Yahima Leyva: I contracted them to kill the termites in my house. Before doing the job they didn’t even check what type of termites the house had. They put the tent and fumigated in the house. A month later I checked and there were still many termites inside the roof and inside of the house. I called them and they opened a hole around the perimeter of the house and they told me that it will kill the termites. 3 months later I check the roof and there were termites everywhere. I had to rebuild my whole entire roof, and replace many things inside of the house due to the termites and the miscommunication of this company. I strongly do not recommend anyone using this company as they basically stole my money and did a terrible job because til this day I still have termites in my house. Problem has NOT been solved. Osmany Ojeda: This company installed the tent in my house without properly inspect the attic. One month later I still had termites and so they did another treatment on the ground and still charged me although the tent was in vain. The total bill was close to 4000 dls. Eleven months later I notice that I still has termites on the roof and they said that my warranty was expired. I ended up hiring another company and starting all the process again. I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND this company. They wasted my money and time. Service: Termite extermination
Ana Grillet: We tent the house/gas fumigation for termites. The price of the service was competitive. No sales pressure or harassments like other companies, the gave me their quote in August 2021 and did the work in March 2022, they honored the original price. First time in 6 years in Miami that someone show up ON TIME. The crew was extremely patience and helpful, they uninstalled and re-installed (as they were) the patio string lights which I was supposed to do in advance. Everything inside and outside they house was in perfect conditions and they were mindful of my trees and plants around the house when the put up the tent. We were delighted with their level of professionalism and work ethic, which is sometimes hard to come by in this city. Ricky Santiago: I am not certain if the fumigation will work as the work is recent but we contacted the company after they remove the tenting and informed them of some of the damage they caused to our outdoor light fixtures and other items. They said we signed a waiver that they were not responsible for any damage. Not sure that's a way to conduct business, I would not hire them again.
Frank Potamos: I needed a good quality tenting job for one of my properties and Luis Martinez from SPC Services was able to smoothly orchestrate this process painlessly. Not only did I get an unbeatable price but I received the most professional customer service throughout the entire process. Luis and his team were experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, reliable and transparent every step of the way. Being a real estate agent for many years, I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with many other fumigation companies. I make my living off good customer service so I know it when I see it and SPC Services has it! I have proudly referred many of my clients and friends time after time to Luis from SPC for their fumigation treatments and they have all thanked me for doing so. Jeimi Vinces: We had our home tented on June 2017 on February 28 2019 we had termites again after several attempts to have someone come over so they can retent according to the 1 year warranty, finally today april 19 someone came but only for him to say that they are Flying ants that apparently poop and look just like termites! Do not be fooled by these people. Lo barato sale caro!
Reidel Diaz: I contacted the company for termite fumigation, they provided a quote in a timely manner, and explained all process with details. We select them among others competitors based on the experience and advice from Oscar. The day of installation they showed up on time, and quickly setup the tent. We was informed all the time of each steps. The return day, a lady was ventilating the house and making sure that was safe to enter. Thanks SPC for their services, definitely I would recommend it. Fernando Dominguez: Truly amazing company and experience, we've used several pest control companies at this point and Natural Resources is the first one that was able to COMPLETELY get rid of our roaches. When we first moved into our house we would see 4-5 roaches every single day, after Natural Resources did their treatment + attic dusting we haven't seen a single roach in about 5 months! I'm genuinely impressed with the results, plus the stuff they use is all natural and harmless to kids and pets so that's a huge plus, their staff from top to bottom is very professional and friendly. Kaya Freeman: I have used this company over 10 years. It is family run and you can feel that. They are personable and professional, effective (I rarely see bugs anymore indoors) and they truly care about their work and their clients. Best Miami Pest Control Service: what do users think?
Tatiana Gema: I mainly contacted this pest control company because on google it states that they are open 24 hrs. Each time I call no one answers the phone. I usually get someone on the second try. After I made an appoint I was able to get service the next day. But a week later I still have a pest problem. I tried calling again today and the lady on the phone said she could not find me in the system. I double checked my call and bank records and it is confirmed that this is the only pest control company I called within the last week. Yes next time I am going to keep a copy of my receipt but I am not happy at all with the service.

FG LEBRUN: They never follow the schedule they give you for follow up. I explain to them that I hear many rodents in my attic. The guy only put 2 traps down. Since my service started in July. They have trapped 2 rodents. I decided last week to purchase some large glues and traps. Within 1 week I have caught 5 mice and 2 rats! Cathi Graham: I am very satisfied with the actual service HOWEVER I am disappointed that TRULY. NOLEN can not seem to retain their excellent employees! For many years the individual who was in charge of our termite service ( he did not do the actual work) but he inspected and spent a great dal of time explaining what needed to be done! He was very familiar with our home and our issues! The technicians were also excellent as there is a real advantage in having continuity- They were able to follow up so efficiently as they had history and knowledge of our needs! Alas we no longer have the three individuals as they no longer work for Truly Nolen!! It is also difficult to set up appointments as I often have to wait for a call back. The individual who does our regular pest inspections does a great job and he has been with us for several years. :The work TRULY NOLEN does is excellent! but your customer service and employee continuity is lacking! Carolina Camus: I will not use them again. They charge a bunch of money and they only come into your home once. Whatever they throw on your grass will kill your grass. What got me the most upset was that the inspection guy, before i signed my contact, said i would only be charged $30.00 after each visit but that's not true, after a BIG DEPOSIT, i got charged $39.00 a month even when they didn't come. RIP OFF!!! i found other people that do a better job and only charge you for the services that are being done, not like Truly Nolen that charges you for the months they didn't even come to your home.. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!! Anthony L: Payed in full for pest control. Kept getting billed monthly. This happened three times. Had to stop running my corporation to deal with them. The field manager and tech were wonderful. Office was mentally challenged. The office manager was one rude lady. She acted like I did something wrong instead of fixing the problem. When a customer pays in full they are doing the company a favor. They should not have to call and argue with them to stop billing them monthly over and over and over again.

The inspection was in depth, the customer service provided by the technicians excellent, and as of today, I live peacefully in my home without a termite and rodent problem. I keep Hulett on for my pest control needs every other month. And what I like most of all, is their entire team responds quickly and efficiently to your needs! jorge hernandez: Ive been a customer for over 7 years. They switched technicians and its been problems after problems. Last issue is that we were infested by scales and fleas even though they spray bimonthly to avoid all this. So we called and they came back out to respray and technician I'm guessing was upset or having a bad day and sprayed and killed everything. See picks. Ive gone from a jungle to a forest fire home aftermath. Called and they cant switch tech because he's the only one they have! Such a huge company with only a one tech??? Judy Fiol: Every single person who came to our house over the many years we used Hulett was professional, courteous and often went above and beyond to make sure Florida's numerous critters stayed outside of our house. We had regular extermination visits as well as rodent monitoring for well over 10 years and I can honestly say I never saw an ant in my house during that time. Andrew Crump: Update: The company reached out and sent their regional manager over the following day. He did a thorough walk through of the attic and determined that there were no signs of rodents, and refunded our money. They apologized for the inconvenience. I do appreciate them reaching out and taking the time and effort to ensure that the problem was corrected and we were satisfied as customers. I wanted to put 1 star because the company was terrible but the guy was friendly so 2 stars. So, we have something walking around in our attic at night. We aren't sure what it is but it's a problem. Naturally, we call the first quality looking company we see. Initially, they were responsive, they came out for a quote shortly after our call. We were a little astounded at the cost, $400, as well as the attempts to upcharge (I.e. bait around the property). but we thought, okay, it's a business. What we got for that $400 was 3 basic rat traps right inside the attic door and 30 days of them checking every 3 days. (which they ended up not coming for the last 4 days of the contracted 30 days) Now, we explained that the sound was directly over our master bedroom, about 15 feet from the attic opening and most likely under the insulation. They made no attempt to actually fix the problem, it was apparent that the traps weren't going to work in the first week. After it was still present they made zero changes to their tactics and it began to feel like we had just paid $400 for what I could've gotten for $15 at Home Depot. THE IGUANA or RAT IS STILL UP THERE ROAMING AROUND AT NIGHT SO DON'T EXPECT A GUARANTEE FROM THIS COMPANY. With that being said, they are professional and the guy that serviced us was very friendly. I would NOT recommend Hulett. You're better off saving a ton of money and just doing it yourself. Service: Rodent extermination

In fact she suggested I got an inspection from a Broward company to try to avoid the tenting (if it was the case ) and save money. They completed the tenting I needed as fast as possible, moved up my appointment when someone else canceled as I requested . I never had to make a single phone call to follow up, their team called me prior to each visit timely and showed up exactly as planned. The icing on the cake: it was very reasonably priced comparing to other similar houses I know had the same issue, over 30% cheaper. I highly recommend them.

Trần Bình: I have been looking for an exterminator for my house. I’ve notice an increase of all kinds of bugs after some renovations. A1 is someone I would definitely recommend using. First one to call me back. Then he personalized a plan that was best suited for my needs instead of going through a standard sales pitch. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was not only less expensive than the handful of others I reached out to, he already came to my house and sprayed for bugs before I even got a call back from other local companies. Remember the saying, good, fast, and cheap choose two. They provides all three without having to sacrifice one. Thank you for everything!
Nixon Oakley: I have an old home, from the 1950's, and was having big issues with ants. They were coming through the floor in my kitchen and then branching from there. I was trying all types of remedies to no avail. Called and they told me most likely they were coming through the foundation with these older homes and we trying to kill them once they were in the house wasn't going to work. They did their magic outside around the house as well as spray inside with pet safe chemicals and bam, no more ants. A great side benefit is I see almost no roaches anymore. Never had a problem with them but would have a random red roach once or twice a week/month depending on time of year, but now it is like one a quarter. Highly recommend

joaquin garuz: 1st visit was ok, but the follow up never happen. We were told it would take a few visits initially to resolve the issue, but they failed to come back as scheduled to keep the trearment going. Now we may be starting frlm scratch! I called and the person on the phone sounded like she was not surprise that they didnt do the follow up... James Covey: I have used Truly Nolen for many years, and in general, the technicians have been knowledgeable and effective. However: I have been calling for seven months (7) to have the area treated that is covered under our annual protection plan against termites. On a multiple occasions, a technician has arrived, only to say that they were not informed of the issue. I have been told that equipment would be brought; it wasn’t. I have been told the problem would be handled in days; it has not been. I have been told a variety of people would call me; instead, they have foisted that responsibility on an excellent employee who does not have the latitude to make purchasing or scheduling decisions unilaterally. The company, however, has been very quick to call to make sure that it had my new credit card number. My previous experience with the company has been so good, that I hope I have reason to change this review, but at this moment, I am seeing more winged insects spawning from inside my home, in the area that has been untreated for months. I am I sure whether to call Florida’s Department or Agriculture or anyone else who might be able to help. Edit: having complained online, and emailing Ginny below, I have received confirmation of scheduling of a service appointment. Again, the tech who services our property has been extremely helpful, I am disappointed beyond compare that I needed to complain in this fashion for action to be taken.

L K: This company has been servicing my property since Feb 2019 for termites. (I have a contract with them which I paid annually) As of today, I still have the problem, they keep sending technician and still the problem persists. I understand that this is the peak of the season, but when you call, they give you an appointment for almost a month later, since they are booked, but to give you an appointment and never showed up and not even a courtesy call this is a proof of the poorly job that they have been performing in the past few years. I feel they've lost sight of what true customer service is and I decided to take my business somewhere else like Terminix. I hope they can take this feedback and better themselves. I am really happy with the change of company even if I have to pay $10.00 more. For us service is number one!
Elena Frankfurt: I recently moved to the house and needed pest control and termite inspection. Wilmer Godoy came in time and explained what has to be done and the price was reasonable. We scheduled the appointment time and the pest control with Ray was done well. I got the message informing me that he was on his way and another when he arrived. Carlos Rodriguez: When you want the best call Orkin. We have a contract with them since 2016 they come every year they do their inspection and we renew the contract with no hesitation. Our inspector Wilmer Godoy is respectful, checked the windows the closets and the perimeter of the house. One word he listens points out things that will help us be termite free. They are the best. Erik Pedinoff: This place is a nightmare and we are clearly not the only ones having issues based on the reviews. When we initially signed up with Orkin, their sales rep talked us into >$3,000 in up front costs for special treated insulation and a thorough spray for a non-tent termite treatment. In addition, they also charge us bi-monthly an additional $89 to come out and spray who knows what. Since the initial treatment, we have had tons of pest issues AND a consistent termite issue that has not been resolved. They are completely unresponsive when you want them to come back out and now being told you have to wait over 2 months to actually get treatment for the termites. This place has poor customer service all around, the phone agents are short and rude and it’s very clear they don’t care if you continue to have issues even after you pay a large sum to eliminate said issue. Beyond frustrated at this point and it’s clear all this branch cares about is taking your money and not actually resolving your issue. Highly recommend looking elsewhere if you actually want your termite or pest issues resolved, this place will gladly take your money with no regard for you as a customer.

Gail Poe: Orkin performed their routine monthly pest prevention service. The technician texted me several days ago to set up appointment to ensure that it would be convenient. The technician called about 20 minutes before he came to let me know he was on his way so I could take the dogs outside & be ready for his arrival. Joe is very thoughtful and efficient. I do not have any trouble with roaches or bugs in the house which is amazing after living in South Florida 65+ years. Au Ra: this company is fraudulent by not disclosing the truth about the "CONtract they make costumers sign. i was told it would be 300 paid monthly for 7 visits....after i signed the contract they said it was 300 upfront (which is more than a doctor makes an hour) for 15 minutes of spraying a chemical around the house...then they would charge me $42 for the rest of the year. they forced there terms with massive lack of transparency. DO NOT SIGN THERE CONTRACT AND GO SOMEWERE ELSE Service: Termite extermination
