Joan S. Peters: This is a wonderful music store. I was moving and they came and picked up my piano and sold it on consignment at their shop. Louis was great to work with-- and he is passionate about his work and the store and the music lessons and instruments they offer. Highly recommend!

Joseantonio Barciona: Looked nice from the outside. But was closed at 4:45pm, before displayed and published closing hour (5pm on Saturdays as of Feb 27th 2022).

Richard Browne: On Dec. 10th. the fifth day of HanukkahI went to the store to buy a Ukelle. In the past I have bought 2 other On Dec. 10th. the 5th. day of Hanukkah I went to the music store to but myself a soprano Ukelle, having bought 2 other Ukes there. I picked up a yellow soperno Uke and took it to the desk. I asked the owner a rather tall stout man in his 6o's to help me tune the Uke. His reply was I am to busy for that. Understanding that I suggested that someone else could get me a tuner. He looked me directly the eyes and said" PUT DOWN THE UKE AND GET OUT OF MY STORE". I Stood there in absolute SHOOK! What did I do to cause this absurd response. Was it that I am a brown skin man with a colorful yamaka? Did he take me for a Muslim and decided to exercise his right to be a flaming bigot? I'd like to say bless him but I just can't. There is no place for bigotry period.

Deitrick O'Rullian: I dropped by to look around and play some of the pianos while I was waiting for my wife to finish shopping. The staff was very friendly and inviting even though they knew I wasn't planning on buying anything, thanks for letting me kill some time!

They have a great selection and their sales people are pleasant and very helpful. The pianos are always delivered on time by knowledgeable and careful movers. Xissy Roo: This place doesn't even deserve the one star. Lisa manipulated and made a piano disappear that was not hers to sell. Whenever I inquired about our consignment agreement (very occasionally) she claimed I was harassing her. For multiple months/years she insisted I drop the price of the piano so she could profit more at my expense despite the consignment agreement in play. When I mentioned I no longer wanted to renew the contract she "magically" sold the piano and told me I HAD to accept less than half of what was originally agreed upon. When I asked when my movers, or my attorneys could come by to check on the status of the piano she threatened to file bankruptcy (please see attached photo). She never actually adheres to any contract and unlawfully enriches herself at the expense of the customer. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. Sell your piano, or buy online from an HONEST person not from this company. Her customer service is deplorable and if she ever does file for Bankruptcy I would not be surprised. Do yourself a favor and check out ALL the terrible reviews Lisa receives for her blatant disrespect and treatment of her customers. I am one of MANY people who has been robbed by her. According to her "services" they'll pick up the piano free of cost, which is a lie (please see attached photo). They charge over $300 for the removal of the piano. She is notoriously unavailable and can never seem to find the checks her accountant supposedly writes and sends (see attached photo). While I understand the business is to low ball the customer in order to receive a profit she has the audacity to call the customers and supposed business partners in this venture "crazy" for finding their same piano (model and year) for almost quadruple the price online (please see attached photo; my piano was in PERFECT condition not a scratch on there). DON'T GO HERE. NOT FOR PRACTICE. NOT FOR PURCHASE. NOT FOR SELLING. NOT FOR ANYTHING. I trust a port-o-potty bathroom's cleanliness more than I trust this company.

Luis Parés: This shop is a real scam. I gave my piano for them to sell - never answered my calls again, no news. They literally stole my instrument and there is no way to communicate. I feel I've been stolen and there's no one to talk to.

Alexander: Lisa takes advantage of customers. She sold a piano “delivery included” and failed to ever deliver it or return calls. She claims no refunds when she steals your money, and this is putting it lightly. She really needs help (both physically & psychologically) and likely has no family taking care of her or intervening with these unlawful business affairs. 0 customer service, for not answering, hanging up, and not being accountable.

Sara Flexer: This review is in regards to customer service. I called to inquire about the cost of refurbishing an antique piano and was asked to email pics and I would have a call back within an hour and a half. I immediately emailed the pics and did not get a call back but an extremely rude email response saying my piano was "a total wreck" and "worthless" and they wanted 10k to repair it. The cost to repair is not even an issue as we anticipated it. However we won't be using their services and I'm surprised they are even in business the way they communicate with potential customers.

Oliver Solorzano: The best place in Miami to buy a piano is here. I recommend this place. They help local piano teachers with a place to hold their recitals. Great management and Pianos are top notch.

This place is simply spotless with a formidable customer service. Parking is easy as there’s many parking spots and you can pay using the pay by phone app.

Miguel Garcia Perez: First off, their pianos can be seen very clearly and elegantly through the glass by the entrance. The sales representative (usually the first staff member you see) is very polite and friendly, and you can expect to be pointed to different pianos depending on your interests (so long as you express them to the representative). You can ask for a pamphlet with prices. I would advise having some basic piano know-how before coming, it will make the visit much simpler. I only went to sample a few of their exhibited pianos, so that I can know what to expect from their pianos, quality-wise. Another word of advice: Think of it as a car dealership. Price = Quality and experience, BUT without a doubt I can say that all of Steinway and Sons' pianos are beautiful to look at and to play, so no matter if you're looking for a classic upright or a modern grand piano, you will find something to your taste. alessia fornoni: Drove 20 miles to get there. The website says it is open and no need for appointment. Once I got the the apartment building, nobody knows if the place even exists! I call the Number and the seller is not available! This is really a “no go”!

InloveWGeorgeWeasley -: Bought a cello here months ago and its perfect! Especially since it is my first cello ever after recently starting. Although it was quite the investment ($1.3k), it certainly shows. No scratches or any damage at all in places that I would’ve thought it had and the bow is sturdy. The cello is pretty heavy since it’s full size but it’s okay because I’m becoming a great cellist!

Godfather Don: Amazing people that helped a struggling mother by cancelling her monthly payments so her kid could play trumpet. They only asked that when/if her child stopped playing, return it so they could give to another child to learn.

Joana SD Ribeiro: Rented a Double Base in really bad shape as you can see in the picture.It went to school of my son and when it came home it had a little opening. When I returned they charged me $200 to fix it. First and last time at this store

Genevieve Jenkins: We have had a great experience with Allegro Music Center. They are extremely knowledgable on musical instruments and studies. Both my children have taken lessons here - for piano and violin - and the instructors have been wonderful. They really care about music and their customers. It's truly a pleasure to visit them.

Obed Cruz: Unfortunately it is a far cry from what it used to be. Customer service was extremely poor this morning and my son and I were treated like we were bothering them. They have put pretty much zero knowledge of any brass instruments they seem to have a good supply of the string instruments though. No smiles no welcome nothing that would indicate a knowledge of what they’re selling.

James Lam: If you're looking for a reliable music store, this is the place for you. I've been coming here for almost 10 years fixing up my son's violin. Mr. Manuel Beberian is a very skillful Luthier who takes his time repairing and polishing your instruments. He also sells an excellent quality violin with prices varying on its maker. And if you buy an instrument from Allegro, you can receive free string changes if you ever need it.

Simon McCarthy: Awful customer service. I called and spoke to a woman who either barely spoke English or just couldn’t care less about helping me with a simple question. I asked three times if they carried mandolins. Finally she understood what I was asking and said “I think”. I said um... can you check for me please? So she went and checked and told me they had two. I asked if they were A or F style. She had no clue what I meant. So I explained what they were. She went on to tell me “yes, most of them have eight strings,” which is completely irrelevant. Finally I got tired of doing her job for her and hung up the phone. Their mandolins are in my price range but I’d rather go somewhere else. Don’t bother attempting to shop here, just go to Guitar Center or another custom shop.

Dr. Lisa Walker: I have done business with Manuel for over 15 years and find him to be the most reasonable violin shop in Florida. Manuel works hard to get you the instrument you need and makes sure you are satisfied even months after your purchase. He goes over and above the role of a shop proprietor....even meeting you at the airport if you are in transit to make a transaction work for you. I find him to be honest and fair in all of his dealings. My parents have only the very best experiences with Manuel. I highly recommend Allegro Music Center.

Jo Marquez: They fixed the guitar that apparently was too difficult for others to repair. They always communicated with me after I left my guitar. They gave me an estimate of what it would cost me before starting to work on it. I couldn't be happier. Those that claim to provide great service can learn from these people.

Wayne Erfling: I traded in my 1982 studio Yamaha (bought in 1982) for a 1991 C-5 in about 2012. After a LOT of shopping, from Kawai Blak (I liked 'em) to ancient Steinways, the manager said to me: "I know the piano for you" and took me to a C-5 from a cruise ship, complete with a loose action, white paint smudges and a few missing parts. After refinishing and parts replacement, but with the slightly abused sharps (how could they get that way?) and one cigarette burn the refinishing didn't quite eliminate, my piano and I had found each other. Sure, I 'd like a Schimmel ($119,000 over five years ago) but I got a really nice piano for a great price and somehow, I think this piano needed me, too.

Dannel Espinoza: Bought a Yamaha electric upright piano last year. Salesman was extremely rude to us the entire visit. Also, even though we bought a black premium piano, we were not given the correct piano bench. So we are stuck with a brownish piano bench that after talking to Yamaha Headquarters in NYC is also a lower tier bench than we were supposed to get. Will never return to this store

Proxy001: As one of the largest (and only) piano stores in the area I was a bit disappointed. The sales people completely ignored me. Gave me wrong information about product availability on the floor. Most if not all of their acoustic pianos are out of tune?? I understand you may get a lot of curious people but bear in mind that some of them could become customers.

Flavio Q: Not a very professional or ethical company to deal with. I purchased a self playing Yamaha piano from them and they scratched my floors when they delivered it. After several inspections by their employees and agreeing to take care of it, they now say they won’t do anything about it, so I’m stuck with repairing my damaged marble floors. It also took them three scheduled appointments to be able to set up the piano. They completely blew me off on the first scheduled visit and when they eventually showed up, they realized there were several parts that had not been delivered with the piano. It wasn’t until the third attempt and about 2 months later that they were able to set it up. I will never deal with this company again.

Peter O'Neil: Please, be very careful with this business. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau and I learned that the hard way. I consigned my piano with them and they never informed me when it was sold. I found out months later from a random visit that it had been sold and the manager, Rick Malinowski, couldn’t recall the price it was sold for. He made me wait, week after week for my payment, an excuse every time. After about five weeks I asked for the owner’s name and contact info and was not given it. I was forced to write to Yamaha Corp, and then a check appeared. The check was short $1150 dollars of the agreed selling price and I’m still waiting for the complete payment. Shady, shady, shady dealings, please be careful.

Angelica Casanas: We went window shopping for a drum set. I wanted to gift one to my Husband. That was the easiest way, so I can get the one he liked. Luis helped us. I went back and Luis helped me pay for drum set, and they held it for me until valentine's. They helped me load it into my car, and they told me to look up YouTube video so I can put it together; it was pretty easy. Luis is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has great customer service. Thank you he loved it!

David Massey: My experience was great. I called ahead to make sure they had the three guitars I was choosing between. They did, which was already better than the three other music stores I had tried over the previous couple weeks. I got there 20 minutes before closing, but Ramon remembered me from my call and took me to a part of the store where I could hear the guitars better. They were cool and let me stick around after closing to keep playing the guitars and really get a feel for them, even though they didn't know I was planning on buying one that day. Ramon was knowledgeable, attentive, and didn't try to talk me into the more expensive guitar, which was nice for a change. By the time I left it was about 45 minutes after closing and I had an awesome new guitar. It was a great, old school music store experience. It felt like going to a music store 20 years ago, talking with people who are excited about guitars and care about you getting the right instrument. That was really nice for a change after the depressing experiences I had at the other major name brand guitar store in Miami and Broward over the last few weeks where I had to look around for people to unlock guitars for me to try, the inventory was sparse, and I had practically had to beg them to let me give them money.

Marva Dewar: Sammy was wonderful and patient. He took the time see why it was showing on stock but not there. The item was in stock but someone had 2 of the items reserved so he offered a similar item or to have it ordered online and shipped directly to me and it came fast in 2 days. I was satisfied.

General Spades: Bought my first acoustic guitar from Sam Ash in Dolphin Mall, to pick up a new hobby, the service I received from Marco in the guitar department was absolutely first rate, he knew his stuff and guided me perfectly as a new comer to the music world. Highly recommend the experience and looking forward to returning soon to buy my upgrade from him. 5 stars all the way

Nicholas Anthony: Sam Ash is a great company to buy from, and Enrique was great salesman. Answered my questions over the phone and in person, and remembered to give me a call back on a question I had about a product in store but which wasn't available yet to purchase. Listen, I know that online buying is what everyone likes to do, but if you can purchase your items in person, all the better. Go ahead and purchase from this Sam Ash store!

Fernando Rodriguez: We had a wonderful experience at Sam Ash with Marco Cocciaro. He was knowledgeable and kind. We purchased equipment for my son's new band and he was not only excited for him but for of information that was very useful. Thank you Marco and Sam Ash! He has even followed up with us after the purchase!

Dodge Ram: On Jan 12, went to Sam Ash store in Dolphin mall. My experience was not what I expected. Around 4pm while in the guitar section the employee was sitting behind counter instead of helping the few customers in the store. The only time the employee left the counter was when a guitar fell. The employee was cussing a storm having no regard there are customers and family in the store. Instead of helping me or getting me someone to help me he storm of cussing out loud. Its clear this employee has some anger problems and should not be attending customers if he can't control himself.

Phone Home: Was about to spend over $1000 on speakers but there was a discriminatory "wear a mask" sign on the front door so I left without stepping inside as I don't support businesses that are run by dolts. Masks create more problems than they solve.

secret garden01: For all your musical instrument necessities, this is the place for you. Located in North Miami, and right on West Dixie Hwy, Space Music still gives you old fashioned one on one service. The store was well stocked with products, and very clean. I purchased a Pioneer DJ Serato Controller, as a Christmas present for my niece. I was given everything I needed, as well as an estimate of add- ons, should my niece want to purchase them at a later time. Shiva, the person who assisted me, also took the controller to my car for me. By not ordering this on-line from another store, I was able to view the product, and, get the answers I needed, along with professional service.

Elias Cruz: This place is like one of the ancient pyramids, it's been around since time began. That being said, my family and friends have been going to this Guitar Center for ages, and to be honest I'd never had a bad experience until recently. The staff is always super nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They will sit there and answer all of your questions and they're not afraid to say "I don't know, let me find out". Except for when it comes to picking up an order, then things get complicated. I went recently to pick up an order for a Rode podmic, my wife had paid for it online and i went to pick it up on my lunch break hours later, when I got there, the employee who attended me told me he couldn't give me the mic because the order hadn't processed. I asked if the mic was in store, he said yes. I informed him that it was already paid for, he can just process the order in front of me and hand me the mic with my receipt. He refused, so a manager was able to handle my exact request in less than 2 minutes. Had he just connected the dots and given me the product I had paid for, then everything would have been cool and not a waste of time. Other than that, guitar center is awesome and they always have a great selection of gear at totally reasonable prices.

Cristina Segovia: Matt went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I was given a defective tripod and he went ahead and gave me a brand new one. He gives 5 star service, with a positive and jovial attitude. I will be back for all of my acoustic needs!

Fred Weiss: Ignasio was extremely helpful, had great advice. He showed me less expensive options but I went with the Telecaster I came for. Got it home and I could not be happier with my purchase.

Ray Moral: I will never shop here again. I have been a client of this store for almost 20 years now, and all I can say is that the store’s new management is an abomination. I recently brought in my Stratocaster to be repaired, it needed another tremolo block since the previous one had the tremolo arm snapped off and part of it was still inside. I spoke to Jade, the guitar tech of this establishment whom I had brought in my other instruments to be repaired on. Nothing out of the ordinary. She told me that it would cost $180. I simply said fine and left my guitar there to be taken care of. She called me the very next day and left a voicemail saying that the issue was fixed and was ready for pickup. Since I had been working, I was not able to return her call. I came in today and they charged me almost TWICE the amount. After complaining to the store clerk, he said that the $180 did not cover labor costs as well as restringing, bridge setup, NEW CORPORATE RULES, etc. I was extremely angry and shocked beyond belief! In fact, I brought in my own strings, so she could use them instead of taking a pack off the store shelf. Now I’ve had plenty of bad experiences at this store, but this one takes the cake. I’ve had my run-ins with the new store manager/owner or whatever, and he is the biggest jerk you could ever cross paths with. I believe the store, as well as the company is losing money; however, that’s not my problem. If I were you, I would strongly recommend avoiding Guitar Center like the plague. There are plenty of other shops both online and in-store were you can get a much better deal. But from now on, Guitar Center is a no-go for me.

dreamfan61: On 05/27/2022 I called Guitar Center to speak with the manager that was supposed to call me back, which he never did, due to a refund for a guitar service they could not perform correctly by their tech back on 05/14/2022 . This manager whose name is George Alvarez had an attitude since the moment he picked up the phone almost like I was bothering him and careless to really lose his job. He kept saying he needed me to go in person in order to get the refund back, I live 55 minutes without traffic and I was trying to find an alternative to save the trip to go there again, he said that there was nothing he can do, I asked to maybe speak someone that might be able to accommodate but he kept saying he is the manager and didn't care to provide any other solution, all of this with an attitude. I did ask for his manager and he started to raise his voice, I told him that I was going to reach corporate then, he said that I can do whatever I want and then abruptly hung up on me just like that. Guitar Center should be aware of this kind of behavior displayed by someone who is the face of the company running their store and providing this type of customer service, I don't think nobody should be treated the way I was treated hurting ultimately business. I feel that person should not work in the service industry or retailer anywhere. He was flat out careless, unprofessional and very rude overall. I am so not going there nor am I going to refer any body to do so ever, instead I'll continue to go to the competition where I get to be treated like anybody should be! This is no so far off from what Ray experienced which I find it very similar and yet it seems like it just continues to happen. What a shame.

Nina Dasha Magri Sforza: The staff members were very helpful. They have a sanitization section when you come in which is very comforting in these times. Over all a great experience, we bought a guitar and an ukulele, great cuality and great prices!

DJ Edgar Lardoeyt: I went to pick up my subwoofer and for the second time it was beaten and battered by delivery. For the third time I had to order it. I know that this equipment is heavy and difficult to transport, but you must be careful when transporting it, they are very expensive and it is disconcerting when you go to pick it up to see that your merchandise is damaged ... The attention of the employees is very good , but they have this big problem with orders that come from abroad through delivery

Greg Johnson: Going to do videos and podcasts soon. My mic input wasn't giving good sound. Added an audio interface and hoping it will do ambient noise reduction. Anyway Sennheiser makes good mics but only xlr connectivity, so you need a music store instead of best buy for products. I do recommend

Mareling Rios: I don't usually leave reviews but I had to speak about my experience at this place. I know we are all human and have our bad days but when you own a business, you should know how important customer service is. I just left this place not long ago. I walked in around 4:45pm and I was instantly greeted by a young man, whom I have no complaints about. He was very kind and answered my questions to the best of his ability. When he didn't know the answers he sought out who I assume to be the owner. An older man, short and stubby, wears glasses. Cuban accent, they both spoke Spanish. I don't think they knew English. I proceeded to tell them both that I was looking for quotes on musical equipment for my local church. I jotted down some prices they gave me as I went for things like mic stands, cables, guitar stands etc, but a few minutes in the older man got impatient and asked me if I was buying it all today. I repeated myself and said I was there for quotes and I'd be visiting several places to get the best deal. This is when his attitude completely shifted. I asked about what kinds of wireless microphones he had. He told me that I didn't know what I was saying and didn't know what I wanted. That he has many prices and varying kinds and that he won't waste his time showing me anything unless I'm buying it. He proceeded to tell me that if I wanted prices to go somewhere else and then come back to the store. I must say I am a very patient and understanding person and I tried to kindly and respectfully explain to him again that I had to get quotes first before I committed to buying anything. He did not quit barking at me and was not interested in anything else I had to say. I told him that it was alright and I as I left told him respectfully even, that I hope he didn't treat all his customers this way. I walked out at 4:58pm. I was not even there 15 minutes. I wish I could've had a positive experience as I read everyone else's reviews. Also I must say the place is a bit disorganized. Instruments and equipment are all piled onto each other and you're not able to see all the products they have for sale because there's no way around the store. This went on much longer than it should've but I wanted to be honest and not miss anything from this awful experience. I won't say 'don't go there' but I think you'd be better off going to Samash or Guitar Center.

Wayne Terry: I love this place. Yeah it's a big chain shop- but this one still manages to keep a mom and pop vibe. With familiar faces like The Mayor, who always keeps treats handy for local pups who are welcome inside (and a lucky few are even photographed on the wall)...just one example of keeping a rad family vibe. The staff are ultra helpful and they get anything they might not have ordered ASAP. Love this place!!!

Carol McKay: love our amazing teacher Hannah! She is very patient and positive with my son who has Epilepsy. She isn't afraid ( some people are) she is always telling him what a great job he is doing and he learns fast. Overall the music academy is a great source for anyone's interest in music. My son Joseph takes one on one lessons with Hannah! The payment plans are convenient and the staff are warm and welcoming! I'm a happy mom!

Star Manny: The worst experience ever. Poor customer service, bad attitude and rudeness is what I experienced at Sam Ash Hialeah because I was completely unlucky, the store man was studying piano guys! And he didn't pay attention to the customers at all. Besides showing a full ignorance about the products and components was 100% arrogant, like he was doing me a favor. Guys, don't go to Sam Ash Hialeah, is like traveling back to the communist stores in Havana where you mean nothing. If you enjoy being ignored and treated like s...., Sam Ash Hialeah is the best place to go.

Manuel Obando: Big place with excellent/friendly staff and next day delivery if they don't have it in the store, it was a great experience to shop there.

Dark Mars: I had to take my son's saxophone to get it repaired as advised by his music teacher. When I arrived at the store, I was told that their repair shop is not open. The gentleman who was helping me, wanted to know what was wrong with the instrument and if he could take a look at it. Cristobal said that he is a saxophone teacher and was actually able to figure out what was wrong and also fix it in a matter of seconds. After that he showed me how to handle the saxophone properly so we won't damage it. Thank you so much for your friendly service and the valuable advice Cristobal. You saved me a trip to another store.

Reuben Cainer: This place is a gem. Fantastic collection of vintage and newer gear. Independent stores like this keep alive a great tradition sourcing and reselling quality instruments. The owner, Marty has a successful and varied history in the music industry, he has some great stories to tell. He was also kind enough to come in outside of his regular business hours to let me try some basses. Seems to be one of the few ‘real’ music stores in Miami, highly recommended.

Heather Holland: Well worth the visit. We were on vacation from Alaska and just had to see what kind of music shop would be open in the middle of the night in South Beach. Some very interesting pieces, but the best part is chatting with Marty and the other folks who stop by. Marty is an amazing craftsman and musician, and I think my daughter will always remember the quick bass lesson he gave her with the perfectly set up old electric bass she fell in love with. Marty, you'll be happy to know we got the bass back to Alaska in one piece with no issues, and she's working away at learning to play it.

Neil Bienstock: Marty is awesome! Part storyteller, part musician, repair genius and a true kind sole with an unreal passion for music and the shop he’s built that clearly brings him great joy. Hope he’s stays in that spot for many years as he brings much needed authenticity to that area of Miami Beach. Jaime L: I have been waiting for my instruments to be fixed for months. No word from them yet. Its June almost and I dropped them in February. Do not take your instruments to be fixed here. Not recommended at all
Response: Yes you are right Mr. Larrota, although we were able to turn around the guitar repair you also left us in the normal amount of time, we failed to relay the message from you to our brass technician to go ahead and fix your instrument. There's no excuse but we're currently are under a deluge of instrument repairs and your pocket trumpet "fell through the cracks". As per our conversation today, we will have your instrument for you for tomorrow. My apologies. CA

Lydia Ferrer: I walked into this music store with my four year old grandson exactly two years ago to show him all kinds of instruments and in a second flat Janice took him all around showing him the instruments and allowing him to touch all of them. She told him stories about each. I was hoping that he would want to take lessons, but at four, he did not show which one he liked best. My daughter, however, knowing that I loved the piano and never had lessons, bought me a piano with two months of lessons. Janice asked Robert if he could fit me in his schedule , he shook his head , and accepted the challenge... with a 64 year old. I have been taking lessons for two years now , and I love it: everything- ambience, the fun, family oriented, flexible schedule, the whole kit and caboodle. I love coming to class weekly- thank you, Robert, Janice, Jose. Carlos. and all of you working there!

Cristina Mendoza: The entire staff at the Kendall Conservatory was very professional and knowledgeable. They assisted us with a short term instrument rental which was not a conventional or routine process. They were happy to accommodate us and were super flexible and helpful. Their customer service was nothing short of exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an instrument rental or purchase.

Franky D: I went in with my family looking for music books for my little brothers classes and they were super helpful! While they helped out my brother with his things I was able to look around the store at their arrange of instruments. It wasn't the usual assortment of guitars and a drum kit compared to other stores we've gone too, don't get me wrong they had them too but that isn't the majority of thier stock. I spotted a beautiful ukulele and asked them a couple of questions about it and they even let me try it out. Not once was I pressued to make the purchase. I did end up getting it and they were again super helpful with everything. I live about 6 hours away from this store (visiting for a weekend) but I would make the drive again to get another instrument from here.

Vicky Davide: Kendall Conservatory is a great music store in Miami (Kendall area). Staff is super friendly and helpful. Teachers are passionate and knowledgable. And even when they don't have something in stock they can order it without a problem. I would choose this 'mom-and-pop' any day!

Ana Molina: Great school for kids, teachers are very well mannered, open to make up class and they follow up very carefully the progress of your child during their learning curve. The staff at the store is very attentive as well and try to help you to get the merchandise you need with a very fair pricing. The establishment layout is friendly for parents while they wait for their kids.

Rachel A: I am an adult and wanted to find a place where I can learn piano. I am so happy I found Kendall Conservatory, not only do they rent musical instruments, their lessons are offered at a great price. I have been going to lessons for almost a month and I can say that I really look forward to my weekly lessons.

dora perry: Family friendly music store with lessons for all ages. Great selection of musical instruments and accessories. If the don't have what you need in stock their friendly staff will try to find it for you.

Luis Alejandro Perez: My dad took me here in the 90s to learn piano. Twenty years later my 3 children for their start in music here. This is a mom and pop owned music shop with anything you might need from picks to guitars to lessons and sheet music. They repair rent and refurbish instruments as well as seeking equipment from your strings to your brass to your paining and winds.I have have nothing but love and gratitude to the staff and ownership past and present in this establishment.
