Angelina Lazo: My boyfriend proposed last Sunday and I was shocked at how everything came out, especially with his and my best friends’ choice of photographer. I am extremely happy with my pictures and how they came out they captured the moment perfectly. Not only we’re the pictures stunning but the engagement shoot experience was unforgettable I was able to enjoy the proposal and still live in the moment. It didn’t even feel like I was taking pictures, just having a great time. The photographer, Rob, was so fun and professional and made sure all our pictures reflected our vision. I will definitely be returning for my future wedding events!!
Breanna: Rob was absolutely amazing! He was hilarious, real, a great artist/photographer, and all around such a great person to work with. We did honeymoon pictures on the beach in Miami, and even with there being a lot of people, he assured us that no one would be in our pictures and he did not lie! He was able to get all the right shots to avoid having random people in our pictures. He got us to laugh, real and hard. John Ramirez: My wife and I flew into Miami and wanted to take anniversary pictures on the beach, not only was the price very affordable but Rob was an outstanding photographer. He took his time and helped us capture the perfect pictures and then took the time to make a personal relationship with us. Apple Xenos: Thankful that Miami has an institute like this. This space teaches the art of photography in an approachable way while keeping it advanced and elevated. You can feel the love and passion vibrating from the people who run the center and they translate it into their courses and into their inviting, clean and professional environment. Anybody from the novice to expert can benefit from taking a class here. I took Digital 1 and LOVED it. My eyes were opened to the art and science of photography in a way that a YouTube tutorial simply CANNOT do. Professor JAC is so sincere and talented and I am happy I got to grow my creative skill set with him. I’ll definitely be back for more of their classes.
Mey Grosso: I have now completed two courses with MIP and the experience has been so rewarding. My digital camera always intimidated me. I would take it with me on trips and I would always end up reverting back to my phone. I finally learned how to use it properly, and not only that...I learned how to take and process quality, beautiful photos that I am proud to display. Our instructor, JAC, explained and demonstrated various photographic techniques. We learned how to use the camera in low light settings without flash, how to properly use flash in a studio, how to take HDR and panorama photos, composition and so much more. Everyone that I’ve dealt with at MIP has been so accommodating, incredibly professional and very nice. I genuinely feel like you get so much more value than what you pay for the classes and I cannot say enough positive things about the school. I am looking forward to registering for some of their photography field trips once they become available.

Jennifer Cortiella: My 1st time taking a workshop class at The Miami Institute of Photography for speedlight and it was amazing! It was small and intimate. The instructor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and now I know how to use my speedlight properly and learned a few tricks to get creative when using off camera flash. I highly recommend attending classes here. I will be back in January for their Digital Photography course

Kaleigh Verra: I have to give credit where credit is due. Jose and Cynthia were absolute professionals and also very easy to get along with. They made my husband and I not only feel comfortable, but also like we were supermodels!. This was a maternity shoot on the beach and they were receptive to an idea that I had as well as keeping the flow of the shoot going with plenty of poses and shots! Cynthia gets the close ups while Jose gets more of the background in shots, they are a great team and it’s clear that they know what they’re doing and that we’re going to be happy with our photos (especially after seeing a few on their cameras, unedited)! Leading up to it, we were so excited to take pictures to commemorate the event, but we had no idea how amazing our photography session would actually be! It was even better than we expected! Brandie Cobo: Lisset was a dream to work with. From the moment of our first consultation she was so sweet, professional, and I could automatically tell she had a passion for photography, and truly loves what she does. My maternity pictures came out beautifully, she guided us through the entire process and she seriously has an eye for what will photograph well. I did not have to worry about buying a maternity outfit because she has a closet full of options from dresses, jewelry, shawls, and shoes. She understands what colors go with different skin tones, and gives honest opinions on what works. She feels more like a friend after working with her. Her studio is so clean, and you feel like a celebrity because she works with you individually and always has snacks and water available (which is great for a hungry mama). She updated me on my photos as she edited them, she made sure I loved every image, and worked very hard to get them back to me in the time she promised. Our photo album is a treasure to us for a lifetime. She captured moments that I will never forget. If you’re thinking about going anywhere else, DONT. Lisset is the best in Miami. I can’t wait to work with her again.

Group Palmera: Thank you for a fantastic service. I run and operate 45 villas in a rental business. We use photographers all the time, but the quality of these pictures were absolutely mind-boggling. Normally it takes us about two weeks to receive the photos from the photographer and the quality is nowhere near what we received from iUSE photography. The website was easy to navigate. I could clearly see the photo packages available and select the best one for me. Jim, our photographer was excellent. He reached out to confirm when he would arrive. And then arrived on time. No certainty in Miami!! The photos arrived 24 hours later and are stunning. Very happy. I will go back and produce a drone photo just as soon as my building is painted. Dina Perez: My best friend is having a baby and prior to the baby shower her boyfriend let me know that he wanted to propose for her during the baby shower. As he was planning the rest he had left me in charge of a photographer to capture the special moment. Not knowing anything about photography and how it all works I did some research and stumbled upon Miami Elite Photography and what a relief! They explained everything from different packages to end photo results. The day of the event the photographer showed up. She was PHENOMENAL, very professional, polite, presentable and even had a great sense of humor! She arrived about 20 minutes before the proposal and was able to sneak in some photos without my best friend realizing she was there and when the time came the photographer was able to capture it impeccably. She even caught some of us with happy tears LOL. Once the event was done it wasn’t long until we received the photo gallery and that was the cherry on top they came out BEAUTIFUL. We were all so happy she got everything - the baby shower decorations, guests, the moment he got down on one knee and the ring on her finger! Great way to start off a new chapter in her life and have some memories she can keep with her forever. Ines Coco: Tolga was nice enough during the photoshoot and the photos were not bad. The problem came after, my headshot session included retouching of some pics and even though I tried to reach out to him by email and text, I never heard back from him. My guess is that since headshots are not so expensive, he just simple did not care. It is a shame because I still payed for a service that I did not fully received. I was using the headshots as a reference for future sessions that I was planning to have, but no need to say that I will take my business somewhere else.

Mileidy: I’m in love with this studio. The photographer was very profesional and nice. She’s also very good with kids. My daughter was upset in the beginning of the session but she was patient and had lots of props to get her to participate. They also have beautiful selection of mommy and me dresses. Their prices are also reasonable. Definitely recommend them for family sessions.

Stacy Concepcion: I recommend Imagenes by Rivera. Beautiful photography and Sergio Rivera takes pride in his work. He’s helpful with the posing and creative ideas to get spectacular shots. My husband and I opted for indoor maternity photo shoot since I was 37 weeks along and was not down for Miami summer weather. He is excellent with children! Our toddler felt comfortable and enjoyed the session at the studio, which has never happened before. We will continue working with him and even looking to book our newborn session! A big plus also was that he provided so many options for maternity dresses and he includes one in the package. And yes, he sanitizes the common areas in the studio and follows the safety standards for Covid-19. Elena Mora: Worst customer service, despite being hispanic people and we expected a warm a respectful professional this was not what we got. Yelling parents during a baby photoshot is totally disrespectful and the constant insistence about adding excessively expensive “extra services” to your package was nothing but uncomfortable. At the end they take 20 DAYS to give you 20 photos they don’t even edit correctly. I paid the rush service just to get rid of them shortly and they only use windows photo editor to cut pictures, not all of them but a few. The photographer was not a professional with customer service knowledge, his assitance was more polite with everyone, I totally regret myself about taking my baby daughter to her first photo session. I had already paid and couldn’t take it back but I wish I could. TERRIBLE experience.

Trinh P: I have been patiently waiting for my kids school photos for months!! They were extremely delayed. Never got an update that they were delayed. I had to reach out when I noticed I never got my photos that I pre paid for. When I reached out 4 weeks ago I was told my photos would be delivered within the next week. Still no photos. Where is the customer service? Where are the updates? A full refund is now due and you have a very upset parent.

I wish I could get the digital image to add the shades missing and our kids red cheeks that are not captured correvtly. It is obvious that while they like the school pictures money they are not happy dealing with the school pictures.

Terrance Smith: Hayley was such a pleasure to work with! She’s very knowledgeable of photography and is very helpful with posing and other things. She was funny and had an uplifting spirit that made us very comfortable. We have not received the photos yet, but we did get to see them on her camera before we left.
