Isabella Wasielewski: Bought our Miniature Schnauzer puppy on March 27th, 2020. She has been such a delight. Puppy has been in perfect health since I got her. Staff at this store are very friendly and you could tell the dogs are well taken care of. I want to buy another one!
Poessie Rivera: Very pleasant experience. Place is very clean and the puppies you can tell are very happy as they come very enthusiatic when they bring them to the clients. I have a beautiful puppy, super adaptable and immediately loved her new home. She even seem potty trained as i have discovered. Super smart...The staff was very professional and they really want the client to leave satisfy so they seem to know quite a lot about the puppies they carry, which for me in the end was extremely helpful.
Jonathan Andres Serna: Our family wanted to raise a puppy to adult so we went to the animal shelter first looking for a puppy and a couple of other puppy stores but this particular one we received an extremely great service by the young lady who was in the office her name is Genesis, she was very helpful and we made and informed decision with her feedback. The dog we liked although was not cheap, the place offers easy and quick financing, not great credit required, just regular standards. I definetely recommend the place.

Paige Mulville: I find it very strange that it’s now 2021 and people still think it’s OK to look for a dog in a pet store. It really baffles me that people would go to a store and pay thousands for a dog when they could go to a shelter or find reputable breeder. Shame on all of you who purchased dogs from this place. Nothing absolutely nothing about what you were doing is OK. Your just feeding the puppy mills and supporting them!
GG: Bought a dog and it came with bronchopneumonia and the ayote doesn’t want to be responsible of the cost. They sent us to a vet which made us lose at least 2 weeks of my dog improvement since they hospitalized him and did nothing to him since he came with 1 collapsed lung. We have been contacting the store for over a month now and they still don’t feel like they are responsibly for selling a sick dog.
annabella exposito: It hasn’t taken me a long time to come to terms with this, but please do yourself a favor and reconsider purchasing a puppy from this place. I got a miniature schnauzer 6 years ago and she was an amazing dog, but unfortunately she passed away when she was 4 years old.. due to genetic complications. She had pancreatitis, heart was failing and etc... pancreatitis is a common for schnauzer if they a bred poorly and well my poor penny passed away due to genetic problems. Obviously the people selling the puppies will tell you wonderful things, but once you buy the dog, THEY DO NOT CARE. More money in their pockets. If you want to get a pure breed dog buy it from a responsible breeder because it’s luck to get a healthy dog that will live 12 years from a puppy store.

Destini Smith: I LOVE Glamorous Puppies. I’m so happy with my little one. I was a bit nervous to shop at a pet store because of all the crazy things I have heard about them, but when I found Denise and Glamorous Puppies I was pleasantly surprised. The dogs are so well taken care of! It’s clean, there’s not a ton of dogs so it just seems more humane and like they truly care about the animals and not just making profit. I got a Cavapoo super affordable and she was already 5 months so she came with all her shots and rabies and she was potty trained! I’m so thankful for Denise and all her help. My dog had a cough and we were able to go to the vet partner from Denise and got everything taken care of. I didn’t feel like it was a scam or anything. I’ve had my baby for over a week and she’s doing fantastic! I highly recommend. Denise and her family are so wonderful and have such great customer service and took great care of me and the puppy.

Denise the owner was very responsive and no matter what time of day I texted her she always responded back. When I first got the puppy I was giving him vitamins that were making his stomach upset and I called her to explain to her what was going on and she immediately tried to come up with a solution to help me and my puppy.

Ethan Pike: This store owner is a con artist. He will cheat you. He will mislead you. He will lie and lie. When things are not going his way he will make up more lies. When things are not going his way he will also act like he does not understand English. He will cheat and lie to you. Buyer be ware. Do not fall for his tricks. I support good honest person/puppy stores 100%. This is not one of those.
Abraham Palacios: Everyone beware when purchasing any puppy from any store, but more so from Gorgeous puppies. We though we had purchased a healthy schnauzer since we went to their vet right after purchasing her and they did a wellness check and Lily was good and healthy. Not even 2 days later poor puppy started throwing up at a rate of every 15-20 minutes. I had no choice but to take her to the emergency that evening. To our surprise she had a virus and bacteria. Parvo virus and Giardia! Both very contagious to other animals and Guardia can even be transmitted to humans. Parvo is deadly to any dog with a low chance of survival rate. The next morning the store owner forced us to take her to their preferred vet and didn’t make it past 1 day, hate to feel they just put her down to avoid any expense but that’s just my though on how I was forced to surrender her back to the store so I had no say on any decision. Please please research these two viruses so you understand the risks you most likely will put yourself and your family through if you decide to purchase from this place. Also don’t trust their vet, please take your new puppy somewhere you trust and test against these two viruses as I do expect many of their puppies are infected either of parvo or Giardia or worst both like Lily was. To make things worse for us by loosing Lily, we could not even get compensated for the 500 dollars we spent on the emergency visit, that by the way the owner did take full advantage of the test results by sending it to the breeder to get his money back! Here’s a pick of Lily so everyone can see she was a living thing, because for my family she had become part of us in just 48 hrs that she spent with us, not a merchandise or a toy you just throw away, we will forever miss our Lily and please do your best to find another option than this store. Avoid the pain I put my family through please.

We are aware that this situations can happen and many times are out of our control; every puppy comes from a reputable breeder, they are vetted before they arrive at our store and also by our trusted vet. We continually monitor each puppy for any change in behavior or eating habits while in our care. Parvo is a highly contagious virus, puppies are born with antibodies from their mothers. As this antibodies fade they need to receive a course of parvo vaccinations. It is very important to understand for anyone that acquires a puppy that even after getting their parvo vaccinations they can still catch Parvo. Because the virus has different strains and reinvents itself. So unfortunately, dogs definitely can still catch the parvovirus. You can also look up this information on the American Kennel Club website. The reason we ask that our puppies be taken to our trusted vet is because we have an honest relationship with him and know he would never put profit before the puppies health and also to avoid that our customers incurred high cost vet visits all this during the health warranty for the puppy. We are dismayed that you stated we put down the puppy in order to avoid any expense, our vet did everything posible to save her unfortunately she did not overcome the virus; we communicated with you over the phone continually and during our conversations you never expressed this sentiment even after we offered you a new puppy you opted for a full refund which we did swiftly. I got my golden doodle, Benjamin, from this store. He’s strong and now a year and five months. The only thing is I was informed he was a mini and he’s definitely not 😂. But it’s ok i prefer it! Brett Kantor: Awful experience. Please beware. Gerrado is not a reputable business owner. Purchased a mini pinscher from this place. Went to their vet who claimed dog was not sick . After returning home with the puppy he was gasping for air. We has to take him to our local vet who informed us that both of his lungs were completely filled with fluid from pneumonia. The vet said he would have to stay overnight and there was a chance he would not make it . Luckily he was able to get better over the next few days because we were smart enough to bring him to our vet . In the hospital discussing the situation with Gerrado the owner he explained that the medical bills would only be covered if i bring the dog back to his vet who misdiagnosed the dog . I told him not only did we feel uncomfortable doing that clearly because we were in this dilema because of his vet but also the dog was hooked to IV and respirator and could not be transported. He understood the severity of the situation and agreed to pay the hospital bills . The following day upon receipt of the medical bills he refused to pay . He is not honest and has a history of selling sick dogs . Unfortunately I didnt do my due diligence before choosing to go w Gorgeous Puppies. Please go to anyone else that can fill your puppy needs . Please avoid this place at all costs .

Diana Q: I got my furry love here 2 months ago from Gorgeous Puppies & Kittens and I could not be happier with my adorable Boston terrier. The staff was extremely helpful and my little puppy is perfectly happy and healthy. He has no congenital diseases or issues at all. I understand the need to adopt but if you are interested in buying, this is the best place in Miami. I looked at another Boston terrier at another store which was way too more expensive! The store was clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous, they gave me the chance to play with him before making a decision, and mention me the huge responsibility to have a dog. Nick Jackson: This place is amazing! The food is made with the best ingredients for those who only want the best for their dogs. The staff are all excellent. They offer next day shipping for free on larger orders. We use the make at home kit vitamin mix and we love it. More importantly our dogs love it and it’s clear what an effect fresh food has in their day to day life. Never going back to kibble again!

Mani M: Been a customer for many years but the quality and care they give to the food definitely has started to head downhill big time. You can tell they no longer care about the meals they prepare with huge chunks of the ingredients that are present in the food. The meat often is even in a large chunk that a human would not eat, let alone a pet. Think twice before you pay premium for so called home made food.

pedroandres: I’ve been buying dog food here for nearly a year with no problem whatsoever. It was actually very high quality and my dog loved it and felt great after switching to wynwood dog food. However, in recent months I’ve noticed that there is a completely new staff I’ve never seen before. In those recent months, I’ve visited the emergency vet several times now and spent A LOT of money on visits because my dog has been getting diarrhea, vomiting, and overall gastrointestinal distress. On top of that, the quality of these recent batches has CLEARLY fallen from previous batches I was used to buying. Even I have noticed it just by the way the food looks and feels. Now my poor pet has been suffering the consequences of poorly cooked nutrition. The timing could not be more obvious. Ever since the new staff arrived, the food quality has dropped and my dog has been consistently getting sick. You need to get rid of your new staff before they hurt anybody else’s dog. You’ve lost a faithful customer and I will be recommending everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Your new staff has failed you and has failed your customers. Good riddance.

Diana Sharafutdinova: We used to love cooked food from this place. We got our puppy when she was 3 month old and we were feeding her cooked food from this store ever since. Everything was fine till last month. She is not able to tolerate beef and lamb anymore at all. She either vomits or gets diarrhea. We thought there was something with the dog, but our vet confirmed the problem was with her food. She used to be excited when she was getting food, now she barely eats anything but chicken rice. And even that one strangely affects her stool. We had to switch to another brand. I only leave this review because the brand used to be good and I hope this feedback will trigger quality check

Mike Howard: I have 2, 13 year old Boston Terriers with heart conditions. They have been spoiled since day 1 and were eating 3 different foods to maintain their weight and digestive health. Well we were referred to Wynnewood dog food heart formula and my girls are bouncing around like puppies. No exaggeration! The difference in their energy levels and attitudes can not be attributed to anything else!

Roger Berry: The first several packets were tolerated well and transition was very easy as the two dogs had been on the farmers dog for a few months but since this was local seemed like a better deal for freezer storage space. When I have them the packets from the last third of the batch they both got diarrhea for three days and a trip to the vet. Strangely the food was two different formulas so I don’t understand why they got sick. Rather expensive stuff to be throwing away. They did however relish the food, it just wasn’t good for them. Making my own now w organic so I know what goes into it.

Given the success during the transition and the fact that there were two different diets involved, it is unlikely that the food and the stomach issues were related. In addition, dogs can experience diarrhea for many reasons (i.e. medications, stomach virus. etc.) Sorry to hear that we have lost your business for now, but we hope to serve your dogs again in the future!

Sean Conner: This place is a God send. My frenchie has had digestive issues his whole life. Finally after 10 vets of getting him stable, he could only eat ID dog dry food. The problem was after he was fixed, his weight continued to go up no matter what. I knew I had to get him off dry food. My vet was stumped and couldn’t recommend me any diet plan. So I called Wynwood dog food and the gentleman answered all my concerns and suggested me the low calorie turkey with sweet potato mix. . For a month I slowly did less dry and more of the new food. My frenchie is down 7 pounds, is much more healthy and even looks so much younger. . The staff at this place is great as well. The service is fast and food is always ready for pick up. Marice Barrios: I was recommended to this shop a few weeks ago by a friends mom who did their interior design (Antonina). She told me I should check it out because they had high quality dog food & specially for my food sensitive poodles. I went by on Monday and got a small 2 cup bag & returned today for the 10 cup! My dogs absolutely love this stuff! They have digestive sensitivities as-well as poultry allergies, so food is so tricky for us & any minor changes severely upsets their stomach... 4 days in and no stomach upsets & noooo itching!! The place is spotless & the staff is so so so friendly & answered all of my questions. 10 stars ⭐️

Yuru Herrera: I found my pefect puppy here, they take care of all their puppies with love. They always have the most perfects puppies, different breeds, colors, sizes... what ever you are looking for they have it there! All the dogs are vaccinated and the prices are very reasonables. My dog is 1 year old now and he keep going back for the hotel service which is amazing, when we are out of town we are 100% sure our dog is happy, playing all day with other dogs, they send me at least one video daily when we travel and that gives me peace of mind. I recommend this place to everyone who asks about my precious dog.

Ashley Garcia: A week ago, I visited Nessy’s Puppies and was attended by Alejandro. I couldn’t leave there with a better experience. Alejandro was super attentive and answered any concerns my mother or me had. We got to play with the puppies we were interested in and ended up with a Chihuahua who we named Tequila (haha). The store had great deals and also provide access to a veterinarian within 10 days for any puppy you want to take home. samantha sousa: Bought my dog (a morkie) from them 5 years ago. First off he was already neutered at 2 months! Which even the vet across the street from them that they asked me to take him to were shocked. They told me no puppy under one should be neutered. He also had kennel cough (which was covered by nessy since it was within 3 days) so that was my puppy’s first 2 months of life. Now today I find out he has cataracts. Which means since he’s so young it was genetic. Surgery to help him now is around $4000. They clearly don’t vet the breeders they get their puppy’s from. Definitely from puppy mills. NESSY YOU SHOULD VET THE BREEDERS!

Nervus Pudendus: It is so sad to see the animals in this store suffer. I would not have a problem with pets being sold, but here they are stuffed into extremely small cages. Some.of them can barely move. Cats are locked in small cages, many fish are in small plastik boxes, some of them are dead.
Liz: My dog got a beautiful haircut here! I stopped going to other groomers because PetSmart grooming does an excellent job and their prices are good, too! My dog Arya looks like she is ready for a wedding, that’s how fabulous she looks after her haircut. I recommended PetSmart grooming to my friend and her Pomeranian got a gorgeous lion 🦁 cut, and she is so happy with the results!

Absolutely spotless, (both locations, but we went to bird road) beautiful decor and of course, the puppies are gorgeous! I bought a french bulldog the week before all this corona virus news hit and it was a blessing. Never would i have imagined, or them, that such a gorgeous puppy would later develop signs of a sickness beyond anyone’s control. Gladly, the owner Alex and my salesperson Denise showed they are true professionals and compassionate individuals, helping me with the medical care the pup needed (at no cost to me) and later, sadly having to surrender the pup back to them in exchange for the beautiful, healthy puppy i now have. Yes, you might agree its a truly sad story, but thank God i dealt with a reputable store such as theirs, who took responsibility for something that i truly believe was beyond their control. My frenchie, Matisse, is our joy at this time of uncertainty, has brought joy to our home and kept us well entertained. I am truly thankful to Glamorous Puppies for handling a difficult situation with care and concern. My new puppy is beautiful and healthy the only thing is that she had parasites (not a big deal, very common) but I took the puppy to the vet which the visit was covered by the puppy store, the puppy came with the first set of shots, and you have 90 days to return the puppy if there is something wrong with her/him. And the people were super nice and very sweet with my son, the rest of the puppies were very cute and looked healthy, we actually played with all of them lol I recommend this place

I remember going to his house and fell in love with Luna, a crazy little golden. Alex continues to provide weekly care for her and, as before, Luna loves to go for her weekly grooming care. Sara Rodriguez: We bought a puppy for my mother in law here yesterday and just like one of the previous reviews, he is scared of everything and everyone, he is constantly shaking, and doesn’t want to eat or drink. He seems traumatized and abandoned, as his nails look like they’ve never been cut and his hair is matted. They don’t care for the dogs here, to say the least. This puppy seems like he’s been through some things, it’s hard to say what. I don’t know how nobody is checking in on these poor little creatures. Today we brought him to the vet and he has a fever, we’re waiting for blood test results but it seems like he has an infection.

They took him back to nurse back to health the same evening and when we got him back like after almost 2 weeks he was sick again. They took him back again and he ended up dying. Read all your documents before you sign and buy. You don’t get your money back. I don’t want another dog from your store after this awful experience. They feel they could just give another dog to you to heal the loss of the original dog you bonded with. Never again! Absolutely disappointed and heart broken.

Ernie Barcia: Update Review: I purchased Max, my two year/two month German Shepard from Jennifer in December of 2017 and till this day I cannot thank her enough. Max is such a great dog and he’s freakishly athletic. Everywhere I go I’m always asked how did I get him to be in such great shape and/or how beautiful he is. Luckily he’s never had any issues health wise either. It’s not for nothing but a shepherd from this breeder clearly stands out compared to other Shepard’s you may come across. You also can’t beat a breeder that always responds to your messages if you have any questions even after the sale. Overall if your looking for a quality bred German Shepard Jennifer is definitely the way to go.

Carlos Mendez: We bought a black female German Sheppard from Jeniffer. The first week the dog got pneumonia. Jeniffer was unresponsive. Then on the fourth month the dog develop a hereditary condition in the eye which is basically eyelashes that grow in the animals cornea. According to our vet, this breeder should not be breeding dogs with that condition. Finally the dog has a condition around her eyes that make her look like a Mapache. When we mentioned this to Jeniffer early on she mentioned this would just go away and that vets where just ignorants. The contract we signed when we bought the puppy was very restrictive and mostly benefitted Jeniffer.

They have a broad selection of breeds and the prices are much better then other puppy stores by far! Sometimes they even have sales so be on the lookout! The girls that work there were very friendly and took their time to answer my questions. I love my mini Goldendoodle!
Amy Love: So I want to start off by saying that the two girls that helped me when I purchased my puppy were extremely nice and very helpful. I love my puppy but I noticed right away that he was coughing. Took him to the vet and they told me he had a respiratory infection and had to be put on antibiotics right away. Some time after his first vet appointment I noticed he was scratching his ear more frequently and starting to whine took him to the vet again and they told me he also had a bad ear infection and was put on more medication. My puppy had to go to the vet again after his 2 vet visit due to his cough getting worse. Gucci my puppy is finally better after weeks of Vet visits and medications. My vet has put him on a immune booster supplement since he’s had such a rough start. I’m grateful for this place because I found my fur baby and I love him so much but please be aware that you might get a puppy that is sick and might require a few vet visits.

I bought mine reading the very few reviews that were good hoping that the same wouldn’t happen to me, yet my little puppy was diagnosed with Pneumonia and had to stay several nights at the clinic. Please don’t buy from here, go to a breeder instead or from the shelter. It hurts me to see my little baby in pain. These people don’t care for the dogs, they are selling sick dogs. If it weren’t for me my puppy of only 3 months would have died. Also, don’t go to Westwood Veterinary Clinic which is the clinic they recommend because they could’ve told me she had pneumonia yet didn’t because it is all a SCAM.

Allowed for ample time to interact with the puppy without rushing us prior to finalizing the purchase. They very thorough with answering our questions. If we could change anything, it would be the vet they referred us to for the 1st visit. Otherwise, glad we did business here and found our pet.

linet parra: We bought this puppy here we were in love with him in just 4 days seriously we loved him like a child, 4 days after we got him the pup started having diarrheas and vomit took him to the vet and he has parvo virus he died four days after. For me this was my first time buying from a petshop and my experience was horrible those days that he was at the vet they didnt allow us to see him i begged them i am almost sure that if he would have seen us he would have probably made it. I called to check on him many times a day probably 5 or 6 times those days were horrible and agonizing for the pup and for us. On Monday the puppy died and we were devastated. I personally bought two dogs in the past directly from a breeder and none of those two doggies have ever had any problwms or gotten sick. So then I realize is bc the difference of buying from a breeder and a petshop is thta a good breeder care about its dog a petshop only cares about making money. And the reason I say this is because that puppy when we got him wasnt playing like his sister was he looked depressed wouldnt you think something is wrong with this dog lets check him up and see what is going on, oh no but wait I forgot is not about the puppies anymore is about selling them is about making thousands of dollars. Never again would I buy from a petshop and if so it would only be petland.

Heather Isabel: The worst customer service ever- the staff is rude and unprofessional. Trainers double as sales people, and aggressively push their services. When I told one trainer that I wasn’t interested in classes with him he dismissed me and sent me home with an extra large harness for my 25lb. puppy. When I went back to return it later that day they made it as difficult as possible, acting as though I was asking for something crazy.
