They took several photos and used props to make sure he smiled and looked great in the photo. Dave Summerill: I've used PhotoPro for probably over 20 years now. I have been very happy with the way I've been treated and the quality of the product I've received. I can give them a $600 print order and it will be done within two days most of the time. The online ordering has been fantastic! From huge orders to tiny. Like everyone in business they have had to find ways to make their business work so everyone there has many 'hats to wear'. I've always been treated professionally. I highly recommend trusting your photographic needs to the team at Photo Pro Miami. And no...I am not a family member :)

Mauricio “マウリシオ” Giraldo Mutis: After browsing options on FedEx Office, Staples, CVS, I found this place. I needed to print 3 photos in a very specific size (The others didn't offer the option, the sites where to complicated or they only had a shipping option.). Their web app is pretty easy to use and they had the pictures ready for me in less that 4 hours. The cost was a fraction than the others. I was able to pick them up the very same day. This is my new place for all my printing needs.

Merrick Chase: I own a high end headshot business that caters to very successful companies who care the utmost about their images and the quality of work to be produced. Photo Pro completely saved me and enabled me to pull off a really big corporate shoot absolutely seamlessly and I couldn't be more grateful for their help- and their highest quality work! I only wish I could remember the name of the man who was so helpful to me- THANK YOU! I came out to Miami from Boulder, Colorado for a multi-day corporate shoot with a high profile investment firm from Chicago. The shoot was a multi-day headshot and group portrait shoot at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Coconut Grove. The client wanted about 120 8x12" color prints produced from one of the group shots we did with everyone, FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY! I knew this going into the shoot and looked far and wide on the internet from Colorado for a pro photo lab that could deliver this very tall order. Well, Photo Pro went ABOVE AND BEYOND to produce this image for me after regular hours, late at night on the night of the shoot after the client had made its selections. Photo Pro went back and forth with me on very particular edits and color corrections and sure enough had the 120 8x12 inch prints produced for me right on time the following morning! WHO DOES THAT?! Seriously, this lab enabled me to pull off a really big job for a very important client and I quite literally could not have done it without them. THANK YOU so much to the man who helped me and whose name I cannot remember or find in our email chains! I have been meaning to write this review for too long and finally made good on it this morning. I cannot more highly recommend this lab for the highest quality prints and service at a level of which I've never quite experienced anywhere. I was treated like an old friend and reassured from the beginning of our interactions that I would be taken care of. Boy, was I ever taken care of. My technichian worked for hours late at night with me on this order and talked me thru every step of the process. Oh yeah, and their prices are fantastic. I was not paying tons and tons of money for this service, just good, competitive prices for super high quality prints. This place is amazing. Friggin' fantastic job, thank you again!!

Ray Smith: Where do I start. I will commence with the customer service HORRIBLE! No one ever works the front desk you have to wait to be attended, once attended you still have to wait some more the owner Danny Oria appeaser to be lost in his world or on Pot all the time, the materials used are very cheap or of poor quality. My print was damaged by one of there staff and no one had the morals to pin point it out and allowed me to walk out out with the print I noticed the image was damaged two days later when I went to mount it I noticed there was a line across my clients faces. the print was reprinted with another lab out of the Miami area. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

M Williams: The customer service staff was very helpful. I don't live in the area so I had to deal with them mainly over email and their responses were very prompt and they were very patient, helpful and accommodating with the all adjustments I needed to make to my ring as I've been unable to wear my ring because it was too big and just not completely happy with the choices I made with my ring before graduating school years ago. Shout out to Jorge for being so extremely helpful throughout the process and all the other staff that assisted me with my requests they were all very timely throughout the whole process.

Elaine Lugo: You pay $500 for a class high ring and ceremony photo. However, the ceremony photo of the my son was excluded from the ceremony class pictures. Then, I was rudely told, "the images are just a courtesy. If it was out of focus. They will not upload it." I looked through all the class ceremony uploaded images.They were out of focus and less than mediocre. I video the photographer taking a multitude of pictures of my son. Do you mean to tell me that not one picture was not less than mediocrely focused enough to upload? An uploaded picture of the class ceremony is the least they can do for an overprice High School ring. Or, a more customer service oriented respond with less attitude! Especially, when it can be proven this student was the only one excluded... I don't take to posting bad reviews. However, the lack of customer service response and attitude blew me away. Especially, when my inquiry question was more than hospitable and respectful.

Vivian Gil: Herff Jones needs to improve drastically, they are making too many mistakes. I ordered my daughter's school pictures and never received them. Her pictures were never assigned to an account. It took forever to get that straightened out. In the meantime, I still keep getting an email with the picture of another child that is not mine. The latest and biggest blunder they have made is that they put the wrong gemstone in my daughter's ring that she received last night. She chose her birth stone, garnet which is a deep red and they put ruby which is more pink. Also the ring is loose. Now I have to go through the trouble of getting this sorted out and my daughter will have to wait a long time to get her ring. It is disappointing that we do not have a choice in who provides these services because I think they would make a greater effort to provide accurate and helpful service.

Aluzbert Araujo: As a parent of an MDC SAS program student I am very disappointed with your lack of compromise for clients. How is it possible that 9 days before the ring ceremony we are told it has to be postponed due to product issues and half the rings won’t be ready in time? This company is playing with the time of students and parents who paid for these rings that were ordered back in September. Why wait so long to let us know that they would not be ready? I’m not asking for my money back because I won’t disillusion my daughter from her ring ceremony, which I’ve already seen bad complaints about

valeria Susa: They make to many mistakes and are overpriced because of it. Literally the first time I took my senior pictures they took less than 5 mins and didn’t let me see them (did not like them). Secondly I picked up my cap and gown for them and they did not provide us with the school medal that everyone is entitled to receive yet several student and I did not get them, we were told that they would come before the ceremony yet they never showed up

Scarleth Carrion: I believer picture are forever the best memories anyone could have. They should work better or even better care more on taking school pictures, make the kids smile big and not just taking a picture the why they come out not caring if they come out smiling or not. Very disappointing how one of my kids school picture come out. I don't understand why they don't care. Not even worth 1 star.

Axel Font: The Staff was kind and considerate when picking up our son's cap & gown, and there is Nothing negative for us in regards to the employees. So Why, the low rating?? Because Unfortuately, the decision to Photograph our son, with the professional opportunity to capture his graduating moment, with the "Covid Mask" on was RIDICULOUS! Obviously, you can not see any student's smile and documenting pandemic moments should NOT have been a thing. Social distancing standing next to the backdrop was MORE than adequate to afford the brief moment for, "Pull your mask off. SMILE! Okay Great! Place the mask again," with the safety of the photographer Easily done, as we assume they had their mask on as well. Needless, to say we Purchased ZERO images or products, and having encountered the proof again, makes us cringe that graduate photos were taken as such. FYI: We were Not the only parents upset by this. Hopefully, the upcoming 2022 Class can have a Better exerpienece and a More memorable photo where the students Joy & Smile can be captured at such a pivotal time.

Michael Martinez: Customer service is nonexistent. Gave me a deadline to keep my down payment: sent me unedited photos to purchase after waiting over a week for them to “edit.” Forget about calling they have a phone line for nothing… you are better off doing your pictures with your phone. A relative that also used this service went to solve their issue and were met with attitude and excuses. Complete 🤡 show!

Tamiko Iansiti: I’ve been calling for days trying to get a person on the phone or someone to return my calls about my daughters graduation invitations that have not arrived and we are 13 days out from having her graduation but I paid for these back in November and was promised they would be mailed out in time for graduation now I can’t even send them out and it’s just Taki that they had enough time to find alternate means to get people the products that they paid for an advance if they were having distribution Issues

Ruth Ewing: It is still very refreshing to be able to walk into this B&N as other stores fall away from Sunset Place. The shelves still have an array of choices across genres. And the children's section remains warm and inviting to encourage children to read or have an impromptu reading session.

Daniela RI: I grew up going to this bookstore and spending hours there, and yes I bought books. Recently came in for the first time in a while and was reading a bit. I was told by a polite employee that it is not allowed to sit on the floor except in cafe. Then I noticed they removed all the chairs including by the magazines. I get you want people to pay for the books, but that is just an awful way to treat customers. In a time where I can buy pretty much any book for two thirds of the list price online, I come to bookstores to peruse and help me choose. What are you really gaining from such a short sighted policy? What are you losing? You keep away young readers who maybe can’t afford every book and just want to hang and read, and who will grow to be educated adults who later buy books. Last time I’m stepping foot in that place. I feel terrible for the employees that have to enforce this policy.

Ashley Vaughn: Very clean shop. Unfortunately, the place where it is located is dying. Sunset place looks like a ghost town. Be sure to visit the bookstore to support. If they don't have it, they can order or find at another store. They have most major book categories. They even have a coffee shop. The kids area looks pretty diverse although I had no need to use it.

PharticusMaximus: This is the best book store left. They have a huge Selection of books of every genre. You can sit and read books while you shop. The have a ton of mangas, loads of collectibles, funko pops, card game packs, board games, a big kids area full of books and fun. They also have one of the best magazine racks in town too. If you like books, cards games, and board games, you must visit this awesome bookstore.

Daniel Platts: My family and I are frequent flyers at this B&N. The service is always polite and professional. The store is well maintained and has 2 stories of selections. They recently rearranged some of the sections which was a bit disorienting, but asking an associate led us directly to what we were looking for. It always smells good combination of books and coffee from the Starbucks inside. It's never too busy due to the surrounding mall being basically derelict so the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Phil Dees: I felt like a ghost surrounded by androids pretentious and with the worst attitude. The employees are letting this place go. I asked about a book, and he/she, fluid, non binary whatever took the cel phone, I thought it was about my questions. But no, it looked at me and asked what I wanted. Too bad, I remember the good ol' days.

PureBidoof: Better selection of books here than ANY OTHER Barnes and Nobles, its just a shame Sunset Place might be on it's last legs.

Lionel Roufosse: Real Book store, well organized, and you could always ask somebody for help if you don't find what you're looking for

Sergio Delfanti: Huge display of books and travel guides. From cooking to philosophy, from science to fiction for kids and for adults , some are real bagains. I always come out with some books or magazines in a B&N bag. But if you are a tourist (like me) take in account weight and volume in your travel luggage ! But enjoying a reading stop at the cafeteria is a plus.

christine fleitas: I visited my first time last week and the customer service was outstanding! Firstly, they were very knowledgeable about photography, printing and color correcting. I took my 25th birthday photos with them and had an album printed out as well. The quality of the pictures and album was truly impeccable! Also, the owners were very nice and flexible with me when I wanted to change up the colors and crop some of the photos. I 100% recommend this photography lab to anyone looking for quality photos/ products and excellent customer service.

O.M. L.: I came in one day looking for some quick, quality prints. The prints were good, but not great, and while I was told on my first visit to just email them images to print, when I tried the next month, they didn’t even check the email and I had to go in with a flash drive anyway. I don’t like anyone having my full resolution images sitting in someone’s inbox and ignored, as they are my intellectual property and I don’t exactly trust anyone with such, especially when they claim to have not received them - despite me replying to their business email direct. I called again this year on a whim JUST to PRINT two passport photos and it was more expensive than any other service I was in touch with. I’d find another local location to do business with. Edit: This is in response to the reply. 1) Yes, I was once instructed to send images by email by an employee at one point, and thus I did so and my experience was as I noted. That occurred a couple of years ago now, so perhaps you were not the one in store at the time as I have dealt with more than one person. 2) I had to have you reprint images in shop once due to a lack of color matching, while others came out just fine by comparison. You/your employee did so with better results, so yes, there was an error that had to be adjusted on your part somewhere. I showed whoever was in store at the time to get them reprinted. 3) I have no idea who you think I am if you are suggesting I brought images shot with a cell phone because I have only printed images in your shop shot professionally with a DSLR. I have NEVER bothered to print any cell phone images at ANY print shop. 4) I called last month to inquire about printing prices for passport images. Perhaps you weren’t the one to answer the phone, but I absolutely called your store as a potential option and chose another direction due to cost by comparison. I don’t know why you feel the need to make things up simply because you don’t like the review of your business, but this was my experience with Miguisa Photo Lab. I’m sorry in more ways than one that my experience with you was not up to par. A better approach would be to inquire what could be done to improve and not assume that all experiences must be perfect just because you are otherwise highly regarded. Negative experiences happen everywhere. There was a bit more, but that was all I cared to note in regards to others seeking a better experience. I do not have any ill wishes for your business, I am only reporting what I have dealt with.
Response: Firstly Sr mika this is a professional laboratory we do not accept photos sent by email because at the beginning many people send them and do not pick them up and they did not pay them either if you want to send photos you have to register as a professional photographer and download the software laboratory so that your image arrives with the maximum quality and so you comment on the quality of impression that was not what you expected we are not magicians you do not want us to get good impressions when you do not have a good image that has sometimes It is most of the cases, as you take them with a cell phone and want to wonder where there is not, with regard to the photo of passport that is my price I have never been called to print always ask if we take pictures .I am very sorry but our company is recognized for providing excellent service to our customers and we are one of the leaders in digital printing; with color correction

Lemay Oliva Cabo: Bad experience today, if this situation changes in the future I will reconsider my review. After a clear conversation by phone and a face to face meet I leave the shop believing my magazine will be fine in less than 24 h, but they never call me back, after 2 days they couldnt print bcz... So I went face to face. 1st. Never read my note and check my images. 2nd Never gave me an image format pdf request 3rd Never instruct me there were dimension limitations even when I repeat twice 8x22 inch bcz landscape orientation. They made me travel twice, spend 2 days and no job. Maybe next time we will have a better communication. Good luck.

Kay: Thought long and hard about doing this for months, and finally decided to speak up. I went to this photo studio and had some pictures taken by a young man, and they were incredible. I ended up getting way more than the package included because I was so pleased, but asked to pay the balance in full when the pictures were developed for me to see. I was never told that this is considered to be a payment plan, and there is a fee. I found out when I went to pick up the pictures by a white female with red hair. I asked to see the policy; it’s not the money, it’s the principal. If you charge a fee, no problem. It’s business. She showed it to me, then I paid and left. I noticed that this girl is very rude, has negative body language and face expressions, is sarcastic, and very passive-aggressive. I returned months later to have my child photographed, and ironically, she was the photographer. The former employee was no longer there. No problem. This girl greeted other customers, gave me a nasty attitude, and had the AUDACITY to ignore me, and directly address my minor child about the type of pictures we were taking. I could not believe the nerve of this girl. I very quickly told her that they are a minor, and she should be speaking to me, the parent, about that. My mistake was not asking to speak to a supervisor for a different photographer, or just walking out. During the session, she was careless, and acted like she didn’t want to do it. At the end of it, she overheard me say to my child about how nice they looked in the last photo. She then passed me on to another employee to review the pictures, where I discovered that she spitefully deleted the same picture I complimented my child about. This girl is dangerous for business. Even though I paid for the session beforehand, there was no way I was going to return to this place to pick up the pictures, or for any future services. I don’t know what they did with the pictures, but I spent the extra money and had my child photographed somewhere else. I found a professional photographer, in skill and behavior, that gave me more quality pictures for less money. This company is well known in Miami, especially for school pictures, and I never had any issues with them before. Ever. Because of this employee, I will never do business with them again. Customers make the business; without our hard-earned money, it cannot function. Customer retention is key, via courtesy, respect, professionalism, a positive attitude, proper presentation, and appropriate conduct. I am sure I am not the first customer to complain about this employee, and I won’t be the last.

Cynthia Liberiste: I’ve had the best experience with them for 27 years. I’ve had my birthday photos, graduation photos and soon my wedding photos. This company is always lending a hand to students to help them gain more knowledge in there craft. I’ve had friends work there and state that there experience working with them was knowledgeable and overall a great experience to shape them into well photographers. Mr. Nick & Mrs. Lunia have always been reasonable and work on helping the customers with payments for photos. Thank you for always helping the community and always being there with your services. 💕

EVEN THOUGH I WAS MISS INFORMED ON SOME INFORMATION DUE TO A FORMER EMPLOYEE (SmithInc Visuals) ALSO KNOW AS DAVID.HE TRIED TO GET ME TO USE HIS COMPANY TO TAKE MY SONS PHOTOS. BESIDES THAT THE MANGER DID A GREAT JOB WITH COMMUNICATION AND MAKING THE BETTER FOR ME AND MY SON. 10/10 VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNDERSTANDING. WILL DEFINITELY USE NICK’S PHOTOS FOR MY FUTURE FAMILY PHOTOS. I CANT WAIT TO RECEIVE MY SON SENIOR PHOTOS.

SmithInc Visuals: By far the worst company I have ever worked for. Mr Nick scams customers and lies to his employees. You will never get your pictures on time as Mr. Nick does not know how to properly execute a work flow properly. Everything from equipment to the way he works is outdated. Barely any props of backgrounds to use and they make you pay EVERYTHING up front even though they sometimes have people wait over a year to get their pictures. Definitely reporting this company (and having others do it as well) to the Better Business Bureau. This old man has no idea of the new ways of photography and is stuck in the past. He might as well be shooting on film. He's scared of learning knew things and thinks he knows everything, therefore his business will continue to suffer. If you need a photographer do not go to this place, they only have two experienced photographers, nobody else knows what the hell they are doing. Also, stay away from a lady called Ms. Lunia, she will definitely at some point scam you out of your money!

Daisy G: I have nothing to say but good things about Nick's Photo Studio. I've been going to them since I took my High School senior pictures. I recently did my maternity photoshoot with them. The level of customer service we received from them was beyond measure. My husband and I scheduled the photo shoot at 4 pm but due to traffic we arrived at 4:45 pm, Claudia and Louna were so understanding. These ladies were so patient with us, they let us change into our many outfits even though it was passed 6 pm which is the time they close the studio. I don't regret choosing them for my maternity shoot. Might I add everyone there is very professional!!

This time around, I took my son here for his VPK Graduation pictures. The photographer, Claudia was so sweet and patient with my little one who was obviously hyper lol. Thank you guys! Wanda Carter: I just in ths studio on 7th ave 111th st Miami fl May 11th 2022, photo I pick up was not to my liking. I explain my concerns to mgmt all he says it's the person who took it. Who pick the picture? don't talk with no sympathy to the customer it's all about the $$$ they are paid already if something is not right u have that right to try find a solution. That's the professional way I want be taking any more pictures here. My rating g is 2 for poor concern of the customer.

bigslime: This was a horrible experience. I took photos at this studio, purchased the photo packet paid and full for $300+ before the deadline in Decber 2021. Fast forward February 2022, the packet is still not complete with photos purchased nor ready for pickup! Per Nick studio employees, they are short staff and their laboratory is closed until next week. This studio failed to manage and evaluate orders created and completed. This studio has cause an inconvience with this customer and I should be compensated for this delay and bad customer service. I will report this to the BBB.

Cindy Xu: After reading all the positive review, I’ve decided to purchase new gear here. Due to security, they want me to send photo ID and I don’t feel comfortable to share it online. Therefore, We agreed to cancel the order and issue refund on 6/21/2022. Now it’s been a week and still no refund or any cancellation email. I’ve been emailing them constantly. However, There’s no reply or any follow up of our conversation via email. They maybe good at onsite services. Very unprofessional online customer service. If your reading this and thinking of purchasing online, please shop somewhere else.

Cyril Miranda: The store is nice. This is my to-go store for everything I need for photography. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. They do nice events like this one from the photos where they ring models and cameras for you to try and take photos. They also have lessons and more. They are the best store in town.

Kelly Kelly: Imagine an amazing two floors library with lots of variety for everyone. The first thing you see once you enter are the stairs and all the alleys calling you to explore them. I came to look for something but I found more than I expected, even more suggestions of books I’ll definitely like to read in the future. What a great cozy place to learn, imagine, discover!!! If I could I’d go everyday!, I highly recommend it. This is the biggest Barnes and Nobles I’ve seen so far in Miami.

minerva aponte_jolly: Barnes and Nobles has always been magical to me and though the stuffy chairs are removed and it has become less of a hanging out place, one can still find a million magical and informative books. The staff is polite and helps you find and/or order books. Prices are reasonable on just-out books with many inexpensive soft cover editions of traditional best sellers . It is also filled with marvelous gifts for either goofy or nerd, friend- or anyone in-between. And the cafeteria in there does not harass you when you sit around forever doing homework or just reading.

Flavio Soul: On top of the excelent selection of books and comics, visit the CD and vinil department. It is travel in time! Felt like living the 90's! And have a coffee at the Starbucks inside the store while browsing your new books and comics.

la Tuti Nardo: Love going to this place. Good customer service and very welcome environment in general. Sometimes staff don't help so well but in general it is a good place to find the right book, a good place to read, activities for kids and enjoy some drinks. I do give them 5 stars .

I brought my 4 yr old son here to read some books and brought my laptop to work and sat in the childrens book side on a table ans manager came while I was on a call with a patient. (I’m a nurse) and she was rude she knew I was on a call ans continued to talk over my call. She could have waited. She was a short wavy blonde hair girl. She told me to sit in the cafe area where it was more comfortable. But I sat in the kids section because I was with my kids. She asked if I moved the table I said no. There was another mother sitting at the same table ans told her because of “covid” we couldn’t sit together. Clearly there are no signs nor a sign at the front door of social distancing. Manager was very rude. Had no etiquette no respect. On top of that kids section was a mess and stuff on the floor. Not clean at all. If they are so worries about covid then I think they should start sanitizing the kids table ans floors. An area where kids play around sit on the floor etc.

Jessica Holcomb: I’ve visited this location twice and both times while being checked out, the cashier would ask if I have a rewards card. I would reply no, no one would offer or explain the program. Not sure if they just expect me to know what the program is but if they make assumptions.

Genesis Ziporrah: Barnes & Nobles has always been one of my favorite places to go even just to browse. They recently moved the manga section to a bigger more spaced out area (it used to be in the back in a tight area so when there would be a lot of people it'd be a bit crowded). The new spot makes more sense. I just wish there wouldn't be manga series where they have the rest of the books instead of the first book 😅 idk if there's a way they can change that.

Sophia Perez: I have never been more disrespected by anyone in my life besides my mom than when I went into the Barnes n noble on 88th st. The manager a young lady with black hair is extremely disrespectful and spiteful and the head manager is also extremely helpless I made a complaint about her and he wasn’t even listening. If I had a customer complain about being disrespected by an employee They would’ve been gone no questions asked but obv no one cares about customer service anymore

Have parking spots, affordable and is next to good shops. Miami design district is just 6 minutes walking and wynwood is 8 minutes walking. Definitely midtown is one of the best locations in Miami.

Ju Barros: I wish I could give less stars. I had a TERRIBLE experience buying on target. It all started with the itens I bought with 2 DAYS DELIVERY taking a lot longer while just showing "on time", when I called they said I COULD NOT even CANCEL IT "I should check with FEDEX". When it was finally delivered it was the WRONG ITEM, after calling they apologized saying they " could replace it in ONE WEEK after I should get my order delivered, saying my second item was on it's way ... ALSO THE WRONG ITEM! Now I need to get the boxes ready to pick up so after they scan te labels I can get my refund.

Corie Rose Marketing: Not all Targets are the same. Glad I saw this one. A lot of snacks and food stuff. Their selection of t-shirts was fire this time, Rick and morty, metallica. They even had Lime scooters.

Mark Niagara: A decent Target store, but I hate paying $2 an hour to park in the attached lot. Why can't the store validate it so if you're spending money shopping, you get free parking? The Target store itself is nicely laid out with lots of stock and a decent grocery section as well. I like how they have a ton of clearance clothes for men on the racks and shelves. The change room Target staff were just hanging out talking, there must have been 6 staff there huddled together. Who's managing this store? The food court area with the Starbucks and Target food is the worst I have ever seen. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl at the cash today told us we had to get in line on the other side. I said, we've been standing here for 5 minutes, can't you just serve us next? She would not. We get in line and wait and wait and when we ordered two hot dogs she told us it would take 30 minutes. Unreal! That woman with her hair in a ponytail was so rude to us, I don't know how the management allows this poor treatment of customers. The sitting area of tables and chairs was dirty, we weren't staying.

stefi: great bookstore! I love the atmosphere and they sell other wonderful items as well! They had a toy section for younger kids, and best of all was their studio ghibli set up! My friend got this silly cat toy there, 100% worth it!

Earrings Junkie: Friendly employees approached us as soon as we entered and asked if we needed any help. They were very helpful. The store is well laid out. We went on a Sunday and was happy to see so many families exploring reads.

If you're a comic book fan like me, then you can rest assured that you can find it in Barnes and Noble. Their graphic novel section is quite expansive and if you somehow do not find what you're looking for, you'll be able to order it, wait a few days, and then be able to pick it up in-store at a time and day of your choosing.

Jack Morgue: Good selection of books. You will find most mainstream genres here, in both English and Spanish, as well as miscellaneous toys, tabletop and card game accessories, collectable figures, and even vinyl records. There is a Starbucks inside the store in which guests can relax, enjoy a drink, and read the books they've purchased. Only downside is that products are somewhat overpriced.

Jesucristo es mi pastor: of all the states i went on vacation this walmart was the worst the cashiers on purpose take their time to scan the items the lines go around every store because the cashiers are not fast they have closed cashiers and there are no cashiers for you to pay yourself like other walmarts so I don't recommend you visit it if you come to Miami on vacation it will take you 2:30 hours in the line to pay the managers are rude and do nothing to solve the problem of the huge lines to pay I would give it zero stars it is horrible this walmart 😡🤬

Nicole Marsh: I have never been so disappointed in Walmart. It was worth than a Black Friday after thanksgiving. Unfortunately not many Walmarts in this area, so your choices are limited. The shelves where bare and the lines went to the back of the store, no lie. Make sure you have plenty of time before you put this on your trip list.

Angela Trujillo: Although I was never notified that the photo collage poster created that was intended to complete the bathroom make over, which was a gift for my grandmother's 99th birthday, had indeed arrived in time for the celebration.. being the employee at the photo counter, Joseph, was very kind and helpful in locating the photo, as well as checking me out was such a pleasant surprise (considering the service usually received at that particular Walmart) was pretty much my salvation, when I realized that the product I purchased is useless, it's blurry, not the normal low quality blur but unrecognizable blur. that the cut of the poster is not straight, which makes it cut off pictures in the frame, the color is bad, along with the fact that I am out the money I paid because I cannot spend the two hours it would take to go back to store and return or take the chance to deal with the two rude women who have racial discrimated me on more than one occasion in the past and who in work in customer service at that store

Jay Elwood: Do not go to this particular Walmart, unless you don't mind standing in line for approximately an hour to pay for your items. The lines are so long they extend from the cashier to the midsection of the menswear/shoe department. None of the speedy (10 items or less)lines were open, pardon me, there was a speedy line open in electronics - with another extended (about twenty customers)line! A horrible shopping experience. I've noticed most Walmart's that I patronize lately have inadequate (bare) shelves with respect to jeans, underwear, t-shirts, and watches. The return/money services area is laden with carts full of returned items. Walmart has seriously fallen off - the demand far exceeds the supply. Stay away from this particular store though. JE.

James 2021: This store 04303 continues to deliver class A rudeness, disrespect, and employees who lack knowledge of their position and the store operations. Employees who have no clue of customer service. They continually lack humility when they are the ones in the wrong. OP# 000123 TE# 26 TR# 01174 Is a classic example of the above. This young was totally uninvolved in her position as a cashier. Prior to me she owed a customer change. She had no coins in her tender. She looked at the customer and pointed to her register. What is the next move: request from management coins for the register. The customer left shaking his head. My turn. I have a plant that is cover in a yellow clearance for .75 cents. It rings up for $2.97. I politely show her the clearance. Her response was: “it is ringing up for $2.97. I politely said I can see that it did but that is not the current price. She just stares at me. What to do next? Call for management. I suggested for her to ask for help. She continues to stare. She did not call for help but instead turn on a blinking light. I flagged the attention of someone and she said over ride. She continue to put in the wrong price and kept the 2.97. I am like huh. .75 x 4 is $3 not $6. She finally gets it right continues to throw the reminding products I bought into a bag. Simply Amazing

MeryAnn u: Bad customer service. Needs better managing & more cashiers. Doesn’t matter how early or late you go to avid this happens all the time, all hours. Extra long lines, out of 20 something registers is usually less than 10 cashiers working. I can never find an employee over the jewelry department.

Even the express lanes were constantly backed up. I can always find what I need at Walmart but one thing that seems to be consistent here, no cart wipes!!! Overall, staff was helpful.

Troy Atlantic: Great Bookstore, however they could dedicated more space to books and stock books than the cafe that dominates the bookstore. But all together, that said, still one of the best for art & design books. Also please get some rare fashion periodicals, the fashion students next door could really use them.

Mitch Swergold: What can one say. Such a great place! Mitchell Kaplan runs a phenomenal organization. Excellent book selections, Great speakers (authors), peaceful environments and great food in the cares. This is consistent across all locations. Really a great and much -needed intellectual and cultural element of Miami. I'm a regular at several locations and expect to be for many years to come. Thanks Mitchell!

EM Davis: I had photos done for an acrylic wall that I am doing, I had received 2 from MPIX and decided to try a different Print Shop, what a difference in color accuracy and the photos really popped from Prints Giclee. I went back and re-did the originals photos from MPIX as the others I had done at this shop were so much better the original 2 looked off with them. They are responsive to your needs and questions and I ordered online and now have place 2 orders with them. The shipping cartons make sure that the prints do not get damage. Great service.

Brian Seguin: I needed a large photo printed, mounted, and framed. They did an excellent job on the printing, making it better than my original. While there I saw some amazing images they had printed with acrylic on a metal kind of backing. It's a small crew working there and they give friendly, personal service, not like the other big box stores, where they just push buttons, and whatever comes out, take it or leave it.

Levi Solomon: I’m an artist and graphic designer who focuses mainly on marine species and tropical plants. I have been a customer at Gerardo’s shop since 2012 when I began to bring my art to Prints Giclee to be scanned for prints and further graphic work. From the moment I walked in, after being to many other shops around Miami, I knew I had found my GO TO place. The shop is always clean but filled with an ever changing production line of art and photos from well known established artists bringing work to shows and galleries to everyday customers getting family photos printed for their homes. The place has only gotten better over the years with new world class printers/equipment being upgraded all the time and a team of employees who truly care about producing excellence in quality. Andres and Brian have literally helped me become a better artist with their professional skill sets and genuine benevolence. With me being a young artist with still a lot to learn, Gerardo has helped guide me and happily answered all my questions and concerns since the very beginning of my art “career”. I have brought them several mixed media artworks on canvas to be stretched and gotten dozens of prints and scans made for my customers/clients. I always look forward to stopping by the shop (FYI there is always a place to park) to drop off a piece or pickup some fresh prints. Highest quality print making materials you will find anywhere paired with people who care make this place second to none. I was born and raised in South Florida and wouldn’t trust anyone else to work with my art. Robert Rivera: Wow! The things that make no sense in Miami. This is a Superstore (in name only), the store was literally exploding with customers. To serve this avalanche of people… TWO cashiers open and the lines to pay reaching the back of the store, even more interesting ‘Customer Service’ closed, lights out! This is on a Sunday January 2, 2022 @1pm Honestly, why does this store even exist? I do not understand!🤷🏼‍♂️

Lenrock: The few items I was really wanting to find here were out of stock. I was able to pick up some essentials thought at what I thought was a reasonable price. For a Walmart this size the parking seemed limited even though I was there at what looked to be a not very busy time. I had a few produce items that I thought might be difficult to use the self-checkout with, but that proved to not be much of an issue. Overall, not a bad store but it's probably better to use the app to see if things are in stock or not before you make the trek across town.

Marcus Ricketts: Worst walmart i ever been to literally never stocked with items and pretty sure they dont have the other items your local walmrt usually have

Martin Devillers: Super center lives up to its name. Went in to get some beach gear and walked out with everything. The prices are all over the place but generally reasonable. I’d recommend googling the SKU on the spot and see what prices you can find. Got an Igloo brand cooler for a steal so great deals are there to be found as well!

Manda Rdz.: Never in my life have seen one of these In a Walmart! Was unable to get a coffee bc the Apple Pay wasn’t working on the machine, but still cool! Lines are super long here.

Tess Makau: People can now be their own cashier and the benefit is that even when you take a lot out of your range, you're not embarrassed to take some stuff out because you're alone. Although it could be better if they had black masks🤣🤣

Luis Born: Just 2 stars because there's NOBODY to help you when you get stock in a cashier, so you spend more time waiting for somebody than doing all the shopping tour Lol

Alex Ramos: Self check out camera alerted employee that I failed to ring up an item. I had rung it up correctly. No cashier and their computer calls me a thief. Insulting.

Jorge Montesinos: The Team Lead Sonia and Gloria inside the customer service area are the best. They helped me out in last minute exchanging my battery. Awesome work. Thank you guys ❤️

Craig Taylor: There were three lines and all of them were all the way out into the store. Used to be stores, restaurants, gas stations and other establishments provided good service with a smile. What happened! No one cares any more.

John Chapman: While Generally I love Walgreens , there is one thing they could do to improve on that. If I have prescriptions waiting for pickup I’m not likely to make a special trip when I know I’ll have to be back in another day or so for the additional prescription. I’m not going to drive 20 miles if I know I’m coming back in a couple of days. Consider your customers time and convenience . If a new prescriptions arrive while others are ready for pickup, extend the pickup window of the older prescriptions a couple a days so all can be pickup in one trip. Yes that doesn’t help your store traffic numbers but your customers may thank you in other ways. Now you arrive and some prescriptions were put back on the shelves. While Walgreens might not wish to avoid the training opportunity afforded your customers by having them wait an hour for the older prescriptions to be refilled , you might consider your training might lead to behaviors you didn’t anticipate or desire!

Joe HARB: Walgreens, a very good store for almost anything from food items, to soft drinks and beers, wines etc... to over the counter pain killers, vitamins and many many more. Let me start by stating tgat the staff in here aee genuinely k8nd and welcoming. Anytine of the day ir night you enter here you are immediately faced with a smile and a welcome to Walgreens. It always feels good when you are greeted. Members of staff speak English and Spanish and ask you if you had everything okay and found what you need. I guess it is for them to report to their management just in case a customer did not find one or the other item. So, members ot staff, (the 1st reason that I go and become a repeat customer in any business) are just awesine and seem to have integrity towards their iob in this branch. I uploadee tons of poctures for you to check availaboe utems and prices. Always have discount in various items in here. Too many items to wrote about. Juat look at pix and see for yourself.

Dr. Abdul Ghaffar: visited this to buy few stuff. I heard there were discounts and special deals on certain products. I bought few in the sale. I would also like to admire and appreciate efforts of manager of the store. I was having issue inactivating a prepaid card, although I bought it from another county of the Walgreens, However, the manager haled all the way to assist and returned the card back. I also bought a replaced card for use there.

inssaf najid: No one ever picks up the phone at this store and it’s seriously frustrating and not professional to make people drive all the way there for no reason! And when I showed you I called again to see if it rings or not, and guess what… two ladies just discussing their week end in the middle of the aisles while the phone is blasting

Peter USA: Are you looking for convenience? Here it is: This Walgreens is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here you can buy your flu medicine, or vitamines, diapers, ice cream, groceries or just a bottle of wine for dinner. And if you don't carry enough cash, they take credit cards or there is an ATM from TD Bank inside.

Johnny Fish: Yesterday I drove my wife to this store to get her passport photo's taken but unfortunately the man who handles this task behind the desk by the photo and battery department was extremely rude. He allegedly raised his voice to my wife and displayed a very disrespectful work ethic. Not your favorite client support I'd say..

Bill Williams: No complaints, I had my meds transferred there. And it was there in a timely manner. This location was clean. Nothing special, about this Walgreens.

Mauricio Ruiz: Pharmacist has been ordering the Adderall XR for 4 years has never received it. Huge waste of time. Pharmacy is a joke, pharmacies were more stocked in Chile where I’m from than here. Really weird

C: new store manager screaming to me in Spanish, saying that I cannot use the hand sanitizer for customers when I just finished buying a whole bunch of medicine from the pharmacy and buying on my regular shopper she's telling me that I can't use the sanitizer when I check out....in cash register. There for that reason. The other one let me use the hand sanitizers I don't understand why so rude

Wasted Century: The store itself is fine. But the customer service help is disgraceful ever since they changed to the new configuration. This afternoon there were 11 people standing in line and zero employees behind the counter. Everyone was in disbelief, including the lady first in line. She said she had been helped but it was taking forever. To top it off, a security guard named Emanuel smugly told us several times that we were not the priority. Drive thru is the priority. Emanuel seemed to think we should be willing to stand there forever. After all, drive thru is the priority. He repeated that 4 times, including after I said more employees should be assigned to the customer service desk. Emanuel directed us where to stand. After all, we're not a priority but we are a safety hazard, in his words. Emanuel made it perfectly clear he didn't care if any of us were ever helped. Drive thru is the priority. After Emanuel and his arrogant attitude departed, one fellow customer said, "Well it's nice to know I'm not a priority. Why do I shop here?" That's exactly what I was thinking. I am not only a customer but hold 251 shares of stock. That TGT stock is not cheap. It's scary if this non-priority attitude is widespread and impacts Target reputation.

Personal Account: Drive up… drive up… drive up! It’s a game changer. The Bird Road store is more organized, efficient, and reliable than the Target in Dadeland Station.

Larry Benton: At 8:30pm on a Monday, only 2 lanes were open and lines were stretching nearly half way down the store. Finally after 20 minutes of standing and not moving, they called for backup and opened 3 more registers. Store is open till 12am, so it wasn't like they were about to close. They need more cashiers full time.

Rachael Gonzales: I always have a great experience when shopping here. If I can't find what I am looking for, I just ask a staff member. Every person that I have interacted with here has been kind, friendly, and very helpful.

Wandering Knapps aboard MV Illuminate: It's a target. Who doesn't like target. However, I was a little surprised I still couldn't try on clothes. But the last I asked, was so kind about their policy and had a great suggestion for me, and the lady at the checkout, Jenny, was beyond awesome. She was very patient with my son who wanted to buy his own legos.

Anhisha Cooper: This target is the closest one to my house. I find this location to always be busy but I always manage to find what I need and more. Love the target circle rewards program which rewards you for shopping and you can apply the money to your next visit. Location is organized and clean just like any target. Shopping carts are constantly sanitized.

J: I love this target! They had great selection and the service is awesome. Once on a pick up my daughter ran to a nearby stand to see a toy the associate was kind enough to walk over and hand me my package. They were really polite and I appreciated how helpful they were. And no lines at the registers.

Sarah Rodgers: Got a covid test done that was supposed to result in 2 hours and it’s been 18 hours no results… been on hold over 30 minutes over 3 different calls because I keep getting hung up on. Not calling again to be on hold over 10 minutes just to get hung up on.

E G: Horrible service at this store!!!! I called well over a month ago and I’m still WAITING for a call back from the manager about an Uber gift card that I was trying to purchase!! When I originally called the employee told me over the phone ‘Yeah, we have Uber gift cards’ , so I went out of my way to go there and purchase one and then I got there there weren’t ANY Uber gift card at all!! I was sook irritated, because the employee blatantly lied to me over the phone probably to just to get me off the phone, but when I called the store after I got to work and asked to speak to the manager it was like pulling teeth!!! They couldn’t transfer me to the store manager and I had to call back a second time jus to speak to said manager and he was not helpful at all either!! He just brushed me off and said that he would contact me to let me know when they do get the Uber gift cards again!!! I will NEVER do business with this store at all!!!

And we were just in front of the register with our groceries we tell her I believe if we are in front of the register with groceries it means we want to pay and she start answering that she is not a magician, but is common sense if you are with groceries on the line in front of the register of course people wanna pay unless it is free I don’t get it honestly. Sebastian Seabass: Awful client experience. First, it’s at least a 30 minute hold time on the phone even though they answer right away just to put you on hold. Second, each person that you speak with has contradicting updates. One minute you receive a text that your medication has been ordered. The next minute they call you to pick it up in two hours, only to tell you to check back next week. Awful location and staff!!

Danielle McPherson: Worst customer service. Nice store but the employees are horrible. I got to the counter and said hello… the woman at the register just looked at me rude after I greeted her. She then proceeded to ring me up and I stood up there waiting for my receipt and she just started yelling at me in Spanish with an attitude. I guess they didn’t have receipt paper…and I was supposed to guess that lol. Ultimately a horrible experience. I will never come back

Jackie Babani: A couple of days ago I bought 2 bags of coconut chocolates and a 2 bags of Wonderful Pistachios (which I do on regular basis) from the Walgreens store located at 801 SW 8th street in Miami, FL. Upon tasting the chocolate which tasted stale and on further checking I found it to have an expired date of 12/2020. Same with the Pistachios, it was stale and tasted bad. Went back to the store to talk to the manager and the staff wouldn't let me talk to him/her. Wanted to refund me the money. But my point is how can they sell expired merchandise ?? It is hazardous to the health. I am going to contact the FDA and my attorney to sue Walgreens for selling hazardous expired products. I am sure they have a lot of expired products which they sell to consumers with intent.

Dane Luke Wagner: The place is clean, well stocked and organized. Easily accessible as well. The services are solid, I appreciate the store pick up and curb side service. The 4 stars is because it was a little tricky to get help from the workers there. When we needed help 2 different people saw us and literally like ducked down and walked away quickly. Besides those two people...the experience was great.

Shaun Fuller: First time in a very long time when I have been able to find a Sales Associate so quickly, so knowledgeable and so affable. Thank you for making this shopping trip enjoyable. While the store didn't have all the pen ink refill styles I was trying to find, the Sales Associate quickly identified what would work for two of them as well as identifying the small cell cluster batteries that were in stock for 3 other pens there if I needed them!

Theresa Morales: Not very helpful people in this store. I have a learning disability and I had a hard time trying to print a document from my laptop. The two young men did not assist eventhough I asked twice, they spent more time with a younger person. They spent about 3 minutes by asking me to look for my document in laptop, neither one helped me navigate through my laptop. They both said to email the document and both times I told them that it went through so that I can recieve confirmation so that they can print it. They insisted I never sent it. Once my laptop ran out of battery after waiting at 30 minutes in line, I could no longer show them proof I sent it multiple times. I finally left ery upset, and guess what all 3 emails were there to show proof that I had confirmation number! They were extremely unprofessional and insensitive. Shame on you and your management to hire incompetent staff. I will never come in to this store....btw, all the people standing around in front of the store whether on the phone or having a fun time chatting, could have helped me or anyone in line waiting for that matter.

Sue Vespi: I always go to Office Depot when I need any type of office supplies. I find the staff very helpful and Elias was extremely helpful at checkout. I also had great help from another gentleman who was helping me find correct ink refills.

Liz Grogan: Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store, ESPECIALLY JOSE in the print shop! I came to him with a special order that needed a very fast turn around and he was more than accommodating. He spent probably about a half-hour total on the phone with me, walking me through how to make the order work. He was patient and friendly and went out of his way to make the order happen. Iana Maregocio: Always got a good service and attention but today an employee named Amber charged me for an express service that took her more than 30 minutes to bundle 25 pages. I asked for the price twice but she newer answered me, I wated and then she charged the express service. I'm were disappointed 😞

Mafe: Sept 2021 update - see photos I come here a lot. I’m lowering to 3 stars because of the filth in this place, especially the copy center. This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. It’s a shame 4-30-21 Update The copy area has been getting super crowded lately. The self-serve area machines may break every now and then -which happened to me recently. The closest clerks to this area are handling the customers in the long line for the copy center. This area is packed in comparison to the check-out line by the door. I was seeing more employees at check-out, some even wondering around when I think management should be sending the copy center some help. I’ve been coming to this Staples since I moved to the area back in 2017. I buy all of my kids’ school supplies here, masks, do printing, get my work supplies here as well and do quality printing for work and my son’s school projects. The print quality is impecable and they also use a special kind of paper for color prints so it definitely looks more professional. There’s a self-serve area with 3 machines that you can use to print, scan, copy. They are simple to use and you also get the same quality as if you went to the associate at the counter. Good thing to know is that Staples will price match to popular competitor. The list is on their website.

Tali Kadoch: The ladies at the printing center are the worst sales and customer service people I have ever met. They are not helpful and extremely rude. I sent something to print and it came out wrong. When I asked them if they could fix it, one of them just started almost yelling saying "I can't do anything". I ended up asking for a refund. They also told me the printing services weren't available for the rest of the day. It was 6pm and they close at 9! It looked as if they just wanted to leave their job earlier. Overall, terrible experience.

Kelli Scerbo: This Staples was AWFUL! I traveled by Uber 20 minutes from my hotel to order prints for my company event. We needed (50) 5x7 print outs front/back by the next day for our event. Two workers were not responding to customers who were standing in line as they were waiting for their orders for days. In the end, I ended up calling to check the status of my order that they ensured would be done in time & they claim the "printer" broke & they were going to call to cancel everyone's orders, however they didn't think to call first thing in the morning. No sense of urgency! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had! I traveled 40 minutes to the Staples in Hialeah & they had my order complete in 2 hours. NEVER EVER USE THIS STAPLES LOCATION!

Patty Brooks: I was greeted by a sales person as soon as I walked in the front door. Try getting there at Office Depot. Staples didn’t have much of a selection of display models for laptops so I will have to go somewhere else but I still had a pleasant experience and found the sales help around when I needed them

Daria Kravets: If I could give 0 stars I would , came in to print out some menus and received the absolute rudest customer service I have ever encountered from the employee of the printing department.

Dexter Morgann: I tried to print some PDF documents, exactly 7 documents of 10 pages each, the assistance at the counter was not available, although they only served whoever they wanted, White male, 40 years old, green eyes, does not qualify for treatment.They make me send an email to be able to print my documents, after putting my credit card They tell me that they can only print the email... Not the documents... They suggest using a computer To open the documents there, obviously with an extra charge... You're welcome I agreed, but you had no choice... I opened the document but it won't let me print... While the time is still running.Finally someone came to attend with a bad face, and downloaded my documents on the computer to be printed.Time keeps running.At last it gives me the option to print... $17 dollars each document.For 10, it would be $170 for my black and white prints, plus computer time.With a bad attitude they told me what it cost... When more same impressions elsewhere, I pay an average of 6 cents per impression.In the end I had to cancel everything, and as if that were not enough, they charged me the use of the computer, $10 dollars And I couldn't do anything, besides, I realized that if you're not the same color as them, you're not welcome.It's time to stop coming and look for a lawyer.

Charles Sodah: I've used B&D Dumpster Rental Omaha twice excellent service Always on time for both drop of an pick up. Best price and service I've ever seen. Their very cooperative and will get to you even on a short notice. Thank you very much Mike and staff.

Casey Valentine: I asked the print customer service rep, "why are there white spots on my business card?" She answered, "I can refund them, give you your money back, and throw them out." I asked, "you can't fix them?" She repeated what she said the first time. Okay.
