puppies will tell you wonderful things, but once you buy the dog, THEY DO NOT CARE. More money in their pockets. If you want to get a pure breed dog buy it from a responsible breeder because it’s luck to get a healthy dog that will live 12 years from a puppy store.

One2 B: Natalie has the best customer service skills!! She is also a "people person" at a fur, feather and scales store! What a great combo! I found two - two week old kittens - had to purchase the "kitten" stuff, KMR, wet food, kitty litter pan! - Kitty litter pan - oh no! Natalie and I began to think - trash = litter. Bottom tray of the small cans = kitty litter pans! Natalie is a sweetheart went to the back and brought out 6 empty cardboard tray with the plastic wrap and all. She is a genius! Wall-e and Eve are now about give or take 3-4 weeks old; they are using a Pet Supermarket throw-out kitty litter pan - they are still short for a big cat pan. I was tired and went to the Pet Supermarket as I was going home, I am so appreciative that Natalie was there. She made the evening for me, our love for pets and Disney (yes, we had a chance to talk human stuff, too!) She made it easy to care for these two precious fur babies. Natalie, I hope you have a wonderful and Happy Holidays!! Thank you for caring and going the extra 100 miles for Walle, Eve and me! Fabian: This store never has supplies that I need. It has happened on several occasions. I have a fish tank I've gone several times looking for the filter cartridge and they never have it. I also own a bird and a dog and certain supplies that I need are never in in stock. I will not wa.te my time going there again.

Ethan Pike: This store owner is a con artist. He will cheat you. He will mislead you. He will lie and lie. When things are not going his way he will make up more lies. When things are not going his way he will also act like he does not understand English. He will cheat and lie to you. Buyer be ware. Do not fall for his tricks. I support good honest person/puppy stores 100%. This is not one of those.

Abraham Palacios: Everyone beware when purchasing any puppy from any store, but more so from Gorgeous puppies. We though we had purchased a healthy schnauzer since we went to their vet right after purchasing her and they did a wellness check and Lily was good and healthy. Not even 2 days later poor puppy started throwing up at a rate of every 15-20 minutes. I had no choice but to take her to the emergency that evening. To our surprise she had a virus and bacteria. Parvo virus and Giardia! Both very contagious to other animals and Guardia can even be transmitted to humans. Parvo is deadly to any dog with a low chance of survival rate. The next morning the store owner forced us to take her to their preferred vet and didn’t make it past 1 day, hate to feel they just put her down to avoid any expense but that’s just my though on how I was forced to surrender her back to the store so I had no say on any decision. Please please research these two viruses so you understand the risks you most likely will put yourself and your family through if you decide to purchase from this place. Also don’t trust their vet, please take your new puppy somewhere you trust and test against these two viruses as I do expect many of their puppies are infected either of parvo or Giardia or worst both like Lily was. To make things worse for us by loosing Lily, we could not even get compensated for the 500 dollars we spent on the emergency visit, that by the way the owner did take full advantage of the test results by sending it to the breeder to get his money back! Here’s a pick of Lily so everyone can see she was a living thing, because for my family she had become part of us in just 48 hrs that she spent with us, not a merchandise or a toy you just throw away, we will forever miss our Lily and please do your best to find another option than this store. Avoid the pain I put my family through please.

We are aware that this situations can happen and many times are out of our control; every puppy comes from a reputable breeder, they are vetted before they arrive at our store and also by our trusted vet. We continually monitor each puppy for any change in behavior or eating habits while in our care. Parvo is a highly contagious virus, puppies are born with antibodies from their mothers. As this antibodies fade they need to receive a course of parvo vaccinations. It is very important to understand for anyone that acquires a puppy that even after getting their parvo vaccinations they can still catch Parvo. Because the virus has different strains and reinvents itself. So unfortunately, dogs definitely can still catch the parvovirus. You can also look up this information on the American Kennel Club website. The reason we ask that our puppies be taken to our trusted vet is because we have an honest relationship with him and know he would never put profit before the puppies health and also to avoid that our customers incurred high cost vet visits all this during the health warranty for the puppy. We are dismayed that you stated we put down the puppy in order to avoid any expense, our vet did everything posible to save her unfortunately she did not overcome the virus; we communicated with you over the phone continually and during our conversations you never expressed this sentiment even after we offered you a new puppy you opted for a full refund which we did swiftly. Isaac Diaz: Amazing customer service. I went last week to purchase my French Bulldog and i can tell you the experiance was great. The Owner and his staff have alot of patience and have the best prices around. They even give you a free vet visit with reputable vets. I will recommend this location hands down.

Stef T (Steff): I waited a year to write a review out of fear something would happen to my dog because of the reviews but I was wrong! I’m sorry to those that had a bad experience but mine was great. I got my golden doodle, Benjamin, from this store. He’s strong and now a year and five months. The only thing is I was informed he was a mini and he’s definitely not 😂. But it’s ok i prefer it! Will buy my next puppy here again

Brett Kantor: Awful experience. Please beware. Gerrado is not a reputable business owner. Purchased a mini pinscher from this place. Went to their vet who claimed dog was not sick . After returning home with the puppy he was gasping for air. We has to take him to our local vet who informed us that both of his lungs were completely filled with fluid from pneumonia. The vet said he would have to stay overnight and there was a chance he would not make it . Luckily he was able to get better over the next few days because we were smart enough to bring him to our vet . In the hospital discussing the situation with Gerrado the owner he explained that the medical bills would only be covered if i bring the dog back to his vet who misdiagnosed the dog . I told him not only did we feel uncomfortable doing that clearly because we were in this dilema because of his vet but also the dog was hooked to IV and respirator and could not be transported. He understood the severity of the situation and agreed to pay the hospital bills . The following day upon receipt of the medical bills he refused to pay . He is not honest and has a history of selling sick dogs . Unfortunately I didnt do my due diligence before choosing to go w Gorgeous Puppies. Please go to anyone else that can fill your puppy needs . Please avoid this place at all costs .

Diana Q: I got my furry love here 2 months ago from Gorgeous Puppies & Kittens and I could not be happier with my adorable Boston terrier. The staff was extremely helpful and my little puppy is perfectly happy and healthy. He has no congenital diseases or issues at all. I understand the need to adopt but if you are interested in buying, this is the best place in Miami. I looked at another Boston terrier at another store which was way too more expensive! The store was clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous, they gave me the chance to play with him before making a decision, and mention me the huge responsibility to have a dog.
